Transcript
- 0:03Speaker: Hey guys, welcome to this episode of Housewives Goss and Glitter.
- 0:06Speaker: Today we're going over the real Housewives of Rhode Island, episode 5, Schooner or Later.
- 0:12Speaker: Lots of good drama in this one.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Yeah, it was a good, a good episode for sure.
- 0:18Speaker 1: I also am like, did the guy that invited them on this boat, did he call it a shooner?
- 0:25Speaker 1: Or did Rosie?
- 0:27Speaker: Yeah, I think he did.
- 0:28Speaker: And isn't it schooner?
- 0:30Speaker: I always say I don't want to Google it right now.
- 0:33Speaker: Because then if I'm wrong, I'm gonna be like, oh man, just go with it.
- 0:36Speaker 1: It's better not what schooner.
- 0:38Speaker 1: Um, all right.
- 0:39Speaker 1: So the peacock description is tensions hit open water as truces are tested and polo antics ignite confrontation.
- 0:48Speaker 1: So the the descriptions are getting stronger.
- 0:51Speaker: Yes, it only took them 10 years to make them better.
- 0:56Speaker 1: They might have AI writing them and not a lazy person.
- 1:00Speaker: True, true.
- 1:02Speaker: Um, but yeah, so I this episode was intense, and we start off um well, I wrote that.
- 1:08Speaker: We started off at Alicia's and she's making a floral a floral arrangement for Jo-Ellen.
- 1:14Speaker 1: Yeah, she's doing a little flower arranging.
- 1:16Speaker 1: That was really sweet.
- 1:18Speaker 1: Yeah, just kind of flashes around.
- 1:20Speaker 1: So she's doing that.
- 1:21Speaker 1: Rulla's at home doing like boss life stuff.
- 1:24Speaker 1: She's like calling her assistant, asking what her schedule is for the next couple of weeks, and I'm like, this is what I need in my life.
- 1:32Speaker 1: But I just declare now I'm using Claude, and Claude is like my virtual assistant.
- 1:37Speaker 1: Um yeah, and then we flash over to Rosie, and she's like in this really intense like studio setup at her house.
- 1:48Speaker: Yeah, like at her house.
- 1:51Speaker 1: Yeah, right?
- 1:52Speaker 1: With her dog, we get to meet Clemmy with Puppy, but she has like this professional lighting and um like a full like background and neon lighting and yeah stuff.
- 2:06Speaker 1: Yeah, which is like I need this in my life because my lighting is that's like the biggest complaint that I have about this apartment, is like there's not enough windows, and I just feel like the lighting is not good.
- 2:20Speaker: Well, I have one giant feather lamp above my head right now, so there was like no ring light, and I was like, I'm being lazy, I'm just going with a giant light.
- 2:28Speaker: Yeah.
- 2:31Speaker 1: So she's like in her home studio, and this her friend calls and he invites her to like a girls engaged party on the schooner, and he tells her to invite the other gals.
- 2:44Speaker: Yeah, it was funny because I'm like, because he says that he knows them or she knows him, and he knows the other girls through like different events, so it kind of just seems like a random event to invite all the girls to, and it's like I don't know.
- 3:02Speaker 1: Just wanted some like exposure for the show.
- 3:04Speaker: Yeah, that's true.
- 3:06Speaker 1: Yeah, like so yeah, so she's like, Yeah, of course, and wants to like invite all the girls out on the boat, and then we like flashback to Alicia, and Jo Ellen arrives, and we find out that like her grandfather she was really close to died, and that's why Alicia is like arranging flowers, and Liz brings over like an enormous flower bouquet, yes, and Alicia's like, oh, okay, like here's my couple of roses and a high grain together.
- 3:41Speaker: Yeah, and Billy was like, it looks so good, and then you see Liz's next to Alicia's, and you're like, she tried.
- 3:50Speaker 1: Well, I don't think Liz made that one hurt by hand.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I think she's gonna be like, Oh, yeah, no, no, no.
- 3:54Speaker: Liz did not mind.
- 3:56Speaker 1: It's both good in different ways.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Um, it was very nice, and I liked like I thought both of them were really beautiful, but I thought it was funny that Alicia's like, wasn't your grandfather my neighbor?
- 4:11Speaker 1: And I'm just like, is there anybody this woman does not know?
- 4:14Speaker 1: She's everyone since like birth.
- 4:18Speaker: Yeah, she's like, Oh, he wasn't gonna eat my neighbor, and they're discussing like where he lived, where she lived, how and I was like, Oh my god.
- 4:27Speaker 1: Literally, she knows everybody.
- 4:29Speaker: It's insane.
- 4:30Speaker: And even the more and more you get into the show, the more and more everyone knows everyone all the time, everywhere.
- 4:36Speaker: Yeah, but like I said, we were I was watching the episode with Elaine and she knew someone at the party, like Jerry's Studio 54 party.
- 4:44Speaker: And I'm like, we don't even live in Rhode Island, we're 20 minutes away.
- 4:48Speaker 1: Well, that's so like one of the things that I mean, this is like later in the episode.
- 4:51Speaker 1: One of the things that like blew my mind is when they like, oh no, the next episode, when they go to the Newport mansions and Liz is like, my best friend is touring us around the mansion, and her best friend owns the mansion.
- 5:03Speaker 1: And I'm like, a friend of a friend owns like a 45,000 square foot castle.
- 5:09Speaker: Yeah.
- 5:10Speaker 1: Like how?
- 5:11Speaker: I don't know, but I need to do whatever that person is doing with 29 bedrooms and 18 bathrooms.
- 5:19Speaker 1: I didn't I they feel like this sounds really stupid, but I didn't realize that people like like individuals owned those.
- 5:27Speaker: No, I guess I didn't, I mean I thought they were like one call or something.
- 5:34Speaker: Yeah, I mean, I know a lot of them do have the historical one, but there was one that was definitely like by the cliffwalk that people were posing in front of that was definitely a private um residence.
- 5:47Speaker: Yeah, like the last time I went.
- 5:50Speaker: But and I but yeah, I guess I just I thought most of them were historical, huh?
- 5:57Speaker 1: I thought they were too, and that's why I'm like when I when they were saying it was like a private residence.
- 6:02Speaker 1: I'm like, what is the day-to-day and who is here in this like castle?
- 6:08Speaker: I don't know.
- 6:09Speaker: Do they even go?
- 6:10Speaker: Is it just their summer house?
- 6:11Speaker: Like, I don't get it.
- 6:12Speaker: Yeah, I don't see maybe it's been in their family since the 1920s at this point.
- 6:18Speaker: I guess, yeah.
- 6:20Speaker 1: All right, so back in anyway, so Billy pours them some ladies' champagne and they go out to sit by the pool to like recap the Alicia Rosie fight from last week.
- 6:34Speaker: Yeah, then they go into the whole, oh, Alicia called Rosie a whore thing and how it's like a very newing like Rhode Island thing.
- 6:41Speaker: And I was like, it really is though, like it feels good, and I'm like, but it is like I hear it all the time.
- 6:49Speaker: Like we move down here, and I feel like I hear it from certain people all the time.
- 6:54Speaker: Um but Liz says that she's like kind of over people attacking Rulla.
- 7:00Speaker: Yeah.
- 7:01Speaker: Yeah.
- 7:02Speaker 1: I thought it was nice that Liz immediately was like Rulla or was like uh Joellen and nobody was talking about you, and then she was like saying that it's kind of like a low blow to keep going after Rulla because like she's clearly going through something.
- 7:20Speaker 1: And I thought her point was like, I just felt like her point, which you see like later in the episode, was like so on par with Rulla because she just said that like and Rulla should just instead of being like, I want you to tell me if something's going on, because she clearly doesn't, she should just tell everybody to like mind your fucking business and like I will handle this the way that I'm going to handle it.
- 7:45Speaker 1: And then they would leave it alone.
- 7:47Speaker 1: But instead, yeah, she's acting like she wants to know information when she really doesn't.
- 7:51Speaker 1: And then that like whole it was like a premonition for what happens later in the episode.
- 7:56Speaker 1: I'm like, yeah, exactly.
- 7:57Speaker 1: What happened?
- 7:59Speaker: Alicia and Liz, they don't really want a ton of drama, like at the rail trails thing when Alicia just instantly, like five minutes later, stormed off, came back, and was like, all good with Rosie.
- 8:10Speaker: Like the fight lasted five seconds.
- 8:13Speaker: They're like, just over it.
- 8:15Speaker: Like, let's just make this as easy as possible.
- 8:18Speaker: Because even when Liz and Alicia are annoyed at each other, they don't even seem that mad at each other, right?
- 8:23Speaker: Okay, yeah.
- 8:24Speaker: Like, you do you, but um, yeah, so they just fill her in and then we go to Kelsey's house.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Yeah, right?
- 8:36Speaker 1: Yes, and Ashley's coming over to like get her hair done.
- 8:40Speaker 1: So this was like interesting.
- 8:41Speaker 1: We find out that Kelsey's profession in a past life is she's like a hair makeup artist.
- 8:48Speaker: Yeah, from my understanding though, she'd only been doing it for a little while.
- 8:52Speaker: Like she went to um cosmetology school or while she was still with while she's with the boyfriend.
- 9:00Speaker: Yeah, she hasn't been like on.
- 9:03Speaker 1: Yes, exactly.
- 9:04Speaker 1: She hasn't actually been licensed for that long.
- 9:07Speaker 1: Um so she says like before she met before she met him, she was like working as a waitress and living with her parents, and then she went like straight from that to like living in the mansion.
- 9:20Speaker: Can you imagine being 20 years old and you go from living with your parents to a 16,000 square foot house?
- 9:27Speaker: Like it blows my mind.
- 9:30Speaker: She has like a salon in the house, which she said was built before she even went to school.
- 9:37Speaker: Side note, I love Ashley's floral confessional.
- 9:42Speaker: Yes, like behind like the cute little neck and like the no shoulders.
- 9:48Speaker: Um yeah, so we find out that Kelsey's doing hair on the side and she does it really through, like she gets most of her clients through Instagram.
- 9:56Speaker: So Ashley is doing a trade.
- 9:58Speaker: So like get her hair done, and then she'll post on her Instagram because she's an influencer.
- 10:05Speaker 1: And then Ashley's like, Ashley's like, oh, you have so much in common with my sister.
- 10:09Speaker 1: She does hair makeup too.
- 10:10Speaker 1: And then they do like a flash of her like laying on a counter on the top of the kitchen counter with her head in the sink while her sister is doing her hair and like the child is like running around.
- 10:22Speaker 1: And I'm like, they're like really doing a job of making Ashley look like this like country bumpkin next to these other girls.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Like they're just like it was like, is she like I thought they were gonna show her like at a salon where her sister works, and like that was just so funny.
- 10:42Speaker: I don't know.
- 10:43Speaker: Well, they're not she's not making it any easier with that blue dress that she wore to Kelsey's house.
- 10:47Speaker: I hated that.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Oh my god, another bad look.
- 10:50Speaker 1: I feel bad because I I do like Ashley, and I feel like I like get on her a lot during the podcast, but her fashion choices are like nothing.
- 10:59Speaker: I love her confessional.
- 11:01Speaker 1: Yeah, her confessional, which is different than her day-to-day look on the show.
- 11:07Speaker: Yeah.
- 11:08Speaker 1: They all look amazing in their confessionals, but this is like that's like when professionals are doing their glam.
- 11:13Speaker 1: That's true.
- 11:15Speaker: Like when left to her own devices, her outfit on her outfit choices are questionable.
- 11:19Speaker: Yeah, the dress just had so many layers, and I love a sun dress, but it was like a layer cake.
- 11:25Speaker: So yeah.
- 11:27Speaker 1: So then like we find out that Kelsey's like super annoyed with Rosie because Rosie came over to get her hair done and then just like never posted on social.
- 11:38Speaker: And like, did Rosie, first of all, did Rosie know that she was supposed to post it on social?
- 11:43Speaker: Like, that's what I'm viewing it as.
- 11:46Speaker: Like, I don't think she knew.
- 11:47Speaker: I think Kelsey just expected it.
- 11:49Speaker: No, and I feel like they're manufacturing drama.
- 11:55Speaker 1: I don't think that that's the case for Rosie because Rosie works in she like works as a newscaster if she's used to like working with hair and makeup people.
- 12:05Speaker 1: And like you always shout out hair and makeup people, especially somebody who is small, because they're like working on building their client book.
- 12:13Speaker 1: So like she are like she know it what she does for a living and like having to do her glam and stuff all the time, like she knows better.
- 12:21Speaker 1: Like you should always post.
- 12:23Speaker 1: Like it isn't, I mean, and it's also weird too that she usually does it and then like just didn't.
- 12:31Speaker 1: Like it does feel like a snub a little bit.
- 12:34Speaker: I wonder what well Kelsey jumping ahead probably said something that pissed her off, and so she decided she didn't do it.
- 12:42Speaker 1: Kelsey also could have just asked her to.
- 12:46Speaker: Uh yes, I agree.
- 12:48Speaker: And I feel like a Kelsey Rosie just gets a lot of flack for like nothing.
- 12:53Speaker: I uh she does she is a shit stirrer, but I feel like this was just a lot to be brought up like throughout like the whole episode.
- 13:04Speaker 1: Well, it also made me think that like they have deeper problems than this Instagram post, and they just haven't gotten to it yet.
- 13:15Speaker 1: Because like Kelsey just also like really despises her, and I'm like, there's no way that this is just about the Instagram post.
- 13:22Speaker: We're gonna find out that she like dated someone that dated someone that dated someone.
- 13:29Speaker 1: Yeah, there's like more to this, like because she has like a disdain for her, and I'm like the Dino thing between Kelsey and Liz.
- 13:40Speaker: That's why I'm like, is there gonna be something like Probably Yeah, I feel like there's more, but like did Rosie date Bill?
- 13:48Speaker 1: I don't know.
- 13:49Speaker 1: I mean they're kind of the same age, Kelsey, they're like all in the same age group.
- 13:54Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 13:55Speaker 1: So, but I did think it was I did think it was rude.
- 13:58Speaker 1: And then the way that like Rosie talked about it later, I was like, Yeah, she was being a bitch.
- 14:03Speaker 2: Mm-hmm.
- 14:04Speaker 1: Like she wasn't nice about it.
- 14:05Speaker 1: She wasn't like, oh my god, I'm so sorry, I forgot.
- 14:08Speaker 1: She was like, It's not my job to do it, and like you've only had your certificate for a couple of weeks.
- 14:12Speaker 1: Like, she was like really rude about it.
- 14:13Speaker 1: So I'm like, So you didn't do it on purpose.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Like, I just think that they just don't like each other.
- 14:18Speaker 1: I don't think they like each other.
- 14:21Speaker: No, I don't see them making up, I don't see it going well.
- 14:24Speaker: So then we jump to the boat where this whole thing blows up on the boat.
- 14:29unknown: Yes.
- 14:30Speaker 1: What I learned in this episode and the next one is that Kelsey loves to confront.
- 14:34Speaker 1: She gets right in there to confront, which like you wouldn't think that at first, but she definitely like waits for her.
- 14:42Speaker 1: She does and she loves it.
- 14:44Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 14:45Speaker: And she likes okay, from like she also pushes buttons too.
- 14:50Speaker: Like, I knew that Rosie like kind of exaggerated things, like we knew that.
- 14:55Speaker: And like I said, but Rosie was growing on me, but Kelsey just goes in and she was like, poke, poke.
- 15:02Speaker: Let me make it explode.
- 15:06Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, she like wants to have the fight.
- 15:08Speaker 1: Yeah, so they're on the shooter slash schooner.
- 15:12Speaker 1: We don't know.
- 15:13Speaker 1: And like the first thing it the first thing that pops up is like, so this is the first time that Rula and Jo Ellen are together.
- 15:21Speaker 1: And then the first thing that pops up is like Alicia's over talking to Rula about how she's like so fucking pissed at Rosie.
- 15:28Speaker 1: This is the thing, like we love Alicia, but and like I agree that the fight that they had, that would be a reason for me to like not get close to somebody.
- 15:39Speaker 1: Like, I wouldn't keep harping on it, but I also I just wouldn't be friends with them.
- 15:43Speaker 1: Like, they wouldn't be somebody that I would talk to anymore.
- 15:45Speaker 1: I'd just be like, I can't trust that person.
- 15:47Speaker 1: Like, she's not my friend.
- 15:48Speaker 1: And I would like hold that grudge because Rosie totally did throw her under the bus and she like stirred the pot on purpose.
- 15:54Speaker 1: But like, why did she hug her at the end of the conversation?
- 15:59Speaker 1: And she's like, I love you, but then she's like at the house with Joellen and Liz, still complaining she's pissed at Rosie, and she's at the schooner talking to Rulla how she's still pissed at Rosie.
- 16:10Speaker 1: It's like, if you're still pissed at Rosie, don't hug her and say that you love her.
- 16:14Speaker 1: You can say I'll drop it, but it's like you went overboard by hugging her and saying you love her, and everything's like good because she's still really mad about this.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Like she's not over it.
- 16:25Speaker: But then she drops it on the boat, and then we switch over to the chip, and then we switch over to the other fight.
- 16:33Speaker 1: Yes, she does.
- 16:34Speaker 1: So, right, so that's like the only mention of it on the boat.
- 16:37Speaker 1: But before we get to the other fight, these like boat chic outfits are like giving me so much inspo for summer.
- 16:45Speaker: I know.
- 16:46Speaker: I really liked Rosie's like heavy fan thing, and I kinda as much as I didn't like her sunglasses, I also liked them.
- 16:54Speaker: Does that make sense?
- 16:55Speaker 1: I loved I wouldn't except for in that outfit.
- 17:00Speaker: Yeah, like I hated them, but I liked them all at the same time.
- 17:03Speaker: I was like, I don't think I could pull it off, but we'll see.
- 17:06Speaker: But I thought everyone looked wicked cute.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, they all looked really good.
- 17:10Speaker 1: I liked, yeah, Rosie's is my favorite outfit.
- 17:12Speaker 1: I liked Kelsey's like all white outfit.
- 17:14Speaker 1: It was like just fantastic, like all the summer looks are like everybody's wearing like white and like navy blue.
- 17:21Speaker: I wrote that I really liked Rula's dress, and I think it had a lot of pattern to it, but or am I thinking the polo mat?
- 17:27Speaker: The polo mat.
- 17:28Speaker: She had on blue at the polo mat.
- 17:30Speaker: Blue and white.
- 17:31Speaker 1: She had on like a set from Bloomingdale's at the polo match.
- 17:35Speaker 1: Yes.
- 17:36Speaker 1: That was like a floral, yeah.
- 17:39Speaker 1: But it was really pretty.
- 17:40Speaker 1: Alright, so basically, like Kelsey's like, or no, Kelsey's like listening to Rosie like over in the corner talking to Ashley about how she feels basically like an outcast that doesn't understand like what she did so wrong.
- 17:56Speaker 1: And then Kelsey like immediately like goes over and she's like, What are you guys talking about?
- 18:01Speaker 1: And she's like, Oh, you don't know what you did wrong?
- 18:02Speaker 1: Like, let me tell you all my biggest complaints about you.
- 18:06Speaker: Yes, and just goes aggregate and start screaming about Instagram and the hairstyle, and we've rehashed it, but it was it just turned into like a whole thing.
- 18:19Speaker: And then poor Jack is like, I didn't want an angry drama birthday party.
- 18:24Speaker: And at the same time, I'm like, You invited the housewives on your birthday.
- 18:28Speaker: What did you think was going to happen?
- 18:30Speaker 1: So, like Alicia's like eating weekends and having drinks with Martini Mike, and then Rosie and Kelsey are like going at each other.
- 18:36Speaker 1: But this is this is where I think that Rosie actually was being snarky and fake because she says she only went there to get her haircut to be nice, that she doesn't need Kelsey to cut her hair, and that Kelsey uses everyone for clout, and she's not going to let Kelsey use her for clout, and that it's not her job to post her.
- 18:57Speaker 1: And I'm like, see, like that stuff is mean.
- 19:01Speaker 1: Like, if if you went over to a friend's house who had just gotten their license, or like it was a friend of a friend, like you would shout them out.
- 19:09Speaker 1: Even if you did just do it to be nice, like, what's the point of doing it to be nice if you're not gonna post it?
- 19:15Speaker: Well, as if she like really didn't like it and she didn't do a good job or something.
- 19:20Speaker: I mean, I highly doubt that.
- 19:23Speaker: I know, I'm just trying to make a point.
- 19:28Speaker 1: Well, then you wouldn't do it, but if that if that was the reason she would have said that in her confessional.
- 19:33Speaker: Yeah, and she would have to do it.
- 19:34Speaker: She would have been like, to be honest, it was a point to her face.
- 19:38Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:38Speaker 1: So I'm just like, I feel like you were just kind of like snubbing her a little bit.
- 19:43Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:44Speaker 1: Like it's rude.
- 19:46Speaker: It is, it is.
- 19:48Speaker: The the whole they this is gonna be like the biggest topic the whole time, I feel like.
- 19:54Speaker 1: I mean, I saw the mid-season trailer and I was like, there's way more to this story than just the Instagram post because they like fucking hate each other.
- 20:02Speaker 1: And I'm like, I want to know why.
- 20:04Speaker: I know, I know, and then the whole time though, every so they're arguing, but the whole time there's different parts of the ship and they're all doing these different things.
- 20:12Speaker: So, like Joelyn and Alicia are up at the front of the boat pretending to fly.
- 20:18Speaker: Liz and Dolores are in their own little world.
- 20:22Speaker 1: Ashley's trying to like ignore that this is happening, and then like later we find out that Rosie was like a little offended that Ashley didn't like defend her.
- 20:31Speaker 1: I think Ashley just has like a really hard time like inserting herself in the group.
- 20:38Speaker: Yeah, it's gotta be tough to be like the new girl that doesn't know everyone.
- 20:42Speaker 1: So she's also just not as like outspoken as them.
- 20:46Speaker 1: Like her personality is completely different, so yeah, like she doesn't want to fight with them.
- 20:52Speaker: Yeah, so then that covers the ship and the birthday party, and then we go see Liz and Jerry, and they're on their way to the sip the sea gypsy for the last time, and they have a glass of wine on it.
- 21:07Speaker 1: When Liz walks up with her hair back in that like yellow floral dress, I literally thought she was Dolores again.
- 21:16Speaker: She looks exactly like her so much.
- 21:20Speaker 1: I mean, she took a blood test with her and Jerry.
- 21:23Speaker 1: It's like you need to take a blood test for you and Dolores because you look exactly it's like scary.
- 21:29Speaker: It is, it really is.
- 21:30Speaker: Like at first, I was like, wait, is Dolores visiting them on the and I'm like, nope, that's her and Jerry.
- 21:35Speaker: Like, what is going on?
- 21:40Speaker: I need to pay better attention.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 21:43Speaker 1: So on the other hand, though, I did enjoy the yellow sundress on her.
- 21:50Speaker 1: I enjoyed her.
- 21:50Speaker 1: She looked really good.
- 21:52Speaker 1: Yeah, it did.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Um, and she's like talking to Jerry about her like resentment toward.
- 21:59Speaker 1: It's his sport for fishing, and that she's not sad that that phase of life is ending.
- 22:06Speaker: No, but we find out like this is because we couldn't understand the boat.
- 22:10Speaker: So he did travel down south in the boat for like weeks at a time to go to all these competitions and won a shit ton of money.
- 22:18Speaker: And even went against Michael Jordan.
- 22:23Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, that's like a lot.
- 22:25Speaker 1: It's a lot, like, I guess it's a lot of like you because she was saying like for 14 years, like they spent like every day together, and like this was not a hobby of his.
- 22:36Speaker 1: And then suddenly it was a hobby of his, but then it became like their life, and he was like gone all the time.
- 22:42Speaker 1: So I can see how that would be like if he was always into this, then maybe she would feel differently about it, or maybe they would have never gotten like together.
- 22:51Speaker: But to like take it up like do we know how long they've been together?
- 22:57Speaker 1: Seems like a really long time.
- 23:00Speaker: Yeah, that's what I'm that's what I was thinking too.
- 23:03Speaker: But um, I was like, dang, because I I when she's like the 14 years, which I know she said before, and then but she did talk about how long you've been sport fishing, but I guess I didn't I should have put like two and two together and like done the math.
- 23:15Speaker: But um, yeah, so they say goodbye to the sea gypsy, but they're ready for the new chapter and more family time, especially with the baby coming.
- 23:26Speaker: Yep.
- 23:27Speaker 1: So and then we get to the bar with Rula and Joellen, and this conversation, I just fucking can't.
- 23:37Speaker: I can't watch in on like a whole other level of the I was telling Slater about this conversation because he watched last night's episode with me today, like most of it.
- 23:50Speaker: Yeah, and I was like, I have to fill you in for part of this to make any sense.
- 23:55Speaker: And he was like, What?
- 23:58Speaker: She had like he was like, I don't get it.
- 24:01Speaker: Like she seemed I was like, Yeah, she's smart, but she just thinks this is a like that's AI and everything is a lie, and it drove us nuts.
- 24:10Speaker: So I was explaining to him.
- 24:11Speaker: So anyway, to recap, they're at the bar.
- 24:13Speaker: And Joel and Rula don't end up screaming at each other, or from what we see, they don't.
- 24:20Speaker: But they greet each other nicely, they have guacamole and a drink, and they Joelyn's like, where does our friendship basically go from here?
- 24:28Speaker: Like, how do we move on?
- 24:31Speaker: And Rula says she wants to be friends, but she's basically, like you said, she's over the everyone bringing up all the time, essentially.
- 24:43Speaker 1: Well, she's also like she also sort of kicks it off by saying that like she knows her husband and she believes him, but she also wants, she's she again says, like, she wants to know if anybody has information because she doesn't want to feel like he's like duping her in some way, and so Jo Allen's like, okay, so I have this conversation to show you, and she explains that she knows the mistress because they both take their kids to the same daycare, and she pulls up on her phone this conversation that the mistress sent her between the mistress and Brian.
- 25:31Speaker 1: Rula takes the phone, reads the whole thing, and goes, Oh no, this is AI.
- 25:38Speaker 1: This woman is known for having fake text conversations through AI.
- 25:43Speaker 1: Brian's told me all about her.
- 25:45Speaker 1: She's crazy, she's a liar.
- 25:48Speaker 1: And Joelan's like, he's he's still seeing her.
- 25:52Speaker 1: He meet he goes to her house every single morning and brings her coffee.
- 25:55Speaker 1: And Rula's like, he's at the gym every morning.
- 25:59Speaker: And then Rule goes, I know he's at the gym because I have a GPS tracker in his car, which is a flop from when he brings, gets a police report filed against him for tracking her, but secretly.
- 26:14Speaker: Right.
- 26:16Speaker 1: Like he knows she tracks him.
- 26:19Speaker: So, like, and then Rula says, Does Brian look like he goes to the gym every day?
- 26:26Speaker 1: No, yeah, Joel's like, does Brian look like he goes to the gym every day?
- 26:29Speaker 1: Rula's like, yeah.
- 26:31Speaker 1: It's just like, what is the matter with you?
- 26:34Speaker 1: I don't know seriously.
- 26:36Speaker 1: What is the matter with you?
- 26:37Speaker 1: Like a fake AI conversation?
- 26:40Speaker 1: Like, no.
- 26:40Speaker 1: No.
- 26:42Speaker: That is so much work to make it seem like No.
- 26:47Speaker 1: And like, I mean, I was like rolling my eyes so hard when she's like saying that this is like a fatal attraction situation, and that Brian keeps telling her how crazy this woman is.
- 26:59Speaker 1: And I'm just like, he's not first of all, he's not exactly like the best looking guy out there, and you're acting like this woman is like obsessed with him and he wants like nothing to do with her.
- 27:12Speaker 1: It's like, no, he had like an ongoing affair with this woman, and he still probably is having an ongoing affair.
- 27:18Speaker: And he admits later on in the episode that he had talked to her within like yeah, he does talk to her.
- 27:25Speaker 1: He's not he's not doing a good job like hiding this at all, and she's just like taking every single thing that he says at face value, and it's like a fake AI conversation.
- 27:36Speaker: I'm also like she has to be smarter than that.
- 27:39Speaker: She is smarter than that.
- 27:41Speaker 1: She is smarter than that.
- 27:42Speaker 1: I feel like she knows that it's true, and she just doesn't want these things out there because they embarrass her.
- 27:52Speaker 1: That's what I think.
- 27:54Speaker 1: I think she knows he's still having an affair, but like these types of things, like on the show, she wants to like make the mistress look like a crazy person because that's like a better look for them because she's deciding to stay with him.
- 28:08Speaker 1: Like she knows that they're true, but she's deciding to stay with him.
- 28:11Speaker 1: So she has to come up with like some other excuse.
- 28:13Speaker 1: And he doesn't have any good excuses, he has nothing to say every time he's confronted.
- 28:17Speaker 1: So she's just like, Well, it's AI.
- 28:19Speaker 1: And you're like, uh, yeah, and Joel's just like, oh my god.
- 28:25Speaker 1: My only thing though is that I find kind of weird is like, why is Joelen like she says that they go to the same daycare, but like, why are they even why is she even getting into these conversations with this woman?
- 28:39Speaker 1: Like, that'd be the part that I guess that would sort of like bother me.
- 28:42Speaker 1: I feel like the mistress wants to get on the show.
- 28:45Speaker 1: Because even like later on, when like they're like it feels like they're like talking in real time at the polo match.
- 28:53Speaker 1: I feel like the mistress is like trying to get on the show.
- 28:56Speaker: Yeah, well, Joelin still follows the mistress on Instagram, but now at this point I'm wondering if she follows her just so she can keep tabs of her for Rula, but at the same time, it's like Rula's well aware.
- 29:07Speaker 1: So Yeah, so it's like, is it for Rula?
- 29:10Speaker: Yeah, I don't know.
- 29:11Speaker: Or is it like something Joelan's just sick and twisted and needs to see it play out?
- 29:16Speaker: I have no idea.
- 29:18Speaker 1: I think it's in between.
- 29:19Speaker 1: Like, I don't think she's like doing it because she's Rula's best friend, but I don't think she's doing it because she's evil either.
- 29:28Speaker 1: I think she's like got involved in the gossip and wants to like prove that like she's right and that this is happening.
- 29:34Speaker 1: Then we move on to Rosie's and we get like a sweet opening shot of that three-car garage.
- 29:40Speaker 1: Yep, yep, in the construction.
- 29:43Speaker 1: It looks like three apartment, like it looks like apartment, apartment, apartment with the garages underneath.
- 29:50Speaker 1: I'm like, this is the most ridiculous setup.
- 29:52Speaker 1: I mean, I know they're renovating it, but like I'm just like, wow, this is I don't know.
- 29:56Speaker 1: Whoever originally built this structure is an idiot.
- 30:00Speaker: Too many cars, yeah.
- 30:01Speaker: So, but we're at Rosie's house, we get to see it, and then Alicia calls and invites her to the polo match.
- 30:10Speaker 1: No, she hates her right now.
- 30:11Speaker 1: She's like, Do you want to come to the polo?
- 30:14Speaker: So I don't know.
- 30:16Speaker: Maybe she's just letting bygones be bygones, and then she doesn't want to go to the polo match by herself because Ashley is going on a cruise that she got through her influencing.
- 30:28Speaker: Yeah.
- 30:29Speaker: I will I love cruises.
- 30:31Speaker: Take me, I'll influence.
- 30:34Speaker 1: I'm not like the biggest fan of cruises.
- 30:36Speaker 1: John wants to go on an Alaskan cruise, but he just like really wants to go to Alaska.
- 30:41Speaker 1: And that I will agree to do, but I'm not like a huge fan of cruises.
- 30:45Speaker 1: I hate buffets.
- 30:46Speaker: I don't know.
- 30:47Speaker: I love a cruise, but anywho, then from there we go to Angelo's Pizza Palace, and it's owned by Billy, and they are going there before the polo match and taking a party bus to the polo match.
- 31:03Speaker 1: This is like how I'm gonna start traveling.
- 31:06Speaker: Right, I know.
- 31:07Speaker: And Kelsey shows up and she brings Bill and she makes a point to say that her boyfriend doesn't like to do events when it's her friends.
- 31:15Speaker 1: Yeah, because he's like a thousand years old.
- 31:19Speaker: I'm just kidding.
- 31:19Speaker: Yeah, but he went to high school with Liz.
- 31:23Speaker 1: I know, I was just joking.
- 31:24Speaker 1: But like when she says my friends, I'm not picturing Liz, I'm picturing like other 30-year-olds, and I'm like, maybe because he's just like way older than them, and you guys have nothing in common.
- 31:34Speaker: And she's three years older than his daughter or something.
- 31:38Speaker 1: Yeah, like the relationship is coming to a close, but it's so funny because when they're like all coupled up on the party bus, they're like talking about some stuff, and Alicia just keeps saying, like, I love a horse, I love a horse.
- 31:55Speaker: She says like five times, like let her be.
- 32:01Speaker 1: It's so funny.
- 32:02Speaker 1: Um yeah, and then like super weird, like Brian and Rula are like immediately leaving because Brian claims that his mother, he just found out that his like mother's in the hospital and that they have to go.
- 32:18Speaker 1: But they're like, maybe we might come back late, we might meet you guys at the match.
- 32:22Speaker 1: And I'm like, why would you if you found out your mom was like suddenly in the hospital?
- 32:27Speaker 1: I don't know if I'd be like promising that I'd like still show up to the match.
- 32:31Speaker: And it's like an hour away for that.
- 32:34Speaker 1: Yeah, like this whole thing was weird from start to finish.
- 32:38Speaker 1: And that was the first thing that I would that kind of like made me feel like he wasn't being honest.
- 32:44Speaker 1: Because I'm like, why would he be saying, like, if it was like your mother was suddenly in the hospital, you'd be like, we have to go, you wouldn't be promising people you like circle back with them later, you'd just like rush out, and he they were just kind of casually like, Oh, well, we'll meet you guys at the polo, like at the fields.
- 33:00Speaker 1: And I'm like, You don't seem that concerned about your mother.
- 33:06Speaker: It was so weird, and then they get on the bus.
- 33:10Speaker: Yeah, yeah.
- 33:13Speaker: So then they get on the bus, and Liz FaceTimes Rula, which seems to be like their favorite thing to do, is like less FaceTime Rula.
- 33:20Speaker: Like, there's no phone calls, it's only FaceTiming.
- 33:23Speaker: It's just FaceTiming.
- 33:24Speaker: And Rula is at home for some reason.
- 33:28Speaker 1: Yeah, she's not with Brian, so Brian's like shaking her off at this point.
- 33:32Speaker 1: So that was another thing that was weird because I'm like, aren't they both leaving to rush to go visit the mother in the hospital?
- 33:39Speaker 1: Like, just weird.
- 33:41Speaker 1: So, like, that was sus.
- 33:43Speaker 1: And then Joel and then she gets on the phone with Rula, and like Joel and guests because she sees that, or like she gets some sort of text or DM that Brian's trying to visit the mistress, and that part I didn't understand because I'm like, one, who is she talking to?
- 34:02Speaker 1: And two, I'm like, is she talking to the mistress or a friend of the mistress in like real time?
- 34:07Speaker: I think it was a friend of the mistress or something who was updating her.
- 34:11Speaker: But if you are like, I know that we at the match, like they start talking about like the mistress was like in his car, but if you are following the Instagram rumors, I guess the mistress like shows up to the match and like wanted to confront confront Brian and Rula, and like the whole thing went down because he had to spend all that time trying to convince her to not go into the match.
- 34:38Speaker 1: Okay, that makes a lot more sense because what happens at the match is even like weirder.
- 34:43Speaker 1: Yes.
- 34:43Speaker 1: So this so I'm right.
- 34:44Speaker 1: So the mistress wants to be on TV, like she's doing all this right now because she like wants to get on the show.
- 34:50Speaker: Yeah, well, it only landed her a lawsuit, so probably not the best idea.
- 34:54Speaker: A lawsuit about what?
- 34:56Speaker: He filed her for like files against her for breaking the NDNA the NDNA.
- 35:02Speaker 1: Oh, she actually signed an MDA.
- 35:05Speaker 1: If she signed an NDA, why did he why is he letting her take pictures of them in public?
- 35:10Speaker 1: I have no idea.
- 35:12Speaker 1: He's an idiot.
- 35:13Speaker 1: Alright, so then okay, so that happens on the bus.
- 35:19Speaker 1: Pause, they get to the field, Rula and Brian come back.
- 35:24Speaker 1: Weird.
- 35:26Speaker: It's only been what three hours or something.
- 35:29Speaker 1: It's just it's like if your parent was actually suddenly in the hospital, you wouldn't be coming back to the polo match.
- 35:35Speaker 1: And you guys would have both gone to the hospital together from the party bus to visit your mother.
- 35:41Speaker 1: Like, it's fucking odd.
- 35:42Speaker 1: His mother's obviously elderly, like you think she's older, she's suddenly in the hospital, like you go visit her.
- 35:48Speaker 1: Anyway, pause that situation.
- 35:52Speaker 1: Rosie's talking to Joellen about her pending 8,000 square foot house with the gym and sauna.
- 36:00Speaker 1: And they got I felt bad for Rosie in this situation because they kind of made it sound like she was bragging, but like Joelan asked her about the house.
- 36:07Speaker 1: Like she didn't just bring it up.
- 36:09Speaker 1: She was like, How's the house going?
- 36:11Speaker 1: And Rosie like told her all about it, and then she immediately like starts talking shit about her.
- 36:16Speaker 1: I was like, that's kind of mean.
- 36:18Speaker: Yeah, I don't, yeah, yeah, I don't know.
- 36:21Speaker: And then Kelsey makes her comment about how she's exaggerating once again.
- 36:26Speaker: But the best the thing is, does Rosie even know how big anything is?
- 36:30Speaker: She went from her parents' house to a 16,000 square foot house.
- 36:33Speaker: Rosie's house could actually be what however many square foot square feet she says it is.
- 36:40Speaker: And how would Kelsey have any idea in relation?
- 36:43Speaker: I'm like, who gives a fuck?
- 36:46Speaker 2: Honestly.
- 36:47Speaker: Like not like she's ever lived in an 800 square foot apartment.
- 36:51Speaker 1: Like well, it's like, I just thought it was so ridiculous because in the next episode, they're when they're fighting about this very topic, Rosie's like trying to explain, like, no, it's currently 1,500 square feet plus another 1,500 in the garage.
- 37:04Speaker 1: So that's the the original 3,000, and then they're building another five on top of it, which makes it eight.
- 37:10Speaker 1: And she's like, No, I said that it's the top, like the top of the house is 1500.
- 37:15Speaker 1: And Kelsey's like, it's a thousand.
- 37:17Speaker 1: And I'm like, first of all, how do you know that?
- 37:19Speaker 1: And second of all, who gives a shit?
- 37:21Speaker 1: Like, he literally, who cares?
- 37:24Speaker 1: Like, why are you like you're like totally like dogging her for having like a small place when you live in like an enormous mansion because you have like an old rich boyfriend?
- 37:35Speaker 1: Like, that was mean.
- 37:36Speaker 1: I can see both sides.
- 37:38Speaker 1: I can see both sides of them looking at each other for different reasons.
- 37:41Speaker 1: I'm like, this is absurd.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Like, I would never ever like get on somebody because they said their house was like 2,000 square feet when really it's like 1700.
- 37:52Speaker: Yeah.
- 37:53Speaker: Like who cares?
- 37:55Speaker: Yeah, right.
- 37:56Speaker: I know it's such a weird thing to be like upset about.
- 37:59Speaker: It's like, why are you mad about that?
- 38:02Speaker 1: She's like personally offended that Rosie is like lying about the square footage of her house, or she thinks she's lying.
- 38:07Speaker 1: I'm like, but why do you care?
- 38:08Speaker: Dear Lord, and then yeah, so I don't know.
- 38:12Speaker: But then somehow we go from like this to Kelsey is wearing Rula's wedding ring.
- 38:19Speaker 1: This part was I was cringing because I really think this was like an innocent, like she just walked into this.
- 38:27Speaker 1: Like they were commenting about how big like Liz and Rula's like rocks are, and Kelsey is not married, so she likes oh, I'm gonna try it on.
- 38:35Speaker 1: And she goes like dancing over to Bill, like, oh, look at my seven karat ring, like teasing him or whatever.
- 38:41Speaker 1: And then all the guys look over at Brian because he's the purchaser of this ring, and Brian's like, Oh, my wedding ring is in the car, I'm not even wearing it.
- 38:48Speaker 1: And then they already need it.
- 38:50Speaker 1: Like, you just like no one would have even noticed that if you didn't say it.
- 38:56Speaker: And then they're like, Oh, but wait, he had it on at the restaurant, and then Rula tries to wrong with him though.
- 39:06Speaker 1: Do you think he's just stupid, or do you think he like wants her to know that he's having an affair?
- 39:10Speaker 1: Because I'm like, he's not he's a he is a foot doctor, but like he's a doctor, he doesn't seem like an unintelligent guy.
- 39:17Speaker: I'm like, if he's I was I have a foot doctor who did my surgery, and if he wasn't smart, I don't think I'd let him do my foot surgery.
- 39:27Speaker 1: No, it is a doctor.
- 39:28Speaker 1: Like you have a medical degree.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I'm like, you're not an idiot.
- 39:32Speaker: Like, why are you or is it Joelan?
- 39:36Speaker: One of them says that they they think that Brian wants Rula to divorce him.
- 39:43Speaker: He won't do it.
- 39:45Speaker: So if he makes it seem like yeah, if he makes it seem like a thing, then um then she will divorce him.
- 39:56Speaker: So maybe it is, but I need to pause one second, I'll be right back.
- 40:02Speaker: Hold on.
- 40:02Speaker: Um see you.
- 40:07Speaker: No.
- 40:10Speaker: You can't see me.
- 40:12Speaker: Yeah, I can't see you.
- 40:15Speaker: Um, let me pause this again.
- 40:31Speaker: Well, anyway.
- 40:33Speaker: Anyway, the wedding ring.
- 40:36Speaker: Brian being dumb.
- 40:40Speaker 1: Yeah, so he's like, oh, I he's like, oh, mine's in the car.
- 40:44Speaker 1: And they like were the girls were saying that he had had it on earlier.
- 40:48Speaker 1: And I'm like, why would you even draw attention to that?
- 40:51Speaker 1: Like, nobody would have noticed that at all had you not brought it up.
- 40:55Speaker 1: And then here's then he goes dancing, he goes like running over to the car to go get it.
- 40:59Speaker 1: And here's Rula again being like, Oh, well, actually, like when he works, he wears a rubber one, like he actually like does just wear a rubber one usually.
- 41:07Speaker 1: And I'm like, one, he's not wearing a rubber ring right now, and two, he's not at work.
- 41:11Speaker: No, like he doesn't normally wear it around the oh, and we're like, but why did he take it off?
- 41:17Speaker: It's fucking so weird.
- 41:20Speaker 1: It's like why would you stay with it on and then take it off to go visit his mother in the hospital?
- 41:26Speaker 1: Like that makes no fucking sense at all.
- 41:30Speaker: Just doesn't it doesn't, yeah.
- 41:32Speaker: So then that's not even the worst thing to happen.
- 41:36Speaker: So then they decide that well, Joelyn is sitting next to Liz and she gets a message or whatever that um the mistress put in a story from like two hours ago.
- 41:52Speaker: Yes, that he went to go see her.
- 41:54Speaker: So Liz and Joelyn are like, we have to get Rula off to the side, and they kind of like start a little like chit-chat to tell the other girls to like let them know like they're gonna pull her aside and bring Brian with them, and they go interrupt the guys, which was so awkward.
- 42:15Speaker 1: It was so the whole thing was awkward, like it was weird because it wasn't that Joel and got a message saying Brian was there two hours ago, it was like a picture of the mistress in Brian's car, and the reason why the car is so distinctive is because it has a red interior.
- 42:32Speaker 1: But I was wondering, like, the was the picture like time-stamped or something?
- 42:37Speaker 1: Because I mean you can upload a picture from like months ago if you wanted to.
- 42:41Speaker: I'm wondering if she posted it because she knew that Joelyn knew that she was gonna go see him.
- 42:48Speaker: I don't know, but like I said, if it has to follow with the Instagram theory, right, then you know, he did go see her like in the parking lot.
- 43:01Speaker: But yeah, it I mean, why else would you rush away, sirma?
- 43:07Speaker: You know what I mean?
- 43:08Speaker: Like things that as everyone keeps calling it, Joel and the detective is like Well, it was together.
- 43:17Speaker 1: Yeah, like to your point, then the girls are like, Oh, let's try to like gather them to talk.
- 43:23Speaker 1: And he just immediately tries to go, like, run to the car.
- 43:28Speaker 1: He's like trying to, he's like trying to like round Rula up to go before that's how it looked to me.
- 43:33Speaker 1: Like, it looked like he was trying to round Rula up to go before the girls got to them to talk because he was scrolling on Instagram and also saw the post, is what it looked like to me.
- 43:44Speaker: Ah, okay, I missed that part.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Yeah, so he's like trying to pull her away, and then like Liz comes over with like her giant hat on, and she's like, Come on, like, let's go take a walk.
- 43:57Speaker 1: And she's like trying to like get Rula and Brian.
- 43:59Speaker 1: To take a walk with her so that she can be like the mistress is like posting about you being with her like two hours ago, but Brian like will not cooperate, like he does not want to talk about this, he doesn't want to talk to Liz.
- 44:12Speaker 1: And I think it's so funny because Liz Liz is just like directly confronting him.
- 44:17Speaker 1: She's just like, Brian, you need to face this, you have to explain this.
- 44:22Speaker 1: And he just like will not like look at anybody, he like won't acknowledge it.
- 44:28Speaker 1: It's just like, oh my god, he's a nice.
- 44:31Speaker: I'm not having any part of this.
- 44:33Speaker: Like, again, he's not sticking up for himself at all, just like he didn't do it at like Harry's birthday, and now he has a chance to explain to himself.
- 44:43Speaker: And then my thing is, how did Rula remain so calm this whole time?
- 44:52Speaker 1: Because you you have to know, she's thinking in her head that he did separate from her when they left, and like she doesn't know where he was.
- 45:00Speaker 1: Like, she must be like, she must know that this is actually in some way, like, even if the picture's old, it's like you weren't with him two hours ago, and he obviously did go see his mother, so she must be thinking to herself, like, okay, he was talking to her two hours ago.
- 45:16Speaker: She's like, so many people have red interior.
- 45:20Speaker: And I'm like, who has a red interior in their car?
- 45:22Speaker 1: Usually, first of all, that's hideous.
- 45:24Speaker 1: I hate a red interior, I really do.
- 45:26Speaker 1: It's so it's ugly, it's like a furnace.
- 45:30Speaker 1: A red interior, no, no.
- 45:33Speaker: I'm like, I don't know.
- 45:34Speaker: I mean, I don't know a lot of people with fancy cars, but I don't think I would enjoy a red interior.
- 45:41Speaker 1: It's not, it seems so tacky.
- 45:44Speaker 1: It is, it's awful.
- 45:45Speaker 1: He's awful, and then and then, like, the only thing that he does when he actually tries to talk is he immediately just blames Joel.
- 45:52Speaker 1: And I'm like, how is this Joel's fault?
- 45:55Speaker: Yeah, again, Joel and getting all the shade over here, and she didn't do anything.
- 45:59Speaker 1: She's just trying to like let you know, like, hey, he's not gonna mean I told her, like, obviously, like, I'm not gonna leave my family, but then he's still admitting to talking to her recently.
- 46:09Speaker: I'm like, ugh, yeah, and it's so like weird mallet over the head at this polar match.
- 46:15Speaker: Yeah, I don't know.
- 46:17Speaker 1: And then it ends with basically like Rula being mad, saying that Joelan's friends with the wrong people, like that's how which I get like how come she knows it, but like with That's the only yeah, that's the only thing that I can sort of see is that it is a little weird how close in contact Jo Allen is with this woman because it's like she's not she's not a friend.
- 46:46Speaker 1: Like, no, Joel has never once been like, oh, this is a friend of a friend, or this is like one of my friends.
- 46:51Speaker 1: Like, it's somebody that she is talking to specifically like about this situation, and she's like continuing to do that to like prove a point.
- 47:00Speaker 1: And it's like, I get it, like he's the one in the wrong, but Rula does not want to hear this, so like stop, just like stop bringing it up to her.
- 47:09Speaker: Yeah, it's like at a point, are you doing are you doing the worst thing or like the best thing?
- 47:13Speaker: Like if she doesn't want to hear it and you keep shoving it in her face, like is it gonna do anything?
- 47:18Speaker: But at the same time, like trying to confront Brian, finally something is getting done.
- 47:23Speaker: But I don't know if trying to confront him at the polo match was also the best idea either.
- 47:28Speaker 1: I mean, it was pretty shocking.
- 47:30Speaker 1: I guess if it's true that she was actually there behind the scenes, then that was definitely gonna pop off.
- 47:36Speaker 1: And that makes a lot more sense of why they were talking in the first place.
- 47:40Speaker 1: Because I'm just like, before you had said that, I'm thinking to myself, like, is Joelan just like constantly giving this woman a play-by-play of their filming?
- 47:47Speaker 1: Like, why is she talking to her?
- 47:48Speaker 1: But she's like stalking, it sounds like she's like stalking the scene.
- 47:54Speaker: Like, yeah, like so she knew.
- 47:57Speaker 1: So I don't know.
- 47:57Speaker 1: I know how crazy is this woman?
- 48:00Speaker 1: Because she's doing her best to expose him, but she's also still sleeping with him, according to her.
- 48:05Speaker 1: It's like, well, why are you sleeping with him then?
- 48:08Speaker: And then if you follow like one of the um like the new trailer or something, isn't there like a video of her at in Rulla's house?
- 48:21Speaker 1: They're definitely alluding to that.
- 48:23Speaker 1: They're definitely alluding to that.
- 48:25Speaker: Yeah, this is gonna be insane.
- 48:28Speaker: Like, this is gonna be crazy.
- 48:30Speaker: So it just ends in a giant argument, essentially, and then Joellen and being like, I need her, I need Rulla to leave Brian.
- 48:39Speaker: And that is the way we're gonna be like, Brian's the worst.
- 48:43Speaker: Yes, he just sucks.
- 48:46Speaker: I'm so I'm like, I don't know.
- 48:49Speaker: I can't if I had a friend with a husband like that, I'd be like, I'd probably be on Joellen's side and be like, you need to leave.
- 48:55Speaker: Do I think I'd handle it that way?
- 48:57Speaker: No.
- 48:58Speaker: But I think I can't try and convince her to leave him.
- 49:02Speaker 1: Well, there the problem is that they're not really friends, so that's why like there's more tension.
- 49:09Speaker 1: Like they don't they're not close friends, so she's getting like super offended.
- 49:15Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 49:17Speaker: So anyway, so that that is your recap of episode five for Real Housewives.
- 49:26Speaker: I mean Real Housewives, Housewives Goss and Glitter.
- 49:29Speaker: It's a little late, and so we looked forward to that one, and we will see you guys on number six.
