- 0:02We finally have a manner of death and a murder charge in the
- 0:10case of Kada Scott against her suspected killer, Kianking.
- 0:16Let's get started. This video contains mature
- 0:30themes and discussions intended only for adult audiences.
- 0:34Viewer discretion is advised. Hello and welcome back, my
- 0:40friend. Thank you very much for being
- 0:41here. My name is Gavin.
- 0:43Welcome to another true crime discussion here on my channel.
- 0:48On this channel, we like to dive into documents.
- 0:51We like to dive into the nitty gritty of true crime.
- 0:53We're going to do that tonight, but we're not going to bury the
- 0:57lead. We've got a homicide charge
- 0:59against Keon King. Well, I should say the DA has
- 1:04said that homicide charges are coming.
- 1:08I checked the court about an hour ago and they weren't quite
- 1:12there yet. But why don't we?
- 1:16Why don't I just, I'm just going to start off with this news here
- 1:20real quick and then we're going to get in to the case itself,
- 1:23OK? Death of Kada Scott ruled A
- 1:25homicide, Kyon King charged and murdered, DA says This is
- 1:29according to NBC Philadelphia. The death of Kada Scott, the
- 1:33Philadelphia woman whose body was found two weeks after her
- 1:35disappearance, has been ruled a homicide in Kyon King.
- 1:39The suspect in her kidnapping is now charged with murder,
- 1:42officials revealed. The Philadelphia District
- 1:46Attorney's Office or Philadelphia Police Deputy
- 1:49Commissioner Frank Venore made the initial announcement on X on
- 1:53Wednesday. That's today.
- 1:56The Philadelphia District Attorney's Office then confirmed
- 1:59that they approved additional charges against King.
- 2:01He is now charged with murder, robbery, theft, violation of the
- 2:04Uniform Fires Firearms Act, possessing an instrument of the
- 2:08of a crime, tampering with evidence, abuse of corpse,
- 2:12conspiracy, and obstruction of justice.
- 2:15While Scott's death was ruled A homicide, officials have not yet
- 2:19revealed the exact cause. We're finalizing things now, a
- 2:23spokesperson for the Philadelphia Department of
- 2:26Health told ABC 10 on Wednesday. Because we're in the process of
- 2:30notifications, I can't release it just yet.
- 2:31Hoping early tomorrow morning and I should check just one more
- 2:36time real quick. Let's let's bring up Kada's
- 2:39picture here. I'm just going to very quickly
- 2:44see if those charges are in yet. They weren't as of about an hour
- 2:48ago. Let's see, let me just show
- 3:00active cases. Actually, it looks like there's
- 3:03a 13th case now. So I don't see it.
- 3:17No, I do not see it. Yeah.
- 3:20So that it has not been filed yet.
- 3:23OK, Now this is our first video on the murder of.
- 3:33Sorry, I'm checking my audio here.
- 3:37Kind of weird I'm wearing I'm wearing my Iems instead of my
- 3:41headphones today so it's kind of feeling weird.
- 3:44I'm going to have to get used to this anyway.
- 3:46OK, so this is our first video on the murder of Kada Scott.
- 3:53So man, this is really bad. Yeah.
- 4:02So bear with me. Let's get into the case just a
- 4:04little bit, maybe talk a little bit about Kayda, who she was,
- 4:10kind of just a summary of the case.
- 4:14While I'm doing this, I want you guys see on the on the lower
- 4:17third there. Use GF to get my attention in
- 4:19the live chat if you're new here, if you put GF that
- 4:23highlights it on my end so that I will be able to see your
- 4:26question or comment and respond to it when we get to it, OK.
- 4:30But for now, let's head on over here and let's figure, let's
- 4:35just introduce ourselves to this case, OK?
- 4:37Kada Scott is a well, she's passed.
- 4:42She was a 23 year old young woman from the Philadelphia
- 4:47area. She's a Penn State graduate.
- 4:50She was described by friends and family as kind hearted, as
- 4:56introverted. She was not known to have
- 4:58anybody who would consider her an enemy.
- 5:04She had a friend that was that was about to get married.
- 5:07She was preparing for that. Like I said, she graduated from
- 5:11Penn State. She was employed at the Terrace
- 5:14at Chestnut Hill Hill, an assisted living facility in
- 5:19Philadelphia. She was working an overnight
- 5:21shift. I looked it up here real quick.
- 5:25Let's get over here. Do just a little mappy poo here.
- 5:32This is where we're talking about that.
- 5:34This is her workplace. I'm going to just zoom out so
- 5:37you can see where we are in the world.
- 5:40All right? We're in southeastern
- 5:43Pennsylvania, in the Philadelphia area, scrolling in.
- 5:51And we can actually, why don't we kind of take a look?
- 5:56See you here real quick. Where is it?
- 6:01Let me go back. I may have dropped that
- 6:05incorrectly. Yeah, let's.
- 6:13OK, yeah, it's I guess this is it right here.
- 6:23It's an assisted living facility.
- 6:26OK, coming back over here, Her family said her colleagues said
- 6:33that she was early on in her role at the assisted living
- 6:37facility. She didn't have any deep
- 6:39established relationships with any Co workers yet they said
- 6:47Kada. I love this picture of her,
- 6:50she's Miss Philadelphia Township, USA.
- 6:54On October 4th, 2025, Kada left for her overnight shift at the
- 6:59Terrace at Chestnut Hill at about 9:45 PM.
- 7:04Her car was parked in the facility when she went missing.
- 7:07There was no phone activity. There was no social media
- 7:10activity, no contact with friends and family after that
- 7:14time. 9:45 PM, October 4th, 2025.
- 7:19But she had reported, she'd reported to friends and family
- 7:23that she had been receiving harassing phone calls from
- 7:29unknown people, an unknown person or persons.
- 7:35Now, getting into kind of the timeline of things, let's look
- 7:40at Mr. King here for a second. Back in January of this year, he
- 7:44was accused of the kidnapping and strangulation of a different
- 7:50Philadelphia woman. Turns out that that woman did
- 7:55not appear in court. She failed to appear in court
- 7:59and charges were dropped. The next thing we know from the
- 8:05timeline is that on the 3rd of October, my 50th birthday.
- 8:09Dang it. I don't really like my 50th
- 8:11birthday. Hang on, wait on.
- 8:12You know what? Robin's going to be angry.
- 8:15Robin is going to be angry at me for reasons that shall become
- 8:19obvious. There we go.
- 8:23OK, a black 2008 Hyundai Accent was stolen from the 6600 block
- 8:31of Sprague St. in Philadelphia. The next day is the day that
- 8:37Kada Scott was or went missing. Last seen.
- 8:45Sorry. Last seen around 9:45 PM on the
- 8:48fourth. Like I said, OK, no social media
- 8:51anything after. So on the 7th, 3 days later, a
- 8:57tip leads police to a burned out Hyundai Accent on the 2300 block
- 9:03of 74th Ave. The investigate in Philadelphia.
- 9:07The investigation shows that the vehicle had been towed,
- 9:10compacted and placed in a junkyard.
- 9:19OK, so then couple days later police search apparently the
- 9:24home of Keon King on the 5500 block Belmar Terrace.
- 9:30The next day a large search of the grounds of Aubrey Arboretum
- 9:34in East Germantown is conducted using canons other units but no
- 9:39confirmed fines. Then on the 15th, Keon King's
- 9:45arrest is announced in connection with Kata Scott's
- 9:48disappearance. This vehicle, a Toyota Camry 99
- 9:55Toyota Camry was believed to be tied to the case.
- 9:59It was located in East Falls. Evidence found at the abandoned
- 10:04Oh, and then there was evidence found at the A to H Lewis Middle
- 10:07School, which is an abandoned middle school.
- 10:10Mr. King was held on bail set at two and a half, $1,000,000 in
- 10:14the case. Now the previous case, he was
- 10:17set on a $200,000 bail, but he made bail quickly by, you know,
- 10:22professional bondsman. Apparently Mr. King has access
- 10:29to cash on the 17th. So we're we're just talking like
- 10:37the next day there is so on social media, there is video
- 10:43surfacing showing Mr. King stocking another woman earlier
- 10:47in the year, which, you know, points out a pattern here,
- 10:53right. And then a very on the the next
- 10:58day, a very specific anonymous tip LED investigators to the
- 11:03wooded area behind the middle school, the abandoned middle
- 11:05school. That was the second anonymous
- 11:09tip. This one apparently they don't
- 11:12they haven't given us details on, but it was very specific.
- 11:17And a shallow grave containing human remains was discovered the
- 11:22following day. DNA testing indicated that the
- 11:24remains were those of Kada Scott. 2 days ago, the
- 11:30Philadelphia DA's office, Larry Krasner, not not my favorite
- 11:35person in the world, announced more charges against King,
- 11:39including arson, causing a catastrophe, conspiracy,
- 11:44tampering with evidence, unauthorized use of a vehicle,
- 11:47and receiving stolen property. And then today, just a couple
- 11:51hours ago, her death was ruled a homicide in the DA's office says
- 11:56they're filing homicide charges. I should be able to get that
- 11:59affidavit of probable cause here in the Commonwealth of
- 12:02Pennsylvania. It is public record, so I should
- 12:06be able to do that. All right, so that is kind of
- 12:09the case in a nutshell. Before I go on to the next thing
- 12:12that I want to show you guys, let me just go through a couple
- 12:19of your comments here, OK? Jen is saying audio is good, so
- 12:24that's good. Yep, Jen said better get that
- 12:28right light on for Robin. You guys know what's happening.
- 12:33You guys know what's happening. Just ducky, says Gavin.
- 12:41She took all her things and punched out.
- 12:43What was the text that got her to leave?
- 12:45I could see her briefly walking outside of someone said, hey, I
- 12:48brought you dinner, but not punching out.
- 12:53Yeah, I don't know. Good thing, Rob, looks like.
- 12:56Good thing Robin isn't here to catch me on that.
- 12:59So, yeah, it seems like, you know, a little bit more ducky
- 13:02about the case than I do. I've been.
- 13:04I've been looking at it. Of course, Gazela had has been
- 13:08covering it. But people who are really into
- 13:15the case, you guys will know more about the case than me.
- 13:20OK, so let's go over and look at some documents here, OK?
- 13:34I requested from the Municipal Court, actually, no, let's not
- 13:38look at the documents just yet. Let's actually I want to bring
- 13:43up the press conference from just a couple of days ago.
- 13:50There are a couple of spots that I that I would like to play for
- 13:53you guys. This is well, this was 2 days
- 13:59ago. She will introduce herself.
- 14:02I don't really need to introduce her, but I've got a couple
- 14:05things. So this is the family statement
- 14:07on, on Kata. Let's have a listen.
- 14:11Good morning. I'm Tania Leonard, the Director
- 14:14of Crisis Assistance Response and Engagement Unit here at the
- 14:18Philadelphia District Attorney's Office and on behalf of the
- 14:20CARES Unit, I want to begin by extending our deepest care and
- 14:24support to the family of Kata Scott.
- 14:26During this unimaginable difficult time, CARES was
- 14:30created. The man standing to her right,
- 14:34The tall, bald man, Big man. He is a member of Kata Scott's
- 14:41family. He is there representing the
- 14:43family. Her parents are not there.
- 14:45Created to stand with families who have experienced this type
- 14:48of tragedy and to walk beside them, help them access the
- 14:51support they need and ensure they are not alone in days and
- 14:54weeks ahead. Yesterday evening, members of
- 14:57our team met with the mother and father of Katie Scott at their
- 15:01home alongside District Attorney alongside the District Attorney
- 15:05to offer our continued presence, resources and support as they
- 15:09navigate this profound loss. At this time, with the family's
- 15:12permission, we'll share a statement prepared by Kata's
- 15:15mother and father as we stand in solidarity with the family as a
- 15:19unit, as victim advocates, and as an office during this journey
- 15:23of grief and healing. Today we'll say her name,
- 15:27tomorrow we'll say her name, and forever we will say her name.
- 15:35It is with profound sadness that we share the tragic passing of
- 15:38our beloved daughter, Kata Scott.
- 15:40We kindly ask for space and privacy at this time as we
- 15:44process the heartbreaking events of the past few weeks.
- 15:47Our hearts are shattered, yet we are deeply grateful for the
- 15:51outpouring of love, support, and prayers from people across the
- 15:54nation and around the world. Please continue to keep us in
- 15:58our in prayer as we navigate this unimaginable loss.
- 16:03Our hearts are broken beyond measure.
- 16:05We are profoundly thankful to every person who shared Kate A
- 16:09story, joined the search efforts, prayed with us, and
- 16:13stood by our family during this devastating time.
- 16:16Your compassion, love and strength have carried us when we
- 16:20cannot carry ourselves. Kayda was deeply, deeply loved.
- 16:26Her light, kindness and beautiful spirit will forever
- 16:29remain in our hearts. We also wish to extend our
- 16:33heartfelt gratitude to Mayor Shirelle Parker, the
- 16:36Philadelphia Police Department, all first responders, local
- 16:41volunteers, community organizations and media outlets,
- 16:45as well as everyone who worked tirelessly to help find our
- 16:48daughter. Although the outcome is 1 no
- 16:52parent should ever have to face, we remain thankful for the
- 16:55unity, leadership, and love that surrounded us through it all.
- 17:01As we continue to grieve, our family now seeks justice for
- 17:04Kada. We place our full trust in the
- 17:07Philadelphia Police Department and the Philadelphia District
- 17:10Attorney's Office to ensure that the truth is revealed and that
- 17:14those responsible are held accountable to the fullest
- 17:17extent of the law. Please honor Kada's memory by
- 17:21showing kindness and care to one another, just as she did every
- 17:25day of her life, with love, strength, and gratitude.
- 17:30The family of Kata Scott. That's a remarkable statement
- 17:38from people in a position that I would hope to never be in.
- 17:44Just so sad and tragic. But it's amazing to to hear
- 17:53words like that from from the family.
- 17:56The thing that makes me just angry about this case is that
- 18:00this seems to be the 3rd, at least the second, but maybe the
- 18:04third time that Keon King has expressed his violent tendency
- 18:12and has sought to and in some cases been successful at
- 18:18kidnapping a woman. That $200,000 bail kills me.
- 18:24He's they, they asked for a million, but well, they asked
- 18:28for 999,999, but the judge gave a $200,000 bail and he was able
- 18:37to get $20,000 cash and and get out.
- 18:42It's just crazy. OK, this is the lead prosecutor
- 18:45here. Let's see.
- 18:49I just want to make sure. Yeah.
- 18:51Oh, one of the things before we before we get to to her
- 18:55comments, one of the things that the family brought up is
- 18:59thinking not only the first responders, the investigators,
- 19:03the community organizers, but also the media.
- 19:06And you know, there are like 300 murders in Philadelphia every
- 19:12year. So this is happening almost on a
- 19:19daily basis that somebody is murdered in Philadelphia.
- 19:26So the fact that the media, social media kind of took up
- 19:34Kada's case is pretty remarkable.
- 19:38And I'm like, I'm really grateful that that happened.
- 19:42I'm late to this party for sure. I'm totally late to the party.
- 19:46But but those who did cover it early on, I, I commend you.
- 19:53Thank you for doing that. And this prosecutors are going
- 19:56to tell us a little bit, including how the public paid
- 20:01played a role in in helping to solve this case.
- 20:05Here we go. Thank you.
- 20:10As of last night, our office approved charges, as the DA just
- 20:15said, of arson causing catastrophe conspiracy.
- 20:18Again, this is 2 days ago. There will be homicide charges.
- 20:20See Unauthorized use of an automobile, tampering with
- 20:24evidence, recklessly endangering another person, and Receipt of
- 20:27stolen property. Those charges are in reference
- 20:30to the burning of a vehicle. That vehicle is a 2008 black
- 20:35Hyundai Accent. That vehicle first entered our
- 20:39radar last week. Investigators received a tip
- 20:42that there was a vehicle burning and that that vehicle had some
- 20:46connection to this case at the time.
- 20:48Last week, when investigators went to the location where the
- 20:51vehicle was burned, that vehicle was no longer there.
- 20:54It had already been towed, compacted, and was in a junkyard
- 20:59this weekend. We recovered additional
- 21:01evidence, including video evidence that confirms that this
- 21:04vehicle, we believe is the vehicle that Mister Keon King
- 21:08used to move Miss Scott. We recovered video out from near
- 21:14the ADA Lewis Middle School where our search and the
- 21:17investigator search has been focused.
- 21:19There's a rec center directly next to that school.
- 21:23Video evidence was recovered from that rec center and we are
- 21:26now able to say that this Hyundai Accent was on location
- 21:30at all of the times. We're looking at, at all of the
- 21:32pertinent points in the investigation.
- 21:35That vehicle was stolen on October 3rd from the area of
- 21:396600 Sprague St. We believe that vehicle is the
- 21:43vehicle that was used in this case.
- 21:45That vehicle was then on scene at that rec center, which
- 21:50ultimately, as we all know, is where we found Miss Scott's
- 21:53human remains. Video evidence indicates it was
- 21:57on location. Video evidence then indicates it
- 22:00leaves the location it is burned on October 7th.
- 22:05It was located at the 2300 block of 74th Ave.
- 22:09When this new video evidence was uncovered this weekend,
- 22:12investigators from the homicide unit cross referenced all of
- 22:15this information with the cell phone evidence that we had
- 22:17already gained and we had already been using in terms of
- 22:20the kidnapping case and other charges.
- 22:23What I can share is that the cell phone evidence, the call
- 22:26detail records and timing advance data as it pertains to
- 22:29Keon King's mobile device puts him at all of the locations that
- 22:33we're talking about. It's on scene when the Hyundai
- 22:36Accent is there at the Recreation Center.
- 22:38It is on scene when the vehicle is burned.
- 22:41Based on that last night, I approved those charges.
- 22:45And as the DA said, we should have more information in terms
- 22:49of bail and a preliminary preliminary hearing date,
- 22:53hopefully this afternoon or certainly by tomorrow, all.
- 22:58Right. Let me get back to that here
- 23:04real quick. Oh no, there's a little more.
- 23:09Thank you, Ashley. Appreciate those details.
- 23:17Just a reminder to those in the public who have been so helpful.
- 23:20I think you just heard Ashley Teslowski talking about the fact
- 23:24that this burning automobile was connected to this case in part
- 23:32due to a tip from the public. I'm not kidding when I say that
- 23:36the public has played an enormous role here.
- 23:39I would ask residents of Philadelphia to continue
- 23:43reaching out with tips and information to seek justice for
- 23:47the family of Cater Scott and to allow us to have all the facts
- 23:52so we can justly and vigorously prosecute defendant Keon King
- 23:56and any other people who may have been involved with his
- 24:00activity. Philadelphia Police Department
- 24:03can accept this information at 215686 TIPS, In other words,
- 24:09215686 tips. You could also call the the DA's
- 24:13office at 215-686-8000 and we will make sure that your
- 24:18information is considered as a. OK.
- 24:22So I'm going to, I'm going to stop right there.
- 24:25But yeah, the the public has played a big role in this.
- 24:29And if you have anything else that you can add to the
- 24:33investigation, I encourage you to do that.
- 24:36Here is the last little clip I want to show you.
- 24:42So in terms of your first question about the tip, what I
- 24:44can share is that obviously initially we received a tip to
- 24:47go to a meeting. Last week we received a tip to
- 24:49go to the ADA Lewis Middle School investigators went, did a
- 24:52thorough search. Essentially what the new tip was
- 24:56this weekend was go back, it was go back, she's there, look again
- 25:02and they did give more specific details in terms of where to
- 25:05look and ultimately that is what led us to her.
- 25:11I'm not going to say how obviously we are investigating
- 25:15the tip and we'll continue to do that.
- 25:17But the tip was more specific than the first.
- 25:20It was very specific to go back and it was more specific in
- 25:24terms of where to look and that is what the police did.
- 25:28I find that very interesting, right, that they received a tip
- 25:32go out to the ADA Lewis Middle School.
- 25:34They went out there, couldn't find anything.
- 25:36Got a second tip, apparently anonymous saying no, no, no,
- 25:40look specifically here. And that's what that's what led
- 25:48to them finding the well, Cata's remains, right.
- 25:59OK, let's look a little bit about into this Keon King guy.
- 26:04OK, The first thing that I'm going to show you, let me bring
- 26:08it up here. The Commonwealth of
- 26:10Pennsylvania, Philadelphia operates differently than almost
- 26:16anywhere in the in the Commonwealth.
- 26:19When I requested a criminal complaint, the criminal
- 26:23complaint against Mr. King, this one would be the the kidnapping
- 26:30that he did apparently back in January and the one that was
- 26:35most recently filed just a couple days ago.
- 26:39This this is what they gave me and I am not familiar with most
- 26:45of this stuff because it's so different from anywhere anywhere
- 26:49else in the whole Commonwealth. Anywhere I request a criminal
- 26:53complaint, I get a form that I that I recognize.
- 26:56But this is this is the subpoena for Mr. King to appear.
- 26:59Of course, he was already in jail at the time.
- 27:04Notice of language rights. OK, so here is just the kind of
- 27:11charging document looks like to me.
- 27:13So he's, he was charged felony 1.
- 27:16Kidnapping misdemeanor 1. Terroristic threats misdemeanor
- 27:202. I don't know what REAP means.
- 27:23Let me go here now Let me go here.
- 27:31But this is his actual criminal history, DUI in Delaware County.
- 27:38And then this is the one right here.
- 27:39So yeah, I don't know why it's oh, recklessly endangering
- 27:46another person. That's what Reap is.
- 27:48Criminal mischief, a summary offense, felony 2, strangulation
- 27:52misdemeanor 2. Simple assault and a summary
- 27:55offense of harassment there. His bail was set at $200,000.
- 28:06This looks like an arraignment report is what it looks like for
- 28:08me there. I think there were a couple of
- 28:15other pieces of this. Nope, nothing.
- 28:21Nothing else really in that. Then here is the affidavit of
- 28:25probable cause, which is really brief.
- 28:28Again, kidnapping, strangulation, terroristic
- 28:35threats, simple assault. What does that stand for?
- 28:39Again, recklessly endangering another person, Harassment,
- 28:44criminal mischief. And then it's very like there's
- 28:50almost nothing there except we can learn a little bit here.
- 28:53OK? So on Sunday the 13th of January
- 28:562025, again, we're just kind of looking into the background of
- 29:00Mr. King here. Right around 12:30 AM, the
- 29:05complainant, CP was inside her home on the 1900 block of N 23rd
- 29:09St. when the offender, Keon King, climbed over her yard
- 29:14fence and lifted her rear window slightly and ripped out all of
- 29:18the curtains. The offender was unable to gain
- 29:20access, so he began pounding and kicking onto her back door,
- 29:23attempting to enter. The male was unable to get in
- 29:26and cause damage to the door before fleeing.
- 29:28Prior to police arrival, cell phone video of the male pounding
- 29:31on the back door was uploaded to evidence.com later that same
- 29:35day. The male returned to the house
- 29:37around 3:30 PM, climbed in the same yard fence and was looking
- 29:40into the glass windows of the complainants and gripped what
- 29:44appeared to be a firearm in his waistband.
- 29:47The male then climbed back over the fence prior to police
- 29:49arrival. Video of this incident was also
- 29:52uploaded to evidence.com. About an hour later, the
- 29:55complainant and her friend witness were exiting the
- 29:59property on 19 on the 1900 block of N 23rd St. to talk to the
- 30:03store when the offender, Keon King, exiting a tan Toyota Camry
- 30:09and grabbed the complainant, dragging her onto the front seat
- 30:12of his vehicle. The offender then drove off at a
- 30:14high rate of speed with a passenger door still ajar and
- 30:18his two year old daughter in the back seat.
- 30:21Prior to putting the complainant into the vehicle, he threatened
- 30:24to kill the witness if she got involved.
- 30:26The complainant attempted to get the mail to stop driving, but
- 30:29the offender became aggressive and bit the complainant's face
- 30:32and choked her. The offender finally dropped the
- 30:35complainant off at 700 Girard Ave. where she flagged down a
- 30:39police patrol car. The complainant sustained minor
- 30:41damage or minor injuries and was taken to CDD where she made a
- 30:45statement and signed a single photo positively identifying her
- 30:50ex-boyfriend Keon King as the male who repeatedly climbed her
- 30:54yard fence, damaging her house and kidnapping the complainant.
- 30:58The male is known to carry a black Glock handgun and made
- 31:01several threats to kill the complainant and the witness.
- 31:04The complainant states the mail does not have a current address
- 31:07and stays where it's available. So that's what happened back in
- 31:12January with Mr. King. Give me just a second here as
- 31:36yeah, this is this important. I will make that call.
- 31:39Cool. All right.
- 31:43Now, the same document coming over here that was charged, I
- 31:56think this one is the yeah, he he's got a, he's got a subpoena
- 32:03to appear on November 3rd, but we know that that's actually
- 32:07going to be the 4th that's been delayed.
- 32:10But getting back into it, by the way, these documents that I'm
- 32:12showing you have been uploaded to Patreon for my patrons.
- 32:15If you guys want to download them there they are there.
- 32:18I, I published those about an hour ago.
- 32:24OK, so there's he was given a two and a half million dollar
- 32:31bail. This time he has been
- 32:36incarcerated until he can make such bail.
- 32:40I think in the in the Commonwealth though, for
- 32:42homicide, I don't, I think they can.
- 32:45They'll hold them without bail. Nothing left here.
- 32:49Here's the criminal complaint on or about October 4th in the
- 32:57area, 490 E Abington Ave. in the city and County of Philadelphia,
- 33:02the defendant unlawfully removed or confined the complainant, KS
- 33:06Kata Scott. Kidnapping, false imprisonment,
- 33:10use of a communication facility, stalking.
- 33:16Why do I have such a hard time remembering what recklessly
- 33:19endangering another person and tampering with evidence.
- 33:23He was later. Yeah.
- 33:27The, the, that's all they put in the criminal complaint.
- 33:30There's no real details, but I do want to see like in his, in
- 33:39the court filing. This is the one that we just
- 33:44looked at right here. And then yesterday more, as they
- 33:52said in the press conference, more charges were filed, arson
- 33:56causing catastrophe and conspiracy.
- 33:59And then I expect probably by tomorrow we will have the new
- 34:04charges of homicide. So, you know, this is this is
- 34:11the the docket and his preliminary hearing has been
- 34:14moved from the third to the fourth.
- 34:18Now, unfortunately, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, we
- 34:20won't be able to attend that, which really sucks.
- 34:23Well, I mean, we could attend it.
- 34:24We just can't broadcast it. So he's currently in a county
- 34:29Correctional Facility. They're not saying where it's in
- 34:31another jurisdiction. He is still in custody.
- 34:38And yeah, he's just, he's got a lot.
- 34:43You can see the different cases that are attached to this.
- 34:47All these cases are related. So yeah, Mr. King is definitely,
- 34:56definitely facing some, some hard charges.
- 34:59OK, let me see if there's anything else.
- 35:08Maria says. My girlfriend works for
- 35:11homicide. I just texted her.
- 35:13WTF are they doing? Silvad is saying they have not
- 35:18increased the bail in the community is furious.
- 35:21Yeah he should be. They didn't take it to trial
- 35:28with just video evidence in that case.
- 35:30But how much are they using video evidence in this case?
- 35:33Wow Ducky, what a great. That is a great observation.
- 35:40So they dropped the case because she didn't show up to court.
- 35:43They had the video, but they dropped the case.
- 35:48That is. That is bull crap.
- 35:58Silvette said she left home at 9:45 PM.
- 36:00She was in communications with him, allegedly, and she stepped
- 36:03out of her job and she disappeared 30 minutes after
- 36:05arriving at work. Yeah, Man K check W says local
- 36:12elections are important. We all need to be more invested
- 36:15in those that are running for office at a local level 100%.
- 36:20So that says he posted bail and paid cash $20,000 himself.
- 36:24That that makes me wonder as a 21 year old man it I mean, my
- 36:32imagination is is works properly, but getting $20,000
- 36:41cash that that kind of makes me tend to believe that he gets his
- 36:50money illegally. That's just me.
- 36:58Just me. Autumn says he currently says
- 37:00he's in Philadelphia Department of Corrections.
- 37:03OK, Mooney saying that is yet another poor Krasner decision to
- 37:09drop the case. Yeah, you guys know our
- 37:11relationship with Mr. Krasner is that he once represented Josh
- 37:17and Sandy Greenberg, the parents of Ellen Greenberg.
- 37:22And when he was elected DA, he kicked the case up to the AGS
- 37:30office, which he probably should have done, but I don't.
- 37:34I don't like Mr. Krasner because I think that he gave, I think he
- 37:41gave the A G's office evidence that they didn't have.
- 37:45And they've used that evidence as a cudgel to keep Alan
- 37:49Greenberg's case classified as a suicide ever since.
- 37:53Yeah. Yeah.
- 37:56Silva. Now they've reinstated the
- 37:58charges as BS. They failed her.
- 38:01I agree. I agree, not a lot of talky talk
- 38:05going on in the in the live chat for me.
- 38:12Jen is asking if this is near me.
- 38:14No, I am in western Pennsylvania almost all the way to Ohio and
- 38:20this is in Philadelphia which is southeast.
- 38:24So for me to drive to Philadelphia takes me about 6
- 38:28hours. 6 1/2 maybe? Kind of depends, but it's a
- 38:35beautiful drive because it's Pennsylvania.
- 38:37So I get that. Well, hey, so that thank you
- 38:43very much for being here tonight.
- 38:46Glad to have somebody who who knows the case so well.
- 38:51Tomorrow, guys, we are going to be circling back to the Kevin
- 38:56Mullins case, the daughter of Mickey Stein's.
- 39:05She's an adult now, but I don't need to say her name.
- 39:11She's a beautiful young, young lady.
- 39:14She has gone public and is calling out people like me,
- 39:19people like Elizabeth Jones. And do I have?
- 39:27I think I do. Elizabeth Jones, she's been
- 39:35called out by Mickey Stein's daughter and we're going to be
- 39:38talking to Elizabeth Jones about that and a lawsuit filed by
- 39:44Kevin Mullen's widow against Mickey Stein's.
- 39:49So there's a lot going on. Couple more questions before we
- 39:56run out the door here. Real quick, Bring Kada back up
- 39:59here. Melissa says the whole office
- 40:02needs an overhaul. Yeah, it's really hard to root
- 40:06out corruption, man. And then will I be attending the
- 40:10November 4th hearing? I will not because I don't think
- 40:12it's being held by Zoom and I can't make it out to that
- 40:16hearing. I'd be kind of cool, though.
- 40:19Maybe I can. Maybe I can make November 4th.
- 40:24I can probably just stay with friends in Philadelphia, make it
- 40:27a cheap trip. So let's talk about that on
- 40:31Slack, see if that's something that that would be good for the
- 40:35channel, be good for the viewers.
- 40:36I would be happy to do that. Don't mind going out to see
- 40:40friends in Philly, make a quick day trip out of it, but or
- 40:46overnight trip out of it. So yeah, maybe I'll do that.
- 40:49Let's talk about it in Slack, see if see if we all agree that
- 40:52that's something that we should be doing.
- 40:54OK, so tomorrow again, we're going to be going back to Kevin
- 40:57Mullins. It's going to be kind of fiery,
- 41:02kind of fiery, I think. Before we go, I always want to
- 41:05point you over to my website, gavinfish.com, where you can
- 41:08reach out to me. There are crime caught articles.

- 41:36It looks just like that. OK.
- 41:38And then we'll be back tomorrow with another conversation on the
- 41:42Kevin Mullins trial, the the lawsuits kind of crazy and
- 41:47Mickey Stein's daughter coming out and talking.
- 41:50I don't blame her and she has every right, but but she does
- 41:55not like what people like I do. People like me, people like I,
- 42:01people like Elizabeth Jones and me.
- 42:04She doesn't like what we do. So we will we will talk about
- 42:08then. Until then, happy to you.
- 42:10I do. Thank you very much for joining
- 42:12me tonight. I'll see you in the next one.
