Transcript
- 0:00Speaker: Good morning.
- 0:01Speaker: Finding a comfortable posture, undisturbed, allowing oneself to be calm, quiet, at ease, full of a sense of lingering peace, tranquility, allowing oneself to find the comfort of one's location, allowing oneself to be settled with the sounds that might be surrounding, and allowing them as well to be settling, geolocating oneself in this world of ours.
- 0:36Speaker: Where are you right now?
- 0:39Speaker: Breathing for sure.
- 0:45Speaker: Doing breath exercises, practices, allowing oneself to be aware, focused on this act of breathing, inhaling, pausing, exhaling, pausing, exhaling longer than one inhales, and both long and slow and deep.
- 1:07Speaker: Allowing oneself in one's pause to be humble, thankful for what we have, what we share.
- 1:16Speaker: Allowing oneself in these pauses to be restful and thinking of virtues one wants to keep, one wants to grow and is becoming, making use of this practical and always present respiratory process we share, making something we have turned into mundane and taken for granted, adding value to these basic flowing processes.
- 1:53Speaker: Why?
- 1:54Speaker: To help us gain a recognition of whom we are.
- 2:01Speaker: If one thinks of one's blood, for instance, one's circulatory system, one's heart, one's arteries and veins, capillaries, the actions of allowing the blood to circulate throughout our bodies to reach all of our cells (selves).
- 2:18Speaker: Please be thinking of this with me.
- 2:27Speaker: This is going on.
- 2:40Speaker: Either the retrieval or the dispersion of gases in our bodies, oxygen and carbon dioxide.
- 2:50Speaker: This is the art of respiration and circulation combined.
- 2:57Speaker: Thinking of these two processes then together, following one's breath, adding a sense of depth, following it inside, the air we are breathing, being aware of from whence it has come in the last moment, minute, hour, day, week, month, year.
- 3:23Speaker: Oh where have you been Before?
- 3:35Speaker: Thinking, becoming more and more aware, allowing oneself a greater degree of sensitivity and receptivity of one's physical and mental being.
- 3:52Speaker: Being here, breathing, practicing one's breathing techniques.
- 4:00Speaker: One can meditate with this, one can focus and find a sense of a foundation upon which to set oneself and thereby set a seed of growth, seeds of growing for one's own use, betterment.
- 4:22Speaker: This is what we're doing in mindful meditation.
- 4:26Speaker: Seeds of oxygen reaching into our bodies everywhere, our vascular system having picked up this oxygen in our lungs.
- 4:39Speaker: This is you and me being aware, focusing on these things.
- 4:46Speaker: I'm asking you to focus on these things rather than other things, because if one is distracted or multi-tasking over a range of subjects, guess what?
- 4:57Speaker: Energy follows attention.
- 5:00Speaker: If one is distracted and is giving five different things your attention, then your energy will be lessened in each.
- 5:10Speaker: Sometimes this is good, sometimes not as useful.
- 5:15Speaker: Sometimes it is better to find oneself pausing and placing oneself in a desirous position, location, posture, practice, creating a reboot, an awakening.
- 5:30Speaker: Being like a ringing bell.
- 5:40Speaker: Why not?
- 5:43Speaker: Being aware of the humming energy one calls themselves.
- 5:52Speaker: There are thirty seven trillion cells humming as these words pass through my lips into your ears, into the thirty seven trillion cells in you, just as well.
- 6:07Speaker: Each one being nourished continually with oxygenated blood, vibrating with a thank you for another moment to live.
- 6:23Speaker: This is what is going on twenty four seven.
- 6:28Speaker: Being aware, feeling the excitement in the air, in the celebration of one's own being, feeling it, it is here.
- 6:40Speaker: Feeling the heat, the shimmer of one's body, feeling the pulse, the breath, the chest rising and subsiding, feeling more and more, deeper and wider.
- 6:57Speaker: Allowing oneself to plant seeds of virtues in one's soul, in one's heart, affirmations, positive suggestions, helping oneself grow.
- 7:12Speaker: Do unto others as one would do unto you, be-ing helpful, being kind, understanding, cheerful.
- 7:23Speaker: There is so much for us to accomplish, so much we can do.
- 7:28Speaker: Utilizing twenty thousand years of Aquarian Age knowledge, science is showing us more and more each and every day, being proud of our accomplishments, and being simultaneously embarrassed at our failures, for they are both plain and easy to find and see.
- 7:55Speaker: Practicing, making oneself better, and being a shining representation of what can be, humbled before all, thankful.
- 8:12Speaker: Have an incredible day.
- 8:16Speaker: Namaste.
