Transcript
- 0:04Speaker: Remembering whom we are, bundles of miracles, finding ourselves in dialogue, focusing and concentrating on being more aware, feeling the energy beneath our feet, above our hair, behind our eyes, in our teeth, finding a sense of time, of passing moments, and space, physical presence, our ability to have our senses in the first place, and a sense of perspective, a sense of one's life experience from when one first gained a sense of consciousness in one's mother's womb until now.
- 0:59Speaker: Allowing all three different aspects to coalesce, making positive change, receiving, being receptive, allowing, accepting, realizing, self-realization is our goal, right?
- 1:25Speaker: Mindful meditators to guide our changes in positive directions.
- 1:34Speaker: It is a noble path, true path for Homo sapiens, a social creature.
- 1:42Speaker: We have choices in our journeys, each of us, many choices every day.
- 1:51Speaker: Which do we choose?
- 1:53Speaker: Where do we wander, spend our time, about what or which are we confused or more sure of?
- 2:03Speaker: There are all kinds of levels and interpretations occurring in each of our moments of every day, one way or the other.
- 2:17Speaker: It may be that one is sound asleep, and so the changes are very subtle.
- 2:22Speaker: Or it may be that we're in the middle of an activity, like driving a car, and everything in between, everything being different, the nature of our universe, the changing dynamic between time and space, and our perception.
- 2:44Speaker: So perceptivity is also very important.
- 2:48Speaker: One is receptive, one is accepting, allowing, and one has an expanding sense of perspective, awareness, sensitivity in one's five senses, and in the sixth and seventh and eighth also.
- 3:08Speaker: What are we thinking?
- 3:11Speaker: And why?
- 3:12Speaker: What are the questions we can ask ourselves to answer?
- 3:17Speaker: What am I?
- 3:19Speaker: Who?
- 3:20Speaker: When and where are we?
- 3:24Speaker: What are we?
- 3:27Speaker: How?
- 3:29Speaker: These six questions define any subject matter, any...
- 3:35Speaker: creation, oneself.
- 3:39Speaker: And everything between.
- 3:43Speaker: The Energy of Creation is spread through the Universe Traveling at a million miles an hour, away from the Big Bang.
- 4:27Speaker: Being in awe, allowing oneself to be receptive.
- 4:36Speaker: There's a reason for these different attributes to feel the intensity and depth of what we're talking about.
- 4:48Speaker: To attain a greater sense of perception about the thoughts that our moments are sharing.
- 4:59Speaker: Because they're separate, right?
- 5:02Speaker: Time and your brain, they are in alignment, but they are not the same.
- 5:08Speaker: Nor are either of them physical structures in a sense.
- 5:14Speaker: Although everything, of course, is symbiotic upon the others.
- 5:20Speaker: Yet what do we really know of these three dimensions?
- 5:26Speaker: And the answer is not very much.
- 5:30Speaker: And that's okay because as much as we do know, as much as we can feel and speculate and perceive and grasp and attempt to understand, then how great are we?
- 5:48Speaker: We have awareness in the first place.
- 5:51Speaker: This is to be thanked for, to be humbled toward our own being, our own awareness, our own recognition of self, of experience, of time, of space.
- 6:11Speaker: It is simultaneously drawn across the face of our universe, energy, oscillating, the primal energy of creation.
- 6:25Speaker: It is in everything from the air we breathe, full of multiple kinds of energies, immersed in this, of this, we are in a sea of energy.
- 6:40Speaker: We call it air.
- 6:42Speaker: If it is a little more closely packed together, then we can call it water.
- 6:50Speaker: And if the energy is compact even further, then we can begin to define different structures, like land or trees, or people.
- 7:05Speaker: Being aware of one's own body's warmth, of one's own skin's feeling, of one's attributes to think, rising, and if you wish, allowing one's hands to rise also up over one's head, fingers outstretched in curiosity, and a frivolous sense of exercise, rising one's hands, facing towards up and the sun, and allowing them just to continue to expand, and as they reach your vertical height or your comfort level, then allowing them to proceed to either side of one's torso, one's hips, and be playful, stop if you like in between.
- 8:06Speaker: Feel the weight of gravity upon your limbs.
- 8:11Speaker: Your hands can be still stretched towards the sun, twisting one's forearms, and allowing oneself to be receptive to what's occurring in this physicality moment, and then allowing oneself to continue as you wish, play, being playful, being alive, being alert, being awake, seeking, open-minded, curious, receptive, accepting, self-realization, being a witness, objective, in one's thinking, in one's determinations, in utilizing our growing experience in better and better ways, seeking self-improvement, the purpose of mindful meditation, shining within the constraints or the structure of one's own physicality, shining beyond, inside, sharing all you have with all that are, everything.
- 9:35Speaker: Because we're talking anyway, the whole universe is in communication, yeah?
- 9:42Speaker: The energy, it's like an electric line.
- 9:46Speaker: It can cross the whole United States.
- 9:49Speaker: This is the same thing.
- 9:50Speaker: This crosses the universe.
- 9:52Speaker: It is the primal energy of creation, it is everywhere somehow, some way, some shape.
- 10:00Speaker: It is the tenuous thread of being in time and space.
- 10:08Speaker: Listen.
- 10:10Speaker: Listen to the potential of sound in one's mind's ears.
- 10:16Speaker: Listen to opportunity.
- 10:20Speaker: It unfolds in time.
- 10:24Speaker: It is the nuance of newness coming into every moment, cascading, a river of time flowing, glowing with energy of its own, different states of energy, different kinds, and yet also similar and also made of the same primal energy, twisted and shaped over evolutionary time.
- 10:57Speaker: Is this not what is?
- 11:00Speaker: If we yet just remember whom we are, the majesty, the incredible journey we are sharing.
- 11:14Speaker: We are here now, bundles of miracles, being in awe of one's own self-illumination, being humbled, in one's own validation of the immensity of what has become over this conception of time we call evolution, fourteen billion years as we reckon in awe.
- 12:00Speaker: Thankful for our recognition of anything, of everything we can. The music will continue for about another minute. Linger, play, glow and shine in one's own revelations. namaste
