  Speaker 1: Good morning y'all.
• 0:01
Speaker 1: It's Saturday, faith Fuel and I'm just coming on really quickly to share just a, hopefully a little bit of encouragement.
• 0:07
Speaker 1: So just said it again, y'all, because I'm actually getting ready to head out and I just wanted to stop by real quick and see how everybody's doing and then I wanted to share something.
• 0:19
Speaker 1: I think all of us know this, but just sometimes it's good to be reminded that it's okay to have the feelings.
• 0:27
Speaker 1: It's okay to feel the feelings.
• 0:30
Speaker 1: Allow yourself to go through the process.
• 0:34
Speaker 1: So there's so many folks that right now and rightfully so there's a lot of things going on right now in people's lives.
• 0:41
Speaker 1: Some of the things that I'm hearing from even close friends, of losses, of just this sense of fear.
• 0:48
Speaker 1: There's still excitement, there's still hope, joy, but all of those are still even feelings.
• 0:55
Speaker 1: Like you know, I don't want you to be afraid of even being happy right now, but let's be real, y'all Things are going down in people's lives.
• 1:04
Speaker 1: A lot of us don't know what's going down, and it's okay for us to have the feelings, so what we don't want to do is to drown in it.
• 1:12
Speaker 1: The Lord himself one of my favorite when I was little, when people used to you know how many little people ask you like what's your favorite Bible scripture?
• 1:19
Speaker 1: Mine would be Jesus' whip, because it was the shortest one.
• 1:22
Speaker 1: I can remember it.
• 1:24
Speaker 1: But even looking back at that now, it's still one of my favorite because it shows that the Lord himself had emotions and he expressed the emotions through tears.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: So I just I want to encourage you.
• 1:38
Speaker 1: Counseling is not a curse.
• 1:40
Speaker 1: If you need to get counseling, you know the tools and resources that are available to us that we, that again, that we should use.
• 1:51
Speaker 1: You know there should be no shame with that.
• 1:53
Speaker 1: So if you're feeling low or if you're feeling down, like last night, I had such a heavy sense of fear, and it just was.
• 2:02
Speaker 1: It was so heavy that I was like, all right, holy Spirit, you're going to have to take this cloak of fear off of me, because this is not you, and let me rest.
• 2:10
Speaker 1: And I was able to sleep very peacefully.
• 2:13
Speaker 1: But that was my response as I sensed it, I expressed it, I felt it, I didn't go Pollyanna and just, oh, jesus, take the no, you have to allow yourself to sense and experience the emotions.
• 2:28
Speaker 1: And then your response then is you know, lord, how do I handle this?
• 2:34
Speaker 1: Some of these things.
• 2:36
Speaker 1: Sometimes the fear as a mechanism is to prepare you.
• 2:41
  Speaker 1: It's like a warning.
• 2:42
Speaker 1: So it's not always a bad thing, right, it's a warning and just to prepare you.
• 2:47
Speaker 1: So, anyway, that's what I had.
• 2:49
Speaker 1: I just wanted to come on and just encourage you to say it's okay to feel the feels.
• 2:52
Speaker 1: We just won't drown in them, right?
• 2:55
Speaker 1: So I pray that this blessed you, I pray that this encouraged you.
• 2:58
Speaker 1: If you're in a low place right now some people are momentarily low and they're popping back up or if you're feeling alone or you're feeling depressed or anything like that, I just want to pray for you, if you allow me to.
• 3:12
Speaker 1: I know we don't let everybody pray for us, I know, I know, but I just want to pray that God will meet you where you are, that you will get the peace and the comfort that you need and that he'll give you clear guidance and wisdom on the next steps of what you got to do.
• 3:28
Speaker 1: And if you're hurting because of a loss in your family or a loss in your job, a loss of any kind, that you will be restored in peace and love.
• 3:38
Speaker 1: And again, for those who, maybe you can't even talk to your family members about it, because you're the strong one.
• 3:45
  Speaker 1: Trust me.
• 3:46
Speaker 1: I know, okay, that on the other side of the social media world, on the other side of this camera, here is somebody who I genuinely care about, anybody who sees any of my videos, even if you only see one, and this is the one you see that I genuinely want you to succeed and I want you to win and I want you to know that you will survive this.
• 4:10
  Speaker 1: All right, I love y'all.
• 4:11
Speaker 1: I hope that, blessed, you have a good Saturday y'all, okay.
• 4:15

• 4:16
Speaker 1: It's supposed to be rainy today.
• 4:17
Speaker 1: If you're on the streets, be careful driving.
• 4:20
  Speaker 1: All right.
• 4:21
Speaker 1: If you're at home, enjoy the rain, and you know, enjoy.
• 4:24
Speaker 1: This is a time where you can, you know, pull out some books, get some reading done, get your cleaning done, get your self-care done, whatever you got to do, um, and to enjoy your life.
