- 0:02SPEAKER_00: Blessings and welcome to the Essential Alchemist Podcast.
- 0:05SPEAKER_00: It's your host, Reverend Honey Boden, and I am trusting you are so well as I'm welcoming you to this episode, where this episode is about menopause and how to move through menopause with grace, because it is something that's really not often talked about.
- 0:31SPEAKER_00: And how can we do it through the grace of God Almighty?
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: So I'm welcoming you all to this episode, and I really welcome you if you are a male listening to this, how important it is for you to listen to this.
- 0:47SPEAKER_00: If your wife is in menopause or she will be going through menopause, or you have witnessed your mom go through it, or your sister.
- 1:00SPEAKER_00: It affects every single woman.
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: We cannot escape it.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: And it is a topic that unfortunately in America is often looked at as taboo, or it's just not talked about, or it's just sort of like it's somewhere there, but it we do have to talk about it.
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: And I want to come from a different angle.
- 1:24SPEAKER_00: So welcome, welcome.
- 1:25SPEAKER_00: And I like to take a moment and thanking all of you who are listening and coming to each episode as a community.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: We gather here, sitting in the presence of God Almighty, having these discussions, and I always feel you're like sitting in my living room.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: We're all together as each episode is recorded, and you know every episode is live recorded, there's zero edits, so it's exactly raw, real, and we're having real conversations on this embodiment walk because there's so many different layers to it.
- 2:05SPEAKER_00: And menopause certainly in a life of a woman is a part of it.
- 2:12SPEAKER_00: For those of you who are new to my channel, or not channel, to the podcast, me and Michael's welcome.
- 2:20SPEAKER_00: Every week I have an episode that I share from my lived experience.
- 2:26SPEAKER_00: Every other week, Michael has an episode that he shares from his lived experience, and we also share a combined episode.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: And our focus is simple is to embody the presence of God Almighty into our lives, into our hearts, into our mind, into our bodies, into our everyday life.
- 2:50SPEAKER_00: And what does that actually look like?
- 2:52SPEAKER_00: This is what the channel is all about.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: Where we are present to the presence of the living Christ, and we are dedicated to live in our the best version of that that we can.
- 3:11SPEAKER_00: Do we fall?
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: Do we rise up again?
- 3:15SPEAKER_00: Yep.
- 3:16SPEAKER_00: Do we need a you know a building to be in to experience the living presence of Christ?
- 3:25SPEAKER_00: Nope, it's a personal relationship.
- 3:28SPEAKER_00: So we speak from that direct personal relationship and being within a community of people who desire to be living from the presence of the mighty I Am in themselves, and really live as ambassadors of heaven here on earth to welcome the true kingdom.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: What Jesus always spoke about, the kingdom of God is within.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: So this is what this podcast is all about.
- 4:02SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much for being here.
- 4:04SPEAKER_00: And speaking of menopause is a part of life, and it is something that's not really talked about, but I want to talk about it through the lens of grace, through the grace of God Almighty.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: Because for those of you that know, I'm totally thick in it, and some days is easier, and some days it's actually not.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: So in this episode, I just want to be very raw, real with you, as I am in every episode, and just more vulnerable on this one, because I am very sure many of you that are listening, especially if you're in a female body, you're going through this, or you've maybe just passed it, and you may have noticed this wasn't something that was really talked about.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: So let's go ahead and talk about it.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: So this this whole perimenopause, menopause, postmenopause, it's it's it's a major part of a woman's life that takes on years, years and years.
- 5:14SPEAKER_00: And for some women, it starts around age 35, for some around 40.
- 5:19SPEAKER_00: Mine certainly started about that 37, 38, and everything started to shift around.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: And wow, I mean I really experienced that hardcore when I was 40.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: And that's when I first separated also from my former spouse.
- 5:37SPEAKER_00: And during that time, I was also experiencing quite a bit of spiritual awakening.
- 5:45SPEAKER_00: That was quite a bit during those those times.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: But let's let's stick to this topic of per menopause that leads to the menopause.
- 5:56SPEAKER_00: And menopause is really the definition of it.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: True definition of it is when a when a woman in her female form has not had menstruation for one whole year, that period of one whole year is considered menopause because then after a year is considered postmenopause.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: So the many of us that especially that are devoted to the presence of God Almighty, we choose not to take any medication, we choose not to take hormone replacement, we choose not to do any of that because we know menopause is a natural part of life, especially like in the Eastern cultures.
- 6:45SPEAKER_00: Menopause, there isn't this big label around that, it's just the natural part of life.
- 6:50SPEAKER_00: And woman is actually really supported as she goes through it, especially with the foods that is part of this change of life in every part of her life that changes.
- 7:04SPEAKER_00: Unfortunately, in the Western world, it's it's not really looked at as a natural part of life, it's more looked like as a diagnosis, and and there's all kinds of like almost like shame or stigma attached with it.
- 7:21SPEAKER_00: Now, for those of you who are on this podcast listening, you know that's not what you're operating from.
- 7:29SPEAKER_00: So your awareness is already from a different place.
- 7:32SPEAKER_00: Yet you may be having some struggle with it if you're deep in it.
- 7:38SPEAKER_00: And what can you do?
- 7:42SPEAKER_00: Obviously, taking care of your body, exercising, eating the right foods that is really necessary part of the balancing of the hormones, but particularly like the estrogen and progesterone is a huge, huge must.
- 8:02SPEAKER_00: And being able to be in nature is very, very important.
- 8:05SPEAKER_00: Being able to have as much fluids in your body, really important.
- 8:11SPEAKER_00: Getting the right herbs that are right for you, these are all really important.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: But what do you do with those mood swings, those like emotions that come out of left field or right field?
- 8:23SPEAKER_00: And you know, throughout the day you have so many ranges of emotions, and you don't quite know what to do with it.
- 8:33SPEAKER_00: And let's say for those of you who are entrepreneurs or you're working other places, like you're meeting all these different people while the all of these emotions are happening inside of it, and you know, you know you're not feeling right, but there's not much it seems you can do about it because it seems like the emotions consume you.
- 9:03SPEAKER_00: Do any of you ever feel that way?
- 9:05SPEAKER_00: Or do you out of nowhere you look you feel like suddenly emotions take over you?
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: I certainly feel that.
- 9:13SPEAKER_00: Even I certainly feel that.
- 9:15SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, the past 10 days I have experienced daily crying.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: I've become very comfortable with if certain emotions hit and I need to let myself cry.
- 9:32SPEAKER_00: I'm not fighting it, I'm just gonna let it let it happen.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: So I consider that like as a holy inner baptism.
- 9:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's another baptism.
- 9:41SPEAKER_00: I'm just being blessed to cry this out.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: And I let I and I give myself permission to feel the emotion while knowing I'm not the emotion.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: It's just the emotion.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: And sometimes the emotion is much heavier.
- 10:00SPEAKER_00: With women, it it happened to be like one of the ones that that hits me, that really sometimes uh has more impact on me is when I experience the emotion of loneliness, which I know is an illusion.
- 10:18SPEAKER_00: Yet when when the wave of it hits me, it's like I feel so lonely, my knees, I feel so lonely, my lungs, I feel so lonely my body, I feel so, and I know this isn't true at all.
- 10:33SPEAKER_00: Yet the emotion is so much stronger.
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: So I'm curious to know for those of you that experience the emotions of like let's say loneliness, excuse me, some water, or or you're experiencing, let's say, sadness, or you're experiencing this heaviness of grief, because that happens with a lot of women.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: How do you move through that?
- 11:05SPEAKER_00: What do you do?
- 11:06SPEAKER_00: Because I want to offer you a solution if you come across this.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: What I found is when I'm experiencing that, to actually allow myself to experience it while on the inside, say on the inside, this is only an emotion, it's going to pass, it is not going to stay.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: It's only passing.
- 11:30SPEAKER_00: It's like a thunderstorm.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: That's all it is.
- 11:32SPEAKER_00: It's about to pass.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: The other part, I in the morning particularly, I ask the presence of God Almighty to hold me very close in safety and comfort as I go through the day.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: And if certain emotions hit, for me to gather the emotion and hand it over to God to carry it for me.
- 11:59SPEAKER_00: I found this to be very, very helpful.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: Especially if those of you are like me, you're not using any medicines, you're not doing any, yeah, you're not going on hormone replacement therapy or any of that, you're just natural with foods and teas and all of that.
- 12:21SPEAKER_00: That's that's the way you're choosing to go through it.
- 12:25SPEAKER_00: This conversation would really be for you.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: I also found that when I allow myself to feel the emotion, I also bring my journal out and start writing the emotion out.
- 12:42SPEAKER_00: Okay, here's this emotion, grief.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: And I look at, okay, where have I felt grief?
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: And so I make a list of all the areas I've felt grief.
- 12:54SPEAKER_00: And have I met all the emotions of that grief in let's say certain experience, like let's say when a friend of mine transitioned or a family member, you know, transitioned.
- 13:08SPEAKER_00: It gave me the ability, if I didn't really meet the grief fully, for me to actually cry it out in that moment and be okay with it.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: Just having permission to be okay if you're gonna cry it out is a huge important part of this.
- 13:27SPEAKER_00: And to know there's absolutely nothing wrong with you.
- 13:31SPEAKER_00: Your hormones of estrogen and progesterone are shifting.
- 13:37SPEAKER_00: So here's your body experiencing, and it's with your brain, it's it's it's everything happening.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: The other part that I found to be very helpful for me is sometimes when the emotion is a little bit heavier, to find a someone who's very safe to actually speak with.
- 13:57SPEAKER_00: So, for example, in my case is Michael, I can tell him, Michael, can you just hold this space for me?
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm feeling this heavy emotion, and I just need to talk it out.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: So that way it doesn't actually stay my body.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: It has it finds a way to come out.
- 14:16SPEAKER_00: So if you feel that, have somebody appoint somebody while you're going through this to say, hey, when I'm going through this, I I want to be able to have the ability to just call you or text you and say, I'm experiencing this.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: Can you just hold space for me?
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: And in that space, it's not to judge another one, not to try to heal somebody, not to fix anybody.
- 14:40SPEAKER_00: You just need to be able to express it so the emotion can go through.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: Because remember, you're not the emotion, you're just experiencing the emotion.
- 14:48SPEAKER_00: And you know, you're in the human body, so the human body is equipped to experience emotion.
- 14:55SPEAKER_00: But as long as you remember you're not the emotion, that's important.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: Another thing that I found to be very helpful, if the emotion is much heavier, for example, for me, when it hits a loneliness that really has a grip, it can have a tighter grip over me.
- 15:12SPEAKER_00: I found myself to have reminders, like I have I have these couple of books around me.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: That's all about, and it's also my own notes what God has said about me.
- 15:26SPEAKER_00: God Almighty has said I'm strong.
- 15:29SPEAKER_00: God Almighty has said that I'm made in God's image.
- 15:33SPEAKER_00: God Almighty has said that my my later days are going to be even greater than my former days.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: So I really lean back on the word of God.
- 15:45SPEAKER_00: God Almighty says the emotions are not my truth.
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: My truth is that I am loved in the presence of God because God Almighty created me out of that love.
- 15:58SPEAKER_00: So I fall on these words and it and it allows my body to really, really settle down.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: This is one that really works well when the emotion is very, very heavy.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: Also, another thing that I found if I am capable to just put everything down and just get out.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: Get out and go for a walk.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: That walking, that movement helps the emotion to pass through.
- 16:35SPEAKER_00: And if I feel heavier, I jump up and down or make my walk much faster, or even like run if I need to.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: So that way my heartbeat increases in its rate, and that way there's more oxygen getting into my body, it will help move the energy faster through my body.
- 16:59SPEAKER_00: These are some of the ways that I have found that have been helping me, and I'm curious to see what are some of the ways that you have found for it to be helpful to you because that lack of sleep is really important.
- 17:14SPEAKER_00: Foggy brain.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: So if I found myself being really foggy and my brain can't remember, and not not to be judgmental of self, because a lot of times you can judge yourself and speak negative to yourself.
- 17:28SPEAKER_00: It's very important during this phase to be very compassionate, very loving to yourself, and have grace over you the way God Almighty has grace over you.
- 17:43SPEAKER_00: Let yourself be held by thy grace during this.
- 17:49SPEAKER_00: So that way on the inside, you know you don't have to battle all of this on your own.
- 17:55SPEAKER_00: There is the presence of God Almighty that that will carry you, and also most importantly, is to allow that Christ-like to seal you when it's beautiful love.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: So that way, if the emotions are, let's say, more volatile, you don't give permission to yourself to just act out of those emotions.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Because it's very easy to be, let's say, rude and disrespectful or angry and and to speak harshly to somebody else because you simply don't feel good, and those are the words that are just coming out.
- 18:48SPEAKER_00: But it becomes really important to be very responsible during this, and this is what I'm talking about, how you can do it gracefully, because if you tune yourself first thing in the morning with the presence of God and throughout the day increase that, then you allow God Almighty to carry you.
- 19:07SPEAKER_00: And when the the wave of this hormone sort of like shift that hits your body when you're dropping into the emotion, you're able to manage it much better and not speak ill out of your mouth.
- 19:25SPEAKER_00: It becomes so important to not give yourself permission for that.
- 19:31SPEAKER_00: Again, just to know it's passing by, it's passing by, it's only a thunderstorm, so you don't have to act out while you're in the thunderstorm.
- 19:43SPEAKER_00: The other part that's very, very, very important.
- 19:48SPEAKER_00: I have found is there's something so amazing when I feel the emotions again that are heavier.
- 20:02SPEAKER_00: Make sure you have some live plants in your house.
- 20:07SPEAKER_00: Some of these live plants, if you can go touch the leaves of the plants, touch like the bark of the plant, or like I have this taller money, money tree, and I just go touch, touch its like leaves, or touch its not the root, but like the base of it.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: And what I found is somehow when I'm touching it with my hands, it is able to stabilize my emotion so much so quickly, and I don't even have to do anything because it's like automatically just takes it from me.
- 20:49SPEAKER_00: I wonder if any of you have ever experienced that.
- 20:54SPEAKER_00: If not, try it, give it a try and see how it is.
- 20:58SPEAKER_00: These are some of the ways that I found to be very, very effective, and I feel it's very important if you're in a relationship to have permission, find courage to share with your spouse, to let them know your husband, you know, to let you know your relationship be informed of what's happening inside of you.
- 21:23SPEAKER_00: Because a lot of times you feel ashamed.
- 21:26SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, I felt very, I felt very strange while everything's going very good in my life.
- 21:34SPEAKER_00: Why would I feel this level of grief, this level of sadness, and then feeling like shame that I'm not feeling well, and I don't want to be ungrateful because things are real, but somehow I can't explain that.
- 21:47SPEAKER_00: On the inside, I just don't feel right.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: And I look okay, but on the inside, I'm not okay, and it's like nobody can understand.
- 21:58SPEAKER_00: So it's so important for.
- 22:00SPEAKER_00: You to find courage to communicate that, and it's okay if your spouse doesn't understand you because your spouse is not in your body, but it's your job to educate him what's happening on the inside, and also tell your spouse when I'm coming to you, especially if I'm the emotions have gotten them hold over me, remind me that I'm going to be okay.
- 22:32SPEAKER_00: Hold my hand, say, breathe, it's gonna pass, you're gonna be okay.
- 22:37SPEAKER_00: Let me hold you, let me comfort you.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: So tell your spouse also what your medicine and comfort will be.
- 22:49SPEAKER_00: Because sometimes when the emotion takes over, it literally consumes you and like you've lost your grounding, and you don't understand what's happening because your brain isn't functioning right, your whole body is not functioning right, and at that moment you lose all like sights of reality.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: And it's so important to be able to educate and communicate.
- 23:11SPEAKER_00: If you're if you're going through this by yourself and you don't have a spouse, have a girlfriend, have, or have a mentor.
- 23:21SPEAKER_00: Hire a mentor that can help you during this, that can help you stay stabilized during this process.
- 23:30SPEAKER_00: Or have a designated person that you can even send a text, hey, I'm not right.
- 23:35SPEAKER_00: Can you just hold space for me?
- 23:37SPEAKER_00: So that way you don't feel you're all in all.
- 23:40SPEAKER_00: Ultimately, you're not, because the presence of God Almighty is here.
- 23:44SPEAKER_00: You can lean on the presence of that Christ and to claim Christ's wholeness, perfect health over you right there.
- 23:54SPEAKER_00: So that way you don't have to go through it with so much challenge.
- 24:00SPEAKER_00: But educating others around you is important.
- 24:04SPEAKER_00: The other part of it is support group.
- 24:06SPEAKER_00: I feel support group is really, really important.
- 24:09SPEAKER_00: I've I've just, you know, been going through this.
- 24:12SPEAKER_00: What I'm clear about is I'm going to put a support group in the DMV area for women entrepreneurs who are experiencing this and they want to really feel supported by other women to be able to have like a luncheon or an evening dinner together, and even the foods be very, very supportive of you know what the body is going through so that way it can nurture it and nourish it, and to know it's okay to not feel okay because it's just your hormones are acting and how to how to be able to allow the power of prayer to help you move through.
- 24:58SPEAKER_00: So prayers are so important during this part, and I have been seems like praying under my tongue throughout the day to help me move through it much, much easier.
- 25:16SPEAKER_00: And and it's not easy, some days is it's really, really not easy, but it's not impossible, it's just sometimes very challenging and uncomfortable because when the emotions hit, it's uncomfortable.
- 25:33SPEAKER_00: So you have to be able to find a way, and also like you know, with your sleeping, find a couple of things.
- 25:42SPEAKER_00: In order for your sleep to be better, get off your computer, get off your computer much earlier so you're not, you know, your brain is not so activated with the electronics a couple of hours before.
- 25:58SPEAKER_00: Put gentle sleepy music on, make sleepy tea.
- 26:03SPEAKER_00: These are all gonna help you, even like do foot bath if you need to, to help you get better sleep.
- 26:10SPEAKER_00: The area of sleep, I'm still finding all different kinds of ways to have better sleep.
- 26:16SPEAKER_00: So, because it's it's sweating, it's night sweats, the it's the hot flashes.
- 26:22SPEAKER_00: And again, it's really, really uncomfortable.
- 26:24SPEAKER_00: And of course, Michael and I have been laughing so much about it too, because it's just insane.
- 26:30SPEAKER_00: We're actually going to do a full episode about menopause and the the spouses of those going through menopause so that we can sort of like normalize this because it's it's absolutely insane.
- 26:44SPEAKER_00: And I find myself middle of the night, so many middle of the night, I'm up and I'm just sitting in bed meditating, and I'm I'm sitting with God and just asking God Almighty to help me because it's just it seems like like nothing is working, and I can feel the comfort at least with the presence of God Almighty.
- 27:05SPEAKER_00: So the good news is you can do it gracefully.
- 27:08SPEAKER_00: The good news is I'm gonna put a support group out so that I can meet other women so that you can feel, you know, we're not gonna sit and talk about the problems of it, we're just gonna notice, okay, here are the issues, here are some of the better ways we can move through it.
- 27:25SPEAKER_00: Also informing others around it.
- 27:28SPEAKER_00: And also being able to share, okay, here's some of the things that work for me, and be able to publicly share it so that way we can at least attempt it.
- 27:38SPEAKER_00: Okay, maybe, maybe this one will work, maybe it's not.
- 27:41SPEAKER_00: But that way you don't just give up, you continue to try other things out and see how it is.
- 27:48SPEAKER_00: The thing is, what's so important is the body's changing, and God knows that the body is going to change.
- 27:57SPEAKER_00: God prepared us for it.
- 28:00SPEAKER_00: So there isn't, it's not a mistake, it's not an illness, it's not a disorder.
- 28:04SPEAKER_00: And there is a part that the presence of God wants us to like slow down, wants us to be able to have the time, nurturing, nourishment for ourselves.
- 28:15SPEAKER_00: And are we giving that to ourselves?
- 28:18SPEAKER_00: So I've become aware of this enough to really like.
- 28:22SPEAKER_00: I was like, okay, I'm gonna have to cut back.
- 28:24SPEAKER_00: I'm cutting back, and I'm just gonna give to myself more of the time that this time is requiring.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: So see if you can give that to yourself.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: Can you be more loving to you so you're not trying to get it from other people, but but be more nurturing to yourself?
- 28:44SPEAKER_00: These are some of the things that I feel is very important for us to be aware of and communicate clearly and also remove any kind of taboo of shame, embarrassment around this because there's nothing to be embarrassed about.
- 28:59SPEAKER_00: God Almighty did not create woman to, you know, having her menstrual was on purpose.
- 29:07SPEAKER_00: Being able to get pregnant is on purpose, being able to go through menopause is on purpose.
- 29:12SPEAKER_00: So we're not a mistake.
- 29:13SPEAKER_00: There's a divine perfection in here for us to actually own it and allow God Almighty's grace to graciously give us the power, give us the ability to move through this with ease and choosing ease.
- 29:32SPEAKER_00: So that's also a big part of the daily prayer, asking for it to be more easeful.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: So I hope some of these really supports you if you are in the menopause stage or if you're perimenopause on your way, just so that you know some of these things are coming up and you can like tuck this away or save this podcast so that way you can come back to it.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: And if you know somebody else that's going through this, feel free to share it because I do want to hear from others what are some of the things that has been working for you, especially if you're doing it naturally.
- 30:12SPEAKER_00: I'm not interested if you're on hormone replacement, you're taking medicines, that's not what I'm interested in because this is about those who are going through the natural way and also choosing faith, choosing prayer, choosing the presence of God Almighty over them, choosing the presence of Christ in their life as they are going through this embodiment.
- 30:38SPEAKER_00: So feel free to please share it with me.
- 30:41SPEAKER_00: I'll be really honored to hear from you.
- 30:43SPEAKER_00: And God bless you.
- 30:45SPEAKER_00: It is gonna pass.
- 30:46SPEAKER_00: I keep telling myself as well, and we will be on the other side of it.
- 30:52SPEAKER_00: Many, many women have gone through it.
- 30:54SPEAKER_00: It is not going to kill us, it's not going to break us, it will strengthen us even further, and before we know it, it will pass.
- 31:02SPEAKER_00: So keep reminding yourself that it's going to pass and you will be okay, and you will be all right.
- 31:08SPEAKER_00: So much love to all of you.
- 31:10SPEAKER_00: I'm actually very grateful that I finally shared this as well because it has been, it has been challenging.
- 31:17SPEAKER_00: I won't deny that.
- 31:19SPEAKER_00: Yet sharing the medicines that I've been, not medicines, my my ways that I've been dealing with it.
- 31:26SPEAKER_00: And I'm still discovering all kinds of other ways to go through it even smoother.
- 31:33SPEAKER_00: So thank you so much, and I look forward to your comments, and I look forward in this particular podcast reaching the women that really need to hear this, and also for the men to be more understanding, compassionate, caring.
- 31:52SPEAKER_00: And I like to share this.
- 31:54SPEAKER_00: Please, men, support your woman, sons, support your moms, you know, brothers, support your sisters if they're going through this.
- 32:04SPEAKER_00: Just let them know that they are loved.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Let them know that they can do it.
- 32:09SPEAKER_00: Let them know that it will pass.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: Just be there, be there supportive and kind and loving.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: It will go really, really far.

- 32:33SPEAKER_00: So please remember you are not your emotions.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: You're a mighty, treasured gift from the heart of God Almighty.
- 32:43SPEAKER_00: You will pass through this and you come out of it very strong.
- 32:48SPEAKER_00: And much love to all of you.
