- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Hey guys, what's going on?
- 0:04SPEAKER_00: This is Will Hare with Selling on Giants, and today we're gonna talk about FBA auditing and reimbursements.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: I have a special guest here, Yanni Maser, co-founder of Gatita, which is an FBA reimbursement software.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: They do great jobs helping sellers maintain profitability on their platforms.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: And today we dove into how you can audit your account and some different KPIs and tools you can leverage to get money back that otherwise Amazon would be keeping.
- 0:32SPEAKER_00: So better in your pockets as a seller than Amazon's pockets as the system.
- 0:37SPEAKER_00: So let's uh let's jump into our conversation.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: Yanni, welcome to the show.
- 0:42SPEAKER_00: Excited to have you here.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: So today's topic, we're gonna be talking about FBA auditing and reimbursements.
- 0:48SPEAKER_00: And before we do that, I'll have you jump in real quick, tell the audience a real quick uh high-level view of who you are and why you're the expert on all things FBA auditing and reimbursements.
- 0:59SPEAKER_01: Got it.
- 1:00SPEAKER_01: So thank you, uh you know, first of all, Will, for having us.
- 1:03SPEAKER_01: Uh great uh privilege and honor.
- 1:05SPEAKER_01: And uh thank you for anybody watching or listening to this episode.
- 1:08SPEAKER_01: Uh yeah, so myself, I'm Yoni Mazor.
- 1:11SPEAKER_01: I'm one of the co-founders and chief growth officer of Getita, CGO.
- 1:15SPEAKER_01: Uh people get confused with the G.
- 1:16SPEAKER_01: They something think, uh sometimes they think um, you know, G for gangster or something like that.
- 1:20SPEAKER_01: So sometimes I'm the chief gangster officer.
- 1:22SPEAKER_01: But um, Getita essentially, we're a technology company, and um, our mission is really simple is to make sure that Amazon FBA sellers get the maximum FBA reimbursements that they're eligible to receive.
- 1:33SPEAKER_01: We audit tens of billions of dollars of FBA transactions every single day for tens of thousands of users uh globally worldwide.
- 1:40SPEAKER_01: Um so that's that's kind of on a nutshell myself, my position, and a little bit about Gatera uh before we jump into further things.
- 1:48SPEAKER_00: Beautiful.
- 1:49SPEAKER_00: I mean, billions of dollars.
- 1:50SPEAKER_00: Uh, Dave, that is that's some crazy numbers.
- 1:53SPEAKER_00: Just goes to show you the pandemic, uh, that Amazon has this amount of issues, yet it requires uh a partner to step in to be able to kind of address a lot of these.
- 2:05SPEAKER_01: Yep, definitely.
- 2:06SPEAKER_01: So um, yeah, well, the thing is that you know, some seller it's it's kind of interesting actually.
- 2:11SPEAKER_01: Uh I'll cut into 50-50.
- 2:13SPEAKER_01: I would say that at this point, 50% of the Amazon sellers worldwide are not even aware of the fact that there are FBA discrepancies.
- 2:21SPEAKER_01: In other words, that something can actually go wrong with the Amazon FBA inventory, you know, because I'm gonna touch a bit more in in depth on the top scenarios, but I would say half of the sellers are not aware, so therefore, therefore they're not taking any actions to resolve them and get reimbursements.
- 2:34SPEAKER_01: The other 50% of the Amazon sellers, in a rough cut, um, they are aware and they kind of do something about it.
- 2:41SPEAKER_01: They might even use other providers, which are fair, they're good, but they don't know how much deep or how much more, what is the maximum level they can recover or get in reimbursement.
- 2:49SPEAKER_01: So, for example, if you take actions and you only and you owe$20,000 and all the actions you took, you only got back uh$5,000.
- 2:57SPEAKER_01: So you might still be owed$15,000, but you don't know that.
- 2:59SPEAKER_01: There's no data, no transparency.
- 3:01SPEAKER_01: So that's how we getita, we come into this uh world of Amazon sellers, understanding the dynamics.
- 3:06SPEAKER_01: And that's what we do events like this, you know, or go over the world and preach.
- 3:10SPEAKER_01: We actually educate sellers worldwide on how to do it themselves.
- 3:13SPEAKER_01: In other words, we give up the farm and say, hey, this is a problem.
- 3:16SPEAKER_01: This how you address it, this is how you do it.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: Go do.
- 3:18SPEAKER_01: We encourage you.
- 3:19SPEAKER_01: And by educating the sellers, we're actually fulfilling our mission, helping them maximize the every reimbursement that they're eligible to receive.
- 3:26SPEAKER_01: Uh, needless to say, that once they're in it, they see the complexity, the how time consuming it is, and what they can do with their time that can be probably more beneficial for the business.
- 3:35SPEAKER_01: So a lot of them choose to partner with Getita.
- 3:37SPEAKER_01: There's clean it really kind of two ways to partner with Getita.
- 3:40SPEAKER_01: One option is just that we can come in and just do everything for you, we'll just resolve the whole thing.
- 3:44SPEAKER_01: So it's kind of set and forget it.
- 3:46SPEAKER_01: So, you know, plenty of sellers do that.
- 3:48SPEAKER_01: Or the other option is, which uh many sellers are not aware, is that you can customize.
- 3:52SPEAKER_01: In other words, you tell us, listen, all this stuff I'm already doing and I want to continue doing with my resources and my team or even with other providers, but all the rest of the stuff I'm not touching or addressing or recovering, uh, you know, if you can recover it, you know, I'm happy to give you that.
- 4:05SPEAKER_01: So that's what we do.
- 4:06SPEAKER_01: We come in and we kind of clean up.
- 4:07SPEAKER_01: We're like a backup, uh, you know, security for uh for these types of sellers.
- 4:11SPEAKER_01: So it doesn't have to be us or you, the seller, we can always be together if needed.
- 4:14SPEAKER_01: It really depends on the comfort level of the seller.
- 4:16SPEAKER_01: Some of them have the resources they want to do themselves.
- 4:18SPEAKER_01: We provide the content.
- 4:19SPEAKER_01: You want to want us to do everything?
- 4:21SPEAKER_01: Definitely we could do everything.
- 4:22SPEAKER_01: You want us to do something, we could do that as well.
- 4:24SPEAKER_01: Um, so that's kind of a nutshell how we kind of look with our eyes, uh, the perspective of uh of this uh you know industry and in market and our in our mission.
- 4:32SPEAKER_01: But and if we're gonna get more tactical or granular, for anybody who hasn't heard of this before, I'm gonna touch on the main instances of what the issue is all about.
- 4:41SPEAKER_01: But even if you have, I think it's always a good refresher to kind of understand a bit more.
- 4:44SPEAKER_01: So yeah, um, so you know, when he's selling on Amazon, logistically speaking, there are two options, right?
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: Uh there are two options.
- 4:50SPEAKER_01: One of them is FBM, fulfilled by merchant, which means when the orders come in from the marketplace, you know, you can pick and pack the order and ship it directly to the customer or to the consumer, you, the seller.
- 5:00SPEAKER_01: The other option is what they call FBA, fulfilled by Amazon, where you send in bulk all your inventory to Amazon's fulfillment centers.
- 5:06SPEAKER_01: So let's say, Will, you shipped a thousand units to Amazon's fulfillment centers, and Amazon, instead of uh um uh receiving 1,000 units, let's say they only receive 990 units.
- 5:15SPEAKER_01: So 10 units are missing.
- 5:17SPEAKER_01: So it's the responsibility or and the onus is actually on the seller to reconcile for that, right?
- 5:22SPEAKER_01: And that's just the entry level that most sellers can relate to and understand.
- 5:26SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I shipped you X amount of units, I want to make sure you got them, right?
- 5:28SPEAKER_01: That's you know, kind of basic uh, you know, retail and logistics when you you know buy and sell, move things.
- 5:34SPEAKER_01: So um, when that happens, uh uh, you know, we can start, we can know the like Katira is a solution.
- 5:39SPEAKER_01: We can come in, obviously find that discrepancy of missing 10 units, then we can take actions on behalf of the sellers.
- 5:44SPEAKER_01: We can open a case with Amazon, provide documentation as required and needed.
- 5:48SPEAKER_01: It could be invoices, it could be proof of purchases, it could be uh proof of deliveries.
- 5:51SPEAKER_01: Uh, we can basically shore up all these documents, present them to Amazon, do all the back and forth until there's a resolution.
- 5:58SPEAKER_01: For example, if Amazon finds the missing 10 units, that's great.
- 6:01SPEAKER_01: Now the seller can sell those units, monetize them, and make money, and no harm done, and everybody's good to go.
- 6:06SPEAKER_01: But in case the Amazon doesn't find those missing units, uh, there is an insurance policy that they provide to the sellers and they say, okay, whoops, they're missing.
- 6:13SPEAKER_01: You know, if I'm inbound, we take responsibility.
- 6:15SPEAKER_01: And under the responsibility, they provide sellers with the reimbursement.
- 6:19SPEAKER_01: Okay, so uh and if they provide a reimbursement, that's good.
- 6:22SPEAKER_01: Uh only if they actually do provide a reimbursement, only then we actually charge a fee.
- 6:26SPEAKER_01: So just like that, it's free to join Getita, it's free to stay with Getita, there's no subscription, you can cancel anytime.
- 6:31SPEAKER_01: So it's very comfortable.
- 6:32SPEAKER_01: Yeah, but uh, I want to keep diving into the instances.
- 6:35SPEAKER_01: So when you send inventory to Amazon, you know, this is the what we call inbound shipment, just the receiving, that's very basic, very intuitive.
- 6:41SPEAKER_01: But now it becomes a bit more complex or more advanced.
- 6:44SPEAKER_01: Once the inventory, FBA inventory units are inside Amazon's fulfillment centers, they're inside, right?
- 6:50SPEAKER_01: They're already kind of in the bins.
- 6:51SPEAKER_01: All of a sudden, these units can get lost, they can get damaged, they could get destroyed, they get disposed or disappeared, or whatever.
- 6:58SPEAKER_01: All these instances happen all of a sudden.
- 7:01SPEAKER_01: That's inside the warehouse, but also the same kind of elements can happen between the warehouses because sometimes Amazon might shift and move your products around the country.
- 7:08SPEAKER_01: It might shift it from New Jersey to North Carolina, where Wool is, or to California, right?
- 7:13SPEAKER_01: To get that uh prime shipping one day, one or two-day prime shipping for the consumers out there.
- 7:17SPEAKER_01: So they're gonna reallocate and spread out your inventory across the country.
- 7:21SPEAKER_01: And if that happens, once again, these types of discrepancies can happen.
- 7:24SPEAKER_01: Units can get lost, damaged, destroyed, disposed, all these things.
- 7:27SPEAKER_01: And also from the fulfillment centers to the consumers, to the customers.
- 7:31SPEAKER_01: Not all the orders are fulfilled perfectly.
- 7:33SPEAKER_01: Some orders don't make it, right?
- 7:34SPEAKER_01: Uh there's there's uh fallout stories.
- 7:36SPEAKER_01: So uh from the fulfillment centers to the consumers, issues happen, from the consumers back to Amazon with all the customer return and refunds, all these things that sellers don't really uh typically enjoy, they're kind of margin godlers, but definitely there's discrepancies there.
- 7:48SPEAKER_01: They don't always end up well.
- 7:50SPEAKER_01: And the last kind of a chain in this component will be from the fulfillment centers back to the seller.
- 7:56SPEAKER_01: If you do a removal order, if you decide to remove all your inventory from uh uh FBA from Amazon fulfillment centers, you can remove it.
- 8:02SPEAKER_01: And once again, issues can happen there.
- 8:04SPEAKER_01: So, in a nutshell, just to simplify and give the overview and finalize it, you know, Getitas technology comes in all these friction points, all these logistics friction points, and constantly monitors what's going on.
- 8:13SPEAKER_01: And once we find the discrepancy and clear data that it needs to be resolved, we pinpoint that and provide that information and data to Amazon, and we can discuss all the back and forth.
- 8:23SPEAKER_01: And typically, it ends up with the reimbursement because the accuracy level that we work is pretty, pretty tight and high.
- 8:29SPEAKER_01: Uh, so we don't want to bother Amazon for no reason.
- 8:31SPEAKER_01: So once we do file a case, uh nine times out of ten, we'll get reimbursed.
- 8:34SPEAKER_01: That's kind of the level of focus and um effectiveness that we have.
- 8:39SPEAKER_01: Beautiful.
- 8:40SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and uh yeah, that hopefully if you had never heard of this before, you have.
- 8:44SPEAKER_01: Now it gives you a better perspective of the dynamics, what it means.
- 8:47SPEAKER_01: I will add this though, just so uh sellers can understand what is the potential for them.
- 8:52SPEAKER_01: Like, okay, you told me all this stuff, but what's in it for me, right?
- 8:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, some people or sellers might be thinking of that.
- 8:57SPEAKER_01: So here's some simple statistics for you to consider.
- 9:00SPEAKER_01: You know, we discovered that uh that on an annual basis, the discrepancy rate on Amazon can range between one to three percent from revenue.
- 9:09SPEAKER_01: So, for example, yeah.
- 9:10SPEAKER_01: So, for example, if you're seven figures, you're doing a million dollars a year in FBA revenue, that's that could be ten to thirty thousand dollars a year that needs to be addressed, need to be properly reconciled, all these discrepancies.
- 9:19SPEAKER_01: Uh and as you grow, on and on it goes.
- 9:22SPEAKER_01: If you do 10 million, that's 100 grand to 300 grand.
- 9:24SPEAKER_01: If you do 100 million, it's one to three million a year.
- 9:26SPEAKER_01: So um, another way to look at it is that for every 100 units the seller ship to Amazon to the fulfillment centers, between one to three units is going to experience all these discrepancies throughout its life cycle with Amazon fulfillment centers.
- 9:38SPEAKER_01: So that's what's in it for you.
- 9:40SPEAKER_01: So right now, if you're recovering half of a percent or one of 1% from your revenue, but you're actually entitled for two or three percent, that is the missing delta that I'm talking about, that Getira could be that partner that you can use to recover uh, you know, any missing elements and get to that maximum level, maximum impact.
- 9:56SPEAKER_01: And and the reason we're so passionate about helping Amazon sellers get the maximum reimbursements, it's actually uh uh uh with a very deep understanding of a few things.
- 10:05SPEAKER_01: But the main thing is that if the sellers don't get the maximum reimbursements that they're eligible to receive, they lose two things.
- 10:13SPEAKER_01: The first thing they lose is uh uh the cost of goods, right?
- 10:17SPEAKER_01: The investment they made into the inventory, right?
- 10:19SPEAKER_01: But the second thing they lose, which is very interesting, is uh is actually uh the the profit.
- 10:24SPEAKER_01: And why?
- 10:25SPEAKER_01: Because when Amazon pays a reimbursement, they're actually doing something really nice for the sellers.
- 10:29SPEAKER_01: They're not paying you the cost value, they're paying you the retail value.
- 10:33SPEAKER_01: So if your cost is$2 to source the product and you want to sell on Amazon for$30, they're paying you$30.
- 10:39SPEAKER_01: So we're very passionate about our mission to make sure that they maximize the reimbursement because we're able to turn a double negative to a double positive.
- 10:46SPEAKER_01: They're be able to get all their money they invested into the inventory plus all this profit.
- 10:50SPEAKER_01: And what we do encourage them to do with all this money that we recover, all these funds that we recover that were not expected to be recovered, A, it goes into the bottom line.
- 10:58SPEAKER_01: So it really helps with boosting profitability because we're able to, don't forget, excuse me, we're able to go back 18 months on all the data.
- 11:04SPEAKER_01: So anybody that connects to Getita, we're gonna be able to go back 18 months on all these transactions, reconcile them and flush you with all this cash you never imagined that's even available.
- 11:12SPEAKER_01: And all this cash is gonna go straight into your bottom line profit.
- 11:15SPEAKER_01: So it's gonna improve your profit and loss, your PL um statement.
- 11:20SPEAKER_01: And all this added cash, what we highly encourage the sales to do is reinvest it into the business.
- 11:24SPEAKER_01: So you know we recover 10,000, 100,000, whatever it is, take that money and use it for PPC, for advertising, drive more traffic.
- 11:31SPEAKER_01: Because if you drive more traffic, what's gonna happen?
- 11:33SPEAKER_01: You get more sales, right?
- 11:34SPEAKER_01: You get conversion, you get sales, revenue, right?
- 11:37SPEAKER_01: More profit, and then we can reconcile some of that transaction, bring you on again once again, that one to three percent back, and you're on the right flywheel going up instead of going down.
- 11:45SPEAKER_01: Yeah, because the sellers who are smart and they are good with capital allocation, so they really invest smart in all the resources and capital that's available for their business and and with really clear, simple intentions of growing it and and maximizing the reimburses, one of those components, they're flying up.
- 12:01SPEAKER_01: Well, while other Amazon sellers who are not aware of it, not educated about it, they think they got it covered, but they don't really got it covered, they're kind of losing out, missing out.
- 12:08SPEAKER_01: And over time, they might not kind of um you know stay successful on this terrain because one thing's for sure, you can vouch for this who will.
- 12:14SPEAKER_01: It's a hyper competitive industry, terrain, whatever you want to call it.
- 12:19SPEAKER_01: So um, that's kind of how we look at it um philosophically, spiritually, but mostly uh financially.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 12:26SPEAKER_00: They mentioned that.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: It's all about the financials, and you're absolutely right.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: There's so much money floating around that if somebody isn't monitoring uh these aspects of your listing of your catalog, and you went into such detail.
- 12:38SPEAKER_00: So obviously, some of the biggest ways that sellers are losing profitability is that they're not monitoring this stuff.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: Products are not getting checked in, they're getting damaged.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: Does Getita do anything when Amazon changes the dimensions of my products?
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: And are you guys able to get reimbursements based on that?
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: Right.
- 12:56SPEAKER_01: So most of the examples that I gave were pretty much uh kind of logistics or you know, or inventory-related uh discrepancies when they something happens with the inventory.
- 13:05SPEAKER_01: Here, what's interesting, you shifted into a financial discrepancy, which means Amazon is financially overcharging the sellers based on FBA components uh uh because they have incorrect data.
- 13:15SPEAKER_01: So I'll give an example.
- 13:17SPEAKER_01: So let's say your product is a phone cover, right?
- 13:19SPEAKER_01: It's very popular.
- 13:20SPEAKER_01: You got everybody loves the iPhone phone covers.
- 13:21SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you can choose your color.
- 13:23SPEAKER_01: Which which which one is your favorite color?
- 13:25SPEAKER_01: Oh, green.
- 13:26SPEAKER_01: Green, okay.
- 13:27SPEAKER_01: So you have a green phone cover, you know, it's uh kind of silicon made.
- 13:30SPEAKER_01: It's only like let's say six inches long and uh six ounces in weight.
- 13:34SPEAKER_01: So because of these winning dimensions, Amazon is supposed to charge in fulfillment fees.
- 13:38SPEAKER_01: The fulfillment fees actually when they pick the unit from the bin, they package it in a box and they ship it out, they they pick and pack it or they fulfill it, they charge a fee for that.
- 13:45SPEAKER_01: And that fee is based on the win and dimensions.
- 13:47SPEAKER_01: So if your winning dimensions are six ounces, six inches, they might, you know, they're supposed to only charge you four dollars per unit every every time you sold a unit.
- 13:55SPEAKER_01: But the problem is in their system and their data set, they think this phone cover is the size of a baseball bat, which could be 70 inches and a few pounds.
- 14:03SPEAKER_01: So instead of charging you four dollars per unit, they're incorrectly overcharging you ten dollars per unit to fulfill it every time you sold a unit.
- 14:11SPEAKER_01: You sold 10,000 units, that's sixty thousand dollars of financial overcharges based on incorrect data.
- 14:17SPEAKER_01: So this is a more sophisticated, complex type of uh you know, audit and discrepancy that we do cover.
- 14:23SPEAKER_01: So I just want to reiterate that when you join Getita, you actually join our platform.
- 14:27SPEAKER_01: We have a platform where you can, you know, uh in a user dashboard where you can log in at any time and you give visibility in real time to what we're doing.
- 14:33SPEAKER_01: You can see all the cases that we're opening, what's the status of each case, uh, you know, cases that are pending, cases that got paid, all you know, you can see historically what we got you in the past 30 days, 60 days, 90 days, and so forth.
- 14:43SPEAKER_01: So you get a bird's view on what's going on.
- 14:45SPEAKER_01: We actually won the the gold award from the American Business Award for this dashboard technology because thank you.
- 14:51SPEAKER_01: Yeah, so uh the reason we won it actually, or the reason it's so innovative, we take it for granted.
- 14:56SPEAKER_01: But the reality is that behind the scenes is a whole army working on behalf of our users and our sellers, a whole army.
- 15:01SPEAKER_01: There's 240 employees in 12 countries, but all that work is translated in real time to a cohesive dashboard.
- 15:07SPEAKER_01: So you log in, you can see real time what's going on.
- 15:09SPEAKER_01: That's what we want, you know, the Golden Award for the innovation, because nobody has done it before in this kind of niche.
- 15:14SPEAKER_01: In any case, that's you know something you get when you log into the dashboard.
- 15:17SPEAKER_01: But another there we have uh kind of two features, but I'm gonna mention just one of them now.
- 15:21SPEAKER_01: We have a feature in the dashboard called pick and pack.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 15:24SPEAKER_01: That if you you know uh go and visit the dashboard and you will visit that feature and you opt into it, we're gonna get you additional layers of reimbursements.
- 15:32SPEAKER_01: In this case, the the fulfillment overcharges.
- 15:35SPEAKER_01: So in the pick and pack module in our dashboard, you'll be you're gonna be able for each ASIN that you have in your catalog to add or provide us the correct weight and dimensions that you have on records.
- 15:46SPEAKER_01: This one, once you have the data, we're gonna be able to run the audit and see if Amazon is potentially overcharging you with those fees or not.
- 15:52SPEAKER_01: And if you have a small catalog, you can do manually.
- 15:54SPEAKER_01: If you have uh, you know, one by one, if let's say you only have 10 ASINs, but if you have a large catalog with a catalog with dozens or hundreds or thousands of ACNs, we do you can do it in bulk.
- 16:03SPEAKER_01: You can just download, you know, the template that we have and add all the weighted dimensions for each ASIN and then upload in bulk into the system and to the platform.
- 16:10SPEAKER_01: And once we have all that data, we clutch it, we run the calculations, and if we find that Amazon is overcharging you with fulfillment fees, we have a mission or objective to do two things.
- 16:21SPEAKER_01: The first thing is to fix it.
- 16:23SPEAKER_01: So going forward, Amazon stops the overcharges.
- 16:25SPEAKER_01: Rest if the supports are supposed to charge you$4, but they're charging you with$10, we fix it.
- 16:30SPEAKER_01: So from that point out, they're only charge you$4.
- 16:32SPEAKER_01: So you save six dollars per unit every time you sell one, and that's a great added value.
- 16:36SPEAKER_01: We don't charge any fees for that.
- 16:37SPEAKER_01: Okay, this is just really to stop the bleeding.
- 16:40SPEAKER_01: And then for this specific claim, um, it's limited to only 90 days, three months of recovery.
- 16:45SPEAKER_01: So we're gonna go back 90 days, and all these overcharges are we gonna get for you.
- 16:48SPEAKER_01: Okay, so that's what's important to have a right partner for IB auditing and reimbursement.
- 16:52SPEAKER_01: So once you have the data, we're able to constantly monitor it in real time.
- 16:56SPEAKER_01: So anytime they change it, in real time, we catch it.
- 16:58SPEAKER_01: Because if you're you know you're a seller, you're a smart seller, advanced seller, and you actually say, Hey, I also do it.
- 17:03SPEAKER_01: But the problem is you and your team and your resources, you only check once a year, you might put yourself a little bit of a of a pickle because let's say throughout the whole year, Amazon financially overcharged you$100,000 and incorrect fulfillment fees.
- 17:16SPEAKER_01: And in the past 90 days, they only overcharge you$30,000.
- 17:20SPEAKER_01: You're only gonna get that$30,000.
- 17:21SPEAKER_01: The other$70,000, you're not gonna be able to get it because it expired.
- 17:24SPEAKER_01: You only have 90 days window to recover it.
- 17:27SPEAKER_01: That's why, once again, sellers and you know, they might think they have a setup, but they don't know the kind of the rules of the game.
- 17:32SPEAKER_01: And the fact that every claim type has its own eligibility and own expiration date.
- 17:37SPEAKER_01: That's why, you know, they can potentially miss out.
- 17:40SPEAKER_01: That's what we highly encourage.
- 17:41SPEAKER_01: You know, there's plenty of service providers out there with it be auditing reimbursement.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: Look into them.
- 17:45SPEAKER_01: We happen to be one of them, so happy to partner and you know, help anybody that it's needed.
- 17:49SPEAKER_01: But I do want to address for a moment kind of the main time frames of expiration for some of the claims.
- 17:54SPEAKER_01: One of them I just currently mentioned, which is a fulfillment fees audit, it's it's limited to 90 days.
- 17:58SPEAKER_01: Inbound shipping, when you ship your inventory to Amazon's fulfillment centers, in the United States, this claim is uh is only available for nine months.
- 18:06SPEAKER_01: You have nine months window from Amazon to reconcile and get reimbursed in the United States, in Canada and Mexico, in other words, North America.
- 18:13SPEAKER_01: Yeah, nevertheless, in the EU, including the United Kingdom, you only have six months for whatever reason, same type of issue, different time frames.
- 18:21SPEAKER_01: So it's also very important to know the different geographics, the regions that you're selling in.
- 18:26SPEAKER_01: You think, hey, I check every nine months uh for my US and my UK account, that's a problem because UK, you might already have expired issues.
- 18:34SPEAKER_01: So maybe you need to make sure that it's six months at the latest for UK and nine months at the latest for the US, right?
- 18:39SPEAKER_01: So that's another uh uh curveball that uh you know sellers need to kind of know.
- 18:44SPEAKER_01: And also kind of the rest of the claims out there or the rest of the discrepancy types, you know, inventory that gets lost, damage inside the warehouse, between the warehouses, customer return issues, removal issues, uh, and stuff like that.
- 18:54SPEAKER_01: You have up to 18 months window to check on those, which is nice, which is good.
- 18:58SPEAKER_01: Hopefully it will stay that way.
- 18:59SPEAKER_01: Over the years, I can tell you that all the claim types and the OG days, the original gangster's day, and I didn't mention mentioned the word gangster in the beginning of this interview.
- 19:08SPEAKER_01: Um, kind of most of the claims were really uh up to 18 months, including the fulfillment fees, including the inbound, they're all like 18 months.
- 19:14SPEAKER_01: But over the years, we see that Amazon is just narrowing down the window of time frame allowed to handle those, which makes it more complex for sellers, more demanding, whatever, and therefore you see more solutions.
- 19:26SPEAKER_01: I mean, you know, when we started uh Getito back in 2015, there's only a handful of solutions.
- 19:31SPEAKER_01: Today there's lots, which is great.
- 19:33SPEAKER_01: Uh, but it shows you because over time, the whole, not just on the reimbursement side or the auditing, the whole industry is really professionalizing.
- 19:39SPEAKER_01: You know, what advertising today is on Amazon is definitely what not what it was a year ago, five years ago, or or longer, because it just gets more advanced, more sophisticated, more intricate.
- 19:48SPEAKER_01: This is your uh master of domain.
- 19:50SPEAKER_01: Um, but in the same kind of vein, it also happens on the FB auditing and reimbursement side.
- 19:54SPEAKER_01: Things constantly change and modify and stuff like that.
- 19:57SPEAKER_01: Actually, for your question, you know, because we do track and monitor the fulfillment fees, every time, you know, another curveball is that Amazon, you know, once or twice a year, they constantly change it.
- 20:07SPEAKER_01: They update the fees on the thresholds and say, you know, this is the tiers, this is the fees, or fee types amount.
- 20:12SPEAKER_01: So we constantly have to kind of update our calculations and algorithms.
- 20:15SPEAKER_01: So it's it's a resource.
- 20:17SPEAKER_01: You know, we we are constantly on the RD, research and development aspect of, you know, adjusting not just with this claim type, but all the other claim types.
- 20:24SPEAKER_01: So it's a whole world of its own, much like advertising, or much like sourcing, or much like, you know, like any other selling component that's needed on Amazon.
- 20:32SPEAKER_01: Uh, but the reality is that, you know, from the uh 120 things that the Amazon sells need to do, we're typically number uh land item number 79 that they might do and they eventually never do, uh, as opposed to sourcing and launching products and selling them, because that's the that's what that's what really moves the needle and creates a business.
- 20:49SPEAKER_01: We're one of those things that, you know, like this half of the sellers are not aware, or the ones that are wear that it's number 79 on the list, so they do some of it or none of it or whatever, but at least they know about it.
- 20:57SPEAKER_01: And that's how we kind of um put our little contribution into this industry on our little corner.
- 21:02SPEAKER_00: Just gonna show you operational efficiency is so paramount, but it's so uh overlooked because there's you know, advertising, you spend money, and there's lots of uh different components make it exciting.
- 21:13SPEAKER_00: There's nothing sexier than spreadsheets, I'm sure, to some people, but uh obviously uh it's a little harder to sell.
- 21:19SPEAKER_00: And I kind of want to illustrate the point and like go just a little.
- 21:22SPEAKER_00: So if I didn't use the software like you and I had to do this manually, it sounds like A, I'm introducing the human error so somebody can miss these things.
- 21:31SPEAKER_00: And it sounds like I have to go into the accounts and audit uh at least monthly, but fairly often, depending on the sales velocity of my account.
- 21:39SPEAKER_00: Now, if I'm a shop and I'm using uh Getita, for example, you guys are ready.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: Could you I guess could you talk to me a little bit about how you guys set up and how often your software is working in the background to get me back uh money if I'm uh if I'm selling on Amazon?
- 21:55SPEAKER_01: Yeah, definitely.
- 21:56SPEAKER_01: So you know, just uh you know a remind everybody it's free to join.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: free to stay.
- 22:00SPEAKER_01: So when you set up your Getita account, there's no cost associated with it whatsoever.
- 22:04SPEAKER_01: And once you do connect to a Getita, we're going to go back 18 months on all the transactions and kind of clean up.
- 22:09SPEAKER_01: And there's really kind of two phases.
- 22:11SPEAKER_01: The the phase one is really the first 90 days when we kind of go back 18 months and clean all the stuff from the oldest issue to the newest because we don't want issues to expire, right?
- 22:20SPEAKER_01: We discussed the expiration dates.
- 22:21SPEAKER_01: So we kind of clean up the account and then it can take up to 90 days for phase one.
- 22:25SPEAKER_01: And then it goes really to phase two where we're really we're running these audits daily to make sure that everything's in real time.
- 22:31SPEAKER_01: We're in good shape.
- 22:32SPEAKER_01: So it's really kind of as every 30 days because we we have a 30 day cycles where we actually close the month and then provide a a um a monthly statement to the user in case there were transactions that we reconciled and got paid for the seller.
- 22:45SPEAKER_01: Only then we kind of um send a send a statement of you know monthly summary to the sellers and it's also available on the dashboard.
- 22:51SPEAKER_01: And only then we charge a fee.
- 22:52SPEAKER_01: It could be that you know the first 90 days so let me take it back.
- 22:56SPEAKER_01: So the first 30 days you join Getita we got you you know$100 back and your fee we charge we only charge a fee based on recovery and we start from 25%.
- 23:03SPEAKER_01: So let's say we got you$100 we charge 25% which would be$25 that's in the first 30 days.
- 23:09SPEAKER_01: But then the next 30 days we got you zero dollars how much do you pay uh zero didn't give me anything back exactly exactly so it's very very comfortable it's purely performance based so only if we got you something only then we get rewarded so you know uh uh nevertheless we audit your account in real time all day every day it's nonstop so once you plug in it's plug and play we're on it uh unless you tell us listen you want to customize hey I want you to be 24-7 on these issues but not on those issues that's one thing or the other thing we can do is we can give a 90 day window 90 day window to the you to the Agatita I mean to the to the Amazon seller and that you know for their own team or even another provider to take care of any actions that they can.
- 23:51SPEAKER_01: So they have a window of 90 days to take care of all these reimbursements that they know of that they can and any issue any discrepancy that becomes 90 days old uh 90 days uh uh old and and more only then we step in to be the backup in other words hopefully only if it's 90 days plus one we come in and we recover those because it means that the user I mean the seller or another provider tried 90 times to clean up and they fail 90 times.
- 24:16SPEAKER_01: So we can come in the 90 first uh time and say hey we got it because they failed or they they couldn't see it or couldn't find it.
- 24:23SPEAKER_01: So we come in as the backup and we clean up.
- 24:25SPEAKER_01: So it really depends on your setup.
- 24:27SPEAKER_01: Overwhelm majority of the sellers just let us kind of do it.
- 24:29SPEAKER_01: They set it and forget it so they can really focus on their thing.
- 24:32SPEAKER_01: But obviously some of the sellers are more advanced they do have resources allocated or whatever and that's why they do the customization.
- 24:37SPEAKER_01: But the idea is really real time 247 this is all we do this is all we know to do.
- 24:42SPEAKER_01: I often laugh about this you want to talk to us about sports we don't know anything.
- 24:46SPEAKER_01: You want to talk about reimbursements we can talk all day and really that's kind of our only uh thing that we do we don't do advertising we don't do uh finance anything like that we're very passionate on solving this issue on a global level to Amazon sellers and you know if I can share a little bit about uh you know the evolution of Getita yeah so getita was actually born from our experience as Amazon sellers I didn't wake up in the morning say hey Getita what a great business idea or business plan it wasn't the case what happened was that over a decade ago we started selling products online when I say we I mean myself and my co-founder uh Max Boren so we're in business for over a decade now and more than a decade ago when we started selling online we had our website we had we were selling on eBay but then in 2013 we started selling on Amazon and all of a sudden the business grew from really quickly on Amazon from zero to like 20 million then to 100 million and what happened was you know in order to reconcile all these uh transactions we're not able to use spreadsheets anymore they're simply breaking because it was too much data too much data yeah too much data so that kind of pushed us to do two things the first thing was to uh set up technology to audit all these transactions at scale or commercial scale let's put it this way and the second thing was to set up a dedicated team to just handle reimbursements they're the responsible for reimbursement because we realize once again one to three percent a year that's a lot of money when you're doing 100 million but that's because that's one to three million that you need to annually recover and that's material enough to for us to create technology a dedicated team to create a solution for ourselves and that's what we did.
- 26:12SPEAKER_01: So after we did that we kind of told our friends from the industry that we have these capabilities and they told us help us we'll pay you and that was the early genesis of Getita back in 2015.
- 26:22SPEAKER_01: So I think there's a phrase saying that um um necessity is the mother of invent something like that.
- 26:29SPEAKER_00: Yeah that's it on the nose.
- 26:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah yeah so they kind of said we need it you know help us with that that was why we quote unquote invented Getita and that started in 2015 and what happened was that over the years it just grew organically in our three to four years uh for first four years uh three the first uh three to four years it was just kind of growing organically from word of mouth because the value proposition was so compelling because it's free to join, free to stay.
- 26:51SPEAKER_01: We only you know get rewarded if we're successful.
- 26:54SPEAKER_01: So just grow organically and then after that what happened was we had kind of two successful businesses you know uh you know Getira as a solution uh but also the retail side and but but the thing was we're very getting much more passionate about helping sellers worldwide so we made a strategic decision to cash out of retail because what we achieved in retail we felt like you know we kind of peaked we can always go back to it if we ever needed nobody can take away what we know how to do it's like our diploma all the stuff we achieved.
- 27:18SPEAKER_01: Yeah but uh so yeah so 2019 we cashed out our retail and we took all of our profits focus motivation attention creativity into one place instead of dividing in two places and from from that point out we kind of took leadership on the niche I would say so today we're the largest organization in the world that is exclusively focused on this mission of maximizing FBM reimbursements for sellers worldwide we have a team of 200 plus employees in 12 countries yeah and yeah and that's kind of the the evolution of how we got here uh unexpectedly I would say but very passionately that's a heck of a story and then nothing like the market telling you there's a need then uh being able to reach that kind of scale and be able to pivot to uh full time just doing FBA reimbursement so that's pretty amazing.
- 28:00SPEAKER_01: Yeah it took a few years to to click but once it did um yeah it's it's it taught me a very interesting lesson about focus.
- 28:07SPEAKER_01: You know a lot of entrepreneurs that I see including in the e-commerce and Amazon space there's a sense of feeling especially with the micropreneurs that after they achieve uh success meaningful success I can do it all I'm Superman on all parts of the court I can be the goalkeeper I could be the scorer I could be the defender I could be the attacker yeah and that's true they're really good on the field but to scale it to scale properly uh first of all you know you only one field at a time instead of like having you cannot play in seven field yourself as a player especially in seven field at the same time you can try you can jump here and there every time but I'm not sure how the score will will act in your favor instead of focusing on one field and instead of playing all the roles build put your trust and and and investment into other talents that can come in um be part of that journey so they they can start you know filling the roles and you'll see that some of the roles actually can they can feel better than yourself and that's a really strong and good indicator.
- 29:02SPEAKER_01: In other words you're hiring and working with people who are smarter and more talented with yourself in the the domains that they're needed to you know they're needed to be and also you have this magical right where you're from a micropreneur they're trying to do everything all the time you can build great things and then you're really good in building teams and stuff like that then you can be um over the years you're part of a few businesses you know uh actively or more passively especially if you really understand business business structure and the the financial language you can some of that financial success you get selling on Amazon or being in e-commerce you can just build new things or just invest in things you understand in.
- 29:33SPEAKER_01: You can be in another brand you might be already able to yourself successfully build a brand and make millions that's great but then you can build more and more but there's also option to buy in or buy the whole thing and then operate or improve stuff like that.
- 29:45SPEAKER_01: So anybody listening watching this my lesson was that through experience and over time and really building things uh there's an opportunity to uh once again we're once we focus on one thing at a time retail and and and software or solution we grew into really uh you know large dimensions that was very important but now uh you know I'm also kind of an investor that opened up the world for me to invest in things that are really in standard because I played in them and not only it played I build them as well and roles in them that so it because an investment there's kind of two things there's smart money and stupid money.
- 30:14SPEAKER_01: Stupid money here's money go to work.
- 30:16SPEAKER_01: Yeah smart money is here's money but check this out this is what I did or this this is what I know how to do or this this is somebody I can introduce you to that smart money that they've been there to build those kind of dimensions and they can help you.
- 30:26SPEAKER_01: So I'm I'm going a little uh straight out of um out of the FB auditing and reimbursement world but this world kind of enabled me other worlds so I didn't want to I did want to mention that for a moment.
- 30:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah beautiful it opens up too and I appreciate you sharing that it sounds like uh you know part of what you do too is build culture and team and I'm wondering at what point in that world was it too big for Yanni to play on seven fields where you started hiring these people that are just way smarter than you um obviously high bar set Yanni no no definitely not especially when it comes to uh programming and coding I so the reality was that I was doing all this stuff manually and I like I told you things were just breaking and I you know when I did get my degree I did took visual basics and coding but I sucked at it big time.
- 31:10SPEAKER_01: I passed it barely so I couldn't do it.
- 31:13SPEAKER_01: So I I gathered some talent around me and said hey this what I do manually all this stuff and it's breaking I can't can you help me program this you know automate some of it all of it and so it really started day one because I needed it there's no other option.
- 31:26SPEAKER_01: So yeah really day one and I I had to put my trust in them because it was that was their domain and they did it I come in and I test it and try it and you know if if whatever you know works great we want to make you know we can prove it over time.
- 31:39SPEAKER_01: Whatever's not we gotta okay reiterate and try.
- 31:42SPEAKER_00: So really for me on the Gatita side day one on the Amazon selling side that's uh that's uh if I go back uh into the past uh I I uh it took it took a while until I start hiring it was like six months or a year you know it was like me and Max so I always had a you know a partner so I'll I'll do admit that we we hustled a lot for like six months or year solo until we said okay we this is insane we we're working like 22 hours a day uh things are amazing they're fine but we're just gonna burn out so slowly but surely we started we never hired anybody before like that anything so we had to uh figure all out from from the basics and um yeah we figured out it was okay it was uh it was magical makes you hella business people sounds like you learn you learned on your brand some of it spilled over to the software side and now you guys are in a whole other world which is pretty exciting and uh I guess just to hammer it home because we we are a big uh Bellavic's the agency that uh that we work with we use Getita we consider ourselves a Gatita shop and you guys do really great work and one of the things I want to hit home is like we used to do a lot of this manually similar yourself but the UI is really impressive and one of the functions that you guys incorporated recently that we love is we essentially create a master sheet and master documents and you guys are able to do a lot of the leg lifting you know pretty much automatically um what what was kind of led you to kind of move in this direction and how how easy is it for me as a seller who might be new and a bit nervous to get started to get you all that information so you guys can be pretty automated.
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: Got it.
- 33:13SPEAKER_01: So it goes uh it touches a few points here which is interesting one thing is that the set in and forget emotion.
- 33:18SPEAKER_01: So once again you go into Getita I mentioned that we have two features one of them is pick and pack the other one is what you exactly mentioned is what we call inbound shipment module or feature.
- 33:27SPEAKER_01: And the reason we have it is uh once again my favorite subject of all times is history.
- 33:31SPEAKER_01: Yeah the reason is history so historically when you shipped uh you know your inventory to Amazon and you need to reconcile it so let's say you you know shipped a thousand units and they only got 990 you used to be able to just go to sell it sell essential find the shipment and then choose the option please investigate and if if they cannot find it you get reimbursed that was the case until 2019.
- 33:52SPEAKER_01: Okay yes 2019 I believe yeah okay yeah so 2019 then 2019 Amazon said okay we can still investigate but in order for us to investigate we want you to send us documentation paperwork and we saw that sellers were really struggling with this paperwork it's you know um so it's you know they said send us uh what they call proof of ownership yeah so proof of ownership there's really kind of two types one type which is the immediate suspect is invoice right your invoice so also sells invoice what what the invoice what I don't know so where do I get invoice yeah even if they do oh Alibaba uh uh the manufacturing China it's not invoice I did manufacturing it was very confusing that's one thing second thing is so and um the second option is actually I do want to really take a moment to educate here anybody watching or listening because very important if you are doing it yourself and you're you're familiar with the the the the the the fact that you need to send um paperwork and proof of ownership and you are a brand owner with brand registry on Amazon and you're providing invoices this is the moment I tell you you don't have to you can stop instead of an invoice and disclosing your supplier to Amazon you don't need to do that instead of it you're eligible to provide Amazon a packing slip instead of an invoice.
- 35:05SPEAKER_01: Once again if you have your own brand with brand registry if you're just a reseller or arbitrary seller or whatever seller that it's not your brand you're gonna have to provide invoices and that's fine.
- 35:14SPEAKER_01: But if you're brand owner and brand and you have brand registry you can give you can provide a pack and slip and basically that's with the packing slip it's basically a simple document where in other words we can call it a declaration of ownership.
- 35:27SPEAKER_01: It says okay this is who I am my business my company this is the shipment information this is what I ship and I sign off that I shipped it.
- 35:34SPEAKER_01: That's a packing slip and Amazon's okay with it if you're the brand owner if you have brand registry.
- 35:38SPEAKER_01: So when you use Getita you're able to go to the inbound shipment module and over there we have a feature called Docmaster which we have a patent on because you know we realize that the sellers they can sell us they can send us an invoice or a packing slip and so we created uh a module where they can actually they can set up a uh a template with their company information and and and set up uh you know uh the the information and then it's saved in our system and then they can upgrade free of charge to what we call Doc Master Pro once they get free of charge and from that point on regenate all the documents for them.
- 36:12SPEAKER_01: So in other words it become a set and a forget emotion.
- 36:14SPEAKER_01: So instead of you know if you have 600 shipments to reconcile and you need 600 PDF files, 600 invoices no, you don't because that will take you weeks months never that's what sellers can't keep up instead of that you go to Getita you go to getita dashboard in based shipment module you go to Docmaster you opt in it's free of charge and from that point out we're gonna if if it's 600 shipments you got to reconcile and you don't need to provide 600 documents we're gonna shore up all these documents on your behalves and not only that we're gonna save you all this time and labor because often the sellers put all this time to try to shore up the documents and the documents that provide Amazon are not accurate or incorrect or Amazon cannot even understand.
- 36:50SPEAKER_01: So they put all this labor in all this time in but then we'll get all the reimbursement out here we're shifting the whole narrative you put zero labor into it so you save a lot of time so hopefully with that time you can generate more sales and do something and things that are actually more productive.
- 37:04SPEAKER_01: And we're gonna maximize all the reimbursement because we're gonna give them the exact documents that they need, they can understand.
- 37:08SPEAKER_01: So we can make the whole process very turnkey simple and efficient so you get the maximum reimbursements take those funds and reallocate them back into the Amazon business.
- 37:16SPEAKER_01: You know you can source under another product launch another product have more money for uh advertising all these things you need to do to uh you know you know fuel the business so in a nutshell that's kind of the inbound shipment document handling solution that we have internally within the Gatita platform.
- 37:30SPEAKER_00: Beautiful do you have any other new features or updates coming out in the near future that's going to make your platform even better than it already is?
- 37:38SPEAKER_01: Yeah so what we this is right now this is a temporary name we call it kind of shipping manager uh platform where you know especially for uh the resellers yeah I think they're a little bit underserved because we focus uh because yeah what we see over the years that a lot of the momentum shifted towards the private label and the brand owners I think right now 70% of the third party Amazon sellers are brand owners and that's pretty much the kind of you the the profile that we have with our user base.
- 38:00SPEAKER_01: So we put a lot of effort to helping them with this document handling situation like I just mentioned.
- 38:05SPEAKER_01: And uh the the resellers that need to kind of provide the invoices we're gonna have new features for them to simplify the process so they can pinpoint understand really which ASIN they need to hone in on from the whole invoice stuff like that so they can get more um um deliberate on that uh so yeah it's gonna be more robust and more uh trans you know more transparent uh hopefully we have more uh in the future we're gonna roll out more um data visibility uh more also more reporting analytics in the narrow you know niche of AP auditing and reimbursements and maximism in and and maximizing them but also maybe preventing some of them some general statistics we did have that in the past but now we're kind of reshaping it towards the future because Amazon has once again shifted and changed.
- 38:42SPEAKER_01: But yeah uh um but I would say this most of the stuff we you know uh most of the experience that Getita users have uh it's not externally on the visuals or the bells and whistles of the dashboard it's more internal on the fact that we are committed to maximum recovery at all fronts so you know you can trust that if you partner with Getita we're gonna get you to that maximum level of recovery that you're eligible to receive uh because behind the you know the scenes are under the hood things are constantly moving and changing and adapting we're on it we're on it because it's very hard for the sales to be on it it's nearly impossible honestly to constantly keep up with all the regulation of each claim type it's it's they're reporting actually Amazon changed the API in the past year last year 2023 in March after 20 plus years Amazon shifted they changed the whole API nice they retired it and shifting to what they call SP API changed the whole world again.
- 39:32SPEAKER_01: So you know not just for us for all the software providers so once again this is a hyperdynamic industry and uh and a lot of the magic is under the hood uh and it's all geared in you know towards um maximum recovery that's our focus that's our commitment you know uh since 2015 that's what we kind of uh plan to stay and be on the user platform side once there's needs and necessity especially when we're here for you you guys the seller you tell us I wish you had this I wish you had that that's when we wake up like I said you know necessity I need this I need that necessity is the mother invent that's when we start kind of inventing it um and creating these innovations and some of them are patented like Docmaster is actually a patented technology never been done before in uh the tech world for for these needs and issues and yeah happy to you know help anybody that needs uh you know help with the reimbursement on beyond you know I'm just a friendly guy you can always find me in uh social media I'm pretty active on LinkedIn and Facebook in particular I go to lots of conferences I would say 25 to 30 percent of my time is traveling uh conferences around the world engaging with the sellers and you know uh learning from them sharing with them stuff that I hear from current sellers or from my past experience uh you know uh Amazon and e commerce where is where I made my wealth and um very passionate about uh helping others make their wealth hopefully uh and just you know staying in that uh uh terrain for for many years to come and uh honestly also uh much appreciated uh uh we much appreciate the the Belovic's partnership we have for a few good years I do want to plug in our show Prime Talk the podcast because Will was a guest on the show and he has a fascinating episode being in Navy and serving in the country and now serving comment yeah yeah and serving uh you know uh you know uh leading uh brands especially on the beauty side with Bellovic so definitely a fascinating story I recommend you guys to check out Will's episode and uh we do actually have a nice humble offer for Belovix followers if if you want me to mention I can mention mention it where we're on okay so not only that it's free to join Getita and it's free to stay the low subscription we actually have a$400 offer for Belovix uh followers so you can just visit getita.com forward slash Bellovix and the first$400 that we're gonna get for you in Amazon refunds and reimbursements will be free.
- 41:36SPEAKER_01: We're not gonna charge you a penny and that's a guarantee you're gonna have 400 bucks extra in your pocket just from trying this out and after we get you$400 if you want to leave us you can leave if you want to stay you can stay whatever you decide to do that's fine.
- 41:46SPEAKER_01: But that's something that you can you know uh look forward to it's something that you can really build on kind of thing.
- 41:51SPEAKER_01: So hopefully that's helpful.
- 41:52SPEAKER_00: Beautiful very helpful on that note Yanni thanks so much for taking the time and being part of this uh episode uh we learned so much about FBA reimbursements the nature of uh that being a seller and then Getita how you guys play in and really make the lives of sellers a lot easier so thanks so much for joining and have a wonderful rest of your day thank you so much guys good luck cheers
