- 1:13Speaker: Everything, yes?
- 1:15Speaker: The building blocks we're talking about in our way of thinking.
- 1:19Speaker: Or if one wants to get more physical and not deal with this cloud of thought we share, with the physical structure itself, made up of proteins and bits and pieces of different kinds of energy and innovation through creation, through evolution, we find ourselves constructed like we are.
- 1:48Speaker: It is we are bundles of miracles.

- 3:10Speaker: What does this mean when someone says this to us?
- 3:14Speaker: "We breathe." We sustain life is another way of looking at this.
- 3:20Speaker: How many different levels do we perceive when this conversation initiates?
- 3:27Speaker: How many different items or thoughts can go through one's mind as one initiates an interest in this respiratory process?
- 3:37Speaker: Many, right?
- 3:39Speaker: On what level are you perceiving now and why?
- 3:44Speaker: How are your moments being shaped by what you think?
- 3:50Speaker: Why?

- 4:30Speaker: The actual act of inhaling, pausing, exhaling, pausing again.
- 4:40Speaker: Being aware, presently, of a sense of vibration in the air.
- 4:49Speaker: It is here, tuning oneself in like a radio to a sensitivity of this ambiance in our air, thinking, thinking more deeply, wider, feeling the textures, the tautness, the suppleness of one's skin, the hair, the clothes, the other physical features one's environmentally involved with right now...
- 5:25Speaker: chairs, floors, walls, skies, clouds, sun, plants, animals, children, grown-ups, finding a warm cohesiveness and vast sense of peace.

- 5:56Speaker: It is for us to do this.
- 5:59Speaker: We can learn to feel, we can learn to be more aware of our feelings, our sensitivities, which we have learned to take for granted and ignore.
- 6:15Speaker: Like one's pulse, finding one's pulse.
- 6:21Speaker: Where does it begin?
- 6:24Speaker: Where is it occurring all the time?
- 6:29Speaker: Everywhere in our bodies, every moment of our lives, our heart pumps this oxygen from the air through our vascular system, distributing this energy to oneself.
- 6:47Speaker: There is a crescendo of life being generated and sustained in every moment we live.
- 6:59Speaker: On what level, what basis are we thinking, share, broaden, expand?
- 7:08Speaker: whom we each are.
- 7:11Speaker: Mankind needs this.
- 7:14Speaker: Many years ago, maybe ten thousand years ago, mankind was more physically aware.

- 9:42Speaker: We have the keys not only in our hands but in our hearts, and we need to keep turning them both.
- 9:49Speaker: It is "time" is constantly changing, so too, must we in every way rekindle our efforts, hover over the helm of our own ship to ascertain our direction and make coarse corrections as need be.
