  SPEAKER_01: Namaste beautiful souls.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_01: Today's conversation I feel is one that every single person in the world needs to hear.
• 0:13
SPEAKER_01: Because I just get a sense that so many people are walking around feeling like anxious, exhausted, burnt out, um, um feeling like there's a lot of chronic symptoms like hormone issues, um, gut issues, brain fog, all of it.
• 0:31
SPEAKER_01: Like we're we're a lot of people are feeling physical symptoms.
• 0:34
SPEAKER_01: And so there is my guest today, Caroline.
• 0:39
  SPEAKER_01: Welcome, Caroline.
• 0:42
SPEAKER_01: So wonderful to have you here.
• 0:44
  SPEAKER_01: Thank you so much.
• 0:45
SPEAKER_01: I'm really happy to be here.
• 0:47
SPEAKER_01: And I really feel like you've uncovered a foundational piece that's missing from like modern health conversation.
• 0:56
SPEAKER_01: And I'm excited for you to share this with everyone and let's empower everyone to get back into optimum health.
• 1:04
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, yeah, it's exciting.
• 1:08
SPEAKER_03: I I for me, minerals are the most exciting thing.
• 1:12
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love it.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_01: Well, let's begin with you because um I'd love to know your journey and um like something happened in 2010.
• 1:23
SPEAKER_01: You had a crisis, and if you'd like to share what was happening in your life, what you experienced, all of it.
• 1:30
  SPEAKER_03: Sure.
• 1:31
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:31
SPEAKER_03: And because of your audience, I can share more than I normally do, which will be, I think, really helpful for people who are on um, you know, I'm gonna put it in quotes, a spiritual journey as if there's something different than a spiritual journey journey, because it's all one journey, right?
• 1:49
SPEAKER_03: Um but you know, in two, I I've always been a person who is a seeker.
• 1:55
SPEAKER_03: I've done a huge amount of personal work and spiritual work in my life.
• 2:00
  SPEAKER_03: And um, I've also been a I was a sensitivo.
• 2:03
SPEAKER_03: I'll always I call it a sensitivo, you know, somebody who's very sensitive to energies, lots of different inputs and um things.
• 2:11
SPEAKER_03: So um, in and as a young person, I spent a lot of time trying to heal that, thinking there was something wrong with me, that I was too sensitive.
• 2:20
SPEAKER_03: And of course, now I actually recognize that's my superpower, but that's uh been a many, many, many year journey.
• 2:28
SPEAKER_03: In 2010, um, I hit a crisis point, and I had been working in the corporate world in high-tech.
• 2:37
SPEAKER_03: I was a project manager for very large projects in a very stressful position.
• 2:42
SPEAKER_03: I also had two young children, and I hit this moment where I had really bad inflammation in my gut, even after being um gluten-free for probably seven years because of all sorts of allergy issues.
• 3:00
SPEAKER_03: I grew up with an autoimmune condition, so I would move in and out of being symptomatic relative to autoimmune.
• 3:08
SPEAKER_03: I had flatlined adrenals at that time, and they'd been flatlined for over a year, and I'd gone to multiple practitioners trying to find some way to jumpstart my adrenal function.
• 3:19
SPEAKER_03: I was doing hormone replacement therapy, but it wasn't having that much effect.
• 3:24
SPEAKER_03: I also had low thyroid.
• 3:26
SPEAKER_03: Um I have Hashimoto's, um, and so I dealt with thyroid imbalance, um, so hyperthyroid, hypothyroid, both at different times.
• 3:38
SPEAKER_03: I also um had terrible inflammation in my mouth.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_03: I had periodontal disease, um a lot of gum recession, um, deep pockets with you know infection in my mouth and bone loss in my teeth.
• 3:56
SPEAKER_03: So really uh critical situation in my mouth.
• 4:00
SPEAKER_03: And I also had terrible brain fog.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_03: And on top of everything else, I didn't sleep.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_03: And I've been in I had been an insomniac all my life, so really always struggled with getting to sleep, getting falling asleep.
• 4:13
SPEAKER_03: And then when I hit perimenopause, it, you know, the sleep interruption really hit.
• 4:18
SPEAKER_03: And I started waking up three, four, sometimes five times a night, every night.
• 4:22
SPEAKER_03: So it wasn't just, you know, maybe every few weeks I'd get one full night of sleep.
• 4:28
SPEAKER_03: So you can imagine being in this status, trying to hold down a very intense job, also being a mother of two young children, and I just I just hit a wall and I had to quit my corporate career.
• 4:43
  SPEAKER_03: I had a bankruptcy.
• 4:45
SPEAKER_03: I um I spiritually went into truly a dark night of the soul, and I struggled very deeply.
• 4:53
SPEAKER_03: At that time, I actually learned to knit and I and I started knitting scarves, and every stitch was like, oh my God, please help me.
• 5:00
SPEAKER_03: Oh my God, please help me.
• 5:02
SPEAKER_03: Oh my god, please help me.
• 5:03
SPEAKER_03: And I tell you that, you know, not to you know make feel bad about me, it's more like there's a time many people experience this crux point.
• 5:16
SPEAKER_03: Now, the amazing thing, and this is such a such a beautiful thing about the universe, is at that moment I met this person who's now my business partner, and he did a funny thing.
• 5:28
SPEAKER_03: He handed me a glass, a small little cup of liquid minerals, and he said, Why don't you try this?
• 5:34
  SPEAKER_03: It might help you.
• 5:35
SPEAKER_03: And I took a drink of it and it tasted like water, and it was really easy to drink.
• 5:39
SPEAKER_03: And I thought, oh, yeah, okay, that feels good in my body.
• 5:43
SPEAKER_03: And and just so we're also aware, like at this time I was a hyper health-oriented person.
• 5:50
SPEAKER_03: I ate organic, I ate, you know, I I um ate really well, I exercised, I took care of, I mean, I took incredible care of my body, no drugs, no alcohol, you know, maybe alcohol once in a while, but very rarely.
• 6:05
SPEAKER_03: So um so I started taking these minerals, and after two months of taking them, and I just I woke up every morning and my body went like, oh, I want my minerals.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_03: Um, and just that alone was different because I'm not a big supplement taker.
• 6:21
SPEAKER_03: And when I usually have to take pills, I'm like, oh, uh, do I have to do it again today?
• 6:26
SPEAKER_03: You know, but in this case, my body really wanted them.
• 6:30
SPEAKER_03: So I just kept taking them.
• 6:32
SPEAKER_03: And after two months, I went to my dentist, and I had to have my teeth cleaned every three months because of the problems with my mouth.
• 6:39
SPEAKER_03: And she looked in my mouth, you know, to do the exam, and she was, she like was astounded.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_03: She's like, oh my gosh, what has changed?
• 6:48
SPEAKER_03: The pH in your mouth is different, the tissues look pink and healthy, you had very little bleeding when you were having your teeth cleaned.
• 6:57
SPEAKER_03: Like, what is going on?
• 6:58
SPEAKER_03: And, you know, I at that time I didn't even know what it was, but I realized after thinking about it, I said, you know, maybe it's these minerals.
• 7:07
SPEAKER_03: So she's like, well, just keep doing it.
• 7:09
SPEAKER_03: So then four months in, I went to a naturopath that I'd been working on around my adrenals.
• 7:14
SPEAKER_03: My last appointment, she had recommended that I take hydrocortisone orally, and she'd given me a prescription for it, which I'd never filled.
• 7:22
SPEAKER_03: But I went and we looked at the results of a test that I had done, and my adrenals were one-third of the way up the chart.
• 7:30
SPEAKER_03: And I had definitely started to feel a lot better by then, and I was like, wow, you know, I came into the appointment kind of excited because I had a feeling things were going to show on the test.
• 7:43
SPEAKER_03: Then, you know, over the space of eight or nine months, you know, not quite a year, um, all of the symptoms that I described from the inflammation in my gut with bloating, elimination issues, constipation, to all of the inflammation in my mouth.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_03: The other thing I didn't mention is I had recurring sinus infections because I had um had a mold exposure event and those completely stopped.
• 8:08
SPEAKER_03: I stopped getting sick at all, like no colds, no flus, nothing.
• 8:13
SPEAKER_03: Um, and I started sleeping through the night.
• 8:17
SPEAKER_03: Um, you know, the the inflammation in my mouth went away and the brain fog cleared.
• 8:22
SPEAKER_03: And if it'd only been one or two things that had changed, I might not have been curious enough to do the research.
• 8:30
SPEAKER_03: But because so many things changed, and I kept going back to my friend who had recommended them and going, like, really, like minerals?
• 8:39
SPEAKER_03: I mean, I've been to so many different practitioners over the years trying to heal, you know, I'm going to the doc, the gut doctor, I go to the mouth doctor, I go to the sinus doctor, I go to the, you know what I mean, all the different, the sleep doctor, you know, all the different, the hormone, you know, different people for different things.
• 8:56
SPEAKER_03: And no one ever said, you know, you might be mineral deficient.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_03: But he kept, so as I went back to him, he started feeding me little pieces like, why don't you read this and go read this?
• 9:08
SPEAKER_03: And when I read read some of those things, I didn't understand even what the words meant.
• 9:13
SPEAKER_03: So then I had to look up words to find out what they meant.
• 9:16
SPEAKER_03: And over a period of time, I schooled myself, you know, in cellular biology, microbiology, you know, how minerals work in the body, what minerals are, you know, on and on.
• 9:28
SPEAKER_03: Um, and as I was learning, Natalie, I had so many aha moments.
• 9:35
SPEAKER_03: And I felt like, why has no one ever talked to me about this, this foundational essential information?
• 9:44
SPEAKER_03: And that's that was really the beginning of my journey.
• 9:48
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 9:49
SPEAKER_01: And while you were going through this, like so many different things were going like wrong in the body.
• 9:56
SPEAKER_01: What were the doctors saying?
• 9:58
SPEAKER_01: Like what how were they diagnosing you?
• 10:01
SPEAKER_01: What were they saying was going on?
• 10:03
SPEAKER_03: Well, you know, you go, I go to one doctor who's gonna help me with allergies because maybe my sinus problems are about allergies.
• 10:10
SPEAKER_03: So then they put me on a, you know, a diet where it's only certain things, you know, for you do the whole elimination diet or they do the tests, you know, everybody's doing their own little protocol.
• 10:21
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_03: So what I, you know, in the end, what I recognized, you know, I could go through each one.
• 10:27
SPEAKER_03: Each one had their little solution based on their world, you see.
• 10:32
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_03: But uh the what I really saw on in the biggest aha moment was they were all looking at the body more like like a car, like a vehicle, you know, and you've got the transmission and you have the, you know, the wheels and you have the whatever, you know, the outside of it, you know, all the different pieces.
• 10:53
SPEAKER_03: And, you know, you wouldn't go to the person who's gonna fix your tires to fix your transmission, you know, and that's how modern medicine, even in the, you know, allopathic as opposed to conventional, you know, all of them have been taught to think of a heart, a lung, a system, you know, hormones, thyroid, you know, blood, you know, that we think bones, you know, we think of the body as disparate parts.
• 11:22
SPEAKER_03: But in the research that I did, I got underneath all of it and I understood that the entire body, every single part of the body is made of single cells.
• 11:38
SPEAKER_03: And that this cellular ecosystem of your body, incredibly wise, so in miraculous that I that all of the things are happening in my body right now, allowing me to like talk to you, think, move.
• 11:56
SPEAKER_03: It's miraculous the complexity and the beauty of how all these different organisms and cells and everything work together and know what they're supposed to do.
• 12:09
SPEAKER_03: So just the miraculousness of that, it's not at all like a car.
• 12:13
SPEAKER_03: It's not at all like a car.
• 12:16
  SPEAKER_03: It's more like a forest.
• 12:18
SPEAKER_03: My body's actually more like a forest.
• 12:21
SPEAKER_03: And even if you go further, you re what I recognized is that we think of humans as separate from the earth.
• 12:29
SPEAKER_03: Like we walk around on the earth, we're the stewards of the earth, but actually we are part of the earth's ecosystem.
• 12:37
SPEAKER_03: We come from the earth, and that it begins to it's like it's a completely different perspective.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_03: Um yeah, completely different perspective.
• 12:52
SPEAKER_01: What I've understood from like my own meditation, I I went to Vipassana, Tende Silent Retreat.
• 13:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I had a profound experience where I dissolved the mind and the body, and then and then as I came back, I started experiencing what's really happening, and I was like, oh my gosh, subatomic particles full of four elements air, fire, earth, water.
• 13:18
  SPEAKER_01: Oh wow.
• 13:19
SPEAKER_01: And then I got to watch like how the different emotions hold the different elements, and and so what I understand and what I feel like you and I are like both saying is that we are made up of the same elements that are all around us, like as in the cosmos, as within us, like all the cells in our body are the same, like every single star in our solar system, like every single part, like I see the cells as these little beings that are communicating with each other and supporting one another for the whole.
• 13:56
SPEAKER_01: We we are our entire universe over here, and all the cells are wanting to work together.
• 14:02
SPEAKER_01: So, like, how can we support our body more?
• 14:06
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like you've gone and uncovered this.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_01: So, um, so I'd love to know.
• 14:12
SPEAKER_01: Okay, so if so, you said you were doing all the right things, you said like you were eating well, you were exercising, um, and so like why wasn't that all enough?
• 14:24
  SPEAKER_01: What what what else?
• 14:26
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's so interesting.
• 14:27
SPEAKER_03: And and one of the and I love the way you put it, you know, this this sense that we are actually all one thing, and you you are a universe over there, and I'm I'm a universe over here, but we're actually connected to this huge universe.
• 14:42
SPEAKER_03: And so there's this, there's this awareness that happens of the macro, you know, the hugeness of you know, beyond our ability to perceive, even with our little brain, you know.
• 14:55
SPEAKER_03: Um, and then there is the micro.
• 14:58
SPEAKER_03: And when you go deeply into the micro, you realize that's another macro of an even tinier micro.
• 15:06
SPEAKER_03: So as we go micro, so and and the reason I say micro, so I I often talk about how a lot of people in the health and wellness world and nowadays they talk about the macros, proteins, fats, carbs, and they say, you know, you've got to learn to manage those, and that's how you're gonna be healthy, that's how you're gonna keep your metabolic system healthy.
• 15:25
SPEAKER_03: And I and I say, well, that's maybe true, but underneath those are the micros, the micronutrients.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_03: And literally, and and let me paint a picture for you because it helps to understand the scale of this.
• 15:39
SPEAKER_03: So your body is made up of maybe 37 to 150 trillion cells, depending on you know how big of a person you are.
• 15:49
  SPEAKER_03: So 37 to 150 trillion cells.
• 15:55
SPEAKER_03: Now, inside those cells, and each cell, the amazing thing is every cell knows exactly what it's supposed to do, and some are a heart cell, and some is a skin cell, and something in my eye and my brain, and you know, they all know what they're supposed to do and what they're what they're there for.
• 16:12
SPEAKER_03: So that alone is astounding.
• 16:14
SPEAKER_03: But when I started really looking inside the cell, because I thought, okay, so cells are what really are the foundation for my entire body, but what fuels a cell?
• 16:29
SPEAKER_03: Like what actually what's what's a cell made of?
• 16:31
SPEAKER_03: And inside the cell, you have these things called mitochondria, and they're these little energy generating units, and they generate most of the energy in your body.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_03: Now, if if you have enough fuel in your body, like totally enough fuel, you generate about 1200 watts of electricity a day.
• 16:51
SPEAKER_03: Your body can generate about that's like enough to plug in your toaster and your blender.
• 16:56
  SPEAKER_03: You know, it's a it's a lot of energy.
• 16:59
SPEAKER_03: Now, if you don't have enough energy, what happens is your body has to pick and choose what it can do and what it can't do.
• 17:08
SPEAKER_03: So let's look at, let's like look inside the cell.
• 17:11
SPEAKER_03: So the way I like to describe it is like a campfire.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so if you're gonna go build a campfire, you're gonna need some wood, some heavy fuel that you're gonna burn.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_03: You're gonna need some like tinder, something that quickly starts easily on fire, smaller, smaller burning fuel, and then you're gonna need a match, and that's the thing that can ignite that fuel and turn it into energy.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_03: So inside your cell, you have a mitochondria.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_03: The mitochondria is the ability, it's the match, it's the thing that allows the the fuel to turn into energy.
• 17:49
SPEAKER_03: The heavy fuel, the wood, is the minerals.
• 17:53
SPEAKER_03: It's it is the heavy fuel that your body uses to create energy.
• 18:00
SPEAKER_03: And the tinder is like amino acids.
• 18:03
SPEAKER_03: So it takes both because you wouldn't really be able to light the wood on fire unless you can get a little fire started using those amino acids.
• 18:11
SPEAKER_03: And amino acids, you've got a lot inside your body.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_03: Many come from the outside as well, but you also have some endogenously inside your body.
• 18:19
SPEAKER_03: But minerals, they all come from the outside, they all come from the foods and water that you take in.
• 18:27
  SPEAKER_03: All of them.
• 18:28
SPEAKER_03: Now, if you're not getting enough of that foundational fuel, you've got a lot of inactive campfires.
• 18:37
SPEAKER_03: And to give you an idea of the scale, on the back of my hand here, in one single cell, I might have 200 mitochondria just in one single cell.
• 18:50
SPEAKER_03: In my heart, in one single cell, I might have five to eight thousand mitochondria.
• 18:58
SPEAKER_03: And in my brain, in a single neuron in your brain, up to two million mitochondria in one single neuron.
• 19:06
SPEAKER_03: So if you take 37 trillion and you multiply it by those numbers, you can it's it's phenomenal.
• 19:14
SPEAKER_03: The number, the the amount of energy in tiny, tiny units that your body is generating continually, but all of it relies on minerals.
• 19:28
SPEAKER_03: This is how foundational it is.
• 19:31
SPEAKER_03: So if you don't have enough, if you're not bringing in enough fuel through your mouth via your food and water, then your body will not be able to generate enough of those camp, like light enough of those little campfires to generate enough energy.
• 19:49
SPEAKER_03: And then we end up in a situation where like I was.
• 19:52
SPEAKER_01: Isn't this an incredible conversation?
• 19:55
SPEAKER_01: Stay until the end because it gets even more light-filled and more expansive, and um, yeah, you'll feel it, you'll feel it in your body.
• 20:05
SPEAKER_01: And I'm just taking a little moment because I'm so excited to share what's in my heart with you.
• 20:11
SPEAKER_01: Returning to source, it's my baby, it's the retreat that's being birthed from my deepest part of my heart.
• 20:19
SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like when we're together in a group, in person, bringing all the sparks of our light together, we experience powerful transformation.
• 20:31
SPEAKER_01: So if you're doing the work by yourself, yeah, of course you're gonna have transformation.
• 20:37
SPEAKER_01: But if you want to have massive quantum leaps, then like I always go to retreats when I'm like, okay, now it's time for like big shifts, big expansion.
• 20:46
SPEAKER_01: So this is why I'm hosting retreats because I hold so much light and I am vibrating love, and me and the angels and the Arcturians, we're gonna hold space for you so that you can have a huge transformation, a healing, an expansion, a connecting to source.
• 21:05
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, connect, receive all the energies.
• 21:09
SPEAKER_01: Read below in the description about returning to source, and you can email Christy and she can support you in booking your room and your beautiful space, and we're gonna be eating really high nutritional, high-vibe foods that have the minerals so that our body can be very grounded and balanced so that we can hold more of the light during the entire seven nights and eight days together.
• 21:37
SPEAKER_01: It's from the 14th to the 21st of November.
• 21:40
SPEAKER_01: And if you're getting a yes in your heart, come and sign up because the rooms are selling out quite quickly.
• 21:46
SPEAKER_01: And so, if you feel like you're meant to be there and you're a part of this, I'm here with big wings to welcome you.
• 21:54
SPEAKER_01: So much love, and now let's jump back to this wonderful conversation.
• 21:58
  SPEAKER_01: There's so much.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_01: More for you to receive.
• 22:01
SPEAKER_03: So I started out mineral deficient.
• 22:04
SPEAKER_03: I'm sure I've been mineral deficient all my life.
• 22:06
SPEAKER_03: I'm also sure that I had glyphosate toxicity, which affects minerals in the body.
• 22:12
SPEAKER_03: And then I had a host of kind of genetic issues that I was dealing with, like Hashimoto's.
• 22:21
SPEAKER_03: So my system had a lot of hits, plus just being as sensitivo to energy, which create and growing up in a chaotic situation that created stress, which depletes more minerals.
• 22:33
SPEAKER_03: So I was in deep depletion and then I had two children.
• 22:38
SPEAKER_03: And you have to understand that when you grow a baby in your uterus, all of the structure of that baby is minerals, and all of that structure comes from your body.
• 22:51
SPEAKER_03: So many, many women, after they have children, they suddenly start having mouth and teeth problems, because that's minerals, and they start having a host of chronic low-level symptoms, brain fog, sleep disruption, these skin issues, hair loss, you know, these things that are true signs of depletion, but their doctors don't recognize it as mineral, as a mineral problem.
• 23:20
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 23:21
SPEAKER_01: And could you you said Hashim, Hashimoto's, could you explain what that is?
• 23:26
SPEAKER_03: I'm sorry, Hashimoto's is just hypothyroid, it's low thyroid.
• 23:30
SPEAKER_03: It's basically it has to do with um your body not being able to convert, uh, I don't know, there's a whole there's a whole thing.
• 23:39
SPEAKER_03: Your body doesn't work properly around your thyroid production and utilization.
• 23:45
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 23:46
  SPEAKER_01: Wow.
• 23:46
SPEAKER_01: So so could you walk us through how minerals are actually supposed to get into our food and our water in the first place?
• 23:55
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 23:56
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 23:57
SPEAKER_03: So let's think about, let's look at nature.
• 24:00
SPEAKER_03: So out in nature in a forest, if you think about, I have this beautiful picture of a forest I always keep up here.
• 24:06
SPEAKER_03: It's a it's a kind of Pacific Northwest in the United States with um huge, I think these are cedar trees, yeah, um, and this beautiful undergrowth.
• 24:17
SPEAKER_03: So in that forest, the way that things work is plants grow in the soil.
• 24:23
SPEAKER_03: And when the as they grow, the way that they grow, both to create all of the structure of the plant and also to use as fuel for energy generation to grow, they take minerals from the soil, like a whole bunch of minerals, like 18 or so.
• 24:42
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 24:43
SPEAKER_03: And the way that they do that is by absorbing them through their roots, the same way you absorb um nutrients through the lining of your gut.
• 24:54
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so they absorb nutrients into their systems in the in through from the soil into the roots of in inside the plant.
• 25:04
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 25:05
SPEAKER_03: So then the plant grows.
• 25:07
SPEAKER_03: Now, in nature, what happens is at some point that plant ends its life, it dies, and it decomposes.
• 25:13
SPEAKER_03: And as it decomposes, what happens is a microbial degradation, so a decomposition process that delivers all of the mineral content of that plant back into the soil.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_03: That's why you have amazing really dense and healthy, thriving soils in a forest because all of that plant life has grown and died and decomposed.
• 25:39
SPEAKER_03: And there's a really interesting process that happens.
• 25:42
  SPEAKER_03: It's a microbial process.
• 25:45
SPEAKER_03: When plants, freshwater plants decompose, they actually don't just deliver like the base minerals into the soil, they actually end up delivering these particular molecules that I call plant-based mineral complexes.
• 26:01
SPEAKER_03: And they're called humic and fulvic.
• 26:05
SPEAKER_03: And they're two molecules which are actually delivery systems for minerals into cells.
• 26:28
SPEAKER_03: It works the same way as a mitochondria in your body.
• 26:33
SPEAKER_03: And it needs actually the same ratio of minerals.
• 26:38
SPEAKER_03: So your cells need the same ratio of minerals as the cells in a cedar tree.
• 26:42
  SPEAKER_03: Why is that?
• 26:43
  SPEAKER_03: Because guess what?
• 26:44
SPEAKER_03: We all came from the same stuff.
• 26:48
SPEAKER_03: So Mother Nature said, Oh, I have to figure out how to get 18 minerals in these proper ratios into all the cells of plant life on earth and animals on earth.
• 27:01
SPEAKER_03: How am I going to do it?
• 27:02
SPEAKER_03: It created pre-formulated molecules, not only just the molecules themselves having the minerals, but also a delivery system, a technology for delivering the minerals into the cells.
• 27:19
SPEAKER_03: You see how amazing nature is?
• 27:21
SPEAKER_03: I mean, it's it completely makes sense.
• 27:24
  SPEAKER_03: Of course.
• 27:25
SPEAKER_03: Because in nature, they could it couldn't say, okay, I need a little calcium over here.
• 27:29
SPEAKER_03: Let's figure out how to get, you know, we take, we think of supplementation as, you know, you go to the health food store and you get calcium and you're gonna get some potassium, you're gonna get some chromium, and you're gonna get some magnesium, you're gonna get some, etc., right?
• 27:42
  SPEAKER_03: Zinc.
• 27:43
SPEAKER_03: And you're gonna try and take all those, but actually your body doesn't work like that because that's the mechanical model.
• 27:50
SPEAKER_03: Like I'm gonna go down to the take my car down to the gas station and I'm gonna fill the gas tank and the window shield washer fluid and the radiator and I'm gonna check the oil.
• 28:00
SPEAKER_03: That's that's the mechanical model, and your body doesn't work like that, like at all.
• 28:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because you need these other um processes to help your body to absorb it all.
• 28:19
  SPEAKER_03: Exactly.
• 28:20
SPEAKER_03: So what I said is, you know, it's the whole concept of supporting the body by I mean, Western medicine is great for acute situations, but for chronic problems, it doesn't look underneath, it tends to try to heal a symptom over here and heal a symptom over here, and then what we end up is what I call whack-a-mole.
• 28:42
SPEAKER_03: You know, we we solve this problem and this problem gets bigger, and we push that one down, and then we, you know, start another one over here.
• 28:49
SPEAKER_03: We try and fix the one that pops up over there instead of getting under everything.
• 28:54
SPEAKER_03: And if you start supporting the body by providing this full spectrum of minerals in a very, very bioavailable form, what happens is many, many, many more campfires are able to be generated inside your cells.
• 29:12
SPEAKER_03: So you get more energy, and your body doesn't no longer have to pick and choose what it can do, what it can't do, it starts to be able to do a much greater amount.
• 29:23
SPEAKER_03: It's like turning the dimmer up on a light.
• 29:26
SPEAKER_01: Oh, and then you've got so much more energy, and you the light of consciousness can be fully embodied.
• 29:34
  SPEAKER_01: I can feel it.
• 29:36
SPEAKER_01: So that I often get shown this image of um trees outside being touched by the sunlight, receiving the codes of the sun and receiving the energy from from like the rich soils, and then it and then it creates this beautiful fruit, and the fruit, you know, it gets so rich and sweet and it ripe, and then it it kind of like it's just ready to drop.
• 30:04
SPEAKER_01: Like the other day I went to my tree and I touched the mango and it just fell into my hand.
• 30:09
SPEAKER_01: It was like, yes, I'm ready, eat me.
• 30:13
SPEAKER_01: So like I truly feel like if we eat foods that are touched by nature, then we we are bringing our body and supporting our body to come back to its true rhythm in nature.
• 30:28
SPEAKER_01: And I feel like so, but you were eating, you were eating healthily, so then Yeah, but here's yeah, that's the problem.
• 30:35
  SPEAKER_03: So here's the problem.
• 30:36
SPEAKER_03: I described how it works in nature, but here's what we do we cultivate, so we grow fruit and soil and we harvest it, and we take it away from where it was grown, and we prepare it, or we you know, do all sorts of things to it, and we dispose of the waste far from where it was grown.
• 30:56
SPEAKER_03: And and we do that year over year, and we've been doing it for hundreds of years, and the soil itself, it's like having a bank account, and you just take money out, and then the next year you take money out, and the next year you take money out, and you never put money back in, the bank account ends up being empty, and that's what's happening with the soils.
• 31:15
SPEAKER_03: In fact, in the US in 1936, so a very long time, almost 90 years ago, okay, a man brought a whole paper and presented in the US Congress about this problem of mineral depletion in the soil and it being a critical problem.
• 31:35
SPEAKER_03: This is a time when there was dust bowls in the in um the Midwest, and it was very problematic.
• 31:41
SPEAKER_03: And what have they done about mineral depletion in the soils?
• 31:46
SPEAKER_03: All they've done is instead added nitrates, which are these um fertilizers, which actually don't support nutrient density in the food, they just make the foods create more carbohydrates.
• 31:59
SPEAKER_03: So there's less protein in the food, less micronutrients.
• 32:03
SPEAKER_03: And there have been studies done, you know, measuring food grown in the 1950s and food grown in 1999 showed substantial nutrient decrease in the food.
• 32:15
SPEAKER_03: So the sad fact that is today you cannot eat enough volume of food to get enough micronutrients in your diet.
• 32:25
SPEAKER_03: So you have to find ways to get those micronutrients into your body other than your food.
• 32:32
SPEAKER_03: Now, I'm a big proponent of food as medicine and absolutely and totally understand that you know what you put in your mouth and how you put it in is going to certainly affect your biology.
• 32:44
SPEAKER_03: But it's an absolute fact that you cannot eat enough volume of food to get the micronutrients that you need to fully support all the functions of your body.
• 32:56
SPEAKER_03: So that's why I call mineral deficiency the it is the health issue of our age.
• 33:02
SPEAKER_03: And in fact, the World Health Organization even coined a term for it, and it's called the hidden hunger.
• 33:09
SPEAKER_03: So the hidden hunger is that feeling like I'm doing all the things, but there's just something missing, and it it sends you in the afternoon to take a nap or reach for some sugar or some chocolate, or after you've eaten a full dinner to open up the fridge and go, yeah, I just because guess what?
• 33:25
SPEAKER_03: When your cells don't have what they need at this very fundamental level to generate the energy, like they don't have the fuel to generate the energy to do their full function.
• 33:37
  SPEAKER_03: What do they do?
• 33:38
SPEAKER_03: They send a message to the nervous system.
• 33:40
SPEAKER_03: And the message sounds like this we don't have what we need.
• 33:44
SPEAKER_03: We don't have what we need.
• 33:45
SPEAKER_03: We don't have what we need.
• 33:46
SPEAKER_03: Go looking, go looking, get up, I need something.
• 33:50
SPEAKER_03: And what does it do?
• 33:52
SPEAKER_03: It sends you look, it makes you feel like, oh, I need something, and it wakes you up in the night.
• 33:57
SPEAKER_03: It keeps your nervous system on more of an alert status, this higher cortisol level, which again is a you know a bad situation because that also then depletes more minerals.
• 34:10
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 34:11
  SPEAKER_03: You see?
• 34:11
SPEAKER_03: So what I say is you have to you have to get out of the loop of that loop and you have to enter a new loop.
• 34:18
SPEAKER_03: And the new loop is what I call the sustainable loop that nature relies on, which is using humic and fulvic, nature's technology for replenishing minerals in cellular systems, which will get like it's like you have when you do that, you start having experience like the tide coming in and all the boats lifting off the sand at the same time.
• 34:44
SPEAKER_03: So as all the as your body's able to produce more energy, now without trying to do whack-a-mole, suddenly you start having a little more energy, and then you start making different choices about what you're eating because you don't crave the sugar, and your bowel starts working more properly, and you're able to develop more digestive enzymes because those all require minerals, and now you're digesting better, and the the inflammation and the lining of your gut that was being caused from glyphosate.
• 35:20
SPEAKER_03: Now you're getting the glyphosate out and and you have enough energy to start clearing that inflammation, and your hair, your body goes, Oh, actually, we do have enough energy now to grow hair, so we'll actually grow hair instead of lose it.
• 35:34
SPEAKER_03: You know, you see, all the boats start raising off the sand together.
• 35:40
SPEAKER_03: And ultimately, what happens when we're talking about a spiritual journey?
• 35:46
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, that, you know, instead of having the rubber band effect, which is I have an experience that expands my ability to hold a certain frequency, and then I go back to my life and it rubber bands back.
• 35:59
SPEAKER_03: Instead, I'm able to hold the frequency more consistently.
• 36:04
SPEAKER_03: And now my ability, my bandwidth, like my ability to respond to life, to have those little windows where it's between having somebody push a button in me and reaction, that time grows.
• 36:20
SPEAKER_03: So now I can use, you know, I'm I'm able to use uh Julie's two-minute rule, you know, which is that, you know, if I'm not gonna die in two minutes, maybe I'll just let this one go, you know.
• 36:35
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, exactly.
• 36:37
SPEAKER_01: Um, that's Julie Ryan, who I've had on my podcast with a group I had a with um Marcy Scheimoff and Deborah Poneman and Geraldine Glass and Julie Ryan.
• 36:49
SPEAKER_01: We had a wonderful conversation.
• 36:51
SPEAKER_01: Um, yes, and her two-minute rule, it's like, yeah, if I'm not gonna die, then yeah, it's it's okay.
• 36:58
  SPEAKER_01: Um, there's a few questions.
• 37:00
SPEAKER_01: So Humic and Fulvik, so how do we get that into our system?
• 37:05
SPEAKER_01: How do we help our body?
• 37:07
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 37:08
SPEAKER_03: So let me tell you where they come from because I think it helps people understand what they are.
• 37:13
SPEAKER_03: So they're actually the the ones that are used in um both agriculture and in um in providing mineral replenishment for humans, um, come from ancient decomposed plants.
• 37:28
SPEAKER_03: So actually, 65 million years ago, it was the dinosaur era, and a meteor hit the Yucatan, and it killed 75% of all life on the planet in a few hours.
• 37:43
SPEAKER_03: And all these rainforests, which actually ranged way far from the equator all the way up into Canada, way far south, and that those um all of those rainforests died and decomposed.
• 37:56
SPEAKER_03: And as they died and decomposed, that decomposition process that I described delivered a huge layer of humic and fulvic substances into the earth.
• 38:10
SPEAKER_03: And there are different substances.
• 38:12
SPEAKER_03: In the Himalayas, we have something called shiligite, and it's like a tarry substance that oozes from the rocks.
• 38:19
SPEAKER_03: Um, in the British Isles, there's something called peat, and it's a clumpy soil-like substance.
• 38:24
SPEAKER_03: They find it in peat bogs in wet bog lands.
• 38:28
SPEAKER_03: In the US and in North America, we have something called um humate and leonardite, and there's other, there's other um substances around in in other continents.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_03: They have just different names.
• 38:41
SPEAKER_03: Um, but they're all actually humic substances.
• 38:46
SPEAKER_03: So the the first molecule is humic, and it's it's an absolutely incredible molecule.
• 38:53
SPEAKER_03: Now, there's lots of, and then out of humic you get, you can extract fulvic.
• 38:58
SPEAKER_03: And there's a reason to have both because they have different capacities, which we can get into.
• 39:02
SPEAKER_03: But so there's lots of ways to get these into your body.
• 39:07
SPEAKER_03: And the reason you would want to get them into your body is because they're natural, they're pure, and they're easily, they provide all the minerals your body needs in the natural ratio.
• 39:19
SPEAKER_03: So it removes all the guesswork for you.
• 39:21
SPEAKER_03: You don't have to go, how much magnesium should I take today?
• 39:24
SPEAKER_03: How much calcium, how much chromium, how much selenium, whatever, whoever told you what minerals to take, you know.
• 39:31
SPEAKER_03: Um, and plus it they include all of the micronutrients, which are some minerals you've you may never never heard of, like molybdenum, vanadium, boron, things that you absolutely have to have.
• 39:44
SPEAKER_03: They're not like nice to have, like your body has to have them, and you need to get all of them in the natural ratio.
• 39:51
SPEAKER_03: So, you know, um, you know, the product that I started taking is the one that is my company because ultimately I went to my partner and I, my now business partner, I said, we need to bring these to the world because if they help me so much, they're gonna help so many other people.
• 40:07
SPEAKER_03: We have to bring this.
• 40:08
SPEAKER_03: And so we started that about um, I don't know, 2019.
• 40:13
SPEAKER_03: So that gives you an idea of how long ago.
• 40:16
SPEAKER_03: Um, I'm I'm bad with remembering numbers of years, so you can do the math.
• 40:22
SPEAKER_03: Um, so they're also, you know, you can get shilajit um and you can take it.
• 40:30
SPEAKER_03: It actually has a very strong flavor, which is, you know, for people who are flavor sensitive, it's it can be kind of nasty, but you can take it in pill form.
• 40:39
SPEAKER_03: The thing is, if you're going to use shilajit, you would want to make sure that it's pure because sadly in eastern cultures they've determined that Westerners will pay a lot for this substance.
• 40:51
SPEAKER_03: So they take a small amount of shilajit, which is very hard to harvest, and they mix it with God knows what.
• 40:57
SPEAKER_03: Um, so you're getting a tiny bit of shilajit with a lot of other stuff, and you're not quite sure what it is.
• 41:03
SPEAKER_03: Also, when it's stored, you have to make sure it's stored properly so it doesn't get mold.
• 41:07
SPEAKER_03: So there's in actually I wrote a book, I don't know if they people know it, but I wrote a book called The Mineral Reset, um, which people can get.
• 41:15
SPEAKER_03: And in the book, I actually have a whole buyer's guide that helps people if you wanted to get humic and phobic here, all the different ways you can do it.
• 41:23
SPEAKER_03: You can look for, you know, there's honey sticks and there's, you know, pills and there's liquids and there's all sorts of different ways that you can get them.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_03: So that's a great tool for people who are interested in learning more, is to get the mineral reset.
• 41:37
SPEAKER_03: There's there's also a whole piece in there about testing if you wanted to actually learn what where your mineral levels are at, how to get the proper tests, so you'd really learn that.
• 41:47
SPEAKER_03: Um, yeah, so there's yeah, I've said a lot.
• 41:51
SPEAKER_01: I'm gonna include the the link for your book in the description of this video so everyone can go and have a look.
• 42:00
SPEAKER_01: Um so I have a few questions.
• 42:02
SPEAKER_01: So what's coming to mind is well, I want to go into ascension symptoms in a little bit, but um, so if we are eating our fruits and vegetables and we're composting here into our own soil, is that is that gonna help to give us what we need?
• 42:19
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 42:20
SPEAKER_03: Even if you're growing in your backyard garden, absolutely if you're using compost, that's gonna help, and specifically compost tea, um, because the compost tea definitely has a lot of humic in it.
• 42:33
SPEAKER_03: Um, but I also recommend finding a way, and there are lots of agricultural tools that you can get for amending your soil with humic and fic, and you will notice the taste in your vegetables.
• 42:47
SPEAKER_03: When I used, I don't have a garden right now, but when I had a garden and I used humic and fulvic on it, first garden that I had since I had been using the minerals, you would not believe the size.
• 42:57
SPEAKER_03: I had beet, I had a beet this big and it tasted amazing.
• 43:04
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, so you'll be amazed at what happens with your vegetables.
• 43:08
SPEAKER_03: In fact, I will often say, try putting it on your houseplants and you'll see what happens.
• 43:14
SPEAKER_03: The houseplants get very, very happy very, very quickly.
• 43:18
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, this is brilliant.
• 43:21
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, so ascension symptoms, because a lot of people in my community are uh able to hold more of the light of consciousness in their physical body because they're doing the work, they are maintaining awareness and recognizing, no, I'm not gonna believe that that thought pattern that my that that's in my mind.
• 43:44
SPEAKER_01: Where did that thought even come from?
• 43:45
SPEAKER_01: That must, you know, that's come, that's an ancestor's thought.
• 43:49
  SPEAKER_01: That's not my thought.
• 43:50
SPEAKER_01: So they're like dissolving these beliefs, and as they're dissolving them, they're emptying out, making more spaciousness, and more and more light of consciousness is here in the body.
• 44:00
SPEAKER_01: And then the body is like acclimatizing to yeah to be able to hold this amount of light.
• 44:06
SPEAKER_01: And so people are having symptoms like um things that they're hearing in their ears, the ears are shifting and changing, eyesight, like even for me, with all this channeling, my eyes are definitely changing, they're way more under there's a lot of pressure, they're they're more tired.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, so so and then they're like sometimes when we have like major influx of light codes like coming in from our sun, coming in from other galaxies, we all feel it, it's huge, and and it often creates like a pressure in the body.
• 44:39
SPEAKER_01: So, how can people know the difference between like these ascension symptoms that are happening and um lack of minerals and what can they do to support themselves?
• 44:50
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
• 44:52
SPEAKER_03: Well, so it there's several, there's so many interesting directions we can go with this.
• 45:00
SPEAKER_03: Um, and many things that I'm actually just learning now about actually how light works in the body with melatonin and melanin.
• 45:08
SPEAKER_03: It's it's it's absolutely astounding, and how actually um fulvic and humic work with those two particular substances in the body.
• 45:16
SPEAKER_03: Um, and then also we can talk about the pituitary and the pineal gland and how those are also connected with this process and and how minerals are supportive of those processes and um of those biosynthesis processes that happen relative to those particular glands.
• 45:38
SPEAKER_03: Um, but I want to talk, I want to first talk about what I'm gonna call resonance and dissonance and frequency.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_03: And so one of the things I I I I want people to, I'd love people to recognize is that minerals carry all of the electrical frequency in the universe.
• 46:05
  SPEAKER_03: Okay.
• 46:06
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so water and minerals.
• 46:09
SPEAKER_03: So water is a support and minerals.
• 46:13
SPEAKER_03: If you have very low minerals in your body, in fact, we have this experience with working with people who do PEMF and um pulse electromagnetic frequency work.
• 46:24
SPEAKER_03: And I don't know if you've ever heard of that, but there are devices that you can use that um affect, like if you have pain, you can affect it through frequency in the body.
• 46:35
SPEAKER_03: But they don't actually work if you're very demineralized or mineral deficient.
• 46:41
SPEAKER_03: So often the PEMF companies are recommending RB minerals so people get more mineralized because then when they use the PEMF machines, they actually feel more change in their frequency.
• 46:55
SPEAKER_03: So, you know, and and one I remember Julie saying this, it really hit me.
• 46:59
SPEAKER_03: I was at one of her conferences, and she talked about lightning and the way that electricity is transferred into the earth through lightning.
• 47:09
SPEAKER_03: And when you think about it, that's actually the way that the minerals are charged with electricity.
• 47:15
SPEAKER_03: So the minerals that are in the earth that come from the earth that you ingest that then end up in your body carrying the frequency.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_03: So, so what you also have to recognize is that all the minerals, what's the difference between one mineral and another?
• 47:31
SPEAKER_03: Ultimately, when you keep going down and down and down into the quantum reality, is it's a difference in frequency.
• 47:37
SPEAKER_03: So each mineral, so when we talk about all these minerals being in this natural formulae, in this, in the balance between these minerals being as important as the quantity of minerals in your body.
• 47:53
SPEAKER_03: So, meaning the level of sodium and potassium, the balance between those, the the balance between magnesium and calcium and phosphorus in your body, these balances are as important as quantity.
• 48:06
  SPEAKER_03: Now, why is that?
• 48:07
  SPEAKER_03: It's because of frequency.
• 48:11
SPEAKER_03: Ultimately, in the world that you and you and I are talking about right now, it's ultimately because when there is the proper resonance, then everything thrives.
• 48:24
SPEAKER_03: And when we're out of resonance, we're in dissonance.
• 48:28
SPEAKER_03: And dissonance can look like taking a capsule of magnesium and putting it into your gut.
• 48:35
SPEAKER_03: And your body says, Oh my gosh, I've got a concentration of magnesium in my gut, and that is creating dissonance in this microbiome that actually thrives on small incremental changes over time, not big, huge concentrations of a particular substance.
• 48:58
SPEAKER_03: So now the body has to deal with that concentration and bring that system back out of dissonance, which is imbalance, and back into resonance.
• 49:10
SPEAKER_03: So if we begin to look at the body as a resonant field and natural cellular ecosystem, we start looking at what we're putting in our mouths and the way that we interact with this ecosystem to create resonance so that we can hold higher or more complete frequencies that allow us to have that bandwidth so that we can actually carry the light and be who we want to be and really help, help the all that is.
• 50:15
  SPEAKER_03: And I'm like, what?
• 50:17
  SPEAKER_03: No, no, not me.
• 50:18
SPEAKER_03: Like, no, that should be my business partner.
• 50:20
SPEAKER_03: He's the one who taught me.
• 50:21
SPEAKER_03: He knows, he, and he's really good at this, and you should, he's the one.
• 50:25
SPEAKER_03: And they said, No, you're the one.
• 50:28
SPEAKER_03: You're supposed to speak for us.
• 50:29
SPEAKER_03: You need to bring this message to the world.
• 50:32
  SPEAKER_03: You're the one.
• 50:32
SPEAKER_03: And I and I fought, I fought, you know, I fought it.
• 50:37
SPEAKER_03: Um, and I still find myself uh going, wait a minute, how did I end up here?
• 50:42
SPEAKER_03: You know, but truly because they gave me the vision of how it all works, yeah, so that I can speak to you about that, not from some intellectual conceptual framework, but because I I see it, I know it, I experienced it.
• 51:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, these minerals are they're beings of consciousness that are here to help us to be in full vitality so that we can ascend, meaning actually be in the body as as God consciousness source embodied.
• 51:16
SPEAKER_01: And as you spoke about the mitochondria, they they light up.
• 51:21
SPEAKER_01: They they can they they are light.
• 51:24
SPEAKER_01: We are this light, this that's our soul vibrating in such a pure level of the cell.
• 51:30
SPEAKER_01: Um, there's there's two things you mentioned that I'd love you to go into.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_01: You spoke about the light, um, the light, oh I can't read my writing, light and the the body and the the pituitary and pineal gland.
• 51:43
SPEAKER_01: You said, can you go into both of those for us?
• 51:46
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, and again, you know, from my own experience, and everyone has their own perspective and way of talking about it, but you know, the pineal gland is is absolutely the seat of the opening of consciousness.
• 51:59
SPEAKER_03: And um, and one of the ways that, you know, from some of the work that I've done learning about how the pineal works, and actually, you know, strange, you know, I've heard people describe the pineal gland as like the clitoris of the brain.
• 52:16
SPEAKER_03: Okay, so it is it is the place where you experience spiritual ecstasy, you know.
• 52:24
SPEAKER_03: Um, so the and one of the ways that the pineal works is through spinal fluid that actually you know goes up through the chakras and it actually flows past these crystals that are again, these are minerals, crystals, that are in your pineal gland.
• 52:49
SPEAKER_03: And as it moves past, that fluid moves past these crystals, it actually moves them, it vibrates them, it creates a vibrational signature.
• 52:59
SPEAKER_03: So what I'm I'm trying to help people see like if there is one thing, one thing that you could do for yourself physically, mentally, energetically, spiritually, it is to start with the minerals because they they support vibration and your ability to hold vibration, they support energy in the body, physical energy that your body needs to do all its functions.
• 53:30
SPEAKER_03: They support energetics, like in terms of you know that the difference between having cells saying, I don't have what I need, I don't have what I need, or cells sending a nervous system, a signal to your nervous system that says, Yeah, everything's good here.
• 53:45
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, we we've got what we need.
• 53:47
  SPEAKER_03: Take a rest.
• 53:49
  SPEAKER_03: Everything's good here.
• 53:50
SPEAKER_03: You can calm down, we can be in parasympathetic because there's no problem here.
• 53:57
SPEAKER_03: And now my whole experience of my life becomes different and allowing access to that pineal gland function and that pituitary infusion of energy.
• 54:12
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, wow, I can feel it.
• 54:16
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I know, I know that you and at first I want to say thank you because I know that you've sent me a pack of minerals.
• 54:23
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, good.
• 54:24
SPEAKER_01: The postal system takes forever, so I'll probably get it in a month's time.
• 54:29
SPEAKER_01: But I'm kind of like, oh, I'm excited.
• 54:31
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I I am super high vibe, I'm really healthy, and I I I am just like vibrating light, and I can really um embody the light.
• 54:41
SPEAKER_01: Um, but it wasn't always like this with me.
• 54:44
SPEAKER_01: When I was younger, I had irritable bowel syndrome, like bloating, and then diarrhea and constipation, like in and out, like anxiety, stress, depression, all of that, which affected my body.
• 54:55
SPEAKER_01: Um, and and then just the more and more I'm working, like it embodied, like working with Reiki.
• 55:03
  SPEAKER_01: It's life-changing.
• 55:05
  SPEAKER_01: Um, that's why I teach it.
• 55:06
SPEAKER_01: I'm just so passionate about like the same that uh you are with minerals, and I can feel like wow, okay, so Reiki and minerals.
• 55:14
SPEAKER_01: What am I gonna experience next?
• 55:16
  SPEAKER_02: I'm so excited.
• 55:18
SPEAKER_03: I'm excited to talk to you after you've taken them for a while because truly they will give you more access.
• 55:25
  SPEAKER_03: Truly.
• 55:26
SPEAKER_01: Do you feel a shift like like after a week or is it like uh after months?
• 55:32
SPEAKER_03: Like how long does well it depends on what I always say to everybody is if you have any chronic symptoms, that's where you look first.
• 55:41
SPEAKER_03: Um, and you know, if you're somebody who is truly depleted, um then you might feel it the first time you drink it.
• 55:50
SPEAKER_03: You might go, Whoa, I feel that.
• 55:52
SPEAKER_03: I mean, if many, many people do.
• 55:54
SPEAKER_03: And then some if you're not depleted because you really eat really well and you do some mineral um supplementation, you might not feel it for, you know, maybe after the first week, you know, again, I always say depends on what your chronic symptoms are.
• 56:10
SPEAKER_03: Maybe it's an energy crash in the afternoon, or maybe it's uh not not quite sleeping as well as you want, or maybe it's your heart rate variability, or it's you know, different measurements and ways that you recognize when you're doing really well and when you're not.
• 56:25
SPEAKER_03: You know, those those things, you know, um, that's what you can look at.
• 56:29
SPEAKER_03: In your case, you know, you might just be finding a, as I said, like a different axis in your meditations where suddenly, um, I mean, you know, suddenly you find yourself being able to go that next step where you weren't quite able to.
• 56:46
SPEAKER_00: Um my whole body is vibrating as you say that.
• 56:50
SPEAKER_00: Like my body's like, yeah, here we go.
• 56:52
  SPEAKER_03: Yeah.
• 56:53
SPEAKER_03: And just because you're providing that frequency carrying those frequency carrying molecules into your system.
• 57:01
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah, exactly.
• 57:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, and to be in pure resonance.
• 57:06
SPEAKER_01: Um this is it, and then we are tapping into the infinite field.
• 57:12
SPEAKER_01: Our our physical can handle more and more of this like miracle magic of life.
• 57:19
SPEAKER_01: Like I watched the faraway tree, the enchanted faraway tree the other day, the movie.
• 57:25
SPEAKER_01: My dad used to read me the book as I was a little girl, and I he'd finish the book and I'd be like, again, read it again.
• 57:32
  SPEAKER_01: Again, again.
• 57:33
SPEAKER_01: And all that the book was about was these children that would go to this faraway magical tree, and they'd go up the tree, and there were all these little creatures and beings living in the tree.
• 57:44
SPEAKER_01: And every day the tree would have access like high up in the clouds to a different world, a whole different land.
• 57:50
SPEAKER_01: And and and the the whole story reminds us of like we are in a magical land.
• 57:58
SPEAKER_01: We sometimes take ourselves so seriously, and we limit ourselves and block ourselves from like the magic.
• 58:04
SPEAKER_01: Like the truth is, we are God, consciousness, we are the most magical light, condensing ourselves and creating ourselves in a body to have experience, and so let's support our beautiful body and let's have more like magnificent, expansive, mystical experiences because let's get back to the childhood imagination because it's through the mind that we create, so the imagination is the portal.
• 58:31
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, I just feel like there's so much more for us, and we need to support the the beautiful vessel that's helping us to be consciousness on earth.
• 58:44
  SPEAKER_03: That's so beautiful.
• 58:46
  SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
• 58:46
  SPEAKER_03: Thank you.
• 58:47
SPEAKER_03: You know, thank you so much for having me, Natalie.
• 58:49
SPEAKER_03: I I really appreciate the opportunity to have this conversation.
• 58:52
SPEAKER_03: I don't get to have it very much, and I love it.
• 58:55
  SPEAKER_01: Oh, I love it.
• 58:56
SPEAKER_01: I love your energy, and I'm so grateful for you.
• 59:00
SPEAKER_01: I have one last question about where is all the minerals you have, are they available worldwide?
• 59:06
SPEAKER_03: They are what they are in many, many countries, not every country.
• 59:10
SPEAKER_03: Um, so I I don't know the list off the top of my head.
• 59:13
SPEAKER_03: You'll have to, um, people can go to the website, beamminerals.com.

• 59:43
SPEAKER_03: Of course, it's not cheap to ship internationally.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and then if B-E-A-N, like beam.
• 59:49
SPEAKER_03: Yeah, it's like beam of light, like beam of light.

• 1:00:19
SPEAKER_01: I'm just I'm thinking already about my husband who he takes magnesium, which has already been helping him to sleep.
• 1:00:26
SPEAKER_01: But can you imagine minerals plus that?
• 1:00:29
SPEAKER_01: I know he's gonna have proper sleep.
• 1:00:31
SPEAKER_01: So, yeah, and I know a lot of people in my community have been with all these upgrades, like sleep patterns are going wild.

• 1:01:05
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and thank you, Caroline, for your time, your energy, your light, your minerals, your beaming energy.
