Transcript
- 0:06SPEAKER_00: All right, y'all.
- 0:07SPEAKER_00: Welcome back to another episode of Health Unscripted with Dr.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: D.
- 0:10SPEAKER_00: I am Dr.
- 0:11SPEAKER_00: Ashley Dwyer, and let's dive into this week's episode, which is for my single girlies, my other fellow single girlies.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: If you're not a single girly, don't worry.
- 0:20SPEAKER_00: I actually hate the word girly now that I've said it so many times.
- 0:23SPEAKER_00: Don't worry, you can still take away tips for this.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: If you're a gentleman, you can still take away tips as well.
- 0:28SPEAKER_00: Because what I'm really going to be talking about is how to be social and still hit your goals, still be in a healthy either calorie deficit or choose healthier items while being social.
- 0:40SPEAKER_00: And I say being social, but I'm specifically going to be talking about dating on this episode because I have recently decided to like get back on the apps and start going on dates.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: And so I have had like at least one date for the past couple of weeks.
- 0:58SPEAKER_00: And it definitely can take a toll because not only are you, you know, am I dating?
- 1:03SPEAKER_00: I also have social things going on with my friends.
- 1:06SPEAKER_00: I also have other things that I'm doing with work and networking, like tomorrow, when this episode comes out, it will probably be the day of.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: So Thursday, I have a networking event for health and fitness area.
- 1:16SPEAKER_00: So there'll be apps and there'll be things there.
- 1:18SPEAKER_00: So it's like, how do we navigate being so social?
- 1:21SPEAKER_00: How do we navigate dating?
- 1:22SPEAKER_00: How do we navigate these types of circumstances while still having a health goal?
- 1:28SPEAKER_00: Um, I'll kind of tell you some basic tips going on, and then I'll also just tell you how I'm doing it.
- 1:34SPEAKER_00: Because to be frank, I am not going to be one of those people who sits here and says, cut out all alcohol.
- 1:40SPEAKER_00: Alcohol is super bad.
- 1:41SPEAKER_00: You need to be sober.
- 1:42SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to say that if you enjoy a glass of wine or a tequila, because I myself enjoy a glass of wine or a tequila in moderation.
- 1:51SPEAKER_00: I have no plans to cut that out of my lifestyle.
- 1:54SPEAKER_00: But obviously, we can't be drinking every day if we want to be in a healthy lifestyle.
- 1:59SPEAKER_00: So, quick tidbits on dating as well.
- 2:01SPEAKER_00: I feel like I should just do an entire podcast episode on dating as a single 35-year-old female, um, because my brain wants to go in so many directions with this, but because it's just so interesting.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: I'm definitely not where I thought I was gonna be relationship-wise when I was in my 20s.
- 2:23SPEAKER_00: Like I thought by 35 I'd be married with kids already, and I'm not disappointed.
- 2:27SPEAKER_00: I'm not, to be honest.
- 2:28SPEAKER_00: My life has taken some pretty massive turns, and I'm happy about them.
- 2:33SPEAKER_00: I'm not upset about them.
- 2:35SPEAKER_00: Uh, and I have avoided some pretty unhealthy relationships and some people who I would have just been settling for if I did end up saying yes to proposals from them.
- 2:47SPEAKER_00: Uh, for those who don't know, I was on the brink of proposals twice and I ended it before that happened.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: That's not a commitment issue thing.
- 2:55SPEAKER_00: I've talked to it with therapists.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: Trust me, it was a I realized I didn't know they were gonna propose, to be honest, but I realized I did not want the lifestyle I had with those men or the situations that we had were actually deal breakers and weren't something I wanted to keep hashing over for the next 50, 60 years of my life.
- 3:17SPEAKER_00: So, you know, you also want to have children with these people that you do marry, and uh that wouldn't have been, you know, I don't want to have kids with the wrong person.
- 3:24SPEAKER_00: So dating as a single 35-year-old is fun.
- 3:29SPEAKER_00: It's fun.
- 3:30SPEAKER_00: I'm not gonna lie, guys, I'm not here to like shit on age or shit on dating.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: I have a lot of fun dating.
- 3:36SPEAKER_00: Um, I know being single can be looked at as like a detriment.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: And it's like, oh no, you're single.
- 3:42SPEAKER_00: It's like single life is so fun, y'all.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: Not only is it fun from like a you get to meet and explore and do new things and and meet new people, but you also like have your life to do what you want.
- 3:54SPEAKER_00: Um, I am completely in charge of my schedule.
- 3:57SPEAKER_00: I can travel with friends and with people.
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, I am missing that companionship and that area of intimacy that I want and not just like getting laid.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: Anyone can go out and get laid.
- 4:06SPEAKER_00: I'm not interested in that.
- 4:07SPEAKER_00: I'm not interested in transactional sex.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: I am interested in that deep level of intimacy for sure and that companionship.
- 4:13SPEAKER_00: But as far as being single, like I'm not mad about it.
- 4:16SPEAKER_00: I love my life.
- 4:18SPEAKER_00: It would be great to have someone to share it with, but I'm not sitting here being like, boo-hoo, I'm not, you know, living my worth because I'm single.
- 4:27SPEAKER_00: That's not, that's not the case.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: So I am having a lot of fun dating.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: Um, I will say dating older or being older dating also does not limit the amount of prospects that I have, but I have learned a great deal about self-worth and self-esteem to where my standards are much, much higher than they used to be.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: So where I used to think I had a ton of suitors and they were amazing, they were just really not good guys.
- 4:55SPEAKER_00: And now I'm filtering them out really, really, really quickly.
- 4:58SPEAKER_00: And so the suitor amount that I have is much lower because my dating pool is also the size of a drop of water.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: Because I need someone, you know, not the 666 rule.
- 5:12SPEAKER_00: If you're unfamiliar with that, it's I think it's like six figures, six pack, and six foot.
- 5:17SPEAKER_00: I don't care about, you know, this might shock some people, but I don't really care about height.
- 5:23SPEAKER_00: Uh, I do want you to be successful and ambitious and driven, be passionate about what you do.
- 5:27SPEAKER_00: If you're a millionaire, but you hate what you do and you bring that energy home with you.
- 5:31SPEAKER_00: I don't want that.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: That's gross.
- 5:33SPEAKER_00: Um, if you are a super passionate teacher, but only make like 60 grand a year, you know, it is what it is.
- 5:40SPEAKER_00: Am I really gonna fault you for that?
- 5:41SPEAKER_00: So so passion and all of that is really, really um important.
- 5:46SPEAKER_00: And then six packs, y'all know I do love to date the fitness men.
- 5:49SPEAKER_00: I do.
- 5:50SPEAKER_00: It's because I need someone with a similar lifestyle as me.
- 5:53SPEAKER_00: Not every man has a six pack.
- 5:54SPEAKER_00: They do have muscle though, but you don't have to have like a super chiseled frickin' six pack.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Just be like a kind, genuine person and maybe like set up some dates.
- 6:02SPEAKER_00: That's you know, that's what we're asking.
- 6:03SPEAKER_00: Be consistent, be nice, uh, have a personality, ask me questions.
- 6:08SPEAKER_00: The bar is so high.
- 6:10SPEAKER_00: It's so high.
- 6:11SPEAKER_00: So going on these dates, um a lot of the time it is dinner and drinks, or let's grab a cocktail, let's grab, you know, all of this.
- 6:21SPEAKER_00: And I am not one of those girls who's like, yeah, I'm gonna go on all the dates I can because I want a free meal.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: So I think if we are going to start talking about tips and dive into this, we need to be really realistic about our goals and if they are really a priority for us and the level of time, we are the amount of time we're going to commit to dating and what that's going to look like for us.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: Because ultimately, ladies, we do get to kind of, you know, we do, we do get the general say of what we want to do or if we want to do a date that a man proposes.
- 6:56SPEAKER_00: Gentlemen, if you are the one listening to this, you have the power to suggest a type of date that fits your needs 100% when it comes to uh working out or or your health goals.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: You can suggest coffee, which is non-alcohol, you can suggest a mocktail bar nearby.
- 7:12SPEAKER_00: You can go out to a bar and just get a mocktail, right?
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: Like we don't have to drink.
- 7:17SPEAKER_00: I'll get to that in a second.
- 7:18SPEAKER_00: But um, if it's like a restaurant you can't really eat at, or you know there's not a lot of healthy options, you know, we can kind of change that.
- 7:27SPEAKER_00: So, first of all, I want you to put aside um what your schedule looks like for the week and how many times you are dining out, eating out, drinking already with your friends and with your current schedule, then you can decide how many dates you want to go on that week.
- 7:46SPEAKER_00: Like I said, I'm not the type of girl who's just going out for free meals because I got goals to hit.
- 7:50SPEAKER_00: I got macros, and I'm not trying to eat out every meal.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: I will feel like trash.
- 7:54SPEAKER_00: So I will generally go on one date a week, sometimes two, depending on what those dates are.
- 8:00SPEAKER_00: And then if I am going out on two dates that week, I will probably only do a friend dinner or a friend meal once that week.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: Um, or I will go out with my friends more, but I will not drink with them, or we will do coffee and walks or something like that.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: Like if you follow me on Instagram, you know our group likes to do like a good coffee and walk day to catch up as girlfriends.
- 8:22SPEAKER_00: My girlfriend and I went to Trader Joe's together the other day just to get some quality time in and go shopping together.
- 8:28SPEAKER_00: Like that requires zero food or alcohol.
- 8:30SPEAKER_00: We're just literally grocery shopping, but it was nice bonding moment.
- 8:34SPEAKER_00: So we'll make other things happen in that regard.
- 8:36SPEAKER_00: So decide your limit on how many days you're going out, first of all, and how many dates you will go out on when you are dating.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: Then it comes to the type of date.
- 8:45SPEAKER_00: If it is a dinner and drink date, look at the menu beforehand.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: What are you ordering?
- 8:49SPEAKER_00: What can you order?
- 8:50SPEAKER_00: What is going to fit your macros that day?
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: What is going to fit your goals that day?
- 8:54SPEAKER_00: If I go to dinner on a date, I am generally ordering a protein, just like how I normally order a protein, a vegetable, and a carb source.
- 9:02SPEAKER_00: Like the other night I had steak, a little bit of rice, and some veggies.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: Um I'm like, what did I have the other time?
- 9:09SPEAKER_00: I can't even remember my dates.
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: I am literally blanking.
- 9:14SPEAKER_00: That's not good for a podcast episode.
- 9:16SPEAKER_00: Oh, where did we go?
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Oh, we went to sushi.
- 9:19SPEAKER_00: I was like, where the hell did we go?
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 9:22SPEAKER_00: Um, for those of you who listened to my anxiety episode, I do not eat raw fish anymore because it sent me to the hospital.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: So I had chicken, rice, and veggies.
- 9:31SPEAKER_00: I had some chicken teriyaki with the teriyaki on the side.
- 9:34SPEAKER_00: So I'm eating close to what my home meals are.
- 9:38SPEAKER_00: Just, you know, we had some edamame too, getting some fiber in.
- 9:42SPEAKER_00: We ordered some tempora vegetables.
- 9:44SPEAKER_00: I tried some of those, but obviously those are fried.
- 9:46SPEAKER_00: So I didn't really have a ton of those.
- 9:48SPEAKER_00: Um, I did have cocktails on the dates.
- 9:50SPEAKER_00: I limit myself to two, two drinks on the dates.
- 9:54SPEAKER_00: And two drinks two times a week is usually kind of what my drinking number is.
- 9:58SPEAKER_00: So any, you know, each week I'm probably having three to four cocktails.
- 10:02SPEAKER_00: Uh, it works for me.
- 10:03SPEAKER_00: I'm still able to maintain my goals that way.
- 10:05SPEAKER_00: I'm still able to not wake up the next morning and feel like absolute trash.
- 10:10SPEAKER_00: It is higher, you know, four drinks a week is higher than what I would normally have if I was not dating.
- 10:16SPEAKER_00: But for this moment in time, I'm also making that like not necessary sacrifice, but I am kind of putting that into my mental note of like, okay, drinking's gonna be a little higher this week.
- 10:27SPEAKER_00: So what else can I cut out?
- 10:29SPEAKER_00: What other things can I do for myself that are healthier than having cocktails?
- 10:34SPEAKER_00: Can I have a mocktail on these dates?
- 10:36SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 10:37SPEAKER_00: I've had two dates actually where I didn't drink at all.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: And so, you know, you don't have to drink on every date.
- 10:42SPEAKER_00: I love coffee dates.
- 10:44SPEAKER_00: I don't know, girls who are like, he doesn't understand my worth if he's just taking me to coffee.
- 10:48SPEAKER_00: Girl, we got no time to waste.
- 10:50SPEAKER_00: I like coffee dates because they're quick.
- 10:51SPEAKER_00: I get to see if I actually like you in person.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: Granted, I vet my dates before I go on them.
- 10:56SPEAKER_00: So we've either like exchanged Instagrams, we've talked for a while, we have each other's phone number.
- 11:01SPEAKER_00: I've probably background checked you if we're being too super honest.
- 11:04SPEAKER_00: But if we're not vibing through text at all or or anything like that, I'm not really gonna go on a date with you because then I know I'm gonna be carrying a conversation or it's not gonna be good.
- 11:13SPEAKER_00: So we're not really doing blind dates.
- 11:15SPEAKER_00: I'm not doing blind dates, but I do love coffee because it's like a quick hour, maybe hour and a half.
- 11:21SPEAKER_00: I love coffee and I like trying new places around Austin.
- 11:24SPEAKER_00: So if you're gonna take me to a new coffee place I've never been, and then we get to like go walk around in nature, totally fine with that.
- 11:29SPEAKER_00: And then we end the date and then we go to we set up another date if it went well.
- 11:34SPEAKER_00: Coffee dates are underrated.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: I love them.
- 11:37SPEAKER_00: And for the people who are like it's low effort, cool, be low effort than yourself and just see if you like the person and you want to be friends with that person before you go on like an extravagant dinner date thing.
- 11:49SPEAKER_00: Maybe this is like, you know, I'm gonna lose some of the women here, but I think it's I think it's crazy.
- 11:55SPEAKER_00: Um, if I don't like you, the last thing I want to do is be roped into a three-hour dinner with you and cocktails and, you know, all of that.
- 12:02SPEAKER_00: I prefer active dates.
- 12:04SPEAKER_00: And actually, the two guys that I have been going out on dates with have been active dates.
- 12:09SPEAKER_00: We did like a crafting thing.
- 12:10SPEAKER_00: That's another thing, is the type of date is also super cool for your health and fitness goals.
- 12:16SPEAKER_00: If you're a health and fitness chick, suggest active dates or just say like it'd be cool to do an active date and then let the guy take over and plan that active date.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: So when I say active date, like we've done crafts.
- 12:27SPEAKER_00: I know that's not really burning calories, but it is like a point of connection.
- 12:31SPEAKER_00: You're being very like hands-on, it's really fun.
- 12:33SPEAKER_00: Another one was rock climbing.
- 12:35SPEAKER_00: We went bouldering.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: That's active.
- 12:36SPEAKER_00: I definitely had a workout.
- 12:37SPEAKER_00: My forearms were sore for like two to three days.
- 12:40SPEAKER_00: Uh, another one we shot pool and went to dinner.
- 12:43SPEAKER_00: And so it was competitive.
- 12:44SPEAKER_00: I'm a competitive person.
- 12:45SPEAKER_00: This totally like scratched my itch and I had a lot of fun.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: We were standing, we were walking around, we were doing things like that.
- 12:50SPEAKER_00: And then bowling was another one.
- 12:52SPEAKER_00: So, again, another like active date.
- 12:55SPEAKER_00: You could do walks, you could do concerts, you could do, you know, any other type of sporting type of thing.
- 13:01SPEAKER_00: Um, kayaking, paddleboarding is huge here in Austin, right?
- 13:05SPEAKER_00: So there's a lot of different dates that are not just dinner and drinks either.
- 13:09SPEAKER_00: Like getting creative is really fun.
- 13:11SPEAKER_00: Walking around farmers' markets, that's another big thing here.
- 13:14SPEAKER_00: That can be like a fun little short walk date.
- 13:17SPEAKER_00: So those kind of things help as well, limiting alcohol, mocktails.
- 13:22SPEAKER_00: And then if I am, it's all about balance, right, guys.
- 13:25SPEAKER_00: If I am going on more dates that week, like I said, or I have drank a little bit more than I want to, I will then include a ton more water and electrolytes into my week.
- 13:36SPEAKER_00: I will include more vegetables and fruits that I'm already eating.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: I will make sure I get more sleep because honestly, on date nights, I'm probably sleeping less if I am out a little later.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: Like my normal bedtime is 9, 9:30.
- 13:50SPEAKER_00: If I'm getting home from dates, it's usually like 10, 10:30.
- 13:52SPEAKER_00: And then I have to take Finn out, get ready for bed, all of that, wind down.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: So I'm not really going to sleep until like 11.
- 13:58SPEAKER_00: I know I'm not waking up refresh and feeling great.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: And it's probably affecting my next day energy and the workouts that I'm having that next day.
- 14:06SPEAKER_00: So I really strategically pick the days that I am available for dates so that I know it's not going to affect like a major workout the next day.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Like, for example, I do legs on Mondays and Thursdays.
- 14:20SPEAKER_00: So I will probably not have a date on Wednesday or Sundays generally.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: Sundays I don't love to have a date unless it's a daytime date because I will feel it Monday.
- 14:29SPEAKER_00: And that's exactly what happened this past week.
- 14:31SPEAKER_00: It was the only time we were available.
- 14:33SPEAKER_00: So we got together Sunday night and I paid for it.
- 14:36SPEAKER_00: So I don't like to make that a habit.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know.
- 14:41SPEAKER_00: I'm like I said, I'm not gonna be the girl who's like cut out all alcohol because some people like it from a social standpoint.
- 14:47SPEAKER_00: And I think just having the discernment to and the and the discipline to be like, I'm only having one, or I'm only having two, and I'm only drinking on the weekends, I'm not drinking during the week.
- 14:58SPEAKER_00: Like we can set ourselves up that way to be super successful.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: And all there needs to be the difference between needing to cut it out completely and needing to just have a little bit of like one or two is literally just a level of self-control and discernment.
- 15:17SPEAKER_00: It's just saying no.
- 15:18SPEAKER_00: So picking that boundary and sticking to it.
- 15:20SPEAKER_00: If you find that you overstep your own boundary all the time, then potentially we need to cut it out completely and assess like some other reasons of why we're really going over that boundary with ourselves, or if we do have like an issue with alcohol, or if we do feel we absolutely need it in order to be a social lubricant and be confident uh in situations.
- 15:40SPEAKER_00: Like for myself, I don't need it as social lubricant anymore.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: I used to when I was younger and it used to take the edge off for dates.
- 15:48SPEAKER_00: Now it's fine because I also do that vetting process before I meet up with people.
- 15:52SPEAKER_00: So I'm not really as nervous to meet them as I used to be, you know, where you like take a shot and then go on your date so it chills your nerves.
- 16:01SPEAKER_00: No, we're not we're not doing that anymore.
- 16:03SPEAKER_00: So maybe some of these tips will be helpful for you guys.
- 16:06SPEAKER_00: Um, I generally don't eat dessert on dates.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: I also stick to my dietary guidelines on dates.
- 16:12SPEAKER_00: Like if that's not fun, sorry, y'all.
- 16:14SPEAKER_00: But everyone I go out on dates with knows, like I do not eat dairy.
- 16:17SPEAKER_00: I do not eat raw fish, like sushi and I will not be a fun date.
- 16:21SPEAKER_00: I'm sorry.
- 16:22SPEAKER_00: The guy that I'm currently seeing now, one of them um is gluten-free.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: And I'm also gluten-free.
- 16:27SPEAKER_00: So that really helps when we're picking restaurants together.
- 16:31SPEAKER_00: Uh, so we're a rice, we're a rice fam.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: But uh yeah, I think it's just give and take in other areas of your life.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: You don't have to say no to dates or immediately throw in the towel just because you are dating and you're like, oh, this guy wants to go get burgers and fries.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: Like, how am I gonna make that fit into my day?
- 16:52SPEAKER_00: Um, you just eat the burger patty and you enjoy some French fries.
- 16:55SPEAKER_00: You don't have to not participate, or you suggest something else or crazy concept.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: You just be straight up honest and you're like, hey, I'm actually working on some like goals right now.
- 17:07SPEAKER_00: Do they have any like salads or anything there or whatever?
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Because he will probably appreciate your honesty A, your communication B, and your discipline C, which is actually really attractive to other partners.
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: So I know we're all afraid to be like weird up front with someone new, but I found it really actually works in your favor because most people don't communicate, most people are not honest.
- 17:33SPEAKER_00: And being a people pleaser and just going along with things is not going to serve you later on when the relationship gets more serious and your real personality comes out, and then they're gonna be like, oh, this girl was so down to do everything back in the day.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: And now all of a sudden she has all these like rules and stipulations when, like, really you had them to begin with, and now you're just letting them come out.
- 17:53SPEAKER_00: Let them come out in the beginning.
- 17:54SPEAKER_00: It'll save you a bunch of time and energy and calories and macros.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: But majority of the time, like have fun, get to know this person, get to see if you vibe well.
- 18:03SPEAKER_00: Like the date is about the person, not about the food, right?
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: It's not about the cocktails, it's just about getting to know someone and getting to see if you want to see them again.
- 18:12SPEAKER_00: And that's kind of how we should approach dating and how we should approach dates is I don't need to have like five cocktails to have fun with this person or just have fun in general.
- 18:23SPEAKER_00: I can have one and still have a really great time because I'm focused on like the connection.
- 18:27SPEAKER_00: Now, if you're going out with someone who's like, hey, let's rip shots, let's like, you know, do you want another?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Do you want another?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Do you want another?
- 18:34SPEAKER_00: Um, let's do all this.
- 18:36SPEAKER_00: Maybe then we reevaluate whether this person is actually compatible with us and our goals, because it probably doesn't sound like it.
- 18:43SPEAKER_00: It doesn't sound like it.
- 18:44SPEAKER_00: Like if we're going to bottomless mimosas and you are taking down 10 of them and I've stopped at two and you don't feel like you've hit your limit yet and you're still ready to go, you're not, we're not gonna be compatible.
- 18:57SPEAKER_00: We're we're just not because again, I find boundaries super hot.
- 19:02SPEAKER_00: I find discipline super hot.
- 19:04SPEAKER_00: So if you can have like four or five and still be in check and that's enough for you and whatever, cool.
- 19:11SPEAKER_00: Um, if you have two or three like me, cool.
- 19:13SPEAKER_00: Honestly, some of these places, bottomless mimosas is cheaper than just doing two regular price menu mimosas.
- 19:20SPEAKER_00: So that's like the deal.
- 19:21SPEAKER_00: It doesn't mean you have to do bottomless, y'all.
- 19:23SPEAKER_00: It just means you're saving a dollar and saving money in this economy.
- 19:27SPEAKER_00: I mean, dating's expensive, isn't it?
- 19:30SPEAKER_00: So anyway, I don't know how long this episode's been.
- 19:32SPEAKER_00: I feel like I rambled a bit.
- 19:34SPEAKER_00: I also just noticed I'm bleeding.
- 19:36SPEAKER_00: If you're watching this, probably you too.
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: I picked something on my arm and I am full on bleed.
- 19:44SPEAKER_00: Cool.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: All right, y'all.
- 19:45SPEAKER_00: We're ending it on this note.
- 19:47SPEAKER_00: Just to keep you guys ahead of what's going on this week.
- 19:51SPEAKER_00: Next week, we are launching the week of June 10th.
