the co-dependency of asking questions
I had an encounter with a colleague's entity attachment recently, which provoked this post. They called me out for helping another professional by stating it wasn't our job to 'school' them, yet a few moments later, asked another colleague for a one-on-one session to be shown how to use a new app.
I looked within to better understand how co-dependent not showing up for yourself by not figuring things out independently is an unseen crutch.
