The courtroom drama surrounding Sean "Diddy" Combs reached another critical juncture yesterday as Judge Aaron Subermanian heard arguments on whether to throw out the music mogul's two Mann Act convictions before his October 3rd sentencing date.
Defense attorney Alexandra Shapiro didn't hold back, calling the Mann Act statute itself "an embarrassment to the United States of America" with racist and sexist origins.
