On this episode, I did a recap of all the major running events from the past weekend! I also started the episode as I always do - breaking down my training from last week.
Track season is now officially heating up with the Diamond League in full swing + many top Americans making their outdoor season debut at the LA Track Fest! I recapped both of those events including Parker Valby’s epic 5k win at the LA Track Fest.
Of course I also gave my comments on the failure that the Enhanced Games was! Enjoy!
