VOICE NOTE #116 — I Don't Know How I Know. I Just Know What I Know.

Just another late-night conversation with Spirit.

I was sitting in the void tonight thinking about something I don't really know how to explain.

I know what I know.

I don't know how I know it.

I just know.

And somehow, that conversation wandered from knowing Spirit...

to knowing myself.

To what happens when we learn to see ourselves fully—the beauty, the shadow, the contradictions, the imperfections—and love the whole human anyway.

Because I'm beginning to think loving someone's divinity is one thing.

Loving their humanness?…
