- 0:19Speaker 2: Welcome back to Freaky Friday.
- 0:22Speaker 1: Oh my goodness.
- 0:23Speaker 3: We love a good Freaky Friday episode. It means it's Friday,
- 0:26Speaker 3: It's the end of the week. You can let your
- 0:27Speaker 3: hair down. And let's talk about some freaky stories that
- 0:30Speaker 3: our anonymous sbmissioners have put in. And sometimes it gets
- 0:34Speaker 3: a little weird in here.
- 0:35Speaker 1: A little weird, a little movly, mysterious, scary, scary, haunting.
- 0:40Speaker 3: All the weak love the variety. But as she take
- 0:43Speaker 3: it away, we've got a good story for you today.
- 0:44Speaker 1: Let's go Okay. During the height of the pandemic, when
- 0:47Speaker 1: everyone here in the US started spending more time outdoors,
- 0:50Speaker 1: I wanted to purchase a bike. At the time, every
- 0:53Speaker 1: bike shop had sold out of their equipment, and some
- 0:55Speaker 1: shops want a wait list for two plus years. I
- 0:58Speaker 1: continued to search and randomly found a bike shop near
- 1:00Speaker 1: me on Google. I drove over and when I arrived
- 1:03Speaker 1: there was a funny looking man outside whereoking on a
- 1:05Speaker 1: bike out of his truck. The man who was fixing
- 1:07Speaker 1: the bike greeted me and told me his name was Scotty.
- 1:10Speaker 1: I told Scotty that I needed a bike, and he
- 1:12Speaker 1: led me in this shop to see his inventory. His
- 1:14Speaker 1: bike shop was a nightmare. There must have been a
- 1:17Speaker 1: hundred bikes all stacked on each other, along with plenty
- 1:19Speaker 1: of other dusty memorabilia from the nineteen fifties all around
- 1:24Speaker 1: the shop. The shop had a weird energy about it,
- 1:27Speaker 1: so much that within five minutes I could tell that
- 1:29Speaker 1: his inventory was not what I was looking for, and
- 1:31Speaker 1: I tried to end the interaction and be on my way.
- 1:34Speaker 1: Scotty was one of those people who is a talker,
- 1:36Speaker 1: and at this time in my life, I was on
- 1:38Speaker 1: his forthcoming with removing myself from uncomfortable situations. I continued
- 1:42Speaker 1: to chat with him as he described himself and told
- 1:44Speaker 1: me personal stories about his family, his personal life, etc.
- 1:47Speaker 1: For what felt like twenty more minutes. I was beginning
- 1:51Speaker 1: to step towards my car to leave. Before I could,
- 1:53Speaker 1: Scotty stopped me and asked if it was okay that
- 1:56Speaker 1: he was to tell me about myself. I was confused,
- 1:59Speaker 1: but said okay. He began by asking me to respond
- 2:02Speaker 1: yes or no if I work in the legal field.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I said yes, I do. Scotty then got more in
- 2:07Speaker 1: depth with some statements about work, all accurate, and then
- 2:10Speaker 1: started delving into my past and the way that I
- 2:12Speaker 1: grew up. Scotty made statements about how I never truly
- 2:15Speaker 1: fit into any clique growing up, but I could have
- 2:18Speaker 1: been the cheerleading captain. For example. He stated that I
- 2:21Speaker 1: have always felt like I never had friends or could
- 2:23Speaker 1: be a leader, but I've always had those qualities in me.
- 2:25Speaker 1: All very true, and this is something I've had to
- 2:27Speaker 1: work on in therapy. Scotty said he was seeing the
- 2:30Speaker 1: number three, which he believed meant I have three siblings
- 2:33Speaker 1: or and one of three. I am one of three kids. Wow.
- 2:36Speaker 1: Scotty made mention of my family's relationship with my father.
- 2:40Speaker 1: Scotty said, your father is a type that loves to
- 2:43Speaker 1: be perceived well. He takes care of himself and impresses
- 2:46Speaker 1: people that you have all the hardest time living with him.
- 2:49Speaker 1: He treats your mother terribly and has punished you in
- 2:51Speaker 1: all the cruel ways. I stood there shocked because again
- 2:54Speaker 1: this was accurate. Scotty then discussed my relationship with my
- 2:57Speaker 1: mother specifically, Scotty said to me, your mother tells you
- 3:00Speaker 1: that she loves you all the same, but deep down
- 3:03Speaker 1: she loves you the most because she sees them herself
- 3:05Speaker 1: in you. Growing up, my mum would always say that
- 3:08Speaker 1: to us so that we would never feel jealous of
- 3:10Speaker 1: each other. My maternal grandfather, before he passed, would always
- 3:13Speaker 1: tell me on the side that I was my mother's favorite.
- 3:15Speaker 1: So the statement of his hit a little too close
- 3:17Speaker 1: to home. All the statements, all questions perfectly matched up
- 3:21Speaker 1: past and present. I was both curious but semi freaked
- 3:24Speaker 1: out at the same time. I asked him how he
- 3:26Speaker 1: knew all of this, and Scotty basically said I wouldn't
- 3:29Speaker 1: believe him if he told me. I finally made it
- 3:31Speaker 1: to my car, and before I could leave, he handed
- 3:33Speaker 1: me his business card and told me to come back sometime.
- 3:35Speaker 1: I was so freaked out immediately, I drove home and
- 3:37Speaker 1: called my mum. That night, I read the Google reviews
- 3:39Speaker 1: for his business and saw that many other people had
- 3:41Speaker 1: similar interactions with him. To this day, I've never fully
- 3:44Speaker 1: shaken that experience and still wonder if Scotty was psychic
- 3:47Speaker 1: or just creepy guy. It was good at guessing. Wow,
- 3:50Speaker 1: that's wild, that's so interesting. He sounds fully psychic or
- 3:54Speaker 1: stalker yeah, I feel like, how would you know those things? Though?
- 3:58Speaker 1: If he stalked you, he would, but if he's had
- 4:00Speaker 1: other interactions with other people would sound psychic.
- 4:02Speaker 3: That's where my head goes. He definitely goes into like, Wow,
- 4:05Speaker 3: he's definitely got like a bit of a sixth sense.
- 4:07Speaker 1: It's just the whole like scenario being in the bike
- 4:09Speaker 1: shop and it's creepy. He's got stuff from the nineteen
- 4:10Speaker 1: fifties and he's just like I'm picturing this like creepy
- 4:13Speaker 1: looking dude.
- 4:14Speaker 3: Yeah, it sounds straight out of like the beginning of
- 4:16Speaker 3: a horror story.
- 4:17Speaker 1: Literally, his next and the business card of the bike shop.
- 4:20Speaker 1: You can go back and buy a bike and we'll
- 4:22Speaker 1: go back and see him for him to like talk
- 4:24Speaker 1: to you more about your life.
- 4:25Speaker 3: By your future with him in it. I'm skidded.
- 4:29Speaker 1: He seems to talk about past more so not future.
- 4:32Speaker 1: That's wild an experience like that. No thing's about your.
- 4:36Speaker 3: Past without having gone to a clairvoyant.
- 4:38Speaker 1: No, yeah, yeah, I'm trying to think. I remember when
- 4:40Speaker 1: I worked a valuel years ago, I had a woman
- 4:43Speaker 1: come up to me and she said she was drawn
- 4:45Speaker 1: to me and she had a message to tell me.
- 4:47Speaker 1: But I can't remember what the message was, but it's creepy,
- 4:49Speaker 1: and she just like walked away. She like felt this
- 4:52Speaker 1: draw of energy to come into the shop and talk
- 4:53Speaker 1: to me. Wow. I can't remember exactly what it was,
- 4:56Speaker 1: but it was like a warning of something that was
- 4:57Speaker 1: going to happen.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Yeah, Wow, yeah, Yeah, I definitely haven't had an experience
- 5:01Speaker 3: like that. I more recently have had an experience where
- 5:04Speaker 3: I had met someone like a friend of a friend.
- 5:06Speaker 3: I don't know she It just felt like I knew
- 5:08Speaker 3: her or her or something like that. And then there
- 5:10Speaker 3: was this conversation that we had. Yeah, like she knew me,
- 5:13Speaker 3: like she could feel my energy or she was very
- 5:16Speaker 3: intuitive or something like that. And she just mentioned something
- 5:19Speaker 3: briefly about like love and being like honor your worth.
- 5:23Speaker 3: There was just this weird thing that she was kind
- 5:25Speaker 3: of implying about relationships and just had this weird thing
- 5:29Speaker 3: to be like yeah, like it's okay, like stand on it.
- 5:31Speaker 3: It was just this weird, like unspoken agreement. We hadn't
- 5:33Speaker 3: even had a conversation before and she just said that
- 5:36Speaker 3: to me, yeah, and I was just like wow, yeah
- 5:39Speaker 3: that's cool, like yeah, and she's like I know, and
- 5:41Speaker 3: I'm like, what the fuck is happening.
- 5:43Speaker 1: I'd love to have more experiences like that. If anyone's
- 5:45Speaker 1: got a like good clairvoyance or anything I've used to,
- 5:48Speaker 1: like pop into our Facebook forum. It's so cool to
- 5:50Speaker 1: fine let us know.
- 5:51Speaker 3: Yeah, ye whole experience. I love stuff like that.
- 5:54Speaker 1: It's so fun and you take with a grain of
- 5:55Speaker 1: salt because one different decision could take you on a
- 5:58Speaker 1: completely different pathtely. But yeah, when you find someone that
- 6:01Speaker 1: you feel they're really intuitive and they're not just like
- 6:03Speaker 1: stalking at social media and getting it's about who you.
- 6:05Speaker 3: Are, it's cool to see what they come up with
- 6:07Speaker 3: and ya cool does he see and hear what they
- 6:10Speaker 3: predict for you?
- 6:11Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 6:12Speaker 3: With interesting I get super curious about.
- 6:13Speaker 1: It without knowing anything and without telling them anything.
- 6:16Speaker 3: Yeah, or what they mentioned about your past or how
- 6:19Speaker 3: thing that you've been through and what they share correlates
- 6:21Speaker 3: to what's true for you.
- 6:22Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it's so interesting. It's so interesting. I
- 6:24Speaker 1: find it hard with those because it's like if I
- 6:26Speaker 1: give my full name, they just jump on Google my
- 6:27Speaker 1: whole fucking life there. Yeah, it's like fifteen years on YouTube,
- 6:30Speaker 1: like social media, everything you need, articles, all the things
- 6:32Speaker 1: I've done wrong, my trauma that I don't have a dad.
- 6:34Speaker 1: Like everything's online.
- 6:35Speaker 3: You're gonna have to go in there with like a
- 6:37Speaker 3: fake alias.
- 6:37Speaker 1: I know. Whenever I book, I never use Ashley or
- 6:40Speaker 1: use Ashley. Yeah, and then I try not to give
- 6:42Speaker 1: an email or anything that gives away anything.
- 6:45Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 6:45Speaker 1: Like otherwise, when I went to and she kept asking
- 6:48Speaker 1: me all these questions, and I was like, oh, I
- 6:50Speaker 1: don't really want to tell you anything, like I want
- 6:52Speaker 1: you to connect to angels or spirit or whatever. And
- 6:54Speaker 1: she sent me home. She's like, I've never had someone
- 6:56Speaker 1: that I can't connect with, blah blah.
- 6:57Speaker 3: And I was like, like, you didn't tell her anything.
- 7:00Speaker 1: Yeah, because I'm like, we keep asking me questions. I'm
- 7:01Speaker 1: telling you my life. Now you can feed off that
- 7:04Speaker 1: you've had a dead grandpa. Shit, everyone has, you know. Yeah.
- 7:07Speaker 1: Are you in the beauty or health or marketing? It's like, well,
- 7:09Speaker 1: I'm probably gonna be in one of those, yeah, in
- 7:11Speaker 1: a roundabout way vague asking me question, yes, are you married?
- 7:15Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you've got a ring on? Okay? Yeah yeah
- 7:17Speaker 1: yeah yeah. I'm like, oh, I don't like to give
- 7:19Speaker 1: anything away. There's money but noor a point called Kathy Corby.
- 7:22Speaker 1: I've been to her like three times, and the first
- 7:26Speaker 1: two were amazing. She picked up on so many things
- 7:28Speaker 1: my past, things were coming in the future. But then
- 7:31Speaker 1: the third time, it was like the end of the
- 7:33Speaker 1: day and I felt like she was almost like energetically
- 7:35Speaker 1: tapped out. Yes, and I didn't get as much out
- 7:37Speaker 1: of it, but she's like booked out all the time. Yeah. Wow,
- 7:39Speaker 1: she's incredible. You should go to her. That's someone you recommended. Yeah, yeah,
- 7:42Speaker 1: Kathy Corby. I don't have a number or anything, but
- 7:44Speaker 1: I'm sure you can find it online. But everyone that
- 7:45Speaker 1: has gone to her has really loved her.
- 7:47Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 7:47Speaker 1: Interesting, But if you guys listening have someone you recommend,
- 7:50Speaker 1: that'd be awesome.
- 7:51Speaker 3: Let us know. We'd love to hear about it.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Otherwise, thanks for joining us. If you want to drop
- 7:54Speaker 1: in a submission, whether it's bestie or for your Friday,
- 7:57Speaker 1: we'll leave the link in the scripture box below. Season
