Transcript
- 0:27Hello everyone.
- 0:28Welcome back to another episode of Love Your Love Muscle
- 0:32Sapir, the founder of the Transformational Meditation Group,
- 0:35the group that produces this podcast for you.
- 0:38Uh, already far beyond 300 episodes
- 0:42or far beyond 300 episodes.
- 0:43We just passed 300 episodes, I guess.
- 0:46Um, but uh, yeah, we have made a lot of them
- 0:50and, uh, we try always to be, uh, to do different topics.
- 0:54And, uh, right now we are doing Nature meditations together,
- 0:59uh, live as well.
- 1:00And we also having our talks with Aaron Ley.
- 1:05Uh, unfortunately, uh, we have scheduled a meet
- 1:08to meet today, to discuss today about a topic, uh, uh,
- 1:13something about face reading.
- 1:15So that will be very interesting.
- 1:17But unfortunately, it's had to cancel at the last minute.
- 1:21Some family matters, and of course family comes first.
- 1:24So I said, go ahead, take care of whatever you have
- 1:27to take care of, and we just reschedule
- 1:30and I will find something to talk about.
- 1:32And what is the team I want to talk about today?
- 1:36It is our consciousness and how it is non-local.
- 1:41What is the proof of that? What can we do with that?
- 1:44It's one of my favorite topics because it's so exciting.
- 1:47If you, if you have knowledge about it and have experienced
- 1:51and experimented with it, uh, lots of fun things
- 1:55and interesting things can occur.
- 1:57You can get some crazy experiences that, uh,
- 2:00you might think, wow, is it me
- 2:02or is it really something, uh, in it?
- 2:05So we're going to discuss a little bit of that today.
- 2:07But first, just sell down
- 2:10and we do the same thing as we do with Erin as well.
- 2:13When she's here, we are going to calm down,
- 2:16set the intention to listen,
- 2:18to focus being in the present moment, to be here with me
- 2:22and the rest of all the listeners and viewers and, uh,
- 2:25and we take it from there.
- 2:27Okay? So sit up straight, move your body a bit,
- 2:31move your shoulders, relax.
- 2:34If you feel tense in your jaw
- 2:36or in your neck, just move your head a little bit back
- 2:39and forward around.
- 2:41Just loosen everything up.
- 2:43Then take a nice deep inhale through your nose
- 2:48and exhale through your mouth and lower your shoulders.
- 2:52Loosen your jaw, close your eyes if you want to.
- 2:56Another nice deep inhale through your nose.
- 2:58Fill those lungs with air and out through your mouth.
- 3:04Feel yourself getting centered as you breathe out
- 3:07and letting things go.
- 3:08Getting into this moment. Wonderful.
- 3:13Now just breathe calmly
- 3:14and deeply calm,
- 3:19nice deep breaths.
- 3:23You must notice right now
- 3:25how calming this is just a little break,
- 3:30calming down the nervous system.
- 3:33Don't think about your Instagram, your Facebook,
- 3:36or whatever mails you're getting in text messages.
- 3:40Just focus on the here and now.
- 3:42Time for yourself, time
- 3:45for discovery, something new.
- 3:50Wonderful. And I want you to focus on your heart space.
- 3:55You can do like me, put your hand on your chest right there
- 3:57where your heart is,
- 4:02and just imagine breathing through your heart.
- 4:09Nice, calm, deep breaths through your heart.
- 4:12Just imagine the air going in
- 4:14and out of your chest area, your heart area.
- 4:24Just keep doing that.
- 4:25And this creates that wonderful,
- 4:29balanced heart rhythm variation.
- 4:39It's again, balances our nervous system even more.
- 4:45Beautiful.
- 4:50Set the intention that you're going
- 4:52to listen in for a little while.
- 4:55Focus on what is going to be set. Think about it.
- 4:59What does it mean to you?
- 5:04Can I benefit from it?
- 5:09Set the intention that this moment is for yourself
- 5:11to learn something
- 5:22beautiful.
- 5:23Alright? Okay.
- 5:28So if you have your eyes closed, just open them.
- 5:31Move a little bit with your body,
- 5:33getting back to the present moment.
- 5:36If you wandered off, Beautiful,
- 5:40just notice how that feels.
- 5:42Right. We only did this a few minutes.
- 5:44And you can do this technique,
- 5:46especially dropping down into your heart area,
- 5:49centering yourself.
- 5:50Again, it's kind of like a little reset you can do.
- 5:54Whenever I teach this at corporations, organizations
- 5:57that are working in a stressful environment,
- 6:00people are all over the place.
- 6:02Um, they know sometimes they don't know
- 6:05where they have themselves,
- 6:06what they can do with themselves.
- 6:08They just are completely derailed sometimes.
- 6:11And this helps just sit down, take those two, three minutes,
- 6:16send to yourself, get into your heart area.
- 6:18And it also builds resilience.
- 6:20So whenever a situation occurs, again at work
- 6:24or wherever it might be, where things get out of hand,
- 6:27you will notice after a while that you are on top of it,
- 6:30that you have a overview, that you stay calm,
- 6:33that you see things from a distance.
- 6:36You are still there, you're present in the moment,
- 6:38but you have that overview
- 6:40and that calm to take good decisions.
- 6:44So even if you're not comfortable with deep meditation,
- 6:48long meditations
- 6:50or meditation in general,
- 6:52this is just a self-regulation technique,
- 6:54just a breathing technique to calm your nervous system down.
- 6:59Uh, earlier today I talked with a colleague about meditation
- 7:03and self-regulation.
- 7:04And many people don't like meditation.
- 7:06The word meditation, woo woo.
- 7:09Um, it, it, it's, it's scientific.
- 7:12Basically, meditation is just a way to change your state
- 7:16of being, change your state of consciousness.
- 7:21Uh, you can either become more aware or less aware.
- 7:24It doesn't matter. The way you do it is also stepwise.
- 7:29And the same steps you can repeat and you get more
- 7:33or less the same results, which means
- 7:35that it's a scientific fa basis.
- 7:37Basically. If you can do the same things over
- 7:40and over again with the same result,
- 7:42you can say it's scientific.
- 7:44Um, self-regulation is what actually you do
- 7:48before you get into meditation, right?
- 7:51That whole part that you always hear in guided meditation,
- 7:55relax, breathe deeply
- 7:59and breathe slower than you usually do.
- 8:02Almost all guided meditation have that,
- 8:05that part is the self-regulation.
- 8:07'cause you can't get into a different state of being.
- 8:11You can't get into that meditative state
- 8:13without regulating your nervous system.
- 8:17Right? And we also talked with my colleague about yeah,
- 8:20but when I'm, uh, on my bike, I also feel like I'm a sort,
- 8:25this is my meditation when I'm out in nature on a bicycle
- 8:29enjoying things around me.
- 8:32Yeah, it's, it's kind of meditation.
- 8:34You can measure your brainwaves activity
- 8:37and you will notice that when you are doing something
- 8:39that you're invested in, that you love doing, uh, you,
- 8:43you relax, your brain relaxes,
- 8:46and you are basically changing your state of consciousness,
- 8:51your state of being by doing a certain activity.
- 8:54So you could say, yeah, it is meditation as well,
- 8:58sorry, deep meditation.
- 9:01However, this is something that I enjoy very much.
- 9:05And also teach, if you want more to learn more about it,
- 9:08how you do that yourself.
- 9:10Go to my Paton websites where you find courses
- 9:13and workshops that are about deep meditation.
- 9:16Or if you are in Norway, in the region where I live,
- 9:20you probably have heard of me.
- 9:22And you can come to my deep meditation sessions,
- 9:24which I have once a month where we gather with a group
- 9:26of people and I'll guide you in the deep meditative states.
- 9:30And we also do what I'm going to talk about,
- 9:33what I promise to talk about.
- 9:34We also do, uh, experiments
- 9:37or have fun with our non-local consciousness.
- 9:40This is your own consciousness,
- 9:42but we just, uh, just show you
- 9:45and that you experience yourself.
- 9:47That it's non-local, well, non-local.
- 9:51That is debatable, right?
- 9:54Many scientists still think that our consciousness is
- 9:57inside our brain or inside of our body somewhere.
- 10:00Well, it's connected to it.
- 10:02And we experience the world a lot
- 10:05or often through our body, through our five senses,
- 10:09six senses, the experience.
- 10:11So we are consciously aware of the experience we have,
- 10:17almost like running around in our, uh, meat suit,
- 10:21in a flesh in our body, right?
- 10:24So in that sense, you can say, yeah,
- 10:28your consciousness is inside of you,
- 10:31but what happens when you have vivid dreams?
- 10:35I mean, that's the brain you can think of.
- 10:38The brain is just replaying things or making things up,
- 10:41but your consciousness is somewhere else.
- 10:45And how often do you hear people say that, oh,
- 10:51I dreamt last night about a person,
- 10:54and today I met this person,
- 10:57or this person came on my path the day two later,
- 11:00and I was like, oh, I thought about you.
- 11:03I dreamt about you.
- 11:05Then we already touching on the non localness of our,
- 11:09of our consciousness,
- 11:10because we were conscious consciousness aware
- 11:14about a person in a state of being, which is most,
- 11:19most, mostly the same
- 11:22as meditative state if our body is awake.
- 11:25But we are consciously aware of something.
- 11:27We are in a sense, in a meditative state.
- 11:31And that's, uh, that, uh, is really so with deep meditation
- 11:35where some people get a bit anxious
- 11:38because they notice they can't move their body anymore.
- 11:42They have lost control.
- 11:44Their body is so relaxed that their consciousness has kind
- 11:49of separated from it.
- 11:51Even if they want to move their body, they want to put up,
- 11:55put up a hand or an arm, it's so heavy it doesn't work.
- 12:00It's like it's, it's all asleep.
- 12:05And it's also a nice day to be,
- 12:07because then you're aware that your body is asleep,
- 12:09but you are still awake.
- 12:10And then we can walk, we can put a consciousness in places
- 12:15where we want to have it.
- 12:18Um, and then comes to discussion. Yeah.
- 12:21But sometimes I, uh, experience being somewhere
- 12:26that's completely unreal.
- 12:28Like it's fantasy. I've never been there before.
- 12:30It's, there are things there that I've never seen
- 12:34before, never smelled before, never sensed
- 12:37before in different ways.
- 12:39Well, yeah, it could be signals from the quantum field,
- 12:44as I call it, that you make a picture of,
- 12:46that you make an experience of.
- 12:49For when we go to the quantum physics part of all of this,
- 12:53you have to know that everything's energy.
- 12:55That's one of the basic rules, right?
- 12:57Energy is also information. Information is energy.
- 13:02So just think about the thoughts. What are thoughts?
- 13:08Thoughts come up. Are are coming?
- 13:10Are these coming from your brain
- 13:12or are these signals, informations that you pick up
- 13:17with your being, with your nervous system, with your heart,
- 13:21uh, that your brain tries to make sense of?
- 13:26Because our brain, what does our brain,
- 13:28our brain processes information.
- 13:30It processes information from our eyes, ears,
- 13:35our taste, our nose, our smell, right?
- 13:37And, and our touch, uh, the temperature we have, we have
- 13:41so many things we, we, uh, feel
- 13:46and taste and smell, et cetera.
- 13:48And our brain is interpreting that into an experience
- 13:53for us, like the movie of our life, right?
- 13:56Uh, like you see me now and, uh, I wish I could see you.
- 14:01That is an experience you have made out of information.
- 14:06And it's all, uh, energy. It's all electric information.
- 14:12Nothing is physical.
- 14:13Basically we experience it as physical, but it is not.
- 14:18My background is in the medical imaging and, uh,
- 14:21and uh, using, uh, therapy with radiation.
- 14:25So everything that has to do with radiation, uh,
- 14:28that's my background originally.
- 14:30Um, with that, uh, work, I made a lot of x-rays of people.
- 14:35I made x-rays of objects, not people,
- 14:38but also dense objects, like a telephone
- 14:41or anything like that.
- 14:43Uh, and even when we do radiation treatment on people,
- 14:47animals or living things, we also are
- 14:51actually working on a quantum level, uh,
- 14:54where we shoot radiation package of energy through things,
- 14:58through people, and through things which appear to be solid,
- 15:04but basically are not,
- 15:05because the radiation package is,
- 15:06the energy goes straight through them.
- 15:08So that means there's a lot of space in
- 15:11between all those small atoms.
- 15:13And even now in the later years, scientists agree
- 15:17that even atoms that we looked look at
- 15:20as matter aren't really matter.
- 15:22They're just dense, dense packages of energy that appear
- 15:26to be matter, but they really aren't, aren't.
- 15:29So again, everything is energy,
- 15:33everything is information
- 15:34because the differences in density,
- 15:37you could say differences in frequencies is difference in
- 15:41information as well.
- 15:43So what happens when our being, I would say
- 15:46because we do, we experience the world around us
- 15:50through our body, with our energy system,
- 15:55especially our nervous system, which is the,
- 15:58like you could say, our local internet.
- 16:02All the information goes through that,
- 16:04those communication channels through the nervous system
- 16:08all goes up in the brain and they're getting processed.
- 16:11And it's getting processed in a way according to the worlds,
- 16:15according to me, the world according to you, right?
- 16:19What you have learned, your culture, your background,
- 16:21your history, your religion, uh, your life experiences
- 16:26so far, uh, have made you believe in certain things
- 16:30and assume certain things that form, uh, your reality.
- 16:35So everything you experience, you always try
- 16:38to conform to that reality.
- 16:40Does it make sense to me?
- 16:43And my reality, according to me, that's
- 16:46what our brain does continuously.
- 16:49So if we sleep and have a dream and we get information,
- 16:53or we are in meditative state and close our eyes
- 16:56and fully open to receive anything, just observe
- 17:00what is going to happen.
- 17:02We are basically just sensing
- 17:05and sometimes information comes in
- 17:08that our brain just fantasizes around to make sense of it.
- 17:13And that might become a dream, that might become a vision
- 17:15of a place you've never been.
- 17:18Uh, and recently I learned that actually, uh,
- 17:22Tibetan Buddhists are very keen on
- 17:25in meditative states going to fantasy places.
- 17:29They love to do that.
- 17:31Uh, just like,
- 17:33it's almost like their hollow deck from the
- 17:36Star Trek series, right?
- 17:38They create a fantasy space inside of just
- 17:40to experience things, to learn things about themselves, uh,
- 17:45and, and, and, and others probably,
- 17:47or situations that can be compared to
- 17:49what they create in that space.
- 17:53Um, so yeah.
- 17:56Uh, so things, those don't have to be real,
- 17:59but where is our consciousness in all of that, right?
- 18:03Well, can you imagine that you are like remote viewing
- 18:09are getting some, uh, coordinates on a piece
- 18:13of paper that might not be real coordinates even,
- 18:17but you are being told that, try to figure out where
- 18:22that is in the world
- 18:26and remote view that place.
- 18:29We are given some information
- 18:33and we try to figure out where that is
- 18:37and remote viewers project their
- 18:40consciousness to that spot.
- 18:44And because all the information
- 18:48is already in the quantum field also about things we don't
- 18:53see with our own eyes, but we,
- 18:57but in the quantum field, it's present.
- 18:59So say I'm in Nora right now, say I want to
- 19:04remote view, uh, a place in the Netherlands,
- 19:10and I get some numbers or maybe a, a a picture
- 19:15or a vague description of where that might be.
- 19:18I just know that it's somewhere in the Netherlands. Okay?
- 19:21I close my eyes, I get to the meditate state,
- 19:23and I try to, with that information that is connected to
- 19:26that place, I can tap
- 19:31into the information in the quantum field that I can,
- 19:35that there is about that place, about a certain version
- 19:39or whatever's going on there about an a situation there.
- 19:44And you might think it's fantasy.
- 19:46You might think you're just analyzing
- 19:48or trying to make sense of things,
- 19:50but actually that's also what we do.
- 19:51We're trying to make sense of the information
- 19:54we believe we are receiving from
- 19:57that place in a meditative state.
- 20:00And remote viewers say, okay, they feel
- 20:04and sense that they are there
- 20:06and they look around with their consciousness
- 20:11and start drawing, start writing down whatever they
- 20:16sense there.
- 20:18And it's more
- 20:20or less correct, uh,
- 20:23very experienced remote viewers have a high
- 20:25percentage of accuracy.
- 20:28It's never 100%.
- 20:30I mean, then you have to be really, really good.
- 20:33So yeah, another example of
- 20:37non-local consciousness is lucid dreaming,
- 20:40and maybe that's the most compelling one, uh,
- 20:43which can be attest actually.
- 20:46There's been a lot of science about it
- 20:48and a lot of experience having been done.
- 20:51I don't remember the name about Experince anymore,
- 20:54but I saw it a couple of years back, uh, on the,
- 20:58on the television, uh, where they had people, uh,
- 21:02did a study on people that could lose it dream.
- 21:04And I wanted to check if it really, they were able
- 21:07to get out of their body, uh, while sleeping
- 21:10and walk around and sense things.
- 21:12So they, they, every, every person in that group
- 21:17that claimed to be able to lucid dreamer least get out
- 21:20of body, they invited over
- 21:23and they had to sleep in a room full of cameras, of course.
- 21:27And the room was well bit like a bedroom, right?
- 21:30There was a little desk there and some other things,
- 21:34but there was also a, a place,
- 21:37a shelf high up on the wall, almost at the ceiling.
- 21:42And on that shelf was placed an object
- 21:45or a leather, uh, uh, uh, a piece of paper
- 21:48with some text on it.
- 21:51And they placed that high up on the shelf.
- 21:53Those people that were came in to that room, uh, uh,
- 21:57to sleep because there was a bed there, uh,
- 22:00they were being told that there was something on that shelf,
- 22:04but they couldn't see it because it was too high up.
- 22:07They knew the shelf was there
- 22:09and they couldn't see what it was on top of that.
- 22:12Uh, and they couldn't reach it even,
- 22:14even if they tried jumping
- 22:15or they need a ladder to get up there.
- 22:17So they went to bed and their assignment was okay.
- 22:20When you start lucid dreaming, can you read what's on
- 22:24that piece of paper high up on the shelf?
- 22:26And then when you wake up in the morning or
- 22:28whenever you wake up, write it down, what you,
- 22:31what you read, 100% success rate.
- 22:35The cameras was on the people while they slept,
- 22:38their body didn't move at all.
- 22:40They stayed in their bed, they never got out.
- 22:42They never climbed up the wall like Spider-Man
- 22:45and looked at a piece of paper assumingly.
- 22:50They, they never knew, they never been up there.
- 22:54But in their lucid dream
- 22:56or in their out of body experience during that night
- 22:59or during those hours, they were asleep.
- 23:02They remembered the assignment
- 23:05and they managed to take a look at the piece of paper
- 23:09and could write down in the morning
- 23:11or when they were up, what was on that piece of paper,
- 23:15what the object was that was on that shelf
- 23:17that they couldn't see with their physical body.
- 23:21So that's another fantastic example of
- 23:26outof body experience,
- 23:28but also that your consciousness, your awareness
- 23:31isn't inside your body.
- 23:33It isn't local. You can project it anywhere you
- 23:36want, any place you want.
- 23:39And you can even like the Buddhists, uh, monks do, uh,
- 23:44create fantasy places for yourself.
- 23:46You can tap into information in the quantum field
- 23:50where thoughts and ideas and everything is possible.
- 23:54All that information you can gather
- 23:56and you can, you can, that your mind,
- 23:59your brain creates something from it.
- 24:03So Next time
- 24:07you are trying to meditate, uh,
- 24:11find some guided meditations about out of body experiences,
- 24:14deep meditation, uh, go to my patron website, look around.
- 24:19I have some fantastic meditations there and workshops
- 24:23and courses that you can, can, can buy if you have a pa,
- 24:28if you're a patron me, uh, member, even for $2 a month,
- 24:32you get access to therapeutic meditations, which are a kind
- 24:36of deep meditations where you don't go out of body,
- 24:39but at least you get the sense of how it is
- 24:41to be in a deep meditative state.
- 24:43Um, but we also have a course with manifestation.
- 24:47And the course shift, the art of transformation is a course
- 24:51that I'm planning on releasing on Patreon as well, uh,
- 24:54which also teaches you, uh, these things
- 24:58and at least show you
- 24:59and make you experience what it's like to, uh,
- 25:04to become aware that your consciousness is non-local.
- 25:07It's not inside your body.
- 25:10You are, your consciousness is experiencing living
- 25:14as a human being through all the senses your body has,
- 25:20which is fun, which is good, which is great, at least if you
- 25:25think about or choose
- 25:27to make your life great 'cause that's just a choice.
- 25:31That's a whole different podcast. All right?
- 25:34I want to just conclude with, uh,
- 25:37with a short heart-focused meditation session, uh,
- 25:42where you just do a little, get a little taste of how it is
- 25:46to, uh, to be, uh,
- 25:50to experience that your consciousness is non-local.
- 25:54Okay? Just a little taste of it.
- 25:57It's very easy, right?
- 25:59You just have to experience it
- 26:04and don't overanalyze that it's not true.
- 26:06Just go for it. Just do it. Have fun with it, okay?
- 26:11Again, sit up straight, nice deep inhale through your nose,
- 26:15all through your mouth, just move your body, relax,
- 26:20settle down,
- 26:26and just go straight into your heart space.
- 26:28You know that now you're so good at this.
- 26:31Focus on your heart. Feel your heart. Sense your heart.
- 26:34Breathe through your heart space.
- 26:36Breathe through your heart.
- 26:41And as you know by now, this heart of yours,
- 26:44that is a great, great electric organ.
- 26:47It creates a big electromagnetic field around us.
- 26:51I call it the heart field.
- 26:53Your heart fields represents your state of being.
- 26:57All the information in that field correlates with
- 27:00how you feel right now, what you think right now.
- 27:06And the calmer you get, the more stillness you get inside
- 27:09of you, the more peace you feel inside of you, the more
- 27:14joy you feel inside of you, the more gratitude you feel
- 27:18inside of you, The bigger
- 27:21and stronger that feels becomes more coherent.
- 27:30Even so coherent is so strong
- 27:32that it affects the world around you.
- 27:34It affects other people. Other people will say, oh, it's
- 27:36so nice to be with you because you are so calm.
- 27:41I feel peace and safe.
- 27:45It's just because you emit that energy, you emit
- 27:49that information.
- 27:51I am safe. I'm grateful. I care.
- 27:57I'm happy. I'm content.
- 28:01It makes that your heart gets, creates such a strong feel
- 28:04that it affects other people.
- 28:05They start to feel the same in your presence
- 28:08and try to be like that from the morning.
- 28:11You, the moment you get up in the morning to the end
- 28:15of the day, try to contribute
- 28:19to the fields around you and the field of others.
- 28:25Make each other strong.
- 28:29But anyway, focus on your hearts.
- 28:31Breathe through your heart space.
- 28:34Just imagine that electromagnetic field, your heart field
- 28:38as a soap bubble around you, stretching several feet
- 28:42or several meters away from you.
- 28:47It's all around you. You're breathing in it.
- 28:59I want you to just expand that soap bubble
- 29:02with every breath you take.
- 29:04Expand your fields, your soap bubble around you.
- 29:07Make it bigger. Become aware of it.
- 29:10Just imagine it getting bigger travel
- 29:13with your consciousness, with the borders
- 29:15of the field outwards.
- 29:26Now you know, of course what the room around you looks like.
- 29:29So just stretch out, stretch further.
- 29:32You might even know what lies beyond the walls
- 29:35and the windows of the room you are in.
- 29:38And just become aware of that. Just recall it.
- 29:43Just see it. Experience it inside of you as if it
- 29:47as if you're there right now.
- 29:49Become aware of what's outside of the building you are in
- 29:55and just go further and
- 29:57further out and out.
- 30:10Now, just stay on the earth and just see how far you can get
- 30:28in a moment.
- 30:29You might notice that maybe some, it becomes too much to,
- 30:34to be aware of because you're expanding your consciousness,
- 30:37your awareness in all directions.
- 30:39Just choose a spot.
- 30:42Maybe there's a, a fun building
- 30:47far away or a bridge or a waterfall, whatever.
- 30:53Whatever captures your imagination that you just want
- 30:56to travel to a place.
- 30:59You know,
- 31:09just travel there.
- 31:10Be there. Become aware of that place more and more.
- 31:20It doesn't matter. Maybe you're on a mountaintop.
- 31:22Maybe you're in the woods, maybe you are still in the city.
- 31:28Maybe you're on the sea, the ocean in a fjord or a big lake.
- 31:33Just find the spot that appeals to you.
- 31:37You want to be right now.
- 31:47What do you see? What
- 31:51time of day is it?
- 31:56What do you hear? What do you smell?
- 32:01What do you feel? What's the weather like?
- 32:06Just build up that place more and more.
- 32:10Become more aware of everything around you in that space, in
- 32:15that place, in that spot.
- 32:17When, where you are right now,
- 32:20your consciousness is there right now.
- 32:24Just sucking in all that information about things
- 32:29that are going on there.
- 32:45Keep breathing through your heart
- 32:46and just stay there in that place
- 32:48and make it more and more real.
- 32:52Enjoy being there,
- 33:06sunset.
- 33:08Become more and more aware of it.
- 33:29Beautiful. Now, just slowly get back.
- 33:35Focus on your body, focus on your senses.
- 33:39Become aware of the room you are in right now,
- 33:44just refocusing, consciously aware
- 33:48that you are your body.
- 33:51Beautiful. And just open your eyes.
- 33:53Breathe normally again, relax.
- 34:00Oh, you could say, I'm just imagining this place, right?
- 34:05But remote viewers that might have never been
- 34:09to a certain place, they can describe it like you would do,
- 34:13because you know that place right now.
- 34:16So there's something there.
- 34:18And during a deep meditation St Sessions,
- 34:20we even go further.
- 34:22We, we really connect
- 34:23to the quantum field and how do we do that?
- 34:26Not just by letting everything go, everything we know,
- 34:29everything we are familiar with, everything that our brain
- 34:34can try to make sense of
- 34:37or our brain can interpret into something,
- 34:41and then we end up in a space where we know nothing.
- 34:45We are just there in a void.
- 34:48Uh, and, and we don't even know how far that void stretches.
- 34:52And the only thing we know is ourselves.
- 34:57We are, we are pure consciousness at that moment.
- 35:02You don't even feel that we are a man or a woman
- 35:05or whatever, that we have a body.
- 35:07You're just energy.
- 35:09You're just consciousness in a space of what seems
- 35:13to be nothing, but at the same time, full of potential.
- 35:16That's the quantum field. And people love that.
- 35:20They come always too much message because of that.
- 35:22And when I ask if they want to do something else,
- 35:24they say, no, no, no.
- 35:25I want to go out in space again to the void
- 35:30Because there you can create.
- 35:33But uh, yeah, then we are really out of body, right? Body.
- 35:37And now they also send sense that if they get back
- 35:39to their body and want to move the body, it's difficult.
- 35:42It's not possible often.
- 35:43So, yeah, might sound scary, but it's really not.
- 35:48It's pretty normal if you want to say it that way.
- 35:53Normal for me, and least
- 35:55for people have done this many times before.
- 35:58You have to get used to it. But it's great fun.
- 36:01Anyway, I want to conclude with that.
- 36:04I hope you enjoyed the session,
- 36:05even though Erin wasn't here.
- 36:08I hope she's doing good and her family too.
- 36:11I'm sure she will. And, uh, we'll, we'll come back, uh,
- 36:15another time with Erin on the, on the, on the podcast.
- 36:19And, uh, I hope we will talk about that phase reading, uh,
- 36:23stuff she wants to talk about.
- 36:25So looking forward to that.
- 36:27Um, stay tuned, be safe
- 36:30and hope to see you back next time again.
- 36:32Take care, Nama day, everyone.
