- 0:31Speaker 2: up together. Let's go deep, let the emotions flow, and
- 0:34Speaker 2: find the lessons to grow and Glow.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Nothing is off the table with Grow and Glow and
- 0:38Speaker 1: we're here to be your expander. Lucky Wednesday, Welcome back.
- 0:46Speaker 1: So today's episode, we've got a few different stories and
- 0:49Speaker 1: just different things to bring up. Do you want to
- 0:51Speaker 1: start on what shore this comment this person made about.
- 0:54Speaker 2: What you're wearing?
- 0:55Speaker 1: Sure?
- 0:55Speaker 2: So you guys know, we're all about being your authentic self,
- 0:58Speaker 2: doing what makes you feel good, leaning into wearing what
- 1:01Speaker 2: you want to wear. We are your girls, that we
- 1:03Speaker 2: are hype girls. Yes, so try to embody all of
- 1:05Speaker 2: this ourself. Anyway, went to a barbecue and I had
- 1:09Speaker 2: a maxi dress on, a black maxi dress that went
- 1:12Speaker 2: all the way to my ankles and it had a
- 1:14Speaker 2: nice little scoop neck. There was no Cleavid showing, there
- 1:17Speaker 2: was no legs showing. I felt very classy.
- 1:20Speaker 1: I had that.
- 1:20Speaker 2: And then I had like a beautiful coat that I
- 1:22Speaker 2: had hung over my arms. I had my heels on,
- 1:25Speaker 2: I had my jury on. I was feeling myself oh slash,
- 1:28Speaker 2: feeling so good. I just yeah, I felt really really great.
- 1:31Speaker 2: But anyways, and night was going on and everything was
- 1:34Speaker 2: all like good, so good, ha ha ha, and then
- 1:36Speaker 2: somebody then someone turns to me and she goes to me,
- 1:41Speaker 2: why are you wearing that? And it was just one
- 1:43Speaker 2: of those moments for me where I was like, this
- 1:47Speaker 2: is why you should just wear what you want to wear,
- 1:50Speaker 2: because no matter what you wear, somebody's not gonna like
- 1:54Speaker 2: it or have an opinion about it. Anyway. Yeah, the
- 1:56Speaker 2: first thing I did is I said, excuse me, we
- 1:58Speaker 2: are you talking to me? Because I know then she's
- 2:01Speaker 2: got to take a second to go, oh shit.
- 2:04Speaker 1: Did I just say that, yeah.
- 2:05Speaker 2: And kind of hold her a little bit accountable, and
- 2:08Speaker 2: then she was like, oh yeah, yeah, like why are
- 2:10Speaker 2: you wearing that?
- 2:12Speaker 1: I don't think I wouldn't know what to say.
- 2:14Speaker 2: I've never been asked before. My whole life that to
- 2:16Speaker 2: my face. Ever, So what did you say? I said,
- 2:18Speaker 2: because I feel great in it? I said, I feel
- 2:20Speaker 2: fucking fabulous. Isn't that tone? No? Because I feel great? Yeah,
- 2:23Speaker 2: it was very uncomfortable, and I was a little bit
- 2:26Speaker 2: triggered afterwards. I was like, why comment on what someone
- 2:29Speaker 2: else is wearing? And plus like just gonna say I
- 2:31Speaker 2: usually dress a lot more provocative than that. And I
- 2:34Speaker 2: think because, like I said to you, I've actually never
- 2:36Speaker 2: in my life, face to face, had somebody asked me
- 2:40Speaker 2: why I was wearing what I was wearing. And yeah,
- 2:42Speaker 2: Kur and I had a chat on the drive back home,
- 2:44Speaker 2: and I was like, how funny was that? And you know,
- 2:47Speaker 2: it's just one of those things where you go, how
- 2:49Speaker 2: funny is it that what I'm wearing can make someone
- 2:51Speaker 2: feel so uncomfortable that they literally.
- 2:54Speaker 1: Have to say it to your face. It's one thing
- 2:56Speaker 1: to think about it, but to say it to another
- 2:58Speaker 1: woman and to.
- 2:59Speaker 2: Cause the uncomfortableness in the room. It just created such
- 3:02Speaker 2: an uncomfortable environment. But it just so badly had to
- 3:05Speaker 2: be said. So to me, like, I can obviously reflect
- 3:07Speaker 2: and be like, obviously, that's something that's got way more
- 3:09Speaker 2: to do with her and herself than it does to me.
- 3:11Speaker 1: It just feels so strange to ask because we would
- 3:13Speaker 1: never comment that on another woman's body. Yeah.
- 3:16Speaker 2: I think it was really great though, that I was
- 3:18Speaker 2: wearing what I was wearing, because I think if I
- 3:19Speaker 2: was wearing something a bit more provocative, I would have
- 3:22Speaker 2: thought it was because of that. But it was actually
- 3:23Speaker 2: really great that I was wearing something really classic. I
- 3:25Speaker 2: could really like clearly see and be like, this is
- 3:27Speaker 2: nothing on me. Yes, I'm wearing like that coat over there,
- 3:31Speaker 2: like a big coat, a dress that is fitted and
- 3:33Speaker 2: down to my ankles. I said to Ashley when I
- 3:36Speaker 2: spoke to you afters I was like, I've actually never
- 3:38Speaker 2: experienced this face to face before.
- 3:40Speaker 1: I never have either, like online I have, like I
- 3:43Speaker 1: have had a couple of comments about picking Tarj up
- 3:46Speaker 1: from school in active wear.
- 3:48Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 3:48Speaker 1: I had another mum from school contact me afterwards and
- 3:51Speaker 1: just be like, oh, I do think it's appropriate to
- 3:53Speaker 1: be wearing your shorts and a crop top to ask
- 3:55Speaker 1: or pickup And I said, well, who said it's not appropriate?
- 3:58Speaker 1: Like it's active rare. I own an active wear company,
- 4:00Speaker 1: I'm an active mum. I'm running Errand's all day I'm
- 4:03Speaker 1: not going to rock up in heels and a moomoo.
- 4:06Speaker 1: That's not my style. No, I'm just comfortable. And it
- 4:09Speaker 1: wasn't even like a low You know, there's a lot
- 4:11Speaker 1: of sports brides out there these days that are like
- 4:13Speaker 1: really strict, lots of skin on the back, really low
- 4:15Speaker 1: cutlet of cleavage like and even if they were, I
- 4:18Speaker 1: would not care if a mum rocked up to school
- 4:20Speaker 1: on that. And I obviously respect there's definitely different cultures
- 4:23Speaker 1: and things that have different beliefs and you know, wear
- 4:25Speaker 1: different clothes. But for me, like, it's okay in my
- 4:27Speaker 1: world for me to wear active wear. But I had
- 4:29Speaker 1: a moment that I was like, gosh, should I wear
- 4:31Speaker 1: an oversized tea or something? I was like, no, why
- 4:34Speaker 1: don't judge the mum's wearing whatever they want to wear,
- 4:36Speaker 1: if they want to rock up in a Chanelle suit
- 4:38Speaker 1: or wear a moomoo.
- 4:38Speaker 2: Or we're active for it like you do you Yeah,
- 4:40Speaker 2: I don't.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Know what's happened in your day. I don't know what
- 4:42Speaker 1: makes you feel good. God of white business, what.
- 4:44Speaker 2: You wear, and also buy you showing up and going
- 4:46Speaker 2: to school wearing that, Like I see other women do
- 4:49Speaker 2: that and I'll be like, oh, it like gives me
- 4:50Speaker 2: permission in a way. Yeah, Like the first time I
- 4:52Speaker 2: saw another woman wearing active but I was like, if
- 4:54Speaker 2: I'm going to gym straight afterwards, I can tell one percent. Yeah,
- 4:57Speaker 2: So it's kind of again like goes back to like
- 4:59Speaker 2: leading the way.
- 4:59Speaker 1: And if I imagine if I was like, oh, okay,
- 5:01Speaker 1: I won't wear that next time, but I was going
- 5:02Speaker 1: to the gym after and now I have to take
- 5:03Speaker 1: a second set of clothing to make Karen over here
- 5:06Speaker 1: feel happy.
- 5:06Speaker 2: Yeah, I hate that we use.
- 5:07Speaker 1: The name Karen. If your name is Karen, I'm so
- 5:09Speaker 1: so sorry. It's a really unfortunate name actually making new
- 5:13Speaker 1: on even like sensitive Sally, Like if your name Sally,
- 5:16Speaker 1: that sucks. I feel like Sally and Karen's names Oh
- 5:20Speaker 1: my goodness. But yeah, we just want to chat about that.
- 5:23Speaker 1: To just like wear the dress where the act of wear,
- 5:25Speaker 1: wear what makes you feel comfortable. Stop living your life
- 5:28Speaker 1: for everyone else but yourself, because otherwise you're just going
- 5:30Speaker 1: to have so much resentment built up and then you
- 5:33Speaker 1: look back on your life when you're eating on your
- 5:35Speaker 1: deathbed and go far out. I wish I wore that
- 5:36Speaker 1: dress when I looked good. I wish I just owned it.
- 5:39Speaker 1: Why did I listen to everyone that doesn't care about me?
- 5:42Speaker 1: They don't even know me. I don't even know them.
- 5:43Speaker 1: That's it, you know.
- 5:44Speaker 2: And even as well, like, regardless of what you're wearing,
- 5:46Speaker 2: if you're gonna trigger someone, you're gonna trigger somewhere. I
- 5:48Speaker 2: feel like if you walked in there with active wear on,
- 5:50Speaker 2: or you walked in there with like a dress or
- 5:52Speaker 2: address on, that person still would have been feeling those
- 5:54Speaker 2: similar feelings. So it says more about the other person
- 5:57Speaker 2: than it does about hundred percent.
- 5:59Speaker 1: So flick it off and keeping you shake it up.
- 6:04Speaker 1: I have another crazy story. So we had these new
- 6:06Speaker 1: neighbors that arrived and the guy was out there Mowen's lawns.
- 6:11Speaker 1: I said to see if I'll pull over say hello,
- 6:12Speaker 1: and they were like, hey, mate, welcome to the neighborhood.
- 6:14Speaker 1: And Steve shook his hand, and so it's a really nice neighborhood.
- 6:17Speaker 1: The kid's everywhere, like you have kids getting conversation. And
- 6:20Speaker 1: then I'm in the passenger seat and he's right next
- 6:22Speaker 1: to Steve and he looks at me, tilts his head
- 6:24Speaker 1: and he goes, you don't remember me? Do you? And
- 6:27Speaker 1: I'm like, oh god, oh what I was like, No,
- 6:31Speaker 1: it's like fifteen years ago at the Ivy night club
- 6:33Speaker 1: in Sydney. Here I am thinking, oh gosh, have we
- 6:35Speaker 1: hooked up? There's really uncomfortable. Why is he bringing this
- 6:39Speaker 1: up in front of Steve? But I'm also like, I
- 6:41Speaker 1: feel like I've got a pretty good memory and I
- 6:42Speaker 1: don't remember him. And he's like, oh interesting, and we're
- 6:46Speaker 1: like it was kind of just like left at that, like, okay,
- 6:48Speaker 1: we'll see you around. See drives off and see. He's like, so,
- 6:52Speaker 1: what happened? What happened there? I'm like, honestly, babe, before
- 6:55Speaker 1: I had kissed him or something, I've got nothing to hide.
- 6:57Speaker 1: It was fifteen years ago, but I honestly don't remember him.
- 7:00Speaker 1: And then I felt Bagcas, I feel like I've got
- 7:02Speaker 1: such a good memory. And anyways, a couple of weeks later,
- 7:05Speaker 1: he's got a little girl similar age to Tala, and
- 7:07Speaker 1: our little girls get along so well. We're literally next
- 7:09Speaker 1: door neighbors, so we're always outside playing and it's just
- 7:11Speaker 1: me and him with our girls. Because so, you really
- 7:14Speaker 1: don't remember that night? And I said no, but there's
- 7:16Speaker 1: obviously a story enlighten me, tell me. He's like, so
- 7:21Speaker 1: you and your friend, I won't say her name. I'm
- 7:23Speaker 1: not differ friends with her anymore. We actually stopped being
- 7:25Speaker 1: friends after this night, probably for this reason. He said,
- 7:28Speaker 1: you and your friend were at Ivy nightclub and you
- 7:30Speaker 1: were quite intoxicated, which yes, eighteen nineteen year old, as
- 7:33Speaker 1: she didn't know how to handle that alcohol. And there
- 7:36Speaker 1: was a bunch of us boys and a lot of people,
- 7:39Speaker 1: and you and her had a hotel room and we
- 7:41Speaker 1: ended up going back to the hotel room and you
- 7:43Speaker 1: were really intoxicated, and you had said to your friend,
- 7:46Speaker 1: I'm going to go to bed because I'm just like
- 7:47Speaker 1: not feeling good. You went to bed, and as you've
- 7:50Speaker 1: gone to bed, this guy has like given a nods
- 7:53Speaker 1: as if he's going to like, yeah, I'm going in there,
- 7:55Speaker 1: followed me in there, and my next neighbor must have
- 7:59Speaker 1: had like a gut intuition of what the fuck's going on?
- 8:02Speaker 1: We're in there, and if he came in a minute
- 8:04Speaker 1: later would have been inside me.
- 8:08Speaker 2: Did you remember this night? So I don't remember, really
- 8:11Speaker 2: blacked out, So you must only just become aware of
- 8:13Speaker 2: this when he.
- 8:14Speaker 1: Has told you. Yeah, fifteen years later.
- 8:15Speaker 2: So that guy could have done that and gotten away
- 8:17Speaker 2: with it. Yeah, you would not even have any memory.
- 8:19Speaker 1: I'm sure I would have woken up and been sore,
- 8:21Speaker 1: or like maybe seeing a condo. I don't know. Well,
- 8:24Speaker 1: but I was just like, oh my god. And he
- 8:27Speaker 1: put out his phone. He's like, is this your number?
- 8:29Speaker 1: It was my old number. I was like, oh my gosh,
- 8:31Speaker 1: this is a full blown true story. And he said
- 8:33Speaker 1: he punched the guy got him out, and then we
- 8:36Speaker 1: both obviously never spoke to that girl again. I remember
- 8:39Speaker 1: this girl. We just went online and we were having
- 8:41Speaker 1: fun or whatever, but I remember that night being really
- 8:45Speaker 1: upset with her because I'm quite a girl's girl, like
- 8:47Speaker 1: when I got with my girls. Yeah, I was single,
- 8:48Speaker 1: and I'm sure I was flirty and like ready to
- 8:51Speaker 1: meet people. But when I'm out with my friends, like
- 8:53Speaker 1: I want to be with them, I'm not the girl
- 8:54Speaker 1: that's going to ditch you for a guy. And she
- 8:56Speaker 1: was the opposite. She just wanted to be around the boys,
- 8:59Speaker 1: wanted the attention, and I was very left out and
- 9:02Speaker 1: young and just not handling my alcohol.
- 9:04Speaker 2: Like.
- 9:05Speaker 1: So I remember that night being like, oh, I feel
- 9:07Speaker 1: like she's a shitty friend, Like she's just not hanging
- 9:09Speaker 1: out with me. This isn't fun. I want to go
- 9:10Speaker 1: to bed, but I don't remember that happening. I must
- 9:14Speaker 1: have been passed out asleep and yeah, then they kicked
- 9:18Speaker 1: him out, but he put his number in my phone
- 9:20Speaker 1: and got my number. He must have checked up, and
- 9:22Speaker 1: I'm not sure, but I was like, whoa what a
- 9:25Speaker 1: full on eighty of like fifteen.
- 9:27Speaker 2: Years later and he's your neighbor.
- 9:29Speaker 1: This man is my neighbor. And he's the most beautiful man.
- 9:32Speaker 1: He's so kind and caring. He's such a beautiful dad.
- 9:35Speaker 1: He's got a beautiful wife with two other kids, like
- 9:38Speaker 1: just so nice. And I was just like, holy shit,
- 9:40Speaker 1: thank you. And he was like, yeah, it's just the
- 9:42Speaker 1: right thing to do, like kind of brush it off.
- 9:43Speaker 1: I was like, no, thank you. That moment could have
- 9:46Speaker 1: changed my life forever. Oh yeah, and like you saved me.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It's crazy. And then when Stephen way to Japan, I'm really,
- 9:52Speaker 1: as you guys have heard on a previous episode about
- 9:55Speaker 1: intrusive thoughts, I get really scared when Steve's away. I
- 9:58Speaker 1: ended up getting Nathan's new number and was just like, oh,
- 10:01Speaker 1: Steve goes away next week, Like is there any chance
- 10:03Speaker 1: I can just get your number and if anything happened.
- 10:05Speaker 1: He's like, yep, call me straight away. My phone's on loud.
- 10:07Speaker 1: I've got security. He's a fireman. He's like, I've got
- 10:09Speaker 1: security cameras all set up, you just call me. There
- 10:12Speaker 1: was one night where Taco went crazy and barked like
- 10:16Speaker 1: absolutely nuts. And I've got a Golden Retriever. They're not
- 10:18Speaker 1: aggressive dogs, but they're very, very protective. If they feel
- 10:22Speaker 1: there's something that's not right, you're gonna hear about it,
- 10:24Speaker 1: which is great. So this night and Steve's away, he
- 10:27Speaker 1: was like like growling and like retrievers don't do that.
- 10:32Speaker 1: And then I was like, it's crazy, this instinctive energy
- 10:35Speaker 1: that you get when you're a mum and you have
- 10:37Speaker 1: to step up. If Steve's home, I will just get
- 10:39Speaker 1: so scared and like hide in my donner and like
- 10:42Speaker 1: get him to go check it. But when you're home
- 10:43Speaker 1: alone and you think someone's out there that could harm
- 10:45Speaker 1: your babies, and you know me my in truve thoughts,
- 10:47Speaker 1: I was like, oh, what's happening. So I ran to
- 10:50Speaker 1: the front door, turn the light and opened the front
- 10:51Speaker 1: door because I thought if someone's out there and they
- 10:53Speaker 1: see a dog and someone coming out, They're gonna run.
- 10:55Speaker 1: That's my thought process. As I opened the door and
- 10:58Speaker 1: turned the light on, there was a car out in
- 10:59Speaker 1: the front of my house. I've got a big gate
- 11:01Speaker 1: so we are protected, and they sped off. I was like,
- 11:05Speaker 1: like full anxious. So I message Nathan and he checked
- 11:08Speaker 1: his cameras or whatever and he's like phones on laud,
- 11:10Speaker 1: like just call me anytime. But it's just so nice.
- 11:12Speaker 1: I was like, well, you've saved me once before again.
- 11:16Speaker 1: But yeah, it was so cool to just and go
- 11:18Speaker 1: back and tell Steve that story. He was like, thank goodness,
- 11:20Speaker 1: Like what a hero.
- 11:22Speaker 2: Yeah, crazy, right, that's crazy all the place crazy. He
- 11:25Speaker 2: remembers you after all those years too.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Well, that was a really pivotal moment for him, I suppose.
- 11:30Speaker 2: Yeah, and like seeing what could have happened and to
- 11:33Speaker 2: save someone and like he's a fireman like you say
- 11:35Speaker 2: seople every day. I'm like, it's meant to be.
- 11:37Speaker 1: Yeah, what I'm all human and so lucky. But you
- 11:40Speaker 1: just think in fifteen years, out of all the places
- 11:43Speaker 1: he could end up living, ends up being my neighbor.
- 11:45Speaker 2: And he was in Sydney, lived in Sydney.
- 11:47Speaker 1: He was Melbourne. That's great. We were all in Sydney
- 11:49Speaker 1: for a holiday. So she lived in Melbourne. I lived
- 11:51Speaker 1: in Perth. Wow. Yeah, and now you're my neighbor like that,
- 11:54Speaker 1: and we hang out all the time just outside with
- 11:55Speaker 1: our girls and it's just so nice.
- 11:57Speaker 2: That's so nice. Crazy story, hey crazy yeah, and even
- 12:01Speaker 2: the chat about like friends like gosh. I have memories
- 12:03Speaker 2: like that too, where I remember going out with the
- 12:05Speaker 2: girlfriend and she was single and she just like left
- 12:07Speaker 2: me at the club on my own. I ended up
- 12:08Speaker 2: having So we're gonna get home together. I couldn't pay
- 12:10Speaker 2: for a couple of my own. We're gonna split the
- 12:11Speaker 2: first wim. We're so young. I'm having to call Kurt,
- 12:13Speaker 2: and Kurt had to like come get me in that.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Yeah lucky you didn't have kids and stuff.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Yeah, you know, but I feel like it's girl code.
- 12:20Speaker 1: I don't know in my RAL book. I know we've
- 12:22Speaker 1: all got different rule books, but my ral book.
- 12:23Speaker 2: Is like, never leave a girl on their own.
- 12:25Speaker 1: You have your girl's backs, and you don't ever let
- 12:28Speaker 1: them by themselves, go to toilet by themselves, walk home
- 12:30Speaker 1: by themselves, walk out to have a cigarette by themselves,
- 12:32Speaker 1: like stay together, no way. And even when I had
- 12:36Speaker 1: friends that would like go home with men like you
- 12:38Speaker 1: bet you? I asked the man a hundred questions you
- 12:40Speaker 1: bet your? I made them feel like pressured and scared,
- 12:43Speaker 1: like I would get their address, I would look at
- 12:44Speaker 1: their license like I was maybe psycho, but I was like,
- 12:47Speaker 1: my job as a friend is to protect you. I
- 12:49Speaker 1: want to know where you're going. I want to know
- 12:51Speaker 1: that you're okay. So yeah, that's full girl code for me.
- 12:54Speaker 2: But thank goodness he was there.
- 12:56Speaker 1: Yeah. Interesting. So, as we said, this is a bit
- 12:59Speaker 1: of a wacky Wednesday episode, just a bunch of random stuff.
- 13:02Speaker 2: Ya.
- 13:03Speaker 1: Kiara and I've just been like talking of and discussing,
- 13:05Speaker 1: and we love sharing with you what's like our thought
- 13:08Speaker 1: process and the different stories that happen. But something I've
- 13:10Speaker 1: been thinking about lately is a bucket list. And I've
- 13:13Speaker 1: been thinking, like, you know, I'm thirty five, turning thirty six,
- 13:16Speaker 1: I feel like, and Steve's nine years older than me,
- 13:18Speaker 1: always thinking like he's kind of heading into that second
- 13:20Speaker 1: half of his life, which makes me emotional saying because
- 13:23Speaker 1: in my head I'm still twenty five and he's still young, Like,
- 13:26Speaker 1: but we're getting older, and I've done so much in
- 13:29Speaker 1: my life. I've been really reflecting as I'm going through
- 13:31Speaker 1: a lot of changes in my life, big changes and
- 13:34Speaker 1: a lot of reflection journaling, and I've been thinking about
- 13:37Speaker 1: all the things that I've achieved, like in business wise
- 13:39Speaker 1: and finances and traveling and kids and health and investments,
- 13:43Speaker 1: and just doing a lot of reflecting, Like, Okay, I
- 13:45Speaker 1: really want to write down what I want to do
- 13:48Speaker 1: before I die. So I've started creating a bucket list,
- 13:50Speaker 1: and I thought we could share just five of our
- 13:52Speaker 1: bucket lists that we want to do before we die. Yeah,
- 13:55Speaker 1: so do you want to go one for one?
- 13:56Speaker 2: Lets do one for one A couple of mine, probably
- 13:58Speaker 2: like three or four of mine you've actually done, like
- 14:00Speaker 2: you've done.
- 14:00Speaker 1: I've done a lot in my Yeah, I've done a
- 14:03Speaker 1: lot of traal, Like I've really have done a lot.
- 14:04Speaker 1: And it's what's helped me make some big decisions lately
- 14:06Speaker 1: because I'm like, why am I doing this or that?
- 14:09Speaker 1: Like I've achieved all of that. I don't need that
- 14:10Speaker 1: title anymore. I don't need to hang on to that, Like, Yeah,
- 14:13Speaker 1: I'm proud of so much of what I've done, and
- 14:16Speaker 1: I don't want to just hang on to an old
- 14:18Speaker 1: version of Ashy because that feels comfortable or that feels safe.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Ever since I've been in hospital, I feel like my
- 14:24Speaker 1: whole life has changed, my whole perspective. Got to love
- 14:26Speaker 1: a good health scare for that. But it's been such
- 14:28Speaker 1: a blessing. So it's been really cool to explore, like
- 14:31Speaker 1: who is this new version of Ashy? What does she want,
- 14:33Speaker 1: what does she enjoy? What am I needing right now
- 14:36Speaker 1: as well? And yeah, the bucket list things come up
- 14:38Speaker 1: and I've been chatting to Steve about it too, and
- 14:40Speaker 1: it's exciting because then I can like put the energy
- 14:42Speaker 1: out there and they start to plan like when and
- 14:43Speaker 1: how we can make these things happen. Yeah, so I'll
- 14:46Speaker 1: go first with mine. I've always wanted to go to
- 14:49Speaker 1: the Northern Lights to go and see them because it
- 14:51Speaker 1: just looks so beautiful. You've seen photos of it. It's
- 14:54Speaker 1: like the whole sky is lit up in this fluo
- 14:56Speaker 1: green and you have to go like travel quite far out.
- 14:59Speaker 2: Oh I have seen since you said fluo green, I
- 15:01Speaker 2: have seen photos of all.
- 15:02Speaker 1: Oh, it just looks like the most beautiful nature site.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Like I've always just dreamt of going there. And like
- 15:09Speaker 1: getting photos in my family. I feel like Taj would
- 15:11Speaker 1: just be like holy moly. Yeah, but I've recently learned
- 15:15Speaker 1: we have Southern lights that the whole sky is like
- 15:18Speaker 1: pink down in Tasmania. Oh what Yes, in September it's
- 15:22Speaker 1: like the main time. So I'm going to like try
- 15:24Speaker 1: to do that in September this year. Well, yes, we've
- 15:27Speaker 1: put it down in Tasmania. I where it's the northern
- 15:28Speaker 1: ones long way away over in Europe, but these ones
- 15:31Speaker 1: in Tasmania they are beautiful but different lights. So I
- 15:35Speaker 1: really want to do that in September. But that's my
- 15:37Speaker 1: first one.
- 15:37Speaker 2: That's beautiful Northern and Southern lights. Want to tick both
- 15:39Speaker 2: of them off amazing. My first one is take the
- 15:43Speaker 2: kids to Disneyland. Yes, I just think that'll just be
- 15:45Speaker 2: such a huge like moment and something that the whole
- 15:47Speaker 2: family will just like treasure and remember forever.
- 15:50Speaker 1: Which one would you go to?
- 15:51Speaker 2: Probably the American one. It's one in Japan too, Hey.
- 15:54Speaker 1: Yeah, that's probably the best one.
- 15:55Speaker 2: Yeah, I will not be fussy. I would take either yea,
- 15:59Speaker 2: but Disneyland and take kids and just see their little
- 16:01Speaker 2: faces light up and don't want to be tripped by
- 16:03Speaker 2: that would be very expensive, true, yeah, but I think
- 16:06Speaker 2: it would be such an incredible memory, Oh so beautiful.
- 16:09Speaker 1: Definitely. I think most families would want to do that. Hey, yeah,
- 16:12Speaker 1: I'm taking Taji to the Paris one when we go
- 16:15Speaker 1: to Europe. I've shortened our trips. We're gonna do Dubai.
- 16:18Speaker 1: But I feel like Steve's got massive formo with Dubai Becau.
- 16:20Speaker 1: Dubai is such a cool family trip. There's so many
- 16:22Speaker 1: fun things you do with the family. I don't think
- 16:24Speaker 1: i've updated you guys on what we're doing with your
- 16:26Speaker 1: whole Europe trip. So Steve's staying behind me Tala and
- 16:29Speaker 1: I'm taking Taj. Yes, so really exciting and Taj is
- 16:32Speaker 1: super excited. So yeah, we're going to do Dubai Italy
- 16:34Speaker 1: and then Paris. But I just think it's going to
- 16:36Speaker 1: be a little bit too long away from Tala for
- 16:38Speaker 1: me personally. We'll have to stop and Dubai. But I'll
- 16:41Speaker 1: go straight from Dubai to Italy for the wedding and
- 16:42Speaker 1: then we're gonna go to Paris and you can stay
- 16:44Speaker 1: at Disneyland and I've even looked up the rise. We
- 16:47Speaker 1: watch YouTube videos on a the top ten like fastest rides.
- 16:51Speaker 1: I'm terrified of heights. You can't get me on a
- 16:53Speaker 1: roller coaster. All of these roller coasters they're all indoors,
- 16:55Speaker 1: so I can.
- 16:56Speaker 2: Go with them.
- 16:56Speaker 1: Oh that's so cool because I love speed, I like
- 17:00Speaker 1: like adrenaline, but not anything with heights.
- 17:02Speaker 2: No, you can see down.
- 17:03Speaker 1: So these are like dark and the light. So basically
- 17:06Speaker 1: the top ten rides there, I'm literally gone. All of
- 17:08Speaker 1: them with him. Be so fun for me because I
- 17:11Speaker 1: don't do that stuff with him. No, it's going to
- 17:13Speaker 1: be such a special like mum and son trips. I'm
- 17:15Speaker 1: really excited to do that with him. But Disneyland, Yeah,
- 17:18Speaker 1: I've been to London, America years ago, but not with children.
- 17:21Speaker 1: It's just not the same.
- 17:22Speaker 2: No, you want to take their little faces lighter.
- 17:24Speaker 1: Oh so cute? Yeah, and you want to do it also,
- 17:27Speaker 1: not before they're too old. Yeah, but they can still
- 17:30Speaker 1: appreciate the Disney characters and relate to the movies and stuff.
- 17:33Speaker 2: True, not too young and not too old?
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yeah young? Yeah?
- 17:37Speaker 2: Good?
- 17:37Speaker 1: All your kids are close together. For that, I feel
- 17:39Speaker 1: like I'll miss out.
- 17:40Speaker 2: I feel like when Reeg's is like around six or something,
- 17:43Speaker 2: age perfect. Yes, yeah, cool.
- 17:47Speaker 1: So something Steve and I have been talking about lately,
- 17:50Speaker 1: as we obviously love traveling, is I really want to
- 17:52Speaker 1: take the kids like around the world trip for three
- 17:55Speaker 1: months before in between age. I think maybe when he's
- 17:59Speaker 1: like thirteen and she's six or seven, but literally take
- 18:02Speaker 1: three months off and just travel around the world. Wow. Yeah,
- 18:05Speaker 1: I would really love to do that. We're actually going
- 18:06Speaker 1: to do two months in Balley next year. I've decided. Yeah.
- 18:10Speaker 1: So Steve asked me the other day's like, you've always
- 18:12Speaker 1: wanted to live in BALI. I said, yeah, I would
- 18:13Speaker 1: definitely do a stint there. He's like, well, what's the stint.
- 18:15Speaker 1: I was like, I'm not sure, Like definitely a couple
- 18:17Speaker 1: of months. He was like, oh, should we do it
- 18:19Speaker 1: December January this year? Like just go in the summertime.
- 18:22Speaker 1: I was like yeah. He's like, actually, let's escape the
- 18:24Speaker 1: winter because we hate the cold. Yeah, so we're going
- 18:26Speaker 1: to do next winter but it's freezing here and go
- 18:28Speaker 1: over there for eight weeks.
- 18:29Speaker 2: Oh, that'd be amazing. Such a nice solid time away too.
- 18:33Speaker 1: We would love it. We thrive over there. I can't
- 18:35Speaker 1: imagine like waking up and like that's your new routine
- 18:37Speaker 1: for eight weeks, the gym's, the cafes, like dissume with
- 18:40Speaker 1: the kids, and just those memories when we're older, we'll
- 18:43Speaker 1: look back on that just being like one of the
- 18:45Speaker 1: best trips of our lives.
- 18:46Speaker 2: Yeah, so the next thing on my bucket list is
- 18:48Speaker 2: see the snow. I've still never seen the snow, and
- 18:52Speaker 2: Miller wants to go so badly. We've had this chat
- 18:54Speaker 2: a few times, like we've borne to go, and now
- 18:56Speaker 2: she's like, I would wait till they're a little bit older,
- 18:58Speaker 2: and everyone else ha said the same thing. Yeah, So
- 19:00Speaker 2: I just have never seen the snow before, and I
- 19:04Speaker 2: just think it'd be so fun.
- 19:05Speaker 1: So special. It was such a beautiful moment for Taj
- 19:08Speaker 1: to see it. We took him in a helicopter, like
- 19:10Speaker 1: a helicopter ride in Queenstown. Yeah, and they take you
- 19:14Speaker 1: up fucking shitting bricks. It was so scary for me.
- 19:17Speaker 1: I'm like terrified of heights. Yeah. I really had to
- 19:20Speaker 1: breathe my way through. And this is like a week
- 19:21Speaker 1: after the Sea World accident happened in the helicopter, so
- 19:25Speaker 1: I'm like shaking, not breathing. The pilot next to me
- 19:27Speaker 1: is laughing because how scartto was because he's like, I
- 19:30Speaker 1: do hundreds of lights each month. This is easy.
- 19:33Speaker 2: Anyway, it's so helpful thing.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Yeah, thank you. That makes me feel so much better. Anyways,
- 19:37Speaker 1: we went right up to the top of the mountain
- 19:39Speaker 1: and the helicopter just had to find like a flat
- 19:41Speaker 1: patch and land on the tip of this mountain and
- 19:44Speaker 1: we had to get out and touch snow. So that
- 19:46Speaker 1: was Taj's first experience touching snow because we went in
- 19:50Speaker 1: summer time, but up in the mountains it's obviously freezing. Yeah,
- 19:52Speaker 1: we got touched snow on a mountain, which is incredible.
- 19:55Speaker 1: I've also been to Japan snowboarding, and I've also been
- 19:58Speaker 1: to Whistler and I've also been to the snow in
- 20:00Speaker 1: New Zealand. Yeah, so it's incredible. But I do think,
- 20:03Speaker 1: wait till they're older and.
- 20:04Speaker 2: I I feel like I need to bring the grandparents along.
- 20:06Speaker 2: I feel like I need to stop there. So then
- 20:08Speaker 2: if like Kurt and I want to go like for
- 20:09Speaker 2: a snowboard together, so we're not otherwise one of us
- 20:11Speaker 2: will just be with the kids the whole time. I
- 20:12Speaker 2: can't go together, or you can.
- 20:14Speaker 1: If you want to put them into the kids ski school. Yes,
- 20:16Speaker 1: so they go in like a group of five or
- 20:18Speaker 1: ten or whatever, and then they all learn to ski together.
- 20:20Speaker 1: And then the parents go off and do that. They
- 20:22Speaker 1: go on to ski school from like nine to three
- 20:24Speaker 1: or something. They get to learn by the teachers, which
- 20:26Speaker 1: you have to you have to get lessons anyway, if
- 20:28Speaker 1: you've never done it. Yes, and then you guys can
- 20:29Speaker 1: go snowbody for the day. Oh so cool if you
- 20:31Speaker 1: want to do which is cool. But having grandparents there
- 20:33Speaker 1: because it's very tiring on your body. Yeah, and if
- 20:37Speaker 1: the kids don't enjoy it, at least you'd have them there,
- 20:39Speaker 1: you know, step in and help.
- 20:40Speaker 2: Yes, so yeah, yeah.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Oh that's so through. I love a good surprise. I
- 20:46Speaker 1: love surprise. I love someone organizes me a surprise, And
- 20:48Speaker 1: I really get a lot of joy out of organizing
- 20:51Speaker 1: surprises for other people. I've always been that friend that
- 20:54Speaker 1: does a big surprise parties or organizes birthdays, organizes events.
- 20:57Speaker 1: I love it. So I would love to organize a
- 20:59Speaker 1: surprise trip for like a girlfriend or like a group
- 21:02Speaker 1: of friends. And I would love for Steve to organize
- 21:05Speaker 1: a surprise trip for me where I don't know where
- 21:07Speaker 1: we're going. Yeah, it's like pack your bags and we
- 21:11Speaker 1: go to the airport and I have no idea where
- 21:12Speaker 1: we're going.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Wow, so you actually don't known till you get there.
- 21:15Speaker 2: Oh yeah, that would be so fun. Yeah that's awesome.
- 21:19Speaker 1: That just excites me, like oh yeah, oh yeah, yeah,
- 21:22Speaker 1: it's so fun. And I've taken like girlfriends on trips before,
- 21:25Speaker 1: but I could be so fun for them not to
- 21:26Speaker 1: know where You've planned like fun girly activities that you
- 21:29Speaker 1: can do. Yeah.
- 21:31Speaker 2: Oh that's such a good one.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Trips so good.
- 21:35Speaker 2: So next one is go hot air ballooning.
- 21:37Speaker 1: Oh, I couldn't think of anything.
- 21:40Speaker 2: You're going to say that. I've actually got a voucher,
- 21:42Speaker 2: do you. So what I need to do is I
- 21:45Speaker 2: need to get Kurt a ticket too so we can
- 21:46Speaker 2: go together. But I think it'd just be one of
- 21:48Speaker 2: those experiences that would be ingrained in your brain forever.
- 21:50Speaker 2: I got up on sunrise or sunset, don't think so.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Taji loved it. Stephen Targment last year, Oh really, Oh
- 21:57Speaker 1: my god, was in heaven. Oh really, ask.
- 22:00Speaker 2: Her, I'll see if she'd want to go. But I
- 22:02Speaker 2: just feel like it would just be one of those
- 22:03Speaker 2: like core memories going on doing a hot air balloon. Yeah.
- 22:06Speaker 1: Does that not freak you the fuck out? You're literally
- 22:08Speaker 1: floating in a basket in the air a.
- 22:10Speaker 2: Little bit, it does, It does freaking out a little bit.
- 22:13Speaker 2: But I think I can stay chilling in a basket,
- 22:15Speaker 2: not as much as jumping out of a plane and
- 22:17Speaker 2: doing like a skydive that I would never got hot
- 22:21Speaker 2: air balloon. I'm like, I think I could do that.
- 22:22Speaker 1: I took Steven targe because I think I was pregnant too,
- 22:25Speaker 1: but there's no way to do it anyway. But even
- 22:26Speaker 1: when they're blowing up the bloody big balloon, everyone jumped
- 22:29Speaker 1: on this little car and I was filming and taking
- 22:31Speaker 1: photos and I'm just looking all these people so calm
- 22:33Speaker 1: and excited. I just cannot relate on any level. But
- 22:37Speaker 1: Steve's the tag is up there, just chilling, like loving it.
- 22:39Speaker 1: They took selfies up there. They loved it, So I
- 22:42Speaker 1: think you would really love it. Yeah, it's super cute
- 22:44Speaker 1: human kurts to do.
- 22:45Speaker 2: But yeah millions, yeah, oh my gosh. But also, like
- 22:48Speaker 2: now you're saying that, I'm like, it's so scary doing
- 22:50Speaker 2: things where you're like risking yourself when you have kids.
- 22:53Speaker 2: And then like Curt and I go if something happens. God,
- 22:58Speaker 2: I know as soon as they come here, I was like, yeah,
- 23:01Speaker 2: but yeah, I think it would beautiful, but it would
- 23:03Speaker 2: be Yeah.
- 23:04Speaker 1: It's another thing that I've always wanted to do is
- 23:06Speaker 1: to renew our vowels but have our kids there, because
- 23:09Speaker 1: we didn't have any kids when we got married, and
- 23:12Speaker 1: we want to do it in the same location we
- 23:13Speaker 1: got married in Bali, up on top of a cliff top.
- 23:16Speaker 1: So I want to renew them like just us.
- 23:17Speaker 2: Oh that's beautiful, Like still.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Do the walk down the aisle, but have like Tala
- 23:21Speaker 1: and Taj like go up and do their flower thing
- 23:24Speaker 1: and just like have a moment where we can exchange
- 23:26Speaker 1: some words, get some cute photos and just do that
- 23:28Speaker 1: together with our children.
- 23:29Speaker 2: Oh that's so nice.
- 23:30Speaker 1: I think twenty years we'll do it. And we are
- 23:34Speaker 1: sixteen years in June this.
- 23:36Speaker 2: Year, sixteen years married, wow, not married, sorry, twenties together.
- 23:40Speaker 1: Twenty years together a date that we got together and
- 23:42Speaker 1: our wedding date a few days apart, so we've kind
- 23:44Speaker 1: of just combined the date. Yeah, so together for sixteen,
- 23:47Speaker 1: married for eight. But we'll do it. We've been together
- 23:49Speaker 1: for twenty nice.
- 23:50Speaker 2: Yes, it's not too far away.
- 23:52Speaker 1: No, four years away, I know, so definitely want to
- 23:55Speaker 1: do that.
- 23:55Speaker 2: So my next one is a husband and wife trip
- 23:58Speaker 2: to the mal Dives. Yes, yeah, you guys would bring
- 24:02Speaker 2: it on. Yeah, husband and wife trip to the mal Dives.
- 24:04Speaker 2: I think it would just be ultimate relax So oh
- 24:08Speaker 2: it is so nice, so relaxing.
- 24:11Speaker 1: It's the ultimate destination. I've done mal Dives twice and
- 24:13Speaker 1: I've done Bora Bora even like Maldive's better than bor
- 24:16Speaker 1: borer Yeah, really, Bora Bora is beautiful in the sense
- 24:19Speaker 1: that it has all the mountains in the background, whereas
- 24:20Speaker 1: Maldives doesn't have that, and Maldives the first time we went,
- 24:24Speaker 1: we were on a bit of a budget, so we
- 24:25Speaker 1: went to like a smaller island and there wasn't a
- 24:27Speaker 1: lot to do, so it was really relaxing. But the
- 24:29Speaker 1: second one we went to was huge, had ten different
- 24:31Speaker 1: restaurants and like for walking, hiking track and like just
- 24:35Speaker 1: more different activities to do, and it was just you
- 24:37Speaker 1: could get a villa on the beach or an overwater
- 24:40Speaker 1: bungalow and we did half half yeah, and both were
- 24:42Speaker 1: just incredible but so connecting, so relaxing. You literally just
- 24:45Speaker 1: like eat, have a lot of sex chat, lay in
- 24:49Speaker 1: the sun, perfect, repeat literally perfect, so good, and take
- 24:53Speaker 1: a lot of really beautiful photos.
- 24:54Speaker 2: Yeah, have the memories.
- 24:55Speaker 1: You would love it?
- 24:56Speaker 2: Yeah, I would love it. That sounds like my time
- 24:58Speaker 2: of holiday.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Yeah, so cool. Number five. I've got a whole list
- 25:02Speaker 1: at home, but we're only doing five today. We spoke
- 25:04Speaker 1: about it on a previous episode of How Inspiring Sky, where
- 25:06Speaker 1: he was on I'm a slept to get me out
- 25:08Speaker 1: of here. I've always had this like intuition that I'll
- 25:10Speaker 1: go on a TV show and I've actually been asked
- 25:13Speaker 1: to go on SAS and I declined because I'm a
- 25:16Speaker 1: silk and it wasn't worth me risking breaking my leg
- 25:19Speaker 1: on the first episode. No, I would be the laughing
- 25:21Speaker 1: stock of the show because I wouldn't last a day.
- 25:23Speaker 1: But I've always thought, I don't know, not survive. But
- 25:26Speaker 1: there's one I think I spoken about before, to that
- 25:27Speaker 1: millon Dollar Island or Dancing with the Stars. I just
- 25:30Speaker 1: feel like I'd love to go on a show that
- 25:33Speaker 1: put me outside my comfort zone, which being on a
- 25:34Speaker 1: show in itself is really scary, Like you're in front
- 25:37Speaker 1: of thousands, hundreds of thousands of people that really challenges
- 25:40Speaker 1: me physically and mentally because I feel like I don't
- 25:43Speaker 1: really push myself that much these days, like physically and
- 25:46Speaker 1: mentally like that, I just feel like that's on my.
- 25:49Speaker 2: Would you do I'm a celebrity.
- 25:51Speaker 1: Oh, I would consider it, yes, But I still feel
- 25:56Speaker 1: like as soon as there's something to do with the heights,
- 25:58Speaker 1: Like even Steve was like he believes in me and everything,
- 26:00Speaker 1: but he's like, oh the hearts, you would back out.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I would, and there wasn't one perfon and then the
- 26:05Speaker 1: last season that even did that back down? Like would
- 26:08Speaker 1: I be the first? I haven't watched any others, but
- 26:10Speaker 1: I don't think I could do any of the height stuff.
- 26:11Speaker 1: I would do pretty much everything else. I'll be so scared,
- 26:14Speaker 1: but I think i'd push through. But the heights I
- 26:16Speaker 1: just don't think I could do if I can't fall
- 26:18Speaker 1: off the side of the cliffs.
- 26:19Speaker 2: Wild joking, it's wild.
- 26:21Speaker 1: But Michelle bridges ate three penises. That was impressive that
- 26:24Speaker 1: I was impressed too. I was like, you go go,
- 26:26Speaker 1: and she volunteered to do all of the instead of
- 26:27Speaker 1: giving one.
- 26:28Speaker 2: To the I know, I was like, should have shut
- 26:30Speaker 2: it out, dull, Yeah, but she was worried that the
- 26:32Speaker 2: other person wasn't gonna eat it, so I think she's.
- 26:34Speaker 1: Like so strategic.
- 26:36Speaker 2: Yes, yeah, yeah, if.
- 26:38Speaker 1: The opportunity came my way, I would seriously consider it.
- 26:43Speaker 1: But yeah, I don't know. I've just always thought I
- 26:44Speaker 1: really wanted to do Big Brother. Yeah, and I got
- 26:47Speaker 1: through three interviews and then I didn't get in obviously.
- 26:50Speaker 2: But that would be ultimately Brother would be so fun.
- 26:53Speaker 1: So much fun. And the one that I was going
- 26:55Speaker 1: to go into is before COVID. They told me it
- 26:57Speaker 1: was going to be more like fittasy and challenges, so
- 26:59Speaker 1: it was like right up my alley. But I feel
- 27:01Speaker 1: like I would love that.
- 27:02Speaker 2: Yeah, that'd be Big Brother anymore? Did even watch itn't
- 27:05Speaker 2: seen it?
- 27:06Speaker 1: No, it's not.
- 27:06Speaker 2: It's not around it anymore, not for a long time.
- 27:09Speaker 1: Yeah, so that's.
- 27:10Speaker 2: Not if you're listening, you coming back? Oh my goodness,
- 27:15Speaker 2: And my last one is going to a Tony Robbins event.
- 27:18Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 27:19Speaker 2: I would love to see him and go to one
- 27:21Speaker 2: of his events. I don't know how many more he's
- 27:22Speaker 2: going to have happening or where it's going to be
- 27:24Speaker 2: able to happen, but I think now yeah, or even
- 27:27Speaker 2: just somebody who I find really inspiring that I can
- 27:29Speaker 2: learn so much from like going to an event like
- 27:32Speaker 2: that big big one.
- 27:34Speaker 1: Yeah, Tony's apparently rumors are he's not coming back to Australia. Yeah,
- 27:38Speaker 1: because we've got tickets to date with Destiny. If we
- 27:40Speaker 1: want to use our tickets because they're not refunding them,
- 27:42Speaker 1: We're to fly to America like Miami. Yeah, two kets
- 27:45Speaker 1: over to do a seven day course that goes all day. Yeah,
- 27:48Speaker 1: guess courses right. That course runs from like seven am
- 27:50Speaker 1: to like two in the morning. Imagine being jet lagged
- 27:53Speaker 1: and doing it.
- 27:53Speaker 2: Wonder if he's going to come through after Tony Robbins, Like,
- 27:55Speaker 2: there's got to be someone else that's going to come
- 27:57Speaker 2: through soon and like really lead the way. And it's
- 28:00Speaker 2: intriguing to see what's going to happen.
- 28:02Speaker 1: I saw the diary of the CEO, Stephen Bartlett Sunday Night,
- 28:05Speaker 1: who puts an event on it.
- 28:07Speaker 2: Honestly, who would be so rude?
- 28:09Speaker 1: Beth and I we were struggling. I took a packet
- 28:13Speaker 1: of lollise because I knew I'd be struggling. But at
- 28:15Speaker 1: ten o'clock, like I looked over at her at one
- 28:17Speaker 1: point and she's like micro sleeping, you know, in your
- 28:19Speaker 1: head bubbles. Oh yeah, and I caught myself micro sleeping
- 28:22Speaker 1: was such great information until I couldn't absorb boo because
- 28:24Speaker 1: I was so tired. Yeah, but he was really good.
- 28:27Speaker 1: But yeah, there hasn't been a lot of speakers since.
- 28:29Speaker 2: Tony that of that impactful.
- 28:31Speaker 1: We're actually going to an event soon. Yeah.
- 28:33Speaker 2: I feel like retreats do it more so these days
- 28:35Speaker 2: because you're more doing the work, whereas when you go
- 28:37Speaker 2: to an event, someone's talking to you. Retreats you're like
- 28:39Speaker 2: in their like workshop stuff, you're doing it.
- 28:42Speaker 1: But that's a cool thing with Tony. It's a mix
- 28:43Speaker 1: of boats. Even though it's an event. You get this workbook.
- 28:46Speaker 1: I'm not exaggerating. I'm holding my hands up so you
- 28:48Speaker 1: guys can't see it. But it is so thick and
- 28:50Speaker 1: so throughout that each of the days you're going through
- 28:51Speaker 1: the workbooks, you're breaking off into groups.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Did you keep all your workbooks?
- 28:55Speaker 1: I've got them in the back yere. Yeah, so cool
- 28:57Speaker 1: that you still got them. Yeah, you go off in groups,
- 28:59Speaker 1: you have to split from your partner as well, so
- 29:01Speaker 1: you're obviously getting more vulnerable and you're not like staying
- 29:03Speaker 1: in your safety zone. He does like meditation, like group meditations.
- 29:07Speaker 1: He does interventions with people. So he'll say, for example,
- 29:10Speaker 1: stand up, who's suicidal, And out of a thousand people
- 29:12Speaker 1: in the audience, he'll be five people that stand up,
- 29:13Speaker 1: and he'll spend two or three hours breaking down why
- 29:16Speaker 1: they feel like that and fully pulled them out of it.
- 29:18Speaker 1: And it's incredible to watch. It's life changing. Yeah, So
- 29:20Speaker 1: it's like interactive like that. It's not just hearing him speak, no,
- 29:23Speaker 1: but when he speaks, he speaks with so much passion
- 29:26Speaker 1: and conviction and just like you just want mo in
- 29:29Speaker 1: it like, and then he has the air conditioning down
- 29:32Speaker 1: really low to make sure you stay awake, so they
- 29:35Speaker 1: actually do that as a tool to keep you awake tactically,
- 29:38Speaker 1: so you've got to be like, it's freezing, but if
- 29:40Speaker 1: you're warm like that Stephen Bartlett one where I was
- 29:43Speaker 1: so warm that also made me sleepy. Yeah, but yeah, me,
- 29:46Speaker 1: and you've booked in for an event soon. I know.
- 29:48Speaker 2: I'm excited. We'll be able to come back and share
- 29:51Speaker 2: all of what comes up with you guys once we go.
- 29:53Speaker 1: It's just like a breath work ice bath and what
- 29:56Speaker 1: else is it?
- 29:57Speaker 2: I think meditation but yeah, breath work I'm excited for again.
- 30:01Speaker 1: Yeah, I'm really excited for that too. Yeah, I've done
- 30:05Speaker 1: probably six or seven now, there's only been one time
- 30:07Speaker 1: that I've had a really good release. Yeah, and like
- 30:09Speaker 1: visions and stuff. So I'm really excited for that too.
- 30:11Speaker 2: And I feel like when you're there and you're in
- 30:13Speaker 2: your right time, I feel like you're really in your
- 30:15Speaker 2: right time for this right now. True, So I feel
- 30:16Speaker 2: like you'll be I feel like you'll just be letting
- 30:18Speaker 2: go and like with whatever comes up, I think they'd
- 30:20Speaker 2: be resistance. Yeah, I think you're ready.
- 30:22Speaker 1: I hope so. And it's also to do with like
- 30:25Speaker 1: the facilitator, how safe you feel with them, yes, so
- 30:28Speaker 1: how much you can let go?
- 30:29Speaker 2: Definitely, you don't feel safe, like we see this in
- 30:31Speaker 2: the Ultimate Girl's Day Out. Like most have massive releases,
- 30:34Speaker 2: but some just aren't ready, like they, like I said,
- 30:36Speaker 2: not in that place, or they haven't quite opened up,
- 30:38Speaker 2: so they don't feel quite safe to like go there.
- 30:41Speaker 1: Yeah, because it's quite brave to go there. It is.
- 30:43Speaker 1: You've got to be ready, you've got to be vulnerable.
- 30:45Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, definitely.
- 30:46Speaker 1: Oh so cool. Well that's it for a wacky Wednesday guys.
- 30:50Speaker 2: Lucky Wednesday. I feel like this is a long, whacky Wednesday.
- 30:53Speaker 1: Yeah it might be.
- 30:53Speaker 2: Actually, yeah, we can talk underwater.
- 30:57Speaker 1: Thanks for joining us, guys. We'll see you next week.
