Our research reported in July that HubSpot's Slack card on CRM records would show an AI summary of the linked channel. We walk through what HubSpot actually documents today: linking Slack channels to company and deal records, choosing which activity reaches the channel, workflow-created channels, and asking Breeze in Slack to summarize a thread and log it as a note.
