0:02
SPEAKER_02: Welcome to Useless Banter.
0:03
SPEAKER_02: A podcast where two best friends won't shut the fuck up.
0:09
SPEAKER_02: Basically, a podcast where we talk about a bunch of useless shit that doesn't really matter, but it's highly entertaining.
0:15
SPEAKER_01: Uh so grab a drink, low your expectations, and let's get useless.
0:22
SPEAKER_01: It's like so stupid.
0:24
SPEAKER_02: It's so silly, but also like work.
0:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
0:27
SPEAKER_02: Um, okay, we're clearly having so much fun.
0:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, also, girl, I know we recently said we're like heading to Europe and all that, but also we get back from Europe and our crazy asses are just like, hey, let's then go to Coachella right after.
0:45
SPEAKER_02: Like, why do we do this for ourselves?
0:47
SPEAKER_01: Hey, we're like weeks, weeks ago to Coachella.
0:50
SPEAKER_01: We're like, do we have any clue where we're staying?
0:53
SPEAKER_01: No.
0:54
SPEAKER_01: No.
0:55
SPEAKER_01: But we have a ticket.
0:57
SPEAKER_01: Like, it is okay, but this we have our charm and our personalities.
1:01
SPEAKER_01: We're marketable, we're funny.
1:03
SPEAKER_01: You're gonna like us.
1:05
SPEAKER_02: We promise you're gonna like us.
1:06
SPEAKER_02: Hey, last year at Coachella, literally two weeks before, bought our ticket and found a house to say.
1:12
SPEAKER_02: We just made it work.
1:13
SPEAKER_02: We just made it work.
1:15
SPEAKER_01: If there is, if there is a house with uh freaking bunk beds, bitch, we're available.
1:19
SPEAKER_01: We're probably gonna take it.
1:20
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
1:21
SPEAKER_01: Like, we will do it.
1:22
SPEAKER_01: There's no shame in the game.
1:23
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
1:24
SPEAKER_01: Um, and hey, we like walk into the house and we're giving it our all, like putting on the performance, like, oh my god, so nice to meet you who's excited for the weekend.
1:34
SPEAKER_01: Mind you, we're like the last ones that showed up.
1:36
SPEAKER_01: Everyone was already there for like hours.
1:38
SPEAKER_01: We were there at like 11 p.m.
1:39
SPEAKER_01: at night, and everyone's like, everyone's like crazy.
1:44
SPEAKER_01: And we go back to the room and we're like, do you think they hate us?
1:47
SPEAKER_02: Because we didn't really know them that well.
1:49
SPEAKER_02: But honestly, it ended up being something like that.
1:51
SPEAKER_02: No, it turned it turned out to be a lot of we got to meet a lot of cool people, yeah, exactly.
1:55
SPEAKER_02: And we made a lot of friends and stuff like that, but but um so this year we're gonna see.
2:00
SPEAKER_02: But one thing that I just cannot ever get over is was that two years, two cutels ago, where we went with like Chelsea, Afari, Billy Jean.
2:10
SPEAKER_02: It's like everybody though.
2:11
SPEAKER_01: Not last year, the year before.
2:12
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, the year before that.
2:13
SPEAKER_02: Wait, have we gone to two or three?
2:15
SPEAKER_02: Just two, right?
2:15
SPEAKER_02: We've gone to two together.
2:16
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
2:17
SPEAKER_02: And I've only ever gone to two.
2:18
SPEAKER_02: I've only got to.
2:18
SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay, yeah, yeah, yeah.
2:19
SPEAKER_02: So, oh yeah, because that year was your first one, huh?
2:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, okay.
2:23
SPEAKER_01: Um, wait, also cheers.
2:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, cheers.
2:25
SPEAKER_01: Hey, my broken ass glass.
2:27
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we should fix that, but okay.
2:30
SPEAKER_02: Eventually.
2:32
SPEAKER_02: Part of the charm.
2:35
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
2:37
SPEAKER_02: So um, yeah, so that year we had stayed in a hotel because our friend worked for uh like a hotel company and hooked it up and all that stuff, which was so great.
2:50
SPEAKER_02: Um, but literally day one, Afari loses his phone.
2:55
SPEAKER_01: Which is like the worst case scenario when you're at Coachella and you're doing all the extracurriculars and you're like living your life, you're with your friends, you want to be like documenting, taking pictures, like whatever, the whole thing.
3:07
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you lose your phone day one of Coachella, like, oh my gosh, knife to the heart.
3:11
SPEAKER_02: It is getting okay.
3:13
SPEAKER_02: And it was like just it happened so quick, which we later found out it was pretty intentional on the other person's behalf.
3:20
SPEAKER_02: But but basically, like it happened so fast.
3:22
SPEAKER_02: One second he had it, then the next second we're like on the floor looking for his phone, and he had basically lost it.
3:27
SPEAKER_02: So the day goes on.
3:29
SPEAKER_02: The next morning we're all in the hotel room, and I get a call, and then I I think I missed the call or something, and then you got a call.
3:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we both basically ended up getting a call from the same number, and it was an unknown number from us.
3:41
SPEAKER_02: And we're like, wait, what?
3:42
SPEAKER_02: And then the guy texted us and was like, Hey, I have your friend's phone.
3:46
SPEAKER_01: And what but remember he texted, I don't know if I think he might have texted me and was like, How much can you give me?
3:51
SPEAKER_01: Like he was like trying to hold the phone for ransom.
3:53
SPEAKER_02: Well, at first he was like, I have your friend's phone.
3:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and then we were like, Oh my god, amazing, you know.
3:57
SPEAKER_02: Like, I think I forget if I I don't know, whatever.
4:00
SPEAKER_02: Whoever was talking to him, but we were like, Okay, you have it amazing.
4:02
SPEAKER_02: He's like, Yeah, I will be in the festival.
4:04
SPEAKER_02: I'm staying in like Palm Desert, which was a little farther.
4:06
SPEAKER_02: He's like, I will be at the festival anytime after like 4 p.m.
4:10
SPEAKER_02: or something.
4:10
SPEAKER_02: Right.
4:11
SPEAKER_02: And he's like, We should meet by the rock sculpture, whatever.
4:14
SPEAKER_02: So we're like, great.
4:15
SPEAKER_02: And then afterwards, that's after we had set all that up, that's when he texted us something about like a reward.
4:22
SPEAKER_02: He was like, he was like, any reward or something like that.
4:25
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, are you kidding me?
4:26
SPEAKER_01: What?
4:27
SPEAKER_01: That's so annoying.
4:28
SPEAKER_01: Cause I and also, like, listen, if you lose your phone at Hotella, nine out of ten times, that shit is gone.
4:35
SPEAKER_02: It's gone.
4:35
SPEAKER_01: It's gone.
4:36
SPEAKER_02: So I was like, this man was purposely trying to find like whatever.
4:41
SPEAKER_02: So we go into the festival, time passes, and homeboy like is like, oh, I'm still like not there, and he's just like lagging and not.
4:48
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, I don't know if this guy's gonna show up, you know?
4:52
SPEAKER_02: So hey, what do we do?
4:54
SPEAKER_02: We're like, well, let's continue the party then because who knows if this guy's gonna show up.
4:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
4:58
SPEAKER_02: We decide to do extracurriculars.
5:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, let's say we did natural, natural, uh, natural herbs, natural herbs and a very like um, let's just say our our perception and our auditory and visual the bitches were hallucinating, okay?
5:16
SPEAKER_02: No, literally hallucinating, okay?
5:18
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we like were so giggly first of all.
5:21
SPEAKER_02: It was like so much fun because we were just like laughing.
5:23
SPEAKER_01: Literally, we literally sat outside of the bathroom.
5:26
SPEAKER_01: Luis and I sat outside of the bathroom at Coachella for it felt like two hours.
5:31
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
5:32
SPEAKER_01: We were like, we were like, forget the forget the music.
5:34
SPEAKER_01: This is not even fun.
5:36
SPEAKER_01: We could not get up off the ground because we literally thought that the clicking of our cowboy boots was the funniest thing that has ever happened to us, and we hysterically cried over it.
5:47
SPEAKER_02: Like to paint the picture, we were both in like cowboy outfits.
5:50
SPEAKER_02: I had these like silver bedazzled little little boots with my jeans, and I just kept click-clacking them, and I was like, Why did my feet look sick?
5:59
SPEAKER_01: You would have thought that that was the funniest thing we had ever experienced.
6:02
SPEAKER_01: Like, we lost it.
6:04
SPEAKER_01: We lost it.
6:04
SPEAKER_02: I was like, not me feeling like Dorothy right now.
6:07
SPEAKER_02: It was crazy.
6:08
SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, and then so it really starts to hit, right?
6:11
SPEAKER_02: At first, we're like giggly, and then all of a sudden we're like, and then we're like, Yeah, like the music sounded distorted.
6:18
SPEAKER_02: Rah like the whole thing, right?
6:20
SPEAKER_02: And we're like, who's playing right now?
6:22
SPEAKER_01: We're like, who is that?
6:24
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we're like trying to get to a stage, a certain stage, and like under these circumstances, it is very difficult.
6:33
SPEAKER_02: We were looking for T Pain.
6:34
SPEAKER_01: We were like, oh, we're trying to Heineken house.
6:35
SPEAKER_01: We were trying to find T Pain in the Heineken house, and we're like, how the hell do we get to the Heineken house?
6:40
SPEAKER_02: No, my favorite was Brad being like, put a Heineken house in your GPS.
6:43
SPEAKER_02: Maybe it'll take us there.
6:45
SPEAKER_01: I'm in my GPS, like thinking that I'm like solving the problem for the team.
6:49
SPEAKER_01: Like the group of people that were with them.
6:50
SPEAKER_01: Like, no, guys, I'm putting it in the GPS.
6:53
SPEAKER_01: Girl, there's no GPS to get to the Heineken house.
6:55
SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, it was it was just so insane, whatever.
6:58
SPEAKER_01: So during this, we're like, we're like, you know what?
7:01
SPEAKER_01: Fuck it.
7:02
SPEAKER_01: Let's just let's just vibe out.
7:03
SPEAKER_01: Let's laugh, like whatever.
7:05
SPEAKER_01: And then I get a phone call.
7:06
SPEAKER_01: And then we dun dun dun.
7:08
SPEAKER_01: And then we get a phone call.
7:09
SPEAKER_02: I get a phone call, and I'm like, oh my god, it's the guy.
7:12
SPEAKER_01: It is the criminal that's holding the phone for ransom.
7:14
SPEAKER_02: For ransom.
7:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
7:16
SPEAKER_02: Mind you, Afarian and Chelsea had gone to a different phone.
7:18
SPEAKER_02: Yes, okay.
7:18
SPEAKER_01: So our friend that actually had lost the phone.
7:21
SPEAKER_01: We split up.
7:21
SPEAKER_02: We split up.
7:22
SPEAKER_02: We were no longer with them.
7:23
SPEAKER_02: I know, not the smartest thing.
7:25
SPEAKER_02: Don't know why we did it, but we honestly at that point, because it was getting dark, we're like, this man is not coming.
7:29
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we're like, the phone's gone, like, whatever.
7:32
SPEAKER_02: So they went to see somebody else.
7:33
SPEAKER_01: We wanted to see T P.
7:34
SPEAKER_01: Of course, right as we were at the peak of our experience, he calls.
7:38
SPEAKER_01: And I'm like, oh my god.
7:41
SPEAKER_01: So and we're like, this is our response.
7:44
SPEAKER_01: We have to get our phone back for our friend right now.
7:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was like, we are gonna do this.
7:49
SPEAKER_02: So hey, I pick up the phone, and all I hear is I'm like, oh, and no.
7:58
SPEAKER_01: Louise is literally like panicked and I'm like, give me the phone, let me hear.
8:02
SPEAKER_01: So then I got the phone, and all I hear is like I'm like, oh no, bitch, you got that.
8:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
8:09
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, I literally, hey, in the middle of Coachella, I'm like, I'm so sorry, I can't hear you.
8:14
SPEAKER_02: It's so loud.
8:15
SPEAKER_02: My service isn't good.
8:16
SPEAKER_02: I have to text you.
8:16
SPEAKER_02: So I like hang up the phone.
8:18
SPEAKER_02: I go to look at my phone, and I'm like, what is on my screen?
8:21
SPEAKER_02: I could not make anything out.
8:23
SPEAKER_02: I was tripping, okay?
8:25
SPEAKER_02: Like, I literally was like, I so I was like, there's, I don't know how I'm gonna do this.
8:28
SPEAKER_02: Like, I have to focus.
8:29
SPEAKER_02: I was focusing so hard.
8:30
SPEAKER_02: Finally, I was like, you know what?
8:32
SPEAKER_02: We had already set to meet at the rocks.
8:34
SPEAKER_02: And I saw, I was able to see a text that he sent saying, like, hey, I'm here.
8:39
SPEAKER_02: So I was like, okay, let's just go to the rocks, let's go, whatever.
8:42
SPEAKER_02: We're like trekking across Coachella, we're on the opposite side.
8:46
SPEAKER_02: Oh my God.
8:47
SPEAKER_02: When I tell you guys, like, I don't know who was playing at the time, but the music in the background was like theme music.
8:52
SPEAKER_02: Like it was like, dun, dun, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, don't, like, I was like, this is our mission.
8:57
SPEAKER_02: Like, we are going.
8:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
9:00
SPEAKER_01: Like they were playing like superhero music, like in the back.
9:03
SPEAKER_01: And we're like, what I even took it upon myself once again.
9:07
unknown: Yeah.
9:09
SPEAKER_01: I don't know what I was thinking, but I'm like, now is my time.
9:13
SPEAKER_01: Like, whatever.
9:13
SPEAKER_01: So I like run over to the thing, and I'm like, everyone else is in a group.
9:18
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, he told him, told us to meet at the rocks or whatever.
9:22
SPEAKER_01: I'm circling the rocks.
9:23
SPEAKER_01: Like, where's he at?
9:25
SPEAKER_01: Where's he at?
9:25
SPEAKER_01: Like by myself.
9:26
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, girl, what are you doing?
9:28
SPEAKER_02: At one point, you're on the phone and you're like pointing, you're like, you're over there.
9:31
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
9:31
SPEAKER_02: And he walks out the way, and then two minutes later, and I'm like, You're over there.
9:34
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
9:34
SPEAKER_02: I'm literally like going back.
9:36
SPEAKER_02: I cannot.
9:37
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh my god, what is Brad doing?
9:38
SPEAKER_02: But it's because we also got there and we're like, we don't know what this man looks like.
9:41
SPEAKER_01: Did I get the phone?
9:42
SPEAKER_01: No, you got the phone.
9:42
SPEAKER_01: We didn't.
9:43
SPEAKER_02: No, no, we well, we all, so at one point, because we didn't know what this man looked like.
9:47
SPEAKER_02: Then all of a sudden, Itzy or Billy Jean or one of them was like, Oh, I see it was a guy and a girl, remember?
9:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
9:53
SPEAKER_02: And they had like three or four phones on them.
9:55
SPEAKER_02: Like, you, I was like, girl, this was their gig.
9:57
SPEAKER_02: This was their gig.
9:58
SPEAKER_02: I was like, what is going on?
9:59
SPEAKER_02: So we're like, this looks so sketch.
10:01
SPEAKER_02: But we're like, okay, that's probably them.
10:02
SPEAKER_02: So we walk up to them.
10:03
SPEAKER_02: I think at that point we all, we all just walk up to them and we're like, hey, are you, do you have our friend's phone?
10:08
SPEAKER_02: And he he literally holds up the phone and is like, yeah.
10:11
SPEAKER_02: But he's like holding it by his face and he's just like, yeah, I have it.
10:14
SPEAKER_02: And we're like, okay, like, can we get it?
10:16
SPEAKER_02: Get it.
10:17
SPEAKER_02: He's like, well, I need the passcode.
10:19
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, oh shit, I don't know his passcode.
10:21
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, so I don't know the code.
10:23
SPEAKER_02: But I was like, but can I, can I, can you call?
10:25
SPEAKER_02: Can I call it?
10:26
SPEAKER_02: And if it rings, it's his, obviously, right?
10:29
SPEAKER_02: So we call it, it's his.
10:32
SPEAKER_02: And he's like, okay, we're like, okay, it's it's his phone.
10:35
SPEAKER_02: And he's being so weird.
10:36
SPEAKER_02: He's literally just holding, like, waiting for us.
10:38
SPEAKER_02: He's like, okay.
10:39
SPEAKER_01: And we're like, he was I the interaction was so uncomfortable.
10:43
SPEAKER_01: So uncomfortable.
10:44
SPEAKER_01: So uncomfortable.
10:44
SPEAKER_02: So then I think Billy Jean or somebody was just kind of like, okay, and grabbed the phone.
10:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, someone just like grabbed it and we like dipped.
10:51
SPEAKER_02: And we dipped after that.
10:52
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
10:53
SPEAKER_01: And he did text us after.
10:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and was like, oh, you're not gonna give us give me anything, like any money.
10:58
SPEAKER_01: Like, no, no, we're not.
10:59
SPEAKER_01: You took the phone, and that's what's all we need to do.
11:01
SPEAKER_01: Like, I and then, like, I remember it was literally like we were doing a victory lap, bitch.
11:06
SPEAKER_01: Like, we just conquered the fucking world.
11:09
SPEAKER_01: The world.
11:10
SPEAKER_02: And then, of course, after that, because we had told uh Chelsea and Afari that we were gonna meet him or whatever.
11:15
SPEAKER_02: So, of course, after that, we like met up and we're like, you guys accomplish this.
11:19
SPEAKER_02: That's great.
11:20
SPEAKER_01: We're all like jumping, like, oh my god.
11:21
SPEAKER_02: I mean, honestly, to get his phone back, especially in that iconic.
11:25
SPEAKER_02: I was like, we could do anything.
11:27
SPEAKER_01: No, no, no, we are superheroes, which I don't care.
11:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, that was incredible.
11:32
SPEAKER_02: So that is just a taste of what goes on at Coachella.
11:37
SPEAKER_02: This is gonna be our third one together, girl.
11:39
SPEAKER_02: It's crazy.
11:41
SPEAKER_02: Hey, where are we gonna stay?
11:43
SPEAKER_02: Honestly, I don't know.
11:45
SPEAKER_02: The way that, like, even you were messaging me, like, oh my god, isn't this fit so cute for Coachella?
11:49
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, girl, we I have not even we need to thought about it.
11:53
SPEAKER_01: I know.
11:53
SPEAKER_01: You're up first, but yes, also, yeah, you're up first.
11:56
SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm already on it.
11:58
SPEAKER_01: Outfits, so we'll the outfit.
12:00
SPEAKER_01: Don't worry about the outfit.
12:01
SPEAKER_02: I plan Europe, you plan the outfits for Coachella, yeah, yeah, honestly.
12:05
SPEAKER_01: And then and then we'll just, you know, we gotta we'll finaglo a place.
12:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we'll we'll make it, yeah, we'll make it work, we'll make it work.
12:11
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, so lol on that, but stay tuned for Coachella.
12:15
SPEAKER_01: Um okay, so we did want to do a fun little new uh thing here um on the useless of the banter.
12:25
SPEAKER_01: You might have heard of this game before.
12:27
SPEAKER_01: Who knows?
12:28
SPEAKER_02: Might be so obscure.
12:30
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
12:30
SPEAKER_01: Um, so it it is called uh how does it go?
12:33
SPEAKER_01: Oh, I think it's would you would you rather?
12:41
SPEAKER_01: We really tried.
12:42
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, we really tried, okay?
12:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so we're gonna play would you rather?
12:45
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
12:45
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
12:46
SPEAKER_02: Um, if you don't know the premise is would you rather?
12:48
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
12:49
SPEAKER_02: So um so we did ask Chatty.
12:51
SPEAKER_01: Miss Chatty.
12:53
SPEAKER_02: We both asked her.
12:54
SPEAKER_02: So hopefully we have a She's gonna give us some different.
12:56
SPEAKER_01: Um, oh my god, my mom FaceTime.
12:58
SPEAKER_01: I was gonna answer one FaceTime while I was on the pod and be like, mom, say hi to the pod.
13:02
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, you could, honestly.
13:03
SPEAKER_01: Let me come in.
13:04
SPEAKER_01: My mom is like on vacation right now, sending me like pictures.
13:06
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, okay, D.
13:07
SPEAKER_02: Wait, where is she?
13:08
SPEAKER_01: Um you know Saint something.
13:15
SPEAKER_01: Say Saint somewhere.
13:17
SPEAKER_01: Okay, where you know, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
13:19
SPEAKER_01: She's flipping it up.
13:20
SPEAKER_01: She's at the by a beach, lots of palm trees.
13:22
SPEAKER_01: She was on a boat.
13:23
SPEAKER_01: Okay, cute.
13:24
SPEAKER_01: Those are the vibes.
13:25
SPEAKER_01: Okay, we love that for her.
13:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, yeah, I didn't answer the FaceTime, she said rude.
13:31
SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh.
13:32
SPEAKER_02: Send her a picture of us on the pod.
13:33
SPEAKER_02: Literally.
13:34
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
13:34
SPEAKER_02: Um, okay.
13:35
SPEAKER_02: Also, me asking Chatty, like, hey, can you come up with some fun, can't be silly, and saucy?
13:42
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather question?
13:43
SPEAKER_01: Saucy is crazy.
13:45
SPEAKER_02: Um, okay.
13:46
SPEAKER_02: So do you want to go first or should I?
13:49
SPEAKER_02: Um, go ahead.
13:50
SPEAKER_02: Okay, okay.
13:51
SPEAKER_02: Um, wait.
13:56
SPEAKER_02: Okay, I was just gonna start with this one.
13:58
SPEAKER_02: So, would you rather be amazing at flirting or have everyone think you're flirting even when you're not?
14:03
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I actually think that that's already the case for me.
14:09
SPEAKER_02: Oh, honestly, real.
14:10
SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel like everyone thinks I'm flirting with them, but I just am like a very I think we're both kind of like that.
14:15
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
14:15
SPEAKER_01: We're both very like charismatic.
14:17
SPEAKER_01: And we're we are both very flirty.
14:19
SPEAKER_01: I feel like people I just we're nice to people.
14:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like it's not nice to each other.
14:23
SPEAKER_01: Honestly, you know what's crazy is I think like a huge part of flirting is just being interested in in getting to know someone.
14:29
SPEAKER_01: Yes.
14:29
SPEAKER_01: And I am interested in getting to know people, even if I'm not like what I like.
14:32
SPEAKER_01: I love to get to know people's backgrounds, their why, what they're doing, like where did you come from?
14:37
SPEAKER_01: How are you like this?
14:38
SPEAKER_01: Okay, how are you like?
14:40
SPEAKER_01: What made you get to this point?
14:42
SPEAKER_01: Like, so uh, how did we get here?
14:44
SPEAKER_01: How did we get here?
14:45
SPEAKER_01: Tell me everything.
14:46
SPEAKER_02: But I do think like I think naturally we are people, we are social people.
14:50
SPEAKER_02: So, like the simple act of one eye contact and two eye contact does everything.
14:55
SPEAKER_02: Every time I'm like, eye contact and just it's the puppy dog eyes.
14:59
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, so how'd you get here?
15:02
SPEAKER_02: No, um, but I also think like it's so funny because it's something as simple as like asking questions or like just again being in the conversation and people are like, yeah, oh, they're like interested, you know.
15:13
SPEAKER_02: Which like I'm all always interested to get to know you, but sometimes it is taken as like, oh, you're giving me extra attention.
15:19
SPEAKER_02: But I'm like, I am just like that with people.
15:21
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, me too.
15:22
SPEAKER_01: Me too.
15:22
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, don't feel special.
15:24
SPEAKER_01: No, I'm kidding.
15:25
SPEAKER_01: Okay, okay.
15:26
SPEAKER_01: Just kidding.
15:27
SPEAKER_01: You're nothing.
15:27
SPEAKER_01: No.
15:30
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
15:31
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay.
15:32
SPEAKER_02: Wait, so what oh, yeah.
15:35
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, still the verdict, the verdict.
15:37
SPEAKER_02: Wait, so you what would you rather be?
15:39
SPEAKER_02: Um, what was the question again?
15:43
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather be really good at flirting or have everyone think you're flirting even when you're not?
15:52
SPEAKER_01: I guess be really good at flirting.
15:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I guess so, right?
15:56
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
15:56
SPEAKER_01: I feel like that's kind of the same thing.
15:58
SPEAKER_01: Because if you are really good at flirting, you probably people are probably gonna think that you're flirting a lot.
16:03
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
16:04
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I guess I guess I would just, I don't know, the idea of like even when you're not is what makes me want to say no.
16:09
SPEAKER_02: No.
16:10
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
16:10
SPEAKER_01: Because also, like, yeah, like I would rat I would rather be able to turn it on when I need to turn it on.
16:15
SPEAKER_01: Like, I would rather be able to show intention where I need to.
16:17
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and I could probably get better at that, honestly.
16:20
SPEAKER_01: So no, no, same, same, same.
16:22
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay.
16:25
SPEAKER_01: Oh god, I'm scared.
16:26
SPEAKER_01: I like think that this is more funny for you than me.
16:29
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
16:30
SPEAKER_01: Um God, he's gonna about to read me.
16:33
SPEAKER_01: Would you rather accidentally send a nude to your boss or send a screenshot of your hinge roster to your mom?
16:45
SPEAKER_01: Like, I already do send my my roster to my mom.
16:48
SPEAKER_01: Like, is that crazy?
16:49
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, that bitch knows everything.
16:51
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
16:52
SPEAKER_01: No, I would never, I would never, never, never, never.
16:55
SPEAKER_01: So which one is it?
16:56
SPEAKER_01: An accidental nude or the roster to mom?
16:59
SPEAKER_02: Roster to mom.
17:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
17:00
SPEAKER_02: Because it's like to your boss, like, girl, I'm not like you can't hire from.
17:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you can't recover from that.
17:04
SPEAKER_02: No, no, no.
17:05
SPEAKER_02: Well, but like well, like I mean honestly, you could get a promotion.
17:11
SPEAKER_02: You never know.
17:12
SPEAKER_02: Right, right, right, right, right.
17:13
SPEAKER_02: No, I think because okay, yes, like in that sense, I do not, I would not ever send that to my mom.
17:20
SPEAKER_02: But at least a hinge ruster isn't like it like would be at least cleaner than a new tier.
17:27
SPEAKER_01: Like, that's something we can unpack that and explain it, and yeah, we can recover from that one.
17:32
SPEAKER_01: Also, like, what does a hinge roster even look like?
17:34
SPEAKER_02: Like just a picture of the guys you're talking to the hinge rate?
17:36
SPEAKER_02: I I guess so, yeah.
17:37
SPEAKER_02: Okay, yeah.
17:37
SPEAKER_02: I could just be like, well, I'm on a dating app, I just like, you know, I wanted to share.
17:41
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I just wanted to share with you.
17:44
SPEAKER_02: Um okay, wait, yeah.
17:46
SPEAKER_02: So girl.
17:48
SPEAKER_02: Okay, I think wait, this is I'm curious.
17:54
SPEAKER_02: Okay, because of our situations, would you rather fall for someone too fast or be emotionally unavailable but mysterious?
18:02
SPEAKER_02: Say it one more time.
18:03
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather fall for someone too fast or be emotionally unavailable but mysterious?
18:08
SPEAKER_02: I think it really just.
18:09
SPEAKER_01: Wow, that's like an interesting question because I feel like I've been both of those, and I feel like I'm definitely was it used to be I used to fall for people, everyone too fast, and now I'm more mysterious or emotionally unavailable.
18:23
SPEAKER_01: Um there's pros and cons to both because being emotionally unavailable is like or not emotionally unavailable, but like avoidant.
18:30
SPEAKER_01: It's like, you know, you're you're more protected and you give less power to people, which is nice because like if someone doesn't text you back, you're not like screaming, crying throwing up.
18:41
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
18:42
SPEAKER_01: You can like function throughout your day, yeah.
18:45
SPEAKER_01: But it also makes it hard to really, really create intimacy with someone, and um sometimes it is nice to be reminded that you have the ability to feel.
18:55
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, you know, like I do love still the lover boy part of me.
19:00
SPEAKER_01: So I guess like I don't know, I I think maybe I'd rather like fall too fast for someone because like I think that that's yeah, you know, like that's like a part of life.
19:10
SPEAKER_01: Like if you don't, if you don't fall, you'll never feel.
19:13
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
19:14
SPEAKER_02: That's true.
19:14
SPEAKER_02: I've always been the avoidant, yeah.
19:17
SPEAKER_02: I've never been the one to fall too fast.
19:20
SPEAKER_02: So like I I don't know that that would ever be me, you know.
19:24
SPEAKER_02: Um, and I also in that sense, as much as like yeah, in the past, sometimes I've been uh a little too like scared of being vulnerable, I still think that I uh it's funny you say you like that lover boy side of you.
19:40
SPEAKER_02: I appreciate and respect the side of me that does take its time and that does really, really wants to like make sure that that person is um worth being vulnerable for 100%.
19:51
SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
19:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, granted, I definitely something I have worked on over the years is being more emotionally available and open and vulnerable.
20:00
SPEAKER_02: So definitely that, but yeah, I think still innately, I think I would want to say that I'd rather be more on the emotional, unavailable side than to fall for someone too fast just because I don't like the idea of just falling for anyone, yeah, you know, be just because type of thing.
20:16
SPEAKER_01: And ladies and gentlemen, that is a Capricorn moon and a cancer moon.
20:21
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, whatever.
20:22
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
20:23
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
20:24
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, that's so real though.
20:25
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
20:26
SPEAKER_02: I mean, in between would be ideal, you know?
20:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like we're trying to meet in the middle, goddammit.
20:31
SPEAKER_01: Oh my gosh.
20:32
SPEAKER_01: Okay, okay.
20:37
SPEAKER_01: No, these are all Chaddy's Chaddy's uh questions, so uh not mine, but would you rather date someone with a perfect body and terrible personality?
20:46
SPEAKER_00: Oh gosh.
20:47
SPEAKER_01: Or perfect personality and terrible in bed.
20:52
SPEAKER_01: Ooh, that's fucked up.
20:55
SPEAKER_02: Um perfect personality because we could open it up, babe.
21:03
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god, okay.
21:05
SPEAKER_02: Hey, listen, listen, listen.
21:07
SPEAKER_02: I definitely I definitely think that physical and sexual intimacy and chemistry is such an important part, but also let's be real.
21:18
SPEAKER_02: If you're gonna be with someone and you're gonna live with them, you have to live with that personality, babe.
21:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
21:22
SPEAKER_02: Like you, you're not just the sex, obviously, yes, we have sex throughout and whatever, but like what's more often gonna happen?
21:30
SPEAKER_02: You're gonna be sitting there with them or you're gonna be around them, and the personality is gonna come through.
21:34
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, I would rather do the personality.
21:37
SPEAKER_01: I think too, like, and I have like experiences like specifically, but like, you know, when you date someone that has a horrible personality versus when you date someone that has a great personality, like when you're dating someone, you are committing to being with someone on their very worst day.
21:52
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
21:52
SPEAKER_01: So imagine your the worst possible thing that could happen to you.
21:56
SPEAKER_01: Imagine it happening, and you're sitting next to someone with a horrible personality.
22:00
SPEAKER_02: That's what I'm saying.
22:01
SPEAKER_01: I like that is like, I mean, my God, we can, you know, friggin' watch something and get off if we need to.
22:08
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
22:08
SPEAKER_01: Like we can figure that out.
22:09
SPEAKER_01: We can figure that out.
22:10
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
22:11
SPEAKER_02: Like, you know, much as again, I do think that is an important that chemistry is important.
22:15
SPEAKER_01: I mean, I do think that that would probably lead to more of an open conversation if that was genuinely like we were the perfect match, but just couldn't figure it out that way.
22:25
SPEAKER_02: I also maybe I'm wrong, and maybe I will be proven wrong.
22:28
SPEAKER_01: But like I mean there's that if there's that that chemistry perfectly personality-wise, there's no way that we're gonna like that's gonna be.
22:35
SPEAKER_01: I mean, unless it's like a micro situation.
22:37
SPEAKER_02: Again, we can then talk about solutions.
22:40
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, they make big dildos, they keep upping the size, I'm telling you.
22:48
SPEAKER_01: Okay, we don't need to go from one extreme to the other.
22:51
SPEAKER_02: I think we just need to find a happy medium.
22:52
SPEAKER_02: Okay, all right.
22:53
SPEAKER_01: I mean a medium-sized dildo.
22:57
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
22:58
SPEAKER_02: Um, okay, let's see.
23:02
SPEAKER_02: Um, okay.
23:09
SPEAKER_02: This is interesting.
23:12
SPEAKER_02: Okay, would you rather would you rather be iconic for one messy moment or quietly slay forever?
23:20
SPEAKER_02: Wait, sorry, say it again.
23:22
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather be iconic for one messy moment or quietly slay forever?
23:30
SPEAKER_02: So you're basically known for one messy moment and you become iconic for it, or you're just slaying forever like under the radar, but you're killing it.
23:39
SPEAKER_01: I think slay under the radar, but you're killing it.
23:42
SPEAKER_01: Because like, uh, I think that there's something that's so powerful.
23:46
SPEAKER_01: Because I feel like I know people like that.
23:48
SPEAKER_01: I feel like I know people that are just like always kind of slaying, they're just like consistent and like they don't they're not like jumping up in your face and being like, oh my god, look at me.
23:55
SPEAKER_01: But then when you like take a step back and look at their journey, you're like, wow, they're they're serving, like they're giving life.
24:00
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
24:01
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
24:02
SPEAKER_01: And um, I love those people.
24:04
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, me too.
24:05
SPEAKER_01: Like, and I'm like, I I when I was younger, maybe my answer would have been different.
24:08
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh my god, I want to be a star.
24:10
SPEAKER_01: And I want everyone to like, you know what I mean?
24:11
SPEAKER_01: Whatever.
24:11
SPEAKER_01: I need to be doing the most outrageous things.
24:13
SPEAKER_01: But the older I get, I'm like, yeah, bitch, I'll slay silently.
24:16
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's funny because I kind of agree.
24:18
SPEAKER_02: Uh like I think younger me would have been like, oh yeah, I want to be like in the limelight, or I want to be the star, or I want to be known and whatever.
24:26
SPEAKER_02: And like, I want to be successful for me.
24:28
SPEAKER_02: It was like being successful was being known type of thing.
24:31
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
24:32
SPEAKER_02: But like now, I'm like, honestly, I would not mind being successful.
24:36
SPEAKER_02: And like, kind of like, you know how I think about like actors versus like producers type of thing.
24:41
SPEAKER_02: It's like a lot of producers, they can walk around and they're fine.
24:44
SPEAKER_02: Like, no, you know, they're not getting their violence, yeah.
24:46
SPEAKER_02: Like, but they're so successful, they're well off, they've obviously built such a great career.
24:50
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and sometimes that sounds so nice.
24:53
SPEAKER_01: I also think too, like, people like us.
24:56
SPEAKER_01: Hey, not to toot our own horns, but hey, honk honk.
25:01
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, I feel like when you have a natural star quality, you're a star no matter what room you walk in, and like in the people's lives that like I don't need to be in the the press every day.
25:16
SPEAKER_01: Like I don't need to be whatever, like bitch.
25:18
SPEAKER_01: I'm a star when I walk in the room, period.
25:20
SPEAKER_01: Like, you know what I mean?
25:20
SPEAKER_01: Like I have an energy that you're gonna feel, you're gonna know.
25:23
SPEAKER_01: I have a voice that you're gonna hear.
25:24
SPEAKER_01: Like, you know what I mean?
25:26
SPEAKER_01: So I don't need to be blasted from the rooftop.
25:29
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
25:30
SPEAKER_02: I I am happy with also because the freedom to be able to have your own adventure and not have it be micro analyzed or managed or whatever, to me sounds really nice.
25:42
SPEAKER_02: Like I really am a free, and I think you uh like can relate.
25:46
SPEAKER_02: I feel like I'm just a free spirit in that sense, and I like to be able to do what I want when I want.
25:51
SPEAKER_02: And I think that kind of like having to what's the word?
25:56
SPEAKER_02: Like having to kind of like keep the public in mind and like my image in mind and all that stuff all the time.
26:04
SPEAKER_02: Kind of exhausting.
26:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
26:05
SPEAKER_01: Also, too, because I think that we're also people that love to connect with people.
26:08
SPEAKER_01: Yes, we love to meet new people, and I feel like when you were that well known or you were that famous, like you don't really know ever know if you're having a genuine connection, yeah, right?
26:19
SPEAKER_01: Because people already know you, so it's like they're just trying to get closer to you for the power of the you know what I mean, or whatever.
26:28
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and so it's like I think it really, really diminishes your like ability to make real connections or likelihood, yeah, you know, and that that would be really unfortunate because that's something I really enjoy in life.
26:42
SPEAKER_01: Me too, 100%.
26:43
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, okay, wow.
26:50
SPEAKER_01: Okay, this is um would you rather give up topping forever or give up bottoming forever?
26:58
SPEAKER_01: That's fucked.
27:00
SPEAKER_01: Forever.
27:01
SPEAKER_01: Forever.
27:01
SPEAKER_01: Oof, that's like so sad.
27:07
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
27:08
SPEAKER_01: Oof, I know.
27:10
SPEAKER_01: It's like that's not fair.
27:13
SPEAKER_01: It's not fair.
27:14
SPEAKER_01: We're adults, okay?
27:15
SPEAKER_02: I know, and also like okay, mmm, I don't know.
27:22
SPEAKER_02: I don't know either.
27:23
SPEAKER_02: Because it's like sometimes the act of like prepping to bottom is like so annoying.
27:28
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's so annoying.
27:30
SPEAKER_02: And it's like the mental whatever that goes with that, but then at the same time, like I like almost want to say that just for the act of having a prep to bottom, I'd probably choose that, but then it's like I enjoy it.
27:45
SPEAKER_01: So yeah, that's a hard one.
27:50
SPEAKER_01: I think yeah, I don't know, that's really hard because I I also agree.
27:57
SPEAKER_01: It's like they're both like different versions of me.
28:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
28:01
SPEAKER_01: And like I it would no matter which one I gave up, I would crave the one that I gave up.
28:07
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
28:07
SPEAKER_01: At some point.
28:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, I think that maybe, maybe I would give, I don't know, like I think that in the relationships that I've been in and stuff, I've definitely been more so at the bottom.
28:18
SPEAKER_01: And so I think there's like a deeper yearn to like please my partner in that way.
28:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
28:23
SPEAKER_01: You know, like there's something very fulfilling about being the receiver.
28:27
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
28:28
SPEAKER_01: And like I feel like it's like a very, very intimate thing that's like obviously is really annoying sometimes, just in regards to like the preparation in order to do so.
28:36
SPEAKER_01: But like is like, I don't want to say like this is silly, but like soul fulfilling, like to like have that experience with someone, and it's I don't know.
28:44
SPEAKER_01: So I I I I think that I would probably give up topping.
28:49
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I know, yeah.
28:50
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I'm the same way, like in relationships and things, I think I tend to lean more on that end of things too.
28:56
SPEAKER_02: And like, like you said, there is something, I don't know, it's also like uh there's a sense of like power to it, like it feels good to know that you have that control over your body and that yeah ability, whatever, you know, to please your partner.
29:12
SPEAKER_02: So that in that sense, yeah, I do I do see what you're saying.
29:16
SPEAKER_02: So oh god, I don't know.
29:18
SPEAKER_02: I guess hey, we'll suck up the preparation first.
29:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
29:23
SPEAKER_02: Oh god, that's a that's a tough one, huh?
29:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
29:27
SPEAKER_02: These are good.
29:27
SPEAKER_02: Chatty's kind of easy.
29:29
SPEAKER_02: I know, okay.
29:30
SPEAKER_02: Um okay, let's see.
29:41
SPEAKER_02: Okay, wait, I have one.
29:42
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather accidentally like an old photo or accidentally send a screenshot back to the person?
29:54
SPEAKER_01: Um I would have to do an old photo for sure.
29:59
SPEAKER_01: For sure.
30:00
SPEAKER_01: For sure, an old photo.
30:01
SPEAKER_02: Sending a screenshot back to the person is criminal.
30:04
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
30:05
SPEAKER_01: I've like done that before and it's anxiety.
30:08
SPEAKER_01: It's like so or even just sending a wrong text to someone.
30:14
SPEAKER_01: Anyway, yeah, oof.
30:15
SPEAKER_01: Like, because like I am also someone who's like, I'm not, I will go back and like shit from a long time ago.
30:20
SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm invested in your feed right now.
30:22
SPEAKER_01: I don't care.
30:22
SPEAKER_02: Also now I'm shame in my game.
30:24
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
30:25
SPEAKER_02: I also feel like now the algorithm's like different where like on Instagram things pop up.
30:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah.
30:29
SPEAKER_02: It's like not in a timely, like it's not, yeah.
30:32
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
30:33
SPEAKER_01: I'm I'm an FBI agent, so like if I'm interested in you, like I literally will go back to the first thing you've ever posted.
30:38
SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't care.
30:38
SPEAKER_01: You know what I'm saying?
30:41
SPEAKER_01: And like if I'm like showing some respect, like that was a great picture.
30:44
SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't care if it was five years ago, I liked the image.
30:47
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
30:47
SPEAKER_02: There you go.
30:48
SPEAKER_02: Well, I mean, yeah, if I like you or whatever, then it doesn't matter.
30:50
SPEAKER_01: Like, yeah, I guess though, if I like hate you, that's like different.
30:53
SPEAKER_01: Like, or if we're like beefing and then I like a picture, like, oh, that's annoying.
30:58
SPEAKER_01: No, yeah, then that because then you're like looking, but it's also like, yeah, I accidentally liked your picture, and I was probably talking shit.
31:03
SPEAKER_01: So that's the real tea.
31:06
SPEAKER_01: Like, I'm being grateful for the like, okay.
31:08
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
31:09
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay.
31:13
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
31:14
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
31:15
SPEAKER_01: Some of these are really good, actually.
31:16
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
31:18
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
31:18
SPEAKER_01: Oh my god.
31:19
SPEAKER_01: This one is insane, Louise.
31:22
SPEAKER_01: Oh god, I'm scared.
31:23
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
31:23
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
31:24
SPEAKER_01: Would you rather your family group chat read all of your DMs from the last year, or your last five hookups rate you publicly?
31:35
SPEAKER_02: It is savage.
31:39
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
31:41
SPEAKER_02: Wait, okay, your family group chat read all of your DMs in the past year.
31:44
SPEAKER_01: Would you rather your family group chat read all of your DMs from the last year, or your last five hookups rate you publicly?
31:51
SPEAKER_02: Rating publicly?
31:53
SPEAKER_02: Exactly.
31:56
SPEAKER_02: Okay, this one's so savage.
31:57
SPEAKER_02: Oh god.
31:58
SPEAKER_02: I would kill myself either way.
32:01
SPEAKER_01: No, that's it's not.
32:02
SPEAKER_02: Um oh my god.
32:04
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
32:05
SPEAKER_02: Oof.
32:11
SPEAKER_01: Like, I feel like for you, it's so different.
32:16
SPEAKER_01: Like, for me, like I my family knows the type of person that I am.
32:25
SPEAKER_01: Like, I don't think that my family would really be gagged by any of the things that are being said in my DMs.
32:29
SPEAKER_01: Like, I think my family would be like, okay, bitch, like we knew we knew the who we knew who she who she was and how she acted.
32:36
SPEAKER_01: Um, and but there is a part of me that wants to be like, I know my five, my last five hookups would would eat it up.
32:42
SPEAKER_01: Like, I know that they would be like, oh yeah, it tons across the board.
32:45
SPEAKER_01: But I will say that if they were to say anything, right?
32:49
SPEAKER_01: That's the thing, that would wound me forever.
32:52
SPEAKER_01: And like, I don't know if I like could recover from something like that.
32:56
SPEAKER_02: Okay, I feel like it would wound me for a hot minute, but I think I would recover.
32:59
SPEAKER_02: I think I'd be fine.
33:00
SPEAKER_02: Because also, like, whatever, you know.
33:02
SPEAKER_02: But but for me, it's like the f okay.
33:06
SPEAKER_02: My sisters, like, I don't care.
33:07
SPEAKER_02: They could probably read the DMs and be like, whatever.
33:09
SPEAKER_02: My parents?
33:11
SPEAKER_02: No, I don't think I could.
33:12
SPEAKER_02: I think that would be different.
33:15
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
33:15
SPEAKER_02: So I I would probably have to say my five hookups rate me publicly.
33:19
SPEAKER_02: As embarrassing as that would be, I'd be more embarrassed by my parents reading.
33:23
SPEAKER_01: I I think I would do the other one.
33:25
SPEAKER_01: That's crazy.
33:26
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
33:26
SPEAKER_01: I don't know.
33:27
SPEAKER_02: I'm just like, oof, like I mean, neither of them sound, they both sound torture.
33:30
SPEAKER_02: Like that's torture.
33:31
SPEAKER_02: Horrible, yeah.
33:32
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, that's a good one.
33:32
SPEAKER_02: Chatty kind of ate with that.
33:34
SPEAKER_02: She ate with that one.
33:34
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god.
33:35
SPEAKER_02: Okay, I don't know if I'm gonna be able to top that one off, but yeah, when you're done topping, so apparently.
33:46
SPEAKER_02: Okay, let's see.
33:49
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather this is kind of funny?
33:53
SPEAKER_02: Wait, hold on.
33:55
SPEAKER_02: Okay, this is okay.
33:56
SPEAKER_02: This is I'm curious.
33:57
SPEAKER_02: Would you rather be the hottest person in the room or the funniest?
34:03
SPEAKER_01: Well, typically I'm both.
34:05
SPEAKER_01: No, I'm gonna have more.
34:07
SPEAKER_01: Um, I uh I think that the younger version of me, again, would always have wanted to be the hottest person in the room.
34:15
SPEAKER_01: And I think like I've always had so many insecurities like in regards to my appearance.
34:20
SPEAKER_01: So um the younger version of me would say definitely I would want to be the hottest person in the room.
34:26
SPEAKER_01: Cause I also just you know, there's obviously pretty people, pretty people privilege and whatever.
34:31
SPEAKER_01: But the older I've gotten and the more healing that I've done, I think that I would rather be the funniest person in the room because people take to that, and that's like a that's a very powerful place to be.
34:42
SPEAKER_01: Um, you know, like no matter like I feel like anytime I meet someone that's really funny, even if they're maybe not typically my type or like objectively attractive, I find it to be so sexy.
34:53
SPEAKER_01: So attractive.
34:53
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
34:54
SPEAKER_01: Like there is so much power in that, and um like making someone laugh is like yeah, so special.
35:03
SPEAKER_02: So to be able to do that in a room full of people is like I also think for me, I would agree, I would definitely rather be the funniest person because same same thing.
35:13
SPEAKER_02: One, you could be like not my typical type, whatever, but if you are funny and you have such a good personality, I immediately you go up.
35:21
SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
35:21
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm like, oh my god, you are so sexy.
35:23
SPEAKER_02: But also because it's like if you're in a room, it's not only about like partners, but also friends, like people, you know what I mean?
35:31
SPEAKER_02: Like you make connections, you make friends.
35:33
SPEAKER_02: Like, I I that's one of the things, as I don't know, as a like extrovert, I guess.
35:39
SPEAKER_02: Like, that's one of the things I love about going into new spaces and meeting new people is like sometimes you're thrown in and you just like don't know what like it's kind of what's gonna come of it, yeah.
35:48
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and you just meet people and you're like, oh my god, everyone's story is so cool, and like whatever.
35:52
SPEAKER_02: So I just feel like having that ability to connect with people through humor, through personality is like goes in multiple directions and just being hot.
36:01
SPEAKER_01: I have recently been getting the compliment that I'm really funny lately, which like and I uh I'm like really like am I really funny?
36:16
SPEAKER_01: Like whatever, but it's like been one of the best compliments that I could get.
36:20
SPEAKER_01: I'm like, oh my god, like I like I will take that all day long, and where I feel like I didn't appreciate that, or I didn't see myself as a funny person when I was like before, and now I'm like, no, I'm I actually am really funny, and that's like like something I'm really proud of, you know.
36:37
SPEAKER_02: As you should be, girl.
36:39
SPEAKER_01: Thanks for you go, girl.
36:44
SPEAKER_01: I hated that.
36:47
SPEAKER_01: Um I have two that are really good.
36:55
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
36:56
SPEAKER_01: Um, would you rather fall in love with someone that's emotionally unavailable or fall in love with someone that's emotionally unstable?
37:08
SPEAKER_02: Unstable is crazy.
37:09
SPEAKER_02: That makes me scared.
37:11
SPEAKER_02: It's yeah, it's crazy.
37:12
SPEAKER_02: Because like, okay, I'm trying to think about what those two mean.
37:14
SPEAKER_02: So emotionally unavailable is like they just like can't get to the boyfriend.
37:20
SPEAKER_02: Like they can't commit.
37:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they'll never commit.
37:22
SPEAKER_01: But emotionally unstable is like they're probably committing to you, and but they're like up and down.
37:28
SPEAKER_02: Like that's that I feel like that's scarier to be honest.
37:31
SPEAKER_02: Like if I if I had to choose, I'd probably go with emotionally unavailable because it's like I don't know actually.
37:37
SPEAKER_02: Because I mean, emotionally unavailable, they can't commit, so there's definitely gonna be ups and downs no matter what.
37:44
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but like I get scared of what could come from emotional instability because that could mean anger, that could mean like sadness, that can mean happy, that can mean you know what I mean?
37:55
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think the anger and the sadness is more so, or the anger is what kind of gets me.
38:00
SPEAKER_01: I I mean, I feel like I've just seen so many people in my life like marry someone that's emotionally unstable or be with someone, and like just to watch the trajectory of their life and where it goes and whatever, it's like really, really unfortunate.
38:13
SPEAKER_01: And it's definitely not something that I yeah, you know, there's it's just hard because you could date someone that's maybe going through something, you know.
38:23
SPEAKER_01: Like I I would be happy to I I would pick like if someone was going through grief or just like you know, going through a really hard time or battling something like physically or like whatever or whatever, and they're they're really sad or they're going through depression or whatever, they're just going through like an emotionally unstable chapter, is one thing.
38:41
SPEAKER_01: Like, I would rather pick that because then at least you're gonna commit to me, we'll work through it together, whatever.
38:46
SPEAKER_01: But the scary thing about people that are emotionally unstable is you don't know what they're capable of, right?
38:50
SPEAKER_01: That's what scares me.
38:51
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, and it's like just you know, in regards to like your safety and yeah, whatever, like you don't ever want to end up like being stuck in a toxic situation where you like are fearing for your own safety, your own health, you know.
39:03
SPEAKER_02: And for the same reason, I've had friends of mine be in situations like that, and I just would never want to know.
39:08
SPEAKER_02: It's a no from you.
39:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, it's a hard no for me.
39:10
SPEAKER_02: It's a no for me.
39:11
SPEAKER_02: Oh my gosh, crazy.
39:13
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
39:15
SPEAKER_01: Um we probably have time for what, like two more?
39:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like two more, I think.
39:23
SPEAKER_02: Um, okay.
39:26
SPEAKER_02: This is crazy.
39:28
SPEAKER_02: Um would you rather?
39:35
SPEAKER_02: Okay, would you rather black out and be iconic or stay sober and judge everyone?
39:42
SPEAKER_01: Um, black out and be iconic for fucking sure.
39:46
SPEAKER_01: Are you kidding me?
39:47
SPEAKER_01: Like, what kind of question was that?
39:49
SPEAKER_02: What's your answer?
39:51
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, imagine stay sober and judge everyone.
39:53
SPEAKER_02: No, no, that sounds horrible.
39:55
SPEAKER_02: No, that literally sounds really, really awful.
39:57
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
39:57
SPEAKER_02: I guess the only thing is like you would be iconic, but you won't remember anything.
40:01
SPEAKER_02: I know, but I'm sure there will be footage.
40:03
SPEAKER_02: Honestly, yeah, good point, good point.
40:06
SPEAKER_02: Okay, you go, you go.
40:08
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay.
40:10
SPEAKER_01: Um my god, there's just so many good ones that like we need to get through these.
40:16
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, like they're so good.
40:17
SPEAKER_01: Okay.
40:18
SPEAKER_01: Um would you rather have a partner who's jealous and territorial or one who's flirty with everyone?
40:30
SPEAKER_02: Oh god, listen, as long as he's not actually cheating and doing any fucked up shit.
40:34
SPEAKER_02: Because I the jealous and territorial is such a turnoff for me, honestly.
40:38
SPEAKER_02: I mean, they both are, I guess, because if you're flirting with everybody, that's also a turnoff.
40:42
SPEAKER_02: But I'm like, the jealous and territorial, I don't vibe with that.
40:45
SPEAKER_02: I I know you hate that.
40:47
SPEAKER_02: I hate like I what I've learned is that I don't like not having autonomy over myself, my body, and my like life.
40:58
SPEAKER_02: You know what I'm saying?
40:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, like sure, there are circumstances, obviously, we have to meet people in the middle or whatever, but at the same time, it's like I just don't need you to be like a territorial.
41:07
SPEAKER_02: You're not, you're not gonna tell me what I'm doing and what I'm not doing.
41:09
SPEAKER_02: Right, right.
41:10
SPEAKER_02: And I just do not when it comes to like a romantic sense and like a partnership sense, no, babe, you're not gonna tell me what to like we can talk and we can have a conversation and we can we can chat about it, we can chat about it, but don't tell me, don't demand, you know what I'm saying?
41:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't like that.
41:25
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
41:26
SPEAKER_01: Um, I I again I might my answers have definitely shift.
41:36
SPEAKER_01: I feel like I used to 100% say I'd rather be with someone who is territorial.
41:42
SPEAKER_01: And I do, there's a part of me that does like a little bit of territorial.
41:46
SPEAKER_01: Like I I like when people care, like, oh, this is mine, and don't, don't like talk like but we're talking extreme.
41:53
SPEAKER_01: I think that's like attractive until it's not, you know.
41:56
SPEAKER_01: Um, but yeah, I am also just like, you know, we're the same.
42:00
SPEAKER_01: We're like we are going to the bar.
42:02
SPEAKER_01: I'm not, and I I have been this person, and I will never allow myself to be this person again, but like I've been an accessory before.
42:08
SPEAKER_01: And I've allowed myself to be an accessory and just be so-and-so's boyfriend, where I'm just like, you know, kind of to myself and like under their arm and under their skin the whole time.
42:17
SPEAKER_01: And then they we leave early, we leave the function early, or whatever.
42:21
SPEAKER_01: And that's not who I am.
42:22
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
42:23
SPEAKER_01: That's just not who I am.
42:24
SPEAKER_01: And that was me betraying myself, and it was just because I didn't want to, you know, ruffle any feathers and like my own, I was like so one-tracked mind, like you know, I don't want you talking to anybody, you don't want me to talk to anybody, like we're whatever.
42:35
SPEAKER_01: And so I don't want that.
42:36
SPEAKER_01: I want someone that can, you know, encourage me to make connections and and meet new people and obviously be respectful.
42:43
SPEAKER_01: Um, and I also think, you know, when you're first in a relationship, like when you first get into a relationship, I think it's very, very important to show that you're not being flirty with everyone, that you are, you know, really, really dedicated and and into falling in love with someone one-on-one.
43:01
SPEAKER_01: But you know, if you're with someone for years and stuff, like there's not, I don't think that there's too much um damage in just like, you know, healthy flirting or just like whatever.
43:12
SPEAKER_01: Everyone wants to receive attention.
43:14
SPEAKER_01: You know what I mean?
43:14
SPEAKER_01: And it's like, as people, it's like I want my power, my person to feel like they still, yeah, you know, they have it, they have like attention, but obviously in a in a way that would never disrespect me.
43:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, of course.
43:24
SPEAKER_02: That's yeah.
43:25
SPEAKER_02: I think there's like two things to that, like in the flirty sense, because it's like, I think after a while, I think after a while we definitely like all want to still feel desired and wanted, right?
43:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
43:36
SPEAKER_02: But at the same time, it's like about in those situations, especially like, you know, if your partner's there in the room too, it's like you like making reminding them that they are your person and like making them feel special.
43:48
SPEAKER_02: Sure, if you receive a compliment, you can accept it gracefully, whatever.
43:52
SPEAKER_02: You know, it's always nice to hear that.
43:54
SPEAKER_02: But I do think like just in a way that will never disrespect your partner, yeah, or our relationship, or our relationship.
44:00
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah.
44:00
SPEAKER_02: Whether they're there or not, honestly.
44:01
SPEAKER_01: But you know what I'm saying?
44:02
SPEAKER_01: Right, right, right.
44:03
SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
44:03
SPEAKER_01: Um, okay, period.
44:04
SPEAKER_01: Honestly, this is fun.
44:05
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, this is fun.
44:06
SPEAKER_01: We should do it again.
44:07
SPEAKER_01: We have to do this again.
44:08
SPEAKER_01: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
44:09
SPEAKER_02: If y'all want to hear any would you rathers or you have any specific ones, feel free to send them over.
44:13
SPEAKER_01: Send them in for sure, for sure.
44:15
SPEAKER_01: And um, yeah, we will see you guys soon.
44:18
SPEAKER_01: Soon.
44:18
SPEAKER_01: Bye.
