- 0:53Speaker 1: Welcome to another episode of Heal Yourself Podcast.
- 0:58Speaker 1: We are here today.
- 0:59Speaker 1: We were in Arizona for the weekend at Business by Design Live.
- 1:07Speaker 2: Yeah, you said it right.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I'm trying to remember.
- 1:08Speaker 2: I can see you struggling.
- 1:13Speaker 1: And there were a thousand entrepreneurs there, lots and lots of amazing speakers and so many amazing meditations like so powerful.
- 1:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I know Beyond, I know Beyond, I know beyond, and you may have seen our story.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So we wanted to share some takeaways from that weekend and we are also going to share some fun stuff that we did and that actually happened at the hotel room.
- 1:50Speaker 2: So, yeah, let's begin.
- 1:50Speaker 2: Yeah, so, and and guys were doing this because we thought, I mean, we're totally on the cuff, which sometimes we are anyhow just being transparent, we want stuff to just come to us.
- 1:59Speaker 2: But we both agreed we're like let's talk about that because we feel like some of our takeaways would be beneficial for you guys.
- 2:06Speaker 2: So I mean I'm just going to share one of my top takeaways, because I had many, but I figure maybe I'll just try to share three.
- 2:14Speaker 2: My first one was slow down.
- 2:17Speaker 2: And, guys, I've been telling myself to slow down for years.
- 2:21Speaker 2: My husband's been telling me to slow down for years.
- 2:23Speaker 2: But it's like sometimes you don't hear it until you're ready to hear it, you know, and so I've always known it.
- 2:31Speaker 2: But at the same time, one of the things I told Denise is like my automatic set, like my default homeostasis for me is to be busy, and we already did an episode on busyness, so go back and listen to that if you haven't.
- 2:45Speaker 2: But it's it's more than just busy, it's like just always doing stuff.
- 2:51Speaker 2: And that's the thing in the world of manifestation which I know we've not even gotten into, but it makes total sense of like, if I know topic topics, if my, if my safe place right.
- 3:03Speaker 2: And what I'm saying is how my nervous system responds.
- 3:06Speaker 2: I've always I grew up watching people be busy and so I default to that.
- 3:12Speaker 2: So my nervous system thinks that's the safe place, even though it creates more chaos, and so leaning into slowing down is hard as hell.
- 3:20Speaker 2: And then, through the world of manifestation and laws of attraction, I'm just bringing that shit back to me Like, oh okay, you cleared some space, but oh, that space feels uncomfortable.
- 3:30Speaker 2: So here's five more things on your to-do list.
- 3:34Speaker 1: Yeah, I love that you mentioned the nervous system because I also remember the topic, like with me.
- 3:39Speaker 1: I'm not sure I did have a lot of takeaways, but I'm also going to infuse some of your takeaways with some of the speakers that I really loved when Dr Don went over the whole trauma thing and all that, how he described himself growing up.
- 3:52Speaker 1: He was adopted and he grew up in a very stable home and his nervous system was regulated from birth until, because he was adopted from birth up until like later on in life.
- 4:03Speaker 1: So when things happened even though, yeah, sure, shit happens in life, absolutely, but it wouldn't take him down the spiral, whereas his wife grew up in a dysfunctional home, her nervous system was not regulated.
- 4:17Speaker 1: So when he would say something and she would like, why are you yelling at me?
- 4:20Speaker 1: Or like anybody with, like just maybe an authoritative voice, so that was a big eye-opener that I grew up in chaotic environment.
- 4:29Speaker 1: I mean, I grew up in the war, so my nervous system from birth until seven obviously was kind of like running around.
- 4:35Speaker 1: So that's why I even noticed myself and I'm gonna tell them the scooter situation in a second I rush, I rush and it's something that makes me feel safe because rushing to run away from the war, the bomb, to hide in the shelter, that way that took you to the safe space, right so, and I just feel like, oh you know, I rush, rush, rush.
- 4:58Speaker 1: So there's, even though I want to slow down so much, I don't feel safe in the slowing down.
- 5:02Speaker 1: So, even though the takeaway was to slow down so much, I don't feel safe in the slowing down.
- 5:05Speaker 1: So, even though the takeaway was to slow down, that's the strange and foreign language to me and I totally understood that when dr don explained the whole when he gave the example of his wife and himself, I was like shoot, you know.
- 5:18Speaker 1: And then, of course, um, because you know god, god has funny ways to show you your takeaways.
- 5:27Speaker 1: As we were scootering around Phoenix Arizona.
- 5:30Speaker 1: It was late at night, we were hangry and Miss Kira wanted to go to the grocery store.
- 5:38Speaker 1: So we go, we scooter, we get the time scooters, we get there, and then I don't know why we couldn't park or something.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I kept telling us to park somewhere.
- 5:44Speaker 1: You can't park here.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I'm like what't know why we couldn't park or something.
- 5:45Speaker 2: So I had to.
- 5:45Speaker 2: We had to.
- 5:46Speaker 2: Yeah, I kept telling us to park somewhere.
- 5:46Speaker 2: You can't park here.
- 5:47Speaker 2: I'm like, what do you mean?
- 5:48Speaker 2: We can't park here.
- 5:49Speaker 1: I know that was whatever, but anyway, and I'm like I'm trying to rush because I want you to go get your food, because to me it's like, oh my gosh, you need to eat, and I'm like, denise, you need to eat too, right, yeah, and I just kicked it to.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I can know, release the kickstand so we can park over there.
- 6:05Speaker 1: And I hit myself and you saw it was painful.
- 6:08Speaker 1: That's the rush and that is something I was like wait a minute, you're always rushing, so yeah.
- 6:16Speaker 2: Yeah, and then God's like here boom, Now you have to slow down and you know what Today I am.
- 6:22Speaker 1: I did tell myself that I know that in the world of, like you know, podcasting and things like that, we want to be PC.
- 6:28Speaker 1: But to be honest with you, I'm going to be using God because I'm a believer in God.
- 6:33Speaker 1: So some people like to use universe, source etc.
- 6:36Speaker 1: It's all up to you.
- 6:37Speaker 1: But one of my authenticity is like why am I hiding or saying call God universe, etc.
- 6:42Speaker 1: I call it God and that's okay, Because if you call it something else, that's okay too.
- 6:47Speaker 1: So that was a big eye opener for me.
- 6:50Speaker 1: It's like stop hiding away and being PC and not to upset somebody in this, Because if someone else to get upset, I have no control over that.
- 6:59Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, what's your?
- 7:00Speaker 2: Second takeaway so I can chime in.
- 7:02Speaker 2: You're like, let me chime in on that one too, letting go of attachment.
- 7:07Speaker 2: So I have a story.
- 7:08Speaker 2: We did spoon bending and this was not my first time Like when they put up the slide and it's like spoon bending 101.
- 7:14Speaker 2: I was like, yeah, because I did this.
- 7:17Speaker 2: I did this years ago and, for those that don't like, have never heard of this, you're not literally just looking at it and using your mind to bend a spoon.
- 7:27Speaker 2: There's got to be, honest with you.
- 7:29Speaker 2: That's what I thought.
- 7:30Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, yeah, I'm ready for that.
- 7:33Speaker 2: But we didn't do that.
- 7:35Speaker 2: I know it's supposed to be gentle pressure, like you're not forcing guys.
- 7:39Speaker 2: You weren't like indenting your hands to try to bend the spoon and honestly, I don't think I could have, even if I had tried.
- 7:45Speaker 2: Right, like whenever I get a spoon, there's skepticism.
- 7:48Speaker 2: I'm human and so I'm trying to bend it, of course, and I'm like all right, the damn thing's not bending.
- 7:54Speaker 2: So we go into this meditation.
- 7:55Speaker 2: That's absolutely beautiful.
- 7:58Speaker 2: I do meditation and hypnosis all the time, and this one got me.
- 8:01Speaker 2: I mean, I was in, I was breaking down and I was shaking.
- 8:05Speaker 2: That's how powerful it was.
- 8:07Speaker 2: And she had said, like when you get to the bending of the spoon, you will know when it's time.
- 8:13Speaker 2: And even if you don't bend the spoon, the goal of this meditation is to learn how to work with your energy and to harness your power and me being, you know, like still having patterns of perfectionism and worthiness and all this other crap that floats around.
- 8:29Speaker 2: I was like I'm going to bend this damn spoon.
- 8:31Speaker 2: Well, so we get to the point where I'm like okay, I'm visualizing it bending like rubber, I'm getting into it and it's not going anywhere.
- 8:40Speaker 2: I'm like son of a bitch, like this is going to bend, like I am not walking out of this room without a bent spoon.
- 8:45Speaker 2: And so I dropped back into it and I start to just hear probably God, but who knows, or my intuition, whatever Somebody was talking to me and it was like just trust, do you trust me?
- 8:59Speaker 2: And I was like no, like I haven't been trusting.
- 9:03Speaker 2: That has been a piece.
- 9:04Speaker 2: And lo and behold, my spoon starts bending and I bend the whole thing in half.
- 9:09Speaker 2: But then I was like okay, I like kind of snapped out of the meditation, like no, no, no, no, we're not, we're not going to end here, like I want to bend the other side of the spoon, like I got to see this whole thing and it wasn't happening again.
- 9:27Speaker 2: And that's when I started to hear let go, like it wasn't just trust, it was let go, let go, let go.
- 9:31Speaker 2: And I realized that in my business because I'm going to be transparent here in my business I have not let go of attachment.
- 9:39Speaker 2: I am very attached to the outcome.
- 9:41Speaker 2: Of this business will succeed, I will make it work, and all these stories.
- 9:46Speaker 2: And so I just kept hearing let go, let go, and I eased off.
- 9:51Speaker 2: And it's like in that moment, as I eased off, I also heard the trust again and I heard it as safe and it doesn't matter.
- 10:00Speaker 2: So, like in that moment, I finally realized I don't have to bend the stinking spoon again, like it doesn't matter.
- 10:06Speaker 2: I got the lessons that I needed, and so letting go of attachment can be such a powerful thing for people and on a healing journey.
- 10:16Speaker 2: I know that's painful to hear.
- 10:17Speaker 2: It's like I'm not going to let go, like, yes, I want to feel better.
- 10:21Speaker 1: Oh, it's painful.
- 10:22Speaker 2: Yes, but yeah, that's the thing.
- 10:24Speaker 2: It's all painful, but like if you can let go and learn the lessons in that moment and on your journey.
- 10:32Speaker 2: I promise you healing is going to get easier.
- 10:37Speaker 1: I'm going to chime in about, because we had a lot, we've talked a lot during the weekend, so a lot of our takeaways are very similar.
- 10:44Speaker 1: However, I'm going to talk about the spoon bending.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I this is my first time bending a spoon.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I literally thought it was like you just visualize it and it's going to happen.
- 10:54Speaker 1: You're not doing anything with your hands.
- 10:55Speaker 1: However, I did it.
- 10:58Speaker 1: I bent the spoon.
- 10:59Speaker 1: Now, I think at the beginning I may have applied some force.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I'm like I'm not supposed to apply some force and I just went with it.
- 11:07Speaker 1: But the second part that I bent, I didn't do force at all.
- 11:12Speaker 1: However, when I saw other people's spoons with the knots, like some people just knotted it or they did the twisty things.
- 11:20Speaker 1: I'm like you know, this is what I can do, okay, this is I can definitely do that, but then that still means I still have attachments and I still do right, because they kind of showed up yesterday.
- 11:31Speaker 1: And that's the beauty of you know, the healing journey is that you commit, you set intentions, but also experiences and opportunities are going to show up to solidify that or to tell you there's still something there, right?
- 11:47Speaker 1: So you mentioned the not forcing and I want to also say that and it's a big takeaway, that kind of you know it's from the weekend, but it also spilled yesterday that not just letting go.
- 12:07Speaker 1: The things that are meant for you will come to you, no matter what.
- 12:13Speaker 1: If you're on Mars or on the moon or on planet Earth, they're going to find you.
- 12:20Speaker 1: So that's another piece that I need, like don't force things, just let it go.
- 12:27Speaker 1: And you know what I do, right, I contract with school districts and I did have a contract for an assessment.
- 12:33Speaker 1: This was only an assessment that I delivered.
- 12:35Speaker 1: I, you know, did the report, I delivered the IEP at the end of October, so October 30th, and I I'm a small business, you know like I'm getting into the game right now.
- 12:49Speaker 1: So I'm just, you know, I follow up with them.
- 12:51Speaker 1: And she's like, well, it is 60 days for us to, you know, process payments.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I was like, okay, you know, but it was approved by board, etc, etc.
- 12:59Speaker 1: So, coming back, I was gonna be like, oh, I know, but it was approved by board, et cetera, et cetera.
- 13:01Speaker 1: So, coming back, I was going to be like, oh, I'm going to email her, what is the status of the invoice?
- 13:05Speaker 1: I was like you know what?
- 13:06Speaker 1: No, I'm not going to force it because it's going to come.
- 13:09Speaker 1: Where is it going to be?
- 13:10Speaker 1: And then I opened the mail and it was here yesterday because I didn't check the mail yesterday, right, so I didn't have to put myself in a situation where to email somebody to force it, because that's what I do, a lot of things I force.
- 13:25Speaker 1: I want to.
- 13:25Speaker 1: You know, like it's the aggressiveness and I'm like no step back, because whatever belongs to me is not gonna miss me.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Yeah, and if it missed me, it's not because it missed me.
- 13:38Speaker 1: I missed it.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I chose not to look at, not to open that door, not to look through that window or not to match the opportunities, frequency, or, to you know, to allow my ego mind to do that.
- 13:51Speaker 1: So letting it go also was another not forcing and letting go was the you know.
- 13:58Speaker 2: Yeah, I honestly I think that's huge for everyone, like regardless of where they're at.
- 14:03Speaker 2: I mean you could, you can look at your students and you know even clients in the uh like self-love workshops you do, and it's the same thing for my clients.
- 14:14Speaker 2: It's like always trying to force stuff because we want to have that control and just like, like I told you today.
- 14:21Speaker 2: And I tell people all the time.
- 14:22Speaker 2: We have no control.
- 14:24Speaker 2: There are two things in your life you can control Taxes and death.
- 14:28Speaker 2: That's it we will all die and we will all pay taxes.
- 14:33Speaker 1: I'm sorry, I mean some people don't.
- 14:35Speaker 2: You know what I mean.
- 14:36Speaker 2: They have to, though.
- 14:38Speaker 2: But, like we can't control our partners.
- 14:41Speaker 2: We can't control our partners, we can't control our friends, we can't control our kids, we can't control the freaking weather like we have no control.
- 14:47Speaker 2: So let go.
- 14:49Speaker 2: The only thing you control is your actions and behaviors and your reactions yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, absolutely.
- 14:56Speaker 1: And that was and that's another thing, toira, and I'm so glad yesterday happened.
- 15:01Speaker 1: It's because I had all the intentions.
- 15:04Speaker 1: I came out of this weekend with a lot of intentions, but I'm also a human being.
- 15:09Speaker 1: In a room that I know, no soul other than you and there's thousands of people yes, I'm an extrovert and all that stuff, but I also absorb people's energies and it was three days, three long days, and the breaks were like, you know, we had breaks but still, and we were not sleeping, you know, early.
- 15:35Speaker 1: We're still waking up early, so we're talking late at night, I know.
- 15:36Speaker 1: But the thing I know, because we haven't, you know, been together like for that period of time and you know, since I mean, we've known each other for a long time, but for a weekend like this, yeah, so it.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I just felt like, as a human being, you feel overstimulated, you feel overwhelmed and then, instead of like scheduling more time off on Monday, I didn't yeah and just, you know, and things went piled up on top of each other and I blew up.
- 16:05Speaker 1: But it was really important that I want to say something, that there's something that I used to do and I and I did not go there.
- 16:14Speaker 1: So I was like, nope, step back.
- 16:16Speaker 1: And I was called on my bullshit.
- 16:19Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, thank you for calling on my bullshit, and you know.
- 16:24Speaker 1: So I stepped back and that was a break in the pattern.
- 16:35Speaker 2: Yeah, and that you.
- 16:35Speaker 2: So this wasn't a lesson I learned at the event, but it's coming to me right now, so it needs to be addressed, and that is the ability to give yourself grace to.
- 16:40Speaker 2: We are human.
- 16:42Speaker 2: You did not just say that right now.
- 16:43Speaker 2: I did because here's the thing I feel like we put so much pressure on ourselves and like my clients will message me and it's like well, I'm, I haven't been eating great and I haven't been doing this.
- 16:55Speaker 2: And I'm like okay, but what have you been doing?
- 16:57Speaker 2: Well, I've been doing this and I've been doing this and I've been under just a ton of stress, but this isn't going well.
- 17:05Speaker 2: I'm like but look at what is going well, look at what's going on in your life.
- 17:07Speaker 2: Like the goal is not to be perfect, it's to be human and to see the lessons and everything that we're receiving.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Like it's okay to be.
- 17:15Speaker 2: Like you know what I screwed up.
- 17:17Speaker 2: I learned a lesson from it.
- 17:19Speaker 1: It's all right and move on.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Yes, that's what I.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Yeah, I did that yesterday.
- 17:23Speaker 1: I was like I, like I, you know the story, but I'm not gonna say the whole story.
- 17:26Speaker 1: I did apologize to my daughter yesterday and I did tell her.
- 17:30Speaker 1: I said you don't need to forgive me honestly right now, because I do understand that and even though no, no, I forgive you, mommy, I was like you, think about it, it's fine.
- 17:38Speaker 1: But I mean, things are better, you know, but it was it's it's it's.
- 17:43Speaker 1: It's important to say I screwed up.
- 17:44Speaker 1: It's important to say, uh, to not point fingers because guess what, we can, and we can find all the evidence that it's the other person, it's something that you said, it's something that you said yesterday or whatever.
- 17:55Speaker 1: But where, where is that going to take you?
- 17:58Speaker 1: It's not going to take you.
- 17:58Speaker 1: It's not going to take you to healing, it's going to take you to pile up more shit on top of more shit.
- 18:02Speaker 1: So, and I'm sick of the shit- yeah, because ultimately, and I wanted to say- something about the grace, because today, as I was thinking because yesterday I sat in an iep and then for a good 30 minutes and I'm like, why aren't we starting?
- 18:16Speaker 1: I'm like but, but, but, but, but I realized today I like I don't give others grace because I don't give myself grace.
- 18:26Speaker 1: High achiever, get it done, denise, you can get it done.
- 18:28Speaker 1: Boom, boom, boom, boom, boom.
- 18:29Speaker 1: You know I would have called the parents like right away, five minutes, you don't just stay for 30 minutes.
- 18:33Speaker 1: But that's she's not me and I'm not her Right.
- 18:36Speaker 1: So that the grace piece.
- 18:37Speaker 1: And that's why I said you did not say what you said, because I told myself like you need to be more graceful with yourself and with others.
- 18:45Speaker 1: They're not you.
- 18:46Speaker 1: If they want to wait for 30 minutes, waste their time.
- 18:48Speaker 2: It is what it is yeah, maybe for them it was like a much-needed break in their day.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Who?
- 18:53Speaker 1: knows.
- 18:53Speaker 2: You know what I mean like, and that goes back to interpretations, which we need to do a podcast on.
- 18:58Speaker 1: Yes, oh my gosh, we need to go back to our podcast episodes to listen, to see about what we, like we said about the topics that we're going to talk about in the future and then we forget.
- 19:10Speaker 2: Yeah well, any other takeaway those were I mean, those were my big three was trust, let go of attachment and slow down.
- 19:21Speaker 2: I mean, that's the thing there were so many, so many.
- 19:25Speaker 2: There's a lot.
- 19:26Speaker 1: There was a lot yeah, like we're not going to talk business stuff, because that's nothing to do with that, our podcast is not about it.
- 19:31Speaker 1: But another thing really was being present.
- 19:35Speaker 1: Yeah, to be present.
- 19:37Speaker 1: You know, and you know, yesterday I admitted to you I didn't use my tools.
- 19:42Speaker 1: I, the day did not, could not, sorry, the day would not have ended the way it ended had I taken that break, had I used my tools, because I have them so or had I went back to my presence, to my breath.
- 19:58Speaker 1: So it's really, really important.
- 19:59Speaker 1: And I know we did an episode on being present, right, so go back to that episode.
- 20:03Speaker 1: We did, we did, didn't we?
- 20:05Speaker 1: I don't know, I think we did, we totally did.
- 20:08Speaker 1: While you're talking, I'm going to look it up, but I know we did about being present in the moment, and the quickest, the quickest way about coming to the present is is breathing.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Yeah, paying attention to your breath, because you're breathing all the time.
- 20:25Speaker 1: I get that, but like truly feeling your breath, grounding yourself with the breath.
- 20:32Speaker 2: And it's such an easy tool.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Like guys, it's free.
- 20:34Speaker 2: Just pay attention to how you're breathing.
- 20:36Speaker 2: And it reminded me.
- 20:38Speaker 1: we used to ground our two times we recorded, without grounding ourselves with our breath.
- 20:43Speaker 1: We always do that.
- 20:43Speaker 1: Yes, yeah yeah times we record it without grounding ourselves with our breath.
- 20:45Speaker 1: We always do that.
- 20:45Speaker 1: Yes, oh, yeah, yeah, since we're done with the takeaways, we need to tell them about the slide situation okay I'll go in the room.
- 20:57Speaker 2: No, you start.
- 20:58Speaker 2: You start because I wouldn't, I could.
- 20:59Speaker 2: So I mean, denise and I shared a hotel room.
- 21:02Speaker 2: We had an absolute, absolute blast.
- 21:03Speaker 2: It was exhausting, but it was such a powerful weekend.
- 21:07Speaker 2: But, yeah, we get back into the hotel room the last night and we're all excited with our food and Denise looks down and she's like where's my other?
- 21:16Speaker 2: I'm going to call it a flip-flop, but it was a slide.
- 21:18Speaker 1: She's like where's?
- 21:19Speaker 2: my other shoe and I'm like I don't know it's got to be around here, so we start looking.
- 21:23Speaker 2: I'll let you take it from here.
- 21:24Speaker 2: We looked everywhere, we looked everywhere I was looking on the ceiling behind the tv like at that point I'm like where the hell's the shoe exactly?
- 21:33Speaker 1: so you, see one side but still see the other side and I'm like where the heck is it?
- 21:38Speaker 1: There's no way someone is gonna steal just one.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Why would they steal one?
- 21:43Speaker 2: there are other shoes over there, we have our laptops, so we started like, wait, denise's first thought is maybe they're missing a foot and they just needed that side.
- 21:52Speaker 2: I'm like, yes, that's exactly what happened.
- 21:54Speaker 1: The maid came in and she only had one leg and she stole your one shoe or I was like, oh, but anyway, as we're sitting down, and then I, we call the, the, you know, the front desk and everything I this is a funny situation.
- 22:07Speaker 1: I don't even know how to explain it, but I had to explain it and I bet you that, like that woman is weird, so anyway.
- 22:12Speaker 1: And then so we're sitting in bed and I'm like what could have possibly happened to it?
- 22:17Speaker 1: And I mean I was like, oh, maybe they swept it, but then no, they can't see like they're gonna notice if they swept up a whole shoe and it's not going to go in a vacuum.
- 22:25Speaker 1: No, we're not going to go in a vacuum.
- 22:27Speaker 1: So we're sitting down in bed and I don't know, we're literally talking about something completely different.
- 22:34Speaker 1: And I look at Kira and I was like so an image came in my mind and then I was like, oh, the towel.
- 22:42Speaker 1: And then I was like, so what came in my mind was an image of cleaning.
- 22:46Speaker 1: I have no idea how that image came.
- 22:47Speaker 1: We were not even talking about cleaning and and then it came in the image and I realized that in the morning when I, after I took a shower, I left the towel on the floor, so it must have been on top of the slides.
- 23:00Speaker 1: And then when the housekeeper, or you know, the hotel, uh, you know, uh, what do you call them?
- 23:06Speaker 1: The?
- 23:07Speaker 2: cleaners, whatever I.
- 23:08Speaker 1: I want to call them the right way because it's not a house, but anywho.
- 23:11Speaker 1: So she must have, you know, picked up the slide because those are really um light on her way with the towel.
- 23:19Speaker 1: So I called them again.
- 23:20Speaker 1: I'm like, maybe it's in your laundry, but anyway, long story short, I came back to cal, to California, with just one, because they said that if they find it they'll mail it to me.
- 23:29Speaker 1: So I'm just hoping I'm going to wait a month before I throw the other one away, because I cannot swear one.
- 23:35Speaker 1: You can if you're alive.
- 23:37Speaker 2: Oh, you know what I can do I know?
- 23:38Speaker 1: huh, well, I can buy another and then wear different colors.
- 23:43Speaker 1: I guess I buy another and then wear different colors, I guess I don't know.
- 23:49Speaker 1: But this also solidified something that I it.
- 23:49Speaker 1: It took me a while to understand because you and I read the book uh, anita Mojani's book, dying to Be Me, and Wayne Dyer talks about it, and I think we even heard it at the conference as well about the um, about the, uh, the multiverse, or like the parallel realities.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I was like, maybe, how did that picture come in my head?
- 24:12Speaker 1: It could, maybe it could have been something from the other side.
- 24:16Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 24:16Speaker 1: So I think, so, yeah, yeah, yeah, I think this is it.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Oh, I did find the episode.
