- 1:13Speaker 3: for educational purposes, of course. Welcome back to another episode
- 1:17Speaker 3: of Money Diaries, where I get the absolute pleasure of
- 1:20Speaker 3: chatting to one of our incredible Shees on the Money
- 1:22Speaker 3: community members all about their journey let's jump straight into it,
- 1:26Speaker 3: because this week I got an email and it sounded
- 1:28Speaker 3: exactly like this. Hi, she's on the money. I am
- 1:31Speaker 3: our woman working in the male dominated area of security.
- 1:35Speaker 3: I didn't set out to work in this field, but
- 1:38Speaker 3: when my husband saw a gap in the industry, especially
- 1:41Speaker 3: the lack of women, we knew we had to do
- 1:43Speaker 3: something about it. Together, we built a successful business that
- 1:47Speaker 3: not only provides exceptional security services, but creates opportunities for
- 1:51Speaker 3: women in this space. I've seen firsthand how this work
- 1:54Speaker 3: can boost confidence, leadership skills, and self belief, and I'm
- 1:58Speaker 3: passionate about helping more women step into that power. I'd
- 2:02Speaker 3: love to share what this journey has meant for me.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Moneyed Diarist, Welcome to the show. I am so excited
- 2:08Speaker 3: about this. I feel like I don't work in security,
- 2:10Speaker 3: but like we're both about empowering women to step into
- 2:13Speaker 3: their power, and like that means we're on the same page.
- 2:16Speaker 4: Definitely.
- 2:16Speaker 3: I love this. So as always, before we dive into
- 2:21Speaker 3: getting to ask the juicy questions, I want to know
- 2:23Speaker 3: what grade would you give your money habits from A
- 2:25Speaker 3: through to F If I asked you to give them
- 2:27Speaker 3: a grade?
- 2:28Speaker 4: Oh, I would give myself a B minus. It's still
- 2:32Speaker 4: a work in progress.
- 2:33Speaker 3: Okay, all right, let's learn a little bit more about
- 2:36Speaker 3: that money, darist. Can you tell me a little bit
- 2:39Speaker 3: more about your money story.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Sure? So, growing up, money wasn't something we talked about
- 2:45Speaker 4: in our family. My parents came from very humble beginnings.
- 2:49Speaker 4: They each had twelve to thirteen siblings. Wow, I know,
- 2:53Speaker 4: it was insane. So not surprisingly they stuck with two children.
- 2:58Speaker 3: They were like, we are not signed up for that
- 3:00Speaker 3: rodeo exactly.
- 3:02Speaker 4: So they provided the essentials, you know, putting us through school,
- 3:05Speaker 4: but there was no money knowledge and so and when
- 3:09Speaker 4: my dad had stopped working, it was pretty much, you know,
- 3:12Speaker 4: just getting by. So my attitude towards money was very cautious,
- 3:17Speaker 4: and I had no idea about creating wealth. Yeah, so
- 3:20Speaker 4: then I met my husband. How'd you meet your husband?
- 3:22Speaker 4: We have to know the jucy details, like we're just girls,
- 3:25Speaker 4: all right. He's an entrepreneur, and you know, he came
- 3:30Speaker 4: from a family of successful business owners. So that really
- 3:34Speaker 4: helped me see money and business through a new lens.
- 3:39Speaker 4: So I would watch him from the sidelines while I
- 3:42Speaker 4: stayed in my depressing nine to five job, and I
- 3:46Speaker 4: just I was observing just how his lifestyle was different
- 3:50Speaker 4: to mine, even though we were married, right, you.
- 3:53Speaker 3: Lived under the same roof.
- 3:55Speaker 4: Yeah, I was getting up in the morning, miserable, ready
- 3:59Speaker 4: to go to work, and he was just so switched on.
- 4:02Speaker 4: He'd be executing ideas with ease. I would just witness
- 4:05Speaker 4: this level of freedom, both financially and time wise, even
- 4:08Speaker 4: though he was so busy. He just had this flexibility
- 4:12Speaker 4: that I didn't have being in a full time nine
- 4:16Speaker 4: to five job. So, yeah, just seeing that difference really
- 4:20Speaker 4: made me want to come into that. But I had
- 4:23Speaker 4: so much fear in built in me because I didn't
- 4:27Speaker 4: have those beginnings I had. You know, I wasn't scared
- 4:30Speaker 4: of the level of hard work that would come with
- 4:32Speaker 4: it or being very busy. It was just the fear
- 4:36Speaker 4: of my own capabilities. Am I capable of doing this?
- 4:40Speaker 4: What if I fail? I'm not used to this idea.
- 4:43Speaker 4: I wasn't raised on this. So you start making up
- 4:44Speaker 4: those excuses that because you didn't have that foundation, that
- 4:48Speaker 4: you couldn't possibly get into this fold of the business world.
- 4:53Speaker 4: But as soon as I recognized that my nine to
- 4:57Speaker 4: five was actually bringing me down and affecting my health,
- 5:02Speaker 4: I really had to make a change, and so I
- 5:06Speaker 4: had missed the fear and the uncertainty. I took that
- 5:09Speaker 4: leap and I went into business with my husband, and
- 5:13Speaker 4: at that time he had recognized early on that there
- 5:16Speaker 4: was a need for women in security. So I went
- 5:20Speaker 4: and got my license and I was doing casual shifts
- 5:24Speaker 4: here and there. It was a little bit daunting for
- 5:26Speaker 4: me because I think that old way of thinking, with
- 5:30Speaker 4: that perspective of only men should be doing security, or
- 5:34Speaker 4: you have to be a certain size you know, I'm
- 5:36Speaker 4: quite a smaller size frame, So it was a little
- 5:40Speaker 4: bit intimidating at first, to be honest, and having to
- 5:43Speaker 4: deal with intoxication and all of those kind of extreme
- 5:47Speaker 4: situations is a little bit daunting at first. But my
- 5:51Speaker 4: husband was there guiding me, obviously, making sure it was
- 5:54Speaker 4: a safe space and that we had a very type
- 5:56Speaker 4: team every time we worked together through COVID. When COVID hit,
- 6:02Speaker 4: we actually set ourselves down south so the southwest of Wa.
- 6:08Speaker 4: When the borders were closed, everyone started traveling and driving
- 6:11Speaker 4: down south to the southwest of Wa for their holidays,
- 6:15Speaker 4: so that place was flourishing when the city was closed down.
- 6:20Speaker 4: So we built our security business through there, and we
- 6:23Speaker 4: worked very closely together, and that's when I really learned
- 6:27Speaker 4: a lot, not just about security, but about myself. He
- 6:30Speaker 4: taught me about men, you know, and their behavior, and
- 6:34Speaker 4: I was really able to navigate big crowds and different personalities.
- 6:40Speaker 4: And I just developed so much in that space of
- 6:43Speaker 4: time through that guidance and doing that work ongoingly, and
- 6:49Speaker 4: it just it lit something in me and I just
- 6:51Speaker 4: wanted to carry on with that. So I'm in this
- 6:54Speaker 4: zone now where I'm leveling up and I'm actually taking
- 6:58Speaker 4: a direction towards empowerment and purpose now, so it's not
- 7:02Speaker 4: just building the security business. I'm actually wanting to take
- 7:06Speaker 4: this into a level of conversation and empowerment towards women
- 7:11Speaker 4: in security because reflecting on it, I have developed so
- 7:15Speaker 4: much in myself and I've overcome so many fears and
- 7:20Speaker 4: built so much confidence in dealing with people and odd behaviors.
- 7:25Speaker 4: You know, I think a lot of the time we
- 7:27Speaker 4: can avoid certain behaviors. You know, we might just go, oh,
- 7:31Speaker 4: just you know, just cut that person out of our life,
- 7:33Speaker 4: but at some point you still have to deal with it.
- 7:36Speaker 4: So if you know how to navigate it, then you
- 7:38Speaker 4: can You're just going to be better and better each time.
- 7:41Speaker 4: So I'm now in this direction of wanting to become
- 7:45Speaker 4: a speaker and empower women alongside building the security business.
- 7:50Speaker 3: Yeah that's cool. I love that. So tell me now,
- 7:54Speaker 3: obviously you own a security company and work as a
- 7:57Speaker 3: security Is it a security guard? Is that what you
- 7:59Speaker 3: would say? Like, how do I explain your job?
- 8:02Speaker 4: So there's a number of different services. So you've got
- 8:05Speaker 4: your security guard, You've got crowd control, you've got personal security, patrols,
- 8:11Speaker 4: asset protection, so we cover all of that. Wow. Yeah,
- 8:16Speaker 4: it's quite broad.
- 8:17Speaker 3: So that's not just like I'm assuming it's like, you know,
- 8:20Speaker 3: if a festival happens, then call you up and be like, hey,
- 8:22Speaker 3: we need security for the festival. But like, tell me
- 8:25Speaker 3: a bit more about like the personal security, because I'm
- 8:27Speaker 3: assuming that's a bit bougier, Like that sounds fancy, Like
- 8:30Speaker 3: if you're asking for personal security, you're probably like someone
- 8:34Speaker 3: very high profile.
- 8:36Speaker 4: Yeah, we do get called for those type of jobs.
- 8:40Speaker 4: Close personal protection is very different and it takes a
- 8:44Speaker 4: certain level of skill and thankfully I got to do
- 8:47Speaker 4: quite a bit of that in the beginning. I know
- 8:49Speaker 4: you said it's bougie and I can see this perspective
- 8:52Speaker 4: of that, but I guess I'm still in that work
- 8:54Speaker 4: zine way totally.
- 8:55Speaker 3: It's like when people think that my job's like super glamorous,
- 8:58Speaker 3: They're like, oh my goodness, a podcast that must be
- 9:01Speaker 3: so glamorous, And I'm like, babe, I'm not wearing any
- 9:03Speaker 3: shoes right now. You know, my dog's on the floor.
- 9:06Speaker 3: I've just eaten four mini size mass bars. Like it's
- 9:11Speaker 3: not as fancy as it looks, but like, I mean,
- 9:13Speaker 3: when you like showcase a job, you go, that's pretty fancy, right,
- 9:17Speaker 3: Like it's the shiny parts of other people's roles, right.
- 9:20Speaker 4: It's so true, and I get that, I really do.
- 9:24Speaker 4: But there's so much work involved because you're the one
- 9:27Speaker 4: that's on the front line and you need to make
- 9:29Speaker 4: sure that that client and I will just say client,
- 9:31Speaker 4: it doesn't matter who they are, whether they're a dignitary
- 9:34Speaker 4: or if they're a celebrity, they still need that level
- 9:37Speaker 4: of care and privacy. You know, you can't be you know,
- 9:41Speaker 4: on the job and trying to take selfies with this
- 9:43Speaker 4: person is completely unprofessional.
- 9:45Speaker 3: You couldn't hire me, Like I don't want to take
- 9:48Speaker 3: selfies with people, but like just blacklist to me from
- 9:50Speaker 3: your company now, because I'd want to know all their gossip,
- 9:53Speaker 3: Like I'd be in the car with them and I'd
- 9:55Speaker 3: be like eavesdropping on all their conversations, Like I couldn't
- 9:58Speaker 3: control myself. You're a better per something I could ever be.
- 10:01Speaker 4: Yeah, it's definitely a skill. You do have to shift
- 10:05Speaker 4: your perspective, you know, and I suppose once you do
- 10:07Speaker 4: it more regularly, you do see them as a client
- 10:10Speaker 4: and you just want to please that client and make
- 10:12Speaker 4: sure that you've delivered a service, that you've represented your
- 10:15Speaker 4: company and yourself and ultimately they're they're happy and they're safe,
- 10:20Speaker 4: you know, because that's the objective of our role.
- 10:22Speaker 3: Yeah, totally, all right, So how much do you get
- 10:25Speaker 3: paid in a role like this? So do you mean
- 10:29Speaker 3: in as a guard or no you in general?
- 10:32Speaker 1: Me?
- 10:33Speaker 4: Okay, Well, I will say that our business is in
- 10:37Speaker 4: the seven figures.
- 10:38Speaker 3: That's very cool. And is that all reinvested into your
- 10:42Speaker 3: business or do you guys get to take home a
- 10:45Speaker 3: lot of that? Like what does that split look like?
- 10:47Speaker 4: The split? I think it's fair, But we do reinvest
- 10:51Speaker 4: a lot into the business because that's the main way
- 10:55Speaker 4: to really level up. So anything anything that we are
- 10:58Speaker 4: spending on ourselves is ideally going to give us a
- 11:02Speaker 4: return on the business. But you know, we do make
- 11:04Speaker 4: sure that we pay ourselves first, you know, and just
- 11:08Speaker 4: cover the expenses that we need to live. But ultimately
- 11:11Speaker 4: the larger expenses are reinvested.
- 11:13Speaker 3: Yeah, one hundred percent. So talk to me about big
- 11:16Speaker 3: money goals, like what are you currently working towards.
- 11:19Speaker 4: So I am working towards incorporating a training division within
- 11:25Speaker 4: the security business, and that would ultimately bring in more
- 11:30Speaker 4: females into this fold of this male dominated industry and
- 11:36Speaker 4: just opportunities to empower and to build confidence. I can
- 11:41Speaker 4: see myself and a lot of women, both mums and
- 11:45Speaker 4: the younger women coming out of high school where you
- 11:47Speaker 4: don't know what you're doing, you don't really know where
- 11:49Speaker 4: you want to go. And that's how I ended up
- 11:52Speaker 4: in that, you know, sort of nine to five office
- 11:54Speaker 4: job was just sort of just I need some stability
- 11:57Speaker 4: until I work out what I want to do. But
- 11:59Speaker 4: I really really feel like the tools that you're given
- 12:04Speaker 4: through working and security can help you in your entire life.
- 12:08Speaker 4: You know, you're learning to set boundaries, You're learning to
- 12:12Speaker 4: recognize people's behavior before something escalates. And then de escalation
- 12:17Speaker 4: methods as well. So those kind of things can really
- 12:20Speaker 4: play out in your life. And I just feel like
- 12:23Speaker 4: it's leveling up your life. And I think if you
- 12:25Speaker 4: get that early on, you can really do a lot
- 12:30Speaker 4: with your goals successfully, but also avoid a lot of
- 12:33Speaker 4: unsafe situations you know that people can get themselves into.
- 12:37Speaker 3: Totally. I love that for you. And on a personal side,
- 12:40Speaker 3: do you like buying property? Are you saving for retirement?
- 12:44Speaker 4: Like?
- 12:44Speaker 3: What does that look like?
- 12:46Speaker 4: We are saving up for a house. So we've avoided
- 12:52Speaker 4: any big debts and we've paid off any smaller ones,
- 12:54Speaker 4: so we're doing pretty well. But yeah, ultimately to get
- 12:57Speaker 4: the dream home, but we want to be able to
- 12:59Speaker 4: pay out. We don't want to take on any debt,
- 13:03Speaker 4: so we're just working towards that for our dream home
- 13:07Speaker 4: and property maybe overseas as well we're looking at So, yeah.
- 13:12Speaker 3: That is very fancy. What do you mean property overseas?
- 13:15Speaker 4: Like?
- 13:16Speaker 3: Is that buying a villa in Bali? Is that buying
- 13:18Speaker 3: a whole resort in Italy? Like? What where are we going?
- 13:21Speaker 3: What are we doing?
- 13:22Speaker 4: Specifically? It would be a home in Portugal?
- 13:26Speaker 3: Oh, bouhie, I did not see that coming. So like, guys,
- 13:29Speaker 3: when she said seven figures, she means like good seven figures,
- 13:32Speaker 3: Like people don't just buy their homes outright and then
- 13:35Speaker 3: have a holiday home in Portugal. Like I feel like
- 13:38Speaker 3: that escalated pretty rapidly.
- 13:41Speaker 4: We love that place. I highly highly recommend that place,
- 13:44Speaker 4: like I.
- 13:44Speaker 3: Love that for you. This is goals. Let's go to
- 13:47Speaker 3: a really quick break on the flip side. I've got
- 13:49Speaker 3: a lot of questions for you. I want to talk
- 13:51Speaker 3: about your take on debt. I want to talk about
- 13:53Speaker 3: investments and your best and worst money habits. So guys
- 13:55Speaker 3: that don't go anywhere, all right, money dirist, We are back,
- 14:02Speaker 3: and I want to talk about investing. As a business owner,
- 14:04Speaker 3: your bus guest investment is very likely to be your business,
- 14:08Speaker 3: so talk to me about your thoughts on investing, like
- 14:12Speaker 3: how you're reinvesting into your business. But then also are
- 14:14Speaker 3: you investing outside of your business?
- 14:16Speaker 4: Yeah, so investing within the business. We've also got a
- 14:21Speaker 4: safety division, so we're purchasing products in line with safety
- 14:25Speaker 4: and we're incorporating that into the security business as well,
- 14:30Speaker 4: so that we can offer our clients not just security services,
- 14:33Speaker 4: but now we've got safety products. So we've sort of
- 14:37Speaker 4: gone into that as well in terms of investment. Just
- 14:40Speaker 4: recently we've been doing some speaking courses to really get
- 14:45Speaker 4: out there and promote ourselves into to bigger client tele
- 14:50Speaker 4: and to do a lot more in terms of training
- 14:54Speaker 4: and inductions with our staff too, also offering training to
- 14:59Speaker 4: our client cients who might want to train up their
- 15:02Speaker 4: staff de escalation methods within the bar industry as well,
- 15:07Speaker 4: So that's another thing that we're doing.
- 15:09Speaker 3: Yeah, that's very cool. And like if we look at
- 15:12Speaker 3: I guess investment from the perspective of you being able
- 15:15Speaker 3: to buy home in Portugal and pay for your home
- 15:17Speaker 3: outright and retire comfortably, how are you guys working towards that.
- 15:21Speaker 4: Yeah, we've got a few little side hustles, but it's
- 15:25Speaker 4: just flipping a few things here and their marketplace. We're
- 15:29Speaker 4: just really really good with saving little things. So that's
- 15:33Speaker 4: all just building up. And so after we pay ourselves
- 15:36Speaker 4: what we need to sort of get by anything that
- 15:39Speaker 4: we work additionally, or anything we get from marketplace sales
- 15:44Speaker 4: or anything of the sort, or if we sell something
- 15:46Speaker 4: through the business, it all goes into one sort of
- 15:49Speaker 4: big savings account and that's when we might buy something
- 15:52Speaker 4: else and flip it and then make money on that
- 15:55Speaker 4: and just builds over time. So it's something that we
- 15:58Speaker 4: just want to sit on and just let it grow.
- 16:00Speaker 4: That's where we're going with that is kind of yeah,
- 16:03Speaker 4: it's a safe, quiet option, all right.
- 16:05Speaker 3: Tell me a little bit more about debt. So at
- 16:09Speaker 3: the start of the episode we were talking about like
- 16:11Speaker 3: you purchasing your dream home. I want to know more
- 16:14Speaker 3: about that, but also why you're adverse to taking on
- 16:18Speaker 3: a mortgage for a property purchase.
- 16:20Speaker 4: Well, we've just gone through a few things over the
- 16:23Speaker 4: years where we've you know, we've seen you know, different
- 16:26Speaker 4: businesses be affected by different things and COVID all of
- 16:31Speaker 4: those factors, and having debt was a real burden, you know,
- 16:35Speaker 4: even if it's a small debt, we've seen it with
- 16:37Speaker 4: other people as well, and we just we don't want
- 16:40Speaker 4: to take that on. And now that we've got my son,
- 16:43Speaker 4: you know, he's three years old, now, okay, it really
- 16:47Speaker 4: shifts the way you think of things. So it's particularly
- 16:51Speaker 4: in the last three years that we've been very okay,
- 16:53Speaker 4: we do not want to hold this debt. We don't
- 16:56Speaker 4: want to have any debts. So let's work on it
- 16:58Speaker 4: now so that by the time he's in school. You know,
- 17:01Speaker 4: we can have established ourselves with zero debt, with a
- 17:05Speaker 4: home and you know, just move forward.
- 17:08Speaker 3: How close are we to achieving that goal?
- 17:10Speaker 4: I would say a quarter of the way.
- 17:13Speaker 3: That's exciting though, that's crazy.
- 17:17Speaker 4: Yeah, how fun?
- 17:18Speaker 3: All right, So tell me a little bit more about
- 17:20Speaker 3: this debt side of things. When you say, oh, we
- 17:23Speaker 3: don't really want to take on debt, is that just
- 17:26Speaker 3: like personal debts that you're like, oh, well, we don't know.
- 17:29Speaker 3: If you know, we went through COVID again and no
- 17:30Speaker 3: one could work. We don't want to have personal debts
- 17:33Speaker 3: we had to pay off or is that stretching into business, Like,
- 17:36Speaker 3: tell me a bit more about how that works.
- 17:39Speaker 4: We don't have any personal credit cards. We've just avoided
- 17:42Speaker 4: taking on any debts. So say, for example, if we
- 17:45Speaker 4: needed to buy a car, you know, we would look
- 17:48Speaker 4: at ways to or you know, we would look at
- 17:51Speaker 4: the savings and what we can accumulate. How much do
- 17:53Speaker 4: we need to have the balance of the total of
- 17:56Speaker 4: that car so that we can just buy it out right?
- 17:58Speaker 4: And that's what we've done. We don't get loans on
- 18:01Speaker 4: the cars, we don't get credit cards. So yeah, that's
- 18:05Speaker 4: that's how we're just looking at it. It's like, if
- 18:07Speaker 4: we can avoid it, and if we've got a lump
- 18:09Speaker 4: sum of money, let's work around that lump sum of money.
- 18:12Speaker 4: And anything that comes up as well, you know, whether
- 18:14Speaker 4: it's insurance or things. We avoid those repayment plans where
- 18:18Speaker 4: you might accumulate more interest and pay things outright. We
- 18:21Speaker 4: just would prefer to pay things outright and then we
- 18:24Speaker 4: don't have to think about it anymore.
- 18:25Speaker 3: No, that makes absolute sense. It sounds like you're a
- 18:27Speaker 3: super savvy saver. So what do you think is your
- 18:30Speaker 3: best money habit?
- 18:31Speaker 4: My best money habit, I would just say what we're
- 18:35Speaker 4: doing at the moment is paying yourself first for the essentials,
- 18:39Speaker 4: and then any extra income or anything that you flip,
- 18:43Speaker 4: you just put into savings and just let that accumulate.
- 18:45Speaker 4: And it's always that savings account that we will look
- 18:47Speaker 4: back on and go, Okay, what do we need to
- 18:50Speaker 4: buy upfront at the moment, whether it's an investment or
- 18:52Speaker 4: if it's a vehicle or whatever it is that's sitting there.
- 18:56Speaker 4: You know, it's just accumulating, you know, some great interest
- 18:59Speaker 4: you haven't touched because it's in a completely separate account.
- 19:02Speaker 4: So it's not being factored into your weekly expenses.
- 19:05Speaker 3: Yeah, no, that makes total sense. But what do you
- 19:08Speaker 3: think is your worst money have it?
- 19:11Speaker 4: Because I'm on this journey of self development, my worst
- 19:15Speaker 4: money havebit is if I'm online and I see a
- 19:19Speaker 4: great course or I see you know, a great roadmap
- 19:23Speaker 4: or something that's going to be very helpful for me
- 19:26Speaker 4: in my journey, I tend to just click and buy. Yeah,
- 19:30Speaker 4: so that's my worst money is that I end up
- 19:32Speaker 4: doing that. And it's great if I use it, but
- 19:34Speaker 4: you know, to be honest, half of the time it's sitting.
- 19:37Speaker 3: In my inboss and then you're like, oh, I can't.
- 19:39Speaker 3: I don't have time for that. I'll get to it
- 19:41Speaker 3: one time, and then you forget about it.
- 19:42Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 19:42Speaker 3: I have been there, absolutely, especially when they're so good
- 19:45Speaker 3: at like the marketing and branding, and I'm like, oh
- 19:47Speaker 3: my god, this is going to be the thing, this
- 19:49Speaker 3: is going to be fantastic, and then you get it
- 19:51Speaker 3: and you're like, oh damn, damn, I could have done
- 19:54Speaker 3: that myself.
- 19:54Speaker 4: I mean, it's a great idea at one in the
- 19:56Speaker 4: morning when.
- 19:57Speaker 3: You're scroll one hundred, no way, So get that all right?
- 20:01Speaker 3: Tell me at the start of this episode, you said,
- 20:03Speaker 3: I reckon, I'm a B minus. But you've told us
- 20:05Speaker 3: that you've built an epic business, and you know, you
- 20:07Speaker 3: and your husband are working towards buying your dream home
- 20:10Speaker 3: completely outright and then one day having a holiday home
- 20:13Speaker 3: in Portugal, which would be very very cool. But you said,
- 20:17Speaker 3: I'm a B minus. What would it take to get
- 20:19Speaker 3: to being like an A plus in your books?
- 20:22Speaker 4: I think it would be. Actually, you know, now that
- 20:27Speaker 4: I'm talking about.
- 20:28Speaker 3: It, you're pretty good at money. Hey, I'm like, where's
- 20:32Speaker 3: this B minus come from? Girlfriend?
- 20:35Speaker 4: I mean, when you say it out loud, Yeah, it's
- 20:37Speaker 4: very different, you know, so I have to give yeah,
- 20:40Speaker 4: I have to give us more credit than that, you know.
- 20:42Speaker 4: And I think you know, if I were to rate
- 20:44Speaker 4: it again, yeah, I would be on the you know,
- 20:46Speaker 4: a A minus.
- 20:47Speaker 3: See, I reckon, you're doing so well, and it sounds
- 20:50Speaker 3: like you guys are like, okay, cool, We've got this strategy.
- 20:53Speaker 3: This is what we're going to do, this is how
- 20:55Speaker 3: we're going to do it. I love it. It's been very fun.
- 20:58Speaker 3: I mean, I don't think I'll ever be in a
- 21:00Speaker 3: situation where I can buy a holiday home in Portugal
- 21:02Speaker 3: that would be elite but I adore that. I got
- 21:05Speaker 3: to learn about your story and what you're getting up

- 21:17Speaker 3: are definitely on the same page about that.
