SPEAKER_00: Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Heal Yourself Podcast.
0:57
SPEAKER_00: And today, Denise and I are talking about the telepathy tapes.
1:04
SPEAKER_02: Well, before we talk about it, you gotta tell us what it is.
1:07
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
1:08
SPEAKER_00: Well, and that's the thing.
1:09
SPEAKER_00: We we debated talking about this, but I think it's valid.
1:13
SPEAKER_00: Like I really think it is relevant to everyone's healing journey.
1:17
SPEAKER_00: So if you haven't listened, go listen.
1:19
SPEAKER_00: But it's a podcast.
1:21
SPEAKER_00: Um and it's done by a documentary filmmaker who is interviewing parents, um, experts, different, you know, various scientists about kiddos on the spectrum.
1:34
SPEAKER_00: So verbal, nonverbal, but those that are verbal are usually unreliable speakers, which is actually like my son, um, who have telepathy.
1:42
SPEAKER_00: And I know for some, they're like, no, no way.
1:46
SPEAKER_00: It's all made up.
1:47
SPEAKER_00: Give it a listen.
1:48
SPEAKER_00: Um, it spoke to Denise and I, like when I messaged her, when I got to episode nine, I had to pull over to the side of the highway.
1:57
SPEAKER_00: I was crying so much.
1:58
SPEAKER_00: Like it was so powerful for me.
2:01
SPEAKER_00: And there were so many lessons, not just about my son, but it was like, yes, I know this.
2:06
SPEAKER_00: Like, I feel it with all my being.
2:08
SPEAKER_00: And I just thought it was so powerful.
2:10
SPEAKER_00: We need to chat about it.
2:12
SPEAKER_02: No, I completely agree.
2:14
SPEAKER_02: And I remember when you sent it to me and I didn't listen right away.
2:18
SPEAKER_02: I know, because I know I'm listening to so many podcasts, reading so many books.
2:22
SPEAKER_02: So I didn't, I just didn't.
2:24
SPEAKER_02: And I was visiting a cousin of mine, she's actually doing Shirkury board for me, and um, she was like, Have you listened to the telepiti tapes?
2:34
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, oh my goodness.
2:35
SPEAKER_02: Because you know, I also we also, you and I believe that there are no coincidences.
2:39
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, okay, so Kira told me about it, and my cousin is telling me about it.
2:42
SPEAKER_02: So it's time to give it a listen, especially it is about kiddos that are non-verbal, and it's kiddos that I've worked with, right?
2:50
SPEAKER_02: So I started listening and I could not stop.
2:54
SPEAKER_02: It was kind of like the book that you cannot put down.
2:57
SPEAKER_02: And I do know what you're talking about.
2:58
SPEAKER_02: Episode nine, I cried as well, especially, you know, not don't say it, don't give it away.
3:03
SPEAKER_02: I'm not, I'm not, I'm not.
3:05
SPEAKER_02: I'm saying like it's, I mean, and and someone may not cry, like not everybody is going to, you know, the fans were all different.
3:11
SPEAKER_02: But to me, Kira, too, it was um, yes, it was about the the nonverbal kiddos, and and me being a speech therapist, I've always I always tell parents, every single child with a verbal, nonverbal, um, mild disability, you know, severe disability, every single child, every single person has something to offer, right?
3:29
SPEAKER_02: We have our own, we we are all intelligent, we're all smart in our own ways.
3:35
SPEAKER_02: And I've even said that to children because sometimes I've had kiddos who struggle in school and they say, you know, I'm not smart in math, like he's smarter than me, or she's smarter than me, or whatever.
3:44
SPEAKER_02: And I always remind them that you you may not, your strength may not be in math, but you have other strengths.
3:50
SPEAKER_02: And some of them, for example, they draw and they draw better than you know, you and me, for example, right?
3:54
SPEAKER_02: Or someone who does math.
3:56
SPEAKER_02: So it was and it spoke to me a lot about some of the things that you and I, you know, listen to about spirituality.
4:03
SPEAKER_02: So that's where we kind of like also need to dive into like it made a lot of sense of some of the things we're like, how can we make sense of that?
4:14
SPEAKER_00: And I don't that's the thing.
4:16
SPEAKER_00: I was just talking to my cousin about this.
4:18
SPEAKER_00: Um we can't sometimes make sense.
4:21
SPEAKER_00: So, like, if we look at the mind, I'm not talking about the brain, I'm talking about the mind.
4:27
SPEAKER_00: We don't even know where the hell it's stored.
4:29
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
4:30
SPEAKER_00: How can we talk about that from a science perspective if we know that it's not just in the body?
4:36
SPEAKER_00: Like they don't know where the mind is.
4:38
SPEAKER_00: So I don't know if you guys have considered that, but they don't think it's in the body, right?
4:43
SPEAKER_00: The mind isn't the brain, it's entirely different.
4:46
SPEAKER_00: We can't explain it.
4:48
SPEAKER_00: And just like energy and frequency, right?
4:51
SPEAKER_00: How are you and I talking right now on a computer when we're in different states, right?
4:57
SPEAKER_00: It's frequency, it's energy.
4:59
SPEAKER_00: And that's the thing.
5:00
SPEAKER_00: That's what was so powerful.
5:01
SPEAKER_00: It's like we are, and these kids come in every kid, right?
5:08
SPEAKER_00: Not just those on the spectrum, every kid comes in perfect, you know.
5:13
SPEAKER_00: Yes, they're not we we are perfect.
5:16
SPEAKER_00: Wait, but you know what I mean?
5:18
SPEAKER_00: Like, they've not been tarnished by other people's beliefs.
5:22
SPEAKER_02: They've not I mean every single person like you and us, we were born, we were born perfect.
5:26
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yes, yes.
5:27
SPEAKER_00: I thought you're saying now it's like, hell no.
5:28
SPEAKER_02: No, I mean, you know what I mean, but yeah, no, every single person, yeah, yeah, you're right.
5:33
SPEAKER_02: Every single person was born is born completely perfect.
5:36
SPEAKER_02: It's just that, yes.
5:38
SPEAKER_00: In a high frequency, and that's the thing.
5:41
SPEAKER_00: I think when you're at that high of a frequency and vibration, you have gifts, but then life takes a hit, right?
5:48
SPEAKER_00: You adopt what your parents are telling you, what society is telling you, what you see on TV, and it's like, oh no, those aren't my gifts, you know, and that stuff falls away.
5:58
SPEAKER_00: And I feel like, especially, and I'm biased here, but especially the kids with challenges, especially the kids with autism who struggle to communicate, they're at a different frequency because they can't verbalize what they need.
6:12
SPEAKER_00: So they have to communicate in another way.
6:16
SPEAKER_02: Right.
6:16
SPEAKER_02: And their intuition, and I've seen it many times with my students, with my friends' kiddos as well.
6:22
SPEAKER_02: Their intuition is really, I don't know, I don't know if I want to use the word high, but it's more, they're more aware of their intuition than you and I because they have way less beliefs that they have understood, accepted type of thing, right?
6:37
SPEAKER_02: I know that a friend of mine, she always tells me, like her daughter, like she's always, you know, reaching for the healthy food or whatever, or like she's always like, you know, if she's around some people, like she may not really relate to somebody.
6:51
SPEAKER_02: And the mom knows that she that that's her intuition, right?
6:56
SPEAKER_02: If I am not being able to say this person is kind of giving me the uh the ickiness or something, but I'm but my intuition is so that's why a lot of these kiddos, their intuition is so elevated and powerful because also they don't have that ego mind piece as well, right?
7:17
SPEAKER_02: So, like for example, you look at Tav, you know, he is in what third or fourth?
7:23
SPEAKER_02: He's second grade, he's ninth grade.
7:24
SPEAKER_02: Second grade, second grade.
7:26
SPEAKER_02: So he's in second grade, right?
7:28
SPEAKER_02: Um, and he is just so um not entangled in whatever the other kiddos are doing in society.
7:39
SPEAKER_02: He doesn't have that ego where I have to, I gotta win this and beat you at this and stuff like that.
7:44
SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
7:45
SPEAKER_02: Because it's just like, have you noticed like his ego mind is different than it's other different from ours and very different from other kids.
7:52
SPEAKER_00: He's not like, yes, he could be internalizing some of the stuff that he sees, but you can just tell the gentle, sweet nature, like there's something different.
8:04
SPEAKER_02: Yes, and that's where, and I really love how some people right now in this field in in our society they're using for kiddos with ADHD and because kiddos with ADHD are another story.
8:17
SPEAKER_02: I mean, they're highly, highly intelligent and creative, and they are completely all the time put down.
8:24
SPEAKER_02: And um, you know, kiddos with with ADHD and autism, they have so much to offer.
8:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
8:32
SPEAKER_02: And they, yeah, I forgot where I was going with this, but we're just you know going along, but um, yeah.
8:41
SPEAKER_00: Well, and let's tie this back to everyone else because we don't obviously we're not just here to talk about autism, right?
8:47
SPEAKER_00: This is the heal yourself podcast.
8:49
SPEAKER_00: So we want you guys to have tools, but like let's talk about takeaways.
8:54
SPEAKER_00: Like, how was this relevant to you?
8:58
SPEAKER_00: Like, what did it give you an aha moment around or whatever?
9:01
SPEAKER_02: The aha moment is there's more to life than that 3D world that I see.
9:06
SPEAKER_02: You know what I mean?
9:07
SPEAKER_02: Like, you know, hearing them and then just kind of like, you know, talking about the other realm.
9:11
SPEAKER_02: And it made a lot of sense because after I read Dying to Be Me, and and I, you know, I was really honest with you.
9:16
SPEAKER_02: Like, I was struggling with the fact that I understand that time is created by humans.
9:21
SPEAKER_02: I understand that days of the week are created by us.
9:23
SPEAKER_02: So it, you know, I know we're timeless, limitless, et cetera, but it was really difficult for me to understand it.
9:30
SPEAKER_02: I kind of had a glimpse of it at the hotel room, you and I in Arizona, and I kind of talked about it, but I was just like, how the heck can you be parallel?
9:37
SPEAKER_02: Like, how can we all living like this all of the lies?
9:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, I don't get it.
9:41
SPEAKER_02: But what just listening to the telepathy tapes, listening to the kiddos, listening to their parents.
9:46
SPEAKER_02: It was just like there's more to it than what we see what we can see.
9:52
SPEAKER_02: And then it reminds me how much that like look at the dogs, right?
9:55
SPEAKER_02: They can hear frequencies that there's no way we can hear.
9:59
SPEAKER_02: So it's the same thing.
10:00
SPEAKER_02: Like when we are blind with the ego mind, we're not seeing what they're seeing.
10:04
SPEAKER_02: I it was becoming clear that if there's a situation or a problem, instead of like dwelling and going over it and hating on it, just kind of like accepting it that it's part of that wholeness versus kind of like there's more to money.
10:23
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, literally, you know, like that's all I can say.
10:26
SPEAKER_02: There's more to life than the bills, there's more to pay paying the bills.
10:30
SPEAKER_02: Not not the not the you're talking about the football team.
10:32
SPEAKER_02: No, no, I know.
10:33
SPEAKER_02: I I saw your face, and I was like, okay, because they were playing yesterday.
10:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
10:37
SPEAKER_02: Um, but anyway, like you know, paying bills.
10:39
SPEAKER_02: There's more to life than you know, going to dance competitions, there's more to life than even recording the podcast.
10:45
SPEAKER_02: There's more to life than um just arguing with people and judging and uh, you know, taking stuff personally and not having fun and taking yourself seriously.
10:56
SPEAKER_02: So that was the biggest takeaway from me is is just there there's more, and we are so limited with with our conditioning.
11:05
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
11:07
SPEAKER_02: How about you?
11:08
SPEAKER_00: It's uh, you know, it's funny because I I asked you the question and then I was like, shit, how am I gonna respond to this?
11:15
SPEAKER_00: Because there were so many moments where I was like, oh my gosh, yes.
11:19
SPEAKER_00: Oh wow, yeah.
11:21
SPEAKER_00: For me, I think it's just kind of like you said, there is more, but it's realizing like we are here for a reason.
11:30
SPEAKER_00: Okay.
11:31
SPEAKER_00: I don't think that we were just born to survive and go through these day-to-day motions and then expect to feel amazing.
11:41
SPEAKER_00: Like we're just borrowing this physical body.
11:44
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we want to feel good in it, right?
11:46
SPEAKER_00: I don't want to have physical symptoms every day and deal with ongoing fatigue and you know, brain fog or whatever else someone might be dealing with, but it's borrowed and it's such a small thing in the scheme of life.
12:02
SPEAKER_00: You know what I mean?
12:03
SPEAKER_00: Like it's it feels weird to say that, but it's like the physical body is nothing.
12:08
SPEAKER_00: We're a soul.
12:10
SPEAKER_00: What are you?
12:11
SPEAKER_02: Absolutely, absolutely, and that's what I want to do 1000, 1000, like that.
12:15
SPEAKER_02: Like you just nailed it.
12:16
SPEAKER_02: We can just stop the episode right now.
12:18
SPEAKER_02: You are a soul, like you are a soul, that physical body, that because a lot of you know, because we know, we know, you know, someone may be listening right now, they look at their body and they may not like it.
12:29
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, but that's but but that's again that's but that's a that's a vehicle, also too.
12:34
SPEAKER_02: Look within the soul.
12:36
SPEAKER_02: And I know that sometimes Kira and I are a broken record.
12:39
SPEAKER_02: We always say, look within, look within, but legit, it is look within, like you are it, you know, no one is coming, like the ant the the prayers that you are praying, they're just not gonna come down from the from the sky, and they're not just gonna fall, you know.
12:57
SPEAKER_02: And there's it's you, it's within you.
13:01
SPEAKER_02: And how do you get that?
13:02
SPEAKER_02: I wrote it down right now as you were talking.
13:04
SPEAKER_02: It's the stillness and the silence and just being okay with being.
13:10
SPEAKER_02: Because remember, we're human beings, but we have become human doings, and constantly we're doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, doing, and everything's there's no time to actually connect with that soul that we are.
13:22
SPEAKER_02: It's all constantly we're connecting with the body, yep, versus connecting with the soul, and that's the thing for me.
13:30
SPEAKER_00: Like, my takeaway for people is just start to reflect, just start to listen.
13:36
SPEAKER_00: Like we've gotten so far away, again, because we become that ego person, right?
13:41
SPEAKER_00: As we get older, all of these stories and programming and everything becomes embedded in us.
13:47
SPEAKER_00: But how often are you going through your day and pausing and reflecting of gosh, what does my soul need right now?
13:55
SPEAKER_00: What does my body need right now?
13:58
SPEAKER_00: What would make me feel good?
14:00
SPEAKER_00: What would light me up?
14:01
SPEAKER_00: Gosh, how can I serve the world today?
14:04
SPEAKER_00: What can I do to make this a better place?
14:06
SPEAKER_00: How can I show up as a better wife, mother, friend?
14:10
SPEAKER_00: All of those things that we should be reflecting on and going throughout our day.
14:16
SPEAKER_00: That's healing.
14:17
SPEAKER_00: That's what brings the physical healing to.
14:20
SPEAKER_02: And I also want to add, and Kira, of course, correct me if I'm wrong.
14:25
SPEAKER_02: And the ego is there, is there for a reason.
14:28
SPEAKER_02: It's here protecting us.
14:29
SPEAKER_02: I get it, you know, it's the it's the the the fight or flight, whatever.
14:34
SPEAKER_02: However, a lot of the times there isn't a physical line right there, and we need to turn the ego mind all the way up and then run for our lives.
14:44
SPEAKER_02: So that's where also the the reflecting and and going in and being compassionate with yourself.
14:52
SPEAKER_02: And you know where I'm getting this from because on Friday I was um at a conference with Dr.
14:56
SPEAKER_02: Gabor, and all it was all about compassion and just being compassionate with yourself, with that inner child.
15:04
SPEAKER_02: Like seriously, I always give that example because I grew up where grades and testing and overachieving was really, really, really it was necessary.
15:14
SPEAKER_02: Okay.
15:15
SPEAKER_02: So if I didn't get A's and B's, not even B's, it had to be A's or A pluses, right?
15:20
SPEAKER_02: And it was really difficult for me.
15:22
SPEAKER_02: I was always so nervous.
15:23
SPEAKER_02: I was always having anxiety.
15:25
SPEAKER_02: And uh, so it's usually on Mondays because on Sunday, there's always, you know, tests or whatever.
15:30
SPEAKER_02: But right now I'm working so hard.
15:32
SPEAKER_02: I'm 45 years old, Kira, and I still get that feeling.
15:35
SPEAKER_02: I'm a business owner, I've been a speech there for 20 years.
15:39
SPEAKER_02: I help kids and their families, but I still get that feeling as if I am seven or eight or 10 or a teenager.
15:47
SPEAKER_02: So what I've been doing really is the minute I get that, I just immediately go to my inner self and tell her, like, hey, you're not a kid anymore.
15:56
SPEAKER_02: You're not a baby.
15:57
SPEAKER_02: I've got you.
15:58
SPEAKER_02: So this is where the the when we say look within, and what Kira gave examples of what does what does my soul need, etc., you're also talking with your baby, with your inner child that you are reparenting.
16:10
SPEAKER_02: So the inner work is essential.
16:13
SPEAKER_02: So if you're listening right now and you're like Denise and Kira, you keep saying that.
16:18
SPEAKER_02: It's essential that if you want to heal, you gotta take that moment.
16:23
SPEAKER_02: And if you're saying you're busy, then you are choosing not to.
16:29
SPEAKER_02: No one's gonna come by the hand and save you.
16:31
SPEAKER_02: At least to get that idea out of your head.
16:34
SPEAKER_02: I mean, you are there for you.
16:37
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and this is one thing I tell my clients.
16:41
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm a practitioner, I, you know, am a nutritionist and I've studied functional medicine, but I don't heal you.
16:49
SPEAKER_00: That comes from you.
16:50
SPEAKER_00: No practitioner will heal you.
16:52
SPEAKER_00: So if you're listening right now and you're like, but I'm dealing with all these physical symptoms, that's fine.
16:58
SPEAKER_00: We can guide you, we can walk beside you, we can hold space for you, we can offer guidance, but ultimately it's an inside job, and that's it.
17:08
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I have to go back and refer to the Bible, to be honest.
17:11
SPEAKER_02: Um, even Jesus, when he when it was all of the miracles, he never said, I healed you.
17:17
SPEAKER_02: He would always say, Your faith has healed you.
17:20
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
17:20
SPEAKER_02: Right?
17:21
SPEAKER_02: So it you are it, you are it.
17:24
SPEAKER_02: And I I know I talked to Ave to my daughter because she was going into dance competition this weekend, and I bought her the I Am book by Dr.
17:31
SPEAKER_02: Wayne Dyer.
17:32
SPEAKER_02: It's for little children.
17:33
SPEAKER_02: I know she's a teenager, but it made I wanted it to make sense to her, and it was really reflecting, like you are it.
17:40
SPEAKER_02: The divine is in you.
17:42
SPEAKER_02: The prayers that you are praying, they're not coming.
17:45
SPEAKER_02: The answer is not coming from above, the answer is coming within you.
17:48
SPEAKER_02: It's just you're not listening right now.
17:50
SPEAKER_02: Why?
17:51
SPEAKER_02: Because the noise is louder than your soul's noise, your higher self's noise, your divine's noise.
17:59
SPEAKER_02: So that's why it is crucial for healing, healing anything, yeah, emotions, the physical stuff, anything.
18:08
SPEAKER_00: Because that's what it is, noise.
18:10
SPEAKER_00: You just said it.
18:10
SPEAKER_00: It's noise that we have to learn to tune out.
18:14
SPEAKER_00: And a lot of it goes back to programming, right?
18:16
SPEAKER_00: The noise that I hear from a lot of women.
18:18
SPEAKER_00: Well, I can't do that because I have kids, or I can't do that because my husband works and I stay at home.
18:23
SPEAKER_00: I can't do that because I don't have the money.
18:24
SPEAKER_00: I can't do that because this stop.
18:28
SPEAKER_02: I mean, literally, you you nailed it, Kia.
18:31
SPEAKER_02: You can't what what what else are you gonna say other than please stop?
18:35
SPEAKER_02: Please stop because what you're doing is and because you know why we're also saying this?
18:39
SPEAKER_02: Because you and I have been there, done that.
18:41
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this isn't our first rodeo.
18:43
SPEAKER_02: It is not, it is not, and we still to this day.
18:46
SPEAKER_02: I mean, I saw Dr.
18:47
SPEAKER_02: Gabor, I mean, he's written so many books, he is 81 years old, he's celebrated 81 years old, and he was giving examples of struggles that he had when he was 74.
18:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
18:58
SPEAKER_00: And that's one thing I want to say.
18:59
SPEAKER_00: We're not perfect, guys.
19:00
SPEAKER_00: We're not expecting you to be perfect.
19:02
SPEAKER_00: We are human, we're here living a human experience.
19:05
SPEAKER_00: But that's the thing.
19:07
SPEAKER_00: It is an experience, and as Denise and I always say, it's a journey.
19:11
SPEAKER_00: If you are not on this journey, if you're not here for the long haul, then don't expect to see any results.
19:19
SPEAKER_02: And then life comes in phases and seasons, just like the seasons that we see.
19:22
SPEAKER_02: There's winter, there's after winter comes spring, and after spring, there's summer and then autumn.
19:27
SPEAKER_02: Same with our lives.
19:29
SPEAKER_02: So, like right now, any any phase, and I I know I learned that from Dr.
19:33
SPEAKER_02: Wayne Dyer that it's just it's a phase and it's gonna go away.
19:36
SPEAKER_02: So, even that happiness phase, but or whatever you're going through, like, oh, I say your business is doing great, blah, blah, blah.
19:42
SPEAKER_02: That's the seasons of, you know, enjoy that.
19:44
SPEAKER_02: And then there's going to probably be another phase.
19:47
SPEAKER_02: Also enjoy that.
19:47
SPEAKER_02: This two shall pass, something else is coming, right?
19:50
SPEAKER_02: Like the phases and the seasons and all that are not gonna last forever, right?
19:56
SPEAKER_02: So that's why it's also important to just, you know, be.
20:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I know we've talked about the present moment in previous episodes, so make sure that you tune into that.
20:05
SPEAKER_00: But yeah, that ingratitude, that's part of being, is you don't have tomorrow.
20:12
SPEAKER_00: And that that's another thing that that whole telepathy tapes brought to me is like, I already know this, right, guys.
20:19
SPEAKER_00: But again, it drove it home.
20:21
SPEAKER_00: Nothing's guaranteed.
20:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if I have tomorrow.
20:25
SPEAKER_00: So I'm not gonna be focusing on what happened 20 years ago.
20:28
SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna be focused on what might happen, you know, five years from now.
20:32
SPEAKER_00: It's what can I do today to make this the best day?
20:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
20:37
SPEAKER_02: And I know that someone listening right now might think, well, some things like, you know, there's just too much.
20:42
SPEAKER_02: But the thing is, I understand like not every problem has a solution.
20:46
SPEAKER_02: I get it.
20:47
SPEAKER_02: But then if it's something that does not have a solution, that there are two things.
20:51
SPEAKER_02: We either come to terms and accept it and move on and let go.
20:56
SPEAKER_02: If you can't do anything about it, right?
20:57
SPEAKER_02: If I can do something about it, I'm gonna do something about it.
21:00
SPEAKER_02: But if I can't do something about it, it's out of my hands, and there's no use in dwelling and and and focusing and analyzing.
21:08
SPEAKER_02: You have choices at the end of the day, it's choices.
21:11
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so if I'm choosing to dwell on something that happened 20 years ago, that's my choice.
21:15
SPEAKER_02: And if I'm doing if I am choosing to be like, you know what, I know it sucks and I hate it, and there's no solution to that one, and it's out of my hand, I'm just going to accept it and move on.
21:25
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because we can't allow to continue, yes, to continue to activate and because you already came to terms that you cannot change it, it cannot be changed.
21:34
SPEAKER_02: You already you tried.
21:37
SPEAKER_02: You know, you tried.
21:39
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
21:39
SPEAKER_00: Well, and then again, bringing it back to telepathy tapes and these kids in particular, I can tell you that my son doesn't sit and ponder what happened last week.
21:51
SPEAKER_00: And did he say this?
21:52
SPEAKER_00: And did it irritate this person?
21:55
SPEAKER_00: No, they're at that different frequency again, and so that's what.
22:00
SPEAKER_00: What we need to be striving for.
22:02
SPEAKER_00: Um, there was a I'm gonna butcher the story, but I remember hearing it a while back of like um somebody throws out bread to a duck, which don't do that, guys.
22:11
SPEAKER_00: It's terrible for them.
22:12
SPEAKER_00: But somebody throws out bread to some ducks, one duck comes in and steals it from the other duck who is gonna give it to his baby.
22:19
SPEAKER_00: What does the other duck do?
22:21
SPEAKER_00: That it, you know, the one that got the stolen bread.
22:23
SPEAKER_00: Like now he can't feed his baby.
22:25
SPEAKER_00: What does he do?
22:27
SPEAKER_00: Uh good thing the bread.
22:29
SPEAKER_02: Oh nothing.
22:30
SPEAKER_00: Nothing.
22:30
SPEAKER_00: Because he already forgot that the damn thing happened.
22:33
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
22:33
SPEAKER_00: That's right.
22:34
SPEAKER_00: They forgot.
22:35
SPEAKER_00: But here's the thing: we don't do that.
22:38
SPEAKER_00: We drag that shit on.
22:39
SPEAKER_00: Oh no, here's the ratchet.
22:41
SPEAKER_02: My bread.
22:42
SPEAKER_02: She took my bread 20 years ago, and I'm gonna hold the grudge for 20 years.
22:46
SPEAKER_00: And that's what I'm saying.
22:48
SPEAKER_00: We be more like these kids, right?
22:51
SPEAKER_02: Yes.
22:52
SPEAKER_00: Work on that energy of like just letting it go.
22:56
SPEAKER_02: Letting it go.
22:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
22:57
SPEAKER_02: And when we say letting it go, that doesn't mean that we're asking you to be passive and be a doormat.
23:02
SPEAKER_02: No, no, no, no, no.
23:03
SPEAKER_02: Both Kira and I have boundaries and uh like literally, I mean, you know my boundaries.
23:10
SPEAKER_02: So uh what I was saying, you know, like accept anything and everything that someone gives you, but you can't change the past.
23:19
SPEAKER_02: That's it, right?
23:20
SPEAKER_02: But is it worth also like if someone someone continues like you tried with that person, let's say a friend, right?
23:25
SPEAKER_02: We're just gonna give a friend, not spouse or partner, whatever, right?
23:28
SPEAKER_02: It's a friend, and that friend constantly, every time you're in their presence, you feel icky, you feel negative, right?
23:33
SPEAKER_02: Let's say that you know, and you've tried, you've tried to, you know, whether talk to them or something, and they this is just them, you know what I mean?
23:41
SPEAKER_02: And you're like, so you can choose to stay with them and continue with that cycle.
23:45
SPEAKER_02: You can be like, you know what?
23:46
SPEAKER_02: I'm going to limit my interaction with you.
23:48
SPEAKER_02: I love you and everything, but I'm going to accept that I can't change you because you can't.
23:54
unknown: Yep.
23:55
SPEAKER_00: So let's, you know, and yeah.
23:57
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
23:58
SPEAKER_00: Acknowledge the thing in the moment, say what you need to say, do what you need to do.
24:02
SPEAKER_00: And then when it's gone, it's passed, and you can't change it.
24:06
SPEAKER_00: What a be.
24:08
SPEAKER_02: The kids that were on the telepathy tapes, it reminds me, not reminds me, like it kind of like the picture of them.
24:15
SPEAKER_02: It's their soul is so pure and flying that they're literally just, and some of them did say that they're using this body just as a vehicle, and this body happened to be, you know, they it cannot talk and it's it has this ability.
24:30
SPEAKER_02: Because not, I think some of them, I didn't watch the the videos, but some of them like also had probably cerebral cerebral palsy too, because they couldn't really use their their hands, right?
24:42
SPEAKER_02: A lot.
24:42
SPEAKER_02: Like they had to use like they had to be guided.
24:45
SPEAKER_02: Uh, so it's I I like I see them as just like pure souls, like we're just they have not lost touch of their true identity, like their truism.
24:58
SPEAKER_02: Is that a word?
24:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I'm I'll go with it.
25:01
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because we have lost touch, and now we're kind of like, you know, so it's really important to well.
25:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna say, guys, go listen to it.
25:13
SPEAKER_00: Go listen to it, because I think no matter what you believe, you can relate this back to your own healing journey.
25:21
SPEAKER_00: I think there are some powerful pearls and takeaways in there.
25:25
SPEAKER_02: Yes, and have an open mind.
25:27
SPEAKER_02: It's something that this is not everything I heard I agree with, especially from a professional point of view, because I am a speech language pathologist and I have worked with kiddos.
25:38
SPEAKER_02: Um, so it's not everything you're gonna maybe, you know, but just have an open mind and continue listening.
25:45
SPEAKER_02: And uh yeah, like all I can say is really have an open mind and not dismiss things that you're like, oh, I don't believe that.
25:52
SPEAKER_02: Because even if you don't believe that thing, the next thing you may be like, ooh, I'm glad I continued listening.
26:00
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
26:01
SPEAKER_02: I mean, just like with anything, with healing in general, it's important to have an open mind and and being flexible.
26:08
SPEAKER_00: 100%.
26:09
SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
26:10
SPEAKER_00: Okay, guys.
26:12
SPEAKER_00: Thanks for tuning in.
26:13
SPEAKER_02: Thank you for tuning in.
26:14
SPEAKER_02: I know that was like such a like kind of really not scripted this a lot.
26:19
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, sometimes we just go off the cuff, guys, but that's what we feel inspired to do.
26:24
SPEAKER_00: I know, and I'm loving the feedback.
26:25
SPEAKER_02: You posted the feedback the other day.
26:27
SPEAKER_02: I was like, oh, thank you so much for listening.
26:30
SPEAKER_02: We love feedback.
26:31
SPEAKER_02: So if you have if you have feedback for us, uh just keep on the positive ones post, okay?
26:37
SPEAKER_02: Not the negative, well, just send us the private message.
26:40
SPEAKER_02: Anywho, no, no, no, no, no, write whatever you want.
26:43
SPEAKER_02: But we'd love we love feedback because, and then of course, share it, share the episode with one person that you know that might you know benefit and may see this helpful.
26:55
SPEAKER_00: And then get on Apple and leave us a review, please.
26:58
SPEAKER_00: We want to grow this podcast.
26:59
SPEAKER_00: We want to help as many people as we can, and this is our way of doing it.
27:03
SPEAKER_00: So the reviews, the shares, all the things are super helpful.
27:07
SPEAKER_02: And also let us know because this is for you, right?
27:10
SPEAKER_02: It's it is for us, it's really healing for us, but it's for you.
27:12
SPEAKER_02: So if there are any topics or anything in particular that you want us to dive in or you know, talk about, please let us know because we're just coming up with topics based on what we see in the world and what we go through.
27:24
SPEAKER_02: But it will be more beneficial if it's something that you want to talk about.
27:28
SPEAKER_02: We're here, we're open.
27:29
SPEAKER_02: We will talk about anything and every kind of ish related to healing, related to healing.
27:35
unknown: Yes.
27:36
SPEAKER_02: All right, guys.
27:37
SPEAKER_02: We'll see you on the next episode.
