- 0:27Great.
- 0:28Okay. Hello everyone.
- 0:30Welcome to another episode of Love Your Love Muscle,
- 0:33our podcast about heart focus, living
- 0:36heart focus, meditation.
- 0:39And as you noticed, you might be wondering,
- 0:42where is the Norwegian nature?
- 0:44I'm at the office right now,
- 0:46and we are not going to do any meditation in nature.
- 0:48This time. We are going to talk to our guests
- 0:51that you see right over here, Erin Har.
- 0:54And go. Well, everybody, we are going to talk about
- 0:59how powerful we actually are.
- 1:01And, um, before we go on, uh, Aaron,
- 1:06you are, uh, well, this,
- 1:10say you're a, a life coach.
- 1:12Yep. You, uh, do tarot card readings.
- 1:16You do hypnotherapy, right? For hypnosis?
- 1:20Yep. I'm a hypnotist.
- 1:22They don't like saying hypnotherapist
- 1:24unless you actually are a therapist,
- 1:25which I have not had the education for that.
- 1:28So do hypnosis. And you also are a psychic.
- 1:32You work with that as well, mediumship. Mm-hmm. Right?
- 1:36Mm-hmm. And, uh, we got to know each other a couple
- 1:39of weeks ago on, uh, Vera True social, uh,
- 1:44a social media website that I talk a lot about.
- 1:47And, uh, yeah, like I said, we want to talk about how
- 1:50powerful you are as a human being, actually.
- 1:53But before we get started, I want to invite you all
- 1:57to do a little bit of heart brain coherence,
- 2:00self-regulation, technique, and just notice how that feels.
- 2:04I want to get you into that listening mode
- 2:06and understanding mode and more focused mode.
- 2:09Because we all know when we are online,
- 2:12what happens often is
- 2:13after five minutes, you get
- 2:15distracted, not paying attention.
- 2:17You want to see other things on your device,
- 2:20but just notice what it, what this does to you.
- 2:22Alright? And we, for those that are listening often,
- 2:25you know what it's all about.
- 2:27So just sit up straight,
- 2:30relax in a nice position.
- 2:33And for those, especially for those, uh, for
- 2:36who it's the end of the day, just take a nice deep inhale
- 2:39through your nose, fill those lungs with air,
- 2:42and breathe out through your mouth and lower your shoulders.
- 2:46Loosen your jaw, beautiful, and relax a little bit more.
- 2:51And take another nice deep inhale through your nose
- 2:55and out through your mouth and say, and let the day go.
- 3:00Just feel that you're getting centered.
- 3:02If you want to close your eyes, you can do
- 3:04that one more time.
- 3:06And nice deep inhale through your nose
- 3:10and out through your mouth.
- 3:14Beautiful. Now, breathe normally like you usually would do.
- 3:18And
- 3:23now try to breathe a little slower and a little deeper,
- 3:33calming down even more.
- 3:45And I want to invite you to focus on your heart space
- 3:51in the middle of your chest.
- 3:53Become more aware of that area where your heart is.
- 3:58And if you want to, you can put your hand on your chest
- 4:01right there where your heart is.
- 4:04Keep breathing nice and calm.
- 4:11And just imagine now that you're breathing
- 4:14through your heart,
- 4:19imagine the air going in and out of your chest area.
- 4:32Keep that focus on your heart.
- 4:49Wonderful. I want you to
- 4:55think about a time in your life where you felt great joy,
- 4:59appreciation, gratitude, care, or compassion
- 5:09to think about a time in your life where you felt great joy,
- 5:13gratitude, care, compassion
- 5:21could be anything.
- 5:22It could be something from today you were grateful for.
- 5:30It could be the care you feel for a loved one or even a pet.
- 5:39And as you breathe through your heart,
- 5:46relive that moment.
- 5:49Relive that moment as if it is happening right now.
- 6:02Not only visualize it, but also feel it.
- 6:04Be there with your whole being again.
- 6:10Let that gratitude, that joy, that appreciation,
- 6:13flow through your body.
- 6:32Maybe you notice yourself smiling.
- 6:36Maybe you feel a warmth going through your body.
- 6:39That's okay. That's perfect.
- 6:42It's just your body reacting to
- 6:44that inner experience you are creating.
- 6:50Beautiful.
- 7:00And if you want to, you can set a little intention
- 7:05for this moment and for the minutes that are ahead,
- 7:12set the intention that you're going to listen
- 7:17and be focused for a moment.
- 7:22'cause the information that you're going to receive today
- 7:26from Aaron holds a lot of value
- 7:33and will absolutely resonate with you
- 7:37and will have a great benefit for you as well.
- 7:40And your loved ones and friends.
- 7:46Okay, wonderful.
- 7:48Breathe normally again, wiggle a little bit
- 7:52with your fingers and toes.
- 7:53Move your body and just notice how you feel. Now.
- 8:02What do you think, Erin? How do you feel now compared
- 8:04to before you started?
- 8:07Um, I was in a good place before.
- 8:10I'm still in a good place.
- 8:12It's just, it's more relaxed
- 8:14and, um, it's more of
- 8:18a comfort good place rather than amped good place.
- 8:23Does that make sense? Yeah. Yeah. Comfort. So that was good.
- 8:27Thank you.
- 8:28And that, uh, a lot of when, uh, when we do that,
- 8:32when I studied this with the HeartMath Institute,
- 8:34we started every lesson, every with this, just a little
- 8:39focus on our heart, settle down, and, uh, yeah.
- 8:43Let the day go. And then you're really focused.
- 8:48Absolutely. Yes. And breathing techniques,
- 8:51box breathing, all of that.
- 8:53It is something that is a practice at the beginning of
- 8:58really any major venture, especially like this
- 9:03because, uh, it's gonna be the foundation
- 9:06and the mood of wherever you're gonna go.
- 9:09You wanna make sure that it's right.
- 9:11Absolutely. Absolutely.
- 9:13So let's talk about, uh, your clients
- 9:17and how you help people, uh, with Yeah.
- 9:22With how do you, how do you, uh,
- 9:26let them know how powerful they are?
- 9:30Um, how do you, how do you let them recognize like, oh yeah,
- 9:35I can do this even no matter
- 9:37how dire the situation is for someone?
- 9:41Well, first, when I'm working with anybody, one of no,
- 9:45it's the immediate thing that I introduce
- 9:48and continue to re continually reiterate to them,
- 9:52is when you're with me, you're in a safe spot.
- 9:56I don't want you to censor your words.
- 9:58I don't want you to censor your feelings.
- 10:00I don't want you to think that I'm judging anything
- 10:02that's coming outta your mouth.
- 10:04I've worked with people from every single walk of life
- 10:07and any type of person that you can imagine.
- 10:11And that constant barrier between them
- 10:14and being their most upfront
- 10:16is feeling like something is going to be misconstrued
- 10:19or used against them, or they're going to be judged.
- 10:21So it's like you have to set that foundation of,
- 10:25I'm gonna be able to see your hesitance.
- 10:29I'm gonna be able to see what's going on with your face
- 10:32as you're talking to me.
- 10:34And if I see that you're holding anything back
- 10:36because you're afraid, we're gonna call it out.
- 10:38You don't need to do that here.
- 10:40People don't initially feel safe.
- 10:43Wherever they're going in for help, they're going in
- 10:45for help because they're not in the best place
- 10:49with some situation.
- 10:50So to know that right off the bat, it's like you have
- 10:55to assure them that you've come to the right place,
- 10:57and I'm going to tell you why.
- 11:00So that in itself, setting that foundation
- 11:03and then enforcing it with the first monk
- 11:07that you see them holding back is really freeing for them.
- 11:10You almost see the weight off of them.
- 11:12They don't have to talk with a filter.
- 11:14They don't have to talk with a barrier between you.
- 11:18And when you put the power back in their hands
- 11:20that they are their own control, they are their own
- 11:23autonomy on anything, you start to see an entirely new
- 11:27and excitable side of them.
- 11:29It's like they want to be fully seen,
- 11:32but they want to be embraced for what it is
- 11:34that they're being seen in.
- 11:37So that when that initial meeting happens, that's
- 11:41what I give them the keys to.
- 11:44And they will test the waters.
- 11:46They will, they want to see like,
- 11:48what's the limit, what's the extent?
- 11:50No, you're good. And if like you're, I say that,
- 11:55but also if like you're a danger to yourself
- 11:57or somebody else, I'm going to give you the resources
- 12:00to get the different kind of help that you would need in
- 12:02that, because I don't want anything bad
- 12:05happening to you or anyone
- 12:06else. Mm-hmm. Does that make sense?
- 12:07What did you say about if you've,
- 12:09you're in danger to yourself.
- 12:12Yeah. What did you mean by that?
- 12:15Well, if somebody is feeling like they are at the end
- 12:19of the rope, or they have made a plan to, uh, not be safe
- 12:23to themself mm-hmm.
- 12:25Um, reinforce their safety and security with you,
- 12:28and that there's no judgment,
- 12:30and you need to get this help for yourself
- 12:34because you are necessary needed,
- 12:36and one in this world, I'm going to give you the work
- 12:39to contact this place for help,
- 12:42or I'm going to see if it's okay that we have this
- 12:45as a third party in here, just to make sure
- 12:48that you're getting the help outside of
- 12:50how I can be of the support to you.
- 12:52Does that make sense? Yeah.
- 12:53Yeah. Okay.
- 12:55So that it's not against them,
- 12:59it's every resource for them,
- 13:02But, um, that's of course the first thing.
- 13:07Um, making sure that they feel comfortable
- 13:10and really can be open about anything,
- 13:13don't have to hold back.
- 13:15Uh, and I also experience in my work that
- 13:19that often opens the flood gates for everything,
- 13:22all the information they're holding back and mm-hmm.
- 13:25Even the knowledge that people can express themselves in
- 13:30whatever way they want, uh, is already therapeutic
- 13:35and healing for a lot of mm-hmm.
- 13:37This is also your experience.
- 13:39Oh, God, yes. And one of the things is, you know how
- 13:43in like, we look at law of attraction
- 13:46and manifestation, whatever you say,
- 13:49it goes out into the universe and it echoes back to you.
- 13:51Very true. But, and this is a big,
- 13:54but in here, if you do not vocalize those words,
- 13:57they're going to fester inside of you,
- 14:00and it's going to be something that implodes on you.
- 14:03So for as much as it is
- 14:05to put the words out into the universe,
- 14:07I don't want your body to hold onto the words.
- 14:09So I need you to get all of those words
- 14:11and feelings outside of your body,
- 14:14and you plop it out in front of you, you put it out in front
- 14:17of you, and it's this big scattered, muffled mess.
- 14:20And it's exactly what it is.
- 14:22It is a mess of emotion and of, uh, years
- 14:25and years of buildup for you.
- 14:27So we see this giant mess that is in front of you,
- 14:30and it's nothing that you need
- 14:31to be ashamed of in this mess.
- 14:33There's going to be epic highlights of your life,
- 14:36the most breakthrough moments
- 14:37that you have ever experienced,
- 14:40and some of the biggest heartaches, some
- 14:42of the biggest annoyances that somebody's done for years,
- 14:44that they just can't seem to stop themselves from.
- 14:47All of that gets put out.
- 14:49And so you'll hear their agitation,
- 14:51or you'll feel their excitement,
- 14:52or you'll feel their, whatever the emotion
- 14:55is that's coming out.
- 14:56And you pick something up out of that that just happens
- 14:59to stand out, and it's this little, little thing.
- 15:01And I'm like, you look at this,
- 15:03and it's like, all right, so tell me the story about this.
- 15:05Tell me what happened just
- 15:07before this happened that brought this into play.
- 15:09What did this do to you?
- 15:11What was the story that your brain
- 15:12and your body was telling you about this?
- 15:14And why is this still here?
- 15:17And that's where the littlest thing like this,
- 15:20let's say this is an Easter egg,
- 15:21or you know, this social moment of this,
- 15:25what is this Easter egg telling you about what is to come?
- 15:28And it is this big epilogue story, this big,
- 15:32beautiful story, and it's these, either these breakthroughs
- 15:37or the traumas, whatever it might be to this person.
- 15:39So I'm like, okay, I want you to see this
- 15:42as if you're watching a movie.
- 15:44If you were to see this objectively
- 15:46and pinpoint what this is
- 15:49and where you are in this, what is it
- 15:51that this person over here is not seeing that this is,
- 15:55that you need to integrate with this right now.
- 15:58If you have your hands on the controls
- 16:00of this, what would you do with this?
- 16:01And how would you go about
- 16:03communicating this to this person?
- 16:06And it's a form of getting them not to change the history of
- 16:09what happened, but the way that they relate to it.
- 16:11Mm-hmm. So it's, it's not,
- 16:16again, not changing the past,
- 16:18but it's rewiring your connection to it so you can learn
- 16:21to live or learn to adapt
- 16:23to whatever the storyline has been.
- 16:26It puts you almost in like a dome over it,
- 16:30so you don't have to keep feeling it and touching it,
- 16:34but you can see it for what it was to you.
- 16:37And you can allow yourself the reprogramming of your mind
- 16:40to move beyond it in a way that you see suitable
- 16:43for yourself with the experiences that you have had,
- 16:46and that you have the wisdom of now
- 16:49and deciding what would be best for you moving forward.
- 16:51It's like an act of precog for yourself.
- 16:54Yeah. I always call it like, um, you're, you're, um,
- 17:00um, you're learning from the past.
- 17:03You're learning from the, the wisdom from the past,
- 17:05but you don't carry on the emotion.
- 17:07Yes. You let the emotion go, the energy,
- 17:10the, that holds you back.
- 17:11You let go and you take the wisdom
- 17:13with you for future mm-hmm.
- 17:14Uh, for your future, basically. Absolutely.
- 17:17You learn, you learn about it. The, the, you
- 17:20not suppress the emotion, but you let that go
- 17:23and that always will give a freedom feeling.
- 17:26And then, so take that with you. Hmm.
- 17:29Abs. Absolutely. I find that a lot of the coaching work
- 17:33and the hypnosis work that I do, you know,
- 17:36it's like regular, like ailments with the body
- 17:38or stuff that has been, um, that has been suppressed in you.
- 17:43I find that a lot of the work is, uh,
- 17:46re-parenting working on, um, suppressed issues,
- 17:50trauma recall,
- 17:52and, um, what's the word that I'm looking for?
- 17:56So, um, reparenting yourself, trauma recall,
- 18:01and, uh, why is it on the tip of my tongue right now?
- 18:06Okay. Um, so it's overcoming
- 18:11whatever has been a hindrance from the past
- 18:13that you may have suppressed
- 18:14because there's something that has been so deep
- 18:18and far tucked away
- 18:19that sometimes you don't even remember that it's there.
- 18:22Hmm. And what, uh, what it helps do, what the work
- 18:24that I do, it reintegrate that part of yourself
- 18:28with the you now.
- 18:31And, um, integrating that part
- 18:34and showing it how it can be safe
- 18:36and how it can be utilized,
- 18:37and what it is that you turned into,
- 18:39and how that's going to protect you.
- 18:41Because a lot of the personality that's dominant,
- 18:44the time when you're recalling trauma
- 18:45or reparenting yourself
- 18:47or your healing childhood trauma is this is looking
- 18:51to be safe and it didn't feel protected before.
- 18:54So whatever you're coming up front with
- 18:57that is usually a shield
- 18:58for whatever it is that you're vulnerable about.
- 19:00And that's where that feeling of
- 19:01disconnect starts to come in.
- 19:02Mm-hmm. Mm-hmm. And so when you see people go muted or fawn
- 19:07or freeze over it, they're not actually in a freeze.
- 19:10That is the barrier between the vulnerable
- 19:13and the protector.
- 19:15So this is a shield for whatever it is
- 19:17that has been tucked away,
- 19:19and you are that brave fighter making sure
- 19:22that this part never gets hurt again.
- 19:24And this little tucked away part is looking at that
- 19:26to reassure, okay, so it's not gonna come after me again.
- 19:29Are you sure about that? And my point of that is to find
- 19:33that pinpoint of where that switch happens,
- 19:35that flip switch happens,
- 19:37and have you pull yourself out where
- 19:40that switch flip happens
- 19:42and bring yourself into the now one of the, um,
- 19:47I just had another session, a hypnosis session yesterday.
- 19:51This woman, she's an amazing woman,
- 19:55and she had quit, uh, drinking alcohol
- 19:59after 18 years,
- 20:01and she started as barely a teenager,
- 20:05and she felt like she had to reject
- 20:08that alcoholic part of herself.
- 20:09Like it was bad. It was terrible,
- 20:12but it was, the alcoholism was the medication for something
- 20:17that she didn't wanna feel.
- 20:18And that was nothing that she should
- 20:20have been ashamed about.
- 20:22It was actually her will to live with
- 20:23that was in all of that.
- 20:25She was fighting through every means possible to stay alive.
- 20:28And she happened to find alcohol as the outlet
- 20:30to disassociate the feeling that she didn't wanna have.
- 20:33So I had her look at that self with this beautiful sense
- 20:37of compassion and that desire to whip that fight to
- 20:41and will to live and, you know, reach out to her
- 20:44and be like, okay, no, you did your part in that time
- 20:47and that wasn't working for you anymore.
- 20:49You decided to go into this,
- 20:51and I'm gonna show you how safe that is
- 20:53and why you should be so proud of yourself
- 20:56and the road that you have traveled.
- 20:58You didn't wanna give up.
- 20:59You just didn't wanna feel those feelings.
- 21:01You didn't wanna be in that place anymore,
- 21:02and that was the easiest outlet for you.
- 21:05You, we only work with what the tools
- 21:07that we have at hand and what we know.
- 21:10So until, you know, you don't know, you know?
- 21:13Yeah. I think exactly that.
- 21:15Uh, and, and, and one thing I, I always remembered from
- 21:19what, um, from, from my work,
- 21:23and also what the di Lama says is, if you,
- 21:25and I'll come back, why this connects to what you say, uh,
- 21:28the di dilemma says if every child
- 21:31starts meditating at eight, there will be no more war.
- 21:35Uh, but also I experience meditation
- 21:38and is, is just getting to know yourself, getting to,
- 21:43um, become more whole.
- 21:45Especially when you connect your heart to your brain again,
- 21:48it's what is my thing?
- 21:49Uh, and then you notice, uh,
- 21:54that there are other ways.
- 21:55Like you don't have to escape from bad feelings.
- 21:58You are allowed to feel bad. Mm-hmm.
- 22:00Do you, do you think that a lot
- 22:03of people in our modern western society
- 22:08have the feeling that they're not allowed to feel sad, bad,
- 22:12or negative or depressed,
- 22:15and that they Yeah, no, that, that, that, that, that, that
- 22:17therefore they escape to, for example, drugs and alcohol.
- 22:23Absolutely. 100% toxic positivity is a real thing.
- 22:26And everybody swallowed that pill
- 22:29for the longest time, self included.
- 22:31It's like, no, just don't pay attention
- 22:33to what's going bad, what's wrong.
- 22:35You know, look for the bread set.
- 22:36Look at what can come out of this great conversation piece.
- 22:40I'm still on fire. What? Okay.
- 22:42So we have to deal with those tough feelings.
- 22:45But the thing is, those tough feelings are actually highly
- 22:48important to the human experience.
- 22:50If you walk around like acting like everything is sunshine
- 22:53and rainbows all day, you're never going to see the sunshine
- 22:56and rainbows and see them for what they are.
- 22:58Yeah. You need to have the full range human experience.
- 23:02And the thing is, I don't want you
- 23:04to lose the ability to get sad.
- 23:06I don't want you to lose the ability to get angry.
- 23:09I don't want you to feel like you're doing something wrong.
- 23:11If you're not spitting out rainbows all the time.
- 23:14You are a very spectrum filled, emotional
- 23:19and experienced person.
- 23:21You're here for the entire buffet of life.
- 23:24So this, when you feel those things,
- 23:27what does this do to you?
- 23:28What does this show you about yourself?
- 23:30What does this show about, you know, what you're doing here?
- 23:33And the thing is upset her anger,
- 23:37power, whatever the feeling is.
- 23:39Those are immensely powerful tools.
- 23:42So like, if I'm working with, say, a hypnosis client,
- 23:46and they have anger issues, which I have had,
- 23:48and it gets very interesting, and again, no judgment,
- 23:52but that anger, it's a powerful tool
- 23:56that anger in some cases is your self love
- 24:00and protection for yourself,
- 24:01because anger comes from fear or hurt.
- 24:04So what scared you? What hurt you? Where did that start?
- 24:07Where's it been reiterated?
- 24:09And how is it that you stand up
- 24:10and fight for yourself in that moment?
- 24:13I don't want you to lose that ability to do that,
- 24:15because in the right setting, you can move mountains
- 24:19with your anger, with your hurt, with your disgust.
- 24:22It's like, you are not going to stand for this anymore.
- 24:25I'm not going to stand for this injustice.
- 24:28And that's also where the grounding
- 24:30and the moral compass is for the each individual person.
- 24:34Uh, uh, just love what you just said there,
- 24:36because it's, it's so important.
- 24:39And I tell you that often as well, uh,
- 24:41in my sessions both online
- 24:43and offline, I, it's, we're talking about positive
- 24:46and creating positive feeling inside of us.
- 24:48I always say, that doesn't mean you can't feel sad.
- 24:53I mean, those are natural things. Things happen in life.
- 24:56You have to go through with that, that the thing is
- 25:00that if you are, if you're staying stuck with that,
- 25:03and I think I believe strongly that a lot
- 25:06of people stay stuck in those negative emotions
- 25:08because they are hiding it.
- 25:10They're putting it away somewhere.
- 25:12They're not dealing with it
- 25:13because they feel like, I shouldn't show this,
- 25:15or I, I can't, I can't be said,
- 25:18I should be positive all the time.
- 25:20So by, by going through a negative experience
- 25:24and not living through it, and not, and not wanting to,
- 25:28and even more important, I think not wanting to talk about
- 25:31it with somebody else, like a loved one or a friend
- 25:36or therapist
- 25:37or whatever, uh, by not being able to process it
- 25:42or share that information with others
- 25:44and hiding it away, it just keeps stuck.
- 25:46It stays stuck. And you get into that negative loop
- 25:49because you're, you're trying to deal with it over and over
- 25:52and over again at the same time, you're withholding it.
- 25:57Mm-hmm. And I don't know what you do with some
- 26:01of the clients, but I have some, like, uh,
- 26:03I don't give a s**t anymore sessions.
- 26:06Like, you, you just, I ask them to lay down
- 26:10and let just everything go.
- 26:13Yeah. Everything really, everything that, that is inside
- 26:16of them, and it's so releasing for them.
- 26:19Mm-hmm. I, uh, I've been working
- 26:22with this one particular woman for years.
- 26:25I'm not gonna say her name. I'm not gonna say names.
- 26:27I'm very protective of privacy and also very detailed stuff.
- 26:32But, um, she has been berated
- 26:36by feminine characters
- 26:38and female caregivers in her life
- 26:40throughout her entire life.
- 26:42She went from one situation to another
- 26:44with very little break in between.
- 26:46And this is a woman who is incredibly powerful,
- 26:49incredibly influential,
- 26:51and who has helped thousands of children and adults.
- 26:56And this is somebody who felt like they couldn't vent
- 27:00the hurt that has happened to them, who wasn't allowed
- 27:03to confront people that she loves and cares about.
- 27:05Because there's this stigma that if you love somebody,
- 27:09if your friends are family,
- 27:11then you can't hold them accountable for hurting you.
- 27:15You're just supposed to let it by
- 27:16that they love you over everything else.
- 27:19But I really pushed her to challenge them,
- 27:22to confront them in, in visuals
- 27:24and also in boundaries in life
- 27:26of Yeah, you're not gonna do that.
- 27:29Yeah. That's also not going to be a thing.
- 27:31And I had her reiterate some of those, um, emotions
- 27:35and circumstances through meditation and hypnosis,
- 27:39and she threw the gloves off.
- 27:41She went right into their face.
- 27:43She started telling them the exactly what was up
- 27:47and how they hurt her, how she was angry at them.
- 27:51How is that even though she loved them,
- 27:52that she on some level was angry.
- 27:54And that even hate was a word that was brought in just
- 27:59because you love somebody and care about them,
- 28:00and there's some degree of connection to you,
- 28:03whether it's a friend or a family member, whoever
- 28:06your loved ones still have the ability to hurt you, whether
- 28:08or not they realize it.
- 28:10And just because you love them
- 28:12and that you hold space for them, doesn't mean
- 28:15that you stopped holding people accountable.
- 28:17Mm. You can look at somebody and be like, I love you,
- 28:20but this almost destroyed me,
- 28:22and you are not going to do this again.
- 28:26I am, I am worth way more than beating being a punching bag
- 28:31for you and you getting to beat me down
- 28:32because you felt a particular way you had something
- 28:35that was undiagnosed at the time.
- 28:37Great conversation piece. Go fix it. Now.
- 28:40We have work to do to repair this.
- 28:41You don't get to get away with this.
- 28:43It's not a get outta jail free card
- 28:46holding people accountable because we love them.
- 28:48We wanna maintain the relationship is one
- 28:50of the most important things we need to integrate.
- 28:53Oh. So, uh,
- 28:55and again, like people, I mean, if you, if you get
- 29:00people in that space where they recognize
- 29:02that they can do this, they can talk, they can speak up.
- 29:05Right. You are, it, it's so powerful. It's, it's your life.
- 29:08It's so powerful. And, and, uh,
- 29:11and when the moment I realized like, Hey, even my, my,
- 29:15my loved ones accepted this.
- 29:16They were like, oh, wow. Really? Thank you.
- 29:18Because that's often the case.
- 29:20You, they're so afraid, like they're,
- 29:21that your loved ones getting angry about it.
- 29:24Mm-hmm. But if, if, if the space is good, I, I mean,
- 29:27you shouldn't tell these kind of things when you're,
- 29:30when you're next to a person driving a car, it mean, like,
- 29:34I'm, I'm a I'm a bit busy right now.
- 29:37Don't, it's not the time for you to tell me that you hate me
- 29:40or anything, but, but Right.
- 29:43But if the space is good, yes. Okay.
- 29:45And say, sit down, please. I have to tell you something.
- 29:48I mean, people are so ac actually, lots
- 29:51of loved ones are grateful for it.
- 29:52Like, oh, I'm so happy that you just Yeah.
- 29:55Speak your truth and
- 29:57Absolutely. Yeah. And also,
- 29:58on top of that, what about the points
- 30:01where we hold ourselves accountable for when we screwed up
- 30:03or we took advantage of something or we hurt somebody?
- 30:07That is one of the biggest things, because if some people,
- 30:10and again, zero judgment, we've all been there
- 30:13to some degree, at some point, if we admit
- 30:15that we have done a fault, then we see ourselves
- 30:18as disposable and broken.
- 30:19Nobody's ever gonna love or care about us.
- 30:21We are the scum of the earth.
- 30:22Or there's this,
- 30:24I felt righteous in doing this in that moment.
- 30:27And you may have felt righteous
- 30:28and dignified in hurting somebody in the moment,
- 30:30but look at what the fallout of this was.
- 30:33So we also, in the same breath,
- 30:36that we hold everybody else accountable, I'll work
- 30:38with people who have
- 30:41royally screwed something up in their life intentionally
- 30:43or unintentionally, and they need to address
- 30:45that within themselves.
- 30:47Hmm. And that's where you have them face themselves in that
- 30:51and see the who, what, where, and why about that.
- 30:54Not to excuse it away, but to say, you did this. Yeah.
- 30:59And this had this fallout, how do you, how do we wanna make,
- 31:04not that it can be, you know, made up for, sorry, bad choice
- 31:07of words in that, but how can we work on repairing this?
- 31:10How can we fix this situation?
- 31:13Or at least assure ourselves
- 31:15that we won't be here again under,
- 31:16under the same circumstances.
- 31:19Absolutely. Uh, like that's also often the trigger
- 31:23where people seek help.
- 31:24Mm-hmm. Uh, because they're struggling
- 31:28with something they've done themselves.
- 31:31Absolutely. Um, and, uh,
- 31:32and even, even then, uh, yeah, forgiving yourself
- 31:36and turning that experience and the emotion into wisdom
- 31:41and taking that on, like, okay,
- 31:43this is something I'm not going to do again. Right.
- 31:48Oh, very true. Yeah. So, absolutely.
- 31:50And, uh, we all make mistakes
- 31:52and we, we all have our quirks.
- 31:56And, uh, and, and the beautiful thing, what I think
- 31:58with meditation, et cetera, is, is, uh, and,
- 32:02and I guess also also when you do past life regressions, is
- 32:05that you get to know certain things about yourself,
- 32:08why things are, and to create peace with that.
- 32:14And, uh, acknowledge that, yeah, s**t happens.
- 32:18I've done some wrong things, uh, uh, yeah.
- 32:22To other people, to myself, whatever. Yeah.
- 32:26It's so powerful. It's powerful as well.
- 32:28Oh god. Yeah. Redemption's a real thing. Hmm.
- 32:31You think that redemption won't be given to you,
- 32:34or that somebody
- 32:35that has wronged you in the past can't redeem themselves
- 32:38and have it, it be authentic.
- 32:40It's not gonna be for show or to just keep the peace,
- 32:42or that they're going to just go back to their old ways.
- 32:45This is where consistency and follow up comes into place.
- 32:49So it's like, okay, we made this plan.
- 32:51How are we sticking to it?
- 32:52How is this being consistent moving forward?
- 32:55Is this feeling stable? Is this feeling like the parties
- 32:58who are involved, that everybody is on the same page?
- 33:01And you brought up the past life thing fit too. I do.
- 33:04One of my favorite things to do with hypnosis
- 33:07is past life regression
- 33:09and what we don't get closure on in one life.
- 33:12You, it can follow you into another life is a
- 33:15continuation of a lesson.
- 33:16Not only that, people who are currently in your life,
- 33:19who played a different role in a past life. Past life,
- 33:22Yeah. Yeah.
- 33:24So like, you may have a dynamic with a parent in this one,
- 33:28but that was like your best friend in a past life
- 33:32and an entirely different part of the world.
- 33:34Race, gender, you name it.
- 33:36The dynamics are endless that come about,
- 33:39but the way that they influence in whatever lifetime
- 33:42that we're in, it is one of the most, uh,
- 33:47I guess contractual awesome,
- 33:50but also one of the most, uh,
- 33:54comforting things, if I can say that.
- 33:56Because it's like, you are trusting these people
- 33:59to fulfill this role in the lesson with this,
- 34:02because you know that underneath all of this,
- 34:04that is a beautiful soul
- 34:06and entity who loves you enough to say yes
- 34:08to this journey with you.
- 34:10You know what I'm saying on that? Yeah,
- 34:11Yeah, yeah. Yeah.
- 34:12These, I,
- 34:15I always get excited when I see things on te on television
- 34:18about past life regressions and, uh, and how,
- 34:21and how they recognize things.
- 34:23Uh, yeah.
- 34:26It, it's, it's, it's, it's so fa fascinating, really.
- 34:30It is really fascinating. You can learn so much from it.
- 34:34Uh, it's, uh, yeah, it's a great, a great tool
- 34:38and an eyeopener for many people, I guess.
- 34:41So when I was training
- 34:42with Peter Blum in New York 15 years ago,
- 34:46it's actually 15 years to the day today that I got certified
- 34:50with hypnosis with the National GU of Hypnosis.
- 34:54And when I was training, there was this one particular woman
- 34:58who was one of my first clients and who was a peer of his.
- 35:01And, uh, she had chronic,
- 35:04chronic shoulder pain throughout her whole life
- 35:06ever since she was a child.
- 35:08And I remember going in through an induction with her
- 35:13and taking her down this long hallway.
- 35:15And when I take you down this long hallway, by the way,
- 35:17when you're in hypnosis, you're aware, you're aware
- 35:21as you are with me right now, it's just you are
- 35:25activating not only the conscious subconscious,
- 35:28the multiple layers that are going on.
- 35:30You are so in control. It, it just, it blows the mind.
- 35:34But you'll see a, in whatever the visual, I'll give a visual
- 35:37of a long hallway with lights all along the way,
- 35:41and various doors of all different makeup.
- 35:43Some are cloth, some are wooden, some are
- 35:47this ironclad door, whatever the case may be.
- 35:50But you are going to let your soul drift
- 35:52and wander at the perfect speech,
- 35:54whatever door is calling to it the most.
- 35:57So when I do a past life regression, I do three lives,
- 35:59whichever ones are the most prominent
- 36:01that are showing up in the life still to this day.
- 36:04So with this woman, she brought me to a lifetime long ago
- 36:08where the current life, significant other
- 36:11was another significant other in that past life.
- 36:15But there was a massively abusive
- 36:18and fearful dynamic that was going on at that time.
- 36:20She was terrified of him.
- 36:22And mind you, in this life, there was a ton of arguments
- 36:25and stuff like that going on.
- 36:26Like they couldn't always get
- 36:28along, but they couldn't figure out why.
- 36:29And they also didn't want to escape each other,
- 36:31get away from each other.
- 36:33So she goes into this past life
- 36:35and this guy, he stabbed her in the shoulder
- 36:39and she bleeds up from a wound in the shoulder.
- 36:41He killed her in that life,
- 36:43and she was never able to get rid of that pain.
- 36:46So I had her go into that scenario, as, you know,
- 36:49watching it as a third party, almost watching it as a movie,
- 36:52and save herself from that scenario, take herself out of
- 36:55that, get that person away from her,
- 36:57and pull herself into the now telling her how safe she is,
- 37:01how she doesn't have to go through this again.
- 37:03And I asked her,
- 37:04because everybody you have a connection to,
- 37:07there is a thread, a soul thread that connects you.
- 37:10It's, it comes in different shape, sizes,
- 37:12colors, and thicknesses.
- 37:14And I asked her, do you wanna cut ties with this person?
- 37:17She took those scissors and went snippy snip.
- 37:20And when she went through her other lives,
- 37:23and then she came out, it was,
- 37:26she was completely bewildered
- 37:28and something felt really, really different from her.
- 37:31We had to end that session for the day
- 37:34'cause it was time to go.
- 37:36But a few days later, my instructor, the guy
- 37:38who trained me on all this, he's like, I gotta tell you,
- 37:41she went out of her way to tell me that since she worked
- 37:44with you, she no longer has that shoulder pain.
- 37:48And that is the first time in her life that she has not had
- 37:50that shoulder pain because it was, I guess,
- 37:52really debilitating.
- 37:54And what's more her and the guy separated. Mm-hmm.
- 37:58They finally got away from each other.
- 37:59She saved herself in that, not
- 38:01that he was gonna kill her in this life,
- 38:02but still, you know what I'm saying?
- 38:04And maybe not only saved herself,
- 38:06but her guy, the guy as well.
- 38:09Yeah, absolutely.
- 38:11So you never really know what you're carrying over
- 38:14as an unfinished ailment or business or trauma.
- 38:17Hmm. And when I was, uh,
- 38:20I was bringing this up the other day,
- 38:23you are not just the person that you are.
- 38:26You are your genetic makeup,
- 38:28which comes from your ancestors at that point of conception,
- 38:32whatever the father and mother aspect was.
- 38:34Everything that they had experienced in their genetic line
- 38:37all came to a point at that time of conception for you.
- 38:40And not only that, it was you
- 38:42and that soul that was plugging into that body at that time,
- 38:45saying, yeah, all right, this is gonna be my car,
- 38:47my vehicle, I claim this.
- 38:49Whatever that soul has experienced throughout their
- 38:53lifetimes is coming in with this genetic makeup.
- 38:56And it has all of these pros and cons and strengths
- 38:59and weaknesses that gets brought out in the environment
- 39:02through epigenetics and everything that you experience
- 39:05and how you react to that.
- 39:07So you are like three different experiences going on all at
- 39:10once, at all times in a personal,
- 39:13soulful evolution of yourself.
- 39:16It is absolutely one of the most wild things on the planet.
- 39:19I know that I may sound offbeat to some people.
- 39:23I'm more than willing to accept it.
- 39:25Actually, I can, I can explain it for those
- 39:26that don't understand it with, with it's, I,
- 39:29I call it genetic memory.
- 39:31And it's, it's in nature. It's just go to the animal world.
- 39:34How does, how do some animals when they get born,
- 39:38understand which other animals
- 39:40or plants they should be afraid of?
- 39:42Like, I can't eat this plant,
- 39:43or I can't eat, I should go away from the animal that just,
- 39:46they say it's, uh, an instinct,
- 39:50but it's actually genetic memory.
- 39:52So that's the, that's the most hold on.
- 39:55The, the part from nature you can hold on to say,
- 39:58okay, this is genetic memory.
- 39:59And they learn as well, uh, throughout generations
- 40:02because the world around them changes.
- 40:04They also passed the, those changes on to, uh,
- 40:09next generations through genetic memory.
- 40:11And it works in the same way
- 40:12with human beings, with everything.
- 40:15Uh, so you can, you can go millions of years back in time
- 40:20and, and, and find those same, uh, traits again,
- 40:25Uhhuh and in the future too.
- 40:28So also with past life regression, hypnosis, yes,
- 40:31you can do the soul aspect of it,
- 40:33but you can also do the genetic aspect of it
- 40:36so you can travel back in time and trust me, yes.
- 40:40It does sound weird. I'm very aware, but I love it.
- 40:42I'm obsessed with this stuff.
- 40:45And it's like, you can go to, you can go
- 40:47through whatever your line is
- 40:49and you can either give them closure
- 40:52or you can give them, uh,
- 40:54that insight that you are seeing now.
- 40:56Like, Hey, maybe not slip on that rock and break your leg
- 40:59and have us dying from an infection this time around.
- 41:01Huh. Maybe you could look out for that this time,
- 41:04because I'm tired of being clumsy in this life.
- 41:07I have so many bumps and bruises
- 41:09because your willfulness in this, it's, it's kind
- 41:13of funny in that concept, but it's, it's real and it's true.
- 41:17And, you know, we really don't take into account that
- 41:21whatever you are born with, it's not always your fault
- 41:25and how it happened, but it's your responsibility
- 41:28and cycle breaking to correct it.
- 41:34A a thing I I'm wrong about.
- 41:35And I'm, I'm often frustrated with,
- 41:37when you look at the state of the world's state we are in
- 41:41as a human society right now, I, I get frustrated, like,
- 41:45do we ever learn like history repeating itself in
- 41:48numerous, numerous ways?
- 41:51Is it because we don't want to learn from the past
- 41:54and even not from the past, from our own past lives?
- 41:58Are, are we, are we just repeating ourselves
- 42:02because we willingly disconnect from our past?
- 42:07I think that's cognitive dissonance.
- 42:09And I do think that that does play a part. Mm-hmm.
- 42:11We know that some really awful things happen,
- 42:14but we're also not gonna look at it
- 42:16because it doesn't make us feel good about ourselves.
- 42:18We need to look
- 42:19and see what happened as a matter to avoid it.
- 42:22And I am, I'm not a person
- 42:25who can speak on every worldly topic under the sun,
- 42:28unfortunately, just
- 42:29because I really don't think I'm that knowledgeable.
- 42:33But I do look and see what's happening socially with people,
- 42:37and it's like, uh, being conditioned to just kind
- 42:41of tune out and take the easy road.
- 42:43Yeah. And you see, you see a growing population of people
- 42:46who are getting so festering sick with it
- 42:50that they just wanna break and snap
- 42:51and be like, you wanna something?
- 42:53No, no.
- 42:54We're gonna stop this, that, and the other thing,
- 42:56and we're going to relearn how
- 42:58to do this, that, and the other thing.
- 43:00Because if this all goes away, I need to be able to survive.
- 43:04Yeah. And you and I can't rely on whatever this is over here
- 43:09to come to my rescue. You get what I'm saying?
- 43:12Hmm. Yeah. Yeah.
- 43:16Survival of the survival of nature. Yeah. Yeah. Uh, yeah.
- 43:20Yeah. But I understand. Yeah.
- 43:21But it's, it, but you said it's, it's like,
- 43:24uh, cognitive dizziness.
- 43:25You don't want to Yeah.
- 43:27You just want to don't become, this isn't happening
- 43:30with ne which a negative aspect.
- 43:32Yeah. I don't want to see it
- 43:33and don't want to deal with it. Yeah.
- 43:35Yeah. But that kind of goes along with toxic positivity.
- 43:38It's gonna blow up in your face, you know? Yeah, yeah,
- 43:40Yeah. That's exactly,
- 43:41that's what the connection is here.
- 43:43You know, it's like we we're doing it all the time,
- 43:46and if we could, if we could just make clear to people that
- 43:51get to know yourself, your, your, your negative sides,
- 43:53your positive sides, and, and see that as a whole mm-hmm.
- 43:57And even go even further, like the, the law
- 44:00of oneness we all want.
- 44:01Right. We all part of this society
- 44:04and not even what we, what we see, feel, and hear
- 44:06and smell of each other right now in this 3D world,
- 44:09but also with past lives,
- 44:11with our loved ones that have passed over.
- 44:14Uh, we all connected in that way.
- 44:16And, and, and what I find it so fascinating
- 44:20and so beautiful that I can only be happy, it's, it is
- 44:23for me, it's like, how can you be,
- 44:25get depressed when you know how we are all connected
- 44:28and how everything is connected?
- 44:30And once you get to know more of both yourself
- 44:33and other people around you,
- 44:36and feel that oneness bubbling up inside of you,
- 44:39how can you, how can you end up being depressed?
- 44:45Because the Yeah. The core, when you look at it, even
- 44:49because when you, when you find something negative
- 44:52with yourself, but you forgive yourself
- 44:54and bring it love, like, okay, I've learned from this
- 44:57and turn it this negative emotion into wisdom,
- 45:00you can start to love it.
- 45:02Right?
- 45:03Yes. I was looking for this thing that I have, which is
- 45:07feelings buried never die.
- 45:09And I have this little booklet that talks about ailments
- 45:12and why they show up and like depression
- 45:15and everything like that.
- 45:17And yeah, no, depression is awful.
- 45:20But it's also either something where it's a chemical thing
- 45:24that's happening in the body that needs to be addressed,
- 45:26or it's you playing a part in life
- 45:29that is not resonant to you that you feel for play.
- 45:32There's so many reasons why it comes up. Hmm.
- 45:35But I never want a person
- 45:38to feel ashamed about feeling depressed,
- 45:40about having this feeling like nothing is worth anything,
- 45:45because then they're just going to fest
- 45:47and not talk about it.
- 45:49I want you to put out what it is that you are feeling,
- 45:53and if you don't have a reason for it, then
- 45:56that is even more frustrating
- 45:57because it's like, everything is going great.
- 46:00I have a great family, I have a great life,
- 46:02and I just, I don't wanna keep it up anymore.
- 46:05Okay. So what is the underlying reason behind that?
- 46:07Because they are suffering.
- 46:09There's something that they need alleviation for
- 46:11and that they need rest from.
- 46:13Hmm. And it's, it's just like, yeah,
- 46:15we are all in this big mosaic quilt of life,
- 46:18and you play a beautiful thread so beautifully,
- 46:20and you don't get to snag it out before it's done.
- 46:23But if you are over here
- 46:25and I'm connected to you over here, then there is something
- 46:28that is not necessarily that has to be between us,
- 46:32but there is something that is going on with my picture
- 46:35that I'm not sure of,
- 46:36and I need help to make sense of it
- 46:38so I can feel connected to it again.
- 46:41So there's so many layers to that,
- 46:43but I never want you to feel ashamed for not feeling
- 46:49worthwhile, because there's a reason why that comes about.
- 46:53And I equate that feeling of depression or worthwhile
- 46:56because it's like you just kind
- 46:57of don't wanna be involved in anything anymore.
- 47:00You just don't wanna fade away in some instances.
- 47:04And obviously there's more complexities to that,
- 47:06but that's where I'm taking it right now.
- 47:08Yeah. But that comes back to
- 47:10what we, what we started with.
- 47:12Like, yeah, we should allow ourselves, we,
- 47:14we should not be ashamed of feeling sad,
- 47:16feeling depressed, right? Uh, absolutely.
- 47:18Yeah. Well, I was referring to is like, once you are in
- 47:21that state of feeling so empowered
- 47:23and no feeling whole, not only with yourself,
- 47:27but also with your surroundings, it's like,
- 47:29it's very hard to get depressed.
- 47:31Oh God. Yeah. Yeah.
- 47:32When, when you are living in your purpose
- 47:35and when you have done the work,
- 47:37and when you have made the authentic, uh, adjustments
- 47:42for your life and you are in that vibration
- 47:45with them, absolutely.
- 47:47Everything is on a vibrational level.
- 47:50Everything is either on a heightened
- 47:53or alone when there's so many different ones out there.
- 47:56But whatever you see, that is
- 47:58what is on your vibrational level.
- 48:01And it's not better, it's not worse,
- 48:02it's just, it is what it is.
- 48:04So it's so much easier to be pulled down into something
- 48:07that doesn't resonate with you than to reach up
- 48:10for something that is beyond it.
- 48:12So this is going to have to deal with you either suppressing
- 48:15or growing beyond yourself,
- 48:17and it's up for you to decide what it is that you wanna do.
- 48:20If you want to do more, be more, say more, have more, all of
- 48:23that things, what is it that you need to get into alignment
- 48:26with inside and out that is going to be on top of that?
- 48:31So does that make sense? Yeah.
- 48:32Because it, because it's like
- 48:37you see somebody that just, you know
- 48:40that you don't know them, but oh my God, they seem
- 48:42so familiar and they just feel so familiar to you.
- 48:46And it's like you're beating a long lost friend
- 48:49for the first time, and you can't pinpoint where that is.
- 48:52And it's because that person's on your
- 48:54vibrational wavelength.
- 48:56They are the very energy of everything
- 48:59that you have either suppressed
- 49:02or face, whatever it is that you've gone through.
- 49:04And that is a reoccurring lesson in your life
- 49:08or as, um, a reaffirmation
- 49:11of your foundation, if that makes sense.
- 49:14Mm-hmm. So you know how you see people getting into
- 49:18terrible dynamics time
- 49:19and time again, whether it's a relationship or situation,
- 49:22and it's just, they seem to keep falling in the same thing,
- 49:25but they always enter it in with this state of euphoria
- 49:28of like, oh my God, this feels like home.
- 49:31This feels great.
- 49:33And then lo and behold, a little while later, it's like,
- 49:35oh my God, this is such crap again,
- 49:37this cannot be happening to me again.
- 49:39There is something that is in that, that is a lesson
- 49:43that you keep refusing to learn.
- 49:46It's just, it's spiritual bypassing and that you cannot do
- 49:50and expect to get to a different level.
- 49:53Exactly. Yeah.
- 49:54I often talk about it too, like,
- 49:56why is it always happening to me?
- 49:57Yeah. Because you're always doing the same thing.
- 50:00You're in the same person all the time.
- 50:02Change the state of you, change the state of being.
- 50:05Try to try to try to change things and how you are,
- 50:09and just notice, notice what happens to you.
- 50:12And the simple thing is if you want to, it, it happens
- 50:16to everybody is spiritual or not.
- 50:19If you're looking for a new car
- 50:21and you want it to be a white Tesla
- 50:23or anything like that, just, just the next day, just look
- 50:27around you and how many Teslas you see
- 50:29that are white. Right.
- 50:31So true. Your yeah. Your brain's a a colander
- 50:34for everything that you're trying to get.
- 50:36Yeah. So, um, yeah, it's, uh, the vibrational wavelength
- 50:41and we're, uh, the same lesson that's being reiterated.
- 50:44What is better that you refuse to get closure on?
- 50:48Also, I wanted to talk about if you're wondering
- 50:51what your vibrational wavelength is mm-hmm.
- 50:53What is it that you're doing when the end of like,
- 50:56when nobody is around
- 50:57or the end of the day is done,
- 50:59if you're just doing this great work
- 51:00and you're putting out all this high energy there,
- 51:03then it's like, huh, now I can go do what I really wanna do.
- 51:06And just out that it's,
- 51:09that's gonna be the consistency of your life.
- 51:12You're gonna do this great work and then just bottom out.
- 51:15But in that very same thing, when we get signs
- 51:18and synchronicities all around us, you'll see angel numbers,
- 51:21you'll get birds, animals, you'll get signs
- 51:24that you are calling out into the universe.
- 51:26Yeah. Your mind works like a colander
- 51:30and whatever it is that you're trying to filter out,
- 51:32your brain is wiring itself to see, to reiterate
- 51:36a affirmation, a feeling,
- 51:37and an emotion, all of that, to start to create the real,
- 51:41the reality is that you are pulling in,
- 51:44you don't have a future.
- 51:46You don't have the path, you have the now.
- 51:47And that little, little tiny switch flip that happens in
- 51:50that moment that is in the now that you are saying yes to.
- 51:54And if you keep saying yes to whatever it is that you are
- 51:58reaffirming, then that is gonna be the consummate.
- 52:01The moment that you tweak that
- 52:02and decide that you want different,
- 52:03and you start reprogramming your mind
- 52:06for something different, you're straying away from a well
- 52:08groove inside your head,
- 52:09and it's gonna fight to get back in,
- 52:11but you're gonna have to fight even harder to get out of it
- 52:13because it took you a while to set up that groove
- 52:15and reaffirm, and to have it be so easy to get out of that
- 52:19and to start to do something else,
- 52:20it's gonna feel alien at first.
- 52:22It just is, it doesn't mean that you're on the wrong track.
- 52:25It means that you're in the, uh, field studies aspect of it.
- 52:30Okay, yep. This is gonna lead into that. Yep.
- 52:32This is gonna lead into that. Oh,
- 52:33it's, it's leading into that.
- 52:35Okay. That's now keep going with it.
- 52:37That's so that, that's the exciting part of manifesting
- 52:40as things in your life as well.
- 52:42That's, that's the experimentation.
- 52:44Mm-hmm. It's like, oh,
- 52:47and all of a sudden you notice the way you are, the state
- 52:50of being you should be to manifest.
- 52:53Like when, when you feel like you're in flow, everything
- 52:58flows naturally around you.
- 53:00Mm-hmm. When you recognize that, okay.
- 53:04When you recognize that
- 53:05and then check in with yourself, how, what, how, what,
- 53:08what state I'm in now.
- 53:10Right. And if you remember that, and it becomes easier
- 53:14and easier because the next time you tune into that state
- 53:17of being and you go, oh yeah, right.
- 53:20It comes back again and again and again. Mm-hmm.
- 53:22Simple example is, uh, is um, what I myself experienced
- 53:28is, uh, walking through train station and I had to hurry.
- 53:32I came from work, I had to hurry to the train station
- 53:34to catch a plane, and, um, I have to cross a lot of,
- 53:40uh, traffic lights.
- 53:42And then I noticed what state of being I have to be
- 53:44to make all the traffic players go green.
- 53:47It's like I have to not say, oh, no,
- 53:50everything is going red.
- 53:51Uh, red of course, I'm not going to to, to,
- 53:54to manage to catch the train.
- 53:56If you're in that state of being,
- 53:57you're not going to catch your train.
- 53:59And I was, and I was, and I, I can even say, oh,
- 54:02I hope everything is green,
- 54:03because that's not working either,
- 54:05because then you can hope for a lot, but nothing happens.
- 54:07Mm-hmm. But I said to myself, oh, it would be nice
- 54:11if all the traffic lights would be on green
- 54:13on the right time for me.
- 54:15And that's, that's just a difference, that difference in
- 54:18that statement inside yourself that did the trick.
- 54:22Uhhuh. And, and if you rec, it's possibly different
- 54:25for every, for everybody, but if you recognize what state
- 54:29of being that gives you, when you say that to yourself,
- 54:32like then you're, when you say to yourself, uh,
- 54:34it would be nice, you're leaving all options
- 54:37open, and for some mm-hmm.
- 54:39Some, some way you get into a state of receivership
- 54:42as I recognize it, then uhhuh.
- 54:45So it's like a Yeah. Sorry, go ahead. Sorry.
- 54:47No, no. But that's, that's, and then, then it happened.
- 54:50I was like, okay, so next time I have something like that,
- 54:54I can say to myself, oh, it would be nice if this
- 54:56and that would happen.
- 54:58And then don't have any expectations otherwise.
- 55:00Just that, that would be nice.
- 55:02And that's, that's kind of like the trick for me that, so,
- 55:05okay, now I'm tuning in with the universe
- 55:07and things are going to be taken care
- 55:10of in the best way possible for me.
- 55:13Yeah. I think one of, uh, the fun ways to kind of look at
- 55:16that is the difference of, oh my God,
- 55:18would you please just go?
- 55:19Why aren't you going? We don't have all day here.
- 55:22Oh my God, this is taking forever.
- 55:24That's like the bad side of it,
- 55:25where you're gonna hit every red light,
- 55:27everybody's gonna be driving
- 55:29and rationally slow just to reaffirm your anger.
- 55:31But if we can flip this round
- 55:33and be like, come on, I know we got this in us.
- 55:35Come on you guys, we're all in this together.
- 55:37Let's hold our hands and go
- 55:38through all these green lights together.
- 55:39Like that, that encouragement, that playfulness,
- 55:44that is I think, the highest energy to make
- 55:47so much of that happen.
- 55:49But if you are trying to plow
- 55:51through it like a bowl in a China shop,
- 55:53and just wondering why everyone and everything is so stupid
- 55:55and going so irrationally slow,
- 55:58you're probably not gonna have the best of times.
- 56:01And it's probably gonna be you missing a train.
- 56:05Yeah. Yeah. That's a way to look at it.
- 56:09That, but that this may be something we can talk about,
- 56:12uh, another time.
- 56:14Mm-hmm. Um, I would, uh, I would like to, to wrap it up,
- 56:18it's been wonderful to, to talk to you
- 56:20and, uh, I think a lot of, uh, people have
- 56:24learned a lot here.
- 56:25Uh, I would say what's,
- 56:26what is our takeaway from this conversation?
- 56:29Uh, for those that are watching
- 56:31and listening, that's like, you're allowed,
- 56:33I think the most important one for me is that you're allowed
- 56:36to feel sad, negative, there's all emotions.
- 56:40We have to, uh, we they, they're they're natural. Right?
- 56:45Absolutely. And acknowledging that
- 56:46and also acknowledging that we ourselves have been
- 56:51negative or did something bad to ourselves or others.
- 56:55Acknowledging that and,
- 56:57and making our peace with that is so healing.
- 57:00Mm-hmm. And through that recognizing, through recognizing
- 57:04that, I would say you will feel more whole.
- 57:08Absolutely. Which is what healing means,
- 57:12healed whole again.
- 57:14And, uh, also
- 57:19that our current life with everything around us
- 57:22that we sense with our five senses is not all of it.
- 57:27We take with us information, if you would like to call it
- 57:32that way, from our past lives
- 57:35and something called genetic memory
- 57:37or soul memory or whatever.
- 57:40And we take that with us through next generations,
- 57:43but also the people
- 57:45and loved ones around us
- 57:46that are no longer in this 3D environment,
- 57:49they're also still there
- 57:51and are there to protect us, help us.
- 57:54And it's just the, the, the world
- 57:55and the universe is much bigger than we can sense
- 57:59with our five senses, and it's all connected.
- 58:01Nevertheless, even if we don't use these five,
- 58:05we can't use those, our five senses to recognize that
- 58:08or see that directly.
- 58:09But it, it's there. It's all working for us.
- 58:15No, I love everything that you said. Yes.
- 58:17Everything is so much more integrated
- 58:20and you are the most possible thing
- 58:22that could have ever existed.
- 58:25And it's by your active choice in saying yes into everything
- 58:28that has brought you up into the now.
- 58:30You have to be an active participant in your life
- 58:33and in your creation and your evolution.
- 58:36This, the more that you show up, the more
- 58:39that you have hands on deck
- 58:40and the more powerful you will ever be.
- 58:42There is nothing in this world that can stop you,
- 58:46but also you're the only thing
- 58:48that can really stop yourself in this.
- 58:50Yeah. Does that make sense? Yeah,
- 58:52Absolutely. Uh,
- 58:53for those that it doesn't make sense for, how,
- 58:55how can they reach you and ask for more information?
- 59:00Well, uh, you can find me on the social platforms.
