- 0:00Speaker: I see all good people now.
- 0:02Speaker: Now, we are inherently born this way.
- 0:18Speaker: This is the history of Homo sapiens.
- 0:25Speaker: We are a gentle and kind race.
- 0:29Speaker: As much as we can also be the opposite.
- 0:32Speaker: We are collaborative and we are group-oriented.
- 0:37Speaker: As well, we can be very much the opposite.
- 0:41Speaker: By and large, we are sociable.
- 0:52Speaker: And we are all bundles of miracles.
- 1:01Speaker: Oftentimes people don't think very deeply.
- 1:04Speaker: They're caught up in the game of life as our twenty first century has evolved it.
- 1:12Speaker: Running around attempting to satisfy their egos and the egos of others.
- 1:20Speaker: It is a really swirling kaleidoscope of moments.
- 1:31Speaker: What can we do about this if this is something that appears unsavory before one self?
- 1:39Speaker: Pause.
- 1:40Speaker: Breathe.
- 1:43Speaker: Remember the essence of one's own being.
- 1:47Speaker: This is a simple way.
- 1:49Speaker: Just to remember whom you are.
- 1:52Speaker: You are a bundle of miracles.
- 1:54Speaker: You can pinch yourself if you wish, not too hard.
- 1:59Speaker: Remember through this touch the warmth you are emanating, and remember everything else underneath.
- 2:08Speaker: The generations or forebearers who've come before us uniquely each and begin to swell like a seed getting ready to sprout, in essence, be born.
- 2:26Speaker: Its leaves, its receptivity to the outside environment, one's mind, one's senses, as are interface with this physical reality.
- 2:39Speaker: Nurture thyself.
- 2:44Speaker: To thine own self be true.
- 2:47Speaker: Know thyself.
- 2:48Speaker: These are good words to hear and reinforce one's own self goals.
- 2:54Speaker: Evolution, realization, mindful meditation is one of many paths.
- 3:04Speaker: Each of us is unique.
- 3:08Speaker: Ultimately, every path is unique, also.
- 3:13Speaker: We're talking common sense here.
- 3:20Speaker: We're not talking about aspects of our society where pathways have been cultivated and now they're stuck in some thesis that's growing older by the year.
- 3:43Speaker: We're talking about the dynamic and flexible, adaptable adaptations of creation, evolution, of being here now.
- 3:57Speaker: We know a great deal more in many ways of our earth today than we did even two hundred years ago.
- 4:09Speaker: And two hundred years is not a very long time in the scope of our world.
- 4:15Speaker: In the scope of even a thousand years, or two thousand years.
- 4:21Speaker: It is nothing.
- 4:22Speaker: Two hundred years.
- 4:24Speaker: Remembering two hundred years ago, let's just round it off to make it easy and say the year eighteen hundred.
- 4:36Speaker: Two thousand, eighteen hundred, two hundred years.
- 4:41Speaker: Reflecting upon the atrocities and the abuse of our fellow beings, people, beings like ourselves, our ancestors actually, being abused or as an abuser.
- 5:00Speaker: I don't mean even necessarily in an aggressive and ugly or negative way.
- 5:08Speaker: It may be that one is born into a civilization where certain abusiveness is condoned.
- 5:16Speaker: So it is natural.
- 5:19Speaker: It is a half-truth, a misunderstanding of the order of creation.
- 5:28Speaker: Because it's our family that we're talking about.
- 5:34Speaker: It is the family of mankind.
- 5:37Speaker: It is what we are doing to each other.
- 5:44Speaker: We speak of enemies, we speak of forms of governance, we speak of religions and traditions, we speak of so many things.
- 5:57Speaker: And yet fundamentally we are all the same.
- 6:03Speaker: Ninety-nine point six percent the same.
- 6:06Speaker: Yeah.
- 6:07Speaker: No matter what color, sex, culture, viewpoint, we are all cousins.
- 6:18Speaker: Homo sapiens.
- 6:20Speaker: Being here now, remembering how special life is and how lucky, how fortunate we are.
- 6:36Speaker: Being calm, looking at ourselves and our world objectively for self-improvement.
- 6:49Speaker: Where can I improve today?
- 6:51Speaker: What can I do better or what can I do less if I'm doing things bad in my mind?
- 6:59Speaker: How can I improve?
- 7:04Speaker: Are these not good questions to consider?
- 7:08Speaker: Of course they are.
- 7:11Speaker: How can I be a better human being?
- 7:16Speaker: Shining in this shining.
- 7:23Speaker: Being thankful, being humble, being here, realizing whom we are.
- 7:39Speaker: There are a great many concepts, ideas beginning to bubble and trickle up from the depth of this beginning of the Aquarian age.
- 7:56Speaker: Be open-minded.
- 7:58Speaker: Know enough to know we know very little.
- 8:03Speaker: We actually don't even know what our ancestry is.
- 8:09Speaker: We don't actually know our own provenance in or role in the universe.
- 8:20Speaker: We really don't know very much at all.
- 8:26Speaker: I know we know a lot.
- 8:29Speaker: I'm not doubting that.
- 8:31Speaker: I'm not disagreeing with that thought or positive direction.
- 8:36Speaker: I'm just saying.
- 8:38Speaker: When you consider we can only comprehend one thousandth of one percent of the electromagnetic spectrum's range of energy, where does that leave us?
- 8:54Speaker: It's like a needle pinprick on our body's skin.
- 9:02Speaker: The rest is unfelt, the rest is unknown.
- 9:06Speaker: And when we really think about ourselves, it's actually even true in this context.
- 9:11Speaker: How aware are we of ourselves?
- 9:14Speaker: Look around you, look at you, look at your reflection.
- 9:18Speaker: How well are you learning your lessons in life?
- 9:23Speaker: How much room do you have to improve?
- 9:27Speaker: Making little steps.
- 9:31Speaker: It is easy to do, and it is just as easy to falter.
- 9:36Speaker: So one needs a sense of consistency to add up more positive than negative.
- 9:44Speaker: Our nature is oscillating, just like our energy of creation, which permeates everything.
- 9:55Speaker: Remembering often as one may, we are bundles of miracles, all of us, and when we are intelligently thinking, humbled by the immensity of all we might consider.
- 10:26Speaker: And if we are wise enough, thankful for being able to think.
- 10:37Speaker: Moments keep passing.
- 10:45Speaker: Please stay diligent in one's own evolution.
- 10:50Speaker: We need help mankind.
- 10:53Speaker: Mankind needs to help itself.
- 10:56Speaker: We are the stewards of our world, of this planet.
- 11:01Speaker: Let's make ourselves proud of our accomplishments, all of them.
- 11:07Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
- 11:14Speaker: Please have a fabulous day.
- 11:17Speaker: Thinking, accumulating wisdom and positive experience.
