- 0:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it's because of you.
- 0:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're we're here and we have a show.
- 0:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you very much.
- 0:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, this show is gonna be uh pretty interesting.
- 0:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh it is um it definitely is about mental health.
- 1:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So uh I'm actually gonna say the words mental health, and you know that all of our shows have the core uh foundation of mental health on all of our shows, whether we say the words mental health or not.
- 1:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: As you know, I have several mental illnesses, um, and that's why I founded this organization and why I and those who are involved with our organization uh are doing what they're doing is because of their their belief.
- 1:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Some may be uh having some of the same mental health challenges um that I have, and some might not.
- 1:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but what what we're gonna talk about today it is going to strike a chord with a lot of people.
- 2:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh first and foremost, what I want to do is give a disclaimer.
- 2:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So United Healthcare CEO Brian Thompson was leaving his hotel on his way to a conference, and he was on camera, he was shot and killed, and so he died.
- 2:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the United Healthcare CEO died.
- 2:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Luigi Mangioni is who is suspected of that, and all that's gonna play out in court.
- 2:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're not here to litigate anything.
- 2:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just want to say this episode has absolutely nothing to do with those events that are occurring.
- 3:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Although I will be speaking about United Healthcare, and to be more specific, Surest S-U-R-E-S T is a uh medical farm pharmacy uh pharmace pharmacy uh branch of United Healthcare.
- 3:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So why I'm bringing this up.
- 3:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So we all know how how much we we don't like having to pay extra money for things.
- 3:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I'm gonna talk about a situation that just happened and actually is still unfolding to this minute as we're filming.
- 4:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sometimes it happens.
- 4:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So here's the deal there's medications mental mental health psychotropic medications that I've been taking for years.
- 4:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just swapped one for the other for another one a few months ago, and the price with insurance was like seventy dollars.
- 4:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh luckily my psychiatrist is able to utilize some samples because it's seventy dollars for one and I take multiple medications, it's just not it's just not really sustainable.
- 5:16Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it came to the point where samples ran out, and my psychiatrist submits the script to the CVS pharmacy nearest to where we reside.
- 5:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Insurance company is United Healthcare.
- 5:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Surest is the specific.
- 5:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I think it's like probably like a business unit, like how there's Medicare and Medicaid, and that.
- 5:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this is United Healthcare Shurist.
- 6:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But it all comes back to United Healthcare because United Healthcare is the larger organization.
- 6:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so my psychiatrist submitted the prescription to be to be filled, and this was on a like last Thursday.
- 6:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh I'm not quite sure when we're gonna be dropping this episode.
- 6:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So just think of it.
- 6:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I have enough to get me through Sunday.
- 6:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday.
- 6:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So four days uh that CVS could have filled the prescription or contacted me to let me know exactly what was going on.
- 7:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, they didn't.
- 7:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They just said, oh, the pharmacist needs to ask some questions when you pick it up.
- 7:18Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I was like, all right, whatever.
- 7:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So Thursday comes and goes Friday, Saturday, Sunday, and I'm out.
- 7:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm out of this particular medication.
- 7:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I call CVS pharmacy and I try to figure out what's going on.
- 7:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: They said, Oh, um, your insurance doesn't cover it.
- 7:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So United Healthcare insurance doesn't cover this particular medication.
- 8:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm like, okay, that doesn't really make sense.
- 8:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Um I mean I'm not t it's not you know, it's not an end of life prescription drug where uh you know whatever things need to happen to make make that particular legal drug available.
- 8:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I said, Oh, okay.
- 8:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'm talking to CVS, and they say again, oh, your insurance doesn't cover it, so we used his discount card, good RX, and we got it down to $372 for a 30-day supply.
- 9:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know about you, I don't know who can afford $372 for one prescription for 30 days, and then it the next month would be $372, then the next one.
- 9:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'm in communication with my psychiatrist, and this is where the United Healthcare that I I'm uh striking a cord with, and I don't know about other insurance companies.
- 9:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm only talking about my experience.
- 9:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So come to find out, so I call the insurance company, and I'm fuming.
- 10:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What's the exact word?
- 10:31Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I gotta get this right.
- 10:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So there was this, it's called an authorization form that the insurance needs filled out by the provider.
- 11:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And my provider, my psychiatrist, didn't know that.
- 11:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so this is where I'm upset and I'm sharing it on our show because I'm not the only one that this has happened to.
- 11:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This has happened to a lot of people.
- 11:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: A lot of people, I not I don't know.
- 11:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Every single person is having to.
- 11:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this form needs filled out, and so the pharmacy won't have it if the form's not filled, not film filled out, but no, no, they'll have it, but it'll be at $372.
- 11:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yeah, there's this inefficiency where my provider when when she sent in the prescription, she should have been notified like right away, right?
- 12:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like, if there's a if something's being submitted, and there needs to be like an extra step or two or three, they need to be made aware of that, so they're able to fill out whatever form do whatever they need to do.
- 12:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But they weren't, and it didn't happen.
- 12:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So my provider, I feel awful, terrible.
- 12:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I I'm just upset because this has happened to other people.
- 12:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not the only one.
- 12:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I it basically wouldn't happen.
- 13:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I had to go a day without taking medication, and you know, you know, it's always you know best to take, you know, entire bottle of medication, whatever it is, you know, if you're for whatever it is, if it's a Z pack, or you know, we're uh you know, Ivermectin, or we're supposed to take all of it.
- 13:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I had increased anxiety to the max for the most part, and if it wasn't for the years and years, again, Don, I mean, bless him, 40 years being sober and drug-free.
- 13:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm going on nine years.
- 13:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I you know, only God would know what how I would have reacted and and that.
- 14:15Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh but I was able to talk to my mom and talk through what was happening.
- 14:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so this is for United Healthcare and every every insurance company.
- 14:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If there's an additional form that needs filled out before a prescription can be run through the added insurance and hopefully pay less than, in my case, $372.
- 14:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There needs to be some automation to that.
- 14:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's 2026.
- 15:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: There needs to be some automation where oh, this prescription needs an author's prior authorization form filled out, and that should automatically come.
- 15:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Like when the provider goes to submit a prescription, but it didn't, and it hasn't, and it didn't happen.
- 15:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that meant me not being on an me skipping a day, and people wonder why we talk about the stigma of mental health and and all this.
- 15:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I promised uh I promised the insurance person, I talked on a phone, uh, that there's gonna be an episode about this, and this is a United Healthcare.
- 16:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because you failed me, you failed my provider, and Lord knows how many others you have failed.
- 16:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I haven't abused any of these medications, and so whatever form needed to be filled out needed to be sent direct, like right after my provider sent in the script.
- 16:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Should have been like, oh, send in a script, and then a kickback email or a kickback message.
- 16:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, this requires prior authorization with this insurance, it's all in the system, right?
- 16:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's all on the computer, and it didn't happen.
- 16:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm gonna use some choice words, parents.
- 17:03Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You know, uh again, uh, I apologize for this.
- 17:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh, you know, please uh you know take your your children out of the room if if they are, usually they're not with our show because we have a variety of topics we talk about like this.
- 17:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So because the motherfuckers at United Healthcare pulled that shit on me and my provider, how about those people out there who haven't gone through therapy?
- 17:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And whether it's the same pers whether it's the same prescription as mine or it's not.
- 17:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It needs a there needs to be a there needs to be that kickback automatically.
- 18:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It shouldn't be up to the provider to know every single thing about every single insurance company and every single legal drug.
- 18:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's not up to the provider.
- 18:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Insurance was the one that was holding things up.
- 18:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: United Healthcare, you fuckers held my fucking prescription up for some prior authorization form that you assholes should have automatically sent last Thursday to my provider so she could fill it out.
- 18:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And that's the truth.
- 18:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So what ended up happening?
- 19:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I missed a day.
- 19:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I have to decide if I'm gonna contact her.
- 19:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Luckily, I was able to, and I just got a message that the form has been submitted, the prescription should be covered under the insurance at the pharmacy.
- 19:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So let's actually do this in real time, people.
- 19:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Let's do this in real time.
- 19:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: See, this is the shit.
- 19:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So this is, you know, people talk about well, why does somebody choose to die by suicide or go off the rails or something?
- 19:56Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's hard enough, and I know it's hard enough to talk about how you're feeling and what's happening, and it's hard enough to deal with that shit when somebody's actively asking for help, like myself, and so many of you out there, and you run into this, you know, this this obstacle, I can I can completely understand, again, I I'm not other people, but if somebody has an episode, mental health episode, this is one of the simple areas that insurance companies can deal with right away.
- 20:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I thought about my dad, right?
- 20:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay, so he passed away in 2024 on March 1st from cancer, turbo cancer, from the Wuhan lab, from the COVID, from the shot that he took, went in and did all his uh physicals and evaluations and and every everything.
- 21:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yet comes to find out he's not feeling good one day, goes to the the emergency room, and within a couple hours finds out he has stage four cancer and he's got less than a year to live.
- 21:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So he one of the things is chemo.
- 21:42Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So he started chemo, and there were certain prescriptions that I was there with my family with a doctor.
- 21:59Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: With the nurse, when they're saying, well, the doctor would like to add this to the chemo cocktail that you know gets infused in that.
- 22:13Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And they said right there and then the nurses and doctors, like, oh, this is going to take prior authorization.
- 22:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because they got a note, they got something that said this is going to take some prior authorization before we can get we can approve this.
- 22:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So they knew right then and there that there needed to be some form.
- 22:45Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Unfortunately, my dad didn't have long to live.
- 22:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But fortunately, stuff got approved.
- 22:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so I just got the approval.
- 23:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But after going through all the things, contacting insurance, contacting my prescriber's office, which I knew couldn't do anything because they're they just you know get the messages that a provider's provider send in, and there's their process.
- 23:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know everything because I'm not a psychiatrist, I'm not a practicing uh nurse practitioner, psychiatrist.
- 23:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I just from the the the little knowledge that I that I have, and so before I call and we find out how much it actually is gonna be, because I believe in transparency, so people know I'm not bullshitting you and making shit up.
- 23:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So that's what we're gonna do.
- 23:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But for this, for people who are thinking about getting help or talking to somebody, or any, and then they go and they have a therapy session, or they go to their a provider, uh prescriber, I guess is the uh is a way to a word to use, and then to have something like this happen.
- 24:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I mean, if this was me nine years ago, I'd been like fuck it.
- 24:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Uh and then like I got who do I call?
- 24:44Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: How long is it gonna take?
- 24:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: All these things, so I know there's a lot of people out there hurting, and I'm hurting, but I'm hurting maybe a just a little bit less.
- 25:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Every day's a struggle.
- 25:11Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Every fucking day is a struggle.
- 25:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Again, I'm trying not to use bad language and and I get it, and asking God for forgiveness and that, but I gotta get this point across, Unite Healthcare.
- 25:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is on you making billions.
- 25:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You can't get this shit fixed, or it's not already set up.
- 25:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because this this isn't the this isn't the last time it's gonna happen to somebody.
- 25:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It might not happen to me, but it might happen to somebody else.
- 25:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And what about if that somebody else takes drastic action uh and unfortunately hurts themselves?
- 26:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: All because they're like, I don't know who do I fucking call.
- 26:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I talked to this person, and then I talk, and everybody's saying, well, you got to do this and gotta do that, and it's like, oh my gosh, I can't even put all that together.
- 26:26Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So Unite Healthcare, get your shit together.
- 26:35Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Sure.
- 26:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You're all making a shitload of money.
- 26:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Big ass bonuses, living and who knows?
- 26:52Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I don't know, but you're living a lot better life than a lot of people.
- 26:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So the first thing you should do, one of the first things you should do is get information technology or IT department, they get programmers on this ASAP, United Healthcare.
- 27:17Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: This is on you, fuckers.
- 27:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: People are getting hurt, people are missing their medication, all because you can't get shit figured out, and have the computer systems from the pharmacy, the provide, the prescriber, and then and then you as the insurance company, because you three don't talk to each other, and it's on you.
- 27:48Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It's the insurance that was holding it up.
- 27:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And you know what the interesting part about that also was.
- 27:54Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I was like, oh, that's $372, and then and then United Healthcare, you know what they tell me?
- 28:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, well, you know, we recommend you get this uh alternative until you can get this the one that you need, and then I said, like any normal person.
- 28:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, am I gonna be able to get that today?
- 28:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh no, you're gonna have to go through the same, you know, prior authorization process.
- 28:29Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I'm like, so what is it why are you telling me this?
- 28:34Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Why are you telling me?
- 28:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, here's an alternative.
- 28:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Well, that's great.
- 28:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Thank you.
- 28:40Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Oh, hooray! Thank you for telling me that there's an alternative, but yeah, I'm not able to get it when I need it that day.
- 28:51Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That day could have been my last day, and for others, it may very well be.
- 29:00Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so something so small, I have a note, the kickback note, letting the prescriber know that this is gonna this is this is gonna take an extra step or two.
- 29:23Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And so you know so CVS, I feel, is at fault too.
- 29:32Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But they're a little bit less at fault because they're just filling it and they're just saying, well, here's what our system says, which is from guess who?
- 29:41Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: United Healthcare.
- 29:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: United Healthcare, United Healthcare, United Health Care.
- 29:47Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That's the health insurance company that's holding everything up.
- 29:57Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: That my prescriber just let me know that it just got released.
- 30:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So here's what we're gonna do.
- 30:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're gonna call um right here on the show and see how much with insurance, see if it see what happens.
- 30:21Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So I'll have to put some personal information in first pharmacists will need to talk to you when you come to the pharmacy before you get your prescription.
- 31:52Speaker: The estimated cost is three hundred and seventy-six dollars and seventy-one cents.
- 31:56Speaker: To know the status of other prescriptions, you can try saying the prescription number found on the label of the prescription bottle.
- 32:04Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's not fixed.
- 32:05Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it actually went up.
- 32:07Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: It went up.
- 32:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Can you believe it?
- 32:09Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Yesterday it was $372, now it's $376.
- 32:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So it's not fixed.
- 32:19Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: My provider, my prescriber did what she was asked to do.
- 32:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Said it was approved, said the prescription should be there at the pharmacy.
- 32:30Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And it is, it's there.
- 32:33Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: If you got $376.
- 32:36Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And there's our the there's our good old watchdog, Lucy.
- 32:50Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So just know that you're not alone.
- 33:01Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Okay.
- 33:02Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm trying to do this with a smile.
- 33:06Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: You're not alone.
- 33:10Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I'm not alone.
- 33:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: On this journey called life.
- 33:20Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: We're not alone.
- 33:28Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Keep fighting to get the help you so deservedly deserve.
- 33:38Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So thank you for tuning this episode of the show.
- 33:46Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Unite healthcare, get your ass in gear, get this shit taken care of.
- 33:53Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: ASAP.
- 33:55Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And for all you that say, oh yeah, you're you're wimp, you know, you're using mental health and that, and mental illnesses as a crutch and all that.
- 34:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: No, we're all unique.
- 34:12Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And what just happened, which happened yesterday.
- 34:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I pray to God that it never happens to you, that you never have to go, you never have to go through this.
- 34:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: But just know you're not alone.
- 34:43Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And Unite Healthcare, shame, shame, shame on you.
- 34:49Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: CVS for whatever part you have to play, shame, shame, shame on you.
- 34:58Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Y'all need to get your shit in gear, and you need to help people as soon as possible.
- 35:08Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: What about all the people that don't ask for help, that don't reach out?
- 35:14Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Because of this very fear that, well, what happens if this happens or that happens?
- 35:22Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And I've been there.
- 35:24Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know that.
- 35:25Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: I know those feelings.
- 35:27Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: So never give up.
- 35:37Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: Never lose hope.
- 35:39Voices for Voices, Justin Alan Hayes: And we're well on our way to reach and help at least three billion people over the course of my lifetime and beyond.
