Megan: But the thing that that aren't doing specifically this weekend, because I do everything from email to asset Amanda Van Den Elzen: But the thing that I'm doing specifically this weekend, because I do everything from email to asset collection In-Person: Collection to everything under the sun marketing. But when I'm on site, I like to do the activations, which is so much fun. We're doing our R92 suite, which is all a part of our new membership that we're doing, which has been so much fun to connect with people because the whole reason it was built was because of our sister company Grid Life and us. We were just having conversations about how we wanted to bring more value to racers, to people in the community who are fans, to sponsors, and how we could kind of make all of that come together. And so this idea came about of doing this map. Megan: collection to everything out of some marketing. Amanda Van Den Elzen: to everything under the sun marketing. But when I'm on site, I like to do the activations, which is so much fun. We're doing our R92 suite, which is all a part of our new membership that we're doing, which has been so much fun to connect with people, because the whole reason it was built was because of our sister company Crid Life and us. We were just having conversations about how we wanted to bring more value to racers, to people in the community who are fans, to sponsors. Megan: But when I'm on site, I like to get informations, which is so much fun. We're doing our R ninety G Speed, which is all our part of our membership that we're doing, which has been so much fun to connect with people because the whole reason it was built was because of our system company web life. And we were just having conversations about how we wanted to bring To races, to people in the community who are fans, to the sponsors, how we can kind of make all of that come together. And so this idea came according to this membership. Amanda Van Den Elzen: how we could kind of make all of that come together. And so this idea came about of doing this membership. In-Person: membership so we're doing our sweep this weekend which is one of the perks of being one of our members so you can come up have water have a snack hang out with me of course that's the big poll just saying I like to joke with everybody yeah I'm the man attraction it's fun or you could you know go up on top and get to watch the track and see the whole thing from our upper deck which is so fun it is super cool yeah I'm very excited we're doing it with the beast which is Rob Hollins Holrig Amanda Van Den Elzen: So we're doing our sweep this weekend, which is one of the parts of being one of our members. And then also I'm helping out with Megan: rig and ham they're really great buttons for that's awesome. Also I'm helping with the In-Person: and Hella and they're really great partners for that and then also I'm helping out with social media and whatever we can do, getting to hang out with Rob Holland. We were running around the parade doing videos and hanging out and stuff. I realized I kinda had to be security at the same time as doing social. Because people start trying to walk into your shot every single time. So I was literally holding the camera with this one and I was like Amanda Van Den Elzen: social media and whatever we can do, getting to hang out with Rob Holland. We were running around the parade doing videos and hanging out and stuff. I realized I kinda had to be security at the same time as doing social. Because people start trying to walk into your shot every single time. So I was literally holding the camera with this one and I was Megan: social media and whatever we can do getting to hang out with problems we're running around the parades with videos and yeah and stuff. I realized I kinda have the security diamonds and then I guess people start trying to walk into your shot Amanda Van Den Elzen: like, like just pouting to people, I'm so sorry we're stops. I'm not trying to block you from the whole thing. Just this little bitty bit. Right. Just right here. Megan: like just out of the box. I'm sorry. Yeah. In-Person: Like just mouthing to people, I'm so sorry, I'm so sorry. I'm not trying to block you from the whole thing. Just this little bitty bit. Just right here. So Megan: Right. Yeah. Is that okay, so because Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah. Is that okay, so because I have like the subscription to Racer, so is that extra on top of that or is that included? That is included in your membership. Yeah. So as long as you have the annual membership, you are set up and you are part of the R ninety two membership. Which the whole goal with that is to bring discounts to customers. Yeah. Have our Megan: I have like the subscription to Racers, so is that extra on top of that or is that included? That is included in so as long as you have annual membership, you are set up and you were. In-Person: Yes. That is included in your membership. Yeah. Wherever we can we're trying to do keep plugging and there's been so many main In-Person: You can go back and watch stuff, rewatch things over and over, you know, all the fun. And then there's also exclusive content we're working on. So we're trying to do behind the scenes some in car shots and stuff and just trying to put up streams of whatever we can that's gonna be Amanda Van Den Elzen: you can go back and watch stuff, rewatch things over and over, you know, all the fun, and then there's also exclusive content we're working on. So we're trying to do behind the scenes some in car shots and stuff. And just trying to put up streams of whatever we can that's gonna adding value yeah to the community. Wherever we can we're trying to just keep plugging and there's been so many amazing companies In-Person: adding value to the community. Wherever we can, we're trying to just keep plugging. And there's been so many amazing companies that have been excited about contributing to the membership and getting into it that it's been really, really, really fun. Amanda Van Den Elzen: that have been excited about contributing to the membership and getting into it that it's been really, really really fun Megan: Yeah, and then Amanda Van Den Elzen: because In-Person: Because having them be excited about what we're doing and ready and being like, yeah, we've got this. we wanna talk to your customers. We wanna, we wanna give them this discount, we wanna give them this discount, we wanna do that. It's been really exciting to see and it's cool because we can both start it and also grow it with intentionality. Yeah. So it's been a really cool process right now. So it's been amazing. Yeah. So that's me on the race, on the race side, like the racer side of my life. It's a very Amanda Van Den Elzen: having them be excited about what we're doing and ready and being like, yeah, we've got this. we wanna talk to your customers. We wanna we wanna give them this discount. We wanna give them this discount. We wanna do that. It's been really exciting to see and it's cool because we can both start it and also grow it with intentionality. Yeah. So it's been a really cool process right now. So it's been amazing. Megan: Excited about what we're doing and ready and being like, yeah, we have it. we want to talk to your customers. We want to we want to give them this discount. We want to get them this discount. We want to do that. It's been really exciting to see and it's cool because we can both start it and also grow it with intentionality. Yeah. So it's been a really cool process right now. Yeah. It's been amazing. That's awesome. So s meet me. Yay. On the race on the race side, like for the racer side of my life. It's a very Amanda Van Den Elzen: So that's me on the race on the race side, like for the racer side of my life. It's a very In-Person: crazy world we're now under FMA group which we're under the same group as Grid Life and ID agency if you know who they are. Yeah. So yeah it's a little little triangle of friends. Amanda Van Den Elzen: crazy world. We're now on Megan: crazy world. We're no longer a FMA. Amanda Van Den Elzen: FMA group which we're under the same group as Grid Life and ID agency if you know who they are. Okay, okay. So yeah. Yeah, it's a little little triangle about that earlier Megan: group which we're under the same group as BootLake and ID eight. Okay. Okay, yeah. It's a little bit I remember seeing an announcement about that earlier Amanda Van Den Elzen: this year. Yeah. Yeah. It's been amazing since we're all figuring out the best ways to kind of interconnect and even we got people from all of the different areas of the company. Megan: this year. Yeah. Yeah. It's been amazing since we're all figuring out the best ways to kind of interconnect. And even we got people from all of the different areas of the In-Person: Yeah, yeah. It's been amazing since we're all figuring out the best ways to kind of interconnect and even we've got people from all of the different areas of the company here this weekend. yeah. So it's even it's even been good so far, just getting everybody excited, connected. Megan: company here this week. Okay. So it's good it's even been good so far, just getting everybody excited, connecting it Amanda Van Den Elzen: Here this weekend. yeah. So it's even been good so far. Just getting everybody excited, connected, building a team, but also everybody has their own priorities. So it's nice because we're like, well, this is something you're really good at. Hey, I have a client who's looking for that right now. Yeah. Let's go. Exactly. So it's been really, really nice to see that kind of problem develop. In-Person: Building a team, but also everybody has their own priorities, so it's nice because we're like, well, this is something you're really good at. Hey, I have a client who's looking for that right now. Yeah. Let's go. Like, so it's been really, really nice to see that kind of grow and develop. That Megan: Building a team but also everybody has their own priorities. So it's nice to feel like, this is something you're really good at Hey, I have a client who's looking for that right thing. Yeah. Let's go. Exactly. So it's been really, really In-Person: is cool. Yeah, but so that's my spiel. It's a it's a little bit of a lot, but it's a little bit of a lot. I've never been bored a day in this industry. So Amanda Van Den Elzen: That is cool. Yeah, but so that's my spiel. Yay. It's a it's a little bit of a lot, but it's a little bit of a lot. I've never been bored a day in this so Megan: Yeah, so that's my spiel. Okay. It's a it's a little bit of a lot, but it's a little bit of a I've never been bored a day. So I I was a crazy hype of things. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: hey, I I was a crazy hyper kid, so not being bored is top of the Yeah. In-Person: Hey, I I was a crazy hyper kid, so not being bored is top of my mind. Yeah. our listeners are primarily like the grassroots racers that are really learning how to grow their programs, make connections and make money racing. Yeah, right, which is hard. It is not easy for sure. It's not for the faint of heart. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: our listeners are primarily like the grassroots racers that are really learning how to grow their programs, make connections and make money, right? Megan: our listeners are primarily like the grassroots racers that are really learning how to grow their programs, make connections, and just make money racing, right? Which is hard. It is not easy. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Right, which is hard. It is not easy. It's a lot of work. And listening to what you're talking about, it really sounds like you have two distinctly different customer groups, right? You've got the people that you're selling your content to, the people who are consuming your app and your membership, right? Those kind of things. But you've also got the businesses on the back end that you're trying to connect to those people. So tell me a little bit about like what what does that mean? Megan: And listening to what you're talking about, it really sounds like you have two distinctly different customer groups, right? You've got the people that you're selling your content to, the people who computing your app. In-Person: About it really sounds like you have two distinctly different customer groups, right? You've got the people that you're selling your content to, the people who are consuming your app and your membership, right? Those kind of things. But you've also got the businesses on the back end that you're trying to connect to those people. So tell me a little bit about like what what does that Megan: membership, like those kind of business work. But you've also got the businesses on the back of it you're trying to connect to those individuals. So tell me a little bit about like what what does it Amanda Van Den Elzen: mean for you in your role as you're talking about marketing what what does that look like to have two very different groups and are there more groups than that that I don't know about? In-Person: mean for you in your role as you're talking about marketing? What what does that look like to have two very different groups? And are there more groups than that that I don't know about? Megan: mean for you in your role as you're talking about marketing? What what does that look like that compare different groups and other groups that I don't know about? I think that you're right though for two of our customers, but we do have the third group that we're definitely trying to focus more on as well is getting more people into the sport, which I think is happening across the industry. I think we all have experience where they are talking about it at different summits, different conversations, like you're at PRI or Seamer or whatever, I feel like they're having the conversation of how do we get more young people into the sport. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I think that you're right, those are two of our customers, but we do have a third group that we're definitely trying to focus more on as well is getting more people into the sport, which I think is happening across the industry. I think we all have experienced where they are talking about it at different summits and different conversations, and when you're at PRI or SEMA or wherever, I feel like they're having the conversation of how do we get more pe young people into the sport. Yeah. And one of the ways that we have done that is by connecting In-Person: think that you're right, those are two of our customers, but we do have a third group that we're definitely trying to focus more on as well is getting more people into the sport, which I think is happening across the industry. I think we all have experienced where they are talking about it at different summits and different conversations. And when you're at PRI or Seamer or wherever, I feel like they're having the conversation of how do we get more pe young people into the sport. And one of the ways that we have done that is by Megan: Yeah. And one of the ways that we have done that is by In-Person: Connecting with grid life. I don't know if you guys have heard of Grid Life, have you? I have. Okay, so for for everybody at home. Yeah. I love it. Honestly, I went to my first one this summer and I have been hyped since. I am so excited. I've started to even have some of my girlfriends who are not in motorsports at all. They don't, they're like, I don't even know how to check the oil in my car. Like, I don't know anything about cars. Megan: doing Ridley. I don't know if you guys have heard. Have you? So we come from everybody at home. I love it. Honestly I went to my first one this summer. I'm starting to see ha some of my girlfriends who are not able to sports at all. I don't Amanda Van Den Elzen: With grid life. I don't know if you guys have heard grid life. Have you? I have. Okay, yes. We come from drifting, so Yes. I love it. Honestly, I went to my first one this summer and I have been hyped since. I am so excited. I've started to even have some of my girlfriends who are not in motor sports at all. They don't they're like, I don't even know how to check the oil in my car. Like, I don't know anything about cars. Megan: They're like, I don't even know how this toil in my mind. Like I don't know anything about Amanda Van Den Elzen: And they're even like coming to these with me, and one of them came with me and Megan: And they're even like coming to these with me and one of came In-Person: And they're even like coming to these with me. And one of them came with me and she Amanda Van Den Elzen: She was like, I'm obsessed. Keep inviting me. I wanna watch. I wanna watch I wanna watch vote. Megan: with me and she was like, I'm upset. Okay, good. I'm gonna watch my In-Person: was like, I'm obsessed. Keep inviting me. I wanna watch, I wanna watch, I wanna watch motorsports now. Like, are we gonna watch some of these like back at your house? And I'm like, yes, yes, we will. I'm so down. But yeah, so Grid Life for everyone else Megan: are we gonna watch some of these? Like back at your house and I'm like, Yeah, let's have a watch party. Yeah. I'm so down. But yeah, so Grid Life, we're watching. In-Person: is a race during the day. So it's got a bunch of different classes, a bunch of different people drifting. You've got time attack, you've got a lot of different cool people. And then at night, you've got a bunch of amazing artists. Megan: is race during the day. So it's got a bunch of different classes, a bunch of different people drifting, you've got time attacked, you've got a lot of different things. And then at night you've got a bunch of amazing artists In-Person: Who come out and DJ and it is so cool. I went to the one in New York at Watkins Glen. Shaq was DJing DJ Diesel. And then Teddy Payne, T Payne was DJing, and they had some people who had done a Coachella Megan: who come out with the media. And it is so cool. I mean you want it if you were to walk in Slen. Jack was DJing DJ Digital and then T Fang. wow they had In-Person: and done a lot of other stuff. so grid life is a super super cool place where the whole median age is way lower than everything else in motorsports. It's insane how many young people are going. And even at the different events that I've been to so far, it has been people who are coming in who during the day they're coming in for the racing and they're like, I don't know anything about these artists. Who's wait, there's music going on later? okay, like let me hear more about this. Like, what are we doing? And then there's the people who came during the day and they're like, At first I didn't even Megan: so red light is a super, super cool place where the whole medium is way lower than everything else in the That's right, yeah. It's insane how many other people are going and even at the Amanda Van Den Elzen: super cool place where the whole medium age is way lower than everything else in Portugal. That's right, yeah. It's insane how many young people are going and even at the different events that I've been to so far, it has been people who are coming in who during the day they're coming in for the racing and they're like, I don't know anything about these artists. Who's wait, there's music going on later? okay, like let me hear more about this. Like what are we doing? And then there's the people who came during the day and they're like, at first I didn't even Megan: It has been people who are coming in who during the day they're coming in for the racing and they're I don't know anything about this. Who's wait, there's music person later? okay, like let me hear more about this. Like, what are we doing? And then there are people who came during the night and they're like, Yeah at first I didn't In-Person: know Amanda Van Den Elzen: know there was racing here. Right. And now Megan: even know the rest racing. Right. And now I've In-Person: there was racing here. And now I heard there was racing, so I was like, I'll come hang out for the day. Cause they're coming to camp and do the festival. And it's just such a blast watching those two groups come together because also everybody's so friendly at the track. Like you guys know, it's so nice to watch, you know, these young people who go to Electric Forest and go to all these other really cool like they're all about the festival scene and now they're getting to be all about the racing scene. And I'm like, okay, okay, I'm okay with this. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I heard there was racing, so I like, I'll come hang out for the day. 'Cause they're coming to camp and do the festival. And it's such a blast watching those two groups come together 'cause also everybody's so friendly at the track. Like you guys know, it's so nice to watch, you know, these young people who go to Electric Forest and go to all these other really cool, like they're all about the festival scene. Yeah and now they're getting to be all about the races. I'm like, Yeah, okay. I'm okay with them. Megan: heard there was racing, so I'm like, I'll come hang out for the day. They're coming to VM computer festival and it's just much of the past watching the groups from the other people. So everybody's still looking at Like you guys know. It's so nice to watch and these you have people who go to Electric Wars, you go to all these other really cool, like they're all about the festival scene. Yeah. Now they're getting to be all about the racing scene. But like I'm okay with it. So yeah, I would that those are the three mistakes. And to answer your question, it's a lot of weird In-Person: So yeah, I would say that those are the three distinctive groups. And to answer your question, it's a lot of where you're talking Amanda Van Den Elzen: So yeah, I would say that sh Those are the three distinctive groups. And to answer your question, it's a lot of where you're to people. Yeah. In-Person: to people. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Because through our social medias, we've been growing our numbers exponentially. Ever since we got our social team together, it's just been skyrocketing. Our followers, not only our followers, because like everybody knows you can have people who are there who In-Person: Cause through our social medias, we've been growing our numbers exponentially ever since we got our social team together. It's just been skyrocketing. Our followers, not only our followers, because like everybody knows you can have people who are there who Megan: social media has been growing our numbers ever since we got our social team together it's just as often our followers not only our followers because like everybody have people who are there who aren't In-Person: aren't in it with you. It's not a community yet. No, our engagement has been going through the roof. Like last time I checked, it was like over 300% was like increase. And it's just insane watching those numbers skyrocket because you have people who are passionate. Amanda Van Den Elzen: in it with you it's not a community yes no our engagement has been going through the like last time we checked it was like over 300% was like increase and it's just insane watching those numbers skyrocket because you have people who are passionate Megan: yeah no our engagement has been like the last time I checked it was like over three hundred percent was like and it's just insane watching numbers skyrocket you have people who are passionate In-Person: people who understand the audiences that we're trying to talk to, both the ones who are already here and already excited, as well as the audiences who we're trying to kind of bring into the fold. And then I feel like for the businesses, it's been a lot of Amanda Van Den Elzen: people who understand the audiences that we're trying to talk to both the ones who are already here and already excited as well as the audiences who we're trying to kind of bring into the play. Yeah. And then I feel like for the businesses it's been a lot of Megan: people who undershake the audiences that were trying to talk to both the ones who are orange here and or decided as well as the audiences who are trying to work. Yeah. Yeah. And then I feel like for the business and it's been a lot of In-Person: everyone reaching out to the relationships they've built over years. All of our salespeople, all of our people who work in the office, everybody has these great relationships. One of our guys, he has this great relationship with Mazda and Amanda Van Den Elzen: Everyone reaching out to the relationships they've built over the years. Yeah. All of our salespeople, all of our people who work in the office, everybody has these great relationships. One of our guys, he has this great relationship with Mazda, and Megan: everyone reaching out to the relationship they built with others. Yeah. All of our sales people, all of our the work in the office, everybody has these great relationships. One of our guys who has a certain relationship with Mazda, and Amanda Van Den Elzen: I don't even think he officially works in sales, but he's in charge of that relationship because and it's a big thing because he put in the work and he knows them and they know him, and it's just such a quality connection that's been made and also fostered over time. Yeah. In-Person: I don't even think he officially works in sales, but he's in charge of that relationship because and it's a big thing because he put in the work and he knows them and they know him and it's just such a quality connection that's been made and also fostered over time. Yeah. You can't Megan: I don't even think he officially works in sales, but he's in charge of that relationship because it's a big thing because he put in the work and he knows them, they know him and it's just such a quality connection. Yeah. In-Person: you can't just come in and Amanda Van Den Elzen: You can't just come in and In-Person: Do the first step. You can't just come in and say, hey, hi, I'm Haley. You have to like continue those relationships, remember who people are and talk to them and all that kind of stuff. And it's it's nice seeing people year over year, because even here at Crandon, we have the same Toyota guys who come out every year. It is, I think it's the same Polaris guy who was here last year as well, and we have racer people, and we have, you know, so many different people from these companies, but they understand and feel the vision. And if Amanda Van Den Elzen: Do the first step. You can't just come in and say, Hey, hi, I'm Haley. You have to like continue those relationships, remember who people are and talk to them and all that kind of stuff. And it's it's nice seeing people year over year because even here at Brandon, we have the same Toyota guys who come out of here. It is, I think it's the same Galaire's guy who was there last year as well, and we have racer people, and we have you know so many different people from these companies, but they understand and feel the vision, and if Megan: Do the first step. You can't just come in and say, Hey, hi, hi late. You have to like continue those relationships, remember who people are and talk to and mom and stuff. And it's it's nice seeing people here over here because even here at Brandon, we have the same Toyota guys who come in. It is I think it's the same Blair guide that we did last year as well. And we have research people, and we have, you know, so many different people from these companies, but they understand the goal and And if they can build a vision of what you're trying to get across and blesses community, membership, building, and also which an amazing race thing, yeah. In-Person: They can feel the vision of what you're trying to get across and for us it's community membership, building and also watch an amazing racing. Amanda Van Den Elzen: can feel the vision of what you're trying to get across and for us it's community membership building and also watch an amazing racing. Yeah. Megan: It it really does treat them. And they're wanting to talk to the patient. And also the people who don't know their personality. Like players love to talk to the people who might not know that they need to go out and look at the side-by-side. In-Person: it it really does translate for them. And they're wanting to talk to the passionate people and also the people who don't know they're passionate yet. Like Polaris wants to talk to the people who might not know that they need to go out and go get a side by side Amanda Van Den Elzen: It it really does translate for them. Yeah. And they're wanting to talk to the passionate people and also the people who don't know they're passionate yet. Like Polaris wants to talk to the people who might not know that they need to go out and go get a side by side In-Person: or whatever. Like, come on, have you ridden in one of those? But also I don't know if they'll want to do it like how y'all do it. Like that track that track can get a little whily so I know. Yeah. You guys have been rocking no but yeah it's been it's been fun balancing that. I started in Amanda Van Den Elzen: or whatever. Come on, have you ridden in one of those? Sorry. But also I don't know if they'll want to do it like how y'all do it. Like that track that track can get a little wily, so I know. Yeah. But yeah, it's been it's been fun balancing that. I started in Megan: Right. Come on. But also I don't want to do it. Like I only want to do it. If I can get a little wiry, so I know. Yeah. But yeah, it's it's been fun balancing and I started in In-Person: sales with my career in motorsports. So also it's kind of fun 'cause I've gotten to have the different steps in it and get to connect with each of those audiences in a different way through those different roles. So it's been really fun. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Sales with my career in motorsports. So also it's kind of fun because I've gotten to have the different steps in it and get to connect with each of those audiences in a different way through those different groups. Yeah. Megan: fields with my career in work sports. So also it's kind of fun because I've gotten half the different steps in it to connect with each of those audiences in a different way through Yes true. It's true. As you're talking and just thinking about like where the parallel is there for our research. exactly. Yeah. You know, we we're looking at okay, we've got fans and we've got potential partners, right? And it's the exact same thing as what you're describing, right? You're trying to reach Amanda Van Den Elzen: As you're talking, I'm just thinking about like where the parallel is there for our listeners. And you know, we were looking at okay, we've got fans and we've got potential partners, right? And it's the exact same thing as what you're describing, right? You're trying to In-Person: you're talking I'm just thinking about like where the parallel is there for our listeners. Exactly. Yeah. You know, we we're looking at okay, we've got fans and we've got potential partners, right? And it's the exact same thing as what you're describing, right? You're trying to reach Amanda Van Den Elzen: People on social media that you want to just be involved with your brand, right? To consume your brand, and in essence, same as fans for a racer, right? Yeah. But behind the scenes is where those relationships really bring in those partners for the long term behind the scenes support. And I think I've I've done a lot of looking at racers profiles and things like that, and racers mix those up all the time, they've got their sponsorship decks on their Instagram, and you know. In-Person: people on social media that you want to just be involved with your brand, right? To consume your brand and in essence, same as fans for a racer, right? Yeah. But behind the scenes is where those relationships really bring in those partners from Megan: people on social media that you want to just be involved with your life, right? To consume your brand then. in essence, famous fan for some right. But behind the scenes is where those relationships really bring in those partners for the long term behind the scenes support. And I think I've it's done a lot of looking at racers profiles and things like that and racers mix those up all the time. They've got their sponsorship decks on their Instagram and you know In-Person: the long term behind the scenes support. And I think I've I've done a lot of looking at racers profiles and things like that and racers mix those up all the time. They've got their sponsorship decks on their Instagram and you know they've Amanda Van Den Elzen: So they've got like you would never put out there we're looking for somebody to like bring their product to our audience on Instagram, right? It's the same thing for the racers. Yeah. And I think a a big part of that is understanding and I Megan: they've got like you would never put out there we're looking for somebody to bring their products to our audience on Instagram. In-Person: got like you would never put out there we're looking for somebody to like bring their product to our audience on Instagram. Right? It's the same thing for the racers. Yeah. And I think a a big part of that is Megan: Right. It's the same thing for the races. Yeah. Yeah. And I think a a big part of that is understanding and I In-Person: understanding and I feel like Megan, you you and Alex have done talks, you guys have done classes, you guys have done a lot of different things to help educate people. And I feel like that's so important because you can't know what you can't know. Like if you don't know how how are you supposed to figure it out? Like Megan: feel like you and Alex have done talks, you guys have done classes, you guys have done a lot of different things to help yeah educate people. And I feel like that's so important because you can't know what you can like if you don't know for real. How how are you supposed to figure it out? Like Amanda Van Den Elzen: You guys have done classes, you guys have done a lot of different things to help yeah educate people. Mm-hmm. I feel like that's so important because you can't know what you can't know. Right. If you don't know for real how how are you supposed to figure it out? Yes. Who who knew Megan: who who knew In-Person: Who who knew how you were supposed to brush your teeth until somebody taught you? Like I'm my my niece and nephew are learning how to do a lot of things right now and it's very, very funny, but also it reminds you that like it's not because they're dumb, it's just they don't know yet. Megan: You were supposed to brush your teeth until someone top. Yeah. I'm my my niece and if you are learning how to do a lot of things, right? And it's very, very funny, but also it reminds me. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Supposed to brush your teeth until somebody talks. Like I'm my my niece and nephew are learning how to do a lot of things right now and it's very, very funny, but also it reminds you that like it's not because they're dumb, it's just they don't know. Yeah. Yeah. Megan: Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: That's the same thing with racers. Like they're not dumb. They just need to figure out what that stuff is. Exactly. They're actually very smart. They're a little too smart sometimes for me. I'm like, that's a split second decision I would not have been able to make. my god. 100% agree. I'm like, I'm pulling off after like a sketchy situation in a like Megan: And that's the same thing with drugs. Like they're not dumb and they just need to figure out what's up. They're actually very smooth there, right? Well too smart sometimes for me. I'm like that's a split second decision. I'm not doing anything to make. my god. I'm like, I'm getting off after like a sketchy situation in a like In-Person: And that's the same thing with racers. Like they're not dumb. They just need to figure out what that next step is. Like they're actually very smart. They're a little too smart sometimes for me. I'm like, that's a split second decision I would not have been able to make. my god. I'm like, I'm pulling off after like a sketchy situation in a like Amanda Van Den Elzen: like in a four way stop, like they're just rolling with it. Very proud of you all but Yes. Yes. Megan: you know, four-way stop. Like they're rolling with it. They're all sweet. Yes. Yes. In-Person: in a four-way stop. Like they're just rolling with it. I'm very proud of you all, but sweet Jesus. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah, yeah, for sure. Well and that's like yeah I mean Megan: Yeah, yeah, for sure. Well and that's like yeah, I mean I feel like I'm the same way, like coming into a new sport, like I don't know how to drive short course. So yeah, it's just like I'm just learning as I go and thankfully I've like you and Chris and like other friends who are trying to help me learn because I don't wanna go out there and like develop bad habits and make like bad mistakes and just be like, Well I th Amanda Van Den Elzen: I feel like I'm the same way, like coming into a new sport, like I don't know how to drive short horse. So yeah, just like I'm just learning as they go and thankfully I'm like you and Chris and like other friends who are trying to help me learn because I don't want to go out there and like develop bad habits and make like bad mistakes and just be like what In-Person: So yeah, it's like I'm just learning as they go and thankfully I'm like you and Chris and like other friends who are trying to help me learn. Amanda Van Den Elzen: you know that's just how I think it's supposed to go. But yeah, I mean for sure like when it comes to the like the education stuff, like like Alex has been so passionate about In-Person: No, this was how I think it was supposed to be. But yeah, I mean for sure. Megan: You know, that's just how I think it's supposed to go. But yeah, I mean for sure, like when it comes to the like the education stuff, like like Alex has been so passionate about Amanda Van Den Elzen: that and my gosh yeah like I was I was a student first with him but then it was just the timing of when I was stepping out of the seats and I was like I mean I just other racers were coming to me and then like sponsors were like hey can you help out this team or whatever so that's when Megan: that and yeah, like I was I was a student first, with him, but then it was just the timing of when I was stepping out of the seats and I was like yeah, I mean I just other racers were coming to me and then like sponsors were like, Hey, can you help out this team or whatever? So that's when In-Person: my gosh, for years. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I partnered up with Alex to do more of the education stuff. I feel like you know there's still so many people out there that that don't know and it's like we're trying to reach as many as we can and just be like hey you know we all just have this Megan: I partnered up with Alex to do more of the education stuff. I feel like, you know, there's still so many people out there that don't know. It's like we're trying to reach as many as we can and just be like, hey, you know, we all just have this In-Person: There's still so many people out there that that don't know. It's like we're trying to reach as many as we can and just be like, Hey, you know we all just have this Amanda Van Den Elzen: this In-Person: like natural instinct I guess to post out there, like, hey, you know, we're looking for small to be Amanda Van Den Elzen: like natural instincts I guess to post out there like hey you know we're looking for sponsors Megan: like natural instinct, I guess, to post out there like, Hey, you know, we're looking for sponsors Amanda Van Den Elzen: or we're looking for partners. Megan: or we're looking for partners, Amanda Van Den Elzen: Or here's my bronze, silver, and gold packages. Yeah. Someone Megan: or here's my bronze, silver, and gold packages. It's like, no, like that doesn't always work. Like it might work like In-Person: Silver and gold packages. Megan: one out of ten times maybe like you might yeah like you might find someone that just like just wants to support you but and they don't expect anything in return. But that's not a real sponsorship. And so but yeah I mean just like what you said like it is very parallel to how like you try to develop your relationships. Like you can't just go to a company firsthand and In-Person: Yeah, like you might find someone that just like just wants to support you but they don't expect anything in return. But that's not a real sponsorship. And so but yeah, I I mean just like what you said, like it is very parallel to how like Amanda Van Den Elzen: that just like just wants to support you but and they don't expect anything in return. But that's not a real sponsorship. And so but yeah, I I mean just like what you said, like it is very parallel to how like you try to develop your relationships. Like you can't just go to a company firsthand and In-Person: can't just go to a company first hand and be Amanda Van Den Elzen: Be like, hey, I'm Haley at Racer. Will you work with us? Like, will you sponsor us? It's like you can't, yeah. It's just like the same thing with trying to find sponsors for a team or for a car. Yeah. yeah, it it you have to develop those relationships over time. So when you like are bringing people to the events, or like do you have anybody new that you're bringing here to Crandon that is like a potential partner that you've been trying to work with? I think we have a few. Okay, I'm not gonna name any. Yeah, of course. We do have a couple people who are staying this weekend, and it's just it's exciting to watch people. Megan: be like In-Person: like, Hey, I'm Haley at Racer, like we work with us and sponsor us It's like you can't yeah, it's just like same thing with trying to find sponsors for a team or for a car. Yeah. Megan: Hey, I'm Haley at Racer. Will you work with us? Like, will you sponsor us? And it's like you can't, yeah, it's just like the same thing with trying to find sponsors for a team or for a car. yeah, it it you have to develop those relationships over time. So when you like are bringing people to the events or like do you have anybody new that you're bringing here to Crandon that is like a potential partner that you've been trying to work with? I think like a few. kind of couple people who are getting listening up and it's just it's exciting to watch. In-Person: So when you like are bringing people to the I think we have a few. I I'm not gonna name any names, but we do have a couple people who are staying this weekend and it's just it's exciting to watch people be excited and ready. And so we we have some people we have some people who we have relationships with other in other parts of our company in the FMA like sister companies. They've worked with other groups and now we're like, guys, look at Crandon. It's pretty fun. Amanda Van Den Elzen: be excited and ready. And so we we have some people, we have some people who we have relationships with other in other parts of our company in the FMA like sister companies. They've worked with other groups and now we're like guys look at Crane. Yeah. Yeah, because that's like one thing Alex always Megan: Yeah. And so we we have some people we have some people that we have relationships with other in other parts of our company in the way, like sister companies have worked with other groups and now we're like Hey, come check out off road. Yeah. Yeah, 'cause that's like one thing Alex always Amanda Van Den Elzen: like drills down is like you have to get them to the events or like to do the races. Because then they're they're not gonna know until they're there. Yeah. So yeah. I was like wow it's insane. Megan: like drills down is like you have to get them to the events or like to the races 'cause then they're they're not gonna know until they're there. So yeah. I would like In-Person: Yes. They have to catch the vision. I was Megan: I was Amanda Van Den Elzen: I was literally just talking to one of our crew guys earlier because we have a partner, they're not a partner yet. We have a brand that we've been making relationships with for the last couple of years, and there's potential that they might want us to bring our two-seater out to Glen Helen. And I was like, if we can because they're gonna have their executives there and stuff, and they were like, Well, maybe we can put them in the two-seater. And I will tell you that we lowballed ourselves like crazy because I In-Person: literally just talking to one of our crew guys earlier 'cause we have a partner they're not a partner yet. We have a brand that we've been Megan: literally just talking to one of our partners early because we have a partner not a partner. We have a brand that we've been making relationships for for the last couple of years and there's potential that they might want us to bring our two seater out to Glen Halle. And I was like, if you need to because they're gonna have their exact little siblings. They were like, Well, maybe we can put them in the two seater. I will tell you that we lowballed ourselves like crazy. In-Person: Making relationships with for the last couple of years and there's potential that they might want us to bring our two-seater out to Glen Helen. And I was like, if we can because they're gonna have their executives there and stuff, and they were like, Well, maybe we can put them in the two-seater. And I will tell you that we lowballed ourselves like crazy because I Megan: Because Amanda Van Den Elzen: I know if we can get execs in our two seater, they will be loyal partners to our brand. You know, like that is an entry level. Just like getting people to Crandon. Yeah, and it's it's it's all about you build the relationship, you build excitement, all of those things. And then as time passes, how you prove yourself is with those numbers. You know, with those social numbers, with those putting together a proof of performance at the end of the year. I know that that was one huge thing when I was in sales is we would spend Megan: I know if we can get execs in the news here, they will be royal partners too. Heck yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Just like getting people to practice. Yeah, and it's it's it's all about you build the relationship, build excitement, all of those things and then as time passes, how you improve yourself is with those numbers. You know, with those social numbers, with those putting together proof of performance of the innovation. I know that's always one huge thing that I had in the sales is moving spend like In-Person: know if we can get execs in our two-seater, they will be loyal partners to our brand. Yeah, you know, like that is an entry level. Yeah, just like getting people. Yeah, and it's it's it's all about you build the relationship, you build excitement, all of those things, and then as time passes, how you prove yourself is with those numbers, you know, with those social numbers, with those putting together a proof of performance at the end of the year. I know that that was one huge thing when I was in sales is we would spend basically our entire lives for the month of like September, October in the office. Like we were there from like seven AM to like nine PM every single day, building out yeah, no, it was a lot. But like pulling together numbers for like a general tire or for, you know, Toyota or whomever at the time. And just pulling together all the numbers from the whole year. You're tracking them the whole year. You're like taking the time to like put aside and say, Hey, this this did amazing. This went viral. This had this and you put all that together because these brands also Amanda Van Den Elzen: Basically our entire lives for the month of like Megan: basically our entire lives for the month of like September, October in the office. Like we there from like seven AM to nine day every single day. Building out yeah, no way. It was a lot. Amanda Van Den Elzen: September, October in the office. Like we were there from like seven AM to like nine PM every single day. Rose. Building out yeah, no, it was a lot. But like pulling together numbers for like a general tire or for you know Toyota or whomever at the time. Yeah. And just pulling together all the numbers from the whole year. You're tracking them the whole year. Yeah. You're like taking the time to like put aside and say, Hey, this this did amazing. This went viral. This had this. And you put all that together because these brands also Megan: Yeah, I live point here. Yeah. Like taking the time to put aside and say, Hey, this this did amazing, this went viral, this kind of and you put all that together because these brands also In-Person: Care a lot about does the math Amanda Van Den Elzen: care a lot about does the math Megan: care a lot of In-Person: make sense? They want the passion, but they also want the math to make sense for their for their brand. And it's like, okay, you get them in because of your relationship, because of your passion, and then all you have to do is at the end of the year tell them why it worked. Yeah, like that's that's one thing I think is super important. That I don't know, you don't really do that with your average consumer. Like our average customer, they're not looking for us to tell them at the end of the year, well, you guys. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Make sense. They want the passion, but they also want the math to make sense for their for their brand. And it's like, okay, you get them in because of your relationship, because of your passion, and then all you have to do is at the end of the year tell them why it worked. Yeah. Like that's that's one thing I think is super important that I don't know, you don't really do that with your average consumer. Like our average customer, they're not looking for us to tell them at the end of the year, well, you Megan: They want the passion but they also want the maths. Yeah for their for their brand. And it's like, okay, you get them in because of your awards and because of your passion, and then all you have to do is at the end of the year tell them why it worked. Yeah. Like that's that's one thing I think is super important that I don't know, you don't really do that with your advertising work. Like our average team, they're not looking for us to tell them as the end of the year, well, you In-Person: Guys, Amanda Van Den Elzen: guys were great, we did this many live events, we did this many vids. Megan: can create we did this many more. In-Person: we're great. We did this many live events. We did this many this, Megan: This Amanda Van Den Elzen: You know, like sometimes people care, but a lot of people are like, no, I care about what I got excited about and the passion and the emotions of it. But I feel like you're right, for like sponsors, there's so many layers to that relationship at the beginning gets it so you can go and prove yourself. So you can go and show them, hey. In-Person: you know. Like sometimes people care, but a lot of people are like, no, I care about what I got excited about and the passion and the emotion of it. But I feel like you're right. For like sponsors, there's so many layers to it, but that relationship at the beginning gets it so you can go and prove yourself. So you can go and show them, hey, you Megan: you know, yeah, but a lot of people are like I think you're you're right, I'll be sponsored. show them, hey, you can put money toward winner, right? Yeah. Either a winner on social media or a winner the track. It because even if you are still building up yourself on the track, you can be a winner on social media. You can be a winner for your women. Right. You don't have to be on the premium every single time to be a winner for your Exactly. It is that is a super good luck with that company. Yeah. Yeah. In-Person: put money towards a winner right here. Like either a winner on social media or a winner on the track. because even if you are still building up yourself on the track, you can be a winner. Amanda Van Den Elzen: put money towards a winner right here. Like either a winner on social media or a winner on a track. It because even if you are still building up yourself on the track, you can be a winner on social media. You can be a winner for your brands. Like you don't have to be on the podium every single time to be a winner for your brand. Exactly so it is it is a super cool thing. But yeah, good good luck with that company. Yeah. I got a good feeling that'll be so fun though. Yeah, I'm In-Person: on social media and you can be a winner for your brands. Like you don't have to be on the podium every single time to be a winner for your brand. So it is it is a super cool thing. But yeah, good good luck with that company. I can't wait to hear that'll be so fun though. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: really excited. I it sounds like Megan: excited. I it sounds like In-Person: I it sounds like Amanda Van Den Elzen: Like it it wants to go through on both ends. It's just a matter of making the money work. So no, that makes total sense. Yes. But I love that you, you know, brought that back to like there's really the people side of it and then there's the dollar signs. And you can sell the people side of it, but if you don't sell the dollar signs, then it's not gonna renew, right? Yeah and and I think that that's also where people lose sponsors, right? They're like, you know, I worked with this person last year, but they ghosted me. It's like, well. In-Person: it it wants to go through on both ends. It's just a matter of making the money work. So no, that makes total sense. But I love that you you know brought that back to like there's really there's the people side of it and then there's the dollar signs. And you can sell the people side of it, but if you don't sell the dollar signs, then it's not gonna renew, right? Yeah. And and I think that that's also where people lose sponsors, right? They're like, you know, I worked with this person last year, but they ghosted me. Like, well, Megan: it it wants to go through on both sides it's just a matter of making funny words. So no that makes sense. But I like it you know brought that down to like there's really there's the people side of it and with the dollar sign. And you can sell the people side of it, but if you don't sell the dollar signs, then it's not what I'm thinking. Right? Yeah and and I think that that's also where people lose concert, right? They're like, you know, we worked with this person last year but they ghosted well Amanda Van Den Elzen: What did you provide them? Yeah. What did you tell them about your story? How did you express it at the end of the year? Because I feel like, yes, it's good to tell them like the things you're excited about, the things you're passionate about, the things you're working towards in the future, but also showing them the work you've already put in. Like even here in the track, you see every year at Crandon, they have improved something. They take and they build upon it. And it's like, is this the perfect track? No, they're even telling us about all their ideas they've got right now. Like but they're always looking Megan: What did you provide them on that? What did you tell them about your story? How did you express it at the end of the end of the evening? Like even here at the track, you see every year I've created them, they have included something. Yeah. And it's like, Is this the perfect track? No, they're even clueless about all their ideas they've got right now. Like but they're In-Person: what did you Provide them. Yeah. What did you tell them about your story? How did you express it at the end of the year? Because I feel like, yes, it's good to tell them like the things you're excited about, the things you're passionate about, the things you're working towards in the future, but also showing them the work you've already put in. Like even here at the track, you see, every year at Crandon, they have improved something. They take and they build upon it. And it's like, is this the perfect track? No, they're even telling us about all their ideas they've got right now. Like, but they're always looking Megan: looking Amanda Van Den Elzen: Towards a future, but realizing that there's history there that builds to it. Yeah. And so I feel like that's a cool thing for any athlete, and I would hope that they would be passionate enough to even if they're not a numbers person, maybe grab a numbers person and have them like help you figure out, or like you know, go to Alex. I don't know if he had that's a part of his like the proof of performance segment. I feel like it has to be knowing that he was also one of the people who I helped make proof of performance stuff for his clients. So I feel as if In-Person: towards a Megan: towards a future but realizing that there's history there that builds too. Yeah. And so I feel like that's the cool thing for any athlete and I would hope that they would be passionate enough to even if they're not a numbers person, maybe grab a numbers person and have them like help you figure out or like, you know, go to Alex. I don't know if that's a part of his like the full foot performance segment. I feel like it has to be no 'cause he's also one of the people who I helped improve performance focus on it. Okay, good. I feel as if In-Person: future but realizing that there's history there that builds to it and so I feel like that's a cool thing for any athlete and I would hope that they would be passionate enough to even if they're not a numbers person maybe grab a numbers person and have them like help you figure out or like you know go to Alex I don't know if he had that's a part of his like the proof of performance segment I feel like it has to be knowing him because he was also one of the people who I helped make proof of performance stuff for his clients so I feel as if I'm pretty positive. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Positive In-Person: But no, it's one of those where it's really cool if you can if you can show people, hey, this is the value, and then also it keeps you confident in yourself. Yeah. Like you're confident in selling the next thing if you if you showed, hey, I made that dollar worth it for that client. Well, it makes it easier for when you go to the next client and say, hey, I've got multiple clients now who've been with me for five years. That is rare that people have long standing relationships if there isn't both a relationship and the proof in the pudding Amanda Van Den Elzen: but no, it's one of those where it's really cool if you can if you can show people hey this is the value and then also it keeps you confident in yourself. Yeah. Yeah like you're confident in selling the next thing if you Yeah if you showed hey I made that dollar worth it for that client. Well it makes it easier for when you go to the next client and say, Hey, I've got multiple clients now who've been with me for five years. Yeah. That is rare that people have long standing relationships if there isn't both a relationship and the proof in the plane. Megan: But yeah, it's another show people hey this is the value and then also keeps you confident in yourself. Yeah yeah your confidence very well said if you yeah if you showed hey I made that dollar worth it for that client well it makes it easier for when you go to the next client and say hey I've got multiple clients now who've been with me for five years. Yeah that is rare that people have longstanding relationships if there isn't room for relationship and In-Person: kind of thing. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah, Megan: Yeah, In-Person: So and then you can use those numbers and say, hey, for this company, they invested X number of dollars into me, provided X number of dollars in return. And that's not something you should keep a secret when you're trying to get your partners on, right? Yeah. I don't know. I was I was raised, my dad's a fire was a firefighter, and my mom worked at schools. So literally in California, all of that's free knowledge on the internet. Like nobody, every single person who I knew growing up knew exactly how much my parents made, and we knew. Amanda Van Den Elzen: so and then you can use those numbers and say, hey, for this company, they invested X number of dollars into me, and I provided X number of dollars in return. And and that's not something you should keep a secret when you're trying to get new partners on, right? Yeah, yeah. I don't know. I was I was raised, my dad's a fire was a firefighter, and my mom worked at schools, so literally in California, all of that's free knowledge on the internet. Yeah, nobody, every single person who I knew growing up knew exactly how much my parents made. Megan: so and then you can use those numbers and say, Hey, for this company they invested X number of dollars into me and provided X number of dollars in return. And that's not something you should keep a secret when you're trying to get new partners on, right? Yeah. Yeah. I don't know. I was I was raised my dad's a far was a firefighter and my mom worked two at schools. So literally California. That's free knowledge on the internet. Yeah. Nobody every single person who buy new room up knew exactly how much was carrying it and even Amanda Van Den Elzen: and we knew how much they made because they were all, you know, worked at schools or in the fire department or public health or safety, you know, all that kind of stuff. And it's hilarious because I don't even know In-Person: how much they made because they were all, you know, worked at schools or in the fire department or public health or safety, you know, all that kind of stuff. And it's hilarious because I don't even know Megan: how much they made because they were all, you know, the tools or fire departments or public health for safety, you know, all that kind of stuff. And it's hilarious because I don't even know In-Person: how this got mixed up in my brain but I didn't realize that people don't just talk about like the value of things. They don't just say, yeah, no, I got this value or like, yeah, I I make that much. I spend that much on that. I just it's always been so transparent in my upbringing that it's been a little interesting. Even like in the Midwest, I realized that that was not as as forward. Amanda Van Den Elzen: this got mixed up in my brain but I didn't realise that people don't just talk about like the value of things. They don't just say, yeah, no, I got this value or like, yeah, I I make that much. I spend that much on that. I just it's always been so transparent in my upbringing that it's been a little interesting. Even like in the Midwest, I realized that that was not as as forward. Yeah. Like, Megan: this stuff mixed up in my brain, but I didn't realize that people don't just talk about like the value of things. They don't just say, yeah, no, I got this value. Or like, yeah, I I make that much. I spent that much on that. I just, it's always been so transparent and pink and covering that it's been a little interesting. Even like in the Midwest, we realized that that was not as interesting. Yeah. Yeah. Okay, so now I gotta ask, know my audience, because also culture of the future. In-Person: Like, okay, so now I gotta ask and like know my audience because also culture is a huge part Amanda Van Den Elzen: okay, so now I gotta ask and like know my audience 'cause also culture is a huge part In-Person: of it. Like different people in different regions feel things in different ways, which is not a bad thing, but it is something to be cognizant of. And I know for myself, I'm like, I wanna know how much something's worth. Like, tell me. Like, I don't care if it's something I don't like, I'd rather know. Like, yeah, and if you're not comfortable sharing the numbers. Amanda Van Den Elzen: of it. Yeah. Megan: Yeah. Different people in different regions feel things in different ways, which is but it is something different. I know for myself like I wanna know if a bunch of things are like tell me. Like I don't care if something I don't Amanda Van Den Elzen: different people in different regions feel things in different ways which yeah but it is something to be cognizant about but yeah I know for myself I'm like I want to know how much something's worth like tell yeah like I don't care if it's something I don't like I'd rather know like yeah and if you're not comfortable sharing the number Megan: And if you're not comfortable sharing the number, then share the ratio. Yeah. Right. You can save for every dollar that this Amanda Van Den Elzen: then share the ratio. Yeah right you can say for every dollar that this partner In-Person: Share the ratio. Yeah. Right? You can say for every dollar that this partner gave me, I gave them three back. Yeah. Like if you figure out an equation or Amanda Van Den Elzen: gave me I gave them three back. Yeah like if you figure out an equation or Megan: Mm-hmm. In-Person: like math that works and where you're representing yourself with integrity, you can you can accommodate any group. Like I feel like you can kind of accommodate anybody. And also you can say, hey, this is this is between us and you. We're not we're not sharing these numbers externally right now. Like you can you can also ask them for like exclusive Amanda Van Den Elzen: and where you're representing yourself with integrity. Megan: integrity you can you can accommodate many like I feel like you can kind of accommodate many and also you can say hey this is this is between us and you super dot why not anything internally right now like you can you can also ask them cool questions like exclusive Amanda Van Den Elzen: can you can accommodate any like I feel like you can kinda accommodate anybody and also you can say hey this is this is between us and you we're not we're not sharing these numbers externally right now. Exactly. Like you can you can also ask them for like exclusive In-Person: conversations because you guys have a partnership, you have a relationship and you can trust them with that, hopefully. Yeah. So unless you're pitching the first time in the middle, in which case. Then you definitely want the numbers out there 'cause you want them to see they want you want them to see your your track record and see your successes. So or just don't pitch people until you actually know them and have a relationship well enough to throw numbers at them. Yeah. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: conversations because you guys have a partnership, you have a relationship and you can trust them with that hopefully. Yeah. So unless you're pitching the first time that you meet them in which case then you definitely want the numbers out there because you want them to see they want you want them to see your your track record. Megan: conversations because you guys have a partnership you have a relationship you can trust that hopefully yeah unless you're pitching the first time that you haven't paid then you definitely want to have some You want them see they you want them to see your your track record movements, yes. Yes or just don't pinch people until you actually know them and have a relationship well enough to throw numbers. Yeah, yeah, Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yes. Yes. Yes. Or just don't pitch people until you actually know them and have a relationship well enough to throw numbers at them. Yeah, yeah, for real. Yeah. Well going back to like the proof of performance, like that was something that I own like had never done before until I met Alex and he was like, yeah, like kinda is like, you know, this is something that every racer needs. And he said I remember he always would say that it needs to be like a Megan: for real. Yeah. Well, going back to like the proof of performance, like that was something that I on like had never done before until I met Alex, and he was like, Yeah, like kind of like, you know, this is something that every racer needs. And he said, I remember he always would say that it needs to be like a Amanda Van Den Elzen: like a book to go on a coffee table. Like it needs to be, you know, a very thick, like Megan: like a book to go on a coffee table. Like it needs to be, you know, a very thick, like Amanda Van Den Elzen: Every single you know race result, every single article, every single social media post where you had mentioned or this brand was visible, and like you need to turn it into this like big printed book that they would want to you know be proud to show other people. And so I I like remember the first time he really told me that, and I was like, that makes total sense. Because before that, like Megan: every single, you know, race result, every single article, every single social media post where you had mentioned or this brand was visible and like you need to turn it into this like big printed book that they would want to, you know, be proud to show other people. And so I I was like remember the first time he really told me that and I was like, that makes total sense because before that like In-Person: Single. Yeah. Like you need to turn in. Yeah. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I mean, I kind of send like a race recap, you know, like after each of our races. Megan: mean I'd kinda send like a race recap, you know, like after each of our races In-Person: Send like a race recap, you know, like after each of our races, Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah or like end of the year, just like it would just kind of be more of like a table of like you know, here's our our schedule and then here's like an extra column of like here's our results. Like it wouldn't really be more than that. And then but it's also like you know, back in the day when social media wasn't quite as big back then when I started doing the like marketing stuff for my dad. Yeah, yeah, so that was always something that like was a big takeaway for me when I first met Alex. So when you're doing your In-Person: or like end of the year, just like it would just maybe be more of like a table. Megan: or like end of the year, just like it would just kind of be more of like a table of like, you know, here's our our schedule and then here's like an extra column of like here's our results. Like it wouldn't really be more than that. And but it was also like, you know, back in the day when social media wasn't quite as big back then when I started doing the like marketing stuff for my dad. In-Person: schedule and then here's like an extra call and like here's our results. Like it would have it would be more than that. And but it's also Yeah. yeah, so that was always something that like was a big takeaway for me when I first met Alex. So Megan: Yeah, so that was always something that like was a big takeaway for me when I first met Alex. So when you're doing your Amanda Van Den Elzen: proof of performance reports for Racer. What's like your top three KPIs that you try to deliver to your customers? Like just overall in general. What are you looking at? I will say I have not been in proof of performance in a minute. Okay. So I I haven't been the one doing the stats. Like we we have awesome, awesome guys who are in the math who are awesome. Like they are just digging into it. But one of the I'll I'll say the three things that I find most important to include in proof Megan: proof of performance reports for Racer, what's like your top three KPIs that you try to deliver to your customers? Like just overall in general, what are you looking at? In-Person: Overall in general, what are you looking at? I will say I have not been in proof of performance in a minute. Okay. So I I haven't been the one doing the stats. Like we we have awesome, awesome guys who are in the math, who are awesome. Like they are just digging into it. But one of the I'll I'll say the three things that I find most important to include in proof of Megan: Okay. So I I haven't even elected on the staff. Like we we have awesome, awesome guys who are in the math who are awesome. Like they are just digging into it. But one of the I'll I'll say the three things that I find most important their performance In-Person: performance just as a whole. I think that including Amanda Van Den Elzen: Performance just as a whole. I think that including Megan: just as a whole. I think that including In-Person: not only like the big wins, but even like your moderate like your contributions. Because if you're just handing over, like when you've gone viral with something. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: not only like the big wins, but even like your moderate, like your contributions. Okay. Because if you're just handing over like when you've gone viral with something. yeah. Yeah. Megan: not only like the big wins, but even like the moderate like Okay. Because if we're just handing over, like and you walk by one or something like that. yeah, yeah. In-Person: That's not showing consistency. If you're showing them, hey, I'm posting for you. I'm I have I have done like I've done 115 posts for you this year. This is the this is the average of how many likes I've been getting. This is the high we've had on some of these posts. And giving them those kind of stats within those social numbers, I feel like those are the important things is just making sure you're including everything. Cause I feel like that's sometimes something that people they'll just go for their their big wins. They're like, I want to show off the big wins. Amanda Van Den Elzen: That's not showing consistency. If you're showing them, hey, I'm posting for you. I'm I have I have done like I've done 115 posts for you this year. Megan: That's not showing consistency. If you're showing them, hey, I'm posting three. I've done like I've done 150 posts three. This is the this is the average of the clean licensing. This is the high reading some of these. Amanda Van Den Elzen: This is the this is the average of how many likes I've been getting. This is the high we've had on some of these posts. And giving them those kind of stats within those social numbers, I feel like those are the important things is just making sure you're including everything. Because I feel like that's sometimes something that people they'll just go for their their big wins. They're like, I want to show off the big wins Megan: And giving them those kind of stats within those social numbers, I feel like those are the couple things. It's just making sure you're putting everything 'cause I feel like that's the time is something that you're going to help. They'll just go for their their big wings. They're like, I'll show them the big wings and it's like also companies wanna know you're consistently there with them. That's true. Because you can't plan on going back to the Yeah. Yeah. For real. People have been trying to break that couple of big years. Yeah. So anybody figures that I'll on the screen. Yeah, you'll be coming up. but I would definitely say including FM. Every single time you incorporate them. In-Person: And it's like also companies want to know you're consistently there for them. Because you can't plan on going viral. Like you can't bet on that. Like people have been trying to break that code for a minute and it has not been working. So anybody figures it out, you let us know. We're ready. Call me up. but I would definitely say including everything. Every single time you incorporate them, even if Amanda Van Den Elzen: and it's like also companies wanna know you're consistently there for them. Because you can't plan on going by Yeah. Like you can't bet on that. Like people have been trying to break that COVID minute and it has not been working. So no anybody figures it out, you let snow. Call me. Call me up. But I would definitely say including everything. Every single time you incorporate them, even if In-Person: it seems small, even if it's, you know, if especially if you're like a kid or if you're, you know, of a Amanda Van Den Elzen: it seems small, even if it's you know if especially if you're like a kid or if you're you know of a Megan: things small even if it's you know if especially if you're like a candidate or if you're you know of In-Person: starting out racer, when you include them in programs at your local you know, at local events. Include that. Because also sometimes those markets aren't getting hit by the national brands. Polaris used to work with us Amanda Van Den Elzen: starting out racer, when you include them in programs at your local you know at local events, include that. Because also sometimes those markets Megan: starting out when you include them in programs tiger local you know at local events include that because also sometimes those markets aren't getting hit by the national brands. Polaris used to work with us Amanda Van Den Elzen: aren't getting hit by the national brands. Polaris used to work with us In-Person: on the T V side for specifically our demographics with the more rural audience. Amanda Van Den Elzen: on the TV side for specifically our demographics with the more rural audience. Yeah. Megan: on the TV side, but specifically our demographics with the more rural audience. Yeah, that makes sense. Yeah. Like they they started, they were like, Yeah, we've got other groups that really cover us from these big cities, but like they're not reaching the rural team. Yeah. You guys are reaching a rural audience that's not being hit when we try and do TV with those big grants or with these big shows and cities. So it's it's nice to know. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I mean yeah. Like they they straight up they were like, yeah, we've got other groups that really cover us on those big cities, but like they're not reaching those rural people. Yeah. You guys are reaching a rural audience that's not being hit when we try and do TV with these big brands or with these big shows and stuff. So it's it's nice to know In-Person: They yeah, like they they straight up they were like, Yeah, we've got other groups that really cover us on those big cities, but like they're not reaching those rural people. Yeah. You guys are reaching a rural audience that's not being hit when we try and do T V with these big brands or with these big shows and stuff. So it's it's nice to know Amanda Van Den Elzen: and think about that. In-Person: and think about that. Megan: yeah, I would say include everything. Everything which it takes for much time because it does. Yeah. and then I would say Amanda Van Den Elzen: yeah, I would say include everything. Everything, everything, everything. Which it takes so much time. So much time. But it's so worth it at the end. and then I would say In-Person: yeah, I would say include everything. Everything, everything, everything. Which it takes so much time. So much time, but it's so worth it at the end. and then I would say Incorporating the same like formulas throughout. If you're gonna do a formula kind of like you said, like a one to three ratio, don't be changing it throughout the whole thing. Yeah. Because if somebody's looking at those numbers, it it can make them a little bit nervous about the integrity of it if every single unless it's like a a standard, you know, like sometimes there are standards for certain industries. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Incorporating the same like formulas throughout. If you're gonna do a formula kind of like you said, like a one to three ratio, yeah, don't be changing it throughout the whole thing. Yeah. Because if somebody's looking at those numbers, it it can make them a little bit nervous about the integrity of it if every single Megan: Incorporating the same like formulas through all if you're gonna do a formula kind of like you said like a one to three ratio, don't be changing it through at all. Yeah, because if somebody's looking at those numbers, it it can make them a little bit nervous about the integrity of it if every single unless it's like a a standard, you know. Like sometimes there are standards for certain industries, Amanda Van Den Elzen: Unless it's like a a standard, you know, like sometimes there are standards for certain industries. You're Megan: you're more than welcome. In-Person: you're more than welcome Amanda Van Den Elzen: more than welcome to change it up for that. But if you're if you're changing your dollar value or, you know, your math for every single little part, I as a company I would look at that and go. In-Person: to change it up for that. But if you're if you're changing your dollar value or, you know, your math for every single little part, I as a company I would look at that and go Megan: If you're if you're changing your dollar and really In-Person: Are they trying to get a get one over on me? Like what does this even mean? And then I have to try and think the math out and I'm not great at math. So then I'm sitting there trying to do like equations on the board going wait, that that's like similar. Why did they use different equations for these? And then I'm just sitting there confused. So I would say like trying to be consistent in your proof of performance and then also just including every every single thing. Like Amanda Van Den Elzen: Are they trying to get a get one over on me? Like what does this even mean? And then I have to try and think the math out. And I'm not great at math. So then I'm sitting there trying to do like equations on the board going Wait, that that's like similar. Why did they use different equations for these? And then I'm just sitting there confused. So I would say like trying to be consistent in your proof of performance and then also just including every every single thing. Megan: But it's one tell me like what is this that I have to try and think the math out and I'm not doing math, so then I'm sitting there trying to do like equations on the Wait, that that's like similar. Why did they use different equations for these? And then I'm just sitting there confused. So I would say like trying to be consistent for performance and then also just In-Person: every area, every incorporation. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Every area, every incorporation. If Megan: Every group, every incorporation. In-Person: If you wrap your car in your hometown, wrap your car. Say how many miles you s you drove in the last year. Like every single part counts and can be incorporated into your proof of performance. Yeah. But I would also probably ask Alex Stryler, because he probably has like a whole book on it. my gosh, he's gonna listen to this and he's gonna be like, These girls gass me up too much. Like, he's gonna get a big head. He's gonna get a big head about it. He's a professional gasser upper though. That is true, that is true. Megan: If you wrap your car in your hometown, wrap your car, see how many miles you drove in the last year. Like every single parking town is can to you. Amanda Van Den Elzen: you wrap your car in your hometown, wrap your car. Say how many miles you you drove in the last year. Like every single park counts and can be incorporated into your Megan: Yeah. But I would also probably ask Alex Strandler because he probably's gonna listen to this and he's gonna be like these girls gassing up too much. Yeah. He's a professional gasser after his own. That is true. He's good he's gonna gas Amanda Van Den Elzen: But I would also probably ask Alex Dryler, because he probably had like on him. my gosh, he's gonna listen to this and he's gonna be like, these girls gas me up too much. Yeah. He's gonna get a big head. I don't know. He's a professional gasser upper though, I will say. Cause his episode He is good he's good at gassing everybody. He's your he's a number one hype man. He absolutely is. In the episode we did with him, I was like, I brought up a point and he's like, I don't mean for famous people like you and Chris. And I'm sitting here like, Megan: in everybody. In-Person: He is good he's good at gassing everybody up. You know, he's your he's a number one hype man, but yeah. He absolutely is. In the episode we did with him, I was like, I brought up a point and he's like, I don't mean for famous people like you and Chris. Megan: Absolutely. The episode we did with him. I was like, I brought up a point. He's like, I don't mean for famous people like you and Chris. In-Person: You're not famous, Alex. I love you but we're not famous. Do people stop you at the track? Like do you get autographs out? Sounds famous enough to me, you know? Like there's always gonna be levels to all of it, but hey, you're famous enough to me. All right, I appreciate it. Yeah, yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Not famous, Alex. I love you both. We're not famous. Do people stop you at the track? Like, do you get autographs out? Sounds famous enough to me. You know? There's always gonna be levels to all of it, but hey, famous enough to me. Alright, I appreciate that. Well yeah, I mean Megan: Yeah, yeah. Famous. I love you, but we're not famous. Do people stop you on chat? Like, do you get autographs out? Some time is enough to make it. There's always gonna be levels to all of it, but hey, time is enough to make it. Alright, I appreciate that. Yeah. Well yeah, I mean what Amanda Van Den Elzen: what? Megan: how many autographs did you sign today? I exactly. You can't even you can count No. It was beautiful. More than three less than a pound. More than three less than a pound. That is a line. Don't worry, it won't change my metric. I'll just say you know what you're talking about. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I have no idea. Exactly. I have no idea. You can't even you it can't even count No, it was beautiful. More than three less than a thousand. More than three, less than a thousand. Yes. That is a wide range of shots. Don't worry, I won't change my metric. I'll continue going between three and a thousand. Right there. In-Person: Yeah. You can't even you it can't even count No, it was beautiful. More than three, less than a thousand. More than three, less than a goodness. That is a wide range. Don't worry, I won't change my metric. I'll just see me going between three and a thousand. Right there. Well I mean with sixty-five Amanda Van Den Elzen: 65,000 In-Person: thousand like people coming out here, it could get there. It's insane how many people come out to this event. It's amazing, but also crazy. Amanda Van Den Elzen: like people coming out here. It could get there. Yeah. It's insane how many people come out to this event. Yeah, it's amazing. It's also crazy. Yeah. Megan: Yeah, yeah. Yeah. Yeah, it's awesome. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: We ran out of stuff to hand out at the parade. Yeah. And we had a lot of stuff to hand out at the parade. So I love it. Megan: We ran out of stuff against In-Person: We ran out of stuff to hand out at the parade. Yeah. And we had a lot of stuff to hand out at the parade, so I Megan: A lot of stuff to hand out at the parade, so In-Person: love it. Well what a great problem to have. Everybody has your stuff in their hands. I know. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yes. Well what a great problem they have. Everybody has your stuff in their hands. I know. Megan: But what a great problem. Everybody has their stuff in their hands. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Right. I know. Activation in its real life, right? Maybe a little chaotic and you may end up having zip ties in your purse for the rest of eternity, but I literally rolled up and had my zip tie bundle in my pocket and had to put it in my purse so that it was like out of the way. My pocket surprised yesterday was super glue, so nice. Yeah. I I had to super glue the sole back onto my racing shoe. I like got back from my race and it was talking to me. Megan: I know. Right? I know. Expectation that's real life. And it's you know maybe a little chaotic and you may end up having zip ties in your purse for the rest of the day, but you know I literally rolled up and had my zip tie bundled in my pocket and had to put it in my In-Person: I know activation in its real life. In its real form, you know? Maybe a little chaotic and you may end up having zip ties in your purse for the rest of eternity. But you know, I literally rolled up and had my zip tie bundle in my pocket and had to put it in my purse so that it was like out of the way. My pocket surprised yesterday was super glue, so nice. Yeah, I I had to super glue the sole back onto my racing shoe. I like got back from my race and it was talking to me, Megan: My pocket surprise yesterday was super glue, so yeah, I had the super glue to sole back onto my shoe. I like got back from the race talking to me, Amanda Van Den Elzen: So yeah, super glue. That's a nice sister with you. Don't have another option. I'm at the track, so man. Alright, so we talked a lot about, you know, that that In-Person: so yeah. That's hilarious. That's hilarious. Megan: so yeah. Super glue with you. Yeah. In-Person: Don't have another option, I'm at the track, so Yeah. Always a blast. Alright, so we talked a lot about, you know, that That relationship between you and the brands that you work with. Tell us more about what the opposite side of your job looks like, right? How are you activating your own brand for your customers? Yeah, Amanda Van Den Elzen: relationship between you and the brands that you work with. Tell us more about what the opposite side of your job looks like, right? How are you activating your own brand for your customers? Yeah. Megan: Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: So we do it in a couple of different ways. Lately, the one that we've been focusing on is going to like specific events that have our audience or our our whole audience and just connecting with them. You know, when we went to Watkins Glen, we learned everybody's names, who was signing up for our R92, we were getting connected with them, and we would just have ourselves sitting there at the table ready to chat. I would I always try and make sure I have all of the answers to questions too. Like I'll have like the map. In-Person: so we do it in a couple of different ways. Lately, the one that we've been focusing on is going to like specific events that have our audience or our our goal audience and just connecting with them. You know, when we went to Watkins Glen. Megan: You do it in a couple of different ways. like specific events that have our audience or our our whole audience and just connect with them. You know, which one when we learned everybody's name, who was signing up for R ninety two, and we were getting connected with them and we would just have ourselves sitting there at the table ready to chat. I would I always try and make sure I have all the answers to questions too. Like I'll have like an app In-Person: we learned everybody's names who was signing up for R92. We were getting connected with them and we would just have ourselves sitting there at the table ready to chat. I would I always try and make sure I have all the answers to questions too. Like I'll have like the map Amanda Van Den Elzen: Be like, okay, this is where you're trying to go. In-Person: be like okay this is where you're trying to go you know or Megan: This is where you're trying to go. You know, it's where like, hey, you're you're trying to figure out who you're supposed to talk to. Okay, I actually do know their name. This is their name. This is probably where they're at, so we want, you know, that kind of stuff. And just trying to make it more personal. Yeah. But our information right now is nice to be. In-Person: like hey you're you're trying to figure out who you're supposed to talk to. Okay I actually do know their name this is their name this is probably where they're at so good luck you know that kind of stuff and just trying to be really really personable. But our Amanda Van Den Elzen: Like, hey, you're you're trying to figure out who you're supposed to talk to. Okay, I actually do know their name. This is their name. This is probably where they're at, so good luck. You know, that kind of stuff. And just trying to be really, really personable. Yeah. But our whole activation right now is trying to make people comfortable In-Person: whole activation right now is trying to make people comfortable Amanda Van Den Elzen: and make them feel like they're a part of something important. We want them to feel like they're a member, like that there's something special about being in the community that is R ninety two with the grid life team, us getting to meet them and In-Person: and make them feel like they're a part of something larger. We want them to feel like they're Megan: them to feel like they're a member. Like that there's something special about being in the community that is R IPG with getting to meet them and In-Person: A member, like that there's something special about being in the community that is R92 with the Grid Life team, us getting to meet them and Amanda Van Den Elzen: develop relationships with them. You know, when we were at Watkins Glen, I invited the racers to come to the suite. Come and visit. Come see what this is all about and see if you're excited about it. And if you are, awesome. Tell us about it. We want to hear your feedback. And it's been really cool because we were developing it with the grid life team. So getting some information from them and honestly having people get really like h hyped up on it and being like, wait, so how do I buy it? I'm like, whoa, yeah, it's that that QR code. I just wanted you to come visit, but thank you. Yes. In-Person: develop relationships with them. You know, when we were at Watkins Glen, I invited the racers to come to the suite. Come and visit, come see what this is all about and see if you're excited about it. And if you are, awesome. Tell us about it. We want to hear your feedback. And it's been really cool because we were developing it with the Grid Life team. So getting some information from them and honestly having people get really po like Megan: develop relationships with them. You know, when we were at Walking Sun, I am looking for racers to come to this week. Come and visit. Come see what this is all about. See if you're excited about it. And if you are awesome. Tell us we want to hear your feedback. And it's been really cool that you're developing it with Red Life. So getting some information from Evan Honesty, having people get really like hyped up on and being like, Wait, so how am I I'm like Yeah, it's a QR code. I just want to do competitive. Yeah, just In-Person: h hyped up on it and being like wait so how do I buy it? I'm like, yeah, it's that that QR code. I just wanted you to come visit but thank you. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah, I feel good about myself. But yeah, I just feel like whenever I'm handling something that I consider a Megan: a little bit about my I just like whenever I handle it. In-Person: Makes me feel good about myself. But yeah I just feel like whenever I'm handling something that I consider A step up in the experience. Like 'cause I feel like when you're activating and just handing out stickers and stuff, it's so much fun. I love the conversations and also I sometimes make the best like connections and they're sometimes silly, but they're so much fun. And then I feel like there's a difference with what we're doing right now where we're trying to get a little bit deeper with the people who are already a part of our group and then bring people Amanda Van Den Elzen: step up in the experience. Like, because I feel like when you're activating and just handing out stickers and stuff, so much fun. I love the conversations, and also I sometimes make the best like connections. And they're sometimes silly, but they're so much fun. And then I feel like there's a difference with what we're doing right now where we're trying to get a little bit deeper with the people who are already a part of our group. Yeah and then bring people Megan: Step up the experience. Like I feel like when you're activating and spending out stickers and stuff, so much above the conversation. Also, I sometimes make the best like connections. And there's so constantly but there's so much and then I feel like there's different quality now where we're trying to get a little Amanda Van Den Elzen: into the fold. Yeah. So with R92, the whole suite and having drinks and like having snacks and having a place for people to sit and like have a cool, a little bit elevated experience. We need a bouncy house. my god. We have a running joke. my god. We have a running joke about bouncy houses at races. Seriously. I love them. Honestly, every time I see kids hop out of it, they're like sweaty and excited. And then at off-road when I was growing up, kids would bounce out of the bounce house and they'd be like dirt across their face. Yeah In-Person: into the fold. So with R ninety two, the whole suite and having drinks and like having snacks and having a place for people to sit. Megan: Yeah. So with RNA to whole suite and having drinks and like having snacks and having a piece of people sit and like have a cool, a little bit elevated experience. You need a bouncy house. my god. Like we have things on bouncy. But seriously, I love it. Honestly, every time I see it come out of it, it was sweaty and face and out of what I was doing. In-Person: and like have a cool, a little bit elevated experience. my For the kiddos, my god. We have a running joke about bouncy houses at Race. Seriously. I love them. Honestly, every time I see kids hop out of it, they're like sweaty and excited. And then at off road when I was growing up, kids would bounce out of the bounce house and they'd be like dirt across their face. Megan: Like dart across your case. Like they'd wipe with one hand and you'd like have to pay for another case. Yeah, that's what we're trying to do. Yeah. You know, we're we're I hope put that on your list. Yeah. I'll put it up there. Yeah. Well everybody takes that idea. So we're actually continuing to develop for twenty twenty seven. We literally have a running list that I think every company has access to. So like Google Sheet. And it everybody has access to editing app. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Like they'd wipe one hand and you'd like have a handprint on their face. It was so hilarious. You know, we're we're this was our start. Put that on your list. I'll I'll put it. I'll put it up there. And then you can have like a just having a kid zone. Like I don't I love the idea of a kid zone. We're actually continuing to develop it for 2027. We literally have a running list that everybody in the company has access to. It's a like Google Sheet. And it everybody has access to edit it and add. Literally, it's kind of hilarious. Everybody from like In-Person: Like they'd wipe one hand and you'd like have a handprint on their face. It was so hilarious. But yeah, bouncy houses are a win. I you know we're we're this was our start this this year. I'll I'll put it, I'll put it up there. Or even just having a kid zone. Like I love I love the idea of a kid zone. We're actually continuing to develop it. For 2027, we literally have a running list that everybody in the company has access to. It's a like Google sheet and it everybody has access to edit it and add. Like literally, it's kind of hilarious. Everybody from like our Megan: Okay. Literally kinda hilarious. Everything from like Amanda Van Den Elzen: our highest like presidents, our board to you know, any of our associates. Everyone can add to this list. And it's really fun to watch. Just crowdsource ideas. Exactly. Well and it's it's nice too because this is one of the things that I talk about being awesome about that racer is that all of us are passionate about different types of racing. And we all came in from different angles. I came in from off-road because my dad was director of safety for off-road. So like I know this way better than I know IndyCar. I moved to Indianapolis and went Megan: our highest president, our board, to, you know, any of our associates. Everyone we add to this list. Yeah. Exactly. Well, and it's it's nice too because this is one of the things that I talked about being awesome in the recent, is that all of us are passionate about protecting this. And y'all came in from the wrangles. I came in from off road because my dad was In-Person: highest like presidents, our board, to you know, any of our associates, everyone can add to this list. And it's really fun to watch. Just crowdsource ideas. Exactly. Well, and it's it's nice too because this is one of of the things that I talk about being awesome about racer is that all of us are passionate about different types of racing. And we all came in from different angles. I came in from off-road because my dad was director of safety for off-road. So like I know this way better than I know IndyCar. I moved to Indianapolis and went Megan: safety problem. So like I know this way better than I know Indi Carlos Indianapolis Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah. This is like a religion. Okay. Cool, cool. Give me a minute. I'll catch up. But at Racer, it's awesome because you have people who are really passionate about domestic or international, sometimes dirt, sometimes four-wheel, two-wheel, boats, airboats. Yeah. We've got such a wide range of things that people are passionate about. So also crowdsourcing from that group is great because you've got people from every one of the parts of our audience kind of. So it it really has been fun like having it be an open In-Person: This is like a religion. Okay, cool, cool, give me a minute, I'll catch up. But at Racer, it's awesome because you have people who are really passionate about domestic or international, sometimes dirt, sometimes four-wheel, two-wheel, boats. We have boats, you know. We've got such a wide range of things that people are passionate about. So also crowdsourcing from that group is great, because you've got people from every one of the parts of our audience kind of. So it it really has been fun, like having it be an open Megan: and Okay, cool. We'll give you that I'll catch up. But my research last week would you have people who are really passionate about investing international, sometimes dirt, sometimes four wheel, two wheel, boats, give boats, you know we've got such a wide range of things that people are passionate about. Yeah. So also crowdsourcing from that road. is great because we got approval from every one of the parts of our audience kind of. Yeah. So it it really has been fun, like having an easy an open conversation. Yeah. And then our leadership isn't just like, well, whatever we decide to be asking for exactly they're asking hey, if you guys are fans, what would you find out? Yeah. What would you be excited about? And so it's been cool us doing these events, we're doing select events this year to kind of get a feel. One because Red Light we were developing. In-Person: conversation. Amanda Van Den Elzen: conversation and that our leadership isn't just like what whatever we decide yeah no they're asking this question they're asking hey guys are fans what would you find value yeah what would you be excited about and so it's been cool us doing these events we've been doing select events this year to kind of get a feel one because grid life we were developing with In-Person: And that our leadership isn't just like, what whatever we decide. No, they're asking the question. They're asking, hey, you guys are fans. What would you find value? What would you be excited about? And so it's been cool us doing these events. We've been doing select events this year to kind of get a feel. One because Grid Life, we were developing with Amanda Van Den Elzen: grid life so we obviously wanted to show up there and like kind of get feedback from the group we're developing with and then also Crandon because let's be real it's Crandon and we get so excited about In-Person: Grid Life. So we obviously wanted to show up there and like kinda get feedback from the group we're developing with. And then also Crandon, because let's be real, it's Crandon. It's Crandon and we get so excited about Megan: So we're obviously gonna show up here and like yeah get feedback from the group for all people. And then also Cremen. It's Kramen and we get so excited about In-Person: it every single year. Our team's been coming here a while now. Amanda Van Den Elzen: it every single year. Our team's been coming here a while now. Megan: it every single year. Our team's been coming here a while now. In-Person: my goodness, a while now, even before we were purchased by Racer. Like the Mav TV team back when I was with Mav TV, we were coming. Lucas Oyle, we were coming, you know? Like it's been it's in the family. So that passion can continue to grow, but it's it's been very fun. So Yeah. Sorry to take you off track. No, you're good. I love it. Our whole show is off track. I don't know if you noticed. no. Amanda Van Den Elzen: my goodness, a while now. Even before we were purchased by Racer. Like the Mav TV team back when I was at Mav TV, we were coming. Lucas Oil, we were coming, you know? It's been it's in the family. So that passion can continue to grow. But it's it's been very fun. So Megan: my goodness, a while now. Even before we were purchased by racist. Like the Bab Tiki team back when I was at Bab TV, you were coming. It's oil and you're coming, you know? Like it's been It's in the fake. So that fashion as well. It's very old. Yeah. Yeah. That's awesome. Sorry to take you off track there. My whole show was off track. I don't know if you noticed. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Sorry to take you off track there. No, you're good. I love it. Our whole show is off track. I don't know if you noticed, but no. I'm In-Person: I'm I'm a very strong silent type so I wouldn't understand Amanda Van Den Elzen: a very strong silent type, so I wouldn't have In-Person: how to get off track. That doesn't sound like me. Yes, talk this whole time. Don't even know how you guys got me talking. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Right. That's why it's been so hard to, you know, talk this whole time. Megan: That's why it sounds like so hard to talk because Amanda Van Den Elzen: One of the things that you said earlier about the whole idea of grid life is about how you're bringing new audiences because you're pulling in different pieces that people really relate to. And it makes me think about all of the different ways that collaboration comes into play when you're trying to market yourself. In-Person: said earlier about the whole Megan: So I do have to is about how you bring in new audiences because you're pulling in different pieces that people really relate to. And it makes me think about all of the different ways that In-Person: idea of thread life is about how you're bringing new audiences because you're pulling in different pieces that people really relate to and it makes me think about all of the different ways that collaboration comes into play when you're trying to market yourself Megan: you're trying to modify yourself In-Person: in your program or your business or whatever it is you're trying to market, right? Collaboration is a huge opportunity for our racers that are listening, but also for you in your role. Tell me a little bit about how collaboration comes into play for you. Amanda Van Den Elzen: and your program or your business or whatever it is you're trying to market, right? Collaboration is a huge opportunity for our racers that are listening, but also for you in your role. Tell me a little bit about how collaboration comes into play for you. Megan: in your program or your business or whatever it is we try to market, right? is a huge opportunity for our racers that are listening but also for you as a role. I wonder what we think about how collaboration model that plays my role. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I would say collaboration comes into play. In-Person: I would say collaboration comes into play. Megan: I would say collaboration is gonna play In-Person: Across the board, we've got so many different people with different passions and different companies with different energies. So like hella, they're in you know aftermarket and the a lot of their focus is lighting. So having them come to Crandon is a great collaboration for us. Now, if we had them go to something where they have never done a night race in their life, that might not be the best one. Or if they don't, if they don't have any kind of vehicles where you would even install that. Okay. Might not be the best collaboration. Megan: Across the board we've got so many different people with different passions and Amanda Van Den Elzen: Across the board we've got so many different people with different passions and different companies with different energies. So like hella, they're in, you know, aftermarket and the a lot of their focus is lighting. So having them come to Crandon is a great collaboration for us. Now, if we had them go to something where they have never done a night race in their life, that might not be the best. Yeah. Or if they don't if they don't have any kind of vehicles where you would even install that. Okay. Might not be the best collaboration. Megan: So like hella they're in So having that to be branded is a great collaboration with us. Now, if we had them go to something where they have never done great grease in their own. Yeah. Or if they don't if they don't have any companies for you which you can install that. Okay. It might not be the place of collaboration. In-Person: So you have to like be intentional about who it is. You can't invite every single person to every single thing. But sometimes when you mix up audiences that are kind of in completely different areas, you end up with a new balance. Amanda Van Den Elzen: So you have to like be intentional about who it is. You can't invite every single person to every single thing. But sometimes when you mix up audiences that are kind of in completely different areas, you end up with a new bag. Megan: So you have to like be intentional about who it is by next training that we'll see like. But sometimes we need to mix up audiences that are kind of different videos. In-Person: But I feel like with Grid Life, the reason why they were successful is that there were people who are already going to these festivals who are passionate about cars and going to like car clubs and they weren't finding their community with the car clubs because a lot of them are older or, you know, really established or sometimes you don't even have a specific car club in your region. Sometimes it's really small areas that people are from. And so with Grid Life, them bringing Amanda Van Den Elzen: But I feel like with Grid Life, the reason why they were successful is that there were people who are already going to these festivals, who are passionate about cars and going to like car clubs, and they weren't finding their community with the car clubs because a lot of them are older or you know really established. Megan: But I feel like Grid Life, the reason why they were successful is that there were people who were become successful, who were passionate about cars and like car clubs, and they were finding their unity with the car clubs, because a lot of them are older or you know, really established, or sometimes you don't even have a specific car club in your region. Sometimes it's really small areas of people. And so with grid life, gym game, Amanda Van Den Elzen: established or sometimes you don't even have a specific car club in your region. Sometimes it's really small areas that people are from. And so with GridLife, them bringing In-Person: music into it gave them an excuse for different people also in relationship to them to come and be a part of something. Because my friend would never have even gone to a grid life event if not for the music. Like she might have gone for the music, but because I was going for the racing and she liked the music, she was like, yeah I'll go. for sure go. That sounds awesome. Let's go. And so now she's literally texting me this weekend she's like, I wish I was at the race with you. I was like Amanda Van Den Elzen: music into it gave them an excuse for different people also in relationship to them to come and be a part of something. Because my friend would never have even gone to a grid life event if not for the music. Like she might have gone for the music but because I was going for the racing and she liked the music she was like, yeah I'll go. my sure go. Yeah. Let's go. And so now she's literally texting me this weekend she's like, I wish I was at the race with you. I was like Megan: music has right. gave them an excuse for different people also in relationship to come and be a partisan. Because my friend would never have even gone to a Red Life event if not for the music. Like she might have gone for the music, but because I was going for the racing and she liked the music, she's like, no, no. this is awesome. Let's go. And so now she literally texting me this weekend she's like, I wish I was off the race with you. In-Person: From a girl who had never gone to a race before. I am feeling proud of myself for bringing another girly into the fold. But just dusting your shoulders off on that one. Yeah. But I feel like sometimes those groups exist already and you just need to tap into the people. Because each of those groups do it like exist individually. And then if there is a way to cross them over and bring them together, why wouldn't you? You know? And I feel like sometimes you have to be really creative with it. Like Amanda Van Den Elzen: From a girl who never gone to a race before. I am feeling proud of myself. You're just dusting your shoulders off on that one. Yeah. But I feel like sometimes those groups exist already and you just need to tap into the people because each of those groups do it like exist individually. And then if there is a way to cross them over and bring them together, why wouldn't you? Yeah. You know? And I feel like sometimes you have to be really creative with that. Like Megan: A girl who'd never gone too crazy before. I'm feeling proud of myself. Just dusting your shoulders and quickly. Sometimes those groups exist already and you just need to tap into the because each of those groups do it like exist individually. And then if there is a way to cross them over and bring them together, why wouldn't it? You know? And I feel like sometimes you have to be really creative with it. Like yeah, Amanda Van Den Elzen: I'll see, you know, clothing brands that'll like team up with motorsports. And I'm like, usually I would not have thought of you guys as a part of that. But it's really cool that you're bringing yourself into this because there is a niche in there for you. So you also can just kind of think outside the box sometimes. In-Person: I'll see, you know, clothing brands that'll like team up with motorsports. And I'm like, usually I would not have thought of you guys as a part of that. But it's really cool that you're bringing yourself into this because there is a niche in there for you. So you also can just kind of think outside the box sometimes Megan: I'll see, you know, clothing rings that'll like team up with motor sharks. Mm-hmm. And I'm like, usually I would not have thought of you guys as a part of that. But this is really cool and crazy as well. There is a niche in there. So you also can just kinda pick outside the box that you're In-Person: and let yourself have a crazy idea and just follow it down the road. Look at look in numbers. See if you can find any accounts that are with it. Or Amanda Van Den Elzen: And let yourself have a crazy idea and just follow it down the road. Look at look in numbers. See if you can find any accounts that are with it. Or Megan: and let yourself have a crazy idea and just follow it down the road. Look at look in numbers, see if you can find any accounts that are with it, or Amanda Van Den Elzen: I hate to say this. Or see if there's a Reddit group about it. If there's a Reddit group about it, see how many people are in it. Like there's people talking about everything under the sun on there. And I feel like that's awesome. One hundred percent agree. Yeah. Look at the internet as a resource, man. Like I have to tell you, Chris has this goal that at one point he wants to collaborate on a pair of sunglasses. In-Person: I hate to say this. Or see if there's a Reddit group about it. If there's a Reddit group about it, see how many people are in it. Like there's people talking about everything under the sun on there and I feel like that's awesome. One hundred percent agreed. Like look at the internet as a resource, man. Like I have to tell you, Chris has this goal. Megan: I hate to say this. Or see if there's a Reddit group about it. If there's a Reddit group about it, see how many people are in it. Like, there's the people talking about everything under the sun on there. And I feel like that's awesome. I have to tell you, Chris has this that at one point he wants to collaborate on a purple success. In-Person: That at one point he wants to collaborate on a pair of sunglasses. Amanda Van Den Elzen: He wants VDE racing purple sunglasses. That actually sounds awesome. Right? Those would be so silent too. Are you talking about the lenses is purple or the whole thing? Don't know. Don't know. He just wants a pair of VDE racing sunglasses. And a beer. He also wants a purple beer. that would be cool. Like a purple beer can. Well, and I mean, even like for Crandon, it makes sense, but they have the big house the moonshine. Yeah. Yeah. They started doing that, and I was like, that Megan: He wants me to erase purple sunglasses. In-Person: He wants BDE racing purple sunglasses. That actually sounds awesome. Right? Those would be so silent too. Are you talking about the lenses is purple or the whole thing? Don't know. Don't know. He just wants a pair of BDE racing. He has a he has a he has a passion. He's gonna get there. I believe. Megan: That actually sounds impossible. Right? That's gonna be so silent, dude. Are you talking about the is this purple or the whole thing? Don't know. Don't know. He just wants a pair of V E rates and He has a he has a he has a passion. He's gonna get the beer. He also wants a purple beer. that'll be like a purple beer can. Well and I mean even like for Crandit, it makes sense that we have the big house the moonshine. Yeah. They started doing that and I was like, that In-Person: that would be cool. Like a purple beer can. Well, and I mean, even like for Crandon, it makes sense, but they have the big house the moonshine moonshine. Yeah. Yeah. They started doing that, and I was like, that Amanda Van Den Elzen: That makes so much sense. Why why haven't they done that before? Yes. Like it's so cool that somebody brought an idea and they were like, hey, I'm passionate about this and I'm good at this thing. Yes. I want to bring it to you guys and make something happen with it. Okay. You do a test, you see, see if the audience is there, then you can In-Person: makes so much sense. Why why hadn't they done that before? Like, it's so cool that somebody brought an idea and they were like, hey, I'm passionate about this and I'm good at this thing. I want to bring it to you guys and make something happen with it. Okay. You do a test, you see, see if the audience is there, and then you can Megan: makes so much sense. Why why haven't they done that before? Like it's so cool that somebody brought an idea and they were like, Hey, I'm passionate about this and I'm good at this thing. Yeah. I want to bring it to you guys and make something happen with it. Okay. You do a test and see, see if the audience is there, and then you can In-Person: roll it out. Like, I think was it last year that was Amanda Van Den Elzen: Roll it out. Like I think was it last year that was Megan: roll it out. Like I think was it last year that In-Person: The first year they had it? I think so. Yeah. And then this year I've been seeing it all over the place. So I'm like, obviously something worked. Let's keep it going. Let's keep the good vibes rolling. But yeah, it's been so fun. It's it's cool to watch collaborations and also be a part of them when you can. Like, Amanda Van Den Elzen: the first year they had it? I think so. Yeah. And then this year I've been seeing it all over the place. So I'm like, obviously something worked. Yeah. Let's keep it going. Let's keep the good vibes rolling. But yeah, it's been so fun. It's it's cool to watch collaborations and also be a part of them when you can. Megan: was the first year they had it? I think so. Yeah. And then this year I've been seeing it all over the place. So I'm like, obviously something worked. Yeah. Let's keep it going, keep it good. Yeah. It's been so fun. It's it's cool to watch collaborations and also being a part of them. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Like even like Rob Holland, he's here this weekend and he's doing his first off road race ever. Like he is not this is his experience behind the wheel. Yes, and he's in Johnny Holter's Pro Light, I saw, right? Yes, yes he's doing Pro Light Megan: Like even like Rob Holland, he's here to speak and and he's doing his first proper piece ever. Like he is not this is his experience last week. Yes, he's in Johnny Holter's pro life as well, right? Yes. Yes. In-Person: even like Rob Holland, he's here this weekend and he's doing his first off-road race ever. Like, he is not. This is his experience behind the wheel. Yes, and even Johnny Holter's Pro Light, I saw, right? Yes. Yes, he's doing pro light. This weekend. And so it's really funny because we we thought it'd be awesome to just collaborate with him because we collaborate with him for Pikes Peak. And we've gotten to see one side, and he's got this amazing like experience, this great story of all this different racing he's gotten to do. And then coming into Crandon, he's this is not the audience that knows him. This is not, you know, this is not the same kind of racing. This is a very, very different style. And it's been so cool watch him. Amanda Van Den Elzen: this weekend. And so it's really funny 'cause we we thought it'd be awesome to just collaborate with him because we collaborate with him for Pikes Peak. And we've gotten to see one side and he's got this amazing like experience, this great story of all this different racing he's got Megan: Okay. And so it's really funny because people we we thought it'd be possible to just collaborate with him because we collaborate with him for my team. And we've gotten to see one side and he's got this amazing like the experiences for destroying all this sort of erasing. Amanda Van Den Elzen: to do. And then coming into Crandon, he is this is not the audience that knows him. This is not, you know, this is not the same kind of racing. This is a very, very different style. And it's been so cool to watch him. Megan: And then coming into Brandon, he's this is not the audience no it's not you know, this is not the same kind of racing's a very, very style. And it's been so cool to watch In-Person: Like get excited about it, the highs. He was so pumped after practice yesterday and then the lows of him being like, I didn't qualify as good as I wanted to, because I got stuck, but I didn't really know about the blue line and stuff. And so it's it's cool to watch Megan: him. Like get excited about it, the highs, he was so pumped after practice yesterday and then the lows after being like I didn't qualify as long as I wanted to because I got stuck, I didn't really know about blue line and stuff. yeah. It's it's cool to watch. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah. Like get excited about it, the highs. He was so pumped after practice yesterday and then the lows of him being like, I didn't qualify as good as I wanted to because I got stuck, but I didn't really know about blue line and stuff. And so yeah it's it's cool to watch. In-Person: people learning and getting passionate and like dialing into a sport. So even with that, like or l you know, you coming from drag racing, like it's it's crazy to watch the difference. Amanda Van Den Elzen: and getting passionate like dialing into a sport. So even with that, like or you know, you coming from dry racing, yeah. Yeah. Like it's it's crazy to hear much difference. Yeah, group Megan: Like dialing into a sport. So even with that, like or you know, you coming from driver. Yeah. Yeah. Like it's Yeah, I never heard of like blue group Amanda Van Den Elzen: before. Yeah. Yes. Do I know what it is? No. Did he mention it when he was talking to me? Yes. It's the blue line, I think, is what he said. Blue line. And I like, okay. I don't know. Megan: before. Yeah. Yeah. Do I know what it is? No. Didn't he mention it? The blue line is what he said. I was like, I don't know. I don't know. In-Person: Yeah, no, I do I know what it is? No. Did he mention it when he was talking to me? Yes. The blue line. And I was like, Okay. I don't know. Megan: I agree. In-Person: I experienced blue Amanda Van Den Elzen: I experienced blue In-Person: group for the first time yesterday. okay, so you do know. I did. You can you can educate us. Yes, so okay. What it is, first off, it's when the dirt gets compacted so hard that it's like cement and the tires start laying rubber down on top of it so it makes it look blue, and it can go either way. It's either the most slippery thing you've ever driven on in your entire life, or it's super tacky from the rubber. But you don't know what it is until you end up on it. Yeah. So I am not Amanda Van Den Elzen: groove for the first time yesterday. Okay, so you know I did. You can educate us. Yes, so okay. What it is, first off, it's when the dirt gets compacted so hard that it's like cement and the tires start laying rubber down on top of it so it makes it look blue. And it can go either way. It's either the most slippery thing you've ever driven on in your entire life or it's super tacky from the rubber. But you don't know what it is until you end up on it. Yeah. So I am not Megan: yeah. You can actually Yeah, so okay. What it is first off, it's when the dirt gets compacted so hard that it's like cement and the tires start laying rubber down on top of it so it can look blue. And it can go either way. It's either the most slippery thing you've ever driven on in your entire life or it's super tacky from the rubber. But you don't know what it is until you end up on it. Yeah. So I am not Amanda Van Den Elzen: A very experienced race car driver. The only race car I've ever raced is this once a year. Yeah. I've did not race anything ever before that. I've been in a go-kart like three times. So I experienced it for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you, because we went out after the Pro 4s. yeah, yeah. So the Pro 4s destroyed the track. Yes. And there was not much of a track left when we got out there. I was told it was actually a really good track, but I've only ever raced on like perfectly groomed tracks. In-Person: Very experienced race car driver. The only race car I've ever raced is this once a year. Yeah. I've did not race anything ever before that. I've been in a go-kart like three times. So I experienced it for the first time yesterday, and let me tell you, because we went out after the Pro 4s. yeah, yeah. So the Pro 4s just avoid the track. Yeah, they rip it up. Yes. And there was not much of a track left when we got out there. I was told it was actually a really good track, but I've only ever raced on like perfectly groomed tracks. Megan: a very experienced race car driver. The only race car I've ever raced is this one season. Yeah. I've did not race anything ever before that. I've been in with go-kart like three times. So I experienced it for the first time yesterday. And let me tell because we went out after the pro course. yeah. So the pro course today. Yeah. And there was not much of a track left when we got out there. I was told it was actually really good track but I've only ever raced on like perfectly grown tracks. so it's a In-Person: so Amanda Van Den Elzen: So it's a little bit of a different experience. Yes. Yes. And I'm already a very nervous race car driver because I do this for marketing, not for winning. Like I am trying to get in front of people. Yes. I am I am I have this race car because it looks really good outside of other people's businesses. You know, it looks really good on social media. And I go out there and once a year I make a fool of myself just to say that I did it. But yesterday I saw that blue groove coming in. In-Person: it's a little bit of a different experience. Yes. And I'm already a very nervous race car driver because I do this for marketing, not for winning. Yeah. You're like, I am trying to get in front of people. Yes. This is the goal. I am I am Megan: little bit of a different experience. Yes. Yes. And I'm already a very nervous race car driver because I do this for marketing, not for winning. in front of me. Yes. I am I am I have this race car because it looks really good outside of other people's businesses. You know, it's like In-Person: This race car because it looks really good outside of other people's businesses. You know, it looks really good on social media, and I go out there and once a year I make a fool of myself just to say that I did it. But yesterday I saw that blue groove coming into Megan: Well, yes, they are. Amanda Van Den Elzen: into In-Person: the finish line turn, and my spotter had told me that it was just like the midline was blue groove. Okay. It was across the entire track. And I was like, Amanda Van Den Elzen: the finish line turn and my spotter had told me that it was just like the midline was blue groove. Okay. It was across the entire track. And I was like, Megan: Slam on the brakes, tight tight line inside, let it just kind of wash out over, and then it was like, it's actually kind of grooky. Like you know. So wild. Okay, yeah, because I was assuming it was like, you know, like you have like your red light one thing, like you're depending on the city pick your line. Like that's what I assumed it was. Like, no, that one line is really bad. So now I'm now feel much more educated now. In-Person: Slay him on the brakes, tight, tight, tight inside, let it just kinda wash out over it, and then it was like sexual. my goodness. I didn't know. That's so wild. Okay, yeah, because I was assuming it was like, you know, like you have like maybe a red line, a white line, a blue line. Like you're depending on your vehicle and how you have it sitting and stuff, you like pick your line. Like that's what I assumed it was, is I was like, no, that that one line is really bad and he accidentally did it. So now I know. I feel much more educated on the topic. I didn't realize it Amanda Van Den Elzen: slam on the brakes, tight, tight, tight inside, let it just kind of wash out over it and then it was like, it's actually kind of grippy. Like I didn't know. That's so wild. Okay, yeah, because I was assuming it was like, you know, like you have like maybe a red line, a white line, a blue line. Like you're depending on your vehicle and how the high exception, like pick your line. Like that's what I assumed it was, is I was like, no, that that one line is really bad. If you accidentally did it. No idea. I feel much more educated on the Megan: Yeah, it is the dirt. In-Person: It is literally the dirt that is telling you I am blue. I am the blue groove. I am the blue line. Whatever this is, I am it. Now that you know it, watch in some of the corners. Megan: It is literally the dirt that's telling you. And I now that you know it's the blue I am blue. Now that you know it, watching some of the corners. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yes, it is the dirt. I am blue. Now that you know it. I am the blue line. Whatever this is, I am it. Now that you know it, watch in some of the corners the finish. Megan: Yeah, now Amanda Van Den Elzen: line and then coming out of the finish line going towards Argon where there's a little chicane okay that blue grooves really bad there too. Watch it you'll see the blue. Megan: you'll see it. Yeah. Coming out of the finish line, going towards the architect where there's a little chicane where it's really small thing to do. Watch it, you'll see the big line. In-Person: Yeah. Coming out of the finish line, going towards Argon where there's a little chicane. Okay, yeah. That blue grooves really bad there too. Watch it, you'll see the blue. It literally you'll see it from the stands. It is blue. Even with track prep, like is that something that you can get around or so they can scrape it off. Yeah. But they can't like break it up, huh? Amanda Van Den Elzen: It literally you'll see it from the stands, it is blue. Even with track prep, like is that something that you can get around? so they can scrape it off. Yeah. But then break it up, huh? Nah, Megan: It literally you'll see it from the stands. It is blue. Even with fracking, is that something they can get around? so they can Scrape it off. Yeah. But break it up, huh? Not Amanda Van Den Elzen: kind of. Kind of. A lot of times what you'll see in in the interest of keeping races on schedule is you'll typically see them drag dirt over top of it. Megan: kind of kind of. A lot of times what you'll see in in the interest of keeping races from going is you'll tip we see them drag dirt over top of it. In-Person: in in the interest of keeping races is you'll typically see them drag dirt over top of it. Which means as soon as you go over it, it just goes whoop and blows that dirt right back off. goodness. that's crazy. That's so funny. Well, I feel like I've learned something. I'm very, very happy about that. Every time I go to a race I feel like I learned something because I'm not behind the wheel. So I'm like, You're gonna tell me so many things I don't understand and I am very excited to learn about them. Like, let's go. So no, now I know. But yeah, Rob Holland coming over, it's been really cool 'cause he's even doing a show with us right now. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Which means as soon as you go over it it just goes whoop and blows that dirt right back off. Megan: Which means as soon as you go over it, it just goes whoop and blows that dirt right back up. goodness. that's crazy. That's so funny. Well, I feel like I've learned something. I think. Amanda Van Den Elzen: that's crazy. That's so funny. Well, I feel like I've learned something. I'm very, very happy about that. Good. Every time I go to a race, I feel like I learned something because I'm not behind the wheels. So I'm like, you're gonna tell me so many things I don't understand. And I'm very excited to learn about them. Let's go. So no, now I know. Now you know. Yeah, Rob Holland coming over. It's been really cool because he's even doing a show with us right now, where Megan: Every time they go to a race, I feel like I've learned something 'cause I'm not so I'm like, You're gonna tell me so many things I don't understand. Yeah. So so no no but you know, yeah, yeah, Rob only came over, it's been really cool 'cause he's even doing a show with us right now. where In-Person: Where it's called The Joy of Racing. He's doing it with Larry Chen, who's a really respected photographer, really cool in the industry. And he does so many different things across so many different areas. But they're working on a show called Joy of Racing. And it has been a really cool collaboration between not just us, a photographer, and a really cool race car driver, but also between sports and between disciplines and between really fun elements. Like there's there's so many different layers to it that have been Megan: it's called Amanda Van Den Elzen: it's called The Joy of Racing. He's doing it with Larry Chen, who's a really respected photographer, really cool in the industry. and he does Megan: doing the show, who's a really respected photographer really good industry. he does so many different things across so many different things. But they're working on a show called Joy of Racing and it has been a really cool collaboration between not just us a photographer in a really cool race car, but also between sports and between disciplines, between really fun Amanda Van Den Elzen: so many different things across so many different areas. But they're working on a show called Joy at Racing and it has been a really cool collaboration between not just us a photographer and a really cool race car driver, but also between sports and between disciplines and between really fun elements. Like there's there's so many different layers to it that have Megan: Like there's there's so many different language teaching Amanda Van Den Elzen: been In-Person: And kind of cool to suss out, you know? It's been interesting, so it's been a fun one. I have a true confession. I love it and I don't know who brought Holland in. Megan: that kind of pulls us out, you know? Yes, it's been interesting. So I have a true question. I love it. I don't know Amanda Van Den Elzen: It's been interesting. So it's been fun one. I have a true confession. I love it. I don't know who Rob Holland Megan: who Ron Calm is. my gosh. Okay, so he is he's amazing. So he's a you were more than five more than five. Your turn to teach us. Yeah, your turn to teach us. Okay, that's my turn. So Rob Holmade is a fantastic picture. So he's been going for years and years. He was actually cyclist. Amanda Van Den Elzen: is. my gosh. Okay, so he is he's amazing. So he's done you are more than fine. You are more than fine. That is outside this discipline. Yes. Educate me. Okay, so now it's my turn. So Rob Holland is a fantastic racer. He's been going for years and years and years. He was actually a cyclist In-Person: my gosh. Okay, so he is he's amazing. So he's done you are more than fine. You are more than fine. That is outside this discipline. Yes. What? Educate you. Okay, so now it's my turn. So Rob Holland is a fantastic racer. He's been going for years and years and years. He was actually a cyclist before. So a very disciplined racer. he took his like cycling career and all of those like disciplines. Yes, like cycles. Okay, mountain bikes. I don't know why I'm saying this. Like this. This is not how you ride a bike. Ooh goodness. Holland, I really hope. Amanda Van Den Elzen: before me, so a very disciplined he took his like cycling career and all those like like bicycles? Megan: So very disciplined if you took like cycling when you were in all of those like disciples? Yes, like not inviting her like a lot of things. Like this this is not happening right now. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yes, like cycle ship. Okay, mountain bike or like fast bike? I really hope you don't watch this. Don't watch this square. no, but so he is a fantastic racer. He was a cyclist, like just like what you would do for I'm not very educated in cycling. The one that Lance Armstrong. so like fast cyclists. Yes, yes, fast and straight and yeah, okay. And so he he did that for years. And so then after you know, that part of his career, he was deciding he wanted to do something else. He was like, I want to come over racing. And he brought that discipline and that energy. In-Person: don't actually watch this. Don't watch this part. no, but so he is a fantastic racer. He was a cyclist like just like what you would do for I'm not very educated in cycling. The one that Lance Armstrong would do. Like that type of cycling. Yes, fast, like speed. Yeah. And so he he did that for years. And so then after, you know, that part of his career, he was deciding he wanted to do something else. He was like, I want to come over to racing. And he brought that discipline and that energy Megan: Yeah, don't see that. he is a fantastic racer. He was a cyclist like just like One that's okay so yes, yeah, it's fast, straight, and yeah, okay. So he he didn't to racing. And he brought that discipline and that energy In-Person: over to Amanda Van Den Elzen: Over to racing like cars, and so he's done he's lived internationally and done races and nerve green, he's done so much stuff overseas, and then he's done a bunch of stuff here. But the thing that I know him best for, and that's because I've gone to Pike Speak, I will say it's nice. That's where I met him the first time. It was so fun, just a great guy. But so he has won his class for Pike Speak okay many times. I don't I don't know. Megan: over to racing like cars. And so he's done he's lived internationally and done a races at Herb Grade, he's done sold shop, he's been done a bunch of stuff here. But I don't have some and that's In-Person: racing like cars. And so he's done he's lived internationally and done races at Nurbergring. He's done so much stuff overseas and then he's done a bunch of stuff here. But the thing that I know him best for, and that's because I've gone to Pikes Peak. I will say it's nice. That's where I met him the first time. It was so fun. Just a great guy. But so he has won his class for Pikes Peak. Okay. Megan: Because I've gone height speed, I will say. It's nice, that's where I met him the first time. He's so fun, a great guy. But so he has won his classroom height speed. Okay many In-Person: many times. I don't I don't know how many times he's won but like he's a multi time winner and he's very, very dedicated. This year he actually wasn't able to run 'cause during one of the practice days he crashed. Megan: times. I I love he's a multi to run. And he's very good at this year he actually wasn't able to run because during one of the practice games he crashed. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Okay. He's a multi-time winner. And he's very, very dedicated. This year he actually wasn't able to run because during one of the practice days he crashed. no. Yeah, it was okay. We were a little worried, but like he he ended up I literally was texting the guys. I was like, so I've been looking for updates and I haven't seen an update in a minute. What's going on? How are we? And I get a I get a text of him sitting at dinner with the guys and like just trying to decompress. In-Person: Yeah, he was okay. We were a little worried, but like he he ended up I literally was texting the guys and I was like, so I've been looking for updates and I haven't seen an update in a minute. What's going on? How are we? And I get a I get a text of him sitting at dinner with the guys and like just trying to decompress Megan: Yeah, okay, okay. I think I saw that. We were a little worried, but like he he ended up I literally was texting the guys I was like so I've been looking for updates and I haven't seen an update with it. What's going on? How are we? And I get I get a text of him sitting at dinner with the guys and like just trying to decompress In-Person: and take a minute. And they were like, He's fine, he's bumped and bruised, he's very sore, but he's doing okay. And so part of it I think is his discipline, because like he does not drink until after he's done. Amanda Van Den Elzen: And take a minute, and they were like, he's fine, he's bumped and bruised, he's very sore, but he's doing okay. And so part of it, I think, is his discipline because like he does not drink until after he's done Megan: and take a minute and we're like he's fine, he's bumped and bruised, he's very sore, but he's doing everything. And so part of it I think is his discipline is like he does not drink until every In-Person: Racing, he he's very he goes to bed early, he takes care of himself, he's very good about all that. But so he's gotten he's had so many different experiences with racing that it's insane. But look him up, Rob Holland, two bees, two bees. I did see that, I saw that on the Pro Light. Well, and it's it's hilarious because so he is Rob Holland, and then one of the guys who works with with him for a company that helps represent Hella. Amanda Van Den Elzen: racing. He's very he goes to bed early, he takes care of himself, he's very good about all that. But so he's gotten he's had so many different Megan: single he's very he goes to bed early, he takes care of himself, he's very good at that. But so he's got some he's had so many different experiences with racing that fits in the thing. But look him up, Rob Holland. Amanda Van Den Elzen: experiences with racing that it's insane. But look him up, Rob Holland. I did see that. I saw that on the Pro Light. Well and it's it's hilarious because so he is Rob Holland and then one of the guys who works with with him for the company Megan: Two B's. Two B's. I did know that. I saw that on the chromite. Well and it's it's hilarious because so he is Rob Holman. And then one of the guys who works with it with him for the company that helps represent Kella Amanda Van Den Elzen: that helps represent Hella In-Person: and helps them with different things and other companies. his name is Rob Tinson. And so they're both very close to each other. And so every time you see him walking around you're like, Rob, to be or not to be. Amanda Van Den Elzen: and helps them with different things and other companies. his name is Rob Tinson. And so they're both very close to each other. And so every time you see him walking around you're like Rob, to be or not to be Megan: and helps them with mechanics and other companies. his name is Rob Jensen. And so they're both very close to each other. And so every time you've seen walking around you're like, Rob, two bee or not to be? In-Person: but to be or not to be to be or not to be and it's hilarious every time I get a little chortle out of it. Like, that was funny. Yeah, yeah, that one'll last. That one'll last. Might be a dad joke, but I don't mind. Like that's that's a good one. But yeah, so it's really nice 'cause they're just he's always been such a genuine guy. Such a cool racer to watch and to see him like be disciplined. He came last year. I think you actually got to talk to him last year, right? Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: But to be or not to be that is hilarious every time. I get a little chortle out of it. I'm like, that was funny. Yeah, yeah, that one'll last. That one'll last. Might be a bad joke, but I don't mind like that that's a good one. But yeah, so it's really nice because they're just he's always been such a genuine guy. Megan: but be or not to be or not to be and it's hilarious every time. I get a little chortle out of it, like, that was really Yeah yeah, that was a little messy. That'll messy. But you're gonna do I don't really like that's that's a good one. But yeah, so it's really nice. It's they're just he's always been such a genuine guy. Such a cool racer to watch and to see him when Amanda Van Den Elzen: Such a cool racer to watch and to see him like be disciplined. He came last year. I think you actually got to talk to him mostly, right? Yeah, because I yeah, like that's why Megan: Okay, yeah, because I like that's why you sound so familiar because I remember you talking about him last year. Okay. Well I think maybe you didn't get to meet him. I don't know if I met him. I remember you talking about him. Yeah, yeah, yeah. you both are gonna do like maybe for different disciplines, how many crayons? Yeah. Which I think so cool. I'm I'm ready for you for twenty seven. Amanda Van Den Elzen: you sound so familiar. Yeah, because I got to meet him last year. Okay. Or I think maybe you didn't get to meet him, but I don't know if I met him. I remember you talking about him. Yeah, yeah, because I was like, you both are gonna do like Crandon. You guys both are coming from different disciplines, coming to Crandon, which I think so cool. I'm I'm ready for you for 27. Like I was trying to get her to go to twenty-six, In-Person: Yeah, 'cause you got to meet him. Yeah, yeah. Or I think maybe you didn't get to meet him but Yeah, yeah, 'cause I was like, you both are gonna do like Crandon. You guys both are coming from different disciplines, coming to Crandon, which I think so cool. I'm I'm ready for you for twenty seven. Like I was trying to get her to go to twenty Megan: Twenty six, but In-Person: six, but Amanda Van Den Elzen: but Man, if we would have had a better Megan: man, if we would have had a better year, better car this year, probably. I don't know. You were telling me in April that you weren't going to it's just it's been hard with Adam wanting to do Ultra Four because that took a lot of our budget. It was so expensive to build two Ultra Four cars because the first one wasn't good enough. Yeah. so that's like yeah, the main reason. Yeah. In-Person: I don't know. You were telling me in April that you weren't going to It's just it's been hard. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I don't know. You were telling me in April that you weren't going to it's just it's been hard with Adam wanting to do Ultra Four. Yeah that took a lot of our budget. It was so expensive to build two Ultra Four cars. Yeah. Yeah. so that's like yeah, the main reason. So next year's your year. Yeah. Next year we're gonna be back here In-Person: The first one wasn't good enough. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah, next year we're gonna be back here talking about how awesome it is that you're gonna watch. And I'm gonna be so excited. Amanda Van Den Elzen: talking about how awesome it is that you're and I'm gonna be so excited. Yeah and Megan: Yeah. Yeah. And then yeah, like if they're running the I don't Amanda Van Den Elzen: then yeah, like if they're running the I don't Megan: his class what's it called? Open. Amanda Van Den Elzen: supposed to call it open. Megan: I think it's just the stock class for U T Vs. But yeah, if he if they'll do that class, he'll definitely bring his car. But yeah, since the car's built now, like our the budget should be there next year. They go to come travel more. And so the honestly there's been quite a few racers, you know, that we talked to at the parade that are from back home. Amanda Van Den Elzen: just the stock class for U TVs. Yeah. But yeah, if he if they'll do that class, he'll definitely bring his car. But yeah, since the car's built now, like our the budget should be there next year to come travel more. And so the honestly there's been quite a few racers, you know, that we talked to at the freight that are from back home In-Person: Yeah. But yeah. Nice like bar the budget should be there next year. Yeah. To come travel board. Yeah. And so Amanda Van Den Elzen: or that race in the outlaw series and they're like this is you know some of them it's like this is our first year with champ. Like we didn't know what to expect but they're like we've been pleasantly surprised Megan: Or that race in the Outlaw series and they're like this is you know, some of it's like this is our first year with champ, like we didn't know what to expect. But they're like, We've been pleasantly surprised In-Person: This is you know, some of them it's like this is our first year with champ, like we didn't know what to expect. Amanda Van Den Elzen: And it's honestly overall cheaper to travel all the way and come do champ than it is to kinda stay with the more local stuff just because entry to the state is lower and Megan: and it's honestly overall cheaper to travel all the way and come do champ than it is to kind of stay with the more local stuff just because entry fee is lower and all that type of stuff. so we were like, Well that's you know, that's great to hear. So yeah, I definitely wanna do champ. It's just Amanda Van Den Elzen: All that type of stuff. That's awesome. So we were like, well that's you know, that's great to hear. So yeah. I definitely want to do champ. It's just In-Person: That's awesome. Yeah. Yeah. I definitely want to do TM. It's just didn't come together, but I'm excited to see you know how it comes together because I feel like cross-discipline athletes are so cool. I agree. It's insane. I'm just like it's just so much like in everyone's Amanda Van Den Elzen: just wasn't quite in the books for this year. Yeah, didn't come together, but I'm excited to see you know how it comes together because I feel like cross-disciplined athletes are so cool. I agree. It's insane. I'm just like it's just so much like and everyone's Megan: Just wasn't quite in the books for this year. So didn't come again, but I may be able to see how it comes together because I feel like cross discipline athletes are so It's insane, yeah. It's just so much like and everyone's Amanda Van Den Elzen: gonna hate me for saying this, but like Megan: gonna hate me for saying this, but like Amanda Van Den Elzen: With drag racing, like mean yes, there's a skill you have to learn, but it's like three skills versus like here with short course, there's like twenty skills that you need to learn. Like it's there's just so much more of a challenge, like so that's where like I'm still so far behind and I'm racing against kids that have been doing it for five, ten years. So it's just like I just need more practice to build up my driver's skills and yeah, get more comfortable in the car. But you're coming. Megan: with drag racing, like I mean yes, there's a skill you have to learn, but it's like three skills versus like here with short course, there's like twenty skills that you need to learn. Like it's there's just so much more of a challenge, like so that's where like I'm still so far behind and I'm racing against kids that have been doing it for In-Person: Yeah. So that's where like I'm still so far behind and I'm racing against kids that I've been doing it for five, ten years. So it's just like I just need more practice. Megan: five ten years. So it's just like I just need more practice to build up my driver's skills and being more comfortable in the car. But you're coming In-Person: Yeah, get more reps in. But you're coming with three more skills that you got to hone in. Like your reaction time on the track I guarantee is better than anybody else out of my gosh. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: With three more skills that you got to hone in, like your reaction time on the track, I guarantee, is better than anybody else out there. But yeah. But like once I get to the corner and it's like, Megan: with three more skills. You got to hold it in. Like your reaction time on the track I guarantee than anything. Yeah, I can I can get a whole shot, but but it's like once I get to the corner then it's like, Amanda Van Den Elzen: what do I do? But even though, like, quick judgments, right? Like, imagine how quickly you have trained yourself to make judgments in a car versus these guys out here are like, it's starting to slide out. I should probably do something. Yeah, I'll counter. You know? Like you, you once you develop all the Megan: what do I do? In-Person: Even though like quick judgments, right? Like imagine how quickly you've trained yourself to make judgments in a car versus these guys out here are like, it's starting to slide out, I should probably do something. Yeah, I'll count it. Yeah. Like you you once you develop all the like Megan: Yeah. You know that's true. Like you you once you develop all the Amanda Van Den Elzen: Like once you start to develop other skills I feel like it's gonna be even more apparent, like Megan: like once you start to develop all their skills I feel like In-Person: once you start to develop the other skills, I feel like it's gonna be even more apparent, like how those skills come into play and also how it impacts your style as an athlete. Cause I feel like there's so many different styles for racers. Like not everybody is Megan: how these skills come into play. Yeah. Also how it impacts your style using the map. Because I feel like there's so many different styles for users, like not everybody needs Amanda Van Den Elzen: skills come into play and also how it impacts your style as an athlete because I feel like there's so many different styles for racers. Like not everybody is In-Person: Like the same good old boy dude. Like you've got so many different types of athletes. You've got people who have great personalities, like, but they are crazy aggressive on the freaking course. Like they will take out your sidewall and they won't even think a thing of it. They're just like, I'll get called on it or I won't. Let's go. Like it's insane. Amanda Van Den Elzen: like the same good old boy dude. Like right. You've got so many different types of athletes. You've got people who have great personalities like but they are crazy aggressive on the course. Like they will take out your side of the ball and they won't even think a thing of it. They're just like I'll get called on it or I won't let's go. Like it's insane. I think that's like Megan: like the same goal boy. Right. You got so many different types of maplings. You've got people who have great personalities, like, but they are crazy impressive on them. Like of course. Like they will flick out your stuff. Yeah. They're just like, okay, call them whatever I won't let's go. Yeah, you're all about that. Amanda Van Den Elzen: This conversation makes me think about what I think is so cool about watching my husband drive because he did competitive drifting, so he did rally cross, he did auto-cross, and then he did stage rally as well. So coming with all of those sports combined, it's so funny to see him. We've had to train drifting out of him for off-road because sideways is not fast. Yeah, sideways is not fast. But if he starts to Megan: This conversation makes me think about what I think is so cool about watching my husband drive because he did competitive drinking, so he did rally cross, he did autocross, and he did stage rally as well. So coming with all of those books combined, yeah, it's so funny to see him. We've had to train drinking out of him for off-road. In-Person: This conversation makes me think about what I think is so cool about watching my husband drive. yeah. Because he did competitive drifting, so he did rally cross, he did autocross, and then he did stage rally as well. So coming with all of those sports combined, it's so funny to see him. We've had to train drifting out of him for off-road because sideways is not fast. Yeah, sideways is not the way here. But if he starts to spin Megan: The sideways is so bad. But if he starts to Amanda Van Den Elzen: spin out he has more steering angle in his truck than any other pro spec out there yeah because he can use it and I have seen him go so far that it's like he's spinning out and then he doesn't because he knows how to power through that. Yeah you know it's he's he's hoped that specific skill so much that he really impacts his personality in these trucks. 100% and it's so cool to see. And and it shows on the track right like people have described his driving as like poetry in motion. Megan: spin out, he has more steering angle in his truck than any other pro spectrum. Because he can use it and I have seen him go so far that it's like, he's spinning out and then he doesn't. Because he knows how to power through that. Yeah. You know, he's he's helped that specific skill so much that it's really his his personality. In-Person: out, he has more. his truck than any other prospec out there. Yeah. Because he can use it and I have seen him go so far that it's like, he's spinning out. And then he doesn't because he knows how to power through that. Yeah. You it's he's he's honed that specific skill so much that it literally impacts his personality in these trucks. my gosh. That is that's super cool. And it shows on the track, right? Like people have described his driving as like poetry in motion. Megan: Yeah. And it shows electronic right, like people have described his driving as like poetry and both. Amanda Van Den Elzen: And it's like, well, he needed to be smooth for his Megan: And it's like, well needed to be so for Amanda Van Den Elzen: other motorsports that he came from and now it shows up there, you know? It's really cool to see. That is such a sweet way to word it. Like very that sounds so gentle and like sweet and lovely. And it's like with these giant motors. Yeah. Well ours is just a little V6. It's just little. Okay. So a little. In-Person: That is such a sweet way to word it. Like very that sounds so gentle and like sweet and lovely, and it's like with these giant motors and poetry in motion. It's just little okay. So a little or but like still it's like it's so motor sport. It's like poetry and motion in something that like is Megan: And now it shows up there. Yeah. You know, it's really cool to see. That is like there that sounds so gentle and like and it's like with these drawing forward. It's just little. So little. Like still like the person like poetry emotion is pretty like is undoubtedly very loud. A little crazy. Speaking In-Person: undoubtedly very loud, a little crazy. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Undoubtedly very loud. Yes. A little greasy. Speaking of Speaking of cross crossboard athletes, right? As as Roxon's truck comes past. Which is another cool thing about seeing athletes that are dabbling in off-road. I have not seen very many that come once and don't come back. Megan: thinking of cross cross the bath leaves, right? In-Person: Speaking Speaking of Louds. Exactly. As he's rolling through, you know. Which is another cool thing about seeing athletes that are down. Megan: Which is another cool thing about seeing athletes that are dabbling in on the road. I have not seen very many that come once and don't come. Yeah. In-Person: not seen very many that come once and don't come back. That is an interesting one, yeah. 'Cause like if you if you get a little bit of this dirt in your system. Megan: That is interesting one, yeah. It's like you then you get a lot of scary new system. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Interesting one, yeah. Because like if you if you get a little bit of this dirt in your system. Yeah I seriously. It's wild because I will say I I started coming to like Brandon before I even thought about working in motorsports. I didn't even realize my job existed back in the day. Yeah. You know, like I had no idea. I was just living in Minnesota going to college and come out and visit my dad and really set up the track and go. So we're doing Crandon this year? Did I did I hear that right? I'll be there. Give me a seven Just give me a seven-hour drive real quick. In-Person: Seriously. It's wild because I will say I I started coming to like Crandon before I even thought about working in motorsports. I didn't even realize my job existed back in the day. You know, like I had no idea. I was just living in Minnesota going to college and would come out and visit my daddy while he's at the track and go, so we're doing Crandon this weekend? Did I did I hear that right? I'll be there. Just give me a minute. Just give me a seven hour drive real Megan: seriously. Yeah. I will say I I've heard it coming to like Francis. You know, like I had no idea. I was just living in Minnesota going to college and come out and visit my tracking up. Yeah. So we're doing great supposed and I didn't hear that right. I'll be there. Yeah, seven hour drive real Amanda Van Den Elzen: Quick. Yeah. But yeah, it was amazing. Like this this track, it's kept me in my personal life, kept me in my professional life. Now it's exciting for me to get to come back every year and I see people who I know. And it becomes it becomes a family. yeah. The flanneries, they've got their family with it. Like they are locked in, right? But they slowly start to kind of collect all of us into a larger motor support family, which is a pretty cool thing. You can't say that out every time. In-Person: quick. It's fine. It's fine. But yeah, it was amazing. Like this this track, it Megan: quick and spy. He's fine. Yeah. But yeah, it was amazing. Like it was stupid this track. It's like In-Person: It's kept me in my personal life, kept me in my professional life. Now it's exciting for me to get to come back every year and I see people who I know. And it becomes it becomes a family. Like the Flanneries, they've got their family with it. Like they are locked in, right? But they slowly start to kind of collect all of us into a larger motorsport family, which is a pretty cool thing. You can't say that at every track Megan: Kept me in my first life, kept me in my professional life. Yeah. Now it's exciting for me to get to come back every year and I see who I know. Yeah. And it becomes it becomes a family. Like the Flannery we've got their family, like they are locked in, right? But they slowly start to kind of collect all of us into a larger notice of our family, which is pretty good. Yeah. You can't say that out Amanda Van Den Elzen: Tracker with every you know events. You're spot on. It's very special. I can't wait for you to meet the rest of our family tonight at the Chili Cook-Off. So psyched, I will say. Y'all don't know this. I genuinely got the date wrong for the chili cook-off. I thought I missed it, and I was complaining to people about it yesterday because I was like, doggum it, I'm missing it. I'm missing the chili cook-off. I was a little upset. And then they remind they reminded me that they had said Satur Thursday, not Friday. Friday. I know. We've been here for six. Megan: of a track. In-Person: or with every you know event. So it's very special. I can't wait for you to meet the rest of our family. Megan: Yeah, it's very special. I can't wait for you to meet the rest of what we're trying to meet tonight at the chili cook off. I will say. Y'all don't know. I technically got the day one for the chili cook off. I thought it was it and I was complaining to people about it yesterday and was like on it. I'm missing it. I'm missing the chili cook off. I was a little upset. And then they remind they reminded me that they had to have Thursday and Friday Friday. We've been here for In-Person: my gosh, I'm so psyched, I will say. Y'all don't know this. I genuinely got the date wrong for the chili cook-off. I thought I missed it, and I was complaining to people about it yesterday because I was like, doggum it, I'm I'm missing it. I'm missing the chili cook-off. I was real upset. And then they remind they reminded me that they had said Satur Thursday, not Wednesday. Friday. What date? I know. So we've been here for six weeks, I think. So it's been 34 years. my god. But no, it's I've I've Amanda Van Den Elzen: Six weeks, I think. So it's been 34 years. my god. But no, it's I've I've Megan: six weeks, I think. So my god. But no, it I In-Person: I've got my dates all mixed up, so now I get to actually enjoy the chili cook-off and also meet everybody, which will be so much fun. I love it. It's gonna be a really good group. Last year, okay, so it's very serious. We have at least 11 pots of chili. Last year we had 11 pots of chili. We had over a hundred people here taste testing. We have a podium, we have prizes. Am's will put money into the prize packages for the podium. So Am's Oil gift cards for the winners. Megan: I got my games only set, so now I get to wait for and also it's gonna be a really good group. Last year, okay, so very serious. We have at least eleven pots of chili. Last year we had eleven pots of chili. We had over a hundred people here taste has taken. Amanda Van Den Elzen: got my dates all mixed up, so now I get to actually enjoy the chili cook-off and also meet everybody, which will be so much fun. I love it. It's gonna be a really good group last year. Okay, so it's very serious. We have at least 11 pots of chili. Last year we had 11 pots of chili. We had over a hundred people here taste testing. We have a podium, we have prizes. Amsoil put money in. Megan: We have a podium, we have prizes. Amsoil put money into the prize packages for the podium. So Amzoil give cards for the winners. I Amanda Van Den Elzen: into the prize packages for the podium. So Amsoil gift cards for the winners. I mean this is a big deal. Okay, I will say that might be how we get my dad back to Cranon. Megan: mean this is awesome deal. Okay, I will say that might be how we get my dad after it. Because he just moved down to Tennessee with my mom, which they've been loving it. But it's great. But he used to have a safety for me. back when they were playing soil and so I think that's In-Person: That's awesome. Okay, I will say that might be how we get my dad back to Crandon. Because he just moved down to Tennessee with my mom, which they've been loving it. Like, it's great. But he used to come and do safety for Crandon. back when it had Lucas Oil in associated with it in that's in those series. And so I've been telling him, I'm like, I need you to get back to Crandon. Because every single year everybody gets on my case that you're not here, and he's like, Well, we just moved and like he's got he's got other things going on, which I'm very happy and Amanda Van Den Elzen: Hell yeah. He just moved down to Tennessee with my mom, which they've been loving it. Like it's great. Yes. But he used to come and do safety for Craig. back when it had looped soil associated with it. And that's in those series. And so I've been telling him, I'm like, I need you to get back to Cranley. Because every single year everybody gets on my case that you're not here. And he's like, well, we just moved and like he's got he's got other things going on, which I'm very happy and very Megan: And so I'm telling you, I need you to go back to work. Yeah. Every single year everybody gets on my case paper from here and it's like just this like he's got he's got other things going on with very happy In-Person: very Megan: in this problem. But also here's a chili company. So I gotta movie out here. Amanda Van Den Elzen: proud. But also, there's a chili cook-up. Yes. So I might be able to get his booty out here. Bring him In-Person: proud but also there's a chili cook off yeah so I might be able to get his booty out here because he he makes amazing Amanda Van Den Elzen: he he makes amazing chili. He's he's got a special. No leave him at home then because I'm trying to win. You know what? I I might have to bring him out just to just to mess over the the odds here, you know? Yeah. But yeah if I can if I can get him back out he wants to. I'm not gonna lie it's it got it gets into all of our blood but well if you can use it as an excuse. Yeah I was about to say another incentive for the pile. We're on this is the sixth annual sixth annual In-Person: chili he's he's got a special sense so you know what I I might have to bring him out just to just to mess over the the odds here you know but yeah if I can if I can get him back out he Megan: Don't leave a minute. know what? I I might have to put him up just to be so much here, you know. Yeah. But yeah. If I can if I can get him back out if he wants to. In-Person: He wants to. I'm not gonna l lie. It's it g it gets into all of our blood but Well if you can use it as an excuse. Yeah, I was about to say another incentive on the pile. We're on Megan: Because it gives it all of our excuse. Yeah, I'd love to say on the aisle. We're on this is the sixth annual. Sixth annual. Yes. In-Person: This is the sixth annual. Sixth annual. Nice. Amanda Van Den Elzen: So I guarantee there will be a seventh annual. We have no repeat winners yet. Ooh, that's awesome. I love that. And last year the winner was 170 racer, like a little youth racer. He won. The year before that was Paul Wolfe's wife, Christy. my god. And we didn't know her until we were pitted across from them and one of our crew guys walked over and was like, Hey, In-Person: So I guarantee there will be a seventh annual. We have no repeat winners yet. Ooh, that's awesome. I love that. And last year the winner was a 170 racer, like a little youth racer. He won. The year before that was Paul Wolf's wife, Christy. my gosh! And we didn't know her until we were pitted across from them, and one of our crew guys walked over and was like, Megan: So I guarantee there will be a seventh annual. We have no repeat better. That's all And last year in the winter was a one seventy racer, like a little youth racer, he was. The year before that was Paul Wolf's wife, Christy. my gosh. And we didn't know her until we were getting across from them and In-Person: We're having a chili cook-off tomorrow, you guys should come. And they're like, we Amanda Van Den Elzen: we're having a chili cook off tomorrow. You guys should come. And they're like, we Megan: And they're Amanda Van Den Elzen: packed chili so they were gonna have like chili dogs one night so they brought their chili over and won. That is that is so majestic. I love that so love that it came together like for them. This is like high stakes. There's much behind it. Yes. Yeah. I'm gonna have to ask you guys tonight about the voting because I I gotta know how we're doing this. Like is it right? In-Person: packed chili. So they were gonna have like chili dogs one day. So they brought their chili over and won. That is that is so majestic. I love that. I love that it came together like that for them. This is like high stakes. There's very excited. Okay. I'm gonna have to ask you guys tonight about the voting because I I gotta know how we're doing this. Like, is it a rate, Megan: like, we got it chili. So they were gonna have like chili dogs one day. So they brought their chili over and that is stuck. I guess this is like high stakes. There's much we needed. Okay. Yeah. I'm just like In-Person: like is it a rating system? Is it how do we do it? Amanda Van Den Elzen: Of a rating system? Is it how do we do it? Every Megan: Is it how do you every single one is numbered. Okay. And so after you taste test the chili, you have a ballot, you rate which number chili is your favorite. We put in the box and then we have three people count them. Very simple. It is. We go in at the RV with count and we come out and go, We've counted, we have a winner, and then we go from third, second, first. So In-Person: Every single one is numbered. Okay. And so after you taste test the chilies, you have a ballot, you write which number chili is your favorite. We put them in the box, and then we have three people count them. Very serious. This is a very important part of the weekend. We go into the RV, we count, and we come out and go, we've counted, we have a winner, and then we go from third, second, first. my gosh, Amanda Van Den Elzen: single one is numbered. Okay. And so after you taste test the chilies, you have a ballot, you write which number chili is your favorite. We put them in the box, and then we have three people count them. Very serious. Yes. This is a very important It is. We go into the RV, we count, and we come out and go, we've counted, we have a winner, and then we go from third, second, first. I'm so excited In-Person: I love that. I'm so excited to be a part of it. I I will say. I very, very positive. Amanda Van Den Elzen: about it. Megan: I'm so excited to be part of it. I I will say I very Amanda Van Den Elzen: Be a part of it. I I will say very pops. In-Person: And my mother in law made thirteen dozen cupcakes for dessert, so no. Six flavors. However however will we survive? I know. I know. I love it. Go Mom. Go Mom. What a winner. Her name is Patty, so they're Patty cakes. my gosh. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: And my mother-in-law made 13 dozen cupcakes for dessert, so no. Six flavors. However, however, will we survive? I know. I know. I love that. Go mom. Go mom. She makes the best cupcakes too. Her name is Patty, so they're Patty Cakes. my gosh. Yeah. Megan: and my mother-in-law made 13 dozen cupcakes for the thirties. wow. no. However, I know. I know. I love it. well. Yes. I seriously. Pretty good. Yes, yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: That's adorable, Sawha. I'm not gonna lie to you. That's so freaking cute. Yes. Yes. In-Person: That's adorable as all hell. I'm not gonna lie to you. That's so friggin' cute. Megan: That's adorable. I'm not gonna lie, but that's so pretty. In-Person: Little patty cakes are over here. Right. Okay, and then bringing this back though for our racers who are going, what the fuck does this have to do with like getting sponsors and building my program? We invite everybody that we are partnered with, that we are trying to partner with, that we are trying to network with, right? Everybody that we are trying to build those meaningful connections with, we bring them to the chili cook-off because they don't just network with us, they network Amanda Van Den Elzen: Patty cakes are over here. Right. Okay. And then bringing this back though for our racers who are going, what the fuck does this have to do with like getting sponsors and building my program? We invite everybody that we are partnered with, that we are trying to partner with, that we are trying to network with, right? Everybody that we are trying to build those meaningful connections with, we bring them to the chili cook-off because they don't just network with us, they network Megan: Right. Okay, and then working this back up for a basic smart point. Yeah. Everybody that we are partnered with, that we are trying to partner with, that we are trying to network with, right? Everybody that we are trying to build those meaningful connections with, we bring them to the Chili Cook Off because they don't just network with us, they network In-Person: Work with each other and everybody that we know, which is hugely valuable for everybody involved. So if you can create experiences like that in your pits, that is a really easy way to just build those relationships, like you said. Yeah. Well, and I think all tides rise. Like if they're investing with you know, if if this program doesn't work for them this year, if they're investing in off-road or in athletes, that's good for everyone. Yeah. Getting dollars. Amanda Van Den Elzen: with each other and everybody that we know, which is hugely valuable for everyone. Megan: with each other and everybody that we know, which is hugely valuable for everybody involved. So if you can create experiences like that in your pit, yeah, that is Amanda Van Den Elzen: So if you can create experiences like that in your pits, that is a really easy way to just build those relationships, like you said. Well, and I think all ties rise. Like if they're investing with you know, if if this program doesn't work for them this year, if they're investing in off-road or in athletes, that's good for everyone. Yes. Getting dollars Megan: A really easy way to just build those relationships like that. Yeah. Well, and I think all ties rise. Like if if they're investing with, you know, if if this program doesn't work for them this year, if they're investing in off-road or in athletes, that's good for everything. Yeah. Getting dollars Amanda Van Den Elzen: in sports and in our community at all or dis In-Person: In sports and in our community at all. Or discounts Megan: our sports and in our institutions at all. Or discount or you know, whatever it is, getting people involved. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Or you know, whatever it is, getting people involved is always gonna be a positive. Yes. And I think that you're right. The like whatever is your specialty is the thing you should bring to it. Because you're not trying to be somebody else. Be authentically yourself in whatever it is. If you're if you're a karaoke queen, have karaoke at your pits. Like last night, every year at the same event that you do karaoke. I don't know, Ricky G's pits have had some karaoke. I have heard that. I was about to say he's the one I was thinking of. Yes, I've heard him being karaoke. Yes, Sherry, his mom. In-Person: or you know, whatever it is. Getting people involved is always gonna be a positive. And I think that you're right. The like whatever is your specialty is the thing you should bring to it. Because you're not trying to be somebody else. Be authentically yourself in whatever it is. If you're if you're a karaoke queen, have karaoke at your pits. Like have a night every year at the same event that you do karaoke. I don't know, Ricky G's pits have you. I've had some karaoke. Megan: is always gonna be possible. And I think that right, like whatever is your specialty is the thing you should bring to it. You're not trying to be somebody else. Be authentically yourself in whatever it is. If you're if you're a karaoke team, you're a karaoke no one does that. Yeah. I don't know, Ricky Git you do? Okay some karaoke. Yeah. I was about speak In-Person: I've heard that. I was about to say he's the one I was thinking of because I think I've heard him doing karaoke before. Amanda Van Den Elzen: I've heard that, yes. see now now you're gonna have to hit up for GG's pit to see if they're doing karaoke. Yeah. So I'm not gonna park your debate on this one. yeah, no. But like whatever it is, whatever your specialty is, whatever you're excited about, whatever you're pumped on. In-Person: see now now you're gonna have to hit up Ricky G's Pits and see if they're doing karaoke this even part of kicking. yeah, no. But like whatever it is, whatever your specialty is, whatever you're excited about, whatever you're pumped on. Megan: yeah. Yeah. Like whatever it is, whatever your special thing is, whatever you're excited about, whatever you're pumped on, people grow your feel your energy about something. So don't do something because it works for you know you or me or anybody else. Like the whole point is to do something that's gonna work with who you are. Yeah. And your audience will find you then. Yes. Yes. And yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: People feel your excitement. People feel your energy about something. So don't do something because it works for, you know, you or me or anybody else. Like the whole point is do something that's gonna work with who you are as a person. And your audience will find you then. Yes. And In-Person: People feel your excitement. People feel your energy about something. So don't do something because it works for, you know, you or me or anybody else. Like the whole point is do something that's gonna work with who you are as a person. 'Cause there's your audience will find you then. Yes. And There's an audience in every single lane. Like some people like a crazy, Amanda Van Den Elzen: There's an audience in every single lane. Like some people like the crazy, Megan: There's an audience in every single thing. Like some people like crazy. In-Person: like outspoken, wild child person, but also sometimes people are just like really hyped on the dude who likes reading and who's really into the stats. Like he's like digging into the stats on his social media talking about stuff. There could be an audience for him. Each of us need to be authentically ourselves and the more authentic, excited people we have in something, the more fans we can have because there's more to go around. There's more ways of connection and Amanda Van Den Elzen: like outspoken, wild child person, but also sometimes people are just like really hyped on the dude who likes reading and who's really into the stats. Like he's like digging into the stats on his social media talking about stuff. There could be an audience for him. Each of us need to be authentically ourselves and the more authentic, excited people we have in something, the more fans we can have. Because there's to go around. There's more ways of connection. Megan: Spoken, wild child person, but also sometimes people are just like really hyped on the dude who likes reading and who's really into the stats. Like doing it into the stats on his children talking about stuff. huh. There could be an audience. Right. Each of us not much of their songs and the more authentic excitement we have in something, the more fans there's more To go around. There's more ways of connection. Yeah. In-Person: More lanes that we're bringing together. Exactly. Yeah. No, so I think it's so fun. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: More lanes that we're bringing together in the same sport. Yeah. Yeah. So I think it's I love that. Yeah. Well, okay, so someone that comes to the Megan: More lanes that we're bringing together in the same board. Yeah, yeah, for sure. Yeah. Well, okay, so someone that comes to the top of mind for me is Kros Kirchmeyer. Amanda Van Den Elzen: top of mind for me is Cross Bridgefire. Because like and especially this year, like I mean because he's he does so well on the tracks he podiums like every race pretty much. But he you know, he does the chocolate milk Megan: Because like especially this year, like I mean, because he's he does so well on the track, so he podiums like every race pretty much. But he you know, he does the chocolate milk. In-Person: This year like I'm Amanda Van Den Elzen: for his podium. my gosh, he's nice. And he's got pinball machines in his pits, like who like who brings a pinball machine? Right. So like he's just like that's authentically him and like he's just building his brand through that way. And all you have to do is lean into who you already are. Yeah. Megan: for his podiums and and he's got pinball machines in his p it's like who like who brings a pinball machine? Like who who like who has the room to do that? So yeah, like so like he's just like that's authentically him and like he's just building his brand through that way. And all you have to do is lean in the water. Yeah. Yeah. In-Person: my gosh yes. And he's got pinball machines in his kids like I love it. I mean like who has the room to do that? So I love the energy. Yeah. And all you have to do is lean into who you already are. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah and he's not like yeah a crazy driver who goes out there and tries to, you know, wreck everybody. Like he's a very talented driver and like my Megan: Yeah, and he's not like yeah, a crazy driver who goes out there and tries to, you know, wreck everybody. Like he's a very talented driver and like my husband's a big fan of him. Cause like he's just a genuine like good person and good driver and has good values and yeah, that's who like who like Adam is drawn to. But yeah. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. All right. So as we start to wrap up here, we Amanda Van Den Elzen: Big fan of him. Yeah. Because like he's just a genuinely like good person and good driver and has good values. And yeah, that's who like who like Adam is drawn to. Yes. He's his audience. Exactly. Exactly. Full circle novel. Alright, so as we start to wrap up here, we In-Person: Yeah. Because like he's just a generally like a good person and good driver and good values and that's good. Yeah. Yeah. He's his audience. Exactly. All comes together. Full circle moment. Amanda Van Den Elzen: have one question that we ask all of our guests at the end. I know, drum roll. Well she kind of just answered. Yeah, you did have a really good piece of advice. In-Person: At the end. I know. Draw a roll. She kind of just answered that. Yeah, I you did have a really good piece of advice, Megan: Well she kinda just answered, but Yeah, you have a really good piece of advice, In-Person: but we always ask if you could give our listeners, those grassroots racers who are trying to grow their programs, one piece of advice, what would it I would definitely say being yourself and being authentic to who you are. I again like Amanda Van Den Elzen: But we always ask if you could give our listeners, those grassroots racers who are trying to grow their programs, one piece of advice, what would it be? I would definitely say being yourself and being authentic to who you are. I again Megan: but we always ask if you could give our listeners most rich waiters who are trying to go to their program one piece of advice, what would it be? definitely say being yourself and being authentic to who you are. I again like Amanda Van Den Elzen: Like and just be consistent about that. If if you are also growing and developing, guess what? Your audience is too. In-Person: And just being consistent about that. If if you are also growing and developing, guess what? Your audience is too. Megan: and just be consistent about that. If if you are also growing in the know guess what you're Amanda Van Den Elzen: Even, you know, like as we get older, like, you know, some of us, not me, because I'm obviously very young, but some of us get older. and you know, everyone does, and we all go through different phases of life too. And your fans are also going through those phases of life. They're also learning and growing and developing together. In-Person: Even you know, like as we get older, like, you know, some of us not me because I'm obviously very young, but some of us get older. and you know, everyone does and we all go through different phases of life too. And your fans are also going through those phases of life. They're also learning and growing and developing together. Megan: Even, you know, like as we get older, like, you know, some of us not me, obviously very young, but some of us get older. and you know, everything does. And we all go through different phases of life too. And your fans are also going through those phases of life. They're also learning and growing and developing In-Person: But yeah, I would just say like the authenticity of being yourself and not being afraid of who that could be. Because some people they try and build a persona or, you know, they start having a persona built for them at a very young age when they start racing really young or, you know, with a certain team or something and there's a personality there that you kind of fold into. Megan: But yeah, I would just think like the authenticity of being yourself and not being the freedom exactly. Yeah. Because some people they try and build a persona, or you know, they start having the person building them at a very young page when they start feeling as young or you know, with a certain team or something and there's a personality there to kind of Amanda Van Den Elzen: I would just say like the authenticity of being yourself and not being afraid of who that could be. Because some people they try and build a persona or you know, they start having a persona built for them at a very young age when they start rincing really young or you know, with a certain team or something and there's a personality there that you kinda fold In-Person: The most authentic moments are the realest. that's what shows up on social media. That's what shows up on your like podiums. So that's what shows up on the track. That's what shows up in your pits. It who you are is what matters. And there's room for all of us to be exactly who we are and do well and grow. Amanda Van Den Elzen: The most authentic moments are the realist, that's what shows up on social media, that's what shows up on your like podiums, that's what shows up on the track, that's what shows up in your hits. Who you are is what matters. And there's room for all of us to be exactly who we are and do well in the school. Megan: the most authentic moments where you really what shows up on social media, that's what shows up on your play. And there's room for all of us to be. Amanda Van Den Elzen: Yeah. We just have to find that that niche and figure out what that is for us. So yeah, I think just authenticity and being yourself, especially in this climate, I feel like that's something In-Person: We just have to find that n that niche and figure out what that is for us. So yeah, I think just authenticity and being yourself, especially in this climate, I feel like that's something Megan: We just have to find that that niche and figure out what that is for us. So yeah, I think authenticity and being yourself, especially in this climate, I think that's something In-Person: that Gen Z and millennials really appreciate. So also that's like statistically it's really good for you to be authentic. Like just saying. Like it works out really well. Like if you look at the numbers, like the math is mathing. So yeah, that authenticity it's it's huge. So yeah. That's me personally what I would think. Amanda Van Den Elzen: that Gen Z and millennials really appreciate. So also that's like statistically it's really good for you to be authentic. It works out really well. Like you look at the numbers. The math is there. The math is nothing. So yeah, that authenticity is it's huge. So yes. That's me personally what I would think. Megan: that you interested in seeing people really appreciate. So also the facts statistically really good for you about that. It works out really well. Yeah. It's new. Well said. In-Person: Yeah. Well I love that. Well thank you so much for taking the time out of me. Megan: Yeah. Well I love that. Well thank you so much for taking the time out Amanda Van Den Elzen: Thank you so much for taking the time out of your Megan: of your busy schedule and and you two. I'm just here to have fun and so but thank you so much, Haley. You shared so much helpful advice that I think our listeners are hopefully, you Amanda Van Den Elzen: busy schedule in in YouTube.
