- 0:00Speaker: I want to say hello and good morning, wishing you a bright and shiny day, finding a comfortable location, posture, finding oneself beginning to sway, feeling a sense of undulation, of warmth, of harmony, of grace, feeling one's buttocks, feeling one's legs, feeling one's feet, one's toes, one's toe pad, one's feet, this mass at the end of one's legs, beneath one's ankle, this body of flesh, feeling it now.
- 0:45Speaker: Please, being aware.
- 0:47Speaker: Feeling one's thighs, feeling one's hips, feeling one's sacrum, one's lower back, feeling higher as your lungs rise and subside, feeling oneself breathing in this four part harmony.
- 1:05Speaker: Breathing in long and slow, pausing, breathing out, as long or longer, slower, pausing again when one is finished exhaling.
- 1:23Speaker: The answer is each of us is unique, and each of us can benefit from the commonality of our DNA.
- 1:34Speaker: The societal, cultural, religious, governmental, familial differences between each of us is to be expected and celebrated.
- 1:47Speaker: This is being here.
- 1:51Speaker: Now, recognizing all life, not just human life, but all life, all configurations of energy, encompassing everything, bundles of miracles, everything from creation henceforth, humbled in all of what we feel, of what this portends for us as human beings, this capacity we share.
- 2:30Speaker: Breathing, feeling one's body, the heat emanating, feeling one's presence, one's physical presence, whatever environment one is in.
- 2:45Speaker: Feeling, witnessing objectively your senses, smelling, tasting, feeling one's again, skin, the kaleidoscope of sight and sound, feeling inside, both outside and inside, and what's in between.
- 3:12Speaker: Know thyself, to thine own self be true.
- 3:19Speaker: What does this mean?
- 3:20Speaker: This means that if there's a rock that you're sitting on by mistake, then it's okay to remove it, or whatever.
- 3:28Speaker: The point being is...
- 3:29Speaker: the universe is changing, change, change, cha cha cha cha cha changes, is what's going on.
- 3:40Speaker: The universe is in oscillation.
- 3:43Speaker: Everything is energy in this, our universe.
- 3:50Speaker: It is moving.
- 3:52Speaker: We are moving.
- 3:55Speaker: There has never been nor never will, by definition, the same moment.
- 4:02Speaker: Can't be.
- 4:04Speaker: It is a progression, at least from our perspective, of being within the context of this universe.
- 4:16Speaker: Step outside of it and perhaps the rules or the laws change.
- 4:25Speaker: Humbled before the realization of what's going on.
- 4:33Speaker: Thankful.
- 4:35Speaker: Just for being alive, for having a chance to think.
- 4:44Speaker: By definition, everyone has pluses and minuses in themselves, positive and negative energies.
- 4:55Speaker: What to do?
- 4:57Speaker: Accentuate the positive.
- 4:59Speaker: Make a choice.
- 5:02Speaker: Little steps of self-improvement, in my opinion, are best.
- 5:08Speaker: This is because a little step allows us to make progress continuously to help us feel a greater sense of confidence and security in what we're doing.
- 5:26Speaker: Sure, it's great to take a big leap, but if you land wrong, then maybe you slowed everything down.
- 5:36Speaker: I see this happening every day, including myself.
- 5:42Speaker: We lose our way.
- 5:44Speaker: Something changes, the course of our inner river of life, unprepared, remembering the basic thesis of our universe, energy, changing, adapting, flexing, eddies, currents, rapids, everything in this universe, everything is more or less unknown to us.
- 6:20Speaker: Remembering what science says.
- 6:25Speaker: If there are a hundred thousand different stimuli possibilities in this universe of perception, a hundred thousand, one hundred thousand, they postulate, believe mankind's facilities or physical capabilities or brains or ability to perceive, level of sensitivity or receptivity of these hundred thousand different sensibilities, we understand, one.
- 7:11Speaker: This is it, and it's pretty incredible, it's unbelievable.
- 7:18Speaker: Even just doubling that, what would we do?
- 7:23Speaker: Huh?
- 7:24Speaker: Ecstasy, and this is where this all leads.
- 7:31Speaker: Knowing thyself, the ecstasy of being alive, aware, awake, in one's own majesty, in one's own being.
- 7:48Speaker: All one need do is but remember, oh man, what we are practicing all the time.
- 8:04Speaker: The answer is therein never far.
- 8:10Speaker: It is close.
- 8:12Speaker: It is remember. namaste
