Speaker 2: Hey guys, welcome back to another episode of Heal Yourself Podcast, and today Denise and I are talking about the telepathy tapes.
• 1:04
Speaker 1: Well, before we talk about it, you got to tell us what it is.
• 1:07
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 1:08
Speaker 2: Well, and that's the thing we debated talking about this, but I think it's valid, like I really think it is relevant to everyone's healing journey.
• 1:17
Speaker 2: So if you haven't listened, go listen.
• 1:19
Speaker 2: But it's a podcast, um, and it's done by a documentary filmmaker who is interviewing parents, experts, different, you know, various scientists about kiddos on the spectrum, so verbal, nonverbal but those that are verbal are usually unreliable speakers, which is actually like my son, who have telepathy, and I know for some they're like no, no way, it's all made up, give it a listen.
• 1:48
Speaker 2: It spoke to Denise and I like, when I messaged her when I got to episode nine, I had to pull over to the side of the highway.
• 1:57
Speaker 2: I was crying so much, it was so powerful for me and there were so many lessons, not just about my son, but it was like, yes, I know this, like I feel it with all my being and I just thought it was so powerful.
• 2:16
Speaker 1: We need to chat about it.
• 2:17
Speaker 1: No, I completely agree.
• 2:17
Speaker 1: And I remember when you sent it to me and I didn't listen right away, I know, cause I know I'm listening to so many podcasts, reading so many books so I didn't't, I just didn't.
• 2:24
Speaker 1: And I was visiting a cousin of mine she's actually doing charcuterie board for me and, um, she was like, have you listened to the telepathy tapes?
• 2:34
Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my goodness, because you know, I also, we also you, and I believe that there are no coincidences.
• 2:39
  Speaker 1: I look okay.
• 2:39
Speaker 1: So Kira told me about it and my cousin is telling me about it, so it's time to give it a listen.
• 2:44
Speaker 1: Especially, it is about kiddos that are non-verbal and it's kiddos that I've worked with, right.
• 2:50
Speaker 1: So I started listening and I could not stop.
• 2:54
Speaker 1: It was kind of like the book that you cannot put down and I do not what you're talking about.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: Episode nine I cried as well, especially, you know not don't say it, don't give it away.
• 3:03
  Speaker 1: I'm not on, that'm not, I'm saying like it's.
• 3:05
Speaker 1: I mean, and someone may not cry like not everybody is going to, you know, it depends, we're all different, but to me, kira, too, it was.
• 3:13
Speaker 1: Yes, it was about the nonverbal kiddos and, and me being a speech therapist, I've always, I always tell parents every single child with a verbal, nonverbal, mild disability, you know, severe disability, every single child, every single person has something to offer.
• 3:29
Speaker 1: Right, we have our own, we, we're all intelligent, we're all smart in our own ways.
• 3:35
Speaker 1: And I've even said that to children, because sometimes I've had kiddos who struggle in school and they say, you know, I'm not smart in math, like he's smarter than me or she's smarter than me, or whatever.
• 3:44
Speaker 1: And I always remind them that you may not, your strength may not be in math, but you have other strengths and some of them, for example, they draw and they draw better than you know, you and me, for example, right, or someone who does math.
• 3:55
Speaker 1: So it was an.
• 3:57
Speaker 1: It spoke to me a lot about some of the things that you and I, you know, listen to, about spirituality.
• 4:03
Speaker 1: So that's where we kind of like also need to dive in, to like.
• 4:07
Speaker 1: It made a lot of sense of some of the things we're like how can we make sense of that?
• 4:17
  Speaker 2: And I don't.
• 4:18
Speaker 2: That's the thing I was just talking to my cousin about this.
• 4:19
Speaker 2: Um, we can't sometimes make sense.
• 4:21
Speaker 2: So, like, if we look at the mind, I'm not talking about the brain, I'm talking about the mind we don't even know where the hell it's stored.
• 4:29
Speaker 2: Okay, how can we talk about that from a science perspective If we know that it's not just in the like?
• 4:36
Speaker 2: They don't know where the mind is.
• 4:38
Speaker 2: So I don't know if you guys have considered that, but they don't think it's in the body.
• 4:42
Speaker 2: Right, the mind isn't the brain, it's entirely different.
• 4:46
Speaker 2: We can't explain it.
• 4:47
Speaker 2: And just like energy and frequency, right?
• 4:51
Speaker 2: How are you and I talking right now on a computer when we're in different states?
• 4:55
Speaker 2: Right, it's frequency, it's energy, and that's the thing.
• 5:00
  Speaker 2: That's.
• 5:00
Speaker 2: What was so powerful is like we are.
• 5:03
Speaker 2: And these kids come in.
• 5:05
Speaker 2: Every kid, right, not just those on the spectrum.
• 5:09
Speaker 2: Every kid comes in, perfect you know yes they're not we are perfect.
• 5:16
  Speaker 2: Wait.
• 5:17
Speaker 2: But you know what I mean.
• 5:18
Speaker 2: Like they've not been tarnished by other people's beliefs, they've not I mean every single person like you and I.
• 5:25
  Speaker 1: We were born.
• 5:25
Speaker 1: We were born perfect.
• 5:26
Speaker 2: Oh, yes, yeah, I thought you're saying now I was like hell.
• 5:28
  Speaker 2: No.
• 5:28
Speaker 2: I mean, you know what I mean, but yeah, no every single person, yeah you're right.
• 5:33
Speaker 1: Every single person who's born is born completely perfect.
• 5:36
Speaker 1: It's just that, yes.
• 5:38
Speaker 2: Life and high frequency.
• 5:39
Speaker 2: And that's the thing I think when you're at that high of a frequency and vibration, you have gifts.
• 5:46
Speaker 2: But then life takes a hit right, you adopt what your parents are telling you, what society is telling you, what you see on TV, and it's like, well, no, those aren't my gifts, you know.
• 5:56
Speaker 2: And that stuff falls away.
• 5:58
Speaker 2: And I feel like especially and I'm biased here, but especially the kids with challenges, especially the kids with autism, who struggle to communicate.
• 6:06
Speaker 2: They're at a different frequency because they can't verbalize what they need, so they have to communicate in another way.
• 6:16
Speaker 1: Right, and their intuition and I've seen it many times with my students, with my friends, kiddos as well their intuition is, is really I don't know, I don't know if I want to use the word high, but it's more, they're more aware of their intuition than you and I, because they have way less beliefs that they have understood, accepted type of thing, right?
• 6:37
Speaker 1: I know that a friend of mine, she always tells me like her daughter, like she's always, you know, reaching for the healthy food or whatever, or like she's always like you know, if she's around some people, like she may not really relate to somebody and the mom knows that she, that that's her intuition.
• 6:55
Speaker 1: Right, if I am not being able to say this person is kind of giving me the, the ickiness or something, but I'm, but my intuition is so.
• 7:05
Speaker 1: That's why a lot of these kiddos, their intuition is elevated and powerful, because also they don't have that ego mind piece as well.
• 7:16
Speaker 1: Right, so like, for example you look at, have you know he is in what?
• 7:21
  Speaker 1: Third or fourth?
• 7:22
  Speaker 1: He's second grade.
• 7:22
Speaker 1: He's not second grade, second grade.
• 7:23
Speaker 1: So he's in what?
• 7:24
  Speaker 1: Third or fourth?
• 7:24
  Speaker 1: He's second grade.
• 7:24
Speaker 1: He's not second grade, second grade.
• 7:25
Speaker 1: So he's in second grade, right, um, and he is just so, um, not entangled in whatever the other kiddos are doing in society.
• 7:39
Speaker 1: He doesn't have that ego.
• 7:40
Speaker 1: Where I have to, I gotta win this and beat you at this and stuff like that.
• 7:44
Speaker 1: You know what I I mean?
• 7:45
Speaker 1: Because it's just like have you noticed like his ego?
• 7:47
  Speaker 1: Mind is different.
• 7:49
Speaker 2: It's very different from ours and very different from other kids.
• 7:52
Speaker 2: He's not like yes, he could be internalizing some of the stuff that he sees, but you can just tell the gentle sweet nature like there's something different.
• 8:04
Speaker 1: Yes, and that's where and I really love how some people right now in this field, in our society, they're using for kiddos with ADHD and because kiddos with ADHD are another story I mean, they're highly, highly intelligent and creative and they are completely all the time put down and, you know, kiddos with ADHD and autism, they have so much to offer.
• 8:31
  Speaker 1: Yeah, and they.
• 8:33
Speaker 1: Yeah, I forgot where I was going with this, so we're just, you know, going along, but yeah.
• 8:41
Speaker 2: Well, and let's tie this back to everyone else, because we don't.
• 8:44
Speaker 2: Obviously we're not just here to talk about autism, right, this is the Heal Yourself podcast, so we want you guys to have tools, but, like, let's talk about takeaways, like how was this relevant to you?
• 8:57
Speaker 2: Like what did it give you an aha moment around, or whatever.
• 9:02
Speaker 1: The aha moment is there's more to life than that 3D world that I see you know what I mean Like you know hearing them and then, just kind of like you know, talking about the other realm.
• 9:11
Speaker 1: And it made a lot of sense because after I read Dying to Be Me and I, you know, I was really honest with you.
• 9:16
Speaker 1: Like I was struggling with the fact that I understand that time is created by humans, I understand that days of the week are created by us.
• 9:23
Speaker 1: So you know, I know we're timeless, limitless, et cetera.
• 9:27
Speaker 1: But it was really difficult for me to understand it.
• 9:30
Speaker 1: I kind of had a glimpse of it at the hotel room, you and I in Arizona, and I kind of talked about it.
• 9:34
Speaker 1: But I was just like how the heck can you be parallel, like how can we all living like this all of the life, Like I don't get it.
• 9:41
Speaker 1: But just listening to the telepathy tapes, listening to the kiddos, listening to their parents, it's just like there's more to it than what we can see.
• 9:52
Speaker 1: And then it reminds me how much, like, look at the dogs right, they can hear frequencies that there's no way we can hear.
• 9:58
Speaker 1: So it's the same thing, like when we are blind with the ego mind, we're not seeing what they're seeing.
• 10:04
Speaker 1: Thing like when we are blind with the ego mind, we're not seeing what they're seeing.
• 10:07
  Speaker 1: I this it's.
• 10:08
Speaker 1: It was becoming clear that if there's a situation or a problem, instead of like dwelling and going over and and hating on it, just kind of like accepting it that it's part of that wholeness, versus kind of like there's more to it yeah, you know, like that's all I can say.
• 10:26
Speaker 1: There's more to life than the bills.
• 10:28
Speaker 1: There's more to paying the bills, not that you're talking about the football team.
• 10:32
Speaker 2: No, no, I know.
• 10:33
Speaker 1: I saw your face and I was like, okay, because they were playing yesterday, yeah, but anyway, like you know, paying bills, there's more to life than you know going to dance competitions.
• 10:52
Speaker 1: There's more to life than even recording the podcast.
• 10:53
Speaker 1: There's more to life than, um, just arguing with people and judging and, uh, you know, taking stuff personally and not having fun and taking yourself seriously.
• 10:56
Speaker 1: So that was the biggest takeaway from me.
• 10:58
Speaker 1: Is is just there's more and we are so limited with, with our conditioning yeah, yeah, how about you?
• 11:09
  Speaker 2: It's?
• 11:09
Speaker 2: You know it's funny, cause I asked you the question and then I was like shit, what am I going to respond to this?
• 11:14
Speaker 2: Cause there were so many moments where I was like, oh my gosh, yes, oh, wow, yeah, for me I think it's just kind of like you said, there is more but it's realizing like we're here for a reason.
• 11:30
Speaker 2: Okay, I don't think that we were just born to survive and go through these day-to-day motions and then expect to feel amazing, like we're just borrowing this physical body.
• 11:44
Speaker 2: Yeah, we want to feel good in it.
• 11:46
Speaker 2: Right, I don't want to have physical symptoms every day and deal with ongoing fatigue and, you know, brain fog or whatever, whatever else someone might be dealing with, but it's borrowed and it's such a small thing in the scheme of life you know what I mean Like it's it feels weird to say that, but it's like the physical body is nothing.
• 12:08
  Speaker 1: We're a soul.
• 12:10
  Speaker 2: What are you?
• 12:11
Speaker 1: Absolutely, absolutely and that's what I want 1000, 1000 like, yeah, like you just nailed it, we can stop the episode.
• 12:17
Speaker 1: You are a soul like you are a soul, that physical body, that because a lot of you know, because we know, we know, you know someone may be listening right now.
• 12:26
Speaker 1: They look at their body and they may not like it.
• 12:29
Speaker 2: Yeah, we've been there.
• 12:31
Speaker 1: But that's again, that's a vehicle also to look within the soul.
• 12:36
Speaker 1: And I know that sometimes Kira and I are a broken record.
• 12:39
Speaker 1: We always say look within, look within.
• 12:41
Speaker 1: But legit it is, look within.
• 12:45
Speaker 1: Like you, are it?
• 12:47
Speaker 1: You know no one is coming.
• 12:49
Speaker 1: The prayers that you are praying, they're just not going to come down from the, from the sky and they're not just going to fall.
• 12:56
Speaker 1: You know, and there's, it's you, it's within you.
• 13:01
Speaker 1: And how do you get that?
• 13:02
Speaker 1: I wrote it down right now as you were talking.
• 13:03
Speaker 1: It's the stillness and the silence and just being okay with being because, remember, we're human beings but we have become human doing Because, remember, we're human beings but we have become human doings, and constantly we're doing, doing, doing, doing, doing and everything's ooh.
• 13:17
Speaker 1: There's no time to actually connect with that soul that we are.
• 13:22
Speaker 1: It's constantly we're connecting with the body.
• 13:24
Speaker 2: Yep Versus connecting with the soul.
• 13:28
Speaker 2: And that's the thing for me, like my takeaway for people is just start to reflect, just start to listen.
• 13:35
Speaker 2: Like we've gotten so far away again, because we become that ego person right as we get older, all of these stories and programming and everything becomes embedded in us.
• 13:46
Speaker 2: But how often are you going through your day and pausing and reflecting of, gosh, what does my soul need right now?
• 13:54
Speaker 2: What does my body need right now?
• 13:57
Speaker 2: What would make me feel good?
• 14:00
Speaker 2: What would light me up?
• 14:01
Speaker 2: Gosh, how can I serve the world today?
• 14:03
Speaker 2: What can I do to make this a better place?
• 14:06
Speaker 2: How can I show up as a better wife, mother?
• 14:10
Speaker 2: All of those things that we should be reflecting on and going throughout our day.
• 14:15
  Speaker 2: That's healing.
• 14:16
Speaker 2: That's what brings the physical healing too.
• 14:21
Speaker 1: And I also want to add and Kira, of course, correct me if I'm wrong and the ego is there, is there for a reason, it's here protecting us, get it, you know it's the, it's the, the, the fight or flight, whatever.
• 14:34
Speaker 1: However, a lot of the times there isn't a physical line right there and we need to turn the ego mind all the way up and then run for our lives.
• 14:43
Speaker 1: So that's where also the, the reflecting and and going in and being compassionate with yourself.
• 14:52
Speaker 1: And you know where I'm getting this from, because on Friday I was at a conference with Dr Gabor and all it was all about compassion and just being compassionate with yourself, with that inner child, like seriously, I always give that example because I grew up where grades and testing and overachieving was really, really, really, it was necessary, okay.
• 15:15
Speaker 1: So if I didn't get A's and B's, not even B's, it had to be A's or A pluses, right, and it was really difficult for me.
• 15:21
Speaker 1: I was always so nervous, I was always having anxiety, and so it's usually on Mondays, because on Sun there's always, you know, tests or whatever.
• 15:30
Speaker 1: But right now I'm working so hard.
• 15:32
Speaker 1: I'm 45 years years old, kira, and I still get that feeling.
• 15:35
  Speaker 1: I'm a business owner.
• 15:36
Speaker 1: I've been a speech therapist for 20 years.
• 15:38
Speaker 1: I help kids and their families, but I still get that feeling as if I am seven or eight or 10 or a teenager.
• 15:46
Speaker 1: So what I've been doing really is, the minute I get that, I just immediately go to my inner self and tell her like hey, you're not a kid anymore, you're not a baby, I've got you.
• 15:57
Speaker 1: So this is where the when we say, look within and what Kira gave examples of, what does, what does my soul need, etc.
• 16:05
Speaker 1: You're also talking with your baby, with your inner child that you are reparenting.
• 16:10
Speaker 1: So the inner work is essential.
• 16:13
Speaker 1: So if you're listening right now and you're like Denise and Kira, you keep saying that.
• 16:17
Speaker 1: Yes, we do it's essential If you want to heal.
• 16:20
Speaker 1: You got to take that moment and if you're saying you're busy, then you are choosing not to.
• 16:28
Speaker 1: No one's going to come by the hand and save you.
• 16:31
Speaker 1: Please get that idea out of your head.
• 16:34
Speaker 1: I mean, you are there for you.
• 16:37
Speaker 2: Yeah, and this is one thing I tell my clients yeah, I'm a practitioner, I am a nutritionist and I've studied functional medicine, but I don't heal you.
• 16:48
Speaker 2: That comes from you.
• 16:50
Speaker 2: No practitioner will heal you.
• 16:52
Speaker 2: So if you're listening right now and you're like but I'm dealing with all these physical symptoms, that's fine.
• 16:57
Speaker 2: We can guide you, we can walk beside you, we can hold space for you, we can offer guidance, but ultimately it's an inside job and that's it.
• 17:08
Speaker 1: I mean, I have to go back and refer to the Bible.
• 17:10
Speaker 1: To be honest, even Jesus, when it was all of the miracles, he never said I healed you.
• 17:16
Speaker 1: He would always say your faith has healed you.
• 17:19
Speaker 1: Yeah Right, so you are it.
• 17:22
Speaker 1: You are it, and I know.
• 17:25
Speaker 1: I talked to my daughter because she was going into dance competition this weekend and I bought her the I Am book by Dr Wayne Dyer.
• 17:32
Speaker 1: It's for little children.
• 17:33
Speaker 1: I know she's a teenager, but I wanted it to make sense to her and it was really effective.
• 17:39
Speaker 1: Like you are it.
• 17:39
Speaker 1: The divine is in you.
• 17:42
Speaker 1: The prayers that you are praying, they're not coming.
• 17:44
Speaker 1: The answer is not coming from above.
• 17:46
Speaker 1: The answer is coming within you.
• 17:48
Speaker 1: It's just you're not listening right now.
• 17:53
  Speaker 1: Why?
• 17:53
Speaker 1: Because the noise is louder than your soul's noise, your higher self's noise, your divine's noise.
• 17:57
Speaker 1: So that's why it is crucial for healing.
• 18:02
Speaker 1: Healing anything emotions, physical stuff, anything.
• 18:08
Speaker 1: Because, that's what it is Noise.
• 18:10
Speaker 2: You just said it.
• 18:10
Speaker 2: It's noise that we have to learn to tune out, and a lot of it it goes back to programming, right, the noise that I hear from a lot of women.
• 18:18
Speaker 2: I can't do that because I have kids.
• 18:20
Speaker 2: Or I can't do that because my husband works and I stay at home.
• 18:23
  Speaker 2: I can't do that because I don't have the money.
• 18:24
Speaker 2: I can't do that because this stop.
• 18:28
Speaker 1: I mean literally, you nailed it here.
• 18:31
Speaker 1: You can't what, what, what else you're gonna say other than please stop.
• 18:34
Speaker 1: Please stop, because what you're doing is and because you know why we're also saying this because you and I've been there, done that, yeah this isn't our first rodeo it is not.
• 18:44
Speaker 1: It is not and we still to this day.
• 18:46
Speaker 1: I mean, I saw Dr Gabor.
• 18:48
Speaker 1: I mean he's written so many books.
• 18:49
Speaker 1: He is 81 years old.
• 18:51
Speaker 1: He celebrated 81 years old and he was giving examples of struggles that he had when he was 74.
• 18:56
Speaker 2: Yeah, and that's one thing I want to say.
• 18:59
Speaker 2: We're not perfect guys, we're not expecting you to be perfect.
• 19:01
  Speaker 2: We are human.
• 19:03
Speaker 2: We're here living a human experience, but that's the thing.
• 19:06
Speaker 2: It is an experience and, as Denise and I always say, it's a journey.
• 19:10
Speaker 2: If you are not on this journey, if you're not here for the long haul, then don't expect to see any results.
• 19:19
Speaker 1: And then life comes in phases and seasons, just like the seasons that we see.
• 19:22
Speaker 1: There's winter, there's after winter comes spring, and after spring there's summer and then autumn.
• 19:27
Speaker 1: Same with our lives.
• 19:28
Speaker 1: So, like right now, any phase and I I know I learned that from dr wayne dyer that it's just, it's a phase and it's going to go away.
• 19:36
Speaker 1: So even that happiness phase, but or whatever you're going through, like, oh, I say your business doing great well, that's the seasons of it.
• 19:42
Speaker 1: You know, enjoy that.
• 19:43
Speaker 1: And then there's going to probably be another phase.
• 19:46
  Speaker 1: Also enjoy that.
• 19:47
Speaker 1: This too shall pass.
• 19:48
Speaker 1: Something else is coming right, like the.
• 19:50
Speaker 1: The phases and the seasons and all that are not gonna last forever, right.
• 19:55
Speaker 1: So that's why it's also important to just, you know, be, and I know we've talked about the present moment in previous episodes, so make sure that you tune into that.
• 20:05
Speaker 2: But yeah, that and gratitude that's part of being is you don't have tomorrow, and that that's another thing.
• 20:14
Speaker 2: That that whole telepathy tapes brought to me is like I already know this, right, guys, but again it drove it home.
• 20:21
  Speaker 2: Nothing's guaranteed, I don't know if I have tomorrow.
• 20:25
Speaker 2: So I'm not going to be focusing on what happened 20 years ago.
• 20:28
Speaker 2: I'm not going to be focused on what might happen, you know, five years from now.
• 20:31
Speaker 2: It's what can I do today to make this the best day?
• 20:36
Speaker 1: Yeah, and I know that someone listening right now might think well, some things, like you know, there is just too much.
• 20:42
Speaker 1: But the thing is, I understand like not every problem has a solution.
• 20:46
  Speaker 1: I get it.
• 20:46
Speaker 1: But then if it's something that does not have a solution, there are two things.
• 20:51
Speaker 1: We either come to terms and accept it and move on and let go.
• 20:54
Speaker 1: If you can't do anything about it, right.
• 20:57
Speaker 1: If I can do something about it, I'm going to do something about it.
• 21:00
Speaker 1: But if I can't do something about it, out of my hands and there's no use in dwelling and focusing and analyzing.
• 21:07
  Speaker 1: You have choices.
• 21:09
Speaker 1: At the end of the day, it's choices.
• 21:10
  Speaker 1: Yeah.
• 21:11
Speaker 1: So if I'm choosing to dwell on something that happened 20 years ago, that's my choice.
• 21:15
Speaker 1: And if I'm doing, if I am choosing to be like you know what?
• 21:18
Speaker 1: I know it sucks and I hate it and there's no solution to that one and it's out of my hand, I'm just going to accept it and move on.
• 21:26
Speaker 1: Yeah, because we can't allow it to continue yes, to continue to activate, because you already came to terms that you cannot change it.
• 21:33
Speaker 1: It cannot be changed Already.
• 21:35
  Speaker 1: You tried.
• 21:37
Speaker 2: You know you tried, yeah Well, and then again bringing it back to telepathy tapes and these kids in particular.
• 21:44
Speaker 2: I can tell you that my son doesn't sit and ponder what happened last week.
• 21:51
Speaker 2: And did he say this and did it irritate this person?
• 21:54
Speaker 2: No, they're at that different frequency again, and so that's what we need to be striving for.
• 22:01
Speaker 2: There was I'm going to butcher the story, but I remember hearing it a while back of like somebody throws out bread to a duck, which don't do that, guys, it's terrible for them.
• 22:12
Speaker 2: But somebody throws out bread to some ducks.
• 22:14
Speaker 2: One duck comes in and steals it from the other duck.
• 22:17
Speaker 2: Who is gonna give it to his baby?
• 22:18
Speaker 2: What does the other duck do?
• 22:20
Speaker 2: That it you know the one that got the stolen bread.
• 22:23
Speaker 2: Like now, he can't feed his baby.
• 22:25
Speaker 2: What does he do?
• 22:25
Speaker 2: Uh, good thing, the bread.
• 22:29
  Speaker 2: Oh, nothing, nothing.
• 22:30
Speaker 2: Because he already forgot that the damn thing happened.
• 22:33
  Speaker 2: That's right.
• 22:33
Speaker 2: That's why they forgot.
• 22:34
Speaker 2: They forgot but here's the thing we don't do, that we drag that shit on oh no my bread.
• 22:42
Speaker 1: She took my bread 20 years ago and I'm gonna hold the grudge for 20 years and that's what I'm saying.
• 22:48
Speaker 2: we, we be more like these kids, right, yes, work on that, that energy of like just letting it go.
• 22:56
Speaker 1: Letting it go, yeah, and, and when we say letting it go, that doesn't mean that we're asking you to be passive and be a doorman.
• 23:02
Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no.
• 23:03
Speaker 1: Both Kira and I have boundaries and like little, I mean you know my boundaries.
• 23:09
Speaker 1: Uh, like, literally, I mean you know my mom.
• 23:10
Speaker 1: So, uh, what I was saying you know like accept anything and everything that someone gives you, but you can't change the past, that's it, right.
• 23:22
Speaker 1: But is it worth?
• 23:22
Speaker 1: Also, like, if someone, if someone continues, like you tried with that person, let's say a friend, right, we're just going to give a friend not spouse or partner, whatever, right, it's a friend, and that friend.
• 23:29
Speaker 1: Constantly, every time you're in their presence, you feel icky, you feel negative, right, let's say that you know and you've tried, you've tried to.
• 23:36
Speaker 1: You know, either talk to them or something, and they, this is just them, you know what I mean and you're like, so you can choose to stay with them and continue with that cycle.
• 23:45
Speaker 1: It can be like you know what, I'm going to limit my interaction with you.
• 23:48
Speaker 1: I love you and everything, but I'm going to accept that I can't change you because you can't, Yep, so let's you know.
• 23:56
  Speaker 2: And yeah, yeah.
• 23:58
Speaker 2: Acknowledge the thing in the moment, say what you need to say, do what you need to do and then, when it's gone, it's past and you can't change it.
• 24:05
  Speaker 2: Let it be.
• 24:13
Speaker 1: The kids that were on the telepathy tapes.
• 24:15
Speaker 1: It reminds me, not reminds me, like it kind of like the picture of them.
• 24:18
Speaker 1: It's, their soul is so pure and flying that they're literally just, and some of them did say that they're using this body just as a vehicle and this body happened to be, you know, like it cannot talk and it has this ability because not, I think some of them I didn't watch the, the, the videos, but some of them, like, also had probably cerebral palsy too, because they couldn't really use their, their hands right, a lot like they had to use, like they had to be guided.
• 24:45
Speaker 1: Uh, so it's, I like, I see them as just like pure souls, like where, just, they have not lost touch of their true identity, like their truism.
• 24:57
Speaker 1: Is that a word?
• 24:59
Speaker 1: Yeah, I'll go with it, yeah because we have lost touch and now we're kind of like you know.
• 25:05
Speaker 1: So it's really important yeah.
• 25:10
Speaker 2: Well I'm going to say, guys, go listen to it.
• 25:13
Speaker 2: Go listen to it because I think, no matter what you believe, you can relate this back to your own healing journey.
• 25:21
Speaker 2: I think there are some powerful pearls and takeaways in there.
• 25:26
Speaker 1: Yes, and have an open mind.
• 25:27
Speaker 1: It's something that is not everything I heard.
• 25:29
Speaker 1: An open mind, it's something not, it's not everything I heard I agree with, especially from a professional point of view, because I am a speech language pathologist and I have worked with kiddos, so it's not everything you're gonna maybe you know, but just have an open mind and continue listening.
• 25:44
Speaker 1: And, yeah, like, all I can say is really have an open mind and not dismiss things that you're like oh, I don't believe that, because even if you don't believe that thing, the next thing you may like, oh, I'm glad I continued listening.
• 26:00
Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean, just like with anything, with healing in general, it's important to have an open mind and being flexible 100%.
• 26:09
Speaker 2: Yeah, okay guys, thanks for tuning in.
• 26:13
Speaker 2: Thank you for tuning in.
• 26:14
Speaker 2: I know that was like such a like kind of really not scripted this much.
• 26:22
Speaker 2: Yeah, sometimes we just go off the cuff guys, but that's what we feel inspired to do.
• 26:24
Speaker 1: I know and I'm loving the feedback you posted a feedback the other day.
• 26:27
Speaker 1: I was like, oh, thank you so much for listening.
• 26:30
  Speaker 1: We love feedback.
• 26:31
Speaker 1: So if you have feedback for us, just keep them positive.
• 26:35
Speaker 1: The positive ones post, okay, what about?
• 26:38
  Speaker 2: the negative.
• 26:38
Speaker 1: Well, just send us a private message, anywho.
• 26:41
Speaker 1: No, no, no, no, no.
• 26:42
Speaker 1: Write whatever you want, but we love feedback because and then, of course, share it.
• 26:46
Speaker 1: Share the episode with one person that you know that might benefit and may see this helpful.
• 26:55
Speaker 2: And then get on Apple and leave us a review, please.
• 26:58
Speaker 2: We want to grow this podcast.
• 26:59
Speaker 2: We want to help as many people as we can and this is our way of doing it.
• 27:02
Speaker 2: So the reviews, the shares, all the things are super helpful.
• 27:07
Speaker 1: And also let us know because this is for you, right, it is for us, it's really healing for us, but it's for you.
• 27:12
Speaker 1: So there are any topics or anything in particular that you want us to dive in or, you know, talk about.
• 27:18
Speaker 1: Please let us know, because we're just coming up with topics based on what we see in the world and what we go through, but it will be more beneficial if it's something that you want to talk about.
• 27:27
Speaker 1: We're here, we're open, we will talk about anything and everything kind of ish related to healing.
• 27:33
  Speaker 1: Related to healing.
• 27:35
Speaker 2: Yes, all right, guys, we'll see you on the next episode.
