Transcript
- 0:01We've had actually a lot happened today in the case of
- 0:06the murder of 14 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez in the
- 0:11Los Angeles area in Hollywood Hills.
- 0:14Lot has happened today. Some reporting by the New York
- 0:19Post has uncovered some disturbing issues with the
- 0:26timeline of the relationship with Mr. Burke, Mr. David Burke
- 0:32and the young Celeste Rivas Hernandez.
- 0:36The LA County Medical Examiner's Office has released their
- 0:41autopsy report. It's 26 pages long.
- 0:44It's very detailed. Lots of lots of information,
- 0:47lots of narrative. We're going to go through all
- 0:50that today. Special thanks to the public
- 0:53information officer at the medical Examiner's office who
- 0:57made it easy for members of the media to get their hands on the
- 1:02medical examiner's report. Great.
- 1:05Very grateful for that. So what we're going to do
- 1:08tonight is we're going to go through a couple of items of
- 1:13news. We're going to go through the
- 1:18I'm trying to bring up my notes. We're going to, oh, the family
- 1:21has made a statement. We're going to we're going to
- 1:24read the family statement, Celeste's family statement.
- 1:27We'll go through that Emmy report.
- 1:29Of course, we've got three questions.
- 1:32And we've got some other headlines here in the world of
- 1:35true crime specific, specifically I'm thinking Nancy
- 1:39Guthrie and Anna Kepner. So once again, we got a 10
- 1:43gallon show to fit into a 5 gallon bucket.
- 1:46Oh, and good news, we've got some good news to report as
- 1:50well. Just a lot.

- 4:19in the background, right? You guys are the helpers.
- 4:22You're making my dreams come true, making it possible for me
- 4:26to do this for a living. It's and I love it.
- 4:30So thank you, thank you, thank you.
- 4:33If you're new around here, if you put GF in your comment in
- 4:36the live chat that will help me to see it gets highlighted on my
- 4:40end and I go through and and read your comments.
- 4:43OK, what are we talking about? We are talking about the case of
- 4:4914 year old when she died, 13 year old when she disappeared,
- 4:5515 year old when her body was discovered.
- 4:59Celeste Rivas Hernandez from what is referred to as the
- 5:05Inland Empire in Southern California, Riverside County.
- 5:08I think she was from Lake Elsinore.
- 5:11She was described as a girl who had run away.
- 5:14It seems that it was habitual for her.
- 5:17She just, you know, having been a teenager myself, have an
- 5:23understanding and a parent of many teenagers.
- 5:27She seems to have gotten it in her mind a little bit early on
- 5:32the truth of the world. And that is the parents have
- 5:34very little control and the the healthy time to discover that is
- 5:40when you are a parent. Poor Celeste.
- 5:45And I'm not blaming her, man. She's a, she's a kid, right?
- 5:47She's a kiddo. She's doing the best that she
- 5:49can with the information she has and the maturity level that she
- 5:53had. But she was doing dangerous
- 5:58things and she became connected to this guy right here, Mr.
- 6:08David Anthony Burke. This is the most recent photo we
- 6:12have of Mr. Burke, his mug shot from the Los Angeles County.
- 6:17Mr. Burke is a singer and a bit of a talent when it comes to the
- 6:24musical arts. He also has a bit of a talent,
- 6:31according to police and prosecutors in the in the in the
- 6:39murdery arts. That wasn't that wasn't very
- 6:43delicate, but you know what I mean.
- 6:45He is charged with a murder and the continuous and prolonged
- 6:51essay because because this is YouTube, I have to say that of
- 6:56young Celeste and there are questions about the timeline it
- 7:03it may be that she was even younger when they be they began
- 7:09their relationship now when when she died, I think he was 20
- 7:16years old. So if we're doing the math, he
- 7:21was 18 ish, you know, 17 ish when when they met.
- 7:30And that's gross. OK, that's just gross.
- 7:34Do you remember when you were a 17 year old kid, were you
- 7:37looking at 12 year olds? No, you're looking at 17 year
- 7:41olds like a normal kid. It's gross and some sort of, I
- 7:47don't know, immaturity complex. I don't know what psychologist
- 7:50would call it. I have no idea and nor do I have
- 7:53the bona fides to offer any type of diagnosis other than to say
- 7:58gross. But why don't we start tonight
- 8:05with the with the report on the family's, the family's
- 8:12statement. This from CBS8.
- 8:15Join me if you will over here on the old Acrobat family.
- 8:22A 14 year old girl found dismembered in Tesla issued
- 8:25statement after singer David charged with murder.
- 8:29Do you guys hear the doorbell on the background?
- 8:31That's about the fifth time that has been a ringing.
- 8:38Wow, Gavin, you're, you know what I'm doing.
- 8:41I'm getting. I'm getting distracted.
- 8:55Yes, indeed, this is a bit of a tangent, but the this time of
- 9:00year is a time of year that are particularly like the springtime
- 9:03coming into the summer. The the sun is staying out
- 9:07longer. The neighborhood kids are
- 9:09playing. They're coming over to see if
- 9:12the kids will play. And man, they are nothing if not
- 9:19bold. They do not give up easily.
- 9:25Unfortunately, there's nobody to answer the door.
- 9:28I am otherwise occupied. OK, so coming back over to this
- 9:36report from Chris McCrory. CBS 8 Family 14 year old girl
- 9:41found dismembered in Tesla issued statement after singer
- 9:44David charged with murder Dateline Houston The family of
- 9:4814 year old Celeste Rivas Hernandez has issued their first
- 9:53statement since Houston area singer David, whose legal name
- 9:56is David Burke, was charged with murder in the girl's death.
- 10:00The arrest came months after Rivas Hernandez's remains were
- 10:04discovered inside the trunk of a Tesla registered in Burke's name
- 10:08at a Hollywood tow yard. Because he is an idiot.
- 10:12That that was my own. I'm sorry.
- 10:14That was not in the article from CBS 8.
- 10:17That was just, that was just me. Court records describe the
- 10:20remains as severely decomposed and dismembered.
- 10:23That was on September 8th. Police were initially called to
- 10:28the scene after reports of a foul odor that was attracting
- 10:33flies. In a statement, Hernandez's
- 10:35family thanked investigators for their work on the case, saying
- 10:38their push for justice continues.
- 10:41Here's their full statement quote.
- 10:43We would like to thank the Los Angeles Police Department and
- 10:46the District Attorney's Office for their hard work.
- 10:49We would also like to thank the people of Lake Elsinore for all
- 10:54their support. Celeste was a beautiful, strong
- 10:57girl who loved to sing and dance.
- 11:01Every Friday night was movie night and we spent wonderful
- 11:05times together. We love her very much and she
- 11:08always told us that she loved us.
- 11:12We miss her deeply. All we want is justice for
- 11:17Celeste and that is heartbreaking.
- 11:23It's heartbreaking that they have to make a statement.
- 11:25I mean, I'm glad that they did and and that's certainly it's
- 11:29certainly good that they did. It's just I love the little
- 11:36vignettes, the little looks into a a person's life, into
- 11:41Celeste's life, right. She was a beautiful, strong girl
- 11:44who loved to sing and dance. And maybe that was the siren
- 11:48song that, you know, is, is David's music perhaps that that
- 11:55brought her to the Rocky Shoals that ultimately led to her
- 12:01perishing on the reef of the the the siren song of Mr. David
- 12:09Anthony Burke Celeste was a beautiful, strong girl who loved
- 12:13to sing and dance. Every Friday night was movie
- 12:16night and we spent wonderful times together.
- 12:21What talk about And District Attorney Nathan Hawkman said it
- 12:25correctly when he said this is a parent's worst nightmare, just a
- 12:30parent's worst nightmare. Oh, OK.
- 12:36I'm not going to continue that article because we have we have
- 12:40covered it at length, but it it gives some background and so
- 12:46forth. The the full statement issued to
- 12:51CBS News by the family is enough.
- 12:53Let's go ahead and get into this document right here, which is
- 12:58what you guys are waiting for. Again, it's available for you to
- 13:02download if you're a patron of mine on Patreon, there's always
- 13:05a link in the description of the YouTube video, the Spotify
- 13:10video, and the show notes for the podcast.
- 13:14However you consume this content, it is available to you.
- 13:19I will say, if you're watching this, it looks like the fonts
- 13:22are all kind of weird. It's because I did an OCR pass
- 13:25so that I could highlight things, the optical character
- 13:27recognition, but we're just going to kind of limp through
- 13:31that. I could open.
- 13:35Let's see. Let me see if I can open the one
- 13:41that's not, not easily. It doesn't really matter.
- 13:44OK, so this is the death investigation summary.
- 13:47This is 26 pages. I am going to yadda yadda a bit
- 13:50of this because it's the narrative that I think is the
- 13:56most important. You know, though, before we
- 13:58really dig into this, I'm going to keep this screen up, but I
- 14:01forgot to check in with you guys to see where you are tuning in
- 14:06from. Let's see, we got Marietta, GA
- 14:11is here. Let me see if I can get this to
- 14:13show up on the screen. Thank you, Emmy, from gloomy and
- 14:17rainy San Jose, CA Thank you for being here.
- 14:24Let's see, I keep on I I need to scrolly, scrolly, scrolly,
- 14:29felonious Flacco. It's always 80° here in
- 14:32California. Gets hotter than that in my
- 14:35California hometown. I will tell you that Robin says
- 14:41it's 80° in the Twin Cities. Minnesota Scotch's mom says they
- 14:47need the rain in Georgia and Florida.
- 14:49Jacksonville, FL checking in. What else we got?
- 14:53We got Sharky Sharona checking in from Tahoe.

- 15:55people. Thank you for checking in.
- 15:58Elizabeth McMaster says she watches on her TV.
- 16:01Robin says. And through all of this case, I
- 16:03keep asking for what? What was this all really about?
- 16:07Was it a lark or dark curiosity? All this pain for what?
- 16:13Yeah. And that is one of the things
- 16:15that we may continue to drive us as we as we dig into this case,
- 16:22Right. It does seem completely
- 16:23senseless. Now.
- 16:25The the district attorney's office says they know why.
- 16:30They know for what right that are.
- 16:36They allege that as a witness to the continuous crime of SA and
- 16:45to protect his financial interest, he killed her to keep
- 16:49her silent. Who?

- 17:17Thank you, thank you. OK, don't forget to put GF in
- 17:21your comment for me to be able to see it on my end.
- 17:24All right, so medical examiner case number 202514252.
- 17:29By the way, it's really hard on the medical examiner's page.
- 17:33If you search and you know the case number, it still doesn't
- 17:36come up. I'm so glad for the PIO.
- 17:40She was pronounced dead on September 8th, 2025 at 11 AM.
- 17:47Of course, that's when they discovered her body.
- 17:50The the criminal complaint which we looked at yesterday, I said
- 17:57April 23rd, right date of the examination was two days later,
- 18:02September the 10th. The medical examiner
- 18:06investigator was Karen Tapia. The deputy medical examiner was
- 18:11Doctor Ansel Nam, supervised by Doctor Grant Ho and assisted by
- 18:18forensic technician Daniel Garcia.
- 18:21The cause of death, multiple penetrating injuries.
- 18:25You know, I shared this on Patreon in my post yesterday
- 18:31when we were talking about lying in wait.
- 18:33That's one of the charges, one at, well, one of the special
- 18:35circumstances, lying in wait. I had hoped, I mean, I don't
- 18:42hope for anyone's death, especially a 14 year old girl,
- 18:47but I had hoped that it would have been quick, like he was
- 18:53lying in wait, came up from behind and, you know,
- 18:58exanguinated her quickly so that her, her brain would just stop
- 19:02being conscious. No, I don't want to say it.
- 19:05It's YouTube, you know, but attack the neck, let's say.
- 19:10But it doesn't appear that that is what happened, at least to my
- 19:14reading. We will.
- 19:16And I'm a I'm a lay person. I'm not a not a doctor nor am IA
- 19:20death investigator. But but it doesn't appear that
- 19:28way. The report was completed a
- 19:32little less than two months later and approved by doctor
- 19:36grant the same day. OK, couple things we learn here.
- 19:45Medical report summary Severe post mortem changes 2.
- 19:50Penetrating wounds of the torso A right abdomen with injury to
- 19:55liver and B left chest with penetration of underlying
- 20:00intercostal space and cortical disruption of adjacent ribs.
- 20:08Other findings Bilateral dismemberment of upper and lower
- 20:11extremities. I, I think I had questions about
- 20:14that in my mind if it was just her arms, but then in the Texas
- 20:19court records, it said arms and legs.
- 20:21And so I was kind of, it's kind of equivocating and wrestling
- 20:24with myself on that. But now we know it's both her
- 20:28arms and her legs and then multiple additional skin defects
- 20:33and then see the separate toxicology report.
- 20:36OK, here is the summary and opinion narrative.
- 20:41Per medical examiner. Investigators report this 15
- 20:44year old female Celeste Abigail Rivas Hernandez was found
- 20:49dismembered in a state of decomposition inside of a car
- 20:53trunk on September 8th, 2025. Death was pronounced at the
- 20:58scene. Autopsy examination was limited
- 21:02by extensive post mortem changes.
- 21:05There are two penetrating wounds of the torso with smooth edges
- 21:09that may represent sharp force injuries.
- 21:13The wound on the upper abdomen penetrates the liver and the
- 21:17wound on the left chest penetrates one of the left
- 21:20intercostal spaces with disruption of the adjacent ribs
- 21:26cortical surfaces. The left lung appears intact.
- 21:32Hey, I know over I, I was planning on being on Courtroom
- 21:35confidential today, but with the with this report being released,
- 21:42I think well, number one, it was way appropriate to have Joseph
- 21:47Scott Morgan on tonight over there on Courtroom confidential.
- 21:51Plus, I think we're going to go late tonight on my own channel,
- 21:54so I won't be going on there tonight, but check out the
- 22:00coverage by by Josh and Joseph over on that later tonight.
- 22:06If you would, I, I highly recommend it.
- 22:10What are intercoastal spaces? Left chest.
- 22:15Let me just look at that. So, OK, it's the spaces between
- 22:20the ribs on each side of the chest.
- 22:22That's what I thought. OK, OK.
- 22:26The bilateral upper and lower extremities show full thickness
- 22:31Dismemberment. Both arms, both legs removed,
- 22:38multiple other skin and soft tissue defects are present
- 22:41without apparent associated internal injuries.
- 22:45The etiology of these defects is not clearly apparent due to
- 22:49severe post mortem changes. So the way I read that soft
- 22:54tissue defects could be could be sharp force injuries could be
- 22:57slices, but because of the severe decomposition of little
- 23:05Celestes poor little body, they can't really tell.
- 23:12Postmortem toxicology performed on liver tissue shows the
- 23:15presence of a low level of ethanol, which may be due to
- 23:20postmortem changes or ingestion and does not appear to be
- 23:24contributory to the cause of death.
- 23:27Ethanol in in the body could be alcohol was ingested and
- 23:36digested and, you know, turned into ethanol.
- 23:43Why am I, why am I blanking on the the right word here,
- 23:48metabolized into ethanol? Or it could just be the
- 23:53decomposition itself brings some of our tissues and some of the
- 24:00things in our body turn into ethanol and they're and the
- 24:04they're saying here, not sure where the ethanol came from.
- 24:10It could have been that she drank it could be that it's the
- 24:13decomp. Either way, doesn't really think
- 24:16doesn't really look like it contributed to her death in any
- 24:18way. And then continuing, given the
- 24:21history and circumstances is currently known by me in the
- 24:24setting of the findings by examination, ancillary studies
- 24:29and in the presence of other definitive causes of death.
- 24:34The cause of death is multiple penetrating injuries.
- 24:37The manner of death is classified as a homicide.
- 24:40OK. So yeah, I, I mean, it's always
- 24:48written like a medical opinion, right?
- 24:50So like they're basically saying, well, we've got severe
- 24:53decomp here. There aren't any other other
- 24:56definitive causes of death, but there are these puncture wounds,
- 24:59these penetrating injuries. So I'm calling the manner of
- 25:03death or the cause of death penetrating injuries.
- 25:06The manner of death is a homicide.
- 25:11OK, so we've got, you know, the decedent information here is
- 25:16female. They did a full examination.
- 25:21You know, as much as they could, right?
- 25:24So identification, evidence of traumatic injury, internal
- 25:29examination, the cardiovascular, respiratory, digestive system,
- 25:34the urinary tract, female reproductive tract, endocrine
- 25:37system, everything. They they did the full
- 25:41examination on the 10th of September.
- 25:45Looks like they did radiology. They did CT scans prior to doing
- 25:52the autopsy and says the CT scan reviewed and is consistent with
- 25:56the autopsy examination. Was there organ tissue donation?
- 26:00No Mortuary preparation? No.
- 26:06OK. Yeah.
- 26:09I mean, we've got time. External examination, You know,
- 26:13for her age, she's appropriate develop appropriately developed.
- 26:16She's Hispanic female. This is interesting.
- 26:19So she's 5 foot 2. The weight of her body at the
- 26:24examination was 71 lbs. Now I've seen reports saying
- 26:30wow, she was so light. Well she was decomposed.
- 26:35So you know how how much fluid I, I don't know how they like
- 26:43what was included in the weight. I, I imagine looking at photos
- 26:48of Celeste that she was heavier than 71 lbs at 5 foot 2.
- 26:53I don't think that she like had been starved or had been
- 26:56tortured or anything like that. Based on I, I just think that
- 27:01there was such severe decomposition that there were 71
- 27:07lbs left of her. Let's just no scars.
- 27:14There was a tattoo present on her second medial right finger
- 27:20with the text dot, dot dot and we're going to get into the
- 27:26finger that is disturbing. Hair is long black.
- 27:30Can't tell what her eye color is, can't tell about her
- 27:36sclerae, her conjunctive petechiae.
- 27:41You know, there's, there's just too much decomposition, you
- 27:47know, Petechier, non conjunctival.
- 27:52You can't tell like, you know, we would have to go back to I,
- 27:59I'm, I'm going to give you a trigger warning on this.
- 28:01OK, Trigger warning everybody. You may if this this is a
- 28:05discussion or for the next couple of minutes we're going to
- 28:07discuss some forensic stuff. Again, I am a lay person, but if
- 28:13you are interested, there is a video that I did with Doctor
- 28:19Matthew Gruwell, who is a, he's an entomologist and a geneticist
- 28:29and a genomicist, genomicist, genomicist, professor of
- 28:35genetics genomics at Penn State Baron here in the Commonwealth
- 28:38of Pennsylvania. He's a friend of mine.
- 28:41And back during the Gabby Petito situation, him being a bug
- 28:46expert, he talked about, and he teaches forensics as well,
- 28:52forensics classes. He, he talked about what happens
- 28:56with, with bugs specifically. And the, the ugly part of it is
- 29:02that bugs find the softest, easiest way in to, in this case,
- 29:11dead human remains, right? They're attracted to it.
- 29:15They find their way to it, then they find the way in.
- 29:17So how do they find their way in?
- 29:19Well, eyes, nose, mouth, ears, anus, you know, vaginal cavity,
- 29:28urethra, you know, that's where it goes.
- 29:32So it's not surprising to me that they that I mean, that is,
- 29:37that is the part that is going to be attacked first by the
- 29:40little creepy crawlies that help in the decomposition of our
- 29:43bodies. And so it's, it's not surprising
- 29:47to me that in this case they're like, we really can't tell.
- 29:51It's just too far, too far gone. Orthodontic hardware present and
- 29:59in place in the upper and lower teeth.
- 30:01She wore braces or well, it's hardware, right?
- 30:05So it wouldn't be, wouldn't be a like a retainer or anything like
- 30:12that. All of the pictures that I have
- 30:15of her have her mouth closed. But yeah, so she she wore
- 30:22braces. I mean, I'm, I'm no
- 30:24orthodontist. What just happened?
- 30:26There we go. But that's what it looks like on
- 30:29both the upper and lower teeth. Neck normal, chest normal.
- 30:34Abdomen normal. Back unremarkable.
- 30:37She's female. Evidence of medical
- 30:41intervention. No post mortem changes.
- 30:46Rigor mortis is absent. Liver mortis is indiscernible
- 30:50again. External decomposition changes,
- 30:55right? Her skin color change.
- 30:57It's dark brown. It's drying.
- 31:00There is insect activity. There's multiple insect larvae
- 31:04present. There's a foul odor.
- 31:07The head is partial, partially skeletonized with an absent left
- 31:11eye. There is liquification of the
- 31:13soft tissues. This is just sad to me, man,
- 31:18because like, think of it, if she died April 23rd, I don't
- 31:24know. I mean, there's been so much
- 31:27speculation going back and forth, but I, I just don't think
- 31:32that she would have been in that Tesla from April to September
- 31:35and nobody noticed on the street, man.
- 31:37There's a smell there, right? So there's, there's been talk of
- 31:40a freezer and stuff like that. And I know that the LAPD have,
- 31:47have refuted that. But when I look at the
- 31:50incentives that they have to refute things like that, I, they
- 31:55could tell us anything. They don't have to tell us the
- 31:56truth, right? But if you just think about her
- 32:04poor body being dead and in a bag in pieces from April to
- 32:12September, almost six months, well, it's overstaying.
- 32:16It's over four months, right end of end of April to the beginning
- 32:20of September. It's it's shocking that this
- 32:25poor girl, that that much was found at all.
- 32:29I think it's only through the stupidity of her alleged
- 32:33assailant. I I had a plural to that I
- 32:37There's no way in my mind that he did this all alone.
- 32:41No way. Come on.
- 32:43My opinion OK. Evidence of traumatic injury.
- 32:49The order in which the injuries are described is for descriptive
- 32:52purposes only and is not intended to imply the sequence
- 32:55of injuries. All medical examiner diagrams
- 32:59are not intended to be facsimiles, nor are they drawn
- 33:01to scale. And there is a we will look at,
- 33:08let's see we're on page 5 right now.
- 33:11There is yeah, there later on there are these notes.
- 33:16So, OK, so you know, there's a, there's a three quarter inch
- 33:25skin defect involving the right abdomen, 1 1/2 inches in depth
- 33:32front to back. I, I don't know that we, you
- 33:38know, why don't we, Gavin? Well, if you want to get into
- 33:46the details, it's on Patreon. OK, OK.
- 33:50Multiple skin defects are also present over the torso.
- 33:52So just real quick, there was a three quarter inch skin defect
- 33:55on the abdomen. There was a nine sixteenths inch
- 33:58skin defect on the lower chest. I think these are these are
- 34:03probably the penetrating wounds, right?
- 34:06Multiple skin defects. Defects are also present over
- 34:09the torso with many perforating the skin and soft tissue without
- 34:13identifiable soft tissue hemorrhage or associated
- 34:16internal organ injuries. They range from 5 sixteenths of
- 34:19an inch to one and three quarter inches in greatest dimension.
- 34:24Multiple superficial linear abrasions are also noted on the
- 34:27right dorsal hand. Linear abrasions superficial
- 34:31ones on the right dorsal hand. The upper and lower extremities
- 34:36show full thickness dismemberment with relatively
- 34:39flat cut surfaces through the soft tissue and bone.
- 34:45No discernible hemorrhages identified at these sites.
- 34:50That obviously means postmortem. Thank goodness, right?
- 34:54Multiple fragments. This is interesting.
- 34:56Multiple fragments of blue plastic material are found
- 35:00embedded in the cut surfaces. Representative fragments are
- 35:10collected by Medical Examiner criminalists and submitted to
- 35:13the Evidence Department on September 8th, 2025.
- 35:17The right upper extremity right arm is dismembered 9 inches from
- 35:22the top of the shoulder. So down here the left upper
- 35:28extremity is dismembered 6 inches down from the top of the
- 35:32shoulder. The left 4th and 5th fingers
- 35:38right because I think they count like this. 12345 are amputated.
- 35:49The right lower extremity is dismembered in two places.
- 35:52One site is 12 inches from the top of the leg, the other is 10
- 35:56inches from the bottom of the heel.
- 35:58So cut in two pieces. The left lower extremity is
- 36:02dismembered in two places. One site is 9 inches from the
- 36:06top of the leg and the other is 15 inches from the bottom of the
- 36:10heel. Oh, my goodness.
- 36:17Internal examination. The organs are in their normal
- 36:19anatomic positions. Yeah.
- 36:24Cardiovascular system. The heart weighed 100 grams.
- 36:28Everything seems to be intact. I I don't know that the heart, I
- 36:34mean, were they able to find a puncture wound on the heart?
- 36:37They. It hasn't said so far, yeah, I'm
- 36:42just going to kind of go through all this stuff.
- 36:44They go through the heart, they go through the lungs, you know,
- 36:51the larynx, the trachea, the digestive system, the whole
- 36:57thing. Again, if you want to get into
- 37:00the the specifics of these, I know that I'm yadda yadda ING
- 37:03quite a bit, but you know, the reproductive tract is all
- 37:09intact. It's appropriate for her age.
- 37:11The endocrine system is autolyzed thyroid, yeah,
- 37:22pituitary, muscular, musculoskeletal system is
- 37:28normal, normal curvature of her back ribs.
- 37:33See evidence of traumatic injury, which we will get into.
- 37:39Scalp is predominantly skeletonized.
- 37:42Everything is seems pretty normal beyond the severe
- 37:45postmortem changes. Yeah, photography was taken.
- 37:55Of course they were taken prior to and during the examination.
- 37:59Of course they've got radiology as well.
- 38:04They did a neck dissection. No trauma to the neck, no strap
- 38:09muscle hemorrhage. No carotid sheath hemorrhage.
- 38:14No thyroid cartilage injury, No hyoid bone fracture.
- 38:19No cervical neck injury. So not throttled.
- 38:23No manual strangulation. They did retain a couple of
- 38:31stock jars of tissue. They did some Histology, you
- 38:40know, that's all work under the microscope, additional samples
- 38:43taken finger nails, liver, jawbone.
- 38:53They did radiology, toxicology, Histology and you know, present
- 39:01were LAPD robbery, homicide division, detective buyers and
- 39:06and Detective Ferrell. They're present for the autopsy.
- 39:11See what else we got here. This is the the toxicology
- 39:16report, lab analysis summary report.
- 39:20Ethanol was present. Of course we talked about that
- 39:23already. Yeah.
- 39:26Her liver doesn't doesn't look like anything was was was there
- 39:33as far as the drug screening and everything I all that came back
- 39:38negative. So you know she wasn't at least
- 39:43again, layperson here. Doesn't appear that she was
- 39:48drugged in any way. We're talking about lying in
- 39:52wait. Seems like a blitz attack to me,
- 39:54right? Two puncture wounds, possibly
- 39:59more, but because of the severe decomposition there's no way of
- 40:04knowing. Yeah.
- 40:08So let's see, PP means presumptive positive and then ND
- 40:12is not detective. So benzodiazepines they
- 40:18presumptive positive, they said methamphetamine, MDMA
- 40:24presumptive positive, not detective, not detected, sorry.
- 40:31So I'm not sure about that. What is the Inc and the double
- 40:39and inconclusive and then the double asterisk.
- 40:47See if there's a, this looks like a preliminary, you know,
- 40:55pending toxicology. So yeah, I wish I were a expert
- 41:03on this. Let me back this up so we can
- 41:07kind of see it all. But this is one of the one of
- 41:14the scale drawings, right? So this is the abdominal going
- 41:22into the liver wound 3 quarter inch defect 3:00 to 9:00 two
- 41:26inches 21 inches from the top of the head, one inch right of
- 41:31midline, 1 1/2 inch depth. And then a ninth sixteenths
- 41:35defect 15 inches from top of head, 6 inches left of midline,
- 41:392 inch depth. I would imagine that those were
- 41:43pretty severely debilitating. Here's you know more, you know,
- 41:54notes talked about the intact braces, the hardware, you know,
- 42:00different. Oh yeah, this is this is where
- 42:03her her legs were severed, right.
- 42:14They're just noting where there's probably A tag there.
- 42:19These two fingers absent some the abrasions on her hand,
- 42:26multiple defects to her back on the on the right hand side.
- 42:31So yeah, she was. Shoot, I just feel so bad for
- 42:37this girl. Then we've got, you know, the
- 42:40summary and notes on the weights and measures and everything.
- 42:45And then we're going to get into the narrative here.
- 42:49Before we do, let's let's check in with some of your comments if
- 42:53we can. Going to have my system refresh.
- 42:57I'm probably going to miss some of them.
- 43:01Carrots and other veg, says Gavin.
- 43:03I've been trying to send you tips.
- 43:06They keep bouncing back. There's a YouTube vid which has
- 43:08most of it and there shouldn't be any bouncing.
- 43:17Send it through my website. OK, send it through my website.
- 43:21Any tips that you want to give me?
- 43:23If you go to my website guys, and click on this little button
- 43:27right here that will take you to a form where you can attach
- 43:31documents, You can give me information.
- 43:34You can do so anonymously if you want.
- 43:37Don't depend on e-mail. I'm I'm not going to be able to
- 43:40see it. Well, I may not be able to see
- 43:43it. Don't depend on e-mail.
- 43:46That's why I do this form, not because I want to make you fill
- 43:49out a form. It's because you guys, many
- 43:51people were telling me that that they were trying to reach out to
- 43:54me and it didn't seem like I was getting it.
- 43:57Now, I hardly ever respond to inquiries that I get through the
- 44:02website. I want you to I want to be
- 44:04upfront about that, but this is where you do it.
- 44:07Don't depend on on e-mail. OK, Thank you.
- 44:15OK, going back over here and I've got to get my system over
- 44:21here too. OK so synopsis 2 hour autopsy
- 44:26notification request by LAPD robbery homicide detective
- 44:30Buyers information is preliminary subject to change
- 44:33due to the ongoing investigation.
- 44:36According to the reported information, on August 26th,
- 44:392025, a passerby reported an abandoned black Tesla that was
- 44:44parked on the street to the Los Angeles Department of
- 44:47Transportation. LA dot employees side of the
- 44:49vehicle on the 3rd of September, impounded on the 5th, towed it
- 44:53to the police yard, which we know.
- 44:55On the 8th a manager noticed a foul smell emanating from the
- 44:59vehicle, reported it to Auto Detective Klor.
- 45:03Detective Klor inspected the vehicle's front trunk, found a
- 45:05large black zipper to body bag with handles.
- 45:09You can order these on Amazon. Guys.
- 45:11I had no idea. He partially unzipped the bag
- 45:15revealing a human torso and the back of the head.
- 45:18He pronounced death on scene at 1100 hours without medical
- 45:22intervention. There's no person of interest in
- 45:24custody at this time. Then you know, when this was
- 45:27written and charges are pending. No weapon was recovered.
- 45:34This was on, you know, January 9th of 2020.
- 45:38Sixth, that this was printed anyway.
- 45:40OK, continuing the LAPD W Bureau homicide detective.
- 45:46You know what? I I don't think I kept going
- 45:48through your comments. Hang on just one second.
- 45:50Let me let me go back to this. I just realized I want to get
- 45:52your comments. Felonious Flacco.
- 45:54Gavin, when you get into the fingers part, I just wanted to
- 45:57bring up that there was a photo of Celeste's left hand with a
- 45:59David tattoo. I I understand that.
- 46:02Yes. Peanuts mom.
- 46:04I have the feeling she threatened to go to the police
- 46:07if he didn't figure out a way to take her on the international
- 46:10part of the world tour. Yeah, I mean, that's possible.
- 46:13Sure. Salt Lake City in the house.
- 46:15Glad you're here. Thank you for being here,
- 46:18Debbie. Thank you very much for helping
- 46:20me with that. Intercostal means between the
- 46:22two ribs. Peanuts.
- 46:25Mom says if he managed to sever the artery in the liver, she
- 46:28could have bled out pretty fast. Yeah, I I only hope that that it
- 46:34was a quick and quick way to go. It doesn't seem like it was,
- 46:41Robin says. I was thinking she should have
- 46:43far more decomp than when they found her.
- 46:45Yeah. It almost feels like the freezer
- 46:47thing is plausible, doesn't it? It does.
- 46:52It does. Blue tarp, Debbie says the blue
- 46:57plastic in the cut wounds. So yeah.
- 47:03And Jules and me, what did he use to make clean cuts through
- 47:05the bone? And that we saw the several
- 47:08points right through the bone and they are clean cuts.
- 47:11So use. Yeah, Sawzall or a hacksaw or
- 47:15something like that. I don't know.
- 47:18I don't know. Looper says cutting up a body is
- 47:21psychopathic. It surely is.
- 47:23Surely is. Let me just see if there's
- 47:25anything else that you guys want me to see.
- 47:29Would she still have drugs in her system after being gone that
- 47:32long? Does metabolizing stop?
- 47:34Metabolizing does stop when when you expire metabolism stops, but
- 47:42there are other processes that begin and those processes can
- 47:48destroy metabolites. Fact if if she was kept in a
- 47:57freezer that could be one of the reasons why they are able to to
- 48:02get toxicology if they are. Yeah.
- 48:07He didn't remove the tattoo finger.
- 48:10Interesting. Yes, indeed.
- 48:13Glad you're here Marjorie from Ontario, Canada.
- 48:16Thanks for being here. Guys are awesome.
- 48:20Yeah. Robin says you can buy urns
- 48:22caskets on Amazon. Yeah, it's crazy when I found
- 48:26that out. Crazy.
- 48:28OK Investigation. Here we go into the narrative.
- 48:32OK on September 8th of 2025 at what is that 1:47 PM, Detective
- 48:40Lamberti reported to homicide or a homicide death to Medical
- 48:43Examiner Clerk Celine Guzman. Acting Watch Commander E Burns
- 48:48assigned me this field death investigation at 2O four PMI
- 48:51confirmed the criminalist response with criminalist
- 48:54Anthony Martinez at approximately 2:30 PMI arrived
- 48:58on scene at 3:19 PM and cleared the scene at 6:28 PM.
- 49:03Senior Forensic Attendant M Aparicio transported the
- 49:07decedent to the Department of Medical Examiner.
- 49:10The location of death, 1015 N Mansfield Ave.
- 49:14Los Angeles County of Los Angeles.
- 49:16That is the the tow yard, right? OK.
- 49:23I spoke with LAPD W Bureau homicide detective Lamberti on
- 49:28scene. He prefaced his statement by
- 49:29informing me that this case was being actively transferred to
- 49:33LAPD Robbery Homicide Division Detective Buyers.
- 49:36Information is preliminary, subject to change due to an
- 49:40ongoing investigation. He told me that on August 26th,
- 49:442025, a passerby called the LA Department of Transportation to
- 49:49report an abandoned black Tesla parked on the street.
- 49:52LA Dodd employees cited the the vehicle on the 3rd and pounded
- 49:56on the 5th. Towed it back to the tow yard on
- 49:58the 8th. A manager noticed the foul
- 50:00smell, reported it to Detective Klor, he inspected the car, blah
- 50:06blah blah, we know all that, right?
- 50:09The location was the second story of a police garage impound
- 50:12lot situated on the northwest corner of North Mansfield Ave.
- 50:16Romain St. There are multiple miscellaneous
- 50:19vehicles parked throughout the lot.
- 50:20The decedent was lying inside the front truck of a Tesla.
- 50:24The Tesla was parked on the southeast quadrant of the lot
- 50:27facing east. The front trunk was open and
- 50:29yellow police tape surrounded the nearest vehicles, including
- 50:32the Tesla. From a distance, a black body
- 50:34bag was visible and exposed inside the front trunk of the
- 50:37car. I did not observe any illicit
- 50:40drugs, drug paraphernalia, or alcohol on scene.
- 50:44No weapons were located. During my scene investigation, I
- 50:49observed the decedent, the decedent's posterior head and
- 50:53torso lying prone, and a body bag inside the front trunk of a
- 50:58Tesla. Her head was oriented towards
- 51:01the north. She appeared of indeterminate
- 51:03age and ethnicity, with dark hair and natural teeth.
- 51:07She was wearing a tube top, underwear, leggings, and socks.
- 51:11I observed multiple holes in the front and the back of the tube
- 51:14top. She was missing both arms above
- 51:17the elbows, both legs above the knees.
- 51:21Underneath the body bag was a black trash bag.
- 51:23Oak. Now we know it's a trash bag.
- 51:26OK? A black trash bag that contained
- 51:29the decedent's apparent compiled bilateral arms and legs.
- 51:33They appeared to be to have been dismembered into several
- 51:37fragments. The decedent was in an advanced
- 51:40state of decomposition demonstrated by foul odor,
- 51:44discoloration, liquification, insect activities or activity,
- 51:48partial skeletonization, and skin slippage.
- 51:51I noted an approximate one inch linear defect on her abdomen and
- 51:57a circular defect on her left flank.
- 52:01The left ring and pinky fingers appear to have been mutilated
- 52:04and I did not locate them during my scene examination.
- 52:10She has a tattoo that reads SH on the inside of her right index
- 52:14finger. I did not observe any other
- 52:18discernible scars or tattoos. The decedent was not ID viewable
- 52:23due to decomposition of the face.
- 52:25Was not live scanned due to waterlogged fingers.
- 52:28She was assigned Jane Doe 550. Isn't that just a sad state of
- 52:34affairs? Is that 550 of the year?
- 52:41Probably, Per Investigator Magdaleno, on September 16th at
- 52:488:15 AM, Doctor Law positively identified the the decedent as
- 52:53Celeste Abigail Rivas Hernandez via dental radiograph
- 52:58comparison. They identified her by her
- 53:01dental records. Per Investigator Magdaleno.
- 53:06Detective Joshua Byers notified the decedent's parents, names
- 53:10redacted, of the death via telephone on the 16th.
- 53:15Detective Byers requested a 2 hour autopsy notification.
- 53:19Meaning, yeah, give us a heads up when you're going to do this
- 53:21so we can be here. The leggings were collected,
- 53:25underwear was collected, socks collected, shirt collected, body
- 53:29bag collected, body bag handles collected, body bag, side
- 53:35handles collected, hair kit collected, insects collected.
- 53:41Swab of handle on the top. Swab of handles on the right or
- 53:46on the side. Swabs of zipper swabs.
- 53:48Oh yeah man I wonder how much evidence they got on these
- 53:53swabs. So swabs of zipper bottom and
- 53:57top toenail for DNA trace #1 blue plastic pieces on right leg
- 54:05trace #2 blue plastic pieces on legs and arms.
- 54:09Trash bag collected, zipper collected, zipper collected.
- 54:16So much, so much. OK.
- 54:21So we got a timeline which which we kind of, well, OK. 1352
- 54:26Received the request from the Emmy Criminalist for evidence
- 54:30Collection. At 1458 left the Department
- 54:34Science Center. 1527 arrived on scene 16 O 4 began processing
- 54:40evidence. 1840 departed the scene. 1916 arrived back at the
- 54:45Forensic Science Center. 1943 Completed evidence collection
- 54:53Investigate Investigator Kay Tapia collected personal
- 54:56property, examined the body and photographed clothing.
- 55:00Criminalist Martinez took most of the notes.
- 55:03Forensic attendant Opericio transported the decedent to the
- 55:06FSC Detective Buyers photographer MC Selberry.
- 55:10OK, I think this is another report.
- 55:18I just I want to see if there's anything.
- 55:22There was decomposition fluid on the outside and inside of the
- 55:25bags. The decedent was female
- 55:29decomposition fluid. Insect activity Insect activity
- 55:33was observed on the body and the body bag.
- 55:37Body bag had a double zipper, 3 handles on each length, side
- 55:40handle on the top and bottom width, and the body bag took
- 55:44most of the front space. See if they're Stephen was
- 55:55wearing a discolored tube top shirt, discolored underwear,
- 55:58black leggings, black socks. Shirt appeared to have three cut
- 56:02artifacts. Leggings were cut around the
- 56:04knees with the upper torso, upper portion of the torso, and
- 56:09the lower portions rolled down to both ankles and the feet.
- 56:13Let me read that again. The leggings were cut around the
- 56:17knees, with the upper portion on the torso in the lower portions
- 56:22rolled down to both ankles and the feet.
- 56:25At the cut side of the right leg attached to the torso, there
- 56:27were small blue plastic pieces. Also, the legs and arms from the
- 56:31trash bag had small blue plastic pieces on the cut sides, then
- 56:33redacted. We know about the evidence that
- 56:39was collected. Yeah.
- 56:44OK, and that is that is the end of the report.
- 56:50I know I yadda, yadda quite a bit.
- 56:53But I guess what did we, what did we learn from this?
- 56:57Well, they, they took swabs that they may have gotten DNA from
- 57:01different parts of the body bag, different parts of the trash
- 57:04bag. They have the blue pieces of
- 57:08plastic that are, you know, forensic evidence.
- 57:13They have the trash bag. We learned that it, the second
- 57:16bag was a trash bag. We learned a lot about the, the
- 57:22state of poor little Celeste's body.
- 57:25I want to, I just want to remain, you know, victim centric
- 57:29here. I, I want to say like I, I'm
- 57:36very thankful to the people, the men and women who go into this
- 57:40line of work to do jobs that are extremely hard, that, that they
- 57:45go through the, the disgusting part of what happens to, to our
- 57:53bodies after death. They go through all that really,
- 57:56really hard stuff in order for us to be able to seek some kind
- 58:01of accountability for this young lady here, this little girl,
- 58:07like guys, just kills me. But so grateful to the LAPD, to
- 58:17the forensic sciences folks, to the medical examiners, to the
- 58:22district attorney's office, to everybody involved who have put
- 58:26together a case against this guy.
- 58:30It's all hard work takes a long time and people like me, mostly
- 58:34talking heads like me, have lots to say about why it took so
- 58:37long. I'm including myself on that.
- 58:40But I, I'm just on record thanking you for doing all that
- 58:45hard stuff. That is tough, man.
- 58:48That is, that is tough, tough work.
- 58:50And I'm grateful that that there are people that will do that.
- 58:55Remember that you can go to Patreon and you can download the
- 59:00whole autopsy report. There may be other places that
- 59:03you can get as well. I got it from the PIO.
- 59:06I, I, I'm not the only one who did most, most media outlets
- 59:11will just simply write a report based on the, the autopsy
- 59:15report. They'll, they'll write their
- 59:16article characterizing what was in it for me as a benefit to
- 59:21those who support me. I put it, I, I published the
- 59:24actual report. So it is there.
- 59:27And, and thank you for supporting me and go ahead and
- 59:32grab it. And by the way, if you are
- 59:34another content creator, feel free to to, I mean, I support
- 59:39lots of content, content creators on Patreon.
- 59:42So thank you for doing that and download it and use it in your
- 59:45content that this this information has to get out
- 59:48there, just has to get out there.
- 59:51Now, there's one other thing that I want to share on the case
- 59:54before we move to to. Other stories.
- 1:00:02Let's see. There's Scotch's.
- 1:00:03Mom asks. They notified her by phone.
- 1:00:06They didn't go to their house to do that.
- 1:00:08Yeah. They notified her by phone.
- 1:00:10Them by phone. My guess is they were in touch.
- 1:00:14That's my guess. That they were already in touch,
- 1:00:17that they they believe this was Celeste's body.
- 1:00:22I don't know this, but yeah, Hope says I'm behind, but the
- 1:00:27presumptive positive for benzos and meth, MDMA means possible
- 1:00:31presence but needs confirmation. This is because the tests are
- 1:00:34sensitive, so it can generate possible false positives.
- 1:00:37Thanks, Hope. Appreciate that.
- 1:00:39Appreciate you telling us that. Learn something new everyday,
- 1:00:44Lynn says Gavin, I'm hoping from all that they must have lots of
- 1:00:47DNA. Debbie says blue material is
- 1:00:51maybe a blue tarp. Possibly.
- 1:00:54Yeah, possibly. I mean, you know, to think about
- 1:00:59what it would take to to do that.
- 1:01:01Goodness, guys, it's tough, tough, tough, tough, tough,
- 1:01:07tough, tough, tough, tough, tough.
- 1:01:09OK, Let me bring you over to the other kind of thing that came
- 1:01:15out today that I want to. I want to bring to you this in
- 1:01:21the New York Post, this article by Jared Downing.
- 1:01:26David and Celeste Rivas met as early as 2022, when she was 12,
- 1:01:32alleged photos and messages reveal.
- 1:01:35So this means we don't know that they did.
- 1:01:38We just. It's possible David started
- 1:01:41messaging Celeste Rivas Hernandez when she was just 12
- 1:01:44years old, prosecutors have said.
- 1:01:46An Internet sleuths have dug up a trove of disturbing evidence
- 1:01:50of their alleged relationship that dates back to 2022, The
- 1:01:54Post can reveal. There's a link to this article
- 1:01:56in the in the description. By the way, the 21 year old
- 1:01:59singer, real name David Berg, is charged with having sex with
- 1:02:02Revis and then murdering her after she went to his house in
- 1:02:06April 2025 when she was 14. Well that that's that's written
- 1:02:12weirdly. Murdering her in the house in
- 1:02:18April 2025. Yes, but the having sex part is
- 1:02:21not April. It's like September of 23 to
- 1:02:24September of 24. It's it's weird.
- 1:02:29Her mutilated remains were not found until September.
- 1:02:32A day after that would have been her 15th birthday.
- 1:02:36Or of what what would have been her 15th birthday.
- 1:02:38The first hand of their relationship came in a fan chat
- 1:02:40room. 3 and three years before her death, Celeste in here,
- 1:02:45David allegedly wrote in a fan chat room, according to a
- 1:02:49screenshot of that exchange. Hi David Bark a username.
- 1:02:53Celeste replied. And let's see there's David.
- 1:02:58There's Celeste from a 2024 missing persons poster.
- 1:03:04Here is what appears to be, we don't know that this is Celeste,
- 1:03:08but a girl who resembles Celeste and an old video obtained by The
- 1:03:14Post. Yeah.
- 1:03:20Here's one that says he has a girlfriend.
- 1:03:22Pretty sure he's dating right now.
- 1:03:23What? Yeah, Her name is Celeste.
- 1:03:28So these are. There's a screenshot of online
- 1:03:30messages allegedly linking musician David to the death of
- 1:03:33Celeste Rivas, obtained by The Post.
- 1:03:35OK. The following year, David
- 1:03:37reportedly created a song that leaked in which he croons about
- 1:03:40a girl named Celeste. Rumors began to swirl among fans
- 1:03:44that David was dating a 13 year old named Celeste, according to
- 1:03:47screenshots of messages posted on fan chat rooms in 2024, the
- 1:03:52same year fans on Discord discussed rumors that he was
- 1:03:55indeed dating a girl with that name at home.
- 1:03:58Celeste, who lived in Lake Elsinore two hours from LA,
- 1:04:02began talking about a new boyfriend named David and came
- 1:04:05home with a tattoo matching the singers, her mom told TMZ last
- 1:04:10September. Let's see.
- 1:04:14Around the same time Celeste started running away, her family
- 1:04:18reported her missing three times in 2024, the Riverside County
- 1:04:22Sheriff's Office told the Los Angeles Times.
- 1:04:27So here's a photo of David with a girl that netizens suspect to
- 1:04:33be Celeste Rivas, obtained by the New York Post Picture here.
- 1:04:41Here's that. You know Celeste in here.
- 1:04:44Hi, David Bark. So screenshot of social media
- 1:04:48messages allegedly connecting David to Celeste Rivas.
- 1:04:53And then here are Reddit screenshots alleging the
- 1:04:56connection between musician David and the disappearance of a
- 1:04:59minor here. Let's read it.
- 1:05:00American Strawberry says this guy is a weirdo.
- 1:05:03A close friend's little sister from the Inland Empire ran away
- 1:05:06last year and this is who she was with.
- 1:05:08We think her sister was pimping her out.
- 1:05:11She was in 7th grade at the time.
- 1:05:13LAPD sweep swept his place in the hills.
- 1:05:17I'm terrified that's who is in the car and nobody has heard
- 1:05:20from her in months. I won't release names as she's
- 1:05:22still a minor but was from Lake Elsinore.
- 1:05:26Response. Whoa.
- 1:05:27I hope this is not the case. Another response.
- 1:05:29I strongly doubt this is true. He has a very public social
- 1:05:32media presence. There's no underage in his Rd.
- 1:05:35crew. I've only heard good things
- 1:05:37about David from tour and venue staff.
- 1:05:39Don't post stuff like this with all the speculation going
- 1:05:42around. You're going to feed witch hunts
- 1:05:44like that and then the original poster I think.
- 1:05:46Yeah it goes. This isn't speculation, it
- 1:05:49literally happened. I don't really care if you've
- 1:05:51heard nice things about him. He has no impact on my
- 1:05:53personally. OK, whatever.
- 1:05:55Yeah, OK. This picture is in a of David in
- 1:05:59a parking lot near Revis's home. Like Elsinore.
- 1:06:04So even before cops had ID to Celeste's body, two different
- 1:06:08Reddit users came forward with accounts of David dating a girl
- 1:06:11in their local middle school. The Redditors supplied no
- 1:06:14further evidence, but one user identified the victim as C
- 1:06:18Quote. My sister, who is now in 9th
- 1:06:20grade, told me that David was dating an eighth grader, let's
- 1:06:22call her C, and she would go on trips with him to LA, wrote the
- 1:06:26user, who did not provide his name to the post but claimed to
- 1:06:29hail from Lake Elsinore. An undated photo circulated
- 1:06:32online showed the artist standing in a parking lot less
- 1:06:34than a mile from Celeste's house.
- 1:06:37Officials have identified none of the above, nor any other
- 1:06:40specific evidence other than that her body was found in
- 1:06:43David's car in a Hollywood tow yard.
- 1:06:46But the mounting body of alleged evidence from fans and Internet
- 1:06:49salutes has yet to contradict the DA's narrative.
- 1:06:52David drew a young girl into a sordid romance.
- 1:06:58The Oh, the DA's narrative that David drew a young girl into a
- 1:07:03sordid romance and killed her before she could talk.
- 1:07:06More photos and screenshots seem to depict their whirlwind tryst.
- 1:07:10David was seen with a girl resembling Celeste on a live
- 1:07:13stream, at a video arcade, backstage, at a concert and at a
- 1:07:16swanky party. A missing persons poster
- 1:07:21describes Celeste is wearing Hello Kitty sandals.
- 1:07:24A photo allegedly posted by David on social media shows his
- 1:07:27feet next to another set of feet in Hello Kitty pattern Crocs.
- 1:07:32The photo also shows a woman's hand holding a Hello Kitty doll
- 1:07:35clips to David's belt. David.
- 1:07:38Later, David posted a photo with the same doll captured when your
- 1:07:41card declines at therapy and they bring in the Hello Kitty
- 1:07:44girl you met in 2021. In 2021, Celeste would have been
- 1:07:4911 or 12 years old at most. I get more and more angry on
- 1:07:58this. Just more and more angry.
- 1:08:01Let's let's go to your comments. Robin, thank you very much for
- 1:08:07the Super chat. Appreciate that, says relatively
- 1:08:10new subscriber here. Just want to help you meet your
- 1:08:12goal. Love the coverage.
- 1:08:13Thank you very much, Robin. I appreciate you.
- 1:08:18Let's see. Cabling says the tarp is a red
- 1:08:20flag. Use tarps when he painted his
- 1:08:22gross shirts. OK.
- 1:08:25Raquel Donnell says Gavin. Whoa, 12 is not even a teen.
- 1:08:28If that's when they began their online exchange.
- 1:08:30I really wonder if she was the only one he preyed on.
- 1:08:34Yeah, yeah, yeah. The Blue Ivy.
- 1:08:40It is on my Patreon. Yes, indeed.
- 1:08:42Judy Studios. The blue pieces could also have
- 1:08:45been exam gloves. If you go to the extent of
- 1:08:49planning to buy a body bag, you'd also most definitely want
- 1:08:53some type of glove for the hands before dismemberment.
- 1:08:55Yeah, possibly. Possibly.
- 1:09:00Phoenix Rising says the September 23rd through September
- 1:09:0224th essay is an enhancement for the period before she was 14,
- 1:09:07under 14. Yeah.
- 1:09:08So it could have gone on longer than that, right?
- 1:09:11It could have gone on before that.
- 1:09:12But they I think I think what that tells us is that the DA,
- 1:09:17let me bring up Celeste's pitcher is that the DA has proof
- 1:09:21from September 23 to September 24 or starting in September 23
- 1:09:26and then, you know, going basically through her birthday,
- 1:09:29like you're saying. Phoenix, thank you very much for
- 1:09:31that. So smart.
- 1:09:33I've got the best audience on YouTube.
- 1:09:36Guys are awesome. Let's see the original Madison
- 1:09:40Keys. Not, not any of these fake
- 1:09:43Madison Keys 9657, the original. OK, allegedly, she says there
- 1:09:50were two more young victims, one by the name of ASA.
- 1:09:56Yeah, crazy guys, go, go to my Patreon or it, it'll be on the
- 1:10:02Internet. You know, I, I, I don't want to
- 1:10:04gatekeep. That's why I do these videos
- 1:10:07with the whole document, so you can see the whole document.
- 1:10:09But I, I like to offer it as a benefit to my patrons who
- 1:10:13support me to, to put it there. So if you if you feel like
- 1:10:18supporting me, Patreon is a great way to do it.
- 1:10:20It's one of the ways where I get I get most of the support that
- 1:10:26you give me, which is pretty awesome.
- 1:10:28So thank you for doing that. And yeah, if you would like to
- 1:10:33download it and an easy way to do it is from me, There's a link
- 1:10:38to my Patreon. You, you can do that.
- 1:10:39Thank you for doing that. OK, let me just check my check
- 1:10:45my notes. I think I've got I think I got
- 1:10:47everything. We did the family statement, we
- 1:10:49did the ME report, we did the New York Post article on the
- 1:10:52under agedness of that relationship.
- 1:10:55We recap the case. You know what, I think it's time
- 1:10:58for guys, I think it's time for segment number 23 questions.
- 1:11:01Let's do it. Okie, Dokie guys.
- 1:11:10In this segment I answer questions that you sent to me to
- 1:11:15three questions at gavinfish.com.
- 1:11:16Three questions at gavinfish.com.
- 1:11:19I seem to be getting all those emails.
- 1:11:21I put that put those questions. You can send them one at a time.
- 1:11:24You send them 1000 a time, I don't care.
- 1:11:26I put all those questions into a spreadsheet and then one by one
- 1:11:30I'm answering them. I get to choose the order
- 1:11:32though. My favorite kinds of questions
- 1:11:34are ones where you can respond to them as well in the chat.
- 1:11:38I think it's just it's fun to learn a little bit more about my
- 1:11:41friends in the audience. And I'm sure I hope it's fun for
- 1:11:45you to learn a little bit more about me.
- 1:11:47OK, question number one from Angela.
- 1:11:49Have you worked as a volunteer at any point?
- 1:11:53I think this was inspired by the good news article that we read
- 1:11:57yesterday about the Salvation Army down in down in Australia
- 1:12:02that was able to continue one of their services because people
- 1:12:05volunteered. Angela, I have worked as a
- 1:12:10volunteer multiple times in my life.
- 1:12:12I'm going to say this, though, My my dad always reminded me
- 1:12:15that his mother said. I never heard her say it.
- 1:12:19And my grandma died. The last time I saw my grandma
- 1:12:22was 19 years old. She died when I was 20, was
- 1:12:27I-20. It's August of 1996.
- 1:12:31Yeah, I was just shy of turning 21, but my dad reminds me that
- 1:12:38service rendered and then promoted ceases to be service.
- 1:12:44And that's true. I think it's true.
- 1:12:48I mean, all due respect to the people and organizations that go
- 1:12:51out and and do service with cameras because it's important,
- 1:12:55I think to to let people know that there are good people out
- 1:12:58there. Think that's great, but I'm not
- 1:13:01going to get into the details because I subscribe to what my
- 1:13:05dad says my grandma taught him, and that is once again, service
- 1:13:09rendered and then promoted ceases to be service.
- 1:13:12But yeah, some of the most meaningful and heartwarming
- 1:13:18experiences I've had in my life, both as a teenager and young man
- 1:13:25and now all the way up. I'm 50 years old now, have been
- 1:13:30in acts of service small and large.
- 1:13:35Yeah, thank you for that question.
- 1:13:37And I'd love to hear what you guys think about that one.
- 1:13:40That's a good question. Kelly, would your snuggly bear
- 1:13:43sweetie pie your one and only? What would your snuggly bear
- 1:13:47sweetie pie, your one and only say is your best quality?
- 1:13:49I should have. I should have asked her before
- 1:13:51we started. I don't think she got home in
- 1:13:53time. Was it was the main issue.
- 1:13:56Kelly is talking about my beloved wife of 26 years in
- 1:14:02whose company I was happy to B yesterday on a little lunch
- 1:14:08date. We we try to do well.
- 1:14:12We wish we could do more, but but April is a busy month for
- 1:14:17us. We've got so many birthdays in
- 1:14:19the family. We've got we've got a couple
- 1:14:20Keister days in the family. Remind me to tell you about
- 1:14:23Keister Day sometime. And you know, we just got lots
- 1:14:26of things going on. So we carved out a lunch and and
- 1:14:30went to lunch together. It was a delightful time with my
- 1:14:33snuggly bear sweetie pie. One, my one and only.
- 1:14:36What would she say is my best quality?
- 1:14:44I don't know. I make her laugh, she doesn't.
- 1:14:51She doesn't laugh all that much at me anymore.
- 1:14:53It's really more like eye rolls. But I take those as laughs.
- 1:15:01My biceps, maybe my, my amazing bicep.
- 1:15:03No, that wouldn't be it. That wouldn't be it.
- 1:15:07I think that when we first met, I was somebody who had good
- 1:15:12prospects, came from a good family, one where she could tell
- 1:15:16that we were a loving and intact family and a family that that
- 1:15:22did things that she had hoped she would have in her future
- 1:15:28family. You know, 'cause as you grow up,
- 1:15:30you see all the good and the bad that you judge your parents
- 1:15:33doing, right? And you decide, hey, I want to
- 1:15:36be like mom and dad this way or mom or dad this way.
- 1:15:40And I don't want to be like him or her or them the other way,
- 1:15:45right? And that's, that's completely
- 1:15:48healthy because my in laws are rad.
- 1:15:51My in laws are awesome. But I think that she saw some
- 1:15:55things in my family that she really liked and, and thought,
- 1:16:00you know what, he makes me laugh.
- 1:16:02We have a good time. He has the same goals that I
- 1:16:05have. And, and that's what attracted
- 1:16:11her to me. I she does laugh at me.
- 1:16:18We, we do a lot of laughing in our family, but but I don't do
- 1:16:22anything that's surprising to her anymore.
- 1:16:27Nothing surprises her. So my best quality, I don't
- 1:16:30know. My best quality is probably that
- 1:16:31I just love her and I love our children and but I will ask her.
- 1:16:36I don't know. Thanks for the question.
- 1:16:38Kelly. Tell me what your best quality
- 1:16:41is or what your partner would say that Zoe, if you could talk
- 1:16:44to your younger self. Oh, we're we're Hey, Wanda, do
- 1:16:49you think you could give me like a little bit of, I guess
- 1:16:53flashback music? So if I could talk to my younger
- 1:16:57self. Thank you, Wanda, if I could
- 1:16:59talk to my younger self, what would you tell him?
- 1:17:04And do you think he would be proud and happy how life turned
- 1:17:07out? Yeah, I think I would tell my
- 1:17:12younger self just stop sweating. So many things Don't like guys
- 1:17:18listen when you're a kid when when you say younger self, I
- 1:17:26think teenager, right? Where I'm still trying to figure
- 1:17:29out who I am, still trying to figure out what I want to be,
- 1:17:32who I want to be, where I want to be, all the things I think
- 1:17:37teenager now. I have always, and as a teenager
- 1:17:42especially so, extended quite a bit of grace to myself.
- 1:17:47I've been happy with myself. I've been proud of myself too
- 1:17:51much. I think though there were times
- 1:17:59where I really was a little too hard on myself for things that
- 1:18:06really in the long run don't matter.
- 1:18:10And I'm all for people, you know, succeeding at a high level
- 1:18:16young. It's OK to do that, but it's
- 1:18:19also OK not to do that. And I had a particular push for
- 1:18:25the majority of my youth into just trying to excel at
- 1:18:31everything I did. And, and I succeeded largely and
- 1:18:36I failed largely, right. But I had this drive basically
- 1:18:40until I was about 16 years old that I had to push, push, push,
- 1:18:43push, push. And you know, when I look at the
- 1:18:48group of kids that I grew up with, so many of them are just
- 1:18:52amazing and were amazing back then.
- 1:18:57We all turned out to just be people and we chased different
- 1:19:04dreams and we accomplished different things and we we chose
- 1:19:10different lifestyles. But ultimately, when we get
- 1:19:14together or sometimes like, we're like, I've got a couple
- 1:19:16friends that I text all the time, right?
- 1:19:18That I've known since I was a teenager, All three of us high
- 1:19:23achievers. And what are we now?
- 1:19:26We're we're people, you know, we're people.
- 1:19:30And so, yeah, I think if I could talk to my younger self, man,
- 1:19:36don't sweat it so hard. Don't don't sweat it.
- 1:19:39I I would never tell my younger self, you need to study harder.
- 1:19:44I would never tell my younger self you need to get better
- 1:19:49grades. No, I would say don't sweat it.
- 1:19:53It's not a race. Comparison is the thief of joy.
- 1:19:56Be you have dreams, chase them. Get yourself up and dust
- 1:20:02yourself off when you fail, give yourself an attaboy when you
- 1:20:06succeed. Find somebody that you can share
- 1:20:09your life with that is awesome. Somebody who is your best
- 1:20:14friend. You know, don't worry about the
- 1:20:16romance part of it so much. I mean, ultimately I got that.
- 1:20:19But but you know, the best part of my wife is that she is my
- 1:20:23absolute best friend. There is nobody else in the
- 1:20:26world that I want to spend any time with more than her ever,
- 1:20:31ever. So, you know, I, I wish that
- 1:20:35like, I think back on people that my, I want to be vague on
- 1:20:42this, But if you were a young person and you're, you're
- 1:20:48listening to me right now and you've got, you've got somebody
- 1:20:52in the friend zone. OK, You got someone in the
- 1:20:55friend zone and you think about him or her as just a friend.
- 1:21:01You look at him and you say, yeah, that is a handsome young
- 1:21:04man. That is a beautiful young woman.
- 1:21:06I just don't feel it. They're my friend.
- 1:21:09I'm telling you that is the person that you want to spend
- 1:21:13your life with. OK?
- 1:21:16The, the romantic stuff, the sexual attraction stuff is just
- 1:21:20not as important as are you best friends.
- 1:21:25So I guess that's what I would tell my younger self.
- 1:21:28Now it worked out for me. I married my best friend.
- 1:21:31She's my pal, my buddy, and we have one daughter who is married
- 1:21:34who did the same thing, married her best friend.
- 1:21:37And that makes me happy. So that's what I would, I guess
- 1:21:39I would tell my younger self. Do I think he would be proud,
- 1:21:42proud and happy how my life turned out?
- 1:21:45I think in some ways I would, in some ways I wouldn't.
- 1:21:51But I also was a Dumas, I was in as a kid.
- 1:21:55I was an idiot, so who cares? I don't care if my 16 year old
- 1:22:02self is proud of me, that guy was an idiot.
- 1:22:11I do wish that I had to stayed in touch with more people,
- 1:22:18especially the ones that are more that that were more
- 1:22:22important to me then. And I've made great efforts over
- 1:22:28the last year to rekindle those friendships.
- 1:22:33And happily, most where I am rekindling those friendships
- 1:22:39have reciprocated And sadly, a couple have not right.
- 1:22:43They're they're uninterested. But so I guess that would be
- 1:22:47something else that I would say like, you know, there's going to
- 1:22:51be this thing called the Internet in the future and this
- 1:22:53thing called social media in the future.
- 1:22:54They're good. There's good and bad about it.
- 1:22:57But one of the good things is you can stay in touch easily.
- 1:22:59So, you know, do that, do the hard work now, like when your
- 1:23:03friends go off to college or you're off on missions or you're
- 1:23:08starting your families, write the letters, you know, write,
- 1:23:12write those letters and stay in touch and be friends because
- 1:23:17it's, it'll get easier in the future and it'll be awesome.
- 1:23:20Right now I'm, I'm talking to a, a couple of teachers from my
- 1:23:26high school and we're going to do like a reporter style
- 1:23:30interview for, for my graduating class.
- 1:23:33And I'm hoping to be able to do that with not only tons of staff
- 1:23:37from from high school, middle school, elementary school, I'm
- 1:23:42hoping to, but also old people that I haven't seen in 35 years.
- 1:23:47And I'm hoping to be able to do that.
- 1:23:48So yeah, that's what I would tell myself.
- 1:23:50Stay in touch with people, make the effort because I let's see
- 1:23:54where are they? They're out of reach.
- 1:23:58I, I have the benefit of parents who just save everything.
- 1:24:03And I've got all these cool old letters that I've been opening
- 1:24:06up and I've been scanning them and sharing them with the people
- 1:24:08who sent them to me. Like, how cool is it that you
- 1:24:11went, you know, 6 states away to college and we wrote each other
- 1:24:16and here's what it is that you had to say in 1990390495.
- 1:24:22You know, we wrote each other and that stuff is really cool.
- 1:24:24And I've got another friend who was the she was the editor of
- 1:24:30our high school newspaper and she sent me a haul of old, like
- 1:24:35high school news newspapers that I'm scanning and I'm sharing
- 1:24:38with my it's just awesome, right?
- 1:24:40So yeah, be a good friend. That's what I would tell my
- 1:24:43younger self. Be a good friend.
- 1:24:46Check the friend zone for. Well, I wouldn't tell myself to
- 1:24:50change anything about that because Kimberly was never in
- 1:24:53the friend zone, but it just worked out that I married my
- 1:24:56best friend. But like, if you're a young
- 1:24:58person, check the friend zone, man.
- 1:25:00Those are the people you want to marry, you want to, you want to
- 1:25:03create a life with. Anyway, that's a long, long
- 1:25:07soapbox, but great question, Zoe, and I hope that you guys
- 1:25:11will answer some of those questions in the chat as well.
- 1:25:15And while you got your little thumbs working or your little
- 1:25:18fingers working on that, why don't we check a couple?
- 1:25:21I don't have tons, but a couple headlines.
- 1:25:23Here we go True crime headlines. Okie, dokie, where am I going?
- 1:25:34Got to go to the right place. Ah, here we are.
- 1:25:37Come with me back over to Acrobat.
- 1:25:39In the Nancy Guthrie case, this in.yahoo.com written by Shirare
- 1:25:47Drury, Shirara Shirari Mr. or Miss Drury.
- 1:25:54FBI says DNA evidence recovered from Nancy Guthrie's home is,
- 1:25:58quote, not new. A top FBI official is clarifying
- 1:26:04reports regarding critical new DNA information being found at
- 1:26:07Nancy Guthrie's home in Tucson, AZ.
- 1:26:10Ben Williamson, assistant director for public public
- 1:26:13affairs at the FBI, shared on social media that the evidence,
- 1:26:17which included hair, does not provide any new information in
- 1:26:21the search for TODAY anchor Savannah Guthrie's mother.
- 1:26:24Quote, this is not new evidence or information.
- 1:26:27FBI asked to test this DNA two months ago with the same
- 1:26:31technology we've always had when the local sheriff instead sent
- 1:26:34it to a private lab. Any further developments, we
- 1:26:37will share as soon as appropriate.
- 1:26:39Williamson said the information regarding the DNA evidence was
- 1:26:42first reported by News Nation, which noted that the latest crop
- 1:26:46of evidence was distinct from samples that were recently
- 1:26:49tested at a Florida lab frequently used by local
- 1:26:52investigating body in the case, the Pima County Sheriff's
- 1:26:54Department previously. So the FBI saying, no, it's not
- 1:26:58new. It's not new.
- 1:27:00It's just we're going to test it.
- 1:27:04So yeah, there's that. All right.
- 1:27:07In the Anna Kepner case, TH Mr. TH Mr. Timothy Hudson has
- 1:27:16pleaded not guilty. According to Madeline Destefano,
- 1:27:20WESH, Dateline Miami, Anna Kepner's stepbrother charged
- 1:27:24with murder and aggravated SA, was scheduled to appear in
- 1:27:28federal court in Miami on Wednesday.
- 1:27:30This very day morning. Instead, he waived his
- 1:27:33appearance and pleaded not guilty.
- 1:27:35The federal public defender for the 16 year old has also
- 1:27:38responded to the government's motion to review and revoke his
- 1:27:41order of release. The new filing notes that the
- 1:27:44teen has complied with the terms of his release for more than two
- 1:27:47months. Court records show he's been
- 1:27:49living with an uncle in Hernando County.
- 1:27:54The teen lawyers are asking for a detention hearing before the
- 1:27:57same federal judge who approved his release in February.
- 1:28:01Last week, the Department of Justice announced the teen will
- 1:28:03be prosecuted as an adult for aggravated SA and the murder of
- 1:28:07Miss Kepner on a Carnival cruise ship in November.
- 1:28:12So he waived his hearing. He pleaded not guilty.
- 1:28:16Not a huge surprise. And then lastly, in our
- 1:28:19headlines, we've got a little good news.
- 1:28:22Got a little good news to talk about, guys.
- 1:28:24This written by Andy Corbley in the Good News Network,
- 1:28:27goodnewsnetwork.org. Link in the description below.
- 1:28:32Book fairies giving away 25,000 books to New York's children
- 1:28:36Thanks to a big donation, more than 25,000 books are on the way
- 1:28:40into the hands of underserved residents across New York City
- 1:28:43and Long Island. They'll be distributed across
- 1:28:46the boroughs by Book Fairies, a nonprofit that since 2012 has
- 1:28:50donated 6,000,000 books to Title one schools, educators and
- 1:28:54community partners. The donations Come Be It I'm
- 1:28:58Sorry via the world's largest online retailer of used books,
- 1:29:01Thrift Books, which teamed up with the Book Fairies, which
- 1:29:05hosts large scale distribution events where community leaders
- 1:29:08and educators can go and get books that might otherwise be
- 1:29:11beyond budget. 25000 books is a lot of weight and on the ground
- 1:29:17at the book Ferry's central receiving and sorting area, it's
- 1:29:20hard work dividing them between reading level and eventual
- 1:29:23destination. Volunteers sort the received
- 1:29:26books before using palette jacks to move them around in large
- 1:29:29boxes. That looks like that was
- 1:29:30probably a a caption to a photo that didn't get into the PDF OK.
- 1:29:36Dan Schwartzberg, who works in media relations for the Four
- 1:29:40Media Group, which managed the press for the Thrift Books
- 1:29:43donation, told GNN The Good News Network that he visited one of
- 1:29:47Book Fairy's free book events and saw the impact of the
- 1:29:50organization first hand. Quote.
- 1:29:52They told me a story where a teacher grabbed a stack of books
- 1:29:55of of the table and started crying because she asked for
- 1:29:58$150 from the school to buy these particular books for her
- 1:30:01kids and was denied but found them at book fairies for free.
- 1:30:05So Thrift Books and Book Fairies, thank you very much for
- 1:30:13getting those books into the hands of New York's children.
- 1:30:18That makes me super happy. Wanda, can you can you play just
- 1:30:24some happy music for a second? Yeah, Wanda.
- 1:30:35Thanks, Wanda. OK, those are your headlines,
- 1:30:37guys. True crime headlines.
- 1:30:46Okie dokie. Let's see where what people are
- 1:30:49saying as we kind of wrap out the day.
- 1:30:52Sweet baby Gang Down Under says coming from the land of
- 1:30:55Vegemite. Now listen, Sweet Baby Gang Down
- 1:30:57Under, you know that we love you down there.
- 1:31:01Thank you for the band Men At Work, for example, love you guys
- 1:31:06and and thanks for the crocodile hunter and his whole family.
- 1:31:10He got you guys are amazing, right?
- 1:31:14But listen, Vegemite is a pox on the earth.
- 1:31:18It's it's just it's just a bad thing.
- 1:31:20I, I have experienced Vegemite exactly one time on Australia
- 1:31:24Day by an Australian friend in When is Australia Day?
- 1:31:30Would it be January or February or even March?
- 1:31:33I it was in 1995. It was in that that time frame
- 1:31:39she said happy Australia Day. Her parents had sent her some
- 1:31:43Vegemite and we put it on bread and put it into our mouths.
- 1:31:49And I wow, OK, and I love you and I respect you, but wow,
- 1:31:59guys, listen, it is, it is a it is a pox on the world.
- 1:32:05But you know, if you enjoy it, I want you to be able to enjoy it.
- 1:32:09Ohio Palm mom says. Gavin, I understand your
- 1:32:12grandmother's point, but telling others in your circle can
- 1:32:14encourage others to participate. Indeed, that is that is also
- 1:32:18true. Both of those things can be
- 1:32:20true. Yep, Elizabeth Mcmasters says
- 1:32:23today is our four year wedding anniversary and I am here with
- 1:32:27you people having a great time. Happy anniversary Elizabeth.
- 1:32:35Let's see a Leslie Hankins says Gavin service promoted can be a
- 1:32:39red flag. However, I also believe sharing
- 1:32:41and shining daylight into these beautiful moments inspires
- 1:32:44others to do the same. A single flame is multiplied
- 1:32:47when not hidden. That again, great, great point.
- 1:32:51Great point. I just, you know, I'd rather be
- 1:32:55a little more quiet about it. Let me let me tell you about my
- 1:33:00folks, OK? My dad was was given the gift of
- 1:33:08oration. The guy, the guy can speak
- 1:33:13publicly in front of 1 or 1,000,000.
- 1:33:17He's perfectly comfortable either way.
- 1:33:20And because of that, not not only because of that, but partly
- 1:33:24because that and other virtues that he has held, he has had the
- 1:33:29spotlight shone upon him, the limelight glowing up from below
- 1:33:35his entire life and has done some beautiful things.
- 1:33:40Beautiful things, OK? My mom is not comfortable in the
- 1:33:47spotlight nor the limelight. She is more of a quiet person.
- 1:33:53She likes to go about doing good.
- 1:33:57She feels good about herself by doing good.
- 1:33:59But she does it quietly, with few people knowing about it and
- 1:34:05makes a difference in the lives of just as many that my dad
- 1:34:10does. Just as many, maybe more, right?
- 1:34:15Both ways are terrific. Both ways great.
- 1:34:21I'm choosing to be to try to be a little more like my mom in
- 1:34:25that respect. That's all CJ Lopez says.
- 1:34:29Now, as a grown woman, I really do agree.
- 1:34:32I would tell my younger self this also about the best friend
- 1:34:35thing. Yeah, I'm telling you.
- 1:34:38I'm telling you now, I I wouldn't go back and undo what
- 1:34:41what happened in my life. It, it turned out that this
- 1:34:45beautiful young woman who I was immediately attracted to also
- 1:34:51became my best friend quickly, right?
- 1:34:54So, so I got both things, but I'm, I'm, we have friends from
- 1:34:59different parts of the world. I have a friend that I worked
- 1:35:01with where he was taking a couple weeks off to go back to
- 1:35:07his home country to visit the family and we didn't see him for
- 1:35:11a couple weeks when he came back.
- 1:35:13So jazzy. Good to see you, man.
- 1:35:14How have you been? Good.
- 1:35:15How was your vacation? Good.
- 1:35:16I got married. What now?
- 1:35:19No, he had full on gone back arranged marriage and his
- 1:35:23culture. That was a thing, right?
- 1:35:26He's he's one of I wouldn't say many, several of our friends
- 1:35:31that have marriages that were that were arranged.
- 1:35:35They didn't even. They didn't even.
- 1:35:41Yeah, all. But they have successful and
- 1:35:44happy marriages. So I think, I think in those
- 1:35:49cases, the ones that I'm thinking of, it kind of forces
- 1:35:51them to go, OK, we're a partnership now.
- 1:35:53We're going to, we don't have any, we don't have any say in
- 1:35:57this. So maybe we should make the best
- 1:35:58of it. And they do, because that's what
- 1:36:00that's what human beings do, absent horrible things like
- 1:36:03abuse and stuff like that, right.
- 1:36:05So, yeah, Lucifer says Gavin, also Gavin, what if promotion of
- 1:36:11service enables better and subsequent service?
- 1:36:13Indeed, indeed. Again, both things are true.
- 1:36:17Lucifer also says I would want my younger self to learn all the
- 1:36:20life lessons exactly how I did. How beautiful is that?
- 1:36:23Wouldn't change a thing because I wouldn't be me today.
- 1:36:25I just say hang on and let's go. That's great.
- 1:36:29That is great, Robin says. I've been with my husband for
- 1:36:33almost 16 years and we've been friends for 30 years.
- 1:36:36I still really like him. Good for you.
- 1:36:39That's awesome. Let's see.
- 1:36:42I think that's it. We've got.
- 1:36:44Hello, Jennifer. Glad you're watching.
- 1:36:47Better late than never. Glad you're here.
- 1:36:49All right, guys. So that's what we have for

- 1:37:47about it. OK, all about it.
- 1:37:50And with that, I shall bid you. I do.
