It is 2am on a Tuesday and my girlfriend (now wife) isn’t necessarily grumpy but she certainly isn’t smiling… We have been writing names and addresses on envelopes for four hours to send my Rheumatology At A Glance booklets to people who have ordered them. We are working our way through a pile of printed out orders that I have been stacking on top of my printer so they are in time order. We run out of the 100 books that got delivered that day and more aren’t arriving for another two days from the printers.
