VOICE NOTE #112 — The Battle Within

I've been thinking about the battles we have with ourselves.

The habits we want to change.

The things we reach for when we're uncomfortable.

The parts of ourselves we've decided would be easier to love if they would just behave.

For me, lately, that's meant looking at my relationship with addiction, food, scrolling, distraction...

and, naturally, Lady Ganja.

She's complicated.

But somewhere in all of this, I started wondering:

What if the goal isn't to defeat these parts of ourselves?

What if it's to understand them?

Because I can want something to change…
