- 0:05Speaker 1: Apologie production.
- 0:13Speaker 2: She Rises Twelve Days of Christmas.
- 0:16Speaker 1: I can't believe it. On our last day of twelve
- 0:18Speaker 1: days of Christmas. This has been so much fun, Oh
- 0:21Speaker 1: so much fun. Behind the scenes, we've been wearing sitty
- 0:23Speaker 1: little outfits. You probably see some reels on Instagram unless
- 0:26Speaker 1: you just listen to this, but we're literally in these cozy,
- 0:28Speaker 1: ugly as fucking armors with red antler ears on. Yeah,
- 0:32Speaker 1: and it's been so fun.
- 0:33Speaker 2: It has been fun. It's very nice to get into
- 0:35Speaker 2: the Christmas spirit and to just bring some play and
- 0:37Speaker 2: joy into like this silly season coming up, and this
- 0:40Speaker 2: is a really good opportunity for you to really transform
- 0:44Speaker 2: who it is that you are as a person. And
- 0:46Speaker 2: on our last day of twelve Days of Christmas, this
- 0:49Speaker 2: episode is all about the year you actually rise.
- 0:52Speaker 1: We love that word. If you can't half tell the
- 0:54Speaker 1: rises and new subscriptions car right inside. It's all about
- 0:58Speaker 1: rising above it is.
- 0:59Speaker 2: And you know, the really beautiful thing is that you
- 1:01Speaker 2: can choose at any given moment that you were going
- 1:04Speaker 2: to be a different person.
- 1:05Speaker 1: Any given moment.
- 1:06Speaker 2: You can simply choose one day that I want to
- 1:08Speaker 2: change everything about who I am. I want to change
- 1:11Speaker 2: the things that I advocate for. I want to change
- 1:13Speaker 2: what I believe in. I want to change the standard that.
- 1:15Speaker 1: I live by my lifestyle.
- 1:17Speaker 2: Absolutely, And you know, there may be triggering moments in
- 1:20Speaker 2: life that kind of call you forward into this. But
- 1:23Speaker 2: again repeating what we've said before, why do we have
- 1:25Speaker 2: to wait until something bad goes wrong to change? Because
- 1:28Speaker 2: the reality is your life looks the way that it
- 1:31Speaker 2: does because of what you're currently choosing.
- 1:33Speaker 1: Yes, because of all your choices, that's right, whether good
- 1:35Speaker 1: or bad.
- 1:36Speaker 2: Our same for mine, same for ashes. We're not exempt
- 1:38Speaker 2: from this. That applies to us too. But what a
- 1:40Speaker 2: beautiful opportunity for you to go, Oh my goodness, like
- 1:43Speaker 2: not the bullshit New Year's resolution, but this is the
- 1:46Speaker 2: year you actually rise. What identity do you want to
- 1:50Speaker 2: walk into twenty twenty six with ye? Who do you
- 1:53Speaker 2: want to be? What does that actually look like?
- 1:55Speaker 1: What are your standards, where are your boundaries at? What
- 1:58Speaker 1: are you wanting to achieve? Who are you wanting to be?
- 2:00Speaker 1: And what do you need to do well? Who do
- 2:01Speaker 1: you need to become to achieve all of that? Absolutely?
- 2:04Speaker 2: And you know some one thing that I think people
- 2:06Speaker 2: can kind of get really mixed up and I get it.
- 2:08Speaker 2: There's a lot on social media about how to change
- 2:10Speaker 2: and how to grow in this an overload of information.
- 2:13Speaker 2: But instead of adding things into your life, all you
- 2:16Speaker 2: have to do is subtract the things that aren't working. Yes,
- 2:18Speaker 2: subtract the things that you are doing that are stopping
- 2:21Speaker 2: you from reaching the person you want to be. Is
- 2:23Speaker 2: it scrolling? Is it you entertaining men on social media
- 2:26Speaker 2: you don't want to be with. Is it like overeating?
- 2:29Speaker 2: Is it, you know, snacking in private when noone's looking like.
- 2:32Speaker 2: I don't know what it is, but whatever it is
- 2:34Speaker 2: that you are currently doing, all you've got to be
- 2:36Speaker 2: willing to do is subtract that behavior from your current regime,
- 2:39Speaker 2: and your life will improve definitely. And I think we
- 2:42Speaker 2: really want to bring in this energy of like simplifying
- 2:46Speaker 2: life and simplifying gross and that's huge about what Rise
- 2:49Speaker 2: Inside is about is simplifying the personal development and giving
- 2:53Speaker 2: you the right tools so that you can actually overcome
- 2:56Speaker 2: these challenges and also feel supported on the journey too.
- 2:59Speaker 1: Definitely, And nothing changes if nothing changes, if you keep
- 3:03Speaker 1: doing the same things, showing up the same the same patterns,
- 3:06Speaker 1: the same habits, the same rituals, or lack of rituals.
- 3:09Speaker 1: You're literally going to be in the same position this
- 3:11Speaker 1: time next year, listening to this podcast, hearing our advice,
- 3:14Speaker 1: taking it in, but not really implementing it. Yeah, So
- 3:17Speaker 1: every single one of these Twelve Days of Christmas episodes,
- 3:20Speaker 1: there's something that you can take away, there's something you
- 3:22Speaker 1: can implement, there's something that you can try. And that's
- 3:25Speaker 1: the kind of woman that I know you want to be.
- 3:26Speaker 1: If you're listening here, you're a growth seker and you're
- 3:28Speaker 1: wanting more out of life. And wanting more doesn't mean
- 3:30Speaker 1: that you are in lack or that you're not grateful
- 3:33Speaker 1: for what you have. You can be grateful for what
- 3:35Speaker 1: you've got, but you can also want more for yourself,
- 3:37Speaker 1: more for your family, more joy, more connection, more achievements,
- 3:40Speaker 1: more money, whatever it is. But it starts with you,
- 3:43Speaker 1: and you need to really be honest with yourself with
- 3:45Speaker 1: what exactly that is and what you're willing to sacrifice
- 3:48Speaker 1: and work towards to get there.
- 3:50Speaker 2: Absolutely, and I love what you just brought up around
- 3:52Speaker 2: wanting more, because in society it is frowned upon to
- 3:55Speaker 2: want more and the money, oh especially money grows. Whatever
- 3:59Speaker 2: it is, there is this narrative of like tall poppy syndrome,
- 4:02Speaker 2: or like even like the image of like crabs in
- 4:04Speaker 2: a bucket where other people want to like pull you
- 4:05Speaker 2: down and stuff because you want for more? Yes, but
- 4:08Speaker 2: why does that have to be the narrative that we
- 4:10Speaker 2: hold as individuals just because most of the collective or
- 4:13Speaker 2: most of society are choosing that to live by that belief?
- 4:17Speaker 2: Why the fuck are we holding onto that.
- 4:19Speaker 1: You can stand out and be different. I have to
- 4:20Speaker 1: follow the crowd and be the black sheep.
- 4:23Speaker 2: Absolutely, and like we want to create that space for you,
- 4:25Speaker 2: Like Ashally and I both this last twelve months, and
- 4:28Speaker 2: I speak for myself mostly I know as she will
- 4:29Speaker 2: talk for herself. But the last twelve months have been
- 4:32Speaker 2: about us not shaming ourselves for wanting more, being like,
- 4:35Speaker 2: you know, you want more money, fucking go get more money.
- 4:37Speaker 1: You want more.
- 4:37Speaker 2: Bigness, you want more confidence, you want to feel more
- 4:40Speaker 2: sexual in your own body, like, okay, cool, that's allowed here.
- 4:43Speaker 2: And I think the biggest thing that has been so
- 4:46Speaker 2: freeing for me has been being able to remove the
- 4:49Speaker 2: shame around wanting more. Even if what I have right
- 4:52Speaker 2: now is quote unquote.
- 4:53Speaker 1: Good, I love all of that decent. I cannot agree
- 4:56Speaker 1: more because it's so true. This last twelve months we've
- 4:59Speaker 1: brought forward in our friendship and now online as well,
- 5:02Speaker 1: what is we want more of? And you know, years
- 5:05Speaker 1: I didn't even realize I wanted more sexual energy. I
- 5:07Speaker 1: didn't realize how suppressed I was and how which I
- 5:09Speaker 1: put myself into a box until I like kind of
- 5:11Speaker 1: rip down the walls, went Okay, I'm going to lean
- 5:13Speaker 1: into this, like what does that look like? What does
- 5:15Speaker 1: that feel like? And who do I have to become
- 5:17Speaker 1: to be more embodied sexually? Yeah, And once I got
- 5:19Speaker 1: a taste it, it was like this addictive role on. They
- 5:21Speaker 1: just wanted more and more and more, And why would
- 5:23Speaker 1: I not want more, to experience more, to feel more,
- 5:26Speaker 1: to connect more. I value all of that, so I
- 5:28Speaker 1: need to action that. And it was very uncomfortable because
- 5:31Speaker 1: I share a lot online, you know, the dancing video
- 5:34Speaker 1: and how I'm feeling, and you know, there's always going
- 5:36Speaker 1: to be pushed back, or there might be people around
- 5:37Speaker 1: you that it triggers and they get upset or question
- 5:40Speaker 1: why you're doing something, will put you down, but you
- 5:42Speaker 1: know who you want to become. It's just leaning into
- 5:44Speaker 1: that money is another thing. Yeah, you're called greedy and selfish,
- 5:47Speaker 1: and oh she's not grateful, she always wants more. When's
- 5:49Speaker 1: enough enough? Like all that kind of thing. And I
- 5:52Speaker 1: was like, never, yeah, never enough, because you know what,
- 5:55Speaker 1: the more money I get, the more freedom I have,
- 5:57Speaker 1: the more memories I get to create, the more people
- 5:59Speaker 1: I can help and watch impact, the more generous I've become,
- 6:01Speaker 1: the more fun we get to have, the more holidays
- 6:03Speaker 1: get to go on. Yeah, you tell me you don't
- 6:05Speaker 1: want more of that. You are lying to yourself. Absolutely
- 6:09Speaker 1: stop doing that. You don't have to lie. You don't
- 6:11Speaker 1: have to stay small. And if you're staying small, what
- 6:13Speaker 1: are you scared of? You're scared you can't hold it.
- 6:15Speaker 1: He's scared it's gonna be taken away. Are you're scared
- 6:17Speaker 1: of what mom and dad might think? You're scared of
- 6:19Speaker 1: what your siblings might think. I honestly, I still love
- 6:22Speaker 1: all of my high school girlfriends. But I remember once,
- 6:24Speaker 1: years and years ago, when I caught up with them.
- 6:26Speaker 1: It was in this group scenario, and all of us
- 6:28Speaker 1: were around, and they were talking about paying bills and
- 6:31Speaker 1: the cost of living and everything, and they singled me
- 6:33Speaker 1: out and they said, oh, you wouldn't understand you live
- 6:35Speaker 1: in a fantasy world. I was like, wow, that's so interesting.
- 6:38Speaker 1: I just held it. I didn't react or anything, but
- 6:41Speaker 1: I was like, Wow, you're so stuck in this victim
- 6:43Speaker 1: mindset of thinking that that's just how it is, that
- 6:46Speaker 1: you're always going to struggle, and you truly believe that,
- 6:48Speaker 1: So guess what you will. Yeah, whereas I thought differently,
- 6:50Speaker 1: I thought I struggled my whole fucking life. My whole
- 6:52Speaker 1: family was always broken. I was like, I don't want
- 6:54Speaker 1: that for myself, so I'm going to try different things.
- 6:57Speaker 1: I'm going to take risks, I'm going to put myself
- 6:58Speaker 1: in the rooms where I need to be and I'm
- 6:59Speaker 1: gonna explore. And I did it, and now I do
- 7:03Speaker 1: live a different life to what they do. Out of luck,
- 7:06Speaker 1: someone didn't hand it to me. I'd go through so
- 7:07Speaker 1: much struggle and sacrifice and work on all these limiting
- 7:11Speaker 1: stories that I could never be anything. And I was
- 7:13Speaker 1: too dumb and I'm always going to be struggling, I'm
- 7:14Speaker 1: always going to be broken. Just be grateful to have
- 7:17Speaker 1: a job. I had to work through all of that
- 7:18Speaker 1: and it still pops up now. Yeah, like you don't
- 7:21Speaker 1: have to stay with that mindset, like you said, the start.
- 7:23Speaker 1: At any given time, you can decide, actually, I want more,
- 7:27Speaker 1: what do I need to get there? And yes, what's
- 7:28Speaker 1: gonna happen overnight? That's okay, take the first step. How
- 7:32Speaker 1: can you take the second or the third step? If
- 7:33Speaker 1: you haven't taken the first one, that's right, Just take
- 7:35Speaker 1: that first one.
- 7:36Speaker 2: That's powerful.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Just leap. That's power, fucking mic job. I love that.
- 7:41Speaker 2: Anywhere else this shows up I feel in intimate relationships.
- 7:44Speaker 2: In intimate relationships, I feel like you know, women naturally
- 7:47Speaker 2: like don't want to overstep or don't want to ask
- 7:49Speaker 2: for too much or be seen as too much. So
- 7:51Speaker 2: it's like, oh my gosh, all of my needs are
- 7:52Speaker 2: getting suppressed now. But I just want you to know, like,
- 7:54Speaker 2: if up until this moment you haven't advocated for your needs,
- 7:57Speaker 2: you can change that today. You can start being more vocal.
- 8:01Speaker 2: You can start asking for what you need, requesting it,
- 8:03Speaker 2: seeing if your partner will meet you there, challenge him
- 8:06Speaker 2: to step up in a way that you actually need
- 8:08Speaker 2: and desire and crave. Because the reality is, whether it's
- 8:11Speaker 2: a friendship or a relationship, you were consistently growing with
- 8:15Speaker 2: people and or growing apart from them, or growing apart
- 8:18Speaker 2: if they don't want to come with you, that's right,
- 8:19Speaker 2: But what a beautiful opportunity that you were surrounding yourself
- 8:22Speaker 2: with people who want to grow with you and are
- 8:24Speaker 2: willing to give you that quote unquote more. And this
- 8:27Speaker 2: also there's a lot of controversy around this too, like, oh,
- 8:29Speaker 2: but he's a good partner and like, you know, he'll
- 8:31Speaker 2: treat you right if you stay with him, and this
- 8:33Speaker 2: and that, like I've been in relationships where I've been
- 8:35Speaker 2: with great men, but they weren't the person I wanted
- 8:38Speaker 2: to be with, or they weren't quite what it was
- 8:41Speaker 2: that I was looking for. And I didn't realize that
- 8:42Speaker 2: until six months into the relationship. And then you get
- 8:45Speaker 2: this outside pressure of like no, no, no, stay like
- 8:47Speaker 2: he's good, like, oh, you won't find anybody like him.
- 8:50Speaker 2: He hasn't done anything wrong. But there comes shame around
- 8:55Speaker 2: that exact situation of you shouldn't want for more because
- 8:59Speaker 2: things are good, yeah, and just have to settle for good,
- 9:01Speaker 2: settle for good. I don't want to fucking settle for God.
- 9:04Speaker 2: I want to extraordinary passionate live energy, what passion, footwork,
- 9:10Speaker 2: what passion and it's fire. Yeah, And it's like, it's
- 9:13Speaker 2: okay to want for more if that relationship isn't satisfying you,
- 9:17Speaker 2: is it's not lighting you up in the way and
- 9:19Speaker 2: not putting pressure on the partner to be or everything.
- 9:21Speaker 2: I'm not saying no, but if it doesn't feel fully
- 9:24Speaker 2: quite aligned, that's also okay too. You're allowed to want
- 9:28Speaker 2: for more, You're allowed to request more, and you're allowed
- 9:31Speaker 2: to ask for what it is that you need and
- 9:33Speaker 2: to start advocating for what's truly fucking important to you.
- 9:36Speaker 1: Yes, that's beautiful.
- 9:38Speaker 2: Friendships too, right, Definitely? How often do we settle for
- 9:41Speaker 2: friendships having.
- 9:42Speaker 1: All the time?
- 9:44Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 9:45Speaker 1: But in the past, Yeah, because because why we're scared.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Yeah, we're scared that nothing else is better out there
- 9:50Speaker 2: or if we let go of this and.
- 9:52Speaker 1: We're going to hurt them or to get hurt. What's
- 9:54Speaker 1: if we're going to think, Yeah, are we being too strict?
- 9:56Speaker 1: We have got too strong a boundaries?
- 9:58Speaker 2: Yes, boundaries, but if they're lonely, I'm all they've got. Yeah,
- 10:01Speaker 2: boundaries is a big one. I feel like being scared
- 10:04Speaker 2: to like want for more out of the relationship or
- 10:07Speaker 2: out of the dynamic boundaries aren't up. This is my
- 10:10Speaker 2: fortress and I'm keeping you out boundaries are I love you,
- 10:12Speaker 2: I want to keep you in my life. And this
- 10:14Speaker 2: is how it feels good for.
- 10:14Speaker 1: Me because I'm always forward thinking to prevent the breakdown.
- 10:18Speaker 2: It's so powerful, it really is. But it's like we
- 10:21Speaker 2: get made to feel wrong for expecting more of people,
- 10:25Speaker 2: having higher standards of the people in our life, and
- 10:28Speaker 2: wanting to have better experiences in our life. But who
- 10:30Speaker 2: the fuck doesn't want that? Everyone want genuine question? Please
- 10:35Speaker 2: tell me one. But I've not met one person who
- 10:37Speaker 2: doesn't want that.
- 10:38Speaker 1: It doesn't want more?
- 10:39Speaker 2: So why are we shaming other people for wanting it?
- 10:41Speaker 2: And why are we shaming ourselves for wanting more.
- 10:43Speaker 1: To Yes, you're not greedy, you're not selfish. No, you're
- 10:46Speaker 1: not asking too much? Who said that? Why do we
- 10:48Speaker 1: have too much? What is too much? According to who? Exactly?
- 10:51Speaker 1: No one? No one? And if it's your old uncle
- 10:54Speaker 1: Bob or dad or someone from your past, work like,
- 10:58Speaker 1: why are you letting them take your life? Why are
- 11:00Speaker 1: letting them make the rules on what's too much for
- 11:02Speaker 1: you and too much for him? Might be a complete
- 11:04Speaker 1: opposite to you, just like the beginning, And.
- 11:06Speaker 2: You know what as well. Something to pay attention to
- 11:08Speaker 2: is like people may not say that you're too much,
- 11:11Speaker 2: but by the way that they behave it may start
- 11:13Speaker 2: to make you feel like you're too much. This is
- 11:14Speaker 2: your work to do, you know. Being in it also
- 11:17Speaker 2: is hard, I get it, But like, be mindful and
- 11:20Speaker 2: pay attention to how you feel in different environments. Do
- 11:23Speaker 2: you feel expanded here? Do you feel like you shrink?
- 11:26Speaker 2: What kind of happens I feel drained?
- 11:28Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 11:28Speaker 2: Like, how are you showing up when that person is around?
- 11:31Speaker 2: And that's going to give you a really good indication
- 11:34Speaker 2: of whether that person is someone you can be in
- 11:36Speaker 2: all of your bigness with or if it's someone that
- 11:40Speaker 2: makes you shrink into a smaller version of yourself. Yeah,
- 11:43Speaker 2: really good points because it's shit.
- 11:45Speaker 1: It is. But you can change at any point. You
- 11:47Speaker 1: can change your mind, change your opinion, change what your value,
- 11:50Speaker 1: change what you want next. And what was amazing and
- 11:53Speaker 1: felt big and expansive this time last year, now it
- 11:55Speaker 1: feels really easy. It's like, Okay, what's that next leap,
- 11:58Speaker 1: what's that next big expansion for me? How's my life
- 12:00Speaker 1: to look like a year? Well, feel scary to think
- 12:03Speaker 1: that it's going to be x y Z. But God,
- 12:05Speaker 1: I can feel the pool towards it. Cool. I'm going
- 12:07Speaker 1: to go for that. I don't want to be here
- 12:08Speaker 1: this time next year. There's more for me and I
- 12:10Speaker 1: deserve more.
- 12:11Speaker 2: And you can do hard things. You can do hard things.
- 12:15Speaker 1: All of us can.
- 12:15Speaker 2: Every single time that actually and I go through something,
- 12:18Speaker 2: whether it be relationships, friendships, work stuff, challenging stretching our capacity,
- 12:24Speaker 2: the one thing that we repeat to each other is
- 12:26Speaker 2: we look at each other dead now and we're like,
- 12:28Speaker 2: I can do hard things.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Yeah, we can do hard you can do hard things.
- 12:31Speaker 2: And we just remind each other of that at every point.
- 12:33Speaker 2: And it's such a it's a really cool thing to
- 12:36Speaker 2: live by.
- 12:37Speaker 1: It is. It doesn't mean it's not hard along the way,
- 12:39Speaker 1: but you can do it. Just because it's hard, it
- 12:40Speaker 1: does the mean it's impossible.
- 12:41Speaker 2: Yeah, like you bet, I'm gonna have a fucking silk
- 12:44Speaker 2: about it, and.
- 12:44Speaker 1: I'll do it while I'm sicking, and I'm going to
- 12:46Speaker 1: invent three thousand times about how hard it is to
- 12:48Speaker 1: come out the other side like I did that, that's right.
- 12:51Speaker 2: Or I'll bring it into actually like twenty times before
- 12:53Speaker 2: I actually do it.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Yeah, And then I'll do it. Yeah, I just need
- 12:57Speaker 1: a bit of confidence boost. Yeah you got this boo.
- 13:00Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely, And I just more permission, more energy, more
- 13:03Speaker 2: full work, more mission to let go of the small
- 13:08Speaker 2: box that you put yourself in of how you think
- 13:11Speaker 2: you need to show up in life.
- 13:12Speaker 1: It's such a big one, isn't it. Putting ourselves in a.
- 13:14Speaker 2: Box because you you're so much more than that.
- 13:17Speaker 1: It just keeps you small, so small you are accessing
- 13:20Speaker 1: like twenty percent of yourself when there's one hundred percent
- 13:23Speaker 1: of you is in there, ready to be alive, ready
- 13:26Speaker 1: to be free and spread your wings and explore more
- 13:28Speaker 1: and expand more.
- 13:29Speaker 2: Absolutely, an a box just keeps you, like keeps a
- 13:31Speaker 2: lit on you, Oh my god. And you know it
- 13:33Speaker 2: plays out in so many more ways than we actually think. Like,
- 13:35Speaker 2: for an example, you do your usual routine day to day,
- 13:39Speaker 2: week to week. The thought of you going to a
- 13:41Speaker 2: dance class wearing lingerie probably makes you squirm a little.
- 13:45Speaker 2: That is outside of the small box that you keep
- 13:48Speaker 2: yourself in. You might go to lunch with one girlfriend,
- 13:51Speaker 2: but when it comes to new friends, Oh no, that
- 13:53Speaker 2: feels a bit too scary.
- 13:54Speaker 1: I'm not gonna do that.
- 13:55Speaker 2: That's you pushing yourself into that box. Imagine how much
- 13:59Speaker 2: more colorful and freeing and purposeful and like lively your
- 14:03Speaker 2: life would be if you just started to expand the
- 14:06Speaker 2: box that you actually reside in.
- 14:08Speaker 1: Push the wall down, the wall down. Yeah, fuck the box.
- 14:11Speaker 1: There's no box. You're mine. Okay, Yeah, we're breaking those
- 14:15Speaker 1: walls down. Yeah, So you can be free to be
- 14:17Speaker 1: everything that you want to be, absolutely Yeah. And if
- 14:19Speaker 1: you don't know who that is yet, then giving yourself
- 14:22Speaker 1: in that box you're not going to find out, get
- 14:24Speaker 1: out of there first, and then start exploring, start trying.
- 14:27Speaker 2: Yeah. I love that so much. Like even just the
- 14:29Speaker 2: willingness to.
- 14:29Speaker 1: Try, the willingness to try, because I think take a risk.
- 14:32Speaker 2: Sometimes it can be even a little bit overwhelming to
- 14:34Speaker 2: think of who we want to be because we don't
- 14:37Speaker 2: know the steps to get there. Yes, but also you
- 14:39Speaker 2: don't need to know the steps.
- 14:40Speaker 1: You don't need to know everything. You need to.
- 14:42Speaker 2: Try one new thing that exists outside of your comfort zone,
- 14:45Speaker 2: just one small thing. Yeah, could be listening to a
- 14:47Speaker 2: new genre of music for all I care.
- 14:48Speaker 1: Like, yeah, you know what I mean.
- 14:49Speaker 2: Like, it just has to be one small thing that
- 14:52Speaker 2: pushes you slightly out of your comfort and gets you
- 14:55Speaker 2: to experience something brand new for the first time.
- 14:57Speaker 1: And that's how you get confidence to try more new
- 14:59Speaker 1: things and bigger things, is by just trying the small
- 15:01Speaker 1: things and getting evidence that you survived, You're okay, you're safe,
- 15:05Speaker 1: it didn't immobilize you. You're right now let's go bigger.
- 15:08Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely, And that comes down to nervous system, which
- 15:10Speaker 2: is also a month one topic of Rise inside.
- 15:13Speaker 1: The importance of it, Hey, it is. That month is
- 15:15Speaker 1: probably one of my favorite months. Like every single month
- 15:18Speaker 1: we've got in Rise and Side is very different. We've
- 15:20Speaker 1: got a very different guess, very different theme of it.
- 15:23Speaker 1: It's a very different energy, very different tools. But that month,
- 15:27Speaker 1: without that, it's just so.
- 15:29Speaker 2: Important foundation of everything.
- 15:30Speaker 1: The one month. No one can mince it. Even if
- 15:32Speaker 1: you want to come and Rise and Side, just do
- 15:34Speaker 1: that month and then get out. You can't yield more
- 15:36Speaker 1: than welcome. Yeah you don't. There's no you don't have
- 15:37Speaker 1: to stay in there for twelve months, but like that month,
- 15:40Speaker 1: every single person should do. This is what should be
- 15:42Speaker 1: taught in school, and we've simplified everything that we've learned
- 15:45Speaker 1: into that one month. It's absolutely life changing, very powerful,
- 15:49Speaker 1: so if you guys are interested to come and join us,
- 15:51Speaker 1: now you've done the twelve Days of Christmas and you're like,
- 15:53Speaker 1: oh my gosh, you want more. I'm loving this expansion.
- 15:55Speaker 1: I'm loving learning. This is why we've created Rise and Side.
- 15:58Speaker 2: Also just a little bit of an inside of what
- 16:00Speaker 2: you get inside Rise Inside. True we haven't even explained
- 16:02Speaker 2: on no, but just to give you just a quick
- 16:04Speaker 2: little So you'll get two trainings from both Ashy and
- 16:08Speaker 2: I on that monthly topic. You also get an hour
- 16:10Speaker 2: training with an expert speaker. There's also a live our
- 16:14Speaker 2: Q and A with both Ashy and I answering all
- 16:16Speaker 2: of your questions based on that month's topic. We also
- 16:19Speaker 2: will have four short pep talks. Now this is really
- 16:22Speaker 2: like punchy golden frag Yeah, kind of like pieces of
- 16:26Speaker 2: advice or just a bit of a golden nugget to
- 16:28Speaker 2: kind of give you a bit of step in your step.
- 16:30Speaker 2: And then we also have four meditations as well. So
- 16:33Speaker 2: that's what you get in one workbook plus a workbook.
- 16:36Speaker 2: So that's what you get in one month, and every
- 16:38Speaker 2: single month there is brand new content and a brand
- 16:40Speaker 2: new expert trainer.
- 16:41Speaker 1: And each week is spaced out, so you get your
- 16:44Speaker 1: workbook and each week you've got different things to fill out.
- 16:46Speaker 1: So week one and two with Tiana and I were
- 16:48Speaker 1: free with the guest speaker, and then we four, you're
- 16:50Speaker 1: back with us for a Q and A. So anything
- 16:51Speaker 1: that we haven't covered or you're still unsure of you
- 16:53Speaker 1: can bring into that and you can't actually go into
- 16:56Speaker 1: the next month until you've unlocked month one. Yes, so
- 16:58Speaker 1: each month is themed and put in a specific order
- 17:01Speaker 1: for specific reasons. Yes, that's why nervous System is number one.
- 17:04Speaker 2: Yeah, the way we've taught it and the way we've
- 17:06Speaker 2: structured the teaching, so it all makes sense once you
- 17:08Speaker 2: get to week four.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Yeah, So if you'd like to join us, we'll put
- 17:11Speaker 1: the link in the show notes below. Otherwise, if you
- 17:12Speaker 1: have more questions, just hit us up in our DMS
- 17:15Speaker 1: she rises on Instagram and just put the word rise
- 17:18Speaker 1: and then we'll start a conversation. We're both in there
- 17:20Speaker 1: chatting to you girls, voice messaging, connecting, because that's what
- 17:22Speaker 1: it's all about, sisterhood, bringing people together, Like you don't
- 17:25Speaker 1: have to do this journey alone. If you're going through
- 17:27Speaker 1: a breakup or a friendship breakup, orf you're having troubles
- 17:29Speaker 1: at work, or you haven't found your people, or you're
- 17:32Speaker 1: knowing that there's more for you, you just like don't
- 17:34Speaker 1: know where to start, or maybe you listen to the
- 17:35Speaker 1: podcast you like, I love this, but I don't know
- 17:37Speaker 1: where to go next. So I read a book, do
- 17:38Speaker 1: I get a coach? This is what Rise Inside is.
- 17:40Speaker 1: It's that next level up, It's that next step for you.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Yeah, it's beautiful. And also, like Ashly said, like you
- 17:45Speaker 2: might love listening to the podcast, but if you need
- 17:47Speaker 2: that little bit extra of accountability, that's also what the
- 17:50Speaker 2: Q and a's are going to be for. You're gonna
- 17:51Speaker 2: have us there. You're gonna be able to ask us
- 17:53Speaker 2: questions things that are going on for you in the
- 17:55Speaker 2: moment whilst you're going through the content and any challenges
- 17:57Speaker 2: that you've got in your day to day life that
- 17:59Speaker 2: you can bring in that we're gonna help you through.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Just know it doesn't take up a lot of time either.
- 18:03Speaker 1: We've kept in mind that there's a lot of busy
- 18:04Speaker 1: mum out there, and I know when I've downloaded courses
- 18:07Speaker 1: and there's like three hours a day, I'm like, fuck me,
- 18:09Speaker 1: how am I gonna find three hours? To do this
- 18:11Speaker 1: on top of what I'm doing. So each day, well
- 18:14Speaker 1: not even each day, but each week, it's less than
- 18:17Speaker 1: an hour's work.
- 18:17Speaker 2: Yess.
- 18:18Speaker 1: Yeah, it is easy to fit in. You need to
- 18:20Speaker 1: allocate that time and you will get so much value wisdom, knowledge, tools, explanations, expansion,
- 18:28Speaker 1: transformation out of that one hour. You'll be blown away
- 18:31Speaker 1: by what you get in there.
- 18:32Speaker 2: Absolutely something else as well, Like if you're somebody who's
- 18:34Speaker 2: like I fucking hate homework, I don't want to do homework.
- 18:37Speaker 1: I get it.
- 18:37Speaker 2: Yeah, that's also okay. We actually are some of the
- 18:40Speaker 2: trainings we do, we do live work with you. Yeah,
- 18:42Speaker 2: we wait and we sit there with you as well,
- 18:44Speaker 2: so you'd be able to pause the video and do
- 18:46Speaker 2: it in live time and in that way, when you're done,
- 18:48Speaker 2: you can kind of clock off. Or if you're like
- 18:50Speaker 2: a full on growth seekert and you're like I am
- 18:52Speaker 2: going deep to the depths of myself in this, we
- 18:55Speaker 2: will give you the workbook so that you can go
- 18:56Speaker 2: and do it in your own time as well and
- 18:58Speaker 2: explore your own psyche, your mind, your nervous system, and
- 19:01Speaker 2: all of the things in your own time as well.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So much fun. I'm so proud of it proudest project.
- 19:05Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm so excited.
- 19:06Speaker 1: It's cool that anyone in the world can have access
- 19:08Speaker 1: to it.
- 19:08Speaker 2: We're just really excited to create a space where you
- 19:11Speaker 2: can come get support and have access to resources that
- 19:14Speaker 2: will honestly make this journey of life feel so much lighter,
- 19:18Speaker 2: definitely and give you the ability to literally rise.
- 19:21Speaker 1: Yeah, it's your year, twenty twenty six, It's a year
- 19:24Speaker 1: to rise. Come and join us. We'll leave the details
- 19:26Speaker 1: on the show link below, Absol, We'll see you in
- 19:28Speaker 1: our next time.
- 19:29Speaker 2: Absolutely, thank you so much for joining us for twelve daysics.
- 19:31Speaker 1: Yes, and have you loved it? Katie, I'll produce, like
- 19:34Speaker 1: Q some Christmas music. Bye, god Bye.
