Transcript
- 0:00Speaker: Calling in all directions, calling, gathering together, feeling deeply inside, more deeply than we were, to a new level for the day, feeling inside, whatever that means is a beginning, and then begin to explore further one's body, one's mind.
- 0:33Speaker: There are different areas of interest, of sense, of receptivity, of possibility for us to play with, explore, be patient around, understanding of, having compassion for, empathy of, a sense of humility and gratitude about.
- 0:59Speaker: Does this not encompass every moment of our days in the background somewhere for sure?
- 1:09Speaker: Or lacking, being aware of one's own being, feeling something about one's physical nature, perhaps one's body's heat or the shimmering and vibration of one's body, one's shimmering, ecstatic, celebratory status, being alive.
- 1:38Speaker: It is always within our reaches.
- 1:43Speaker: We need only investigate to find our own depth.
- 1:49Speaker: We don't need to look far.
- 1:52Speaker: If one gazes to the tip of one's nose, if we do that now, or maybe just imagining it if your eyes are closed.
- 2:01Speaker: And then in your imagination, or if you're in a place where you have a vista, then look out to the horizon.
- 2:11Speaker: Allow it to glow as you consider in one's mind's eye what it is which might lie beyond what one can see.
- 2:24Speaker: And you and I know there's a whole world in a sphere and continues and continues until one comes back to the opposite direction to touch your back.
- 2:39Speaker: This is here.
- 2:41Speaker: And then beyond this sphere, we live on this atmosphere shrouded rock, lie more planets and a sun.
- 2:51Speaker: What we have here is new to our understanding.
- 2:57Speaker: We need to be humbled before what we do know and what we assume we don't, which is almost everything.
- 3:08Speaker: Ninety-nine thousand nine hundred and ninety-nine perspectives we don't share with what's available in the electromagnetic spectrum.
- 3:21Speaker: We have one.
- 3:22Speaker: We have what we have.
- 3:23Speaker: This range of energy awareness.
- 3:28Speaker: Being alive and alert and feeling our bodies, our processes, our blood circulating, our heart squeezing.
- 3:43Speaker: Thinking about the intricacies, the marvels, the miracles of what we are, of whom we are, of how did this come about?
- 3:55Speaker: Our DNA will answer one of Thomas Wilson's questions.
- 4:00Speaker: How did this all come about?
- 4:03Speaker: Evolution.
- 4:05Speaker: And beyond our horizon, as we are gazing in the warm, bright, glowing distance, our perception begins to flow past our own neighboring worlds and our sun into the vast distances.
- 4:28Speaker: And we see more suns in the distance.
- 4:34Speaker: We see the light.
- 4:36Speaker: We see spots of different degrees of brilliance.
- 4:44Speaker: We see colors that are reflective of different colors of the rainbow.
- 4:52Speaker: And we wonder what and why and how far.
- 4:57Speaker: And today we have a certain sense of perspective available to us if one studies and follows some of what science has come to know or to proclaim they know.
- 5:16Speaker: A miracle, all of it.
- 5:19Speaker: Being a part of it.
- 5:24Speaker: The air one is breathing is vibrating with energy.
- 5:30Speaker: The food one eats.
- 5:35Speaker: What we are immersed in this atmosphere, we are vibrating at different wavelengths, levels, and yet similar.
- 5:49Speaker: We interact with these different chemicals and gases, different elements and compounds in our physical universe, in time, in the concept of three dimensional space.
- 6:09Speaker: And the whole universe is shuddering, shimmering, vibrating with energy.
- 6:21Speaker: Everything.
- 6:22Speaker: What does one perceive?
- 6:26Speaker: What does one's auditory nerve suggest?
- 6:32Speaker: What does one's mind's eye believe is going on?
- 6:41Speaker: We are being sensitive and receptive and allowing possibilities.
- 6:53Speaker: This is mindful meditation.
- 6:55Speaker: Virtuosity.
- 6:57Speaker: Seeking self-improvement, becoming more virtuous, our goals, which are most important for Homo sapiens, in my humble opinion.
- 7:12Speaker: Being aware of one's own potential, of one's capability to close your own hands into loose fists, or to arch your toes up above your toe pads, to feel the weight in one's body in general from the forces, the atomic forces of gravity pulling us down.
- 7:43Speaker: What is it, this concept of gravity?
- 7:48Speaker: Centrifugal force.
- 7:51Speaker: What are these things that are happening?
- 7:53Speaker: Photons visiting from the sun.
- 7:58Speaker: Ninety-three million, almost ninety-four million miles away.
- 8:04Speaker: Thinking about these things.
- 8:10Speaker: It's not so hard when one widens one's perspective to assume.
- 8:17Speaker: We are not only here now, we are yet aware of our miraculous nature.
- 8:32Speaker: And we are humbled before the majesty, the immensity of creation.
- 8:46Speaker: Thankful for having a part, a role, an opportunity.
- 8:58Speaker: Thank you.
- 8:59Speaker: The music continues for another minute.
- 9:07Speaker: Enjoy your Day. namaste
