Transcript
- 0:00Speaker: The quintessential ecstasy of being born is the gift of life we share.
- 0:10Speaker: It is everywhere all the time, and yet we ignore it because we have learned to ignore it.
- 0:22Speaker: It can be brought to the fore of one's mind, of one's being, of becoming more awake, aware of one's own body, of one's own function.
- 0:38Speaker: This is what we're talking about.
- 0:41Speaker: It begins by feeling one's heat, something more simple.
- 0:47Speaker: It continues with feeling one's chest rising and then subsiding as one breathes.
- 1:01Speaker: Following in this way, one step, one smaller step at a time.
- 1:07Speaker: You want instantaneous self-realization.
- 1:10Speaker: It doesn't come that way.
- 1:12Speaker: It is step by step, for each step is a realization of a greater realization to come.
- 1:21Speaker: It is this way.
- 1:23Speaker: You must take one step to learn to walk.
- 1:28Speaker: You must try to speak and utter words before you learn to communicate effectively.
- 1:35Speaker: This is the way it is.
- 1:38Speaker: Finding a wider sense of looking at things inside of oneself, a wider perspective, ability to foster a sense of more experience because of one's focus, of one's concentration.
- 1:57Speaker: This is mindful meditation.
- 2:00Speaker: It is not religious, it is fundamentally being human.
- 2:06Speaker: We are here now in the Aquarian age.
- 2:11Speaker: Have an opportunity to grow, to help educate ourselves, to implement a curriculum of growth, of harmony, of increasing capabilities, virtuosities, potential.
- 2:32Speaker: It is all right here.
- 2:35Speaker: The quintessential ecstasy of being born is a God given gift, yet it is spurned most of the time by most of mankind.
- 2:53Speaker: People wonder what we need to do.
- 2:57Speaker: We need to return to our fundamentals, to our physicality, to our understanding of our human nature, of our DNA, to our understanding of evolution as a planet, as a sphere, of iron, of our sun, of our solar system, of our galaxy, of universe, of creation, of time, of space, of everything in between, everything which is changing all of the time.
- 3:32Speaker: Every moment, flowing, passing moment.
- 3:37Speaker: It is all here.
- 3:39Speaker: Putting one's hands in a greater state of awareness on one's sides.
- 3:44Speaker: You can put your hands out, holding them up.
- 3:47Speaker: Forearms and arms also, shoulders taking some of the weight, getting a better sense of what we're talking about in gravity's pull.
- 3:56Speaker: I'm doing it ,too.
- 3:58Speaker: One's hands doing as you wish.
- 4:00Speaker: You can turn them, you can even play with your fingers.
- 4:04Speaker: You can bring them together in front of your chest in a prayerful posture, allowing fingers and thumbs and palms to touch, feeling the warmth, being here now, doing as you wish.
- 4:20Speaker: Being aware of one's heat, of one's breath.
- 4:24Speaker: We were talking about that.
- 4:26Speaker: These are good tools to find one's foundation.
- 4:29Speaker: Add to this one's pulse, one's heart squeezing and subsiding awareness.
- 4:38Speaker: This is one's pulse.
- 4:40Speaker: Feeling the undulations as it travels around your torso, your arms, your legs, feeling the blood in a wave, in a crescendo, traveling, spreading energy for cells to live.
- 5:00Speaker: Following in even more deeply beneath this.
- 5:04Speaker: In the integrity of one's being alive, in the very first place, one's body functioning as an organism, everything is shimmering with life force, energy.
- 5:24Speaker: This is what is going on.
- 5:27Speaker: We are, as we've been saying recently, torches of energy in our atmosphere.
- 5:35Speaker: We are radiant, you and I, all warm-blooded creatures, radiant with energy.
- 5:45Speaker: Being here now, knowing what you're doing and why, and where, and who, and when, and what, and how.
- 5:57Speaker: Answering the six questions of Thomas Wilson, when you have a question coming into one's mind, digging deeper, wider, with a sense of being a witness objectively, to discern as much as and being receptive as much as one can.
- 6:23Speaker: Being accepting of one's receptivity.
- 6:28Speaker: This is accepting a responsibility for growth, for one's self-harmony, for awareness, for making improvements, making an effort, being open-minded.
- 6:50Speaker: This isn't working right, let me change.
- 6:54Speaker: This is working great, let me continue.
- 6:57Speaker: Listening with integrity, authenticity, fortitude, discipline, perseverance, kindness, understanding, sympathy, compassion, empathy, these are all, not one or two traits, patience, all of them are necessary for one's self-realization.
- 7:27Speaker: Why would they not?
- 7:29Speaker: Each one of these aspects of a human thought, of a moment's time, because they are what that is.
- 7:38Speaker: They're adjectives of time's motion, of a thought's motion through a moment.
- 7:45Speaker: Each one of these attributes then is what?
- 7:48Speaker: It's like a sauce.
- 7:50Speaker: It's a flavoring, it's an enhancement of or a detriment to, depending on what one is thinking.
- 8:01Speaker: This is what mindful meditation is to help us pause and witness ourselves, come to a better conclusion, a small step of self-improvement.
- 8:16Speaker: This is mindful meditation.
- 8:20Speaker: It is everything, it is all day.
- 8:23Speaker: It is not to be done for ten minutes or for ten hours, it is to be done as much as one can.
- 8:31Speaker: It is just being aware, being alert, being alive.
- 8:38Speaker: In the present moment, we are here now, bundles of miracles, torches in the atmosphere, humbled, in the realization of the energy of creation, how expansive, how magnificent the immensity and potential.
- 9:07Speaker: Thankful, full of gratitude to have an opportunity to be able to think, period, just to be able to be here and think, to continue to make efforts to improve, to rise, be understanding, be determined.
- 9:29Speaker: For it is in the makeup of man.
- 9:32Speaker: We follow an oscillation in our own physicality and our own mind's workings.
- 9:42Speaker: We rise and fall.
- 9:44Speaker: This is the nature of the energy of our universe.
- 9:50Speaker: It's oscillating back and forth, always changing.
- 9:54Speaker: And what we need to do is learn to yield to it and be more understanding that things are changing, and we need to be adaptive, open to this change, and allowing ourselves, being receptive to possibilities of making small changes, in improving ourselves, new ways, new suggestions to heighten our beings, to shine.
- 10:33Speaker: Immersed in this universe of energy, humbled by our perspective, thankful for our participation.
- 10:51Speaker: The music's continuing for another minute, please linger. namaste
