Transcript
- 0:01Hi, this is Lucia with The Art of Love.
- 0:03I'm a dating and relationship expert specializing in helping
- 0:06you get your ex back or to get over your ex.
- 0:09This week I want to talk about Dumper regret triggers.
- 0:13What is going to trigger your ex to regret dumping you?
- 0:19As I've mentioned several times before, when someone breaks up
- 0:23with you, they're not 100% certain.
- 0:27They're at least 51% and certain that they want to break up with
- 0:31you, otherwise they wouldn't have done it.
- 0:33And this is what allows a dumper to feel regret, because they're
- 0:37not 100% into the breakup most of the time.
- 0:41So they'll get triggered along the way and they'll feel regret,
- 0:45which is the first step to getting them back.
- 0:48Missing you isn't the first step because they could miss you
- 0:51today. And then tomorrow, feel fine.
- 0:54That's why when they send you an I miss you text that should be
- 0:57taken with a grain of salt. But regret is something that
- 1:02stays with you for a long time and maybe forever.
- 1:05And that's what will make your ex reach out.
- 1:09So before I tell you what those triggers are, I want to welcome,
- 1:12of course, my beautiful no contact army.
- 1:15And if you are having trouble staying in no contact, be sure
- 1:18to download my app Solencio, available for both iPhone and
- 1:21Android. And the link is underneath every
- 1:23single video and podcast. And if you two would like to
- 1:27join our no contact army, all you have to do is set the bell
- 1:30notification and the subscribe button and you're in.
- 1:33And to read our manual, go to nocontactsecrets.com where you
- 1:37can read two free chapters before purchasing the book.
- 1:41OK, so the first trigger will happen if.
- 1:46You accept the breakup right away with no resistance, which
- 1:50most people don't, so you're going to miss this trigger.
- 1:52But just keep this in mind for future breakups if you have any.
- 1:56And this is because it hurts their ego and hurting your ego
- 1:59is necessary to get them back, as much as you may not want to
- 2:02believe that, especially if you were needy or beta in the
- 2:07relationship, if you accept the breakup right away or shortly
- 2:10thereafter, your value immediately goes up and this is
- 2:14a trigger because. It will cause them to second
- 2:17guess whether they made the right decision or not.
- 2:19Remember, as I said, people aren't 100% certain about the
- 2:23breakup. Even if they act like they are.
- 2:25They're just putting on a brave front.
- 2:29Next, you're living your best life now you might be living
- 2:33your worst life, but fake it till you make it as I've said.
- 2:40Before, if you are weak, you must appear strong.
- 2:43If you are strong, you must appear weak.
- 2:45So in this case, you're probably weak.
- 2:47So you got to appear strong. So now is the time to appear
- 2:52strong and to appear to be living your best life again.
- 2:56And Eagle Blow, They thought that you were going to be upset,
- 3:00curled up in a corner, crying. But Nope, you joined the No
- 3:03Contact army and you are out there doing your thing.
- 3:08And you know, one of the free coaching sessions that I gave
- 3:10away when I hit 100,000 subscribers was with this lovely
- 3:1469 year old woman. And she said that she was not
- 3:18going to let any Moss grow under her feet and she had all kinds
- 3:21of plans for the upcoming weekend.
- 3:23I thought, well, you sound so cool, I want to hang out with
- 3:26you. So she was 69 and she didn't
- 3:29care. She was just getting on with
- 3:30life and living her best life. So if she can do it, you can do
- 3:34it. Don't just sit around moping and
- 3:36crying. And you may say, okay, but how
- 3:39is my ex going to know that I'm living my best life?
- 3:43Well, the possibility of your ex finding out is greater than the
- 3:47possibility of them not finding out.
- 3:50Most exes do keep tabs on the person.
- 3:53They don't, and one of the reasons is actually to see how
- 3:58they're doing after they're getting dumped.
- 4:00They want to see if you fall apart or actually if you're
- 4:02living a good life. It's like a morbid curiosity.
- 4:06So. Don't worry, there's social
- 4:09media, there's friends and family.
- 4:10You could run into them. You never know, Okay, they're
- 4:13going to find a way to find out without you finding out that
- 4:16they're finding out. If that makes sense, Okay.
- 4:21And they're going to compare their situation to yours, and if
- 4:26they see that you're doing better than them, then they're
- 4:29going to feel like they're missing out and they're going to
- 4:32regret the decision. And voila, we have a trigger.
- 4:37And if you like what you've heard so far, be sure to give
- 4:39this video a like in order to help the YouTube algorithm.
- 4:43That way it'll show it to more people and more people will be
- 4:47able to have an easier time getting their ex back.
- 4:51Okay. The next one is to become a
- 4:54better person, and that is to level up and improve in every
- 4:58way. You don't want to be the same
- 5:02person that you were when they met you.
- 5:04Or when they broke up with you, you want to show that you are
- 5:07the new and improved version of you and they're missing out on
- 5:11that new and improved version. So this can be working on your
- 5:14looks to look better, having a better job, more money
- 5:17traveling, lots of friends, etcetera, etcetera, whatever.
- 5:22And especially if you improve the things that they were
- 5:25nagging you about in the relationship and you never
- 5:28worked on them, now you finally make that improvement and they
- 5:32see that they're not there. To reap the benefits.
- 5:36It's like, oh, now you quit drinking, now you quit smoking.
- 5:41So they'll wonder if they made a mistake, they'll have regrets,
- 5:44and that is yet another trigger. Then we have if their life isn't
- 5:51as going as great as they thought it would, either their
- 5:56rebound, dump them, or they had to dump their rebound, or
- 6:00they're dating, but they're not finding anyone to replace you.
- 6:03Or maybe they lost their job, or they had some type of accident.
- 6:08Anyways, at some point they'll start to reflect and wonder if
- 6:12they made the wrong decision. They thought their life would be
- 6:15better without you, and now it's actually worse.
- 6:18They're not as happy as they thought it would be.
- 6:21They ended a relationship with someone who loved them and did
- 6:24not want to lose them. That would be you.
- 6:26And now they're on their own. Life is not better.
- 6:30They don't have someone who loves them.
- 6:33And that is yet another trigger. And then finally, if it looks
- 6:40like you've moved on or if you have actually moved on, again,
- 6:46they weren't 100% sure about the decision and the thought is
- 6:51always in the back of their mind that if they wanted to come back
- 6:55that they could still get you back or have you in their life
- 6:58in some capacity. But now, if you're with someone
- 7:02else, they wonder if they will ever get access to you again,
- 7:05and if they can ever get you back again if they change their
- 7:09mind. That's why the jealousy card
- 7:11works so well if you do it at the right time in the right way.
- 7:17So if they see that you're happily dating someone else, or
- 7:21appear to be or happily moved on, they're definitely going to
- 7:25have second thoughts. About the break up, because we
- 7:27all want what we can't have, right?
- 7:29And obviously if you're with someone else now, they can't
- 7:30have you, so they will get triggered and there's a very
- 7:34good chance they'll reach out. Okay.
- 7:38So now I want to hear from you, which trigger or triggers do you
