Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #267: The Death of Who You Were
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and Bev. Hey, sister,
- 0:06Speaker 1: how are you doing? Doing good yourself?
- 0:10Speaker 2: What's up I'm doing?
- 0:15Speaker 3: You know, it's a funny process when you think about
- 0:19Speaker 3: a lot of things, and I know we've talked about
- 0:20Speaker 3: a lot of stuff, but it's like I'm good.
- 0:22Speaker 2: I feel like I'm going through the death of an ego.
- 0:25Speaker 3: I'm going through a rebirthing process, feeling so going through
- 0:29Speaker 3: lots of emotions, lots of emotions, and it's like it's
- 0:33Speaker 3: because I'm not not been.
- 0:36Speaker 2: The person to sit and fill my emotions.
- 0:38Speaker 3: I'm crying a lot and it's like it then it
- 0:40Speaker 3: feels like so heavy and at those times, So if
- 0:43Speaker 3: anyone's going through this, I feel you.
- 0:46Speaker 2: But it's we.
- 0:47Speaker 3: Gotta kinta, we gotta gravitate towards things are going to
- 0:50Speaker 3: help us. And it's like reaching out, you know, talking
- 0:53Speaker 3: to other people. Also, the other thing I did today
- 0:56Speaker 3: was just doing the chat GPT not to put a
- 0:59Speaker 3: plug out for that. It's like it's like talking to
- 1:02Speaker 3: another person to get some insights. So I started asking
- 1:05Speaker 3: questions because I had a reading recently and she said
- 1:08Speaker 3: that and I had gotten the message that day, which
- 1:11Speaker 3: was ironic, but for me to almost like cutting chords
- 1:15Speaker 3: with the past, it's just cutting chords with the previous
- 1:17Speaker 3: version of myself. And so I went on the chat GPT,
- 1:21Speaker 3: questioning like what does that look like?
- 1:22Speaker 2: What do you know? All these things?
- 1:23Speaker 3: And it's like you'd bring up all this information and
- 1:25Speaker 3: it was to say, well, we can do this letter
- 1:28Speaker 3: and let's talk about what we're releasing. And it's like, well,
- 1:30Speaker 3: what does one typically want to release? Because not knowing
- 1:33Speaker 3: exactly where to go to and that gave me so
- 1:35Speaker 3: much more information and then whatever popped into my head,
- 1:38Speaker 3: I'd go searching up that and so I broke down.
- 1:40Speaker 2: I don't even know how many pages, fifteen pages, ten pages.
- 1:42Speaker 3: I don't know, and I went out and burned them
- 1:45Speaker 3: today just because there's a lot of stuff.
- 1:49Speaker 2: But that was what was recommended to me too. So
- 1:51Speaker 2: it's it's just.
- 1:54Speaker 3: Knowing that you're okay, even amidst the stuff, and even
- 1:57Speaker 3: when it's so heavy, when it feels like there is
- 1:59Speaker 3: no you know, light at the end of the tunnel
- 2:02Speaker 3: or end in sight, all of a sudden, there isn't it.
- 2:04Speaker 3: And it's asking your teams for help, you know, asking
- 2:08Speaker 3: for them to help this be more with grace and ease,
- 2:11Speaker 3: or you know, or or asking what do I do
- 2:14Speaker 3: with this information? So for me, a lot of this
- 2:15Speaker 3: stuff is just a lot of emotional feelings out of control.
- 2:19Speaker 3: It feels like I don't have any control. And so
- 2:22Speaker 3: it's interesting because in the past, my ego could have
- 2:25Speaker 3: puffed up and came up to distract and control the show,
- 2:29Speaker 3: and it's like I don't have that same ego anymore.
- 2:32Speaker 3: I mean, I can cry on the drop of a hat.
- 2:34Speaker 2: I could.
- 2:35Speaker 3: I sit and I look at Freeman and I find
- 2:38Speaker 3: all these things that I just love about him that
- 2:40Speaker 3: I've never had these experiences before, and I'll start crying.
- 2:43Speaker 3: I'll just start crying there when I'm just looking at
- 2:44Speaker 3: them from across the room, and it's it's.
- 2:47Speaker 2: So much stuff.
- 2:48Speaker 3: It's just so much, and it feels I guess because
- 2:51Speaker 3: I don't feel my emotions or hadn't felt my emotions.
- 2:53Speaker 3: It feels heavy, but it's really it's not. It's a
- 2:56Speaker 3: lot of releasing. I mean, there's harsher ways I guess
- 2:59Speaker 3: like releasing, but it's so it's this way, and I'm
- 3:02Speaker 3: also honoring that I'm taking the time and honoring that.
- 3:05Speaker 3: And if I can't, if I can't manage my if
- 3:09Speaker 3: I can't feel good and grounded, I don't even bring
- 3:13Speaker 3: my grandkids around, just like I don't have the extra
- 3:16Speaker 3: to give them right now or anybody. So it's like
- 3:19Speaker 3: it's been it's been a journey. It's been a journey
- 3:23Speaker 3: and it's been going on since in of aprils.
- 3:25Speaker 1: So and it's not easy, man, when you're doing an
- 3:30Speaker 1: ego check, dude.
- 3:34Speaker 2: And I was horror. Yeah, I was all ego.
- 3:38Speaker 3: I was the bodybuilder, I was the I my egos
- 3:41Speaker 3: what protected me. And that's okay, and because it kept
- 3:44Speaker 3: me safe in the time, right, But it's it's it's
- 3:48Speaker 3: it's a crazy being in the space when you when
- 3:51Speaker 3: it's so unfamiliar.
- 3:52Speaker 1: Yeah, I was at a conference this weekend, so I
- 3:58Speaker 1: was around women everywhere, rooming with a woman, sitting with women,
- 4:04Speaker 1: the whole thing, and to some of them talk to me,
- 4:10Speaker 1: not all of them, about their perception of others and
- 4:17Speaker 1: asking because they know they know I'm a coach, they
- 4:19Speaker 1: know what I do. Just getting my perspective and when
- 4:22Speaker 1: I you know, talk to them about that's how people
- 4:26Speaker 1: show up because that's what they know how to do,
- 4:29Speaker 1: and that's their programming. And you know all the things
- 4:32Speaker 1: that we've talked about over the many, many many months
- 4:38Speaker 1: of recordings that we have for tea time. So just
- 4:42Speaker 1: for the audience, go back and listen to them, because
- 4:46Speaker 1: we have a lot of conversations about these things. But
- 4:51Speaker 1: to recognize that each and every one of us has
- 4:54Speaker 1: an ego. And people will say I'm not egotistical. Maybe so,
- 5:00Speaker 1: but you do have an ego that, as you're a human,
- 5:04Speaker 1: side will depend upon for survival, and that ego will
- 5:09Speaker 1: also want to make sure that it reaffirms that something
- 5:17Speaker 1: isn't safe, so it keeps you in fear. It wants
- 5:20Speaker 1: to prove you are right and they are wrong, which
- 5:25Speaker 1: there's no winners in that. Typically it's very defensive, like
- 5:31Speaker 1: all these things, is what the ego does. And that
- 5:34Speaker 1: ego also is for survival, which we do need, we
- 5:39Speaker 1: have to use that for certain reasons. When you are
- 5:43Speaker 1: stepping into the path of just personal development, not even
- 5:50Speaker 1: you're not even at spiritual awakening or anything that just
- 5:54Speaker 1: starting a personal development path and working on yourself, you
- 6:00Speaker 1: find all these triggers, what triggers your anger, your shame,
- 6:04Speaker 1: your guilt, your criticism, your judgments, what triggers all of
- 6:08Speaker 1: that and what is it another people that trigger you
- 6:11Speaker 1: about it? And then when you start having that self introspection,
- 6:19Speaker 1: the egos like, ain't nothing wrong with me, sister, it
- 6:22Speaker 1: ain't me, it's them. It ain't me, it's them, It
- 6:24Speaker 1: ain't me, it's them. But really, it is me, it's me,
- 6:30Speaker 1: it's you, it's my husband, it's my son. Because we
- 6:36Speaker 1: have our internal I'm gonna use programming, our internal our
- 6:44Speaker 1: experiences that we've internalized and held on to that information.
- 6:49Speaker 1: And when we start looking at all that and wanting
- 6:54Speaker 1: to shift that within ourselves, it's all self awareness and
- 7:02Speaker 1: it's not looking at well Bev said this and it
- 7:05Speaker 1: pissed me off. It's why did what Bev say piss
- 7:09Speaker 1: me off? What is it about her tone, her facial
- 7:13Speaker 1: expression or body language, the you know, the words she used.
- 7:18Speaker 1: What is it about the situation experience that had me
- 7:23Speaker 1: get upset, angrier, pissed. So it's a total inner reflection.
- 7:29Speaker 1: So I can change that within myself. But it's my
- 7:33Speaker 1: ego that says she don't have the right to do
- 7:36Speaker 1: that and say that to me. What's up with that?
- 7:38Speaker 1: Why is she being like that towards me? Why would
- 7:40Speaker 1: she even say that? Why would she use that tone? Right?
- 7:44Speaker 1: And it's like she has every right to she has
- 7:47Speaker 1: every right to show up the way she wants to
- 7:49Speaker 1: show up and say what she wants to say, in
- 7:51Speaker 1: the tone that she has, using the body language that
- 7:54Speaker 1: she knows. It's me. It's why am I having the
- 7:58Speaker 1: reaction to her? And I'm just using these as an example?
- 8:03Speaker 1: Isn't that? But really I do. I this is a
- 8:09Speaker 1: continuous practice for me to utilize situations where I feel
- 8:14Speaker 1: like I can feel like I'm getting frustrated, irritated, pissy, bitchy, whatever.
- 8:26Speaker 1: I'm like, Okay, well, where's that coming from? What? What?
- 8:29Speaker 1: Why is it? What they did? Or say? Why is
- 8:32Speaker 1: that festering in me? What is? And I'll dig deep.
- 8:37Speaker 1: There's sometimes that may take me a few days, maybe
- 8:39Speaker 1: a couple of weeks before I really understand where it
- 8:43Speaker 1: came from. But I will have that internal question until
- 8:48Speaker 1: it drops in as to well, this happened to you
- 8:52Speaker 1: when you were whatever whatever age, and you're still storing
- 8:56Speaker 1: it in your body and it's coming out And really,
- 9:01Speaker 1: my ego is storing that information to help me survive
- 9:05Speaker 1: and to help me prove I'm right? Just what I
- 9:08Speaker 1: all these things I just said. So, the ego is
- 9:11Speaker 1: an interesting thing on our human side, and when you
- 9:16Speaker 1: want to walk more in a spiritual path, then things
- 9:21Speaker 1: get deep.
- 9:25Speaker 2: I heard it referenced before and it kind of resonates
- 9:28Speaker 2: with me.
- 9:28Speaker 3: What do you think about it? Our ego is also
- 9:33Speaker 3: our identification. It's our you know, it's our of course,
- 9:37Speaker 3: it's our separation, right, But of course we're always going
- 9:40Speaker 3: to have the ego. But it's like, how much of
- 9:42Speaker 3: the ego do you want operating the show? And for me,
- 9:44Speaker 3: it's like I don't want I want less of the
- 9:47Speaker 3: ego operating the show because the ego doesn't.
- 9:49Speaker 2: Know what's best for me.
- 9:52Speaker 3: It might know it's best for me in the moment,
- 9:55Speaker 3: but then again that's not true either because that's the
- 9:57Speaker 3: old programming.
- 9:58Speaker 2: That's the programming.
- 9:59Speaker 3: Oh you've better heard the because it was a tiger
- 10:01Speaker 3: when you're walking down the street and there's no tigers,
- 10:03Speaker 3: you know what I mean, there's it's just a it's
- 10:06Speaker 3: a different space. So it's it's really just you've got
- 10:10Speaker 3: to feel your way through all this shit.
- 10:14Speaker 2: It's not bad, no.
- 10:16Speaker 1: And that as you're talking and you know about the ego,
- 10:19Speaker 1: and I'm saying what I'm saying. I've been internalizing some
- 10:23Speaker 1: things at work, and uh, it's a co inhabited space,
- 10:30Speaker 1: so we're not the only business in this space. And
- 10:33Speaker 1: some growing pains are happening, and some things are shifting
- 10:38Speaker 1: and changing. And I have recently and it actually happened today,
- 10:43Speaker 1: So it's a great, great time to talk it out
- 10:45Speaker 1: so I can hear myself say this is recently and
- 10:54Speaker 1: just as today too it happened. I have felt that
- 11:00Speaker 1: the need or desire whichever word, to be in that
- 11:07Speaker 1: defensive mode and to stand up for our business and
- 11:11Speaker 1: to say what's on my mind, whether it's right or wrong.
- 11:17Speaker 1: And so as we were talking just now, I'm like, Okay, well,
- 11:21Speaker 1: I'm being triggered by something and I know it. What
- 11:24Speaker 1: is that? And what it is is the desire to
- 11:33Speaker 1: use my voice because I couldn't stand up for myself
- 11:36Speaker 1: when I was little, and now that I'm an adult,
- 11:41Speaker 1: almost a fifty four year old adult, who has learned
- 11:44Speaker 1: to use their voice. And one of the things one
- 11:48Speaker 1: thing that happened today where I did use my voice
- 11:53Speaker 1: was that it was toward what had happened the situation
- 12:00Speaker 1: that had happened that I was not involved with because
- 12:03Speaker 1: I was gone, but I just heard about it today.
- 12:05Speaker 1: Was some discord with with my our receptionist, and she's
- 12:13Speaker 1: a sweetheart, she cries at the drop of a hat,
- 12:17Speaker 1: like she's just sensitive, and there was an individual who
- 12:24Speaker 1: had some discord with her, and so today I felt
- 12:29Speaker 1: the need to voice, use my voice to stand up
- 12:33Speaker 1: for her. And as we're talking just now, I was like, okay,
- 12:37Speaker 1: well what's that all about. Well, it's because nobody people
- 12:43Speaker 1: didn't stand up for me or I couldn't stand up
- 12:46Speaker 1: for myself because I was little. Right, you have abusive parent,
- 12:51Speaker 1: parent and all the things, and you don't so you
- 12:57Speaker 1: want to stand up for the person who is not
- 13:00Speaker 1: as strong or voice stous and so that makes sense
- 13:05Speaker 1: to me now. So now I know, thank you, thanks
- 13:08Speaker 1: for showing up for tea time with amyen Bab. It's
- 13:10Speaker 1: been great.
- 13:12Speaker 3: It's still empowering, honestly for the for the individual. But
- 13:16Speaker 3: also we don't know all the circumstances for things, and
- 13:22Speaker 3: I'm not even going to use that as an example.
- 13:23Speaker 3: We could come back and maybe we're responded the way
- 13:25Speaker 3: we responded, because that's exactly what.
- 13:27Speaker 2: Needed to happen. We could come back and defend that, you.
- 13:30Speaker 3: Know, or try to think, oh gosh, that I do
- 13:33Speaker 3: the right thing, but also just recognizing that we're always
- 13:36Speaker 3: doing the right thing in the moment, and that was
- 13:37Speaker 3: what was needed in that moment. That person needed to
- 13:41Speaker 3: be defended because they probably weren't dependent as a child
- 13:44Speaker 3: being super sensitive, which I'm understanding now.
- 13:48Speaker 2: It's a it's actually empowering. It's it's a strong sight.
- 13:54Speaker 3: It's it's letting people know it's okay for you to cry,
- 13:57Speaker 3: it's okay for you to have those as there's like
- 14:00Speaker 3: so many things, there's so much dynamics that are happening
- 14:02Speaker 3: in that whole the whole situation. It's it's actually pretty awesome.
- 14:07Speaker 3: And then you know, still having to go to a
- 14:09Speaker 3: job when you're feeling those ways. I'm lucky that, you know,
- 14:12Speaker 3: I have have space for myself at this time to
- 14:15Speaker 3: be able to do that. I can't imagine being in
- 14:18Speaker 3: a in a in a place where someone's you know,
- 14:21Speaker 3: having discord with you, you're an amazing person or you're
- 14:24Speaker 3: a sweet personal that stuff, and having discord which had
- 14:26Speaker 3: nothing to do with her and had everything to do
- 14:28Speaker 3: with the individual, and then it just had to do
- 14:30Speaker 3: with how, you know, how is she going to show
- 14:32Speaker 3: up and handle that?
- 14:34Speaker 2: And it's like you stepped up.
- 14:36Speaker 1: And the other thing is how how was it that
- 14:38Speaker 1: she was a match to that conversation? And maybe it
- 14:42Speaker 1: was the opportunity for her to use their voice or say,
- 14:48Speaker 1: you know, defend herself or whatever the case may be,
- 14:51Speaker 1: or for.
- 14:51Speaker 2: You to defend her. Maybe she needed that, do you
- 14:53Speaker 2: know what I mean?
- 14:54Speaker 3: That inner child might have needed that, just like your
- 14:56Speaker 3: inner child would have needed that too.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Yeah, and when you when you say, you know, the
- 15:02Speaker 1: death of the ego and being you know you cry
- 15:05Speaker 1: and all and be emotional and all that, Well, yeah,
- 15:09Speaker 1: we're talking about death. We're talking about something changing and shifting,
- 15:12Speaker 1: and so there would be a grieving process to who
- 15:15Speaker 1: you were, yes, and recognizing that has changed and you
- 15:22Speaker 1: want it to change and you're working on that change.
- 15:26Speaker 1: But it's the familiar part that you're letting go. And
- 15:29Speaker 1: now you're walking in unfamiliar territory because you've not really
- 15:33Speaker 1: been in this territory before. And so the death of
- 15:37Speaker 1: the ego or even the the closing of the gap
- 15:41Speaker 1: of between you and I'm gonna say you in source.
- 15:44Speaker 1: And that's what Wayne Dyer said. You know, ego is
- 15:48Speaker 1: e geo edging got out or edging goodness out, which
- 15:50Speaker 1: means you're getting further separation from who you truly are,
- 15:54Speaker 1: or separation from your sword. Not separation but distance. We
- 15:57Speaker 1: don't separate from it, we just get further more distant
- 16:01Speaker 1: from it. So the more distance we are with more
- 16:04Speaker 1: distant we are from our source, Spirit, God, divine universe,
- 16:11Speaker 1: then the more we are in the human side of
- 16:14Speaker 1: the ego, which is more of the survival, fear, shame, guilt, criticist, judgement,
- 16:21Speaker 1: those heavier emotions. And the more we move closer to source, God,
- 16:30Speaker 1: Universe or love, the less power the human ego has
- 16:37Speaker 1: over us. But we still need the ego. We still
- 16:44Speaker 1: need it as a part of us as in these
- 16:47Speaker 1: human bodies.
- 16:49Speaker 3: It's our identity, right, I mean, it's it's been, it's
- 16:52Speaker 3: amy that is, that is the ego. That's what I mean.
- 16:55Speaker 3: I believe that's what I come to believe. I think
- 16:58Speaker 3: could change tomorrow. But it's like we are. That that's
- 17:01Speaker 3: what gives us, you know, individuality with each other instead
- 17:06Speaker 3: of us all being in the same even though we
- 17:09Speaker 3: are all in the same mix of everything. We are
- 17:11Speaker 3: the collective consciousness at the same time. But this ego
- 17:16Speaker 3: or this identity is what gives us this experience.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Yeah, and we're all We're all here for an experience.
- 17:23Speaker 1: We're a spirit and body. We're all energy, Our spirits
- 17:26Speaker 1: are all connected, We're a part of the collective consciousness.
- 17:29Speaker 1: We're all intertwined, and our spirit is in a human
- 17:35Speaker 1: body with an ego that is here for an individual experience,
- 17:43Speaker 1: and that individual experience can still know and recognize that
- 17:47Speaker 1: we're all connected. It's just a matter of perception. In
- 17:54Speaker 1: which space do you want to be in are you?
- 17:56Speaker 1: Are you an independent person who who seize yourself separate
- 18:01Speaker 1: from everybody else, or are you a person who knows
- 18:07Speaker 1: that they are energy and is affected by everything that
- 18:12Speaker 1: is and that you're a part of all of it.
- 18:16Speaker 1: It's your choice on your perception. But I'm going to
- 18:19Speaker 1: tell you that your energy and your part of all
- 18:22Speaker 1: of it that is. And I think that we have
- 18:28Speaker 1: and I can speak to this because I went through
- 18:31Speaker 1: it too, that whole transition from that survival and who
- 18:35Speaker 1: I thought I was and all my belief systems and
- 18:38Speaker 1: all the stuff and changing all that may. It was
- 18:42Speaker 1: like a two year old having temper tantrum. It was
- 18:46Speaker 1: not pretty. It was not a pretty transition by no means.
- 18:49Speaker 1: And I was sick of myself going through it. Anyway,
- 18:55Speaker 1: I forget what I was saying, But anyway, do you.
- 18:59Speaker 3: Think when you were going through that and being sick
- 19:01Speaker 3: of yourself going through that, do you feel like that
- 19:03Speaker 3: that would have been like a caretaker that would have
- 19:07Speaker 3: been around you and then not a been like this,
- 19:10Speaker 3: that's enough, your temper tantrum, that's it, You're dead. Like
- 19:13Speaker 3: do you think it would have My mind almost goes
- 19:16Speaker 3: back to those kinds of times, like when they because
- 19:18Speaker 3: I've had a lot of stuff that's kind of it
- 19:20Speaker 3: might have started on the surface here, you know, in
- 19:24Speaker 3: this timeframe, but it actually all went back.
- 19:26Speaker 2: To the programming all the way to the beginning.
- 19:28Speaker 3: Oh yeah, just like not even having the patience, like
- 19:31Speaker 3: I'll even watch my kids with the grandkids or whatever,
- 19:33Speaker 3: and I might. I'm more easy going about a lot
- 19:36Speaker 3: of things now than I was when I was raising them,
- 19:39Speaker 3: and I see them like correcting them for things, and
- 19:41Speaker 3: it's like, well, that's not a big deal. But when
- 19:44Speaker 3: I raised them, it was a big deal. So I
- 19:46Speaker 3: gave them that kind of programming. I think that that
- 19:48Speaker 3: was not okay or that was wrong, and it was
- 19:51Speaker 3: never wrong. But because I was raised that same way,
- 19:54Speaker 3: with that same programming, it's it's.
- 19:59Speaker 1: Just a and is it just takes one person in
- 20:03Speaker 1: a family or a generation to make a change.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Yeah. And that's the thing, even typing in stuff like
- 20:09Speaker 2: how do I heal ancestral stuff? How do I?
- 20:11Speaker 3: I mean I have been asking so many questions just
- 20:14Speaker 3: to see what kind of information comes up, and even
- 20:16Speaker 3: asking other questions and then also knowing sometimes they don't.
- 20:20Speaker 3: It doesn't give you information that you want, and you
- 20:22Speaker 3: kind of have to manipulate the way you're asking the
- 20:24Speaker 3: questions in order to get the information you want. So
- 20:27Speaker 3: it's very I even asked about healing which wounds there,
- 20:30Speaker 3: I mean like it because whatever popped into my head,
- 20:33Speaker 3: that's what I was asking about, So whatever led me
- 20:35Speaker 3: to the next thing, and it was just.
- 20:39Speaker 2: I just felt like it was very guided.
- 20:42Speaker 1: Yeah, and well I got to remember about uh ai,
- 20:46Speaker 1: which is what chat to ptas I used chet top
- 20:48Speaker 1: on almost a daily basis.
- 20:50Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Is that so when you when you search on the web,
- 21:01Speaker 1: like I'm going to use Google, and you use Google
- 21:04Speaker 1: and search the web for something. Then you have a
- 21:07Speaker 1: list of things that pop up and then you have
- 21:09Speaker 1: to click on it to go in to read it
- 21:11Speaker 1: and see the pictures or whatever. Right, and then you're like, Okay,
- 21:14Speaker 1: that's not it, and you're the next one. And so
- 21:17Speaker 1: there's all this clicking back and forth and trying to
- 21:20Speaker 1: figure out which link is what you're looking for. Whereas
- 21:25Speaker 1: chat ept or an ai that is a similar platform,
- 21:30Speaker 1: because there are many. It's a it's a pool of
- 21:37Speaker 1: all the information on the Internet, and it's going to
- 21:41Speaker 1: pull information from what you're looking for, your questions or
- 21:46Speaker 1: whatever information you're wanting, and it will pull from that
- 21:52Speaker 1: and bring into your answer the data that is collected
- 22:00Speaker 1: out of that pool. So you think about all the
- 22:05Speaker 1: information anybody's ever put on the internet, all the books
- 22:09Speaker 1: and in summaries of books and research papers that are
- 22:14Speaker 1: out there, newspapers that are out there, and websites, blogs,
- 22:19Speaker 1: all the things. Is like this huge amount of information.
- 22:21Speaker 1: It just pulls it in and then it will guide
- 22:24Speaker 1: you based on your question, how you word your questions
- 22:27Speaker 1: of what information it provides you. So, yeah, you do
- 22:30Speaker 1: have to I'm going to say, manipulate the words in
- 22:35Speaker 1: such a way to get the information that you want,
- 22:37Speaker 1: because you are if you're literally like talking to a wall,
- 22:42Speaker 1: and for that wall to understand what you're saying, you
- 22:45Speaker 1: have to use the correct, not correct, but the words
- 22:49Speaker 1: that you will help it understand what you're looking for.
- 22:55Speaker 3: Yeah, And when you're saying all that stuff, actually, because
- 22:58Speaker 3: I'm always like when I'm talking spirit and stuff like that,
- 23:01Speaker 3: sometimes I feel like I'm not asking the right questions
- 23:03Speaker 3: And now I realize it's actually helping me redefine what
- 23:07Speaker 3: am I asking for?
- 23:08Speaker 2: What am I really looking for? And then being aware.
- 23:11Speaker 3: But we and you still have to use your discernment
- 23:12Speaker 3: because it's these are from people, it's not from spirit,
- 23:15Speaker 3: or maybe it is, because spirit speaks through people all
- 23:19Speaker 3: the time.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Yeah. Yeah, And I do love the AI platform because
- 23:27Speaker 1: it helps broaden your thinking as well, because you know,
- 23:32Speaker 1: you're thinking like there's okay, there's like I got five solutions,
- 23:36Speaker 1: but when you put it into AI, it has this
- 23:40Speaker 1: vast amount of information and it will give you fifty
- 23:44Speaker 1: solutions and they will be solutions you Obviously, your your
- 23:50Speaker 1: thought process wasn't that open to think of those things,
- 23:58Speaker 1: or not having enough, not having the amount of experience
- 24:05Speaker 1: to know to think of those solutions, and so it
- 24:10Speaker 1: will it will give you a different way. It will
- 24:13Speaker 1: just open you up to different new ideas, different creativity
- 24:18Speaker 1: and things like that. I like it for that, and
- 24:20Speaker 1: I also like it for multiple reasons. I could list
- 24:28Speaker 1: a lot, but anyway, it is a good tool to
- 24:30Speaker 1: have and it and one of the things, one of
- 24:34Speaker 1: the things that I've recently heard be talked about is
- 24:38Speaker 1: that more people are going to an AI platform to
- 24:44Speaker 1: get information to help them on their healing process, which
- 24:48Speaker 1: is great and and I'm not going to disregard that,
- 24:53Speaker 1: but I would say is don't lose the human connection.
- 24:58Speaker 1: Human connection is so really important to us and our
- 25:01Speaker 1: on our survival that when you rely on AI too
- 25:11Speaker 1: much for what feels like a connection to something and
- 25:15Speaker 1: feeling that something understands me that it's still a machine.
- 25:22Speaker 1: It's not it's not an emotional it's not an emotional
- 25:33Speaker 1: reaction or or connection. It is providing information.
- 25:38Speaker 3: Yeah, it's a database. You can't humanize a database. I mean,
- 25:45Speaker 3: you know, I don't believe that you can. So, I mean,
- 25:48Speaker 3: someone out there might think that that's a possibility, but
- 25:51Speaker 3: it's not.
- 25:52Speaker 2: It's not the same thing as a connection with people
- 25:55Speaker 2: for sure.
- 25:56Speaker 3: Yeah, but it does get information so that we can come,
- 25:59Speaker 3: you know, together and share that information or ace. What
- 26:02Speaker 3: do you think about this? I mean, there is so
- 26:04Speaker 3: much inform. There's so I've looked up Network's final analysis.
- 26:08Speaker 3: I've looked up so many different things and then asking
- 26:10Speaker 3: specific questions like how do you what is the touch
- 26:14Speaker 3: where do they touch at, you know, on the spine
- 26:16Speaker 3: and you know in the I don't know if it's
- 26:18Speaker 3: I don't know if they use met meridians.
- 26:19Speaker 2: But I hadn't because I hadn't gotten that far into it.
- 26:21Speaker 3: But just looking into it how to be your own bank,
- 26:23Speaker 3: like looking at millions of different things, there's so much.
- 26:27Speaker 2: It just gives you more.
- 26:28Speaker 3: It's a great database that it's all of a sudden
- 26:30Speaker 3: right there at your fingertips instead of being like going
- 26:33Speaker 3: to Google.
- 26:33Speaker 1: Like you're saying, well, and it is being used way
- 26:36Speaker 1: more than a Internet searching engine that a platform like
- 26:44Speaker 1: chad GPT is being used to gather information. The popularity
- 26:50Speaker 1: of that is greater.
- 26:52Speaker 3: Now, Yeah, it makes sense to me, it does, but
- 26:56Speaker 3: it's just how you're going to utilize it, right, It's
- 26:58Speaker 3: just like anything, how are you going to Utilz said, well,
- 27:01Speaker 3: I'm using I'm using it for good.
- 27:03Speaker 2: Yeah. Yeah, And the more people.
- 27:06Speaker 1: That use it for good, the better. I'm just saying
- 27:08Speaker 1: because collective, So think about collective consciousness. Our energy is
- 27:14Speaker 1: contributing to the collective consciousness of our planet and beyond.
- 27:20Speaker 1: And it's the same with AI. The collective information that's
- 27:24Speaker 1: put in it is what's growing the memory bank of
- 27:30Speaker 1: that platform, or the memory bank as a whole. So
- 27:37Speaker 1: if you have I don't know, I'm just throwing random numbers.
- 27:41Speaker 1: If you have three million people putting in hate words
- 27:45Speaker 1: and you only have you know, twenty people saying please,
- 27:49Speaker 1: thank you, lighthearted, fun, joyous type of conversation with it,
- 27:57Speaker 1: the majority is going to overrule and it's going to
- 27:59Speaker 1: be more spiteful, negative, lower vibrational wording than what the
- 28:11Speaker 1: other group's putting in.
- 28:13Speaker 3: And when you're saying that, I almost imagine if you
- 28:15Speaker 3: do put in negative stuff, you're probably gonna get negative
- 28:19Speaker 3: stuff back. It's kind of like it's kind of like
- 28:21Speaker 3: the mirroring effect. Really, it's just like life. If you're
- 28:24Speaker 3: going to put you if you're going to put in
- 28:25Speaker 3: positive or focus on the positive, You're going to see
- 28:27Speaker 3: the positive.
- 28:27Speaker 2: If you want to focus on the negative, you'll see
- 28:29Speaker 2: the negative.
- 28:30Speaker 1: You're gonna get back what you put out. Just imagine
- 28:34Speaker 1: that and that what we do. That's the way energy works.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Whatever you put out, you're going to get it back.
- 28:38Speaker 1: It's going to be mirrored to you. So yeah, same
- 28:42Speaker 1: thing with AI.
- 28:44Speaker 2: It's fun.
- 28:45Speaker 3: It's been a nice exploring process for today. If it
- 28:48Speaker 3: really did, it really was beneficial for me. I feel
- 28:51Speaker 3: like today just gathering that information because it just helped.
- 28:54Speaker 3: Sometimes we can't always put our thoughts into words and
- 28:57Speaker 3: so something else can or or we don't want to
- 28:59Speaker 3: overlook something and that can give you more information. So
- 29:02Speaker 3: it's just it's just there's so much information that's out
- 29:05Speaker 3: there and I and I also felt like I was
- 29:07Speaker 3: guided to that today's to just do that, to go
- 29:10Speaker 3: looking for these responses.
- 29:12Speaker 2: So I liked it. It was just a I just
- 29:15Speaker 2: feel benefited from it. Really.
- 29:17Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, And it's uh you said earlier, it's helping
- 29:23Speaker 1: you to word things in a way to be more
- 29:26Speaker 1: clear on what your question is. And yeah, again it's
- 29:30Speaker 1: with AI, you're getting you're getting feedback based on what
- 29:34Speaker 1: your question is. Whereas with spirit or your intuition, sometimes
- 29:43Speaker 1: there's an interpretation that has to take place, uh, that
- 29:48Speaker 1: those messages might drop in or might be a conversation
- 29:52Speaker 1: or a book or a song or something like that.
- 29:56Speaker 1: It definitely makes us be more in tune. But with
- 29:59Speaker 1: the AI I it was similar in what's your question?
- 30:03Speaker 1: And how clear are you on your question? Or how
- 30:06Speaker 1: are you clear on what you want to manifest or
- 30:09Speaker 1: bring to you? How clear are you on that? Yeah?
- 30:15Speaker 3: So I like it as far as that goes it
- 30:18Speaker 3: really because it's really helps you redefine what you want
- 30:20Speaker 3: in your experience.
- 30:21Speaker 2: It really does.
- 30:22Speaker 3: It really helps you put words to what what are
- 30:24Speaker 3: you really looking for? What do you if you're the
- 30:26Speaker 3: master creator of your reality, what do you want to create?
- 30:30Speaker 3: And it kind of helps you along the way. It's
- 30:33Speaker 3: I mean, that's the way I see it's happening for me.
- 30:35Speaker 1: So yeah, it can be an amazing tool. Yeah, so fun, fun,
- 30:41Speaker 1: all right, friends, this is tea time with Amy and Bev,
- 30:45Speaker 1: And these are the kind of conversations we have, this
- 30:49Speaker 1: today's conversation, and we never know what we're gonna what
- 30:54Speaker 1: we're going to talk about, so be sure to listen
- 30:57Speaker 1: to some other recordings that we've done because we don't
- 31:01Speaker 1: pre plan our conversations or topics or I don't think
- 31:06Speaker 1: in the what five years we've been doing this, that
- 31:13Speaker 1: we've ever really so I might have said like, Ooh,
- 31:17Speaker 1: there's something I want to talk about today and it
- 31:19Speaker 1: has to do with blah. But when the record button's
- 31:23Speaker 1: put on, it's still an organic conversation. So if you
- 31:30Speaker 1: know somebody to have it who's interested in conversations or
