- 0:00Hi, everybody. I am Mary Meyer, host of Healthy, Happy, Wise, and Wealthy
- 0:03podcast. And today we are going all about health with
- 0:07Igor Siberia of Breath Mystery. Welcome, Igor.
- 0:11Hi. Yeah, thank you for welcoming me, and I'm just grateful and
- 0:15happy to be here. Yes, me too. So I met Igor when
- 0:18I took his workshop when he was in Reno, and
- 0:22he has since then, in 2024, done a whole tour of the
- 0:26U.S. and so I just wanted to have them on because I
- 0:30think. I don't know that our listeners necessarily know a lot about
- 0:34breath work. So before we even get started on all this, do
- 0:37you care if we play your video that kind of shows them what breath
- 0:41work is with your thing? Would that be okay? Yes,
- 0:45that would be a great introduction and welcoming everybody to
- 0:49my world. Let's do this. Yes. All right, so this is
- 0:52a on. And it is. It does live on his YouTube channel, which is
- 0:56Breath Mystery. So we're gonna play this, this, and then we'll dive in.
- 1:01I am infinitely grateful. It is truly the
- 1:05deepest therapy that I could ever ask for.
- 1:09I've gone through talk therapy and processed and theorized
- 1:12about what I've experienced in my life. And through breath work, I
- 1:16feel the embodiment move through and I come out a whole new
- 1:20reborn person and releasing so much just
- 1:24trauma and pain that left my body, and I
- 1:27was. And the container held me, and it was amazing. Feel so
- 1:31safe and so held in your presence.
- 1:36I really recognize the power of that.
- 1:40Completely transformed everything there. And just thank
- 1:43you from the bottom of my heart. I love you so much. Thank you for
- 1:47just holding it with such integrity. So if you
- 1:51want an emotional breakthrough, if you want to be able to get to
- 1:55the next level of your life, if you want to be able to experience
- 1:59something that's going to get you in your highest alignment, most definitely
- 2:03talk to this man. This was truly, like, years of
- 2:06therapy for me. It is the most transformational experience you could ever
- 2:10ask. Thank you.
- 2:24That's great. Go to the YouTube channel and watch it too. So it
- 2:28always. It always brings, like, a full spectrum of emotions. When
- 2:31I'm watching it, I'm like, oh my God. All the things. And I
- 2:35experienced that too. So. But let's start. So you are from
- 2:39Siberia originally, and then you came to the U.S. tell
- 2:42us. Tell us a little bit about your background and.
- 2:46And how that led you into breath work. Yes. I was
- 2:50born and raised in Siberia in the Far east part of
- 2:53Asia, and I have a big chunk
- 2:57of my ancestors from, like, right the center
- 3:01of the Siberia, Lake Baikal. My grandmother came from
- 3:05there and another part of my ancestors came
- 3:08from more west part of Siberia. So eventually
- 3:12they all migrated to the Far east. And that's where my parents were born. And
- 3:16I was born so many, many, many generations of
- 3:19just Siberian blood. And
- 3:23however, it was interesting that something that I felt
- 3:26called to like travel and my parents
- 3:30introduced me of like idea of traveling and they took
- 3:34me aboard to different country. I was
- 3:39in Sweden. I remember when I was
- 3:4213. Okay. And then when I
- 3:45was 20, I. I wanted. I
- 3:49found this beautiful image of Golden Gate Bridge. And
- 3:53I couldn't believe that's real. And my major was
- 3:57in civil engineering. And one of the
- 4:00projects in my, in the university was to like
- 4:04develop the bridge. So I was so passionate about
- 4:07bridges that eventually further in my life
- 4:11it became more metaphorical connection that I'm creating the
- 4:15bridge for people. And that bridge led
- 4:18me to California, to San Francisco, where I began
- 4:22my life in United States. How old were you
- 4:25then? I was 21. Okay. So still young
- 4:29and that is. I don't think I remember that. So you studied it
- 4:33and you studied something so different. What did you say
- 4:36in the university? Civil. Civil
- 4:40engineering. Okay. Civil engineering. Yeah. And
- 4:43that's a lot from breath work, but that's very cool. So tell us about.
- 4:47And now you're in Hawaii. Well, yeah. Let
- 4:51me connect those pieces. What I discovered on this journey that,
- 4:55that civil engineering, when I moved to Bay Area in tech
- 4:58environment, I received
- 5:02additional education and became a software engineer.
- 5:05Software quality assurance engineer.
- 5:09And over time after that and after my
- 5:12awakening, it's all transmuted to
- 5:16a human engineering is I
- 5:19like when I woke up and I transformed and
- 5:23transitioned to new holistic lifestyle. That's
- 5:27the time when I moved to Hawaii and I
- 5:30open up all my channels, reconnected to all the
- 5:34ancestral wisdom to music. And
- 5:38that's where I start. Continue. It's you know, like
- 5:41mindset. Once it's interesting when it's developed, it stays that
- 5:45way. And the spectrum, the depth of, of my
- 5:48consciousness, I just get surprised sometimes I
- 5:52really go deep in the topics. When I get passionate
- 5:55about something and allow myself to really
- 5:59study one niche, one topic and become an expert
- 6:03in the, in that field instead of trying little different things
- 6:07and kind of know a little bit about everything, but
- 6:11nothing in depth about anything. If that makes
- 6:14sense. Yeah, I'm the opposite. I know a whole lot
- 6:18about everything and, and
- 6:21I'm an expert in everything and nothing. So. Yeah, I don't
- 6:25know that way. Yes. So tell
- 6:28me. So when did, when did this happen that you made this transition from
- 6:32you know, engineering in that world into. Into breath work and working with
- 6:36people and healing. That was about 10 years
- 6:40ago when I began kind of like a part
- 6:43time transition, holistic
- 6:46lifestyle and eight years full
- 6:50time. So once I moved to Hawaii,
- 6:54I began in Los Angeles and then I moved to Hawaii, I
- 6:58continued there. But I just mark
- 7:02that point of. It's been just a very. It's a good amount of
- 7:06time, like solidly full time, just
- 7:09reading lots of books, going through different trainings,
- 7:13seminars, but also forums
- 7:17and summits. Everything that like exists.
- 7:21I didn't even know there is so much about breath. And
- 7:24it's, it's, it's. There's almost like a university,
- 7:28it's an academy that I got a chance to go to. I was just
- 7:32blown away the amount of depth that exists
- 7:35in the world from ancient times
- 7:39to a modern life in a kind of like scientific
- 7:42research studies that are currently conducted
- 7:46in some of them already been released. That just shows
- 7:50how that how beneficial and
- 7:53positively impactful breathing is on our
- 7:57life. But more from a scientific viewpoint.
- 8:01Yes. Boost your immune system, for example. That
- 8:04was. The session
- 8:08that I was in with you and Reno. At the end of it there was
- 8:10a lady who said her pain was like 100 coming in and going out. It
- 8:14was like a 15 on a percentage scale. So like there is some really
- 8:17definite immediate solid benefits
- 8:21of people I know that you've seen happen. But how, how did you find
- 8:25out about this? Like you know, because this is your life work now. So like
- 8:28what was the, what was the thing that made you go I have to do
- 8:31this with people and this is the thing to help heal them.
- 8:34Yeah, thank you. This is a really good question. That was the point
- 8:38when I was on the discovery on a quest to
- 8:42find out what would I love to do, what I would be really passionate
- 8:46about, that I'll be waking up inspired,
- 8:49motivated. And I've been on a quest for
- 8:52many years, for multiple years until I
- 8:56have came across quite
- 8:59randomly one of the big breathwork session with
- 9:02100 people. And that was my first time kind
- 9:06of like coming in not really knowing what that is. I knew
- 9:10that that some kind of like guided
- 9:14meditation those
- 9:18people that I like to work with the most right now too. But
- 9:22in that experience to have my story,
- 9:25long story short, I got a chance to reconnect with my
- 9:29ancestors, specifically with my grandma and grandfather
- 9:33who transitioned when in 2014
- 9:37and 16 while I was in US and I wasn't
- 9:40able to go back to grief together. With
- 9:44my family. So it was a very impactful
- 9:48event of my life. Have a lot of sorrow and
- 9:52kind of just missing them. So the moment of having
- 9:56them come to me, my eyes closed and I see them
- 9:59vividly, like they would be right next to me. And
- 10:03then I was already doing
- 10:06Reiki and offering that in my studio in Los Angeles.
- 10:10So what's interesting, when my grandmother, she offered me, can
- 10:13I do, like, the energy work for you?
- 10:18Yes, please. You know,
- 10:21and then in the vision, I see how she put her hand
- 10:25on my heart. And I feel that as
- 10:29somebody would literally put a hand on my heart.
- 10:33It was such a vivid experience that, like,
- 10:37while obviously there was no hand on my heart, but in a way,
- 10:41I felt that there was so much sensations, tingling and so much
- 10:45vibration and heat was happening on my heart. That
- 10:48was unusual. Nothing I ever experienced like
- 10:52that. And as I see she moves her hand, I.
- 10:56That energy moves and I feel that heat and vibration,
- 10:59like on my solar plexus, on my belly. It's all being
- 11:04aligned together. And so that experience, during that experience, both
- 11:08of them, grandfather and grandmother, I asked them
- 11:12what. What I'm here to do in this world. And they told me
- 11:16that your mission is very simple. You just need to
- 11:19bring a breath awareness back to this
- 11:23world. You just need to remind people with all your
- 11:27creativity and passion how to breathe.
- 11:32That's. I had not heard that story. That is pretty
- 11:35powerful. It was just so profound, life
- 11:39changing. And that's where it all became so clear for me
- 11:42that I. This is what I want to pursue and
- 11:46continue reminding people how to breathe in all the
- 11:50ways I can. And that led me to create
- 11:53my signature work that you got. You got a chance
- 11:57to experience. Yeah. So
- 12:01in my. Yeah. You want to ask something? Sorry, sorry, I didn't mean to
- 12:05interrupt you. Well, I know because, like, when people do, and I've been
- 12:08doing different forms, I guess what, you know, you call in quotes, energy work
- 12:12throughout my healing journey in different ways. And breathwork initially wasn't a
- 12:16part of it, but there's so many different things that fall into that. Where you're
- 12:19shifting what's going on in your body with your emotions, and that
- 12:23physically changes things. And Reiki is one. I know it's.
- 12:27It's hard. That's hard to understand that one. It's hard to understand
- 12:31breath work. It's hard to understand. You're just like, how are you breathing and then
- 12:34you see your grandparents and, you know, decide on your life
- 12:38work. So I. And a lot of people are like, it's it's hard because we're,
- 12:41we're very in our head and this is what we do. And we do X,
- 12:45Y and Z. And I, I get that. You know, I live in, in both
- 12:48worlds of course too. So I'm in mostly in the business world and also
- 12:51someone in the creative space and I've done all kinds of this stuff.
- 12:56So what, what's some of the science behind it that you found too with people
- 12:59or in your, in your studying of books? With some of the science you found
- 13:02of how it works for people that are science
- 13:06brained? Yeah, because I'm, I'm just,
- 13:09I used to be that way and like I, I was kind
- 13:13of like questioning everything. What have I experienced? Why did I see
- 13:17that and all of that. Yeah. Which is normal. But like I think when people
- 13:21hear it they're like, that's just, I mean that sounds crazy. Like
- 13:24it's, it's a little, it's hard to, it's hard to comprehend and it's hard to
- 13:28feel like I don't know that I wanna, that feels weird. You know, that's what
- 13:31they're gonna. You think initially for sure, until you've experienced
- 13:35it a few times and then you're like, actually this feels normal and everything else
- 13:39in the world now feels a little odd, you know? Yeah. And
- 13:42once you're kind of connected to it. But I'm glad you asked that
- 13:46because like even when I were practicing
- 13:49Reiki, which is energy work and my,
- 13:53I wanted to offer that to my mom remotely
- 13:57over this Skype and she was like, well, you know
- 14:00that I really don't believe in any of that stuff. And I'm
- 14:04like, yeah, I do, mom. And can. Would you be open to just
- 14:07like, you know, listen me and go through the journey
- 14:11and by the end of it, she got, she, she was, she was so happy.
- 14:15She's like, oh my God, I've seen the purple color. Color. And she never
- 14:18seen any colors with her eyes closed. So that was a good,
- 14:22like signs of like experiencing. Once you see
- 14:26it, you can't unsee it. Coming back to your question, the science
- 14:30behind it. So when we breathe, it's a natural
- 14:33way. There's a certain technique, a lineage
- 14:37of the breathing that allows you to release your
- 14:40natural gmt. Right. And when that
- 14:44being released and then. You start your natural. What I missed what you said. Your
- 14:48natural gmt. Okay. I don't know what
- 14:51that. Yeah. So. Well, it's a substance,
- 14:55right? Substance that like in your brain.
- 14:58And once, once that being released. So that
- 15:02substance being released with like when you do plant
- 15:06medicine, for example, any psychedelics like
- 15:09acid, mushrooms, ayahuasca,
- 15:13any of that. Right. So any psychedelics. So that's kind of like a
- 15:17shortcut that people use to experience visions
- 15:21and see all that. But also it's. There's a
- 15:25way to do that naturally that is scientifically shown
- 15:28and proven that. That the certain breathing technique
- 15:32with a certain sequences, rhythms,
- 15:37proper facilitations allow you
- 15:40safely to access to that part of your brain.
- 15:44And when that, when that happens,
- 15:47then you able to access to a deeper state
- 15:51of your subconscious mind. And that's where all
- 15:55of that stored all that unprocessed emotions,
- 15:58memories, people that you lost, that you wanted to see,
- 16:02you couldn't see. And it's all coming to you in a way
- 16:06that you need to see it that make you to
- 16:09realize something in your life. It's connecting you to
- 16:13like the kind of like the best version of yourself.
- 16:16And you just simply to say having this aha
- 16:20moment like in my world that just change
- 16:24that direction of my life. When I got a chance to see my
- 16:27grandparents. Yeah, that's. That's fascinating. And I
- 16:31personally, I like it better because I think so I've had someone, a friend, try
- 16:34more than one friend, say you need to do the. Whatever the mushrooms or whatever.
- 16:37And I think I get a little nervous about any kind of substances. So
- 16:41I much appreciate because it's like, I feel like, you know, you feel like you're
- 16:44more. You're completely in control when you're breathing, you know. And so
- 16:48you can, you can stay connected and release a lot of emotions and, and.
- 16:51And have still that feeling of being in control. I think that
- 16:55maybe not everyone cares about, but I mean I do a lot.
- 16:59A lot of people do. There's two different kinds of people who less scary,
- 17:03but who more scary. But obviously we want to
- 17:06take this approach like professionally, more
- 17:10seriously. Because there is a big difference when you
- 17:14are being professionally guided versus when you
- 17:18just trying things on your own. Things could happen. It's a. You're
- 17:21going in a deeper state of consciousness with anything, psychedelics
- 17:25and all of that. So when you being
- 17:29guided, there is somebody who like can support you to process the
- 17:33things that come up and make a huge difference
- 17:36in your journey and transformation to even understand.
- 17:40Like you ask a question because quite often you like
- 17:44what, what happened to me? Why does that happen? You get so many questions
- 17:48when they don't get answered. You come up with the
- 17:51stories based on your previous experience and you can actually think
- 17:55that that's something wrong, you know, something wrong with you.
- 17:59And that's why integration is also a big
- 18:03part of my offering that I help people to understand
- 18:06of everything that happened and answer all the questions that they have.
- 18:10Right. And I think another question that we, you know, people have
- 18:14too is that, you know, energy work. Is it.
- 18:18Does it fit with my religion? Right. So is it going to fit in with
- 18:21that? Is it different? Are you doing something to me that would be against my
- 18:24religion? And, and I can say because I've done it, you know, and I, I
- 18:28think meditation and prayer is probably. They're very similar
- 18:32in the, in the world of it's. I, you know, it's very, it's kind of
- 18:36the same in my mind. So all you're
- 18:40doing is, you know, you're listening to the music from the instruments, which I'm
- 18:44going to ask you about the instruments. And so there's, there's sound and breathing
- 18:47and that's, that's all it is. And so your, your body is doing the work
- 18:51your body has to do, like to, to figure
- 18:54out what's there. And I know some, some of the work that I. Sorry to
- 18:58interrupt you. So I know some of the work that I had done early on
- 19:01was about the realization that was so strong to me, which, and it wasn't
- 19:05breath work, but it was, it was energy based. It was about, you know, negative
- 19:09emotions are stored somewhere in your body, which is a lot of times why we
- 19:12get sick. Um, and it can be intuitive. Like, you know, I have a pain
- 19:16in my neck because there's a pain in my neck. There's a lot on my
- 19:19shoulders or your shoulders feel heavy. It's. I'm sick to my stomach. That makes me
- 19:22sick, you know, because of something or, you know, you got a headache
- 19:25because like it's just too, you know, too much. So we kind of intuitively put
- 19:29our emotions in different parts of our body. And I know in breath work
- 19:33a lot of those can come out then like some of that, some of like
- 19:36what I experience is some of that releasing. Yes. And
- 19:40so someone like that and then, or. And some people then have really.
- 19:45And I think I did too. I think I, I actually had some memories of,
- 19:48of not necessarily feeling like, you know, my father had passed, but not sure
- 19:52it's feeling like he was with me, but that he was
- 19:57present somehow. So. Yeah.
- 20:00Yes. I love, I love that you also experience
- 20:04that sounds really powerful. Thank you for sharing
- 20:08that. And I want to touch on what you mentioned
- 20:11about religions because a lot of people, you know,
- 20:15come across and asking this question. And I
- 20:19specifically were thinking how I can help
- 20:22humanity from the very first moment when I
- 20:26were developing my offering and,
- 20:31and, and I, and I, and I being guided
- 20:34to develop my offering based on
- 20:37pure human abilities, which is
- 20:41we listen, we can listen music, everybody know what the sound and
- 20:45the vibration. So it's, it's an all religion, it's all
- 20:49interconnected. So there's no any sound that can
- 20:52conflict with any of the religions. So and
- 20:56breath, if, if, if you are human, you breathing,
- 20:59animals breathe, plants breathe, you think. So
- 21:03that's, that's all. And literally that's all. And the last piece
- 21:07is integration is when we have a conversation.
- 21:11So those three pieces literally covering that
- 21:15just what we do is a pure human experience and
- 21:19that just make that program accessible
- 21:22to everybody with all backgrounds, all ethnicities
- 21:26and all religions. Yes. And coming back
- 21:30to the second piece that you mentioned about
- 21:33how that can help to how just
- 21:37emotions and physical pain, they
- 21:40interconnected. When somebody, we feel any discomfort or
- 21:43pain anywhere in the body, while it happening on a
- 21:47physical level, it also connected through
- 21:50unprocessed emotions. So something happened either
- 21:54recently or long time ago that haven't been
- 21:57processed. And when emotions have not been processed, they
- 22:01find in a random spot in the body and they
- 22:04create an attention there, kind of like a binary genetic
- 22:08element. And over time if that emotion
- 22:12persist and just like regularly being
- 22:15experienced in the life that created chronic pain in your
- 22:19body. And so that's why my approach
- 22:23is to do like from all levels.
- 22:27Like on the physical level when we breathe in and creating this
- 22:30energy work and processing emotions.
- 22:34That's the number one
- 22:37aspect of the program that I always like to joke that my job is
- 22:41to make people cry because we don't
- 22:45cry enough. And crying is actually, it's a powerful way
- 22:49to process emotions, to release what's been there, to
- 22:52grieve, to like let it out. And
- 22:56after this process you feel lighter,
- 23:01bigger and just smile comes back.
- 23:05Yeah, I think when you were talking I had the thought because like part of,
- 23:08part of my thought in doing this is not to get people who already do
- 23:12breath work to do more breath work, but to have it so that people who
- 23:15are like this sounds like I don't get it and I'm not comfortable with
- 23:18it to go, this is actually very normal and actually
- 23:22very needed. And you know, like with breath, like we hold our
- 23:26breath. I do this so much, I probably am the worst person in the world.
- 23:29But why do I hold breath? It's because of, you know, it's probably from
- 23:33trauma from way back. And even today I cannot, I,
- 23:36I hold my breath. You know, it's an anxiety thing.
- 23:41You know, you're scared that something. So it's like your breath is, your breath is,
- 23:45is your life force. You don't, you don't breathe, you don't live.
- 23:49So being focused on that and I, I do think in general,
- 23:52especially in our society, and this is a thought I had had, is that we're
- 23:56very uncomfortable with the thought of that our emotions live in our
- 23:59body and our spirituality lives in our body. So like this breath work, you're
- 24:03going to connect to, you know, eternal,
- 24:07you know, to, you know what I mean? Like something very much bigger than you.
- 24:10And you're also going to connect to your emotions. And I think that's very uncomfortable
- 24:14for people, but it's actually the avenue that brings so much
- 24:17healing. Yeah. Because what I like to
- 24:21tell everybody who is even watching us that
- 24:25what's important to focus is on an outcome.
- 24:29You want to feel brighter, lighter, you want to
- 24:33feel motivated, you want to feel more energized, you want to
- 24:36feel just moving forward to
- 24:40receive clarity. So get all of that.
- 24:44You need to process what's being in your body and never
- 24:48being addressed and never been processed. And through the program
- 24:51that I facilitated, actually a shortcut within two
- 24:55hours. Can you imagine that? Two hours? People say,
- 24:59one woman said 40 years of therapy,
- 25:03that she was working with a psychiatrist. She received
- 25:07a lot more benefit and process that
- 25:10accident that happened 40 years ago in her
- 25:14life in this program and she was fully
- 25:18transformed. And she's like, your life changed right there.
- 25:21And so, and sure, it takes a little something,
- 25:25but it's not, you know, when we do that together in a
- 25:29group, it becomes a lot more easier. And what we do, we
- 25:32breathe. We breathe. And sure, while we breathe, while you breathe
- 25:36in, you might start feeling some emotions and then
- 25:39you get a chance to cry. I mean, easy way to process.
- 25:43And then we get a chance to make a sounds together that
- 25:47also easy to make together. And so there's a space that
- 25:51is just welcoming you to go through this sequence of
- 25:54elements that feels all natural that you like. It
- 25:58goes so quick that you haven't realized what just happened. But like, oh, I
- 26:02feel so good and so great. Yes,
- 26:06I so agree. So tell us. Okay, we're gonna move on to the
- 26:09instruments. Why do you, why do you use the instruments? What are they and why
- 26:12did you choose them? Because there are some really cool instruments you use with
- 26:16this. Yeah, I have a good collection
- 26:19of instruments that I think you have some, right? You can show us what they
- 26:23are. And yeah, I have. I have one that
- 26:26handy and I'm going to talk about that one
- 26:30in a. In a. In a moment. But just generally
- 26:34speaking, collection of instruments that I have flute and
- 26:38drums, which is like worldwide being in all
- 26:41cultures. And Joe harp also actually been in a lot of
- 26:45cultures. But the one that I use specifically Vargan,
- 26:48which is come just from Siberia where I was
- 26:52born. And I love this instrument
- 26:56so much as it's pure vibration is when we're
- 26:59talking about vibration and what. How the music is
- 27:03vibrational and frequency. I could see
- 27:06how people can get lost in that language to understand
- 27:10what this frequency, what vibration, how it affects your
- 27:14body. And this instrument is just does it.
- 27:18And so I'm not sure how people will be able to receive through
- 27:21the camera, but watching video, you.
- 27:25They might still hear the sound. And I just want to say that
- 27:29in life it. It's just. You feel a
- 27:32lot, a lot more. And I just wanna. Yeah, there is
- 27:36a. There is something in person, but I think hopefully they'll feel it a little
- 27:40bit through the. Yeah, let's get. Let's give it a try. So
- 27:44this instrument made out of steel and it has a tongue and
- 27:47this tongue vibrates.
- 27:51And so the. All the sounds and different sound elements that
- 27:55you're going to hear being made with my breath. And
- 27:58that's something I really appreciate. I call this breath
- 28:02instrument. So here you go. Okay.
- 28:39It made me breathe deeper. I don't even understand. I don't even get
- 28:43it. I'm just like. I'm
- 28:47breathing. I feel so much better. Yeah. And
- 28:50when I play this instrument and also a lot, it just. I feel such
- 28:54a. Like it was maybe 20 seconds that I played and I
- 28:58feel just like a shift in my energy level. I feel
- 29:02like more present in something like shakes, you know. And
- 29:05then I'm like, oh, come came back
- 29:09more. Life kind of brings energy on the surface.
- 29:13It's pretty cool. It is really cool, I think. And that's the thing that I
- 29:16have always found with this stuff is like, I don't know that I can explain
- 29:19it. I just, you know, you can experience it and you don't even know. You
- 29:22don't even exactly know why. And you don't really have to know why. And once
- 29:26it's explained to you and you do kind of understand it, you probably won't be
- 29:30able to tell people why. You know what I mean? You
- 29:33might not be able to explain it to someone else. But like you experience it,
- 29:37it doesn't even matter if you don't understand it. It actually it will work
- 29:40because it's just we're wired for it to work. And I want to,
- 29:44I want to mention something about instruments and the way that
- 29:48my engineering background helped me to develop
- 29:52certain periods in, in the program that I
- 29:56played specific instruments because when I study each of them
- 30:00I. I discovered that each of them have
- 30:04a certain frequency and the certain frequency
- 30:07allow us to trigger a certain emotions.
- 30:11So other way to say some instruments helps you to process
- 30:15some emotions. High frequency
- 30:19instruments help you to feel more peace,
- 30:22serenity and like more earth instruments help
- 30:26you to kind of like trigger some
- 30:30crying and just get more grounded. And so
- 30:34based on that knowledge, I developed the program where it's
- 30:37like take you through this rooms
- 30:41of. Of those elements and that's how we.
- 30:45That also allows and helps to process necessary
- 30:49emotions to release all the tensions and stagnancy from the
- 30:52body to help people feel better.
- 30:56Yeah. That's so fascinating. And you do these in
- 30:59groups. So do you do a lot of individual work? Because I know, I
- 31:03feel like you've. From what you say is easier, like the energy is better
- 31:07in a group. What is your feel on that? Why did, why do you
- 31:11like those better? I do work
- 31:15individually as well. It's just more
- 31:18expensive and not everybody can afford it. But
- 31:23yeah, working so group. So a group makes it more
- 31:26easier for more people to, to take part in it is kind of what you
- 31:30mean because then the price is lower. So more people can participate versus working
- 31:33with you one on one. Is that kind of. Exactly. So it's just more
- 31:37accessible to all like spectrum of people with
- 31:41variety of budgets. And yeah, my work, it's
- 31:45event price, it's. It's very affordable
- 31:49compared to. It's lower than if you go to Dr. For a
- 31:52visit. So the two hours of this therapy,
- 31:56it's less than a Dr. Appointment visit. And so
- 32:00my idea just and passion to help
- 32:03humanity with, from you know,
- 32:07with, from. With all the backgrounds I want to say. Right,
- 32:11right. Yeah. And just for legal purposes, we aren't telling you not to go to
- 32:14the doctor. We're just giving you a method to, to help heal yourself.
- 32:19So it's a holistic way to heal and
- 32:22support yourself. More energetic. Like sure, maybe you
- 32:26can understand less but like what's important is
- 32:30outcome. And I have like thousands of
- 32:33testimonials of people sharing about their experiences.
- 32:37Yes. Even how you said about physical pain that
- 32:41it's quite often I now ask at the beginning, at the end
- 32:44and soon I'm going to take service. I want to have an actual statistics
- 32:48of that. Oh, that's a good idea. Yeah. To kind of see
- 32:52exactly what it was. Yeah. And we. We do have a testimonial. I
- 32:56think this might be. I don't know if it was exactly right when I was
- 32:58going to say it, but yeah. Erica in our back room is.
- 33:02She has a. Has can get that up for us.
- 33:06And you have a lot. We'll play one. I'm going to talk a little
- 33:09bit while she gets it rolling. But you have a lot of
- 33:13testimonials. So there's so many. And I know this because I went
- 33:17through them all on video as I was. Because you did some. I. I
- 33:21do advertising in my. For the listeners in my
- 33:24regular job. And so we did some of that for the
- 33:282024 tour. And so I listened to all these testimonials and
- 33:32there's way more than I could possibly put into
- 33:35minute commercial. There were so many
- 33:39people who
- 33:42were just you know is blown away really from the different
- 33:46things that they did. Every. Every experience is
- 33:50so individual and every. Your experience
- 33:54also be different from. Even if you come to my program once
- 33:57again, you're gonna have a whole new experience.
- 34:01And it's why I like to put kind of like variety
- 34:05of spectrum testimonials for people
- 34:08to. To hear what's possible and
- 34:12what other people experience. In your class, I don't remember in your program,
- 34:15do you. You have some things where you put an intentionality, right.
- 34:19Like you're. We're breathing and you say put an intention. Like put your intention
- 34:23to where the pain is or in certain part of your body. You do that
- 34:26too, right? Am I remembering correctly? So,
- 34:30so explain that. Explain like why. Why that works like the
- 34:34intention putting intention in different places. Well, I want
- 34:38to say that over the years and time I.
- 34:42I develop like a program that is combination of different
- 34:45elements that we do. And every workshop is actually
- 34:49a different practice and technique that I
- 34:53release and let people to use to depending
- 34:57of what I feel from the room and what's, what's.
- 35:00What's needed. And the one that you talk about. Yeah,
- 35:04just. It's a natural way of
- 35:08releasing the tension the physical pain in the
- 35:11body through just breathing
- 35:15intention and collective energy and
- 35:19just that certain vibration. So
- 35:22it's all like different elements that plays a role that
- 35:26when it's all together it allows
- 35:30for that to happen and to be
- 35:33facilitated. And so when we breathe it
- 35:37helps to have this natural energy work means that you
- 35:41inhale, your body moves up, you exhale, your
- 35:45belly goes in. So you move kind of your
- 35:48parts of your body. And so that just allows for,
- 35:52for energy to naturally move. Breath is the energy
- 35:56as well. And so with the
- 35:59programs you like oxygenate your body
- 36:03in the level a little bit more that you normally
- 36:07receive oxygen and and that just
- 36:10opens up different areas in your body
- 36:14and kind of like moves the
- 36:17stagnancy in places that you experience some pain and
- 36:21non processed emotions. It hits
- 36:25there. And when it hits that breath hits there, the
- 36:28news might start feeling sadness out of
- 36:32nowhere. Sometimes it might connect to the vision
- 36:35and you might see something like I saw my grandparents. I start
- 36:39crying because I miss them, I love them. And it just
- 36:42with instant hit. But sometimes you can cry
- 36:46without any specific reason. But
- 36:50the process, it happens and then that
- 36:53stagnancy being released and then you feel
- 36:57no pain or no discomfort in that area. Hi everybody. I'm
- 37:01Ty Hamilton. I'm a local entrepreneur here in Oklahoma City. I just
- 37:04completed the breath mystery experience with Igor and I tell
- 37:08you it was remarkable. I have had an amazing spiritual
- 37:12journey starting about four years ago leading me all the way down the path to
- 37:15the Amazon jungle, sitting with shaman and participating in plant
- 37:19medicine. It brought me down this incredible journey that I'm on
- 37:22right now. It was very incredible to
- 37:26also find a lot of those similarities in the breath mystery
- 37:30experience itself. And that's without any plant medicine that is just within
- 37:33our own bodies. And the music and the sound and the meditations
- 37:37that Igor guides you through, it was absolutely
- 37:41incredible and life changing. So moving forward, I am going to
- 37:45share this news with everybody and, and when he comes back to
- 37:48Oklahoma City, you better believe I will be there. And I hope to see you
- 37:52too. I love that.
- 37:56Was that, was that part of your 2024 tour that you were just
- 38:00on? Let me see. I think that.
- 38:04No, it's actually. It was most recently
- 38:07to. In January. Yeah. That I went back to
- 38:11mainland and I. It was Tulsa, Oklahoma and Texas
- 38:14and. Good. So I haven't
- 38:18asked you about the, the tour throughout the US and where
- 38:22did you go? What inspired you to do that? To go around the country
- 38:26bringing your breath work workshop to people?
- 38:30Yeah, because I've been doing this work for
- 38:34a long time kind of like locally
- 38:38and with the short trips I knew that the time would
- 38:41come for me to do that. And specifically
- 38:45I knew it's going to be, it's going to happen with a few years.
- 38:49But however I went to do a plant medicine ceremony.
- 38:53And during that ceremony I receive like a vision, the
- 38:57prophecy when I've been told that next year I'll be doing
- 39:00the tour cross country. And so that put me
- 39:04in a position of like, oh my God, it's like
- 39:08next year already and start kind of
- 39:12like getting ready a lot. I start getting ready a lot
- 39:15faster and there's a lot more things support supposed to happen
- 39:19for me to. In order to do that in you know,
- 39:23website and logistically and. And so on and on and on.
- 39:27It was a giant enormous amount of work
- 39:31and that I was getting myself ready for. And
- 39:35also I felt called to or like
- 39:38I felt that that's time that I need to bring
- 39:42this program to. To United States to like people
- 39:46because that's. It's not this year then
- 39:49when. So there's some sense of urgency that this is a
- 39:53time and. And I put all forces that
- 39:57I had to make that happen. And I went
- 40:01on the cross country tour last year
- 40:04starting in June, starting in
- 40:07Colorado and I went to
- 40:113:30 states and I
- 40:14got a chance to work with few, few thousands of people.
- 40:19And yeah, it was very
- 40:22inspiring experience,
- 40:27very awesome. So you were like all the way from New
- 40:30York to Florida to Reno, which is. We're on the other side of the country.
- 40:34And a lot of you were a lot of places you
- 40:38in a lot of. A lot of states. It was more like Colorado in
- 40:42Oklahoma, Texas and then New Mexico,
- 40:45Arizona, California. Then I went to Nevada,
- 40:49Reno, the Idaho
- 40:52and. And then like through north of the country, Wyoming
- 40:56and then when I went to
- 41:00Minneapolis and like New York and Chicago,
- 41:04Boston, Washington and I went all the way south to
- 41:08Florida and from Florida I came back to
- 41:11Oklahoma City. Yeah, it's been.
- 41:17So if someone's listening to this and they're like I am in way too much
- 41:20pain to wait for you to try to come back to my city or come
- 41:24to my city. Yeah. Do you have online
- 41:28things that people can join and what do you. What do you feel like is
- 41:31a difference between online or in person? I do.
- 41:35Yeah. Once in a while I host Breath Mystery
- 41:39Virtual Experience for people to just
- 41:42have a taste of my program.
- 41:46And also it's quite beneficial to
- 41:50experience just like from the comfort of your home. So
- 41:53online and live. I feel like they all have their pros
- 41:57and cons, you know. And I like to
- 42:01work and offer to people the good balance and
- 42:04to have both, you know, so. Meaning that like
- 42:08sure. When people experience life then they can continue
- 42:12practicing online. And I don't do that too often.
- 42:16But it's just enough for people to continue
- 42:19processing what need to be processed so they can feeling
- 42:23grounded and inspired and clear on. On a daily
- 42:27basis. And. And of course, when
- 42:30I travel and you, you're gonna. You can sign up to
- 42:34my email list or follow on social media for breath
- 42:38mystery. So you get a chance to see when I'm coming to your city.
- 42:41You get a chance to experience life.
- 42:45But right now I'm actually in the process of
- 42:49launching a new program and. We have
- 42:53a little. Let's talk about it. And we have a little video that created. That's
- 42:56all music, but it's very cool. So we'll launch that fast.
- 43:01Let me just say a few words and then we play that video. Yeah,
- 43:05go ahead, Go ahead. Yeah, I just want to say that. That the new
- 43:08program, because people been asking me and it's my life
- 43:12work that I put together the four weeks program.
- 43:16And I'm gonna go more in depth after the video. But now
- 43:19to introduce that Codex of
- 43:23Liberation and Four Keys to a New
- 43:26Reality. Okay, yes, let's play that video.
- 43:30Okay.
- 43:50Beautiful. So in the video you could see the different codes
- 43:54that coming in and out. And that's just kind of like to represent
- 43:58like what codex is. Because codex is
- 44:02kind of like a book of quotes knowledge. Right. So that you
- 44:06can access. So this program is
- 44:09rooted in scientific research and ancestral knowledge.
- 44:13This program merges years of mastery in psychology,
- 44:17emotional intelligence, breath work,
- 44:21sound therapy, all the other altered state
- 44:25of consciousness. And that's all woven into
- 44:28transformative journey for just the modern way of
- 44:32living as I've been exploring and finding, you know,
- 44:35ancestral knowledge in like ancient knowledge.
- 44:38And I could see how some of them, you
- 44:42know, it's hard to like have them in the modern life because the
- 44:46world changed so much. Right. And so my
- 44:50focus was how to adapt that knowledge to
- 44:54modern life. And so that's in the
- 44:57program. So it's not just about like breathing or
- 45:00music. It's a profound study of just unlocking the
- 45:04hidden codes within something that everybody has
- 45:07there, but it's kind of like dormant and forgotten.
- 45:11And I'm helping you to just rewire your entire system
- 45:15to a new version of yourself. So that's
- 45:19fascinating. Yeah, I want to just.
- 45:23Okay, go ahead a little more. That there's
- 45:26just drawing from Siberian ancestral traditions where
- 45:30I'm from, and living wisdom of Hawaii where I
- 45:33live. So all that work, it just carries the remembrance
- 45:37of ancient pathways into the heart. Just a new
- 45:41reality. It's all also enhanced with the sound,
- 45:45the latest sound engineering and few
- 45:48pieces that I want to mention about that there's tuned to
- 45:52432H and layered with
- 45:56the bineal beats. It's a frequency. It's a frequency
- 45:59that's scientifically designed to activate, healing,
- 46:03promote inner balance, and release any deep
- 46:06emotional imprints.
- 46:11Great. Yeah, I love it. Now, I've heard some of these terms, but, like,
- 46:14I don't even know if I could explain them. So. Binaural beats. Am I saying
- 46:18that right? Binaural beats. Well, yeah, the idea is it's just the
- 46:22latest sound engineering. I feel like that's kind of that little language
- 46:26people can understand. And in the program. Yeah, in the program,
- 46:30I'm laying everything out with additional
- 46:33information that people can actually see the actual
- 46:37scientific study. You know, quite often we talk about those scientific
- 46:40researches, but nobody ever see them. And people.
- 46:44Some people might question, you know, like, is that true? You know, they really
- 46:47exist. And so I'm actually bringing them to the
- 46:51surface. So for people from, like, official websites, so
- 46:55people can actually see it with. With their eyes and read it and
- 46:59educate themselves. Yeah. I'm educator, a
- 47:02teacher. I study so much, and what I do now, I'm just
- 47:06sharing all the available knowledge that is there and
- 47:10empowering humanity. And I'm just. My pure
- 47:13intention is for people to live their best life
- 47:17and feel their best versions. Yeah. And
- 47:21I do think our. Our society has forgotten what. What we
- 47:24were just not very long ago. And it's been a very
- 47:28fast change to where, you know, historically, in the whole time the
- 47:32Earth has been the Earth, we can look up in the sky and see all
- 47:35the stars. And now we don't because of
- 47:39light. You know, there's too much light in our. Where we're living, unless we're, you
- 47:42know, out in the country. And, you know, we. We had our feet on
- 47:46the ground and so there's grounding and we don't do that at all anymore.
- 47:49So even with the rubber in our shoes means we don't connect to
- 47:53the Earth and we're not listening to the birds at sunrise. I got up
- 47:57and. And I filmed the birds at
- 48:01sunrise today because I think I'm gonna put that in. In kind of
- 48:04a video for this thing. But just all these things in that
- 48:08are. That are part of nature and we're
- 48:12designed to be a part of that. We are very disconnected from
- 48:15it. You know, we don't hear the sounds that are
- 48:19very soothing sounds at nighttime. And in the morning, we don't
- 48:23feel the breeze as much we don't put our feet on the ground.
- 48:26And I know there is. This is not
- 48:30necessarily. This isn't breath work, but it just kind of goes into, like, we need
- 48:33to get. We need to get connected back to. We're so disconnected from who we
- 48:37are. We're connected. Disconnected from ourselves. We're connect. Disconnected from nature.
- 48:41We're disconnected from people. We're disconnected from. From ourselves.
- 48:45So I think part of. Of what you do so powerfully is just taking
- 48:49breath, you know, like, and it's not normally we just shallow breathe. So
- 48:53with you, it's like. I would almost call it somewhat aggressive breathing. Like, you're like
- 48:57in, down, hold it, you know, it's. It's like. And
- 49:00then we do faster and faster and faster and faster. When you kind of start
- 49:04like. Like feeling like you're gonna cry, but it really.
- 49:08It's just like all of a sudden you're like, what is this? Who knew that
- 49:11this was in me? I was not. I have not been connected enough to
- 49:14who I am really, to even know this. And that's. That's modern
- 49:18life with lights and heat and air conditioning and screens. You
- 49:22know, we're just in front of a screen and we're so
- 49:26completely disconnected from. Yeah, well, let me
- 49:29talk to that. Okay. Because I can.
- 49:34I can relate to it because I have a different phases of my
- 49:38life. When I moved to a big city and that
- 49:41disconnection started happening. And then when I realized
- 49:45that and I moved back to the nature, that's why I moved to Hawaii,
- 49:48because so connected to the nature. Everything that you talk about.
- 49:52And now I'm bringing those pieces or many
- 49:56elements that you mentioned. I also like to talk
- 49:59about in my social media, in. Even in the
- 50:03guided journeys that I facilitate for people, I
- 50:07allow them to connect more to the nature elements
- 50:11because we are nature. All our grandparents
- 50:14and ancestors just been living there in the
- 50:18villages. Right before the urbanization, before
- 50:22the television and that entertainment came in, we
- 50:25all been entertaining each other by sitting at the table and
- 50:29singing songs. Right.
- 50:33So. And while that was a period of time
- 50:37when vinyls came out and people start
- 50:40listening, they start forgetting how to sing. There's a whole generation,
- 50:44including my parents, who already were not seeing it because they were more
- 50:48listening. And so that's interesting. Yeah. So
- 50:51now my big part of my mission is also
- 50:55to bring this back. And I teach people in my program how
- 50:59to use your voice just in a new way. And it's not necessarily
- 51:03about singing. It's just more using your voice outside
- 51:07of speaking. And Making different sounds to help you to process,
- 51:10to connect to that, connect to your
- 51:13ancestors. And sure, a lot of people also like to sing
- 51:17their favorite songs while they're listening. And that is awesome.
- 51:21And please sing as much as you can and
- 51:24want. And if you, if you don't like to
- 51:28sing, just make sounds. Just make sounds. I love it. And
- 51:32you know. Yeah. Because if you're, if you're skipping and singing, you're not sad. You
- 51:35know, it's impossible. You can't skip and sing and, and be sad.
- 51:39So there's something to like, kind of what we do for sure.
- 51:43And then in your program, so there's part of it where you. Where you just
- 51:47like kind of like all together, do a scream, where you're releasing emotions together.
- 51:51And I remember you saying you didn't. You didn't necessarily want people just kind of
- 51:55on their own to feel like they needed to release kind of that
- 51:58anger. We wanted to do it all together so that it doesn't
- 52:02interrupt anyone else's experience in a group. Because I think the main reason. But
- 52:06I find that very powerful. Yeah, I think. And
- 52:09as a woman, as a woman, really, we're really trained to
- 52:13swallow anger. And I think that can cause a lot of
- 52:17cancer. It can cause all kinds of things, swallowing anger. So
- 52:21I just thought maybe you could talk on that for a second. I have to
- 52:25say that I actually have a really good friend who got
- 52:29cancer and a big discovery. And I've
- 52:32been with her on that journey for a year. Just like over the phone.
- 52:36She's my really good, close friend. And so just being.
- 52:40Just witnessing her process and all of that. Exactly what
- 52:43you said. The biggest part that I see, that she has no tools
- 52:47to process your emotions, process your anger.
- 52:51And when I work with her individually, like I was
- 52:55prompting her to make a sound and she were having
- 52:59all the stories how she cannot make any sound.
- 53:03And to make a sound, it is to process, to release emotions.
- 53:07It's just like, like, I really like how you said about emotions and,
- 53:10and not just women. Men do that as well. We all
- 53:14like, tend to. To hold that this up. And
- 53:18so in the program that I facilitate, I design, there is
- 53:21a certain way we do that together, collectively, in a
- 53:25way that is not distractful to everybody
- 53:29else. Because if everybody does that in their own time, it might
- 53:33be very chaotic. And
- 53:37I've been developing a program that suits
- 53:40everybody and that it's more contained and
- 53:44it's. We do things kind of like in a certain way that
- 53:47just facilitates that in. With a lot More
- 53:51ease and. And. And is ease and
- 53:55ease. Yeah. No, and that's really good. And I know too like you
- 53:59said with the voice and singing. Just another thought on that as I know when
- 54:02I was going through a time when I was being really
- 54:06psychologically terrified, you know, I would say abused
- 54:09or worse that I lost my singing
- 54:13voice. I couldn't sing for years, inquire and stuff like that. So like
- 54:17recently I started singing again. I'm like, that's got to be a good sign.
- 54:20Yeah, like gotta be a good sign. Like I literally couldn't
- 54:24sing. Yeah. And so it's a. I guess that's a
- 54:27testimony to how the emotions
- 54:31will latch in your voice and in your. In your breathing.
- 54:35You know, I want to say that
- 54:38like the. What I facilitate. It's my healing
- 54:41journey because all these elements, I went through
- 54:45them and when we don't speak what
- 54:49we have to say and quite often we all been in those situations that
- 54:52we wanted to say and we didn't feel comfortable for a variety
- 54:56of reasons feeling afraid or can't or like in
- 55:00my. In my. My case I didn't. I wasn't speaking
- 55:04fluently for a long time. So I couldn't express myself fully. And
- 55:08so it was just keep holding myself back. So I
- 55:11had a lot of problems in the past with my
- 55:15voice speaking, just even speaking and speaking
- 55:19in a loud or crowded places. Like if
- 55:23the time that I used to go in the bars and just to socialize,
- 55:26within few minutes I would lose my voice because I
- 55:30wasn't using my vocal properly and my
- 55:34breath wasn't connected. And so when I
- 55:38realized that something is happening and I hire a
- 55:41coach so he taught me what's been happening
- 55:45and he connected all those pieces so I was able to
- 55:49at least speak. And singing it was
- 55:52never on my radar. While I was
- 55:56meaning that I loved I inside I always love to sing.
- 56:00But there is like whenever we go to karaoke with friends,
- 56:03I would never felt comfortable to take a microphone. Anytime
- 56:07I try to take a higher note, I would get like a
- 56:11block. It's almost something. Somebody holding my throat so I can't
- 56:15get out and it feels like it burning there. So it's
- 56:19hurting. So literally have to stop. And just
- 56:22what you mentioned about your throat and it's a lot of people
- 56:26experiencing that throughout the world.
- 56:29Suppression of emotions and speech being happened
- 56:32generationally. And because of that we
- 56:36all have like a lot of most people have these issues
- 56:40and that's. That's one of the big reason the
- 56:43vocalization. It's Part of the program to just
- 56:47open that channel up again. And like, in many cases,
- 56:51people reflect back to me what you just mentioned, that
- 56:54I just forgot that I used to sing. And it was so
- 56:58liberating to feel my voice, to feel my power once
- 57:02again. And she, like people, like feeling inspired
- 57:06to continue this journey, like opening the voice
- 57:10up again. Because I wish and I pray for
- 57:13everybody to connect to their true voice. Because we
- 57:17want you to speak. To speak your truth and be empowered to
- 57:21speak your truth. Yes. Yeah. And not swallow it
- 57:25because you don't feel safe or you feel like you're not going to be accepted
- 57:28or. Yeah. Or you just, you know, you're too. It's too
- 57:32outside the box or whatever it is. So I, I very
- 57:35much appreciate that and I just, I really wanted you on because I'm like, I
- 57:38just want this to become something that becomes more normal in society where
- 57:42it's just like an easy thing you can do to.
- 57:46It is pretty easy. You know, you just go lay on your mat for a
- 57:49couple hours and, and follow your instructions and you leave going,
- 57:52wow. Yeah, that was, that was easy. You know, like
- 57:56how much. How much more grounded and. And how much better you
- 58:00feel, you know, just after two hours of literally laying on your
- 58:03mat, listening, doing what you tell us to do. Exactly. So
- 58:07that piece and also online world
- 58:11allow us to have this accessible nowadays, which
- 58:14is I feel like, what a gift. And back in the days you
- 58:18had to travel to different countries, country to experience something, you
- 58:22know, transformative to different state, drive,
- 58:26fly wherever it takes. How much more expenses that takes
- 58:29also to do that. Not everybody could afford it. Now you
- 58:33can. Everybody have Internet. And if you don't, you can go to a public
- 58:37library. You have Internet. And so you have
- 58:40access to such a profound experiences
- 58:44that you can tune in like online through Internet
- 58:48from the comfort of your home space, wherever you live.
- 58:52And that makes that so accessible to
- 58:56everybody. Yeah, for sure. So to kind of. To
- 59:00kind of wrap it all up. Tell us what's different. You have
- 59:04this new program coming in July. Tell us what's different in it. And
- 59:08then I want to know how people can get a hold of you and how
- 59:11they can follow you. Yes.
- 59:15Well, the program that's coming up,
- 59:18so it's. It's a combination of variety of elements
- 59:22that I mentioned. And I want to say it's also the
- 59:26experience kind of like, how would I say that?
- 59:29It's a culmination of years of education,
- 59:33collaboration with extraordinary
- 59:36psychiatrists who came to my workshops,
- 59:39scientists that I Work with vocalists,
- 59:42different master teachers that I came across and
- 59:46knowledge that gathered from last year cross country
- 59:50tour 2024 that I got a chance to work of
- 59:54thousands of people and see the patterns and see
- 59:57what all humanity going through. It's all goes in the
- 1:00:01cycles and it's all very similar. And the program
- 1:00:05based on to help to facilitate that
- 1:00:08release, transformation and
- 1:00:12decoding all the primary trauma imprints,
- 1:00:15healing ancestral lines. Something that in
- 1:00:19us from our grandparents and parents and all those old
- 1:00:23beliefs, processing grief and loss and
- 1:00:27abundance and self love connect to all of that. Bring it together
- 1:00:30to like activate you. Yeah. And I. And I've read that
- 1:00:34that science about how stuff that happened to your parents, grandparents, great
- 1:00:38grandparents, maybe beyond gets encoded in your DNA.
- 1:00:42Yeah. It holds on the scientific, you know,
- 1:00:46scientific stuff. And so like that's. That's what you're talking about, you
- 1:00:49know when you say that. Yeah. It is on our
- 1:00:53unconscious level that is just happening on the background
- 1:00:56until we realized that. Just a very quick
- 1:01:00example like we from my grandparents who went through the war
- 1:01:03and there was a lot of things that not available, not accessible. So they
- 1:01:07learned how to save everything like plastic,
- 1:01:11like plastic bags and just different canes. You know, they were
- 1:01:15like collecting just in case because who knows. And
- 1:01:18so that been happening to me for many years and
- 1:01:22each like into my friends who came from the same
- 1:01:26place that I did. And we like opened under the same place a
- 1:01:30full of bags. It took me a moment to
- 1:01:33realize that like. Yes. That just what my
- 1:01:36grandmother was doing it. And I don't have to do that anymore.
- 1:01:40I let me use just one, one simple bag that I'm
- 1:01:44gonna go to grocery shopping and I don't need to use
- 1:01:48bags in general. It plastic in general. Yet more healthy, more
- 1:01:51holistic. Yeah. And that's the
- 1:01:55USA too. Because I know like my mom who's raised by the. The World War
- 1:01:58II generation, the greatest generation they call it here, but she.
- 1:02:02I have this memory of her, you know, because a child they. If you unwrapped
- 1:02:06a present, you put that wrapping paper and used it again. And I remember her
- 1:02:10just almost like gathering up the wrapping paper and throwing it away. Like there was
- 1:02:13an emotional thing to that that she can. She's not keeping this,
- 1:02:17you know, like, like, you know, that is an example I think
- 1:02:21of of stuff that's passed through. That's a kind of a simple example but for
- 1:02:24sure. How can people find you? And I want to say thank you so
- 1:02:28much for doing this. And I just want people to go find
- 1:02:32you and go experience this. And even if it
- 1:02:35still seems like I've you've never done anything like this before in your life and
- 1:02:39it seems woo woo. It is woo woo because energy work is
- 1:02:42woo woo. But it's. That's what works. So but just do what
- 1:02:46works.
- 1:02:50Your T shirt woo woo works. I I have to clarify.
- 1:02:54No, no, no, no. There's no. Well I'm just. I'm not. I don't know that
- 1:02:58it is. It's just as people say that you know what I'm saying? It is
- 1:03:01actually there's nothing woo woo there everything because
- 1:03:05I've been very mindful of that and that's why everything that I
- 1:03:09bring is great grounded in the scientific research studies. And so I
- 1:03:13show and help people to educate them to see how
- 1:03:16that energy work connected to what's being discovered.
- 1:03:20So it's actual just a thing. You know
- 1:03:24the breath and how it affects your emotional body, how it helps you to
- 1:03:28process your emotions and vocalizations so things that
- 1:03:31you do together. Because I came
- 1:03:35across just the woo woo term could mean a
- 1:03:38lot and back in the days who knows what people
- 1:03:42practice. There's a lot in it and I actually not
- 1:03:46associated with it because my practice is very clean,
- 1:03:49very clear, very just grounded to this world, to
- 1:03:53this body, to us together. And so people.
- 1:03:57People can find me on social
- 1:04:01media. So Instagram and YouTube is
- 1:04:04@BreathMystery and I believe
- 1:04:07we're gonna have a captions too. You can see it and on the Facebook is
- 1:04:11@MysteryBreath and Also website
- 1:04:15is www.BreathMystery.com.
- 1:04:17very
- 1:04:21simple. All. All the same. And you
- 1:04:25can also reach out through email which is in hell
- 1:04:29like breathing. Okay.
- 1:04:31@BreathMystery.com and so any way
- 1:04:35that people can reach out through social media,
- 1:04:39messaging or email. It's all available
- 1:04:43and I or my assistant will get back to
- 1:04:47you in timely matter. Yeah, that sounds great and thank you for
- 1:04:50clarifying how deeply rooted this is in science because it
- 1:04:54is and it's just I think it's not the science people have heard so they
- 1:04:57don't quite grasp it. But it is based in
- 1:05:01scientific studies and it works. So yeah. And I like
- 1:05:05that you bring in all those pieces because there is. People are
- 1:05:09thinking all of that and we get a chance if we have this opportunity
- 1:05:13to actually clarify to people actually deeper
- 1:05:17understand that that is accessible and
- 1:05:21available to everybody to just. To all to
- 1:05:24just humans. So we can just evolve
- 1:05:28together better, brighter future.
- 1:05:32Yes. And you don't. You don't have to be scared of your emotions. I think
- 1:05:36that's the other thing is like, emotions can be scary. We don't know what's going
- 1:05:38to come out. It's all going to come out and no one's going to care
- 1:05:41because they're going to be having their own experience sooner. Sooner.
- 1:05:45The truth is that sooner or later they going to come out.
- 1:05:49And so unprocess emotions that show themselves ourselves in the
- 1:05:53form of anger where we blow up like screaming and like
- 1:05:57usually into our significant one. People like, what did I do? You
- 1:06:00know, it's just like the person is screaming at you because
- 1:06:04of all the baggage that we're holding on and we don't
- 1:06:08have a facility to process them. So
- 1:06:11that's. That's where I on the journey on. On the mission to
- 1:06:15bring this facility for people to process that. So then
- 1:06:19you feel liberated, you feel free and you feel happy
- 1:06:22and more joy. Yeah, absolutely. Or you get sick and we don't want
- 1:06:26either of those things. We don't want you screaming at people in anger and we
- 1:06:29don't want you sick. Yes. Yeah.
- 1:06:33No sickness, just healthy, awesome life.
- 1:06:37Supporting, connecting, loving each other and
- 1:06:41yeah, celebrating for sure. Healthy, happy, wise, wealthy.
- 1:06:45Yes. So all right.
- 1:06:49Enjoy to have this conversation. I really appreciate.
- 1:06:53Yeah. Can't wait for you to come back to Reno. So are you taking care
- 1:06:56you guys check out Igor and we will see you next time.
- 1:07:00Thank you all for listening and yes. Yeah, please check
- 1:07:04out all that we shared and be well.
- 1:07:07Breathe deep.
- 1:07:14I needed that.
