Transcript
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: If you are great at what you do, your reputation is solid, and your network is full of impressive names, but none of it is helping you get closer to your business goals or professional aspirations, you are in the right place.
- 0:19SPEAKER_00: Welcome to the Social Capital Method.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: I'm your host, Sabine Gideon.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: This is the show for the high-performing professional, founder-led business owner, or consultant ready for the referrals, revenue, and recognition your work deserves.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: Tune in each week for a breakdown of the strategies, systems, and identity level shifts behind sustainable relationship-driven growth.
- 0:41SPEAKER_00: Let's get into it.
- 0:59SPEAKER_00: And so what I'm what I'm suggesting is that same level of discipline that you have when it comes to nurturing leads, that you're doing that with your network as well.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: And you're doing that concurrently.
- 1:10SPEAKER_00: Whether that means keeping a separate space for individuals in your network that you can reach out to and touch base with within your CRM, or you're creating a Google Sheet, something to help you track.
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: And in that tracking, you're identifying who it is that you've spoken with, when did you talk to them?
- 1:27SPEAKER_00: What do they have going on?
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Because likely you asked a lot of questions during your conversations.
- 1:32SPEAKER_00: What are some of the things that you've offered to give or that you've given to them in the past?
- 1:36SPEAKER_00: And then looking ahead, what are they working towards so that you have this information in a space so that when you reach back out to them, whether your cadence is every 30 days, every 45 days, every 90 days, whatever that looks like for you, you have a baseline that can help you remember this is what we talked about, this is what I gave, this is what they gave me.
- 1:55SPEAKER_00: And now you're continuing to build upon the conversation and upon the relationship.
- 2:00SPEAKER_00: So again, we don't rise to the level of our goals, we fall to the level of our systems.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: And if you are not being uh systematic when it comes to leveraging and reaching out and engaging with your network just as much as you are in your leads and your prospects and your pipeline for your business, then you're really missing out on opportunity because when the two gears are turning, it's like magic, right?
- 2:25SPEAKER_00: You have you have the outreach that is going through whatever the cycle is, and then you have the people that you're connecting with who are naming you in rooms that you may not be privy to.
- 2:37SPEAKER_00: Thank you for tuning in to this week's episode.
