On this episode, the boys had our friend Zouhair Talbi back on the podcast! Zouhair recently announced he is running the NYC Marathon in November. Coming off of a 2:03 in Boston in the Spring, he is dreaming of winning NYC! We talked about his training between Boston and now, as well as his recent race result at Falmouth.
Zouhair is also racing this weekend at Great North Run in the UK, so this episode was good timing…
