- Jessica Figueroa: Good morning everyone. Thank you so much for joining me every morning to think and learn and grow and act. So what are we going to do just for today? Well, just for today, we are going to do something that will eat we will appreciate tomorrow. We're going to do something today that we will appreciate tomorrow. What is something? Think about it. What is something you c maybe you leave dishes in the sink at night? I know I do. I am not one that needs a clean sink at night. But I know that if I did that, then I would feel good the next morning when I woke up. Maybe you can move cars. Maybe you shuffle cars around in the driveway. Maybe if you left them shuffled and you went back out tonight and did it, you'd appreciate it tomorrow. Maybe if you loaded your car with stuff. Maybe if you cleaned out your car. But what is something you can do today that your future self We'll appreciate. The point of this exercise is to think a lot more about our future self than we do our present self. We often get stuck in this cycle of doing what our present self wants instead of what our future self would appreciate. So just for today, we're going to do something that we will appreciate tomorrow. All right, guys. I want you to know I believe in you. I want you to know. That if you're listening every day and you barely do anything, stop beating yourself up. It's a journey. Growing is a journey. And you might be ready to only make a habit out of listening and not be ready to make a habit out of doing yet. Then maybe listening is your first step on the journey to doing. But we're not gonna beat ourselves up about it. Wherever you're at, just continue to tune in and trust the process. And every day, do your best to take a little action, just little things. And we're just doing them for today. I'll see you guys tomorrow.
