- 0:00Speaker 1: Good morning, bright sunny, cheery day.
- 0:03Speaker 1: Making it this way, following through our practice, which is as simple as remembering whom we are.
- 0:13Speaker 1: If one needs spend hours in ritual, maybe something is missing.
- 0:20Speaker 1: Simplicity is our best way of learning.
- 0:26Speaker 1: Understanding.
- 0:28Speaker 1: Easiest to practice.
- 0:31Speaker 1: Simplicity is the name of our game in mindful meditation.
- 0:36Speaker 1: It is not to foster egotism, it is to foster recognition of our universe.
- 0:45Speaker 1: The embrace of everything upon each of us as individuals within this embrace of our universe, outside of the sphere of our individual flesh, skin.
- 1:04Speaker 1: The air we breathe is perhaps the best of all examples, or water, or the land, or all three, our planet, our fellow planets and moons and asteroids in our solar system, our sun, of course, pointing beyond.
- 1:32Speaker 1: We are a family upon a solitary planet in a star system far removed from the center of our own galaxy.
- 1:46Speaker 1: On its fringes, one could say, one of hundreds of million in just our Milky Way galaxy.
- 1:58Speaker: Be inside yourself humming, Doing what I'm doing, don't just listen, paying attention to what's being done, doing, allowing oneself, rising in recognition of one's own being.
- 2:24Speaker 1: It is as simple as feeling the warmth emanating through our skin.
- 2:30Speaker 1: It is your Majesty.
- 2:32Speaker 1: Another process, miraculous.
- 2:36Speaker 1: We don't want to overheat, right?
- 2:39Speaker 1: Our bodies are busy twenty four hours in every day, sustaining our lives, taking nothing for granted, please.
- 2:53Speaker 1: This is what remembering is.
- 2:58Speaker 1: It is as simple as this.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Finding your practice a place of awe as one expands familiarity and comfort, being more aware, being more receptive to the possibilities and the potentials of what's going on, remembering again, the simplicity of just breathing oxygenated air, so easily taken for granted, forgotten about in an instant of time.
- 3:37Speaker 1: A moment here, the next moment gone.
- 3:43Speaker 1: Remembering is all one need do.
- 3:48Speaker 1: Pause, reflect, remember, your Majesty, the whole universe is our home.
- 4:00Speaker 1: The energy is teeming everywhere, especially on planets such as our own or in our own sun.
- 4:16Speaker 1: Feeling not only the warmth emanating, but other intricate processes going on.
- 4:30Speaker 1: The act of breathing itself, breathing longer and slower than what you might do when you are just doing it unconsciously or autotonically.
- 4:45Speaker 1: Just being aware of each aspect of one's what I call a four-part breath.
- 4:55Speaker 1: One's inhale. Lonnnnnnnnnnnng
- 5:01Speaker: And slowwwwwwww, deeeeeeeeeep and wideeeeeeeee, focusing on this.
- 5:20Speaker 1: One's inhale.
- 5:21Speaker 1: When one is satiated, one pauses at the top.
- 5:26Speaker 1: One need not dig any deeper into one's lungs with oxygenated air, because we are satiated, and we say to ourselves, I've had enough breathing for right now.
- 5:39Speaker 1: And one pauses on some level of responsibility and understanding.
- 5:47Speaker 1: Yes?
- 5:48Speaker 1: It is how one wants to play the game of life now.
- 5:53Speaker 1: From one's physicality, all things grow.
- 5:58Speaker 1: This is our foundation.
- 6:00Speaker 1: Individually, do neither too much nor too little.
- 6:05Speaker 1: Be comfortable, calm, comfortable, postured, undisturbed.
- 6:12Speaker 1: These things are structures, ways to get oneself acclimated and ready to just relax and be at peace, alive, remembering, awakening, rising to the view of the horizon of one's own being, what is it for you?
- 6:37Speaker 1: How is one's ship sailing today?
- 6:42Speaker 1: It is not in a flash, it is in moments we guide ourselves, taking both hands, one upon the helm, the other the rudder, becoming more and more aware.
- 6:59Speaker 1: Not only of one's inhale and initial pause, but of one's long exhale, perhaps even longer than one's inhale.
- 7:09Speaker 1: Before again, diminished need to keep exhaling fosters a pause to appear.
- 7:19Speaker 1: Relish the pause as a moment to be thankful, humble, kind, appreciative, receptive, accepting, gracious, calm.
- 7:33Speaker 1: Everything is here for us to grasp.
- 7:39Speaker 1: We are here to do this, allowing oneself a sense of receptivity and acceptance to further thought on one's own, to increase one's familiarity, through repetition, making what we're talking about one's own home.
- 8:05Speaker 1: It is through making habits, creating new paths traveled upon, which sustain and foster self-improvement.
- 8:19Speaker 1: This is the truth.
- 8:21Speaker 1: Energy follows attention, practicality in a physical universe mandates actual activity, not just thought.
- 8:36Speaker 1: Both.
- 8:38Speaker 1: Being here now with ourselves breathing and feeling the warmth of our skin.
- 8:46Speaker 1: Going forth on our own unique journeys this day, wishing you the best and better to come.
- 8:59Speaker 1: Namaste
