  can

  you're

• 2:23
  I
• 2:23
  am
• 2:23
  so
• 2:23
  glad
• 2:24
  you
• 2:24
  are
• 2:24
  here
• 2:25
  today.
• 2:25
  I'm
• 2:26
  delighted
• 2:26
  to
• 2:26
  share
• 2:27
  a
• 2:27
  case
• 2:27
  study
• 2:27
  conversation
• 2:28
  with
• 2:28
  my
• 2:29
  client,
• 2:29
  Claire
• 2:29
  Silk.
• 2:31
  I'm
• 2:31
  doubly
• 2:31
  excited
• 2:32
  because
• 2:32
  she
• 2:33
  helps
• 2:33
  entrepreneurs
• 2:34
  with
• 2:34
  their
• 2:35
  styling
• 2:35
  so
• 2:36
  this
• 2:36
  is
• 2:36
  relevant
• 2:37
  to
• 2:37
  all
• 2:37
  of
• 2:38
  us.
• 2:38
  We
• 2:39
  talk
• 2:39
  about
• 2:39
  Claire's
• 2:40
  journey
• 2:40
  in
• 2:40
  setting
• 2:40
  up
• 2:41
  her
• 2:41
  business
• 2:41
  from
• 2:42
  scratch
• 2:43
  and
• 2:43
  we
• 2:43
  also
• 2:43
  cover
• 2:44
  how
• 2:44
  important
• 2:45
  it
• 2:45
  is
• 2:45
  to
• 2:46
  dress
• 2:46
  well
• 2:46
  in
• 2:47
  your
• 2:47
  business,
• 2:47
  which
• 2:48
  then
• 2:48
  flows
• 2:48
  through
• 2:49
  into
• 2:49
  how
• 2:50
  you
• 2:50
  feel
• 2:50
  and
• 2:50
  how
• 2:51
  you
• 2:51
  show
• 2:51
  up.
• 2:51
  I
• 2:51
  hope
• 2:52
  you
• 2:52
  enjoy
• 2:52
  this
• 2:53
  conversation.
• 2:53
  It
• 2:54
  certainly
• 2:54
  leaves
• 2:54
  me
• 2:55
  wanting
• 2:55
  to
• 2:55
  go
• 2:55
  shopping
• 2:56
  and
• 2:56
  upgrade
• 2:56
  my
• 2:57
  style.
• 2:58
  Clare,
• 2:59
  thank
• 2:59
  you
• 2:59
  so
• 2:59
  much
• 3:00
  for
• 3:00
  agreeing
• 3:00
  to
• 3:00
  reflect
• 3:01
  on
• 3:01
  your
• 3:01
  journey
• 3:01
  in
• 3:02
  the
• 3:02
  business
• 3:02
  of
• 3:02
  coaching
• 3:03
  with
• 3:03
  me.
• 3:04
  Please
• 3:04
  share
• 3:04
  a
• 3:05
  bit
• 3:05
  about
• 3:05
  you
• 3:06
  and
• 3:06
  what
• 3:06
  you
• 3:06
  do.
• 3:07
  I
• 3:07
  joined
• 3:08
  when
• 3:08
  I
• 3:08
  was
• 3:08
  still
• 3:08
  in
• 3:08
  training.
• 3:09
  When
• 3:09
  I
• 3:09
  first
• 3:10
  started
• 3:10
  thinking
• 3:11
  about
• 3:11
  joining
• 3:11
  you,
• 3:12
  I
• 3:12
  had
• 3:13
  probably
• 3:13
  only
• 3:13
  just
• 3:14
  started
• 3:14
  my
• 3:14
  training
• 3:15
  from
• 3:15
  there.
• 3:15
  I
• 3:16
  thought,
• 3:16
  okay,
• 3:17
  I'll
• 3:17
  be
• 3:17
  a
• 3:17
  trained
• 3:17
  coach,
• 3:17
  but
• 3:18
  wasn't
• 3:18
  able
• 3:18
  to
• 3:18
  do
• 3:18
  with
• 3:19
  it
• 3:19
  afterwards.
• 3:20
  I've
• 3:20
  always
• 3:20
  been
• 3:20
  employed
• 3:21
  and
• 3:21
  I
• 3:21
  knew
• 3:22
  that
• 3:22
  I
• 3:22
  wanted
• 3:22
  to
• 3:22
  set
• 3:23
  up
• 3:23
  as
• 3:23
  a
• 3:23
  coach
• 3:23
  independently.
• 3:24
  So
• 3:25
  I
• 3:25
  thought,
• 3:25
  well,
• 3:26
  I
• 3:26
  need
• 3:26
  to
• 3:27
  know
• 3:27
  that
• 3:27
  side
• 3:27
  of
• 3:27
  things
• 3:28
  as
• 3:28
  well,
• 3:28
  which
• 3:28
  is
• 3:28
  a
• 3:29
  totally
• 3:29
  separate
• 3:30
  skill
• 3:30
  set.
• 3:30
  So
• 3:31
  found
• 3:31
  you
• 3:32
  and
• 3:32
  I've
• 3:32
  come
• 3:32
  out
• 3:33
  now
• 3:34
  as
• 3:34
  style
• 3:35
  coach
• 3:35
  and
• 3:36
  helping
• 3:36
  women
• 3:37
  with
• 3:37
  their
• 3:37
  confidence
• 3:38
  through
• 3:38
  elevating
• 3:38
  their
• 3:39
  style
• 3:40
  and
• 3:40
  using
• 3:40
  my
• 3:41
  coaching
• 3:41
  to
• 3:42
  do
• 3:42
  the
• 3:42
  internal
• 3:43
  work
• 3:43
  of
• 3:43
  confidence
• 3:43
  building
• 3:44
  and
• 3:44
  mindsets
• 3:45
  to
• 3:45
  help
• 3:46
  women
• 3:46
  entrepreneurs
• 3:46
  and
• 3:47
  women
• 3:47
  in
• 3:47
  business.
• 3:48
  I
• 3:48
  think
• 3:49
  it's
• 3:49
  such
• 3:49
  an
• 3:49
  important
• 3:50
  identity
• 3:51
  shift
• 3:52
  as
• 3:52
  you
• 3:52
  become
• 3:52
  more
• 3:53
  established
• 3:53
  in
• 3:53
  business.
• 3:55
  What
• 3:55
  you
• 3:55
  wear
• 3:55
  and
• 3:56
  your
• 3:56
  style
• 3:57
  representing
• 3:57
  your
• 3:58
  entire
• 3:59
  signature
• 4:00
  look
• 4:00
  and
• 4:01
  everything
• 4:01
  you
• 4:01
  want
• 4:01
  to
• 4:02
  portray
• 4:02
  in
• 4:02
  business
• 4:02
  is
• 4:03
  such
• 4:03
  an
• 4:03
  important
• 4:04
  thing
• 4:04
  for
• 4:04
  confidence.
• 4:06
  Yes,
• 4:06
  it
• 4:06
  does
• 4:07
  make
• 4:07
  such
• 4:07
  a
• 4:07
  big
• 4:07
  difference
• 4:08
  and
• 4:08
  I
• 4:08
  think
• 4:08
  it's
• 4:09
  such
• 4:09
  an
• 4:09
  underutilised
• 4:10
  tool
• 4:10
  as
• 4:10
  well.
• 4:11
  I
• 4:11
  have
• 4:11
  a
• 4:11
  degree
• 4:11
  in
• 4:12
  psychology
• 4:12
  and
• 4:13
  most
• 4:14
  of
• 4:14
  my
• 4:14
  career
• 4:14
  has
• 4:14
  been
• 4:14
  fashion.
• 4:15
  It
• 4:15
  does
• 4:15
  mean
• 4:16
  I'm
• 4:16
  really
• 4:16
  passionate
• 4:16
  about
• 4:17
  the
• 4:17
  psychology
• 4:18
  behind
• 4:18
  fashion.
• 4:19
  I
• 4:19
  think
• 4:19
  what
• 4:19
  we
• 4:20
  wear
• 4:20
  is
• 4:21
  so
• 4:21
  underutilized
• 4:22
  in
• 4:22
  terms
• 4:22
  of
• 4:23
  image
• 4:23
  that
• 4:23
  we
• 4:23
  want
• 4:23
  to
• 4:24
  project
• 4:24
  the
• 4:25
  kind
• 4:25
  of
• 4:25
  emotions
• 4:26
  that
• 4:26
  we
• 4:26
  want
• 4:26
  to
• 4:26
  evoke
• 4:27
  in
• 4:27
  other
• 4:27
  People,
• 4:28
  and
• 4:29
  also
• 4:29
  ourselves,
• 4:30
  we
• 4:30
  can
• 4:30
  dress
• 4:30
  to
• 4:31
  change
• 4:31
  the
• 4:31
  way
• 4:31
  we
• 4:32
  feel
• 4:32
  as
• 4:32
  well
• 4:32
  as
• 4:32
  other
• 4:33
  people's
• 4:33
  emotions.
• 4:34
  I
• 4:34
  love
• 4:34
  that
• 4:34
  study
• 4:35
  where
• 4:36
  they
• 4:36
  dressed
• 4:36
  up
• 4:37
  a
• 4:37
  bunch
• 4:37
  of
• 4:37
  kids
• 4:38
  in
• 4:38
  superhero
• 4:39
  outfits.
• 4:39
  Have
• 4:40
  you
• 4:40
  heard
• 4:40
  of
• 4:40
  this
• 4:40
  one?
• 4:41
  They
• 4:41
  put
• 4:41
  a
• 4:41
  bunch
• 4:42
  of
• 4:42
  them
• 4:42
  in
• 4:42
  the
• 4:42
  room
• 4:42
  that
• 4:42
  weren't
• 4:43
  in
• 4:43
  superhero
• 4:44
  outfits
• 4:44
  and
• 4:45
  they
• 4:45
  put
• 4:45
  a
• 4:45
  bunch
• 4:45
  in
• 4:46
  a
• 4:46
  different
• 4:46
  room
• 4:47
  that
• 4:47
  were
• 4:47
  in
• 4:47
  superhero
• 4:48
  outfits.
• 4:49
  The
• 4:49
  ones
• 4:49
  that
• 4:49
  were
• 4:50
  in
• 4:50
  superhero
• 4:50
  outfits
• 4:51
  solved
• 4:51
  the
• 4:52
  puzzle
• 4:53
  and
• 4:53
  the
• 4:53
  ones
• 4:53
  that
• 4:53
  weren't
• 4:54
  didn't
• 4:54
  solve
• 4:55
  the
• 4:55
  puzzle
• 4:55
  because
• 4:55
  they
• 4:56
  didn't
• 4:56
  have
• 4:56
  the
• 4:57
  right
• 4:57
  mindset
• 4:57
  and
• 4:57
  outfit.
• 4:58
  It's
• 4:58
  crazy.
• 4:59
  It
• 5:00
  is,
• 5:00
  yeah.
• 5:00
  Yeah.
• 5:00
  Lots
• 5:01
  of
• 5:01
  studies
• 5:01
  to
• 5:01
  show
• 5:01
  that
• 5:02
  if
• 5:02
  you
• 5:02
  believe
• 5:02
  you're
• 5:03
  wearing
• 5:03
  something
• 5:03
  that
• 5:04
  capable
• 5:05
  people
• 5:05
  would
• 5:05
  wear,
• 5:06
  you
• 5:06
  kind
• 5:06
  of
• 5:06
  rise
• 5:07
  and
• 5:07
  embody
• 5:07
  that.
• 5:08
  If
• 5:08
  people
• 5:09
  were
• 5:09
  wearing
• 5:09
  a
• 5:09
  lab
• 5:09
  coat
• 5:10
  that
• 5:10
  they
• 5:10
  believed
• 5:10
  to
• 5:10
  belong
• 5:10
  to
• 5:11
  a
• 5:11
  doctor
• 5:11
  and
• 5:12
  in
• 5:12
  an
• 5:12
  end
• 5:12
  a
• 5:13
  task
• 5:13
  where
• 5:13
  they
• 5:14
  had
• 5:14
  to
• 5:14
  perform,
• 5:15
  and
• 5:16
  it
• 5:16
  was
• 5:17
  a
• 5:17
  based
• 5:17
  on
• 5:18
  their
• 5:18
  performance
• 5:18
  as
• 5:18
  well
• 5:18
  as
• 5:19
  their
• 5:19
  attention,
• 5:19
  they
• 5:21
  outstripped
• 5:21
  those
• 5:22
  that
• 5:22
  were
• 5:22
  wearing
• 5:22
  the
• 5:23
  same
• 5:23
  coat
• 5:23
  but
• 5:24
  believed
• 5:24
  to
• 5:24
  be
• 5:24
  of
• 5:25
  a
• 5:26
  painter
• 5:26
  or
• 5:26
  decorator.
• 5:27
  And
• 5:27
  they
• 5:28
  didn't
• 5:28
  perform
• 5:28
  as
• 5:28
  well.
• 5:29
  And
• 5:29
  there
• 5:29
  was
• 5:29
  no
• 5:29
  other
• 5:29
  reason.
• 5:30
  It
• 5:30
  was
• 5:30
  just
• 5:30
  that.
• 5:30
  So
• 5:31
  it's
• 5:31
  fascinating
• 5:32
  the
• 5:32
  power
• 5:32
  that
• 5:32
  you've
• 5:32
  got
• 5:33
  by
• 5:33
  wearing
• 5:33
  something
• 5:34
  that
• 5:35
  you
• 5:35
  believe
• 5:35
  will
• 5:36
  help
• 5:36
  you
• 5:36
  up
• 5:36
  level
• 5:37
  and
• 5:37
  can
• 5:37
  embody
• 5:37
  that.
• 5:38
  So
• 5:39
  yeah.
• 5:39
  And
• 5:39
  then
• 5:39
  the
• 5:39
  coaching
• 5:40
  does
• 5:40
  the
• 5:40
  internal
• 5:41
  work
• 5:41
  to
• 5:41
  further
• 5:42
  back
• 5:42
  the
• 5:42
  top.
• 5:43
  Yeah,
• 5:43
  yeah,
• 5:44
  totally.
• 5:45
  Such
• 5:45
  a
• 5:45
  powerful.
• 5:46
  What
• 5:46
  was
• 5:46
  most
• 5:46
  helpful
• 5:47
  for
• 5:47
  you
• 5:47
  from
• 5:47
  the
• 5:48
  program?
• 5:50
  I
• 5:50
  just
• 5:51
  didn't
• 5:51
  know
• 5:51
  where
• 5:51
  to
• 5:51
  start
• 5:51
  before
• 5:52
  I
• 5:52
  joined.
• 5:53
  It
• 5:53
  gave
• 5:54
  me
• 5:54
  a
• 5:54
  clear
• 5:54
  focus,
• 5:55
  you
• 5:55
  know,
• 5:55
  direction
• 5:56
  and
• 5:57
  to
• 5:58
  know
• 5:58
  what
• 5:58
  to
• 5:59
  think
• 5:59
  about
• 5:59
  when
• 5:59
  I
• 5:59
  had
• 6:00
  a
• 6:00
  process
• 6:00
  to
• 6:00
  follow
• 6:01
  rather
• 6:01
  than
• 6:01
  just
• 6:02
  coming
• 6:02
  out
• 6:02
  as
• 6:03
  a
• 6:03
  coach
• 6:03
  thinking,
• 6:04
  right,
• 6:04
  well,
• 6:04
  what
• 6:04
  now?
• 6:05
  Now
• 6:05
  I've
• 6:05
  got
• 6:05
  to
• 6:05
  spend
• 6:05
  another
• 6:06
  however
• 6:07
  long
• 6:07
  working
• 6:07
  out
• 6:08
  what
• 6:08
  on
• 6:08
  earth
• 6:08
  to
• 6:08
  do
• 6:08
  to
• 6:09
  build
• 6:09
  a
• 6:09
  business
• 6:09
  that
• 6:10
  gave
• 6:10
  me
• 6:11
  a
• 6:11
  really
• 6:11
  clear
• 6:11
  structure
• 6:12
  to
• 6:12
  follow.
• 6:12
  That
• 6:13
  was
• 6:13
  proven.
• 6:14
  You've
• 6:14
  taken
• 6:14
  so
• 6:15
  many
• 6:15
  other
• 6:15
  people
• 6:15
  through
• 6:15
  it
• 6:16
  and
• 6:16
  gone
• 6:17
  through
• 6:17
  it
• 6:17
  yourselves.
• 6:17
  It
• 6:18
  was
• 6:18
  great
• 6:18
  just
• 6:18
  to
• 6:18
  have
• 6:19
  that
• 6:19
  expert
• 6:19
  guidance
• 6:20
  as
• 6:21
  well
• 6:21
  as
• 6:21
  the
• 6:21
  community
• 6:22
  of
• 6:22
  other
• 6:22
  people
• 6:22
  with,
• 6:23
  you
• 6:23
  know,
• 6:23
  lots
• 6:23
  of
• 6:23
  different
• 6:24
  experience
• 6:26
  levels
• 6:26
  as
• 6:26
  well
• 6:26
  as
• 6:27
  different
• 6:27
  perspectives
• 6:28
  to
• 6:28
  draw
• 6:29
  from
• 6:29
  as
• 6:29
  well.
• 6:30
  Yeah,
• 6:31
  totally.
• 6:32
  What
• 6:32
  did
• 6:32
  it
• 6:32
  help
• 6:32
  you
• 6:33
  do
• 6:33
  in
• 6:33
  terms
• 6:34
  of
• 6:34
  actions?
• 6:35
  It
• 6:36
  really
• 6:36
  helps
• 6:36
  keep
• 6:37
  me
• 6:37
  accountable
• 6:37
  on
• 6:38
  my
• 6:38
  own.
• 6:38
  I
• 6:38
  would
• 6:39
  have
• 6:39
  thought,
• 6:39
  okay,
• 6:39
  I'll
• 6:39
  do
• 6:40
  that.
• 6:40
  But
• 6:40
  you
• 6:41
  don't
• 6:41
  do
• 6:41
  it
• 6:41
  then
• 6:42
  and
• 6:42
  there.
• 6:42
  Or
• 6:42
  maybe
• 6:42
  you
• 6:42
  don't
• 6:43
  do
• 6:43
  it
• 6:43
  in
• 6:43
  that
• 6:43
  order
• 6:44
  or
• 6:44
  you
• 6:44
  don't
• 6:44
  do
• 6:44
  it
• 6:45
  as
• 6:45
  well
• 6:46
  as
• 6:46
  you
• 6:46
  could
• 6:46
  have
• 6:46
  done.
• 6:46
  So
• 6:47
  yeah,
• 6:47
  it
• 6:48
  helped
• 6:48
  keep
• 6:48
  me
• 6:48
  accountable.
• 6:49
  But
• 6:49
  module
• 6:50
  three,
• 6:50
  with
• 6:50
  the
• 6:50
  market
• 6:51
  research,
• 6:52
  it
• 6:52
  helped
• 6:52
  me
• 6:53
  understand
• 6:53
  the
• 6:53
  importance
• 6:53
  of
• 6:53
  that
• 6:54
  as
• 6:54
  well.
• 6:54
  Go
• 6:55
  out,
• 6:55
  find
• 6:56
  out
• 6:56
  about
• 6:56
  it,
• 6:57
  try
• 6:57
  it.
• 6:57
  Really
• 6:58
  giving
• 6:58
  it
• 6:58
  A
• 6:58
  go,
• 6:58
  trying
• 6:59
  it,
• 6:59
  seeing
• 6:59
  what
• 6:59
  it
• 7:00
  feels
• 7:00
  like,
• 7:01
  does
• 7:01
  it
• 7:01
  sell
• 7:02
  and
• 7:02
  if
• 7:02
  it's
• 7:02
  something
• 7:03
  I
• 7:03
  like
• 7:03
  doing.
• 7:03
  So
• 7:03
  it's
• 7:03
  given
• 7:04
  me
• 7:05
  the
• 7:05
  experience
• 7:06
  as
• 7:06
  well
• 7:06
  as
• 7:07
  lots
• 7:07
  of
• 7:07
  draw
• 7:08
  on.
• 7:08
  Yeah,
• 7:09
  totally.
• 7:10
  And
• 7:11
  I'm
• 7:11
  asking
• 7:12
  you
• 7:12
  a
• 7:12
  leading
• 7:12
  question
• 7:13
  because
• 7:13
  I
• 7:14
  think
• 7:14
  you've
• 7:14
  really
• 7:15
  improved
• 7:15
  in
• 7:15
  this
• 7:15
  particular
• 7:16
  area.
• 7:16
  What
• 7:17
  skills
• 7:17
  would
• 7:18
  you
• 7:18
  say
• 7:18
  you've
• 7:18
  developed
• 7:19
  in
• 7:19
  the
• 7:19
  process?
• 7:23
  I've
• 7:23
  developed
• 7:23
  definitely
• 7:24
  my
• 7:24
  ability
• 7:25
  to
• 7:25
  talk
• 7:25
  to
• 7:26
  an
• 7:27
  ideal
• 7:27
  client.
• 7:27
  The
• 7:28
  content
• 7:28
  I'm
• 7:28
  creating
• 7:29
  has
• 7:29
  improved
• 7:30
  starting
• 7:31
  from
• 7:31
  not
• 7:31
  knowing
• 7:32
  at
• 7:32
  all
• 7:32
  what
• 7:32
  to
• 7:33
  say
• 7:33
  to
• 7:33
  actually
• 7:33
  now
• 7:34
  being
• 7:34
  able
• 7:34
  to
• 7:34
  sort
• 7:34
  of
• 7:34
  think.
• 7:35
  Well,
• 7:35
  actually
• 7:35
  I
• 7:35
  need
• 7:35
  to
• 7:35
  say
• 7:35
  that,
• 7:36
  need
• 7:36
  to
• 7:37
  say
• 7:37
  that
• 7:38
  internally
• 7:39
  for
• 7:39
  me
• 7:39
  as
• 7:39
  well.
• 7:40
  Resilience
• 7:40
  and
• 7:41
  the
• 7:41
  growth
• 7:42
  mindset
• 7:42
  to
• 7:42
  keep
• 7:43
  thinking,
• 7:43
  okay,
• 7:43
  I've
• 7:44
  tried
• 7:44
  that.
• 7:44
  That's
• 7:45
  not
• 7:45
  worked.
• 7:45
  I'll
• 7:46
  try
• 7:46
  that.
• 7:46
  That's
• 7:46
  worked.
• 7:47
  I'll
• 7:47
  take
• 7:47
  that
• 7:47
  further.
• 7:48
  And
• 7:48
  that
• 7:49
  sort
• 7:49
  of
• 7:49
  creativity
• 7:50
  to
• 7:50
  keep
• 7:50
  going
• 7:51
  in
• 7:51
  a
• 7:51
  resilient
• 7:52
  way.
• 7:52
  It's
• 7:52
  real
• 7:53
  personal
• 7:53
  growth.
• 7:54
  Your
• 7:54
  marketing
• 7:55
  is
• 7:55
  tip
• 7:55
  top,
• 7:56
  I
• 7:56
  must
• 7:56
  say.
• 7:57
  I
• 7:57
  think
• 7:57
  you're
• 7:57
  doing
• 7:58
  amazing
• 7:58
  work
• 7:58
  there
• 7:59
  as
• 7:59
  well.
• 8:00
  What
• 8:00
  did
• 8:00
  you
• 8:00
  achieve
• 8:01
  as
• 8:01
  a
• 8:01
  result
• 8:01
  of
• 8:01
  the
• 8:01
  programme?
• 8:02
  I
• 8:03
  had
• 8:03
  come
• 8:03
  out
• 8:03
  of
• 8:03
  it
• 8:03
  with
• 8:04
  a
• 8:04
  clear
• 8:04
  direction
• 8:05
  and
• 8:06
  knowing
• 8:06
  what
• 8:07
  I
• 8:07
  need
• 8:07
  to
• 8:07
  do
• 8:07
  to
• 8:08
  get
• 8:08
  up
• 8:08
  and
• 8:08
  running.
• 8:08
  Different
• 8:09
  ways
• 8:09
  of
• 8:09
  doing
• 8:09
  it,
• 8:09
  approaching
• 8:10
  organizations,
• 8:11
  approaching
• 8:11
  individuals,
• 8:12
  how
• 8:13
  to
• 8:13
  structure
• 8:14
  a
• 8:14
  sales
• 8:14
  call,
• 8:15
  what
• 8:15
  to
• 8:16
  take
• 8:16
  from
• 8:17
  it,
• 8:17
  how
• 8:17
  to
• 8:17
  approach
• 8:17
  it.
• 8:18
  So
• 8:18
  much
• 8:18
  I
• 8:18
  would
• 8:19
  never
• 8:19
  have
• 8:19
  known
• 8:19
  otherwise.
• 8:20
  Amazing.
• 8:21
  And
• 8:21
  how
• 8:22
  would
• 8:22
  you
• 8:22
  describe
• 8:23
  your
• 8:23
  experience
• 8:23
  of
• 8:24
  working
• 8:24
  together?
• 8:26
  It's
• 8:26
  been
• 8:26
  brilliant.
• 8:27
  I've
• 8:27
  really
• 8:27
  valued
• 8:28
  your
• 8:28
  insights
• 8:29
  and
• 8:29
  your
• 8:29
  support
• 8:30
  as
• 8:30
  well
• 8:31
  as
• 8:31
  the
• 8:31
  challenges
• 8:32
  and
• 8:32
  your
• 8:32
  opinion.
• 8:33
  Thank
• 8:33
  you,
• 8:33
  Claire.
• 8:34
  And
• 8:35
  your
• 8:35
  biggest
• 8:35
  takeaway
• 8:36
  from
• 8:36
  the
• 8:36
  programme?
• 8:38
  It's
• 8:38
  huge.
• 8:38
  The
• 8:39
  importance
• 8:39
  of
• 8:41
  keeping
• 8:41
  ongoing,
• 8:42
  keeping
• 8:42
  consistent.
• 8:44
  Can
• 8:44
  I
• 8:44
  think
• 8:44
  of
• 8:45
  something
• 8:45
  that's
• 8:45
  actually
• 8:45
  going
• 8:45
  to
• 8:45
  move
• 8:46
  the
• 8:46
  needle
• 8:46
  and
• 8:47
  having
• 8:47
  that
• 8:47
  thought
• 8:48
  process
• 8:48
  rather
• 8:48
  than
• 8:48
  just
• 8:48
  sitting
• 8:49
  down
• 8:50
  doing
• 8:50
  something
• 8:50
  that
• 8:51
  can
• 8:51
  be
• 8:51
  visible.
• 8:52
  Can
• 8:52
  I
• 8:52
  actually
• 8:53
  do
• 8:53
  something
• 8:53
  that's
• 8:53
  going
• 8:53
  to
• 8:53
  create
• 8:54
  a
• 8:54
  result
• 8:54
  or
• 8:54
  get
• 8:55
  me
• 8:55
  out
• 8:55
  there
• 8:55
  a
• 8:55
  bit
• 8:55
  more,
• 8:55
  get
• 8:55
  me
• 8:56
  in
• 8:56
  front
• 8:56
  of
• 8:56
  people
• 8:56
  a
• 8:56
  bit
• 8:56
  more.
• 8:58
  It's
• 8:58
  a
• 8:58
  different
• 8:58
  way
• 8:59
  of
• 8:59
  thinking.
• 9:00
  I
• 9:01
  love
• 9:01
  that.
• 9:01
  What
• 9:01
  an
• 9:02
  amazing
• 9:02
  answer.
• 9:03
  And
• 9:03
  it's.
• 9:04
  Yeah,
• 9:04
  it's.
• 9:04
  It's
• 9:04
  brilliant.
• 9:05
  So
• 9:05
  what's
• 9:06
  next
• 9:06
  for
• 9:06
  you,
• 9:06
  Claire?
• 9:07
  So
• 9:07
  I've
• 9:07
  been
• 9:07
  going
• 9:07
  some
• 9:08
  in
• 9:08
  person
• 9:08
  networking
• 9:08
  events
• 9:09
  which
• 9:09
  is
• 9:10
  scary
• 9:10
  and
• 9:10
  exciting
• 9:11
  all
• 9:11
  at
• 9:11
  the
• 9:11
  same
• 9:11
  time,
• 9:11
  but
• 9:12
  it
• 9:12
  is
• 9:12
  great
• 9:12
  getting
• 9:13
  to
• 9:13
  know
• 9:13
  other
• 9:13
  people.
• 9:14
  I
• 9:14
  have
• 9:15
  an
• 9:15
  interview
• 9:16
  with
• 9:16
  a
• 9:16
  personal
• 9:16
  brand
• 9:17

• 9:17
  coming
• 9:18
  up
• 9:18
  on
• 9:18
  Facebook.
• 9:18
  That's
• 9:19
  a
• 9:19
  new
• 9:19
  experience.
• 9:20
  Getting
• 9:20
  out
• 9:20
  there
• 9:20
  a
• 9:20
  bit
• 9:21
  more,
• 9:21
  trying
• 9:21
  to
• 9:22
  get
• 9:22
  in
• 9:23
  front
• 9:23
  of
• 9:23
  other
• 9:23
  people,
• 9:23
  to
• 9:23
  audiences.
• 9:24
  Yeah,
• 9:25
  totally.
• 9:25
  And
• 9:26
  would
• 9:26
  you
• 9:26
  recommend
• 9:27
  the
• 9:27
  programme?
• 9:28
  If
• 9:28
  so,
• 9:28
  who
• 9:29
  too?
• 9:29
  Yes,
• 9:30
  definitely.
• 9:31
  I
• 9:31
  think
• 9:31
  it
• 9:31
  would
• 9:32
  benefit
• 9:32
  so
• 9:32
  many
• 9:32
  people
• 9:33
  at
• 9:33
  different
• 9:33
  stages.
• 9:34
  So
• 9:34
  for
• 9:34
  me
• 9:34
  it
• 9:34
  was
• 9:34
  so
• 9:35
  beneficial
• 9:35
  because
• 9:35
  it
• 9:35
  got
• 9:36
  me
• 9:36
  going,
• 9:36
  it
• 9:37
  gave
• 9:37
  me
• 9:37
  direction,
• 9:38
  it
• 9:38
  got
• 9:38
  me
• 9:38
  started
• 9:39
  which
• 9:40
  was
• 9:40
  exactly
• 9:40
  what
• 9:40
  I
• 9:41
  needed
• 9:41
  when
• 9:41
  I
• 9:41
  qualified
• 9:42
  recently.
• 9:42
  It's
• 9:43
  got
• 9:43
  me
• 9:43
  off
• 9:43
  the
• 9:43
  starting
• 9:43
  blocks,
• 9:44
  the
• 9:44
  focus
• 9:45
  and
• 9:45
  our
• 9:45
  direction.
• 9:45
  I
• 9:46
  think
• 9:46
  also
• 9:47
  if
• 9:47
  you're
• 9:47
  years
• 9:48
  into
• 9:48
  it,
• 9:48
  it
• 9:49
  helps
• 9:50
  you
• 9:50
  streamline
• 9:50
  and
• 9:51
  simplify
• 9:51
  everything.
• 9:52
  So
• 9:52
  I
• 9:52
  think
• 9:53
  it's
• 9:53
  great.
• 9:54
  Wherever
• 9:54
  you
• 9:54
  are
• 9:54
  in
• 9:55
  your
• 9:55
  journey,
• 9:56
  everybody's
• 9:56
  going
• 9:56
  to
• 9:57
  gain
• 9:57
  from
• 9:57
  it.
• 9:58
  What
• 9:58
  should
• 9:59
  others
• 9:59
  know
• 9:59
  about
• 9:59
  working
• 10:00
  with
• 10:00
  me?
• 10:01
  It's
• 10:02
  been
• 10:02
  so
• 10:02
  supportive
• 10:03
  and
• 10:03
  so
• 10:03
  helpful
• 10:04
  so
• 10:05
  I
• 10:05
  think
• 10:05
  other
• 10:05
  people
• 10:06
  know
• 10:06
  that
• 10:06
  you
• 10:06
  are
• 10:07
  a
• 10:07
  huge
• 10:07
  support.
• 10:08
  You
• 10:08
  have
• 10:08
  a
• 10:09
  kind
• 10:09
  approach,
• 10:10
  also
• 10:10
  a
• 10:10
  challenging
• 10:11
  approach.
• 10:11
  You're
• 10:12
  going
• 10:12
  to
• 10:12
  help
• 10:12
  me
• 10:13
  direction
• 10:13
  and
• 10:13
  little
• 10:14
  pushes
• 10:14
  when
• 10:14
  you
• 10:14
  need
• 10:14
  it.
• 10:15
  And
• 10:15
  then
• 10:15
  also
• 10:16
  you
• 10:16
  come
• 10:16
  with
• 10:17
  this
• 10:17
  ready
• 10:18
  built
• 10:18
  community
• 10:18
  which
• 10:19
  is
• 10:19
  so
• 10:19
  valuable.
• 10:20
  Thank
• 10:20
  you
• 10:21
  so
• 10:21
  much
• 10:21
  Claire.
• 10:21
  It's
• 10:22
  been
• 10:22
  a
• 10:22
  joy
• 10:22
  to
• 10:22
  be
• 10:23
  part
• 10:23
  of
• 10:23
  your
• 10:23
  journey.
• 10:23
  Where
• 10:24
  can
• 10:24
  people
• 10:24
  find
• 10:24
  you
• 10:25
  online
• 10:25
  if
• 10:26
  they
• 10:26
  want
• 10:26
  help
• 10:26
  with
• 10:27
  their
• 10:27
  styling?
• 10:28
  So
• 10:29
  I'm
• 10:29
  on
• 10:29
  Instagram
• 10:30
  at
• 10:30
  Underscore
• 10:31
  Silkstyling.
• 10:32
  Yes,
• 10:33
  love
• 10:33
  it.
• 10:34
  So
• 10:34
  Underscore
• 10:34
  Silk
• 10:35
  Styling
• 10:36
  and
• 10:36
  I
• 10:36
  will
• 10:37
  find
• 10:37
  the
• 10:37
  link
• 10:37
  and
• 10:37
  put
• 10:38
  it
• 10:38
  in
• 10:38
  the
• 10:38

• 10:38

• 10:38
  Also
• 10:40
  thank
• 10:40
  you
• 10:40
  so
• 10:40
  much
• 10:40
  Claire
• 10:41
  for
• 10:41
  chatting.
• 10:42
  Can't
• 10:42
  wait
• 10:42
  to
• 10:43
  keep
• 10:43
  in
• 10:43
  touch
• 10:43
  and
• 10:44
  follow
• 10:44
  the
• 10:44
  rest
• 10:44
  of
• 10:44
  your
• 10:44
  journey.
• 10:45
  Isn't
• 10:46
  it
• 10:46
  great
• 10:46
  to
• 10:47
  hear
• 10:47
  that
• 10:47
  journey
• 10:48
  of
• 10:48
  leaving
• 10:49
  your
• 10:49
  job,
• 10:49
  training
• 10:50
  and
• 10:50
  then
• 10:51
  the
• 10:51
  steep
• 10:52
  learning
• 10:52
  curve
• 10:52
  of
• 10:53
  building
• 10:53
  your
• 10:54
  business.
• 10:55
  I
• 10:55
  don't
• 10:55
  think
• 10:56
  there
• 10:56
  is
• 10:56
  anything
• 10:57
  harder
• 10:57
  than
• 10:57
  your
• 10:57
  first
• 10:58
  six
• 10:58
  months
• 10:58
  in
• 10:58
  business
• 10:59
  when
• 10:59
  you
• 10:59
  have
• 11:00
  so
• 11:00
  much
• 11:00
  to
• 11:00
  learn,
• 11:01
  you
• 11:01
  have
• 11:01
  so
• 11:02
  much
• 11:02
  visibility
• 11:03
  and
• 11:03
  confidence
• 11:04
  hurdles
• 11:04
  to
• 11:05
  make
• 11:05
  manage.
• 11:06
  And
• 11:06
  Claire
• 11:07
  has
• 11:07
  shown
• 11:08
  up
• 11:08
  with
• 11:08
  so
• 11:09
  much
• 11:09
  resilience
• 11:10
  and
• 11:10
  is
• 11:10
  building
• 11:11
  her
• 11:11

• 11:12
  more
• 11:12
  and
• 11:12
  more
• 11:12
  each
• 11:13

  so

  you

  can

  her

  if
