SPEAKER_01: I'm like, man, that means we ain't gonna have no show.
10:32
SPEAKER_01: I'm not doing that shit.
10:35
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they think I'm stupid.
10:38
SPEAKER_01: If I would have turned myself in at 6 a.m., they would have just had me in that bitch waiting on the judge, and then they might have taken forever.
10:45
SPEAKER_01: Next thing I know, I'm I'm in there the whole weekend, then I can't get out till Monday sometime, and we wouldn't even have no show on Friday or Monday.
10:55
SPEAKER_01: I'm not letting that happen.
10:57
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, look, Felicia said, plus it's the weekend, yeah.
11:01
SPEAKER_01: Uh-uh.
11:02
SPEAKER_01: Don't even try it.
11:05
SPEAKER_01: Don't even try it.
11:07
SPEAKER_01: Don't even try it.
11:28
SPEAKER_01: So now that now that I done told y'all about my court shit.
11:34
SPEAKER_01: Now that I done told y'all about my court shit.
11:47
SPEAKER_01: Let me tell y'all about let's talk about Diddy's court shit.
11:54
SPEAKER_01: Let's talk about Diddy's court shit.
12:03
SPEAKER_01: So what's going on?
12:07
SPEAKER_01: Diddy Diddy talking about um every day, this was a quote from Diddy.
12:28
SPEAKER_01: Every day he stays in prison or jail, he is one day closer to being a free man.
12:38
SPEAKER_01: That was his major quote.
12:43
SPEAKER_01: That was his major quote from the court case yesterday.
12:49
SPEAKER_01: So let's get into it.
12:58
SPEAKER_01: Diddy returns to court a week before he faces sentencing.
13:04
SPEAKER_01: Diddy gives heartfilled speech.
13:07
SPEAKER_01: Judge plans a speedy ruling whether charges can be dropped against Sean Diddy Combs.
13:12
SPEAKER_01: Let's go into that one first.
13:20
SPEAKER_01: Judge plans speedy ruling on whether charges can be dropped against Sean Diddy Combs.
13:30
SPEAKER_01: We all know yesterday they had a um a ruling, or not a ruling, I'm sorry, a hearing on whether or not they are gonna drop the charges.
13:43
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I mean, I'm sorry.
13:45
SPEAKER_01: Uh uh overturn the like uh conviction, acquit him uh of the man act, or give him a new trial, or say shut the fuck up, kick rocks with flip-flops.
14:01
SPEAKER_01: So they had a hearing yesterday.
14:05
SPEAKER_01: A federal judge said after this hearing, he'll rule very shortly on a final bid by defense lawyers to get him to toss out two prostitution-related convictions that Sean Diddy Combs is scheduled to be sentenced for next week.
14:28
SPEAKER_01: Judge Aaron Subbermanian listened to nearly 90 minutes of arguments by lawyers over whether the charges were properly brought against the Grammy-winning hip hop producer.
14:41
SPEAKER_01: Combs, 55, is scheduled to be sentenced on October 3rd in Manhattan for his conviction on two counts, alleging that he arranged interstate travel for people engaged in prostitution.
14:57
SPEAKER_01: Defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro urged the judge to toss out two violations of the MAN Act that resulted in conviction, saying the infamous law had racist and sexist origins that are well documented and beyond dispute.
15:15
SPEAKER_01: The jury acquitted him of sex trafficking and racketeering conspiracy charges that carry the potential penalty of life in prison.
15:29
SPEAKER_01: The whole history of the statute is really uh the whole history of the statue is really, I would submit, an embarrassment to the United States of America, is what Alexandra Shapiro said.
15:44
SPEAKER_01: She said the whole law is an embarrassment.
15:50
SPEAKER_01: But Diddy isn't an embarrassment.
15:54
SPEAKER_01: So the law is embarrassed is an embarrassment, but not Diddy.
16:20
SPEAKER_01: She said this is an embarrassment.
16:26
SPEAKER_01: The whole statute is an embarrassment.
16:30
SPEAKER_01: They talking shit, y'all.
16:34
SPEAKER_01: Prior to the trial, the judge declined to throw out charges, and he sounded skeptical at times as Shapiro pressed her arguments that Combs was improperly convicted.
16:51
SPEAKER_01: Last Thursday, Subromanian seemed focused on the sentencing going forward when he explained in an order why he forced Combs to wear his prison uniform to the latest hearing.
17:07
SPEAKER_01: He said defense lawyers have failed to explain why Combs would need civilian clothing in court when there is no jury present, nor what legal precedent exists to allow it.
17:22
SPEAKER_01: The court will entertain an application relating to the sentence proceeding, but it needs to provide some explanation along these lines, he wrote.
18:39
SPEAKER_01: As you see, the prosecution making sure that they talk about this shit.
18:44
SPEAKER_01: And we got a dollar ninety-nine, two dollar holla, Angelina.
18:49
SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you.
18:52
SPEAKER_01: Let me go, let me go see what's up.
18:54
SPEAKER_01: Cause oh, yeah, we forgot, y'all.
18:56
SPEAKER_01: Y'all forgot today.
18:57
SPEAKER_01: Payday now.
19:00
SPEAKER_01: Now I done ran from the law to come give y'all this show.
19:03
SPEAKER_01: I know I better get paid on payday.
19:06
SPEAKER_01: They told me to turn my ass in this morning at 6 a.m.
19:11
SPEAKER_01: I like nope.
19:13
SPEAKER_01: It's the flow show.
19:18
SPEAKER_01: Ain't no hollows in court.
19:19
SPEAKER_01: Y'all better chill out.
19:20
SPEAKER_01: I got a lawyer on it.
19:22
SPEAKER_01: Talk to my lawyer.
19:24
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for the two dollar holla, Angelina.
19:26
SPEAKER_01: Let's get with the giving.
19:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, y'all.
19:28
SPEAKER_01: It's payday today, y'all.
19:30
SPEAKER_01: Don't be shy.
19:31
SPEAKER_01: I put my work in.
19:34
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for the$4.99.
19:36
SPEAKER_01: $5 holla.
19:38
SPEAKER_01: Five Fridays is payday on the flow show, no filter.
19:43
SPEAKER_01: Look at my member, Laura Clifford.
19:47
SPEAKER_01: I'm sorry.
19:48
SPEAKER_01: That's my girl, Laura.
19:49
SPEAKER_01: We be having our little, we we be in the DMs.
19:55
SPEAKER_01: What stupidity are they?
19:56
SPEAKER_01: On.
20:00
SPEAKER_01: It's okay, Angelina.
20:02
SPEAKER_01: You know I you know I appreciate my dollar ninety nine.
20:06
SPEAKER_01: Angelina, you don't have to apologize.
20:10
SPEAKER_01: You didn't have to say nothing.
20:11
SPEAKER_01: You know I appreciate my$1.99, my two dollar hollers.
20:18
SPEAKER_01: It all, like I told you, what my granny used to say, it all spins.
20:24
SPEAKER_01: So let's get back to this case.
20:28
SPEAKER_01: Appreciate you, Angelina, always.
20:30
SPEAKER_01: Prosecutor said combs.
20:35
SPEAKER_01: Prosecution said combs paid for and arranged hundreds of drug-fueled sexual marathon performances between male sex workers and his girlfriends, two of whom testified about being beaten and kicked by combs.
21:06
SPEAKER_01: Shapiro argued that Combs cannot be held responsible for financing and helping to arrange the transportation domestically and internationally for elaborate sex performances that he frequently filmed over a 15-year period.
21:33
SPEAKER_01: Slavik said the jury verdict should stand because the charges were properly brought and it was in the public interest to prevent prostitution, particularly when it involves the kind of violence and drugs that occurred when Combs was involved.
21:56
SPEAKER_01: As he entered the courtroom, smiling.
22:02
SPEAKER_01: A smiling combs waved to his supporters and touched his heart before taking his seat among several lawyers.
22:08
SPEAKER_01: He did not speak during hearing except to greet the judge.
22:14
SPEAKER_01: At the end of the hearing, Combs blew kisses to his family, which included his mother, three daughters, and three sons.
22:26
SPEAKER_01: Thank you all for coming.
22:28
SPEAKER_01: I love you all so much, he said.
22:31
SPEAKER_01: Every hour, every day is me getting closer to going home.
22:37
SPEAKER_01: That is said by Mohawk Diddy.
22:39
SPEAKER_01: Thank you for the$5 holla, Elise.
22:43
SPEAKER_01: Means the world to me.
22:45
SPEAKER_01: Means I can eat good this weekend.
22:47
SPEAKER_01: Laura, phone 99, another version of the$5 holla.
22:56
SPEAKER_01: But Diddy, Diddy said he has some big plans for him and his family.
23:08
SPEAKER_01: In a pre-sentence submission this week, defense lawyers said Combs' family has suffered since his arrest, including financially from loss of business and possibilities.
23:22
SPEAKER_01: Subbermania has denied bail for the bad boy records founder after he was convicted of the prostitution-related charges in July.
23:34
SPEAKER_01: Combs will have been jailed for nearly 13 months when he is sentenced October 3rd.
23:40
SPEAKER_01: His lawyers argued in court papers submitted this week that he should be sentenced to no more than 14 months in prison.
23:49
SPEAKER_01: This is what the prosecution, I mean the defense wants.
23:52
SPEAKER_01: 14 months in prison.
24:06
SPEAKER_01: And on top of that, they want credit for good behavior, which means he will be released immediately.
24:13
SPEAKER_01: What do y'all think about that?
24:18
SPEAKER_01: Prosecutors have said they believe he should spend at least several more years behind bars, although they won't submit their sentencing recommendations to the judge until next week.
24:30
SPEAKER_01: The judge has signaled that he too is leaning towards a substantial amount of prison time, twice refusing to grant bail since the jury returned its verdict, citing Combs' history of violence.
24:49
SPEAKER_01: That violence is what's going to ultimately play a significant role in the judge's sentencing and the judge's ruling.
25:10
SPEAKER_01: What Elise is talking about right here is I'm sure she's talking about the uh what is that?
25:18
SPEAKER_01: The shooting back uh that shine and JLo and Diddy were involved in.
25:24
SPEAKER_01: And Diddy ended up getting off, and Shine ended up doing 10 years.
25:38
SPEAKER_01: Karma, karma, karma, karma.
25:48
SPEAKER_00: I'ma tell y'all.
25:54
SPEAKER_01: There are some people that believe that this might get overturned.
26:02
SPEAKER_01: And and and they think it's gonna get it could possibly get overturned because the feds want to go back after Diddy.
26:13
SPEAKER_01: I don't know how true that is, but we'll see very shortly because the judge is gonna rule on it.
26:22
SPEAKER_01: You got some people feeling like, yeah, I know, Miss Sweet Tuba.
26:27
SPEAKER_01: I'm just giving y'all the I'm just giving y'all what's been what's been floating around.
26:32
SPEAKER_01: They think that the judge may give Diddy a new trial, and they think that if he does that, it would be because the feds have more victims and more charges to bring with the new trial.
26:53
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
26:57
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
26:59
SPEAKER_01: This is just what's been going on and what's been said.
27:07
SPEAKER_01: But it's it this one of those cases that you don't know what the from one move to the next from one move to the next.
27:22
SPEAKER_01: Uh we don't know what we don't know what's going on.
27:44
SPEAKER_01: Let's see what they saying on this this situation right here.
27:49
SPEAKER_01: So September twenty.
27:53
SPEAKER_01: Oh shit.
27:54
SPEAKER_01: Wrong date.
27:55
SPEAKER_01: They say Diddy gives heartfelt speech from TM Sleazy, one of our favorite publications.
28:04
SPEAKER_01: Title of this article, Diddy Speaks from the Heart After Hearing Adjourns.
28:12
SPEAKER_01: I love y'all so much.
28:16
SPEAKER_01: Diddy's freedom is still up in the air, but he left his family with an encouraging message after his acquittal hearing today, showering them with love and praise.
28:30
SPEAKER_01: After the rapper's hearing to get his two man at convictions thrown out, ended, we're told he turned to the pews behind him.
28:44
SPEAKER_01: Full of his family, including his mother, six of his children, and more, and told them he loves them.
28:50
SPEAKER_01: They all make him super proud.
28:56
SPEAKER_01: He specifically turned to his mom, Janice, blew her a kiss, and told her she's beautiful before thanking everyone once again for showing support.
29:13
SPEAKER_01: We've heard from people in the courtroom who say Diddy added every day, every hour, getting closer to home.
29:18
SPEAKER_01: We talked about that.
29:20
SPEAKER_01: But he did that before giving one last wave as he walked out of the court.
29:25
SPEAKER_01: Everyone in his corner waved back before the door shut behind you.
29:33
SPEAKER_01: We told you all about the hearing.
29:38
SPEAKER_01: And in that hearing, Diddy's team argued prostitution only applies to someone who pays someone else for sex, not someone who just sits back and watches, like they say, Diddy did during the infamous freak off.
29:56
SPEAKER_01: Prosecutors fired back by arguing Diddy also.
30:00
SPEAKER_01: Reimburses exes like Jane, who set up the sexual encounters, essentially aiding in the act.
30:09
SPEAKER_01: The judge adjourned the hearing without delivering a decision on the matter, but said he decides soon.
30:23
SPEAKER_01: As we all know, Diddy Sidney is set for October 3rd, and if it moves forward, we're sure a whole lot of his family will be there to show their love and support for the star.
30:41
SPEAKER_01: Much ado about nothing.
30:44
SPEAKER_01: Y'all ever heard that saying?
30:47
SPEAKER_01: I'm ready for this, Judge.
30:49
SPEAKER_01: Okay, hold on, hold on.
30:51
SPEAKER_01: I see something.
30:53
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
30:56
SPEAKER_01: Shout out to Perfect Ten for the$9.99.
31:00
SPEAKER_01: That's a$10 holla.

SPEAKER_01: If you if you're in the Cleveland area and uh you need a haircut or beer, uh beer care, haircut, all kind of whatever you need to be, whatever hair problem you have, you can get it solved at the Purple 10 Barber Lounge in South Bucle.
31:33
SPEAKER_01: This is in Cleveland, so if you're out of state, uh you just have to, you can only come when you come to Cleveland.
31:42
SPEAKER_01: Book on the Cut App.
31:43
SPEAKER_01: If y'all know what the Cut App is, that's it.
31:45
SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much, Shauna.
31:46
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna be good today.
31:49
SPEAKER_01: Y'all taking care of me on payday.
31:53
SPEAKER_01: Shout out to Shauna and Perfect Ten for the Super Chat, super sticker.
31:59
SPEAKER_01: We getting fame, we we we getting fancy.
32:02
SPEAKER_01: So yeah.
32:07
SPEAKER_01: People, let me read, let me read y'all uh what a source says may happen, so y'all can be prepared.
32:19
SPEAKER_01: This is not saying this is absolutely going to happen, but let me just give you some some some other expert opinions.
32:33
SPEAKER_01: This person says, this is one of my one of my good sources who looks at what's going on.
32:42
SPEAKER_01: Uh I will get to this in a second.
32:45
SPEAKER_01: Don't flip if the judge agrees to give Diddy a new trial on the two-man act charges.
32:55
SPEAKER_01: The feds are cooking something very serious.
33:00
SPEAKER_01: They need to make a maneuver that will allow them to go back to the original trial and the original indictments.
33:10
SPEAKER_01: It will allow the feds to go back in time and correct problematic issues that prevented them from getting convictions on the other two indictments or the other two charges.
33:26
SPEAKER_01: The government did not call any co-defendants the first time around.
33:33
SPEAKER_01: If they grant a new trial, Diddy will still not leave jail in the process.
33:40
SPEAKER_01: So, what this particular source is saying, even if they did grant a new trial, even if they did grant a new trial, the prosecution has already submitted documentation, and Diddy would still stay in locked up.
34:05
SPEAKER_01: Now, according to this source, the feds have eight potential co-defendants with whom they would try in court with Diddy.
34:19
SPEAKER_01: Now that could be if this is if this is what they're working on, of course, that could be Christina Quorum, that could be D, D Rock, Uncle Paulie, whoever, whoever helped this.
34:34
SPEAKER_01: And thank you for the$20 holla, Angie.
34:40
SPEAKER_01: Angie, Angie.
34:41
SPEAKER_01: I like the shortcut.
34:42
SPEAKER_01: Angie, I like how y'all are coming through with y'all profile picks, too.
34:46
SPEAKER_01: Y'all know we agreed that everybody's gonna put their profile picks up, and y'all have answered the bell, but thanks again, Angie.
34:54
SPEAKER_01: Angie says, happy eating.
34:56
SPEAKER_01: I'm about to dog some Friday food.
35:00
SPEAKER_01: 100% for sure.
35:03
SPEAKER_01: Now let's get back to this.
35:05
SPEAKER_01: They will be possibly calling eight co-defendants on this new trial.
35:16
SPEAKER_01: They would be newly called to answer the man act indictments, they will be able to go after Diddy on similar charges.
35:27
SPEAKER_01: They were never adjudicated with coda sentence in the first trial.
35:34
SPEAKER_01: Evidence they have right now, it's about an 85% chance that the courts will want to hear about their involvement with Diddy in other activities.
35:50
SPEAKER_01: If these parties bring either new or cooperating against Diddy, that involves new victims.
35:59
SPEAKER_01: Feds just filed eight new victims.
36:03
SPEAKER_01: According to this source, the Feds have filed eight new victims and will be bringing even more charges via the man act.
36:22
SPEAKER_01: So if they do, this source is kind of saying that what they would do if the judge did grant him a new trial is they would beef up the man act, dive in and kind of double, triple, and quadruple down on the man act charges, and bring more defendants, bring more witnesses, bring more victims, and take what he's already been convicted for and expand on it.
36:52
SPEAKER_01: This is just a possibility.
36:54
SPEAKER_01: You know, I gotta tell y'all everything that's floating around, so there's no surprises.
37:00
SPEAKER_01: Now, that's not to say that they that the judge is going to grant him a new trial.
37:05
SPEAKER_01: That is just to say if that happens, that would be what's kind of behind thoughts.
37:22
SPEAKER_01: This is the longest few months since when was that?
37:27
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yeah, that was July.
37:29
SPEAKER_01: So July to August, so August, September.
37:34
SPEAKER_01: From from August, from July to August, from August to September, and September to October.
37:40
SPEAKER_01: This is the longest ninety days ever.
37:48
SPEAKER_01: What is happening?
37:56
SPEAKER_01: Says Sean Combs is not an ordinary billionaire.
38:06
SPEAKER_01: Definitely not.
38:28
SPEAKER_01: They are pride and joy.
38:29
SPEAKER_01: Shout out to Grandma Kathy's grandkids.
38:33
SPEAKER_01: Melissa says Diddy has been scrambling and scraping for the last ninety days.
38:44
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is something else, y'all.
38:48
SPEAKER_01: This is something else.
39:11
SPEAKER_01: Diddy's team is trying to hail Mary.
39:14
SPEAKER_01: But I believe it would be bad either way.
39:22
SPEAKER_01: It would be bad either way.
39:34
SPEAKER_01: If he was granted a new trial, that doesn't that that doesn't mean that that wouldn't even be a good thing to me for Diddy.
39:41
SPEAKER_01: If he got a new trial, the feds ain't gonna do nothing but open up more charges and dig more dig deeper, and Diddy will still be behind bars.
39:56
SPEAKER_01: Nebby said, I wish the jurors would speak out.
39:58
SPEAKER_01: Do y'all realize after that last time?
40:08
SPEAKER_01: After that last time, when that juror came out talking about that they was discussing the trial and all that extra stuff, do y'all realize?
40:20
SPEAKER_01: And I told y'all, y'all wouldn't hear a peep.
40:26
SPEAKER_01: Y'all wouldn't hear a peep.
40:27
SPEAKER_01: Y'all wouldn't hear a peep out of no more jurors after that.
40:32
SPEAKER_01: Do y'all remember I told y'all that?
40:36
SPEAKER_01: You notice you haven't heard a peep out of the juror since you haven't heard a peep out of any juror ever since that last juror was on there talking about they was discussing the case and all that shit.
40:53
SPEAKER_01: I told you the judge and the feds or whoever had to get to them was gonna say, y'all better shut the hell up.
41:02
SPEAKER_01: And you didn't hear from another juror after that.
41:05
SPEAKER_01: I told y'all that.
41:06
SPEAKER_01: I said, after that last thing that juror said, I said, y'all not gonna hear no more from none of these.
41:14
SPEAKER_01: Y'all not gonna hear from none of these people.
41:19
SPEAKER_01: Y'all not gonna hear from none of these jurors.
41:22
SPEAKER_01: They're gonna shut them jurors down.
41:23
SPEAKER_01: Them jurors was telling too much and making the case look shitty.
41:30
SPEAKER_01: Jurors discussing the case.
41:32
SPEAKER_01: They talking about what they believed and who they talked to.
41:36
SPEAKER_01: That shit made the case look like a shit show.
41:46
SPEAKER_01: Elise said all the major news shows are saying he is on suicide watch.
41:51
SPEAKER_01: Ditler loves himself too much to do it.
41:53
SPEAKER_01: I haven't seen that.
41:54
SPEAKER_01: Let me look that up though.
41:55
SPEAKER_01: I didn't I didn't see that he was on uh suicide watch.
42:10
SPEAKER_01: Let's see that.
42:11
SPEAKER_01: I'm looking up, I'm looking it up now, y'all.
42:13
SPEAKER_01: Let's see, let's see what we come up with.
42:23
SPEAKER_01: Oh, yep, bro did.
42:26
SPEAKER_01: Found it, Elise.
42:27
SPEAKER_01: Thank you, thank you for bringing that to us.
42:30
SPEAKER_01: I didn't see that.
42:31
SPEAKER_01: Everybody shout out to Elise for the news.
42:33
SPEAKER_01: Uh Sean Diddy Combs has served enough time behind bars where he's been under constant suicide watch, the defense tells the judge.
42:50
SPEAKER_01: Wow.
42:53
SPEAKER_01: Mr.
42:53
SPEAKER_01: Combs' celebrity status in the realms of music, fashion, spirits, media, and finance has been shattered, and Mr.
43:01
SPEAKER_01: Combs' legacy has been destroyed.
43:04
SPEAKER_01: The lawyers wrote saying their client has been punished enough.
43:10
SPEAKER_01: The submission provided new information about what life behind bars for nearly 13 months has been like for Combs.
43:19
SPEAKER_01: What's happened to his business, other interests, and explains why he turned down the plea.
43:27
SPEAKER_01: So they want y'all to feel sorry for him, y'all.
43:33
SPEAKER_01: Y'all feel sorry?
43:37
SPEAKER_01: Let me know if y'all feel sorry.
44:06
SPEAKER_01: So Mr.
44:12
SPEAKER_01: Combs' career and reputation have been destroyed, is what the duck with the lawyers wrote.
44:24
SPEAKER_01: Among other things, they noticed that he had to let go over ten, over a hundred employees from his business, and many of them have been unable to get new jobs because of their past association with combs.
44:39
SPEAKER_01: Oh, cry me a river, build a bridge, and get over it.
44:46
SPEAKER_01: Cry me a river, build a bridge and get over.
44:55
SPEAKER_01: They say his his career and reputation have been destroyed.
45:05
SPEAKER_01: His seven children, they say, have faced devastating consequences, including lost business opportunities in acting, television, fashion, and concerts, with some of them being included in some of the nearly one hundred civil lawsuits filed against Combs since his arrest.
45:39
SPEAKER_01: His lawyers also noted that Combs and his family were set to start in a Hulu show about their lives.
45:49
SPEAKER_01: But the show was canceled once the allegations against him became public.
45:58
SPEAKER_01: Combs was removed from the boards at three charter schools he created in Harlem.
46:07
SPEAKER_01: The Bronx and Connecticut and was stripped of honorary doctorate degree from Howard University, which plans to return his prior donations, they said.
46:46
SPEAKER_01: A shiv.
46:49
SPEAKER_01: What is a shiv?
46:51
SPEAKER_01: Apparently, an inmate approached combs with a shiv, his lawyer said.
46:56
SPEAKER_01: Okay, I thought that's what it was.
46:57
SPEAKER_01: I just didn't want to assume it.
47:00
SPEAKER_01: Didn't want to assume it, but I thought that's what it was.
47:04
SPEAKER_01: So on one occasion, another inmate approached Combs with a shiv, accusing combs of sitting on a chair that the inmate wanted to sit on.
47:18
SPEAKER_01: Before Combs defused the situation and calmed the man and his makeshift weapon down, the lawyer said.
47:30
SPEAKER_01: Meaning every two hours he must present his identification card to guards to show he is alive and well and is awakened from sleep in a brightly lighted cell by a guard to ensure he is well.
47:57
SPEAKER_01: Leaving him to heat the water that he drinks to ensure it won't make him sick, and he must sleep within two feet of other inmates in a dorm like dormant.
48:21
SPEAKER_01: I hit the Wi-Fi.
48:23
SPEAKER_01: That's my fault.
48:24
SPEAKER_01: Shit.
48:29
SPEAKER_01: Alright, we back.
48:32
SPEAKER_01: He also has limited access to clean water, leaving him to heat the water that he drinks to ensure it won't make him sick.
48:41
SPEAKER_01: And he must sleep within two feet of other inmates in a dorm-style room containing a bathroom and no door, the lawyer said.
48:51
SPEAKER_01: Aw.
48:55
SPEAKER_01: And of course, the pool is filled with magnets.
49:02
SPEAKER_01: They also said that prosecutors offered Combs a plea deal that would have recommended a prison sentence of at least twenty-five years and required him to plead guilty to crimes of which he was acquitted.
49:22
SPEAKER_01: So we finally find out that Diddy's plea deal was twenty five years.
49:34
SPEAKER_01: Wow.
50:00
SPEAKER_01: Without minimizing Mr.
50:02
SPEAKER_01: Combs' conduct, this is in many ways a sex, drugs, and rock and roll story, they say.
50:08
SPEAKER_01: Mr.
50:08
SPEAKER_01: Combs had severe substance abuse problems throughout the entirety of the offense.
50:15
SPEAKER_01: Participated in high octane celebrity lifestyle.
50:18
SPEAKER_01: The music Maven's trial featured lengthy testimony from two former girlfriends of the Combs, of Combs, who said they felt forced to participate in drug fuel sex marathons with male sex workers as combs watched and sometimes feel the days-long encounters.
50:42
SPEAKER_01: RB singer Cassandra Cassie Ventura testified that she participated in hundreds of the meetups that were referred to as free costs while she was his most frequent girlfriend from 2007 to 2018.
50:58
SPEAKER_01: Another ex-girlfriend testifying under the pseudonym Jane says she also felt pressured to perform for Diddy.
51:08
SPEAKER_01: Lawyers now, Diddy's lawyers now say a sober combs looks to new future, unlike his past.
51:29
SPEAKER_01: While he was once so depressed in jail that there were days when he was unable to get out of his bed or even talk to the psychology department.
51:41
SPEAKER_01: His lawyer said he looked forward to the future.
51:45
SPEAKER_01: They said he has begun teaching other inmates essential skills in business management, entrepreneurship, and personal development.
51:56
SPEAKER_01: The lawyers wrote that the education program has become one of the most impactful and important endeavors of his life, and he hopes to expand it into state-run facilities once he is released.
52:11
SPEAKER_01: He is a humble man who understands that the most important things in life are his devotion and quality time with his family and his contributions for the benefit of others, they said.
52:32
SPEAKER_01: Tracy says he's sober now.
52:36
SPEAKER_01: Laughing emoji, laughing emoji, laughing emoji, laughing emoji, laughing emoji.
52:42
SPEAKER_01: That's why he looked so bad in court withdrawals, kicking his ass.
52:50
SPEAKER_01: Let's see what happens.
52:52
SPEAKER_01: Somebody said that's what happened when you came.
52:55
SPEAKER_01: Sarah said these lawyers sound stupid.
53:01
SPEAKER_01: I don't get it.
53:27
SPEAKER_01: Somebody said, Andre, you having your own conversation.
53:33
SPEAKER_01: Somebody said, You said Andre, you having your own conversation?
53:42
SPEAKER_01: Tracy.
53:45
SPEAKER_01: This is a joke.
53:46
SPEAKER_01: That is a joke.
53:47
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, BS, BS, BS, B.
53:49
SPEAKER_01: S.
53:50
SPEAKER_01: So an inmate approached him with a big tough Diddy, let a let an inmate approach him with a shank.
54:28
SPEAKER_02: Diddy, diddy, diddy.
54:38
SPEAKER_01: Melissa, hundred percent the warrants are just as for sure that, but the jail will deny it.
54:47
SPEAKER_01: So I don't know, y'all.
54:49
SPEAKER_01: All I know is let's recap.
54:51
SPEAKER_01: Yesterday they had a hearing.
54:55
SPEAKER_01: Prosecution argued that everything was handled correctly.
55:01
SPEAKER_01: The man act is the appropriate charge.
55:05
SPEAKER_01: And Diddy's particular man act was fueled with drugs, coercion, violence, manipulation, so on and so forth.
55:16
SPEAKER_01: While at the same time, the defense argue.
55:28
SPEAKER_02: The defense argue.
55:38
SPEAKER_01: That prostitution was not this this case wasn't about prostitution.
55:46
SPEAKER_01: That Diddy didn't engage in prostitution.
55:52
SPEAKER_01: Diddy was just making homemade corn videos.
55:59
SPEAKER_01: Diddy was just making homemade corn videos.
56:05
SPEAKER_01: Diddy was playing paying a third party to have sex with his girlfriends.
56:10
SPEAKER_01: That is not a crime.
56:12
SPEAKER_01: According to the defense.
56:44
SPEAKER_01: Diddy deserves a new trial, or Diddy deserves an acquittal.
56:50
SPEAKER_01: And after all that back and forth, we got who we got in the middle of this?
56:56
SPEAKER_01: Judge Aaron Subbermania.
57:05
SPEAKER_01: Judge Aaron Subbermania said that he would be ruling pretty quickly, which means I think he's gonna have a ruling on this today.
57:20
SPEAKER_01: I don't think he's gonna let this go into yeah, he's not I he's not gonna let this go into the weekend, in my opinion.
57:32
SPEAKER_01: He may say, Diddy, be careful what you wish for.
57:39
SPEAKER_01: This judge may say a new trial.
57:46
SPEAKER_01: But a new trial could turn out worse than an old trial.
58:01
SPEAKER_01: A new trial could turn out worse than the old trial.
58:10
SPEAKER_01: So be careful what you ask for.
58:15
SPEAKER_01: But this is a big decision for the judge.
58:19
SPEAKER_01: And not only am I anxious to hear the judge's decision, I'm anxious to see how the judge frames it.
58:34
SPEAKER_01: I'm anxious to see how the judge puts it, puts the puts it together.
58:48
SPEAKER_01: Is the judge gonna be pissed off?
58:53
SPEAKER_01: Is he gonna side with the defense?
58:57
SPEAKER_01: Is he gonna side with the prosecution?
59:11
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
59:14
SPEAKER_01: But what I do know is we will all be tuned the fuck in to this decision.
59:22
SPEAKER_01: And if this decision means we move forward to sentencing on October third, we'll be wait, we'll be waiting for that.
59:38
SPEAKER_00: I don't know.
59:45
SPEAKER_01: I just know this has been one crazy ass moment after another.
1:00:01
SPEAKER_01: One crazy moment after another.
1:00:10
SPEAKER_01: So on that note, y'all, let's get the IMOuth in the chat.

SPEAKER_01: Um, I will be posting the update.
1:00:36
SPEAKER_01: I'll be posting on YouTube too.
