  everybody who was involved. Now, recently there's been news

  that the federal government through the US Attorney's office

  is investigating corruption in this case.

  But nobody seems to want to touch what that corruption is,

  what happened. They just want to report that

  there is alleged corruption. But that's not how I roll today.

  Ellen Greenberg was a 27 year old elementary school teacher in

  in the Philadelphia area. She taught at a school called
• 6:51
  Juniata Park Academy. No, it is not Juanita Park

  Academy, it's Juniata Park Academy.

  She was engaged to be married. You see her here in her
• 7:02
  beautiful wedding dress trying it on.
• 7:05
  In fact, they were so close to the wedding that Save the Dates
• 7:08
  had been sent out. And yeah, she was living with
• 7:16
  her boyfriend, her snuggly bear, her sweetie pie guy named Sam
• 7:22
  Goldberg. Now Sam to Ellen was a catch.

  Came from a good family, pretty well to do.
• 7:31
  Pretty accomplished kind of old money. 3 generations, right?
• 7:36
  It's not like she was marrying into the Carnegie's or anything
• 7:38
  but. But what appeared on the surface
• 7:41
  to be a very good family. He had good prospects.
• 7:45
  He he had gained his education. He was working and broadcasting.
• 7:49
  He had won an Emmy Award. These are, you know, and as
• 7:55
  Ellen's dad told me on time, he was a nice Jewish boy.

  What more could a father ask for, right?
• 8:02
  So to my knowledge, Josh and Sandy were happy for their
• 8:08
  daughter Ellen. Now, as we get closer to that
• 8:14
  fateful day, which was January 26th, 2011, we're coming up on
• 8:18
  the 15th anniversary of this crime, Ellen began to display
• 8:25
  symptoms of anxiety. She was telling lots of people
• 8:30
  she was having problems at work, that it was just causing her all
• 8:36
  sorts of stress. She reached out to a family
• 8:42
  member and asked if maybe she could move in just for a little,
• 8:47
  little while. This family member asked you and
• 8:52
  Sam. And then Ellen dropped it.
• 8:56
  She reached out to her parents and she asked if she could come
• 9:00
  home. And the reason that she gave was
• 9:04
  just, there's just too much. She had all this anxiety now,
• 9:08
  her parents concerned for her well-being and concerned about
• 9:13
  her prospects professionally. She'd put so much work into
• 9:17
  this. She had, you know, she had gone
• 9:20
  and gotten her undergraduate degree.
• 9:21
  She had gotten 2 master's degrees.
• 9:26
  Concerned, they told her that she could come home.
• 9:29
  But before they went to that measure, why don't we get you
• 9:34
  help? Why don't we find you a
• 9:37
  counselor, which they did. And Ellen began counseling and
• 9:43
  let's see, I think it's it's somebody who prescribes drugs.
• 9:48
  I think she was a psychiatrist. Her name was Ellen Berman.
• 9:55
  Ellen Berman. I think so.
• 9:57
  And she started on anti anxiety medication.

  She, she and it, and she was doing well.
• 10:07
  They changed the medication along the way and she was doing
• 10:11
  well. She reported to friends, she
• 10:14
  reported to her family that she was feeling much better.

  OK, that brings us to January 26th, 2011.

  A Nor'easter was barreling down on Philadelphia, all of
• 10:29
  Pennsylvania, really. A nor'easter is the wintry
• 10:33
  equivalent. It's not the same, but you guys
• 10:37
  get my meaning. It's the wintry equivalent of a
• 10:40
  hurricane. If you were to live down on the
• 10:42
  Gulf Coast, for example, it shuts down everything.
• 10:46
  There's so much snow, there's so much cold that they close
• 10:51
  businesses, they close schools, they close the government down.
• 10:55
  The Pennsylvania Department of Transportation just can't even
• 10:59
  keep up with their plows and all this.
• 11:01
  They just can't. And so Ellen came home early
• 11:03
  from school and from teaching school, from work, and gassed up
• 11:10
  her car, came home the last, the last activity on her computer
• 11:19
  was submitting grades for her students.
• 11:22
  She also checked that she called the families of the students to
• 11:27
  make sure that they all got home, and then she went.
• 11:30
  She set about making a fruit salad when all of a sudden,
• 11:40
  according to the official report, she decided she would
• 11:45
  take a Cutco 1721 knife and she would turn it on herself 10
• 11:56
  times in the front, at least 10 times in the back, including a
• 12:02
  puncture of her spinal column and a puncture of her heart, and
• 12:09
  then fell to the ground dead. Now you might be asking
• 12:14
  yourself, where was Sam when all this was happening?
• 12:18
  Oh, well, conveniently, Sam had decided to go down to the gym at
• 12:26
  the at the apartment complex. Now look at Sam.
• 12:30
  Now, I don't want to, I don't want to like body shame here
• 12:34
  because man, they're they're pictures of me.
• 12:37
  In fact, I'm I'm going to show you a bit.
• 12:38
  Look at me. Look at I have nothing to talk

  about, right? This was like what, two years
• 12:42
  ago? I get it.

  But just just look at Sam. Just look at Sam, OK?

  Not, not a gym rat. He, he doesn't strike me as a

  gym rat, I should say. OK, But conveniently, he decided
• 12:58
  for about 45 minutes to go down to the apartment's gym on the
• 13:02
  1st floor where he was seen on security camera.

  He then went back up to the apartment and the story goes he
• 13:15
  could not get in. He said because it was locked
• 13:20
  from the inside the door would open part way but it would not
• 13:24
  open all the way because it was locked with a swing bar style
• 13:31
  lock. This is an actual picture of the

  lock. This is the story.

  OK I don't believe this story. I don't believe this story.

  After Hemming and hawing and complaining and texting and
• 13:47
  calling Ellen, Sam decides he says, to break down the door.

  He even said that he went down and and tried to get somebody to
• 13:58
  let him in, but there was no joy there.

  And so he decided to break down the door and he breaks in and he
• 14:09
  finds Ellen on the floor. Now, in fairness, fairness to
• 14:14
  the story, he couldn't have possibly seen all this damage.

  OK, he couldn't have seen the damage.

  But there she was. She was in the kitchen.
• 14:25
  She was laying kind of on her back with her head and shoulders
• 14:30
  up against the the cabinets. Now, like I, I want you to
• 14:35
  believe me when I say she was not on her back.

  I have told you guys this before.

  Josh and Sandy Greenberg, the wonderful, wonderful people that
• 14:45
  they are, allowed me unprecedented access to the
• 14:50
  crime scene photos, to the autopsy photos, to all the
• 14:53
  reports that they had. I've, I've read it and watched
• 14:58
  it all. She was not lying on her back,

  OK? She was on the floor, it's true.

  But her shoulders and her head were not on the floor.

  Now, for those of you who don't know know the case, I think it's

  probably important that we listen to the 911 call.

  And so I'm going to bring it up here.

  This is the 911 call that Mister Goldberg made to emergency

  So that is the 911 call now. I think that we've all learned
• 20:22
  over time that people behave weirdly on 911.

  By the way, I had an intern go get me water during that and

  that intern did a very, very good job.

  I mean really over really outdid themselves, really over
• 20:43
  produced, very well done. OK, Now police come, OK and
• 20:50
  firefighters come and you can see this in the security video
• 20:53
  that you can see on Ellen's case page on my website.

  They come and they do an investigation.

  Now, the first responders who came, they told investigator Tom

  Brennan, one of them did that when he was leaving the
• 21:08
  apartment. He and the police were coming
• 21:10
  in. He said you got yourself a
• 21:11
  homicide here. The police, they disagreed.

  They seem to have just looked at the scene and gone.

  You know what, she did this to herself and then a man named
• 21:26
  Steve Olshefsky, a medical examiner's investigator.

  And I don't want to cast shed shade on Mr. Olshefsky.

  It's a hard job I took. It's the middle of a, of a
• 21:37
  nor'easter. I totally get it.

  But he does what I think is a pretty cursory investigation.

  You can read his investigation report on my website.

  But this is a, this is a guy like Doctor Joseph Scott Morgan,
• 21:51
  right? He's a medical, legal, medical,
• 21:54
  legal death investigator on behalf of the medical examiner.

  He comes in, he kind of lifts up Ellen's shirt.

  He sees what he thinks are hesitation wounds and then the
• 22:06
  coup de grace and says to himself, you know what?

  This is not a homicide. This is a case of a young woman
• 22:14
  deciding to do that to herself. I'm being very careful with my
• 22:19
  language here because YouTube goes crazy over this case.

  They think that it doesn't matter, but I'm being very

  Anyway, the body then is taken to the medical examiner's office

  where it is examined. I should say she is.

  Her body is examined by Doctor Marlon Osborne.

  Doctor Osborne correctly says no, no, no, no, no, no, no, no.

  Hold on, guys, we got a homicide here.

  She did not do this to herself. Somebody did it to her.

  OK, Now this is where the great conspiracy comes in, and this is

  where evidence of corruption starts to rear its ugly head,

  OK, because Doctor Osborne correctly stated this is a
• 23:18
  homicide. And then over the course of a
• 23:22
  couple of months, it was between January 26th and April the 13th,
• 23:28
  if memory serves, it was April 10th.

  Right around in there. There is a public through the
• 23:38
  media pressure campaign put on by members of the Philadelphia
• 23:43
  Police Department to make the public believe that the medical
• 23:48
  examiner is wrong, that Ellen did it to herself, not somebody
• 23:55
  did it to Ellen. And after a long campaign
• 23:59
  through the media, months long and what the Greenbergs in one
• 24:04
  of their lawsuits calls a clandestine meeting between
• 24:07
  members of the Philadelphia Police Department, at least one
• 24:13
  member of the Philadelphia District Attorney's office, that
• 24:16
  would be Anne Pontario and his boss, Doctor Sam Gullino.

  He was pressured into changing the manner of death from
• 24:27
  homicide to self-inflicted. And then that started a whole
• 24:35
  just yeah. So why is the question, why
• 24:44
  would the city of Philadelphia, why would the PPD, why would the
• 24:50
  police care what the medical examiner's office had to say?
• 24:56
  Why would they care about that? Have you ever heard of any other
• 25:00
  case where a Police Department would pressure an independent,
• 25:04
  what's supposed to be an independent office, an
• 25:07
  independent investigator to change anything about his
• 25:12
  report? Have have you ever heard of
• 25:15
  that? I personally have not.

  I, I've never heard of that happening.

  But in this case, it appears that it happened.

  OK, now there is I'm this is so self-serving, but I've written

  this out on my website. This was back in August of 2024.

  So I'm just going to bring it up for you here.

  and Sandy Greenberg had to fight.

  For somebody to just say this makes no sense.

  She was stabbed 20 times. The new medical examiner says 23

  she would but let's say 20 ish times including to the back of

  her head and neck, including piercing her spinal column and

  her lower brain stem. And you're telling me she did it

  to herself? Now let's go back over to this

  beautiful, beautiful wife, Kimberly, who does not like to

  be on camera. And she did this for me.

  Why? Because she's a perfect avatar,

  but for Ellen. But we're going to go through

  this pretty quickly. We're not going to watch the

  whole thing, but let me just show you this little bit of

  about the Ellen Greenberg case and going through the autopsy,

  Turns out that my wife is 5 foot 736 lbs.

  So we thought that she would be a good avatar for Ellen

  Greenberg if we were to recreate the wounds that she supposedly

  Ellen's computer that had certain search terms most and

  website visits, most of which that had to do with with

  somebody deciding to harm themselves.

  And but most of those, experts agree, were what are called

  shadow searches. It really isn't much of a thing

  anymore in in today's Internet terms, But at the time it was a

  shadow searches. Hey, I if I go to a website that

  that I don't know, I, I searched the side effects of a certain

  drug, there will be little windows in there opening,

  opening up to other websites that the algorithm at the time

  believed had something to do with what you were looking at.

  And that could be, for example, side effects of prescription

  drugs could be self harm. So that's what those were.

  But the attorney general's office said, look, she searched

  And if we go back to Uncle Jimmy, Kimby's dad, Camian's

  dad, he is a former US attorney. At the time he was, let's see, I

  don't want to misspeak this, but he was a private attorney at the

  time. And I believe, well, by the time

  I came on the scene, he was a judge as well.

  OK. So, and he has, he has contacts
• 39:19
  throughout the political establishment in Philadelphia

  and the police establishment in Philadelphia.

  And that is that is basically the crux or the epicenter of

  where this corruption might be. The idea being, and this, this

  is just my speculation, right? I don't know this, but the idea

  being that when before Sam called 911 on January 26th,

  2011, he made a previous call, he made multiple previous calls.

  Those calls were to Cami and Schwarzman, and then he received

  a call from. James Schwartzman, Judge

  Schwartzman. Powerful family, politically

  connected family, wealthy family.

  And that is where the IT just gets absolutely muddy and where

  I believe the corruption exists right there, right there.

  I think this is just, I'm just, I'm speculating here.

  I'm not accusing anybody of anything.

  If I were kind of a spoiled brat kid, which we I'm satisfied to

  be able to say that I think Sam, based on conversations I've had

  with multiple people, kind of grew up as a kid that could get

  away with anything that mommy and daddy would swoop in and

  they would save the day mostly through mommy's side of the

  family, the Hankins, that that is where the money came from,

  from what I understand. And so if I were that kid and I

  got into trouble my whole life, it could just, it could be

  something as simple, it could be just childish things.

  It could be major things, right? But if I were in trouble, having

  lived a life of being bailed out of all my trouble all my life,

  bailed out by my folks, by this guy, by actually these men, I

  think both lawyers, by the way, I would certainly make that

  call. And I would expect that they

  would do the same thing that they had done my whole life.

  And I think that that is where many of us are are stuck now.

  Josh Shapiro was not anywhere in the picture during the time that

  the murder occurred or the investigation by the PPD, by the

  medical examiner's office, by the DA's office.

  But he was there when the case was kicked to his office and he

  decided, outside of all reasonable evidence, I should

  say, his office decided that Ellen was a victim of herself,

  which just belies logic. It makes absolutely no sense

  think that I think a call could have been made.

  I think at at every level, I think calls could have been made

  to the Police Department. You know, I think this was, I
