- 0:03re-fi, or an investment deal?

- 0:07That feeling of opportunity lost is all too common
- 0:10with loan officers.
- 0:11Most lenders are leaving future business on the table,
- 0:13not because of bad service,
- 0:15but because they're not showing up when it matters most.
- 0:17Hey, you're listening to the Mortgage Marketing Radio
- 0:19podcast where we help mortgage professionals
- 0:21close more loans with less effort.
- 0:23If you don't know who I am, my name is Jeff Zimfer.

- 0:30the digital real estate shift.
- 0:33Today on the show, we're asking,
- 0:35how do you stay top of mind with past clients
- 0:36without relying on labor and sense of follow-up
- 0:38or losing the personal touch to automation?
- 0:40To help us answer that, we're joined by Andrew Penner,
- 0:43co-founder of mylow.ai.
- 0:46It's a platform purpose built to help loan officers
- 0:48turn databases into deal flow
- 0:50while keeping the human connection intact.
- 0:52In this episode, we're gonna learn three primary things.
- 0:54By 82% of your clients never return to you
- 0:58and how to stop that churn,
- 0:59how behavioral intent signals can reveal
- 1:01which past clients are ready to transact with you
- 1:04before they hit the open market
- 1:06and the delicate balance between automation
- 1:08and authenticity in today's AI-driven world.
- 1:11We'll also dig into how companies like Rocket Mortgage
- 1:14are working to own the entire funnel
- 1:16and what you can do to compete with them.
- 1:18So if you're ready to learn the strategies
- 1:20to get more business from your past client database,
- 1:22stick around for this episode of mortgage marketing radius.
- 1:25Andrew, welcome to the show.
- 1:39Thank you.
- 1:40Great to be here.
- 1:41Thanks for having me.
- 1:42I want to jump right into it today and talk about, you know, this, this platform got to
- 1:47be honest, wasn't on my radar until you and I connected and I'm going to allow you to
- 1:52give the, you know, the executive summary definition of what is Milo, what problem does it
- 1:58help solve?
- 1:59Sure.
- 2:00Yeah.
- 2:01And the roots of it kind of go back to my days on the lending side.
- 2:04So I used to run marketing and some other functions for a high growth mortgage lender at
- 2:09a Connecticut.
- 2:10And, you know, a big thing that I think a lot of lenders have dealt with whether really
- 2:15aggressively and painfully like I did or even silently is the problem of customer churn.
- 2:21You know, we work so hard to get these customers in the door, whether it's through agent
- 2:25referrals or whether, you know, I also manage consumer direct for a, for that lender and,
- 2:29you know, you're paying $2,000, $3,000 in acquisition, call us per closed deal.
- 2:33And that's okay.
- 2:34You can make money on that if you price the loan right and if you're handling comp well.
- 2:38But then we would just let this repeat business slip through the cracks and we were disciplined.
- 2:43We were really strong with what we did, you know, as an example, would do a, had a mandate
- 2:48where we have to send a mass email every two weeks to at least a segment of our database,
- 2:53touching every customer about every six to eight weeks.
- 2:55And that worked really well.
- 2:56In the year that I left, we originated three billion, about 500 million of that was marketing
- 3:02assisted production, but we couldn't rest on our laurels and the thing that drove me crazy
- 3:06was when I would have loan officers come to me for price concessions because their customer
- 3:10went to their bank first and they got a half a percent lower.
- 3:13Or we'd see, you know, our credit monitoring, we'd see an alert pop up and that customer
- 3:17had already gotten a right quote from Rocket.
- 3:19Now we're in it with Rocket, right?
- 3:20Or we get a reply to those mass emails and somebody says, sorry, I already refinanced.
- 3:24Those kind of things drive you crazy because you worked so hard to cultivate this database
- 3:28for most loan officers.
- 3:30I think if you asked them their biggest asset, maybe besides the realtor portfolio would
- 3:34be their closed loan portfolio.
- 3:36And if you asked them to wait it, it'd probably be like 60% realtor and 40% closed loan.
- 3:41But we constantly fall short on appropriately nurturing that closed loan database.
- 3:46And you know, what kind of pushed me over the edge?
- 3:48I had used tools like Homebot, I had used tools like Home IQ.
- 3:52And what pushed me over the edge was we were turning customers and I saw that we were
- 3:56not alone.
- 3:5782% of customers use a different mortgage lender on their next transaction.
- 4:01And so when you look at that, there's clearly a systemic problem that wasn't being addressed
- 4:06by the solutions out there.
- 4:07And so to more directly answer your question, we did a few things differently when we launched
- 4:13my loan.
- 4:14Because we wanted the loan officer and the lender to be front and center.
- 4:18It's not Homebot branded, it's not Home IQ branded, right?
- 4:21It is, I set you up with home value reports from my company, whether I'm from Fairway,
- 4:26Movement, Total Mortgage, or any other lender, right?
- 4:29And I am featured front and center throughout the entire experience.
- 4:33The second thing was, you know, I always agreed philosophically with what those tools
- 4:38brought to the table, but we wanted to close the loop as well as we opened it.
- 4:43I think those platforms do a great job.
- 4:46And I give a ton of praise to Homebot and Home IQ for what they do.
- 4:49They do a great job of opening the loop with the customer, getting me interested, okay,
- 4:53wow, I have, you know, my home's worth this much, I have this much equity.
- 4:57That's great.
- 4:58Now what, right?
- 4:59And I can mess around with some calculations there.
- 5:00But with Milo, we bring that opportunity back to the lender.
- 5:05We're tracking over 40 different behavioral signals within the experience that we provide,
- 5:09which is, you know, home value reports, white label home search site, and a bunch of really
- 5:13great tools and calculators and things like that.
- 5:15But we're also tracking what that customer does across the web.
- 5:18So now we have this change with trigger legislation, right?
- 5:21I think Katie Swiney and a bunch of people have done a great job of lobbying and honestly
- 5:26helping customers more than anyone, but making it so now, you know, there's much tighter
- 5:30restrictions around how we monitor credit and how trigger leads are sold.
- 5:34And we need to be able to get to the customer before that event happens.
- 5:37So what we see with Milo is the alerts that we're sending to the loan officer and to the
- 5:41lender through CRM are coming about six to eight weeks before that credit is pulled.
- 5:46So it's no longer, I mean, the checkout aisle.
- 5:49And then I grabbed a snickers and now somebody from Reese's is like, hold on, hold on, wait,
- 5:53you should grab a Reese's, right?
- 5:55Because I might have already seen, hey, the snickers is half the price, right?
- 5:58I've already sold myself, even if Reese is my favorite candy, now I've sold myself
- 6:01on snickers and they're trying to win me back instead of being there when I needed them
- 6:05in the first place.
- 6:07So we help build that relationship.
- 6:08We give the loan officer the information they need to turn it truly into a relationship
- 6:12and not just a transactional occurrence.
- 6:15So in our case, we integrate with just about every CRM.
- 6:18We do it deeply.
- 6:19It's bidirectional.
- 6:20You close a loan, comes into our system in real time.
- 6:22Loan officer leaves, you can update that and reassign the loans in real time in our system.
- 6:26A customer engages, you get that interaction alert right in CRM, a report is generated,
- 6:31will give you the underlying data in CRM.
- 6:33So it's this perfectly bidirectional system, no login needed and just hits loan officers
- 6:38where they are.
- 6:39And I think it's important to know your audience that way as well.
- 6:42Yeah, there's a lot in there.
- 6:44I mean, what's coming up for me is, you know, of Mr. Cooper and of course, of Redfin.
- 6:50And so they are definitely going all in on top of funnel activities, not only top of funnel,
- 6:55but actually obviously through the other acquisitions there, through middle and bottom, right?
- 6:59So I mean, it looks like they're trying to own the entire funnel, right?
- 7:02They are.
- 7:03And it's a smart play.
- 7:04I give them their flowers.
- 7:06I think they're also using it to their advantage on the TPO side as well, through RocketPro,
- 7:10using Redfin to generate some leads there.
- 7:12And yeah, that's a smart company.
- 7:14They know what they're doing.
- 7:15They are one of the few lenders who buck the trend of customer, you know, poor customer retention, right?
- 7:21They do a great job retaining the past client database, but a lot of what they do even is through just pure labor, right?
- 7:28Reaching out to those customers, they have a ton of, you know, people dialing out on those clients.
- 7:34Yeah. And that's important.
- 7:35The question is just what approach do you take as a lender?
- 7:36And I think each lender needs to feel that out for themselves.
- 7:38Yeah. And then I think that's where to like, my little can come in from what I understand of it is,
- 7:43you know, getting back to some of what you just described, intent monitoring, right?
- 7:47Client engagement, you know, if we're, if we're to be in the same ballpark,
- 7:51has somebody like a rocket who's, who's, you know, got that share of customer because they've made those investments throughout the funnel.
- 7:59The question then becomes, you know, is, is what do we do?
- 8:02How do we maintain our database?
- 8:05You know, I talked to a law officer the other day, we had them in our small group community.
- 8:09Wade bets if you're listening, shout out to you.
- 8:11So Wade, I think he said 65% of his business comes from his past clients.
- 8:17And that is a rare number.
- 8:19Most L.O.s cannot say that.
- 8:21That is true. That's incredible.
- 8:22It's very incredible. No, and especially knowing that in his career thus far,
- 8:25he's funded over 800 million and loans, but he's very methodical.
- 8:29He's very used to word labor intensive.
- 8:31He's doing the annual financial reviews.
- 8:33He's doing the actual birthday calls, you know, those, those different labor intensive things.
- 8:39And what I'm excited about with AI and looks like your integration of and use of AI and different milestones and intent monitoring
- 8:47is that shouldn't we be able to streamline or to a degree, rely on a platform to help us stay top of mind.
- 8:56So it's not necessarily always manual labor.
- 8:59Yeah. I think that's really important.
- 9:01And you know, I haven't figured out the right way, you know, on a personal level.
- 9:06I think it's hard when you talk about AI and what that follow up can do.
- 9:09Because I think there's a massive unlock there in the future.
- 9:12The challenge you have is, you know, I try to use this letmas test and it's probably flawed.
- 9:16But, you know, would I do it, for example, with my friends or with my wife, right?
- 9:20Because ultimately that's the kind of relationship we want to have with our past clients,
- 9:23with our agents and the people who are really important in our sphere of influence.
- 9:26And to trust that all to AI, I think you risk taking the personal part out of the relationship, right?
- 9:34I'm all for AI and leads, for example, I think that's great.
- 9:37There's no preexisting relationship with our past client database is sacred.
- 9:40And so we've been really careful to walk that line cautiously in Milo.
- 9:45And one of the, you know, I think the biggest thing that we can do is I focused less on the conversational piece
- 9:51and more on what value can we provide, right?
- 9:54Even in my conversations with my wife, there's value additive things that I can do, right?
- 9:59Or with my friends.
- 10:00And so in this case, what do people care about?
- 10:03Well, you've just helped them with the biggest transaction they will probably make in their life
- 10:07until maybe the next house they buy, right?
- 10:09It's for most people where most of your net worth is tied up in.
- 10:12And they have, they don't have great ways to track that value.
- 10:16I mean, you can use Zilla, right?
- 10:18But we all dog on Zilla and for good reason.
- 10:20But at the same time, that's a decent estimate of value, right?
- 10:24But it only gives you part of the equation.
- 10:25The next step and what we can do to provide value to our customers is,
- 10:29hey, we have revolving that at an all time high rates are starting to come down.
- 10:34How can you make smart financial decisions with your equity to get liquidity that you might need
- 10:39to just make your life better?
- 10:40And putting those numbers, it doesn't make sense for a loan officer to prepare that full analysis.
- 10:45I love, you know, mortgage coach, for example,
- 10:47but I'm not going to put a total cost analysis together for every client in my database, right?
- 10:51But you can get a ton of leverage with tools like Milo to be able to automate that part of the conversation
- 10:56and then open up genuine conversations as a result.
- 10:59And I think that's where we hang best.
- 11:01Yeah, I agree.
- 11:01I think that's a great point is we don't want to automate the relationship away.
- 11:05And I always go back to, you know, a quote that I heard a while back,
- 11:08which was the most human company will win.
- 11:11And especially in this day at age with AI and deep fakes and people questioning, is it real or not?
- 11:16Hey, are you tired of cold calling realtors and feeling like you're getting nowhere?
- 11:20With my agent classes, you don't have to chase agents anymore.
- 11:23We hand you a done-for-you system of ready-to-teach presentations,
- 11:27plug-and-play marketing, and even 200 producing agents to invite.
- 11:31So you can double your agent referrals in 90 days or less.
- 11:34Plus, you'll get weekly coaching and a community of loan officers
- 11:37sharing exactly what's working right now.
- 11:40Here's a quick win from one of our members.
- 11:42I joined it because I was tired of doing business the way that regular loan officers
- 11:46have been doing it in my market, which is just making the core calls every Monday and Friday,
- 11:51check anyone with real estate agents.
- 11:53I had done that for years and seemed like everybody was doing that.
- 11:56I needed something different.
- 11:57And I wanted to find a way that I could work with the agents that I want to work with.
- 12:01I wanted to find a way that I could have a captive audience
- 12:04every month, every couple weeks, where I could find agents that were like-minded
- 12:08and that wanted to work with me as well.
- 12:10So it's probably brought in, I'm just guessing here,
- 12:12but it's probably brought on in the three years I've been back with the program.
- 12:17It's probably brought on.
- 12:18I'd probably say about $40 million in volume since then, right?
- 12:22And it's led us some massive relationships.
- 12:24And I wouldn't be able to do those things without this program.
- 12:28The value of these Friday calls are so incredibly valuable for all of us.
- 12:33I get upset if I miss it on a Friday.
- 12:35The cost of this program is worth it just because of these Friday calls that we're on,
- 12:40where we help coach each other.
- 12:41We're just here to help each other add value to our real estate partners.
- 12:44Are you ready to stop chasing and start attracting agent referrals on demand?
- 12:48Book a call at mortgagedmarketing.pro or hit the link in the show notes.
- 12:52Now back to our show.
- 12:53Do you think that would you agree that people the rare,
- 12:57the actual conversation like this, whether it's over the phone or whatever,
- 13:01but the actual interaction, there's a time and a place for AI and AI voice and all that.
- 13:06But where do you think what would you advise a loan officer or how have you structured or
- 13:10designed Milo to make sure that that human interaction is still part of it?
- 13:15Yeah, that's a great question.
- 13:16And I'm long on AI.
- 13:19I think one thing that we can rely pretty heavily on is that AI is going to get better and
- 13:25better every six months, right?
- 13:27You have kind of, what was it, Moore's Law with computing that was years and years of every 18
- 13:34months, computing power would double.
- 13:35I think we're in a place where every six to 12 months AI is doubling in power and in what it
- 13:41can handle.
- 13:42I mean, we're probably maybe it's sensationalism, but we might be within a few years of
- 13:46basically super intelligence, not sorry, not general intelligence, not super intelligence,
- 13:51but a place where AI can probably start to have those conversations in a way that you would
- 13:55when it learns enough about you.
- 13:57Right now, in its current state, it's still a little fallible, right?
- 14:00It's still prone to hallucinations.
- 14:02It's still going to say some things that are not authentic no matter how much training data you
- 14:05give it.
- 14:06But I do think as that technology evolves and as we as lenders, I think a big thing for lenders is
- 14:12starting to structure your data and your database for an age of AI.
- 14:17And what I mean by that, for example, is they need to get to know your customers.
- 14:20So how much customer data are you storing?
- 14:22What is the breadth of that data?
- 14:23How accessible is it?
- 14:25And also your loan officers, how much data do we have?
- 14:29Are we recording conversations?
- 14:31Are we making sure that we have good structure to how our emails are logged and managed?
- 14:37So that that can eventually be fed into these algorithms and be used as training data
- 14:41to be able to really get to that next level of personal connection.
- 14:46Because you've probably seen AI in some cases is better at rebuttals than people now.
- 14:53And I think that's a good jumping off point.
- 14:57Rebuttals is probably the easier of the things to mimic versus a genuine human relationship.
- 15:03But still, it's getting there.
- 15:04And so in due time, it will be there.
- 15:06And if you don't invest in it now, I think now is a good time,
- 15:09but if you don't invest in it now, I think structuring yourselves
- 15:12for that investment down the road to make sure you make the most of it is going to be mission critical.
- 15:16Yeah, it'll be interesting to see the use cases.
- 15:18It's going to vary based on company and what their what their head count is internally.
- 15:22Like, you know, thinking back to our conversation about rocket.
- 15:25I mean, there is an argument to be made that they could scale back on some of their call center
- 15:29because AI might help the streamline some of those opportunities to to identify what points
- 15:34they are at what stage in that readiness.
- 15:36Because I think one obvious use case of AI is to tee up the the client and the conversation
- 15:43to once it identifies that's at a stage ready to talk to a human.
- 15:46That's the time to hand it off.
- 15:48And right now, there's probably a lot of human interaction that will be eventually handled
- 15:53by AI because it's more efficient streamline.
- 15:55And it's not a customer experience burn in most cases.
- 15:59Would you kind of agree with that?
- 16:01Yeah, I think so.
- 16:02We'll probably end up seeing a bit of a bifurcation in the market too, at least temporarily.
- 16:06Where you're going to find some organizations and you're right,
- 16:09company size is definitely a factor.
- 16:11But I also think there are some small companies that can get massive
- 16:15unlock from the efficiencies of AI.
- 16:17And it's really interesting because you've we've seen this trend as business has been harder
- 16:21to come by of consolidation.
- 16:23And it'll be really interesting.
- 16:24You know, you have some democratization happening from UWM and rocket bringing life
- 16:28into the broker world again, which I think is healthy.
- 16:31And it's going to be interesting to watch over the next few years how there will be
- 16:34different strategies, right?
- 16:36There's going to be some people who get an enormous amount of leverage with AI.
- 16:38There's also going to be some loan officers who can get just who can be that
- 16:43personal relationship, right?
- 16:44We as people crave that personal connection.
- 16:47And so there's going to be the efficiency play versus the human play.
- 16:50All right, well, let's let's do this.
- 16:51Before we hit record, we were talking about right now in the market,
- 16:54we're seeing some favorable headwinds finally, which is likely a reduction
- 16:58in the interest rates.
- 16:59We're already seeing some movement on that probably further movement.
- 17:02And so we're going to open up this new pool of potential buyers.
- 17:05Maybe some people might be somewhat of a market for refies out there.
- 17:08But let's just say this, I'm a loan officer listening right now.
- 17:11I don't have a platform right now that optimizes my engagement with my database,
- 17:17right?
- 17:17Through a financial digest, through property searches,
- 17:20and all the various things that you guys do on your platform,
- 17:23which we'll put a link in the show notes,
- 17:24which it's mymylo.ai.
- 17:27That's m-y-m-i-l-o.ai.
- 17:30Link in the show notes if you want to go check it out.
- 17:31But if I'm a loan officer and I don't,
- 17:34and I haven't done a good job of nurturing and staying top of mind with my past client database,
- 17:39I want to prep for potential opportunities coming in 2026.
- 17:43What would you advise?
- 17:44I mean, could it be that I can take my database and upload it to mylo,
- 17:49like tomorrow, and I can start building some of that future business?
- 17:52A hundred percent.
- 17:53Yeah, we have a super easy onboarding process.
- 17:56We take a lot of care and how we do it.
- 17:58And yeah, if you have your database in good shape,
- 18:01and if you don't, by the way,
- 18:02that's order of business number one, right?
- 18:04Make sure you have that database in good shape,
- 18:07because it's going to be a awesome one.
- 18:08I mean, think about, you know, I know most people don't use the CRM.
- 18:12It's amazing if you did, right?
- 18:14But even just having a spreadsheet of your past clients,
- 18:17I know some of the best loan officers I know,
- 18:19just track their people in a Google sheet.
- 18:20And that's fine, right?
- 18:21As long as you have it in some sort of organized format,
- 18:24where you can measure it and you can structure it,
- 18:27right, because you can't manage what you can't measure.
- 18:29And so if you're just flying by the seat of your pants,
- 18:32you're not going to maximize your potential.
- 18:34So that's order of business number one.
- 18:36But once you do have that,
- 18:37there's a ton of great platforms, right?
- 18:39I would make sure you do some credit monitoring.
- 18:41If you don't do it,
- 18:43you know, if you don't have a system through your company,
- 18:45which most companies do,
- 18:46you could use a system like stick them.
- 18:48They're a great platform for individual loan officer credit monitoring.
- 18:51I would look at, you know,
- 18:52what kind of platforms can I use to get alerts from across the web,
- 18:54but looking at mylo specifically,
- 18:56we immediately will start engaging
- 18:58about 70% of your customers every month.
- 19:01Just because people, again, it's value-added of content, right?
- 19:03People want to see these home value reports.
- 19:05They want to check out their equity in the home.
- 19:07You're going to see generally around one and a half
- 19:10to three and a half percent of those people reaching out to you,
- 19:12or at least being observed as high intent actors
- 19:16through our system.
- 19:17Our job is to skim the cream off the top of your database.
- 19:19You talk about time before, right?
- 19:21There's unlock that comes with AI
- 19:23in terms of automating conversation.
- 19:24There's also unlock that comes from having the right platform
- 19:28do some of that pre-filtering for you.
- 19:30You can look at your potential deals in your pipeline
- 19:33as needles in the haystack, right?
- 19:35Platforms like mylo are the super magnet
- 19:36that allow you to kind of pull them out
- 19:38without much effort.
- 19:41And then we're also, you know,
- 19:42something we don't talk as much as we probably should
- 19:45about is we track customer interactions across the web as well.
- 19:49And so it's not just what occurs on the home value reports we send,
- 19:53the tools that we send, the white labeled home search site
- 19:55that we have for each loan officer and letter on our platform.
- 19:58But it's also, what if that customer goes to
- 20:01XYZ comparison shopping site and looks at a mortgage renautical?
- 20:04It fills out a form or, you know,
- 20:06saves a home on a top home search site.
- 20:08We get that data back and we're letting the lender know
- 20:11and it's not our best guess at predicting, you know?
- 20:14It's a, we believe that loan officers are competent professionals
- 20:18and if properly equipped with the right data about their customers,
- 20:21they're going to know who to reach out to and what to say.
- 20:23And so our job is to figure out how do we skin the cream off the top of that database,
- 20:27give them the most effective way that they can spend an hour or two in their week
- 20:32to make sure that they're maximizing their chances.
- 20:34Because I don't know if you saw Jeff,
- 20:36I think it was ICE recently put out some numbers that
- 20:3925% I think they did a survey of homeowners and 25% of homeowners
- 20:44plan to refinance or tap into their home's equity over the next year.
- 20:48So if you have a database of a thousand loans,
- 20:51that's 250 loans potentially up for grabs.
- 20:54In that same study, they said that in Q1,
- 20:57I think less than 25% were retained by lenders.
- 21:00So you have this kind of rule of 25.
- 21:0225% of my database is now high opportunity,
- 21:05but I'm going to retain less than 25% of it,
- 21:07use platforms like Milo, like Sticum,
- 21:10like even Redder, you know, to be able to make sure you maximize the loyalty
- 21:14from those customers.
- 21:15Interesting.
- 21:16Okay.
- 21:16Yeah, I think that's very, very important.
- 21:18We need to stay top of mind, right?
- 21:19Be present throughout the funnel as much as possible.
- 21:22You know, that's, I guess that's part of the challenge today,
- 21:24though, too, is like we need to quote be everywhere, right?
- 21:26That it's includes online and social media and have a Google business profile.
- 21:30It can be very overwhelming for modern mortgage professional.
- 21:34No doubt.
- 21:34Yeah, hopefully, in a lot of cases,
- 21:37I know a lot of good companies will help with that.
- 21:38So if you haven't reach out to your company's marketing department,
- 21:41see if they can help you, right?
- 21:43But if not, I mean, I've done this,
- 21:45you know, I did this, I had my own marketing consulting firm
- 21:48before I came into the mortgage industry.
- 21:49And it's really not that hard, right?
- 21:52It's overwhelming.
- 21:53I think that's a great way to put it.
- 21:54But once you say, okay, I'm going to sit down.
- 21:57I'm going to commit to doing this.
- 21:58It starts to become a lot clearer.
- 22:00You can create that Google My Business page.
- 22:01You know, it's a one shot thing.
- 22:04There's platforms like YXT out there
- 22:06that can even help create a bunch of listings at once, right?
- 22:10Contents a whole different story that requires a lot of discipline.
- 22:13But you have some great episodes on your podcast about that
- 22:15that I definitely think people should listen to.
- 22:18So what do you think for people who have listed this so far?
- 22:20And maybe, like we said, you know,
- 22:22maybe they've been on another platform.
- 22:24Maybe they haven't or maybe they were in the past.
- 22:26And they're not currently on one.
- 22:27They're kind of orphaned out there.
- 22:28And they don't really have a database, you know,
- 22:31reactivation awareness platform or system.
- 22:35This sounds like a softball, but I would assume.
- 22:37It's like, hey, go check mylo.ai out, right?
- 22:41I mean, what else would you want to say to anybody listening?
- 22:43Yeah, I would say now is the time to do it, right?
- 22:45I just mentioned, I mean, we're about to see
- 22:49if these people who are a heck of a lot smarter than me
- 22:51are correct about the market.
- 22:53We're about to see probably the biggest boom we've had since COVID.
- 22:56And so I don't blame the people that, you know, have waited
- 23:01and are, you know, pulling back.
- 23:03Gosh, if I was a lender, for example, you know,
- 23:05if I had the choice between getting a new piece of software
- 23:08or keeping an employee that whose family depends on me,
- 23:10like, I'm going to try and do the latter, right?
- 23:12But now I think we're starting to see the industry is turning a corner.
- 23:16The market is turning a corner.
- 23:17It probably won't be nearly as rapid, but as it was prior.
- 23:22But now is the time to make those investments,
- 23:24because you want to give yourself some time to
- 23:27percolate adoption through your organization,
- 23:29to warm up your past client database and make sure
- 23:31that you're filtering through, like, really getting
- 23:34to the relationship part of that life cycle.
- 23:37Yeah.
- 23:38And so yeah, I would definitely, I'm biased,
- 23:41but check out my Milo.
- 23:42See what we can do and look at some other options as well,
- 23:45because I really think at the end of the day,
- 23:47every person's business is different.
- 23:48They have to figure out where the gaps in their personal strategy are
- 23:52and what works best for them.
- 23:53But I think we've worked hard with a lot of empathy for loan officers
- 23:57to find a solution that can work for just about everyone.
- 24:00Yeah, and that's why I wanted to bring you to my audience here today,
- 24:03because of awareness is like, people need to know
- 24:07what's out there for choices.
- 24:08And so I think this is another great opportunity
- 24:10for anybody listening that feels like this might be a fit.
- 24:13Check it out, dig further.
- 24:15I don't get anything for this,
- 24:17other than my job is to make sure you guys are staying
- 24:20top of the heap when it comes to modern mortgage originator.
- 24:24I hate to use that word, but that's what we have.
- 24:26But to really just help you be a better loan officer,
- 24:29and for me, it comes down to people process and technology.
- 24:32And this is one of those opportunities for you to leverage a tech stack.
- 24:36That's going to help you capture more of that future business.
- 24:38So I'm glad we're able to connect and chat about this.
