I was overwhelmed.

My health.

My finances.

Life.

I had just gotten off the phone with my insurance company when I felt it happening.

The panic.

The fear.

That familiar feeling of drowning beneath everything I didn't know how to fix.

Except this time, something was different.

Instead of fighting the feeling, I let it be hard.

I let myself be scared.

And then...

I took a breath.

Nothing magically changed.

The bills were still there.

My body still needed care.

I still didn't know exactly how everything was going to work out.

But I was meeting it differently…
