  domestic partner a woman named Jamie Phillips also known as

  Magnolia. It appears she was known as

  It appears that she's known by Magnolia.

  Her name is Jamie Phillips. She alleges that he got physical
• 4:40
  with her and DV Ed her, you know, in a hotel room that they

  were staying at in Washington state.

  And then the story goes he fled the scene.

  I could visibly see bruising around Jamie's right eye,

  consistent with being in the early stages of a black eye.

  I could also see a small red mark on the upper right corner

  of the bridge of Jamie's nose. By the way, in the videos, it's

  I think that they believed that they had probable cause and and

  that's important here, right? Because a lot of people are

  And the documentation shows. And that is I mean that, that

  Jamie's nose. Her nose was visibly not

  straight and resembled what I have observed through training

  and experience to be broken. Jamie requested we all speak in

  the room where her belongings were, which is the Shenandoah

  room at this location upstairs. Jamie advised sometime between
• 23:17
  2300 hours and midnight last night, so this would have been
• 23:21
  Christmas Eve 2025. She had confronted Jonathan
• 23:26
  about things she observed on his work phone.
• 23:30
  Jamie stated that it was things such as communications with
• 23:33
  other women. Let's see, I pluralized that
• 23:38
  wrong communication singular with other women plural and what
• 23:43
  she described to be porn. Jamie stated when she addressed
• 23:48
  this with Jonathan, he became enraged and struck her with a
• 23:51
  closed fist multiple times on the side of her head, her nose,
• 23:56
  and her ribs. Jamie stated she grabbed her
• 24:00
  phone and began to Don 911 for help, but Jonathan saw her doing
• 24:04
  this, took her phone from her and said I will effing kill you.
• 24:10
  I asked Jamie if she believed this threat to be true.
• 24:13
  She stated she believed he would kill her.
• 24:18
  Jamie stated she believes at some point she lost
• 24:20
  consciousness after the assault but remembered Jonathan grabbing
• 24:25
  2 bags, his personal cell phone, Jamie's cell phone, and then
• 24:30
  leaving. I asked Jamie what phone she
• 24:33
  currently had and she stated it was Jonathan's work phone that
• 24:37
  he had left behind. Jamie stated she did not know
• 24:40
  where he went but believed he may have taken the white Jeep
• 24:43
  Compass they rented. I observed a white Jeep Compass
• 24:48
  to be parked outside prior to making contact with Jamie.
• 24:52
  This is stuff that we know, it's just written differently here.

  I asked Jamie if she would be willing to have her injuries
• 24:59
  photographed for documentation. Jamie agreed.

  And I think attached to this but redacted are whatever that is,

  2025 photos due to most of the medics on scene and myself to be
• 25:17
  male and one of the areas of injury requiring Jamie to lift
• 25:21
  her shirt. I asked a female medic if she
• 25:24
  would be willing to take photos of Jamie's injuries with my
• 25:27
  department issued cell phone in the bathroom of the hotel room,
• 25:30
  to which she agreed and completed.

  These photos will be uploaded for evidence upon completion of
• 25:36
  documenting the injuries. Jamie was transported to the
• 25:39
  Cascade Medical Center for evaluation.
