- 0:01Speaker 1: My name is Aaron Lindauer, and you're listening to a
- 0:04Speaker 1: Life Without Struggle. I'm a wife, a mother of two
- 0:08Speaker 1: wonderful children, a two time best selling author, and a
- 0:12Speaker 1: highly driven and successful entrepreneur. In my seventeen plus year
- 0:17Speaker 1: career as a mindset and health expert, I know what
- 0:21Speaker 1: holds women back from a life you only dream about,
- 0:26Speaker 1: whether you're a CEO, a businesswoman, or executive. I started
- 0:31Speaker 1: this podcast because I have.
- 0:32Speaker 2: Been where you are and I know you want and
- 0:36Speaker 2: deserve more out of your life. I believe women are limitless,
- 0:40Speaker 2: we just get lost along the way. The process to
- 0:44Speaker 2: get you there is the topic and purpose of this podcast.
- 0:48Speaker 2: When you understand what you want, you can truly step
- 0:52Speaker 2: into a life without struggle.
- 0:55Speaker 1: Welcome, and I'm so thankful you're here. Welcome back to
- 1:01Speaker 1: another episode of Life Without Struggle. My name is Aaron Lindauer,
- 1:04Speaker 1: and today's topic is the results you never knew were possible.
- 1:11Speaker 1: So women dramatically underestimate what is possible for your body
- 1:17Speaker 1: or who you are as a person, Your confidence, your life,
- 1:22Speaker 1: this identity that we carry because we operate, believe it
- 1:27Speaker 1: or not. We operate out of fear. We operate out
- 1:31Speaker 1: of a need for safety and that familiar space instead
- 1:36Speaker 1: of truly expanding into this amazing woman you are called
- 1:40Speaker 1: to be. So I want to talk about the truth,
- 1:44Speaker 1: the truth about what women really want. Okay, because all
- 1:49Speaker 1: y'all give me some safe number on the scale, and
- 1:52Speaker 1: you never fully go all in because you're scared you've
- 1:58Speaker 1: failed before. You give me a safe number on this
- 2:02Speaker 1: scale all day long. You give me something that's more
- 2:07Speaker 1: socially accepted, right, Like, oh, I'm never going to be
- 2:12Speaker 1: you know, what I was in high school, or I'm
- 2:15Speaker 1: never going to be what I was when I was married.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And I kind of chuckle because I sit here and say, well,
- 2:22Speaker 1: hey girl, Like all good, you do your goal, but
- 2:25Speaker 1: I actually am going to inspire you to what's actually
- 2:28Speaker 1: possible and maybe just maybe we're going to be better
- 2:33Speaker 1: than what we were when we got married, or maybe
- 2:36Speaker 1: we're going to be better than what we were when
- 2:39Speaker 1: we were in high school. Right. I know myself personally,
- 2:43Speaker 1: like leading up to our wedding day, like I you
- 2:46Speaker 1: know very much, was getting after it, lifting, doing the things.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And I remember one of my buddies saying when I
- 2:55Speaker 1: was standing at the altar, he came up to me
- 2:57Speaker 1: at the reception and he goes, you know, and I
- 3:00Speaker 1: was standing there chuckling to my or sitting there chuckling
- 3:03Speaker 1: to myself because I literally thought you were flexing at
- 3:07Speaker 1: the altar. And he goes, no, now, I just realize
- 3:12Speaker 1: you're pretty ripped right now. I was like, hell, yes, yes, exactly.
- 3:16Speaker 1: But it was something that was really important to me,
- 3:19Speaker 1: and obviously, being in this line of work, there's a
- 3:22Speaker 1: certain look that I want to have. And I even
- 3:26Speaker 1: kind of laugh now because I would tell you I
- 3:30Speaker 1: would compete with what I looked like when I got married.
- 3:35Speaker 1: And how cool is that? How cool is it to
- 3:38Speaker 1: continue to challenge yourself here into our forties and fifties
- 3:43Speaker 1: and actually be in better shape than you were at
- 3:47Speaker 1: what you quote unquote thought was your glory days. Now listen,
- 3:52Speaker 1: your goals are your goals. But I'm here to inspire
- 3:55Speaker 1: you that when you tell me i'd be happy with
- 3:58Speaker 1: losing ten pounds, I just want to be better. I
- 4:02Speaker 1: just want to feel better. I just want my clothes
- 4:05Speaker 1: to fit better. You know, Oh, Aaron, I don't need
- 4:08Speaker 1: anything crazy. But what if what if I really challenged
- 4:14Speaker 1: you to say, Hey, Aaron, I want to be confident.
- 4:18Speaker 1: I want to feel freedom, freedom to pick anything out
- 4:21Speaker 1: of my closet. What if you just want to have energy?
- 4:27Speaker 1: What if you just wanted to feel sexy, strong, confident?
- 4:31Speaker 1: You want to feel alive all day, every day. And honestly,
- 4:36Speaker 1: most women have forgotten. You've forgotten what's actually possible for you. Okay,
- 4:43Speaker 1: you're you're not dreaming anymore. And I know this because
- 4:47Speaker 1: I've personally been there myself. But here's where you are dreaming.
- 4:51Speaker 1: You're dreaming of a safe goal. Okay, now here's the deal.
- 4:56Speaker 1: Let's get you two safe goal. Cool. Okay, let's let's
- 5:00Speaker 1: get you two safe goal. And I love this. I
- 5:03Speaker 1: love when women get in my program. And you know,
- 5:06Speaker 1: I just had a client do this. She literally is
- 5:08Speaker 1: not even four months into my program. She's literally down
- 5:12Speaker 1: twenty pounds almost, and we already have had to set
- 5:15Speaker 1: a new goal. She goes, well, I guess I was
- 5:17Speaker 1: like definitely short selling myself. And I said to her,
- 5:21Speaker 1: I go, hey, with all respect, you didn't feel like
- 5:24Speaker 1: this was even possible to begin with, but you just
- 5:27Speaker 1: didn't have the path, you didn't have the coaching and support,
- 5:31Speaker 1: you didn't have the right strategy. So of course we
- 5:34Speaker 1: set a goal that at that moment we didn't think
- 5:38Speaker 1: was possible. And how cool is it now? How cool
- 5:42Speaker 1: is it now that three months, almost four months in,
- 5:46Speaker 1: you're setting a new goal. Can you imagine I can
- 5:49Speaker 1: because I do this right, I do this day in
- 5:52Speaker 1: and day out. This is my specialty. This is what
- 5:54Speaker 1: I went to school for. You know. Believe it or not,
- 5:57Speaker 1: there is a degree in exercise science formerly known as kinesiology.
- 6:02Speaker 1: It is actually a pre med degree. It's very science
- 6:05Speaker 1: heavy driven, lots of physiology, biomechanics, physics of the body.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Oh god, I took physics too. Oh, let me tell
- 6:12Speaker 1: you this. So I took physics. It was literally one
- 6:16Speaker 1: of the last classes that I took. So I had
- 6:18Speaker 1: physics in my internship, which my internship was really cool
- 6:21Speaker 1: because I got to work with athletes and you know,
- 6:25Speaker 1: just wasn't really sure where I was going to go,
- 6:27Speaker 1: where I was going to land, and I learned so
- 6:30Speaker 1: much about performance, speed, agility. It was just it was
- 6:35Speaker 1: really really fun. And then there was physics. Okay, so
- 6:39Speaker 1: this is a complete side note that I'm going to
- 6:40Speaker 1: tell you guys, But I took physics at night with
- 6:44Speaker 1: a bunch of other exercise science students and pre med students,
- 6:49Speaker 1: so our physics was more medically driven. And our professor
- 6:55Speaker 1: thought he was really cute. Okay, so he was not
- 6:59Speaker 1: a full time professor, and he was just coming in
- 7:02Speaker 1: trying to show everybody whose boss. Okay. So we had
- 7:07Speaker 1: a multiple choice physics exam. Now, for anyone that knows physics,
- 7:14Speaker 1: that's not cool. Okay, we should be working a really
- 7:17Speaker 1: long problem and working through it and applying all the
- 7:21Speaker 1: things that we have learned, not a multiple choice test. Okay.
- 7:25Speaker 1: That literally everyone failed. And I remember going to my
- 7:28Speaker 1: advisor going, oh my god, am I gonna graduate? Because
- 7:31Speaker 1: you can't fail. You can't fail physics, okay. And he
- 7:35Speaker 1: ended up getting fired and all of us got curved.
- 7:39Speaker 1: And I think it's literally the only c I got,
- 7:41Speaker 1: but I got to see in physics. But I was
- 7:44Speaker 1: just like this knucklehead. Okay. So anyways, but believe it
- 7:49Speaker 1: or not, there's a lot of science in what we
- 7:52Speaker 1: do and what when you're a woman here in this
- 7:55Speaker 1: perimenopause menopausal space of life and you're spinning your wheels
- 7:59Speaker 1: trying all these different meal plans, these diets, these workout plans,
- 8:04Speaker 1: and you're not seeing results. I'm here to tell you
- 8:07Speaker 1: it's not working with your body in this perimenopausal, menopausal
- 8:11Speaker 1: space of life where your body changed. Okay, your physiology
- 8:16Speaker 1: has changed, and we need to do things differently, but
- 8:20Speaker 1: we also need to dream again. And here's what I
- 8:24Speaker 1: know is most women talk themselves out of investing in yourself. Okay,
- 8:31Speaker 1: and here's where I want to trigger you. Because you'll
- 8:35Speaker 1: invest in vacations, you'll invest in your kids, you'll invest
- 8:40Speaker 1: in their sports, you'll invest in your home, you'll invest
- 8:44Speaker 1: in everyone else. But when it comes to you, oh
- 8:50Speaker 1: oh no, no, no, no, suddenly something's too expensive. It's
- 8:53Speaker 1: not the right time. We're feeling selfish. We're feeling I
- 8:57Speaker 1: should be able to figure this out on my own.
- 9:01Speaker 1: But I'm going to call this out. Okay, you have
- 9:04Speaker 1: a fear. You have a fear of failure. Here's a
- 9:08Speaker 1: funny one. You have a fear of success. You have
- 9:12Speaker 1: a fear of actually having to change. You have a
- 9:16Speaker 1: fear of being seen, and you have a fear of
- 9:21Speaker 1: becoming someone new. Most women are not afraid of wasting money,
- 9:29Speaker 1: they're afraid of becoming different, becoming a new version of you.
- 9:36Speaker 1: And this fear of change and expansion is what I
- 9:39Speaker 1: want to dive deeper into, because this is really the
- 9:42Speaker 1: sauce of what I want to speak about today. Is
- 9:46Speaker 1: you say you want weight loss, you say you want
- 9:50Speaker 1: this confidence, you want the transformation, But this is subconscious.
- 9:56Speaker 1: You have a fear that you're going to outgrow relationships.
- 10:01Speaker 1: You have a fear about actually changing. Oh shoot, like
- 10:05Speaker 1: I am going to have to eat differently? What am
- 10:08Speaker 1: I gonna do when I go to my friends or
- 10:10Speaker 1: the party or football, or when I go on vacation
- 10:13Speaker 1: or when you know we're having people over at the pool,
- 10:16Speaker 1: Like what am I gonna have to do? You're you're
- 10:20Speaker 1: you're scared of being judged, Like, oh gosh, my friends
- 10:23Speaker 1: are just gonna call me skinny, or they're gonna they're
- 10:25Speaker 1: they're gonna be like, what are you doing? Oh you
- 10:27Speaker 1: on that GLP one. You're afraid you're gonna stand out.
- 10:32Speaker 1: You're afraid of having to maintain a new standard because
- 10:39Speaker 1: staying the same. This is what I'm gonna call out
- 10:42Speaker 1: is staying the same feels familiar, even when it's painful
- 10:47Speaker 1: and you don't want it and you're frustrated every damn
- 10:50Speaker 1: time you go to put clothes on. You got to
- 10:53Speaker 1: put a bathing suit on. It's painful. And as you
- 10:57Speaker 1: truly begin to change, you will notice that some people
- 11:03Speaker 1: become uncomfortable because your growth reminds them where they're not growing.
- 11:10Speaker 1: So this will check your friends, this will check your girlfriends.
- 11:13Speaker 1: They will question what are you doing? Why are you
- 11:16Speaker 1: doing that? So you give me a safe goal, and I,
- 11:22Speaker 1: as a coach and someone who's been in this space
- 11:24Speaker 1: for two decades, I see what's possible. I see what's
- 11:28Speaker 1: possible because I have now coached into the thousands of women,
- 11:33Speaker 1: believe it or not, into the thousands. I have also
- 11:37Speaker 1: done this powerful work on myself. I'm actually going back
- 11:41Speaker 1: through this doing this work on myself. Been working through
- 11:45Speaker 1: this darn injury that I had. I sublaxed a rib
- 11:49Speaker 1: gosh probably eight nine weeks now, And ladies, just to
- 11:54Speaker 1: let you know, I am binge pressing fifty five right now.
- 11:58Speaker 1: I did the bar last week. I got fifty five
- 12:01Speaker 1: pounds on the bar and it has been humbling. Just
- 12:04Speaker 1: full disclosure. I was benching well over one hundred and
- 12:07Speaker 1: feeling pretty damn good about myself. But even myself, I
- 12:12Speaker 1: have to go through this and work on these things,
- 12:16Speaker 1: and as frustrating as it is, I put a bathing
- 12:19Speaker 1: suit on this last weekend and I was like, oh, dang,
- 12:23Speaker 1: I really like let myself go this much. And I mean,
- 12:27Speaker 1: it's what happens. It can happen in an injury. And
- 12:29Speaker 1: I'd love to say I'm immune, but I'm not. And
- 12:33Speaker 1: I've punched my body fat up not you know, anywhere
- 12:36Speaker 1: where I was, but I've let myself get a little bit,
- 12:39Speaker 1: you know, softer than what I was. But in respect,
- 12:42Speaker 1: I was working through an injury and not you know,
- 12:45Speaker 1: not that you can't eat well when you're working through something,
- 12:49Speaker 1: but full disclosure, I've been eating the things and it's
- 12:51Speaker 1: all good. I've atrophied, lost some muscle mass, but even myself,
- 12:58Speaker 1: I know what to do and I had to turn
- 13:00Speaker 1: it back on. And you know, I'm really excited to like, Okay,
- 13:04Speaker 1: do not take this for granted. Is really what my
- 13:08Speaker 1: lesson is. Is My lesson is, you know, sometimes shit happens, okay,
- 13:13Speaker 1: and you work through a darn injury and it happens.
- 13:17Speaker 1: You know, I'm happy to report that I have worked
- 13:20Speaker 1: through probably two things in my lifetime and that, you know,
- 13:24Speaker 1: that's pretty darn good and things do happen because I
- 13:27Speaker 1: was like, what did I do wrong? And I didn't
- 13:30Speaker 1: do anything wrong. It just was a really crummy position
- 13:34Speaker 1: when I was setting a weight down and this is
- 13:36Speaker 1: where you have to respect the weights, especially when you
- 13:40Speaker 1: are lifting heavier, and it was. This has been a
- 13:42Speaker 1: very humbling reminder of myself. But I also am very
- 13:48Speaker 1: trained and very skilled to say, hey girl, we can
- 13:51Speaker 1: turn it back on. Okay, so full disclosure. Let myself
- 13:55Speaker 1: get up to like eighteen nineteen percent body fat where
- 13:58Speaker 1: I really really liked it, hang out around fifteen percent
- 14:02Speaker 1: body fat okay, So still incredible numbers by most people's standards.
- 14:08Speaker 1: And I only share that because I have raised my
- 14:12Speaker 1: standard when it comes to my health, my body esthetically,
- 14:16Speaker 1: how it looks, and it's a good thing. So I
- 14:21Speaker 1: want to call out the safe number and tell you
- 14:24Speaker 1: what is possible for your body. When you say you
- 14:29Speaker 1: just want to lose ten fifteen pounds, when you say
- 14:33Speaker 1: I just want to fit in my clothes again, and
- 14:36Speaker 1: internally I know what you're thinking. You have no idea
- 14:41Speaker 1: what's possible for you. This is not just a physical transformation.
- 14:48Speaker 1: This is an emotional, mental, energetic transformation because most women
- 14:56Speaker 1: really underestimate they're a body's ability to change. Like you
- 15:01Speaker 1: don't actually think your results are possible until all of
- 15:05Speaker 1: a sudden you get in a program like mine, and
- 15:07Speaker 1: you're just like, I never thought I could do this,
- 15:10Speaker 1: and then VOI la, we're seeing new numbers and it's
- 15:13Speaker 1: pretty cool. Guys, Like, I know, I know, I spew
- 15:16Speaker 1: all this stuff all the time, but I really want
- 15:19Speaker 1: to inspire you that there's more out there for you.
- 15:23Speaker 1: We got to get you to this first place, and
- 15:25Speaker 1: here's where. If you're fighting weight loss, tooth and nail, Okay,
- 15:29Speaker 1: maybe you're in my program and you're not seeing it
- 15:33Speaker 1: move the way you want to move, I'm here to
- 15:35Speaker 1: tell you stop fighting it. Okay, this takes getting a
- 15:39Speaker 1: little uncomfortable, a little bit longer than we really want to,
- 15:43Speaker 1: but man, I will tell you being on the other
- 15:46Speaker 1: side feels so incredibly good all day every day because
- 15:51Speaker 1: you really underestimate your body's ability to change, how much
- 15:57Speaker 1: inflammation you're actually carrying, and what you're actually doing is
- 16:01Speaker 1: causing the inflammation. See, we run labs and it's really
- 16:05Speaker 1: important to understand what's going on under the hood. But
- 16:10Speaker 1: so many women want to blame what's going on with
- 16:13Speaker 1: their hormones whatever, inflammation, and what are we doing about it?
- 16:19Speaker 1: I see women day in and day out, very wired,
- 16:24Speaker 1: but tired, very inflamed. They're pushing their adrenals. You're stressed,
- 16:31Speaker 1: beyond stressed. But what's causing it? We are, okay, life,
- 16:38Speaker 1: the things that we're actually in control of, maybe not
- 16:42Speaker 1: so in control of, but we're actually in control of.
- 16:45Speaker 1: And so when you're fighting your body and your body
- 16:48Speaker 1: feels puffy and flamed, bloated, when hormones are not exactly
- 16:52Speaker 1: where they should be, When we're you know, wired but tired,
- 16:55Speaker 1: our adrenals are shot, who's fault? Who do we have
- 17:01Speaker 1: to blame? There's not a pill okay to fix all
- 17:05Speaker 1: of that. Well, there's no you get no stress today pill.
- 17:08Speaker 1: I wish that'd be cool, but there is no pill
- 17:12Speaker 1: for that. But there is a lifestyle, a mindset and energy,
- 17:19Speaker 1: an identity around being stressed all the time. Now, listen,
- 17:24Speaker 1: some of you guys, hands down, you're going through some
- 17:27Speaker 1: tough stuff. And I do not want to discount anything
- 17:29Speaker 1: that anyone's going through. Okay, We've had a fair amount
- 17:33Speaker 1: of stress personally, and I get it. But I also
- 17:37Speaker 1: decided a long time ago that I am not gonna
- 17:40Speaker 1: wear stress like a badge of honor because it doesn't
- 17:43Speaker 1: serve me. Telling people I'm so stressed out, I'm so tired,
- 17:47Speaker 1: I'm so whatever, does not serve anyone. It doesn't solve
- 17:52Speaker 1: it either. It doesn't make me feel better. Okay, I'm
- 17:55Speaker 1: allowed to be frustrated. I'm allowed to, you know, dice
- 18:00Speaker 1: things and design what I want to be done differently. Okay,
- 18:06Speaker 1: but if you're constantly blaming and underestimating and saying you
- 18:11Speaker 1: can't lose weight, listen, it's not reel. You give me
- 18:16Speaker 1: your safe goal, and I see your potential all day
- 18:20Speaker 1: every day. And so here's what I'm gonna coach and
- 18:24Speaker 1: teach you now is you have to go all in.
- 18:27Speaker 1: The difference between women who see good results and who
- 18:30Speaker 1: don't are the women who just go all in. You
- 18:33Speaker 1: stop being one toe in, one toe out. How can
- 18:36Speaker 1: I perfectly get my macros and oop, I got one
- 18:39Speaker 1: hundred and fifty By god, I'm gonna go get me
- 18:42Speaker 1: my hundred and fifty calories. Okay, I know you guys
- 18:44Speaker 1: are out there because I see you. I see all
- 18:46Speaker 1: my macro counters and I am here to kill the
- 18:50Speaker 1: macro counting one person at a time. I'm saying this
- 18:53Speaker 1: in love and respect. Macro counting absolutely is important. There's
- 18:57Speaker 1: rhyme and reason around it. But some of you guys
- 19:00Speaker 1: who are dying on the vine for your fifteen sixteen
- 19:04Speaker 1: hundred calories and oop, I got one hundred and fifty left,
- 19:07Speaker 1: I'm going to go find that in the cabinet. Listen,
- 19:10Speaker 1: let that go. If you had a solid breakfast, a
- 19:13Speaker 1: solid lunch, a solid dinner, and you feel good and
- 19:18Speaker 1: you haven't hit your macros your calories, let it go. Okay, cool,
- 19:22Speaker 1: We're just in a little bit deeper of a calorie deficit.
- 19:25Speaker 1: And here's what I'm going to tell you. There's about
- 19:27Speaker 1: a twenty percent swing. So when you're dabbling, you're half trying,
- 19:34Speaker 1: you're collecting information. I have women get on calls with
- 19:39Speaker 1: me considering or looking at my coaching program, and sometimes
- 19:42Speaker 1: they have no clue the call that they actually booked.
- 19:45Speaker 1: And I get that. I got to do a better
- 19:47Speaker 1: job of helping you better understand here's what I do.
- 19:50Speaker 1: But if you're coming on a call with me to
- 19:52Speaker 1: collect information, that's not what a call with me is.
- 19:56Speaker 1: About a call with me is for me to understand
- 20:00Speaker 1: where are you at, what is going on in your life,
- 20:04Speaker 1: and then leading you through a powerful conversation to make
- 20:08Speaker 1: a decision. Is this the right program for me? Can
- 20:12Speaker 1: I help her achieve the result that she wants? And,
- 20:15Speaker 1: believe it or not, there are some women I do say, hey, listen,
- 20:20Speaker 1: my program is not a good fit for you. Can
- 20:22Speaker 1: you believe that?
- 20:24Speaker 2: Right?
- 20:25Speaker 1: So when you decide to go all in and you
- 20:29Speaker 1: make a commitment, I want you to understand that weight
- 20:33Speaker 1: loss can be easy and effortless. I know those words
- 20:37Speaker 1: don't always go together, and that's what I teach. But
- 20:42Speaker 1: this is never going to be convenient. Okay, there's not
- 20:46Speaker 1: even a full guarantee around it. You got to actually
- 20:49Speaker 1: do the work. But you're going to do this because
- 20:52Speaker 1: your life matters. Your health matters, You matter. Your life
- 20:58Speaker 1: will change the moment you stop negotiating with your potential.
- 21:05Speaker 1: And this is something where I want to call out
- 21:09Speaker 1: that there's a ripple effect to losing weight and getting
- 21:14Speaker 1: in really killer shape. Okay, so when you think this
- 21:19Speaker 1: journey is just about losing weight looking better fitting in clothes,
- 21:24Speaker 1: you're missing a big point. Okay, everyone around you is
- 21:28Speaker 1: going to feel your transformation. You have a new aura
- 21:33Speaker 1: that gives off I had a client say this to
- 21:35Speaker 1: me today. She said, I have random people telling me
- 21:39Speaker 1: at the gas station filling up my car that I
- 21:41Speaker 1: look pretty, and I go, well, because you do. But
- 21:46Speaker 1: she said, I just I have a different feeling right now.
- 21:50Speaker 1: And I said, yeah, you're stepping into a new identity
- 21:54Speaker 1: and you're giving off this new energy, this new vibration
- 21:58Speaker 1: because the ripple effect you don't realize. By you taking
- 22:01Speaker 1: care of yourself, even if you're not at your goal weight,
- 22:05Speaker 1: you're going to give off this new vibe of a
- 22:07Speaker 1: woman who's in control, a woman who is not wearing
- 22:11Speaker 1: her stress like a badge of honor. You're going to
- 22:14Speaker 1: have an energy about you, a confidence about you, patience,
- 22:19Speaker 1: believe it or not, You're going to have a new
- 22:22Speaker 1: standard and this is the leader that you are. Okay,
- 22:27Speaker 1: your kids are going to start seeing a stronger mom.
- 22:31Speaker 1: Oh my god. Your husband is going to see a
- 22:36Speaker 1: more alive, confident wife who maybe initiates things a little
- 22:41Speaker 1: bit more. Your friends see your possibility. They're going to
- 22:45Speaker 1: encourage you more to do the things that you really
- 22:48Speaker 1: want to do. Your workplace is going to see your confidence.
- 22:52Speaker 1: You're going to speak up more, You're going to share
- 22:55Speaker 1: your ideas because you're powerful, you're strong, you're confident when
- 23:00Speaker 1: you heal. When a woman heals, she elevates and expands
- 23:05Speaker 1: in all directions, and everything around you is going to
- 23:08Speaker 1: get better. But here's a trade off. Okay, are you
- 23:12Speaker 1: ready for this? Sometimes this journey will feel lonely. You're
- 23:17Speaker 1: going to feel like nobody else around you gets it. Okay,
- 23:22Speaker 1: you're gonna feel like nobody else's standards are the same.
- 23:27Speaker 1: Why would you want to order pizza again? Damn it?
- 23:31Speaker 1: Because who doesn't love pizza? But you're you're You're gonna
- 23:35Speaker 1: have different conversations, okay, and not everyone's gonna be on
- 23:40Speaker 1: board with you. It's okay, you level up. Other people
- 23:46Speaker 1: will come, but don't expect them to come at the
- 23:48Speaker 1: same pace. This can always be tricky with husbands and wives, okay,
- 23:53Speaker 1: because as you're getting healthier and stronger and feeling better.
- 23:58Speaker 1: You know, husbands and you know, I don't love this,
- 24:00Speaker 1: but they can say don't get too skinny, and all
- 24:03Speaker 1: that is is a reflection of their confidence. Okay, Like,
- 24:08Speaker 1: because he doesn't even mean that you're looking too skinny.
- 24:11Speaker 1: He's afraid that you're doing something that's going to make
- 24:15Speaker 1: him feel bad about himself. And that's a tough one.
- 24:18Speaker 1: You can navigate that, okay. But growth often requires outgrowing
- 24:25Speaker 1: what felt normal. Okay. So here's what's actually possible. You
- 24:34Speaker 1: have confidence that you never knew existed. You may feel
- 24:38Speaker 1: confident now, okay, and I love that. I love when
- 24:41Speaker 1: women feel confident at any space. But you're going to
- 24:47Speaker 1: have a different level of feeling sexy okay, and that
- 24:52Speaker 1: is a powerful thing for women when we feel good
- 24:55Speaker 1: in our own skin, when we take care of ourselves differently,
- 25:00Speaker 1: You're just going to tick at a different frequency. You're
- 25:04Speaker 1: gonna have peace around your food, your energy, freedom. You're
- 25:09Speaker 1: going to feel a freedom, and you will realize how
- 25:12Speaker 1: capable you are. You're more capable than you believed was possible.
- 25:18Speaker 1: The greatest transformation is realizing you were actually never stuck.
- 25:23Speaker 1: You just were limited by what you thought was possible.
- 25:28Speaker 1: So I know you're listening to this and you're feeling like, man,
- 25:32Speaker 1: i've been playing small. You've been talking yourself out of it. Okay,
- 25:38Speaker 1: You've been settling, you've been playing safe. So I want
- 25:43Speaker 1: you to understand that, yeah, this happens. It happens to
- 25:46Speaker 1: the best of us. But it's okay to understand that
- 25:50Speaker 1: there are results that you never knew were possible, and
- 25:54Speaker 1: it's okay to hire a competent coach who understands how
- 25:57Speaker 1: to get you there. And here's what I will tell
- 25:59Speaker 1: you is, yes, it's an investment all day, every day. Okay,
- 26:03Speaker 1: there's an investment to be had because when you have
- 26:06Speaker 1: an energy exchange, you're going to view this a little
- 26:10Speaker 1: bit differently. You're going to think differently about your food.
- 26:13Speaker 1: You know. I always found it interesting when we had
- 26:16Speaker 1: our in person personal training facility and anytime someone said, gosh,
- 26:21Speaker 1: your personal training is expensive, and I'm like expensive compared
- 26:25Speaker 1: to what like the nine dollars gym membership down the road,
- 26:28Speaker 1: like not the same, Like you have someone coaching you
- 26:32Speaker 1: side by side, checking your form, writing your workouts. And
- 26:36Speaker 1: then we went to the extense of doing nutrition and
- 26:39Speaker 1: accountability you know, years before you know that was even
- 26:42Speaker 1: cool to do because we understood that you can't just
- 26:46Speaker 1: work out and expect to see results. You actually have
- 26:49Speaker 1: to do all of these things. So when you look
- 26:51Speaker 1: at a program and you say, gush, that's expensive, expensive
- 26:56Speaker 1: compared to what you know. GBT well, of course, but
- 27:02Speaker 1: chat chibt is not gonna hold you accountable. CHATCHEBT is
- 27:06Speaker 1: not gonna say, you know, hey, girl, you're eating too
- 27:08Speaker 1: much processed food. You know this is never going to
- 27:10Speaker 1: get you where you want to go. You know, CHATCHEBT
- 27:13Speaker 1: is not going to call you out on your bullshit. Okay,
- 27:16Speaker 1: right now, that's in love and respect. But it's because
- 27:19Speaker 1: you had this exchange, and because you have a coach
- 27:22Speaker 1: who cares so much about you that you see these results,
- 27:27Speaker 1: even if it means we have to have an uncomfortable conversation. Now.
- 27:31Speaker 1: I'm probably freaking most of you guys out right now,
- 27:33Speaker 1: and that's okay, But I just want you to understand
- 27:36Speaker 1: what is possible for yourself, because even myself, I set
- 27:41Speaker 1: very very small goals. Okay, I remember telling myself, you know,
- 27:45Speaker 1: if I just get to one hundred and twenty three pounds. Now,
- 27:48Speaker 1: for anyone out there, I am a shorty and so
- 27:50Speaker 1: my numbers are my numbers. But when I got there,
- 27:54Speaker 1: I was sitting at twenty percent body fat. Now, for
- 27:56Speaker 1: a lot of people, twenty percent body fat is a
- 27:59Speaker 1: fantastic place to be for a lot of women, it
- 28:01Speaker 1: actually is for myself, it just didn't look the way
- 28:07Speaker 1: I wanted to look, and so I had to get
- 28:11Speaker 1: very very unattached with number one the scale and then
- 28:15Speaker 1: number two for the look that I wanted.
- 28:18Speaker 2: Now.
- 28:19Speaker 1: I wanted to be probably more jacked than most women,
- 28:22Speaker 1: and most women don't use those words, but like, there
- 28:25Speaker 1: was a next level of tone that I wanted for myself,
- 28:30Speaker 1: and it required me to get to fifteen percent body
- 28:33Speaker 1: fat and that's where personally I felt really alive. And
- 28:38Speaker 1: so you know, here, I've punched myself up to that
- 28:41Speaker 1: like eighteen nineteen percent, which is still a fantastic place
- 28:44Speaker 1: to be. It's still very healthy. But I know for
- 28:47Speaker 1: myself personally and the level in which I want to
- 28:50Speaker 1: operate and tick, I got to get back there and
- 28:53Speaker 1: it's not going to take me very long. And that's
- 28:55Speaker 1: that's the cool thing about this. But quit playing small.
- 29:00Speaker 1: I can only say this because I personally was doing
- 29:04Speaker 1: this myself, but I didn't realize what was possible until
- 29:08Speaker 1: I was just kind of looking at my numbers, looking
- 29:10Speaker 1: in the mirror, and you know, I was having a
- 29:12Speaker 1: candid conversation with my husband, who you know, happens to
- 29:16Speaker 1: do this stuff as well, and you know, runs our
- 29:19Speaker 1: business with me. And he was like, he's got to
- 29:22Speaker 1: hang on a little bit longer and go a little
- 29:24Speaker 1: bit deeper. And I'm like, kowo, thanks coach. So consider
- 29:30Speaker 1: what have you not considered? What have you not considered
- 29:34Speaker 1: that when you consider it, it truly is going to
- 29:36Speaker 1: unlock a new level for you. What if you walked
- 29:39Speaker 1: in your closet and literally everything looked banging. What if
- 29:44Speaker 1: you put on the bathing suit this summer, whether it
- 29:47Speaker 1: was a two piece tankinie one piece, but you freaking
- 29:51Speaker 1: rocked it and you felt on fire. What if you
- 29:56Speaker 1: initiated sex more with your husband because you just feel good?
- 30:02Speaker 1: Can you imagine? And So if you're out there struggling
- 30:06Speaker 1: and not knowing what to do, you're feeling like you
- 30:09Speaker 1: need some help, book a call with me, hit me
- 30:12Speaker 1: up on any socials and let's change your flip in life.
- 30:16Speaker 1: Everyone thinks this is about weight loss, hormones whatever, and
- 30:19Speaker 1: it is, but it's really about the woman that you're
- 30:22Speaker 1: going to become. I'm going to stretch you and grow you.
- 30:26Speaker 1: That's what I do. I'm a leader, I have a
- 30:28Speaker 1: standard and I want that for you, and I know
- 30:31Speaker 1: that that is possible, and it's actually not hard. Okay,
- 30:34Speaker 1: none of this is hard. Anything that I ask you
- 30:37Speaker 1: to do is everything that I do personally. So let's
- 30:40Speaker 1: make this easy and effortless and get you some banging results.
- 30:44Speaker 1: All right, Take care,
