- Melissa George: I'm absolutely I'm just absolutely exhausted. I feel like I am on this hamster wheel with my finances and with my health. my god, forget about love. I'm currently like fuck love. I don't have time for that shit. It's taxing. I I just I can't even think about that. I just can't and so it's like I feel like I can get into this whole of negative spiral thinking. And I'm doing my very best to Allow the feelings and really how this happened is I have to get it my health isn't great right now. It's just not. I'm struggling. I feel like if I'm just fighting and battling my body. I'm doing my very best to honor her, to listen to her, and to honor her when I say her, I'm talking about my body. And I'm I'm doing everything that I can to nourish her, to help heal her. You know, if I need to go to the doctors, I go to the doctors, right? And so currently there's two procedures that I I need to get done. and I just, you know, spoke with the insurance company and I'm just like, Ugh, I just feel deflated 'cause it's you know, it's gonna be what you know, over a thousand dollars. And I can barely I don't know, pay my car payment. I'm not even paying my car insurance. Cause my former husband is still paying my car insurance, but I'm gonna have to start taking my car insurance over in June. Which is like in a couple weeks. And I just feel like I'm drowning. I just feel like I'm drowning. I feel like I'm drowning and then I can't breathe. and so like my nervous system flares up and my health isn't great and I'm like I'm needing such a deep rest. but it's like I can't I can't stop. Right? I can't stop because nobody's gonna take care of me. I need to take care of me. I need to take care of me. And I can't expect anyone to take care of me. And that's not really fair. You know, I'm a grown ass adult. I'm a grown ass woman. You know, I got myself into this situation and I need to figure out and figure it out figure it out and and get out of it. And I'll be fine and I'll be okay. Ugh. So I'm just doing my very best to Allow the feeling to settle in my body 'cause it disrupts my nervous system. So I'm I'm just doing my very best to feel feeling of this kind of I wanna say hopelessness, but kind of this feeling of like, my god, is it gonna get better? Right? And just don't bully myself for feeling that way. Don't guilt or shame myself for feeling this way. I feel like it's a natural thing. This is natural. This is not easy. This isn't easy and it's not been easy for me. And I have to acknowledge that, respect it, embrace it, feel the feelings, you know, without completely spiraling, and then breathe, ground, regulate the nervous system somewhat with some affirmations of and and a shift in perspective and look and say, Okay. I know. Yes. Are things tough? They are, I'm not gonna lie. But I'm in a such a better place than I have been, including financially. Including financially, I am in a better place and I am genuinely grateful for that. I am grateful for everything that I have and things are better. Even my living situation is better, even though it's not great. You know, it's better, right? My finances is so much better, right? I have a better handle on my health in that I'm knowing what I need to do to move forward, right? And that's gonna be its own journey, but I'm embracing it, right? And so doing my very best to feel the initial like kind of panic feeling, you know, of my god, how am I gonna do this? And to feel it without me completely spiraling down into this very negative and hopelessness kind of spiral of And getting all like complaining-y, you know, to start to complain and and getting depressed and just like okay, a little sticker shock. Okay. I started to feel the feelings a little bit of like, no, of doom and and depression, but it's like okay, ooh, let me feel it. Don't shame it, don't judge it, just observe it, feel it, okay. Let me breathe. Let me regulate, okay? I trust the universe, right? I have faith. I trust myself. I have faith in the universe. I have faith in God, universe, spirit, source, guss. I trust myself that I am seeing the signs, the synchronicities, that I'm seeing the messages that I'm receiving, and I'm discerning, I am understanding the messages that I am being res that I'm I'm receiving, right? I know what it is that I need to do. I have faith. That everything is gonna work out because when I get into this space of depression and like my god and and I spiral, I am losing my faith. In in the universe, in God, in universe, spirit source, and I am losing the trust that I have within me, that I work so hard, that trust in my intuition, right? Because I know at the end of the day everything's gonna be okay. I know I am always I am always taken care of. I am always provided for, even if it comes in at the last second, I know it always works out and the universe has shown me time and time and time again that it works. out it always works in my favor. And so these things, these lessons, they're that is right, it's all lessons and they're coming up for a reason. Okay. They're coming up for a reason and so I'm just being guided and asked to just take a step back and breathe. Regulate my nervous system and just know that everything is okay and everything is gonna work out. Everything is working out for me. It's not that it's going to. It is. It is working out for me. Everything is working out for me. Everything is working out for me. It is not happening to me. It is happening for me. No, this isn't just some stupid bullshit that I'm telling myself this is the truth. Because I know it because as I'm saying this, the wind is picking up, right? This beautiful breeze. And just know that that is just yet another confirmation. And so I'm just gonna sit back and I'm not gonna get upset and I'm not gonna get angry and I'm not going to get depressed and I'm not going to allow this to ruin my day. I'm gonna just sit with it. I'm like, okay. Ooh, okay. There's a little bit of like a oof. A little, you know. But it's okay. And we're gonna work through it. And I am grateful. I am genuinely grateful. I am so grateful for what God has given me. Because I have been given so much. And I know that it just is going to continue and it does continue to get better and better and better and better. And I'm just gonna take a breath and I know I know everything's gonna be okay. And I'm also gonna pat myself on the back and say I am proud of myself for handling this differently this time. And being able to kind of see it, you know, and and catch myself before I start to spiral. And I just got a little ding, a little qu like a little notification for my email, and I feel like that's like that's just a confirmation as I said that, right? I know that I'm on the right path. I know that I'm receiving my messages correctly. I know that I'm hearing. I know I'm listening. I'm listening. And so I will just continue to drop back into my body, to ground, to regulate my nervous system, to breathe deeply, to continue to have gratitude, because I do, I genuinely do. And just Be grateful. I I don't know what else. That's how I'm feeling. And to have this love in my heart, I have love in my heart and to have gratitude in my heart. You know. And I just know that it's gonna be okay. Is it it always is, it's always okay, it always works out. It does. It does. And I I am grateful and appreciative of that. Truly. And I just take a big breath. Take a deep breath.
