Transcript
- 0:17SPEAKER_02: Welcome back to the Conscious Glow Up.
- 0:19SPEAKER_02: I am your host, Crystal Ward, intuitive energy healer and life coach and restaurant server, and we are going to get into how to make more tips as a restaurant server because I am bringing on Holly Fanukin.
- 0:31SPEAKER_02: She is one of my peers at Guided Light Healing.
- 0:34SPEAKER_02: We have a ton of stuff in common, including the fact that we are developing our intuition, learning energy healing, uh, even things like we both play the piano and have studied and utilized the subconscious mind rewiring in our coaching businesses.
- 0:50SPEAKER_02: Um, but we are also part-time restaurant servers, single mom.
- 0:54SPEAKER_02: So we have a lot to connect on, and we thought it would be really fun to bring you an episode where we talk about how we apply what we are learning as intuitives and energy healers and just everything about energy and spirituality and laws of the universe into our serving jobs so that we can make more tips.
- 1:12SPEAKER_02: And Holly went from averaging 10 to 20%, which if you are here in 2026, you know that that is not a livable income.
- 1:21SPEAKER_02: Uh 10% was what the dinosaurs paid when they were tipping.
- 1:25SPEAKER_02: Um, she went from that and realized, okay, what is going on in my energy?
- 1:29SPEAKER_02: What are the what is this reflecting from my life, which we get into?
- 1:33SPEAKER_02: Um, and now she makes at minimum 20, 25, 30% tips on a regular basis.
- 1:38SPEAKER_02: So I hope you enjoy this episode as much as I did.
- 1:41SPEAKER_02: I had so much fun talking to Holly.
- 1:43SPEAKER_02: So if you are a restaurant server or if you make if you're a commission-based employee and you want to learn how to use your energy to make more money, this is the episode for you.
- 1:53SPEAKER_02: However, I will say this is going to be extremely valuable, even if you are not one of those kinds of employees, because we talk about how your energy field affects those around you and how you can actually calibrate other people's energy.
- 2:07SPEAKER_02: If you are so it doesn't have to be a table who might be frustrated or something, but you might be out in the world at dinner with somebody or at a family event, and somebody's energy is it's just not a um it's not a comfortable experience.
- 2:21SPEAKER_02: They're not maybe in a good mood.
- 2:23SPEAKER_02: So we talk about how to actually use your energy to bring their energy up.
- 2:27SPEAKER_02: And we talk about if you're a server, how to how to utilize that at your tables.
- 2:33SPEAKER_02: But this episode, we also go we also go pretty deep into reflections.
- 2:37SPEAKER_02: So you've heard me talk about the creator field and reflections.
- 2:40SPEAKER_02: Holly gives an awesome, unique perspective into that as well.
- 2:43SPEAKER_02: So anyone who is spiritual, anyone who typically vibes with what I talk about, keep listening to this episode, even if you are not if you even if you don't work at a restaurant or not a server or make commissions, it is highly valuable.
- 2:56SPEAKER_02: So I'm going to welcome Holly Fanukin.
- 2:59SPEAKER_02: Hello, Holly Fanukin.
- 3:01SPEAKER_02: How are you?
- 3:02SPEAKER_02: I'm doing well and yourself?
- 3:03SPEAKER_02: I'm well, thank you.
- 3:05SPEAKER_02: Thank you for doing this episode with me.
- 3:07SPEAKER_02: So we're going to talk about well, we're both tip-based employees in addition to having our spiritual energy healing businesses.
- 3:14SPEAKER_02: So we are going to talk to other people who have tip-based jobs, or maybe you make commission.
- 3:21SPEAKER_02: Um, this will go for anyone who can benefit from the kind of information we like to share on energy and how our our inner world, how we're thinking and feeling about ourselves, then affects our life in front of us.
- 3:38SPEAKER_02: So that really I have found working in the service industry for about 18 years, the more I get into this kind of energetics work, the more I see how it really is true that when I am when I'm intentionally looking at my energy and I guess manipulating it would be a word, but when I'm intentionally getting into specific energies or bringing in energies into my day, I see how that act has an effect on other people, and then especially the results that I am having day to day in my job as a restaurant server.
- 4:16SPEAKER_02: So, Holly, how long have you been a server?
- 4:19SPEAKER_00: Actually, so I got into serving in 2017, and I did that until COVID hit, and then when COVID hit, obviously that kiboshed everything, and then I recently got back into it um in April.
- 4:38SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so in just April this year.
- 4:40SPEAKER_00: I recently got back into it because I needed, I've been doing so many studies, as you know, lately, uh, because we're in the same uh community, but doing so many studies to in uh to better understand all of what we're learning and then implementing it into our life.
- 4:59SPEAKER_00: I picked up uh serving part-time, and I wanted that because of the kind of cash you can make.
- 5:08SPEAKER_00: If I'm going to work, I want to make sure it's worth my time and my energy.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: Awesome.
- 5:14SPEAKER_02: And the flexibility too is fantastic.
- 5:16SPEAKER_00: Yes, especially because we are both mothers and yes, and I honestly when I served back, I did serve at Lone Star for anybody that knows Lone Star.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: It was one of my favorite positions ever in my whole like it was one of the top, like I had so much fun doing it.
- 5:36SPEAKER_02: And do you have do you find that you have that fun at your current job as well?
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: I do.
- 5:43SPEAKER_00: I do because I'm under like now that I understand, I'm not getting, I used to get really frustrated and think it was like back in 2017.
- 5:52SPEAKER_00: I used to think there was like just some grumpy customers or just some customers, and now understanding so well about the creator field, I'm like, ah, I get it.
- 6:04SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 6:05SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and we're gonna get into that later in this episode.
- 6:08SPEAKER_02: I can't wait to hear you talk about how you see even other servers who you work with, how you know the types of tables we attract.
- 6:16SPEAKER_02: So we are definitely gonna get into that.
- 6:17SPEAKER_02: And you mentioned the creator field.
- 6:19SPEAKER_02: So my audience has heard me talk about the creator field probably every every episode.
- 6:23SPEAKER_02: So I would love them to hear about the creator field from your perspective and your words.
- 6:28SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I look at the creator field like a bubble.
- 6:30SPEAKER_00: It's a bubble wrapped around you, and it is built up of our thoughts, our perceptions, our beliefs, the um our emotions are 60% of it.
- 6:42SPEAKER_00: So however you're feeling is that's 60%.
- 6:46SPEAKER_00: That's a high percentage.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: So just like that alone, if you can understand emotions and then understand your emotions, and then the actions, you have to remember the actions that we take, that all cements within our creator field.
- 6:59SPEAKER_00: And depending on that, I think of it like a radio station, as if like if you're playing country on the radio and you're like, oh, I don't, I don't like country, I want to listen to rock.
- 7:10SPEAKER_00: You wouldn't yell at the radio station.
- 7:13SPEAKER_00: You have to internally switch the dialogue.
- 7:15SPEAKER_00: So, meaning whatever is coming into your life is based on your creator field.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: So you don't yell at the customers, you don't yell at the people for how they're treating you.
- 7:25SPEAKER_00: You have to internally change the thoughts, the perceptions, the emotions, the actions that you're doing.
- 7:31SPEAKER_00: And then that changes the dial, which then creates a different reality of how people treat you.
- 7:37SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's beautiful.
- 7:38SPEAKER_02: And that goes right perfectly into what we're gonna talk about on how to make more tips as a restaurant serverslash commission-based employee.
- 7:47SPEAKER_02: So what is well, why is this such an important thing to consider the creator field when you want to make more tips?
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: Because what well what happens is most servers are blaming the economy.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: They're blaming inflamm like I was gonna say inflammation.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: Oh my goodness.
- 8:09SPEAKER_00: Sometimes though they are blaming their inflammation, but they're blaming like how all the prices are rising, nobody has money.
- 8:17SPEAKER_00: You're placing the blame on the outside and external thing.
- 8:20SPEAKER_00: Now, to be honest, you can blame all you want, but that's not fixing your problem.
- 8:25SPEAKER_00: It's not fixing what you actually want to change.
- 8:27SPEAKER_00: The reason you're bitching about it is because you want something different.
- 8:32SPEAKER_00: Well, if you want something different, you can't continuously just sit there and talk about how bad it is.
- 8:37SPEAKER_00: You actually have to do something to change it.
- 8:40SPEAKER_00: Most people don't understand that you can actually change it.
- 8:43SPEAKER_00: They think, no, it's everything outside of me.
- 8:46SPEAKER_00: It's the restaurant, it's the people, it's the customers.
- 8:51SPEAKER_00: They're not taking any, and I know this is very hard depending on where you're at, but like taking any responsibility of how we are creating everything.
- 9:01SPEAKER_00: And I I do understand because I still get frustrated at times and be like, ah, like, how am I creating this when I get stuck in my own shit?
- 9:11SPEAKER_00: But I know because I've been doing this work for so long, how we are creating every single thing.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: The shitty client, the shitty customer, the one that's nagging you, the one I do get it and I fully understand because I've created it and then watch the energy of seeing how I was actually doing that to myself.
- 9:30SPEAKER_00: Or so, like if you're looking, which everybody loves money, I'm sure of it.
- 9:35SPEAKER_00: If you're actually looking to shift and change your life, I would highly recommend understanding and learning how this actually works.
- 9:43SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and and I think it would be really easy for somebody who's very, very new to this information to think, oh, so you're telling me I have to just blame myself for everything when that person was a jerk and that person did this, but actually, it's it's a chance for you to take full feel fully empowered in your life that okay, rather than letting someone say someone gives me the middle finger in traffic, rather than letting that thinking, oh, they're so mean.
- 10:09SPEAKER_02: I I am having mean people in my field now thinking, okay, well, maybe I can this is an opportunity to look at maybe where am I giving myself the middle finger?
- 10:17SPEAKER_02: What area of life, and then I can meet myself in a different way, you know, with more love and grace and compassion, and say, here's all the reasons you don't deserve to give yourself the middle finger in this area of life.
- 10:29SPEAKER_02: And and that nothing is more empowering, in in my opinion, than being able to take control like that in your life and being able to say, Okay, well, if I created it, then I can change it.
- 10:40SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 10:41SPEAKER_00: Yes, because there are a lot and me as well have been down the vicious spiral of like blaming, oh frig, I created this.
- 10:52SPEAKER_00: This sucks.
- 10:53SPEAKER_00: I I'm the one to blame.
- 10:54SPEAKER_00: And it's like, no, no, no, it's just a redirection, it's to show you like, hey, hey, if you don't catch this, if you don't shift it, it's just gonna get worse.
- 11:05SPEAKER_02: And it does.
- 11:06SPEAKER_02: And especially us being in this work, we can see like, oh, I I clearly missed that.
- 11:11SPEAKER_02: And then I look at something small that happens, I'm like, oh, I that's gonna grow if I don't address this now.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 11:17SPEAKER_00: And it's not to punish us or anything.
- 11:19SPEAKER_00: I think it's the greatest power to have to understand that we are creating everything.
- 11:23SPEAKER_00: Like that, like, so if I create it, like, look at how powerful I am.
- 11:27SPEAKER_00: I created this, this, this, and if I just shift it, I can create the opposite.
- 11:31SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 11:32SPEAKER_02: And and we I'm excited to talk about how we bring that into making tips.
- 11:37SPEAKER_02: So the other day, um, I was I it was one of just kind of one of those days where I'm like, geez, when is it gonna stop?
- 11:44SPEAKER_02: You know, getting hit, not hit from all angles, but just things kept happening that were making me feel more frustrated throughout my day.
- 11:52SPEAKER_02: So by the time I got to work, something frustrating happened when I got to work.
- 11:57SPEAKER_02: And I just realized that by the time I was on my second table, I had two at this time, that my I could feel my interactions with my tables and I could feel the reception that I was receiving from my tables.
- 12:09SPEAKER_02: Normally I'm very um just high-energy friendly, engaging, and you can feel that connection.
- 12:16SPEAKER_02: You can feel when you've clicked with your custom with your guests, and I feel that click with all of them because I create that, I have that energy within myself that then lets me have that experience of the click with them.
- 12:28SPEAKER_02: So I could tell with these first two tables, there's just there was no click.
- 12:31SPEAKER_02: And I was like, all right, this is me.
- 12:33SPEAKER_02: I want, I need to take control of this.
- 12:35SPEAKER_02: So I went to the bathroom, and something that I've learned to do that I can tell every single time I do this before a shift, I feel like I make more tips, and people just the guests, it's just so much more.
- 12:49SPEAKER_02: I don't know, it's a really beautiful experience because they are reflecting to me.
- 12:52SPEAKER_02: They will say some of the nicest compliments that I've received.
- 12:55SPEAKER_02: So that day after these two first two tables, I went into the bathroom and I cleansed my chakras.
- 13:00SPEAKER_02: So that's something that I try and do before work, but I was in such a kind of like a pissed-off mood that I was just like, fuck this, I'm not gonna cleanse my chakras before work.
- 13:08SPEAKER_02: And I was like, oh, okay, I think I need to do this.
- 13:10SPEAKER_02: I did it in the bathroom.
- 13:11SPEAKER_02: It took, I don't know, a minute and a half, kind of grounded myself a little bit as well, and walked out of there and created a completely different experience in that shift.
- 13:22SPEAKER_02: And those same guests, they still had those two tables as well, and just the energy felt so much better.
- 13:28SPEAKER_02: So, in those kinds of situations, whether you get to work and you're feeling off or some you feel off, something makes you feel triggers you to feel off during the shift.
- 13:37SPEAKER_02: What do you do in those moments to kind of recalibrate your energy?
- 13:42SPEAKER_00: Um, definitely have had those moments.
- 13:45SPEAKER_00: I can 100% say that.
- 13:47SPEAKER_00: The other thing I want to say exact same thing is there's days where I've noticed that I didn't do my energy setup before work.
- 13:54SPEAKER_00: I didn't cleanse my energy, and same thing.
- 13:56SPEAKER_00: I notice everything's off.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: And so in those moments, instead of like, because before I used to beat myself up, it's just noticing, like, oh, it's just I needed to notice this to know how important my energy work is.
- 14:11SPEAKER_00: Like, oh, I just needed to experience this to see that this energy work, it actually does work.
- 14:19SPEAKER_00: More proof, more confirmation.
- 14:21SPEAKER_00: So some of the things that I do, same thing, even if I can't, because there's sometimes where I don't have a minute and a half to go to the bathroom.
- 14:28SPEAKER_00: So it's literally if nobody, and maybe someone could be around me.
- 14:34SPEAKER_00: My my co-workers love me, so they know I'm a little off.
- 14:39SPEAKER_00: So I'll sit there as I'm making a drink or pouring a drink, but I'll be facing the wall, like looking at the bar, um, and be like, Holly, you're like, you're doing amazing.
- 14:49SPEAKER_00: People love you, and you're such a funny, special, charismatic girl, and like you've got this.
- 14:56SPEAKER_00: So I don't know what we're upset about.
- 14:59SPEAKER_00: And like, to be honest, it's all it's not even real because energy can shift like in a minute.
- 15:06SPEAKER_00: So whatever, even if a customer is upset, it never has anything to do with like let me rephrase this so we I don't get people it when people are upset, it does that's their thing.
- 15:23SPEAKER_00: But for me to be an energetic match for that, there has to be something there.
- 15:27SPEAKER_00: So when someone's act like say someone's mad or whatever, it actually has nothing to do with me.
- 15:32SPEAKER_00: But if I don't want to experience that, I can shift my own internal energy.
- 15:36SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 15:37SPEAKER_02: Yes, yes.
- 15:38SPEAKER_02: So what I hear you say is that our creator field is what creates us being a match to this guest, difficult guest.
- 15:47SPEAKER_02: They the guests, sometimes we just have guests who don't want to have a good time, no matter what, their steak's overcooked, they want to send it back, even though they know it's fine, just because they want to feel good about like sometimes I think it feels good for them to um, if they're already having a bad day, they just don't want to have a good day, they're not making that conscious choice, so they're gonna kind of create their own situations for it to reinforce them not having a good time.
- 16:11SPEAKER_02: So then your creator field is making you a match to that.
- 16:14SPEAKER_02: So, but what we said about the creator field earlier is that that's the part where we actually have control.
- 16:20SPEAKER_02: So if I want to shift out of this situation, then I need to look at okay, what's going on in my creator field in my energy to making me a match to this particular guest?
- 16:28SPEAKER_02: And then what you're saying is that you can actually shift that in a moment.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 16:32SPEAKER_00: Okay, so I'm gonna give you an example just to because I had a table like this.
- 16:36SPEAKER_00: Um, they came in, there was four of them, and it was actually his birthday.
- 16:41SPEAKER_00: And so, like, just like we have reflections, my customers have reflections.
- 16:46SPEAKER_00: So when I say if they get mad, it has nothing to do with me.
- 16:49SPEAKER_00: That's their own reflection.
- 16:51SPEAKER_00: I have my reflections, they have their reflections, but I can still have create control over my creator field.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: So he came in, and our um our draft beer, Stella, is not currently working.
- 17:05SPEAKER_00: Another reflection of you and the restaurant.
- 17:11SPEAKER_00: Yes, because then you have to remember we're all a match for what's going on.
- 17:15SPEAKER_00: So that's a reflection in and of itself.
- 17:18SPEAKER_00: However, he wanted Stella draft, and I'm like, you know what?
- 17:21SPEAKER_00: Sorry, it's not working.
- 17:23SPEAKER_00: I do have can or bottle to help you.
- 17:27SPEAKER_00: And you could tell he was very upset.
- 17:29SPEAKER_00: I always remember, and I've had a couple mentors tell me this when someone's having a tantrum, let them have their tantrum.
- 17:39SPEAKER_00: And if you can hold a smile and be pleasant, it's their tantrum will die out.
- 17:46SPEAKER_00: It because one mentor actually said, when someone's having a tantrum, just picture like a baby or a puppy, whatever, and you can't not smile if you're thinking of a baby or a puppy, like as long as it's a good visual for you.
- 17:59SPEAKER_00: Like if you don't like babies per se, because like if it reminds you of crying all the time, then maybe don't think that.
- 18:06SPEAKER_00: But like think of something that you're like, oh, it's so cute.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: If you can like envision that, you're gonna be and they're gonna calm down.
- 18:14SPEAKER_00: But if you fight them with the same type of energy, it's just gonna fire up.
- 18:21SPEAKER_00: And so in that moment, I could either be like pissed off that I have an angry customer, and it's like, oh, could you not just drink any beer?
- 18:29SPEAKER_00: But I'm like, okay, how can I work with this?
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Like, how can I bring more like energy?
- 18:37SPEAKER_00: So when I went back, instead of like, which mo which most in people in this industry that I see, they tend to bitch about it, like, oh yeah, like why can't you just like you're being difficult?
- 18:51SPEAKER_00: Like, just whatever.
- 18:52SPEAKER_00: And they're like, and but what happens is then they fester, and as soon as you start to fester with this energy, that table becomes worse.
- 19:00SPEAKER_02: Yeah, even if you're festering with the energy in the back of house with your coworkers and you're just complaining about them.
- 19:05SPEAKER_00: Yeah, the energy gets worse, and that table is gonna get worse, and then it's going to just keep growing and growing because anything you focus on, you get more of.
- 19:14SPEAKER_00: There's a lot of focus as well.
- 19:16SPEAKER_00: So I went back and I'm like, you know what?
- 19:18SPEAKER_00: He's gonna order something else, and it's he's gonna have the best time ever.
- 19:22SPEAKER_00: And they just love my energy because everybody tells me that they love my energy.
- 19:26SPEAKER_00: So, like, obviously, they have to love my energy.
- 19:29SPEAKER_00: So there's like how I talk to myself in those moments of when I would maybe tend to be like, oh, this sucks.
- 19:37SPEAKER_00: Of like, no, no, no, how can I shift this?
- 19:40SPEAKER_00: Like, because we're always given opportunities to grow as well and to put our tools into practice, especially restaurants, yeah.
- 19:49SPEAKER_00: So I I love how like how you can how quickly it can shift.
- 19:57SPEAKER_00: Now, I can tell you, I've been doing this a very long time, and the energy moves fast when you are like when you have a knowing of this, when you're learning it, it takes time.
- 20:08SPEAKER_00: It's like going to the gym lifting five pounds compared to 50 pounds.
- 20:12SPEAKER_00: Like you have to look at it that way as well.
- 20:14SPEAKER_00: Because I don't want anybody to get, if this is the first time hearing this information, and they go try it and they're like, I didn't see anything.
- 20:21SPEAKER_00: It's like yes, because what we focus on, we're gonna get if you go, I didn't notice anything, I didn't see anything, nothing shift.
- 20:30SPEAKER_00: That focus, that you're gonna get more of that.
- 20:34SPEAKER_02: Of it not working, yeah.
- 20:35SPEAKER_02: Such a good point.
- 20:36SPEAKER_02: Thank you for taking the time to explain that.
- 20:38SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and yeah, it's very true.
- 20:42SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so rather I was helping someone who said that he used to just ignore those times and power through them.
- 20:47SPEAKER_02: So, have do you see a difference?
- 20:48SPEAKER_02: If there are there ever times you're like, let me just ignore this situation and just power through it and not do my energy work, not cheerlead myself.
- 20:55SPEAKER_02: Can you feel a difference?
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
- 20:57SPEAKER_02: It gets worse, yeah.
- 21:00SPEAKER_02: Right, yeah, because then you're still focusing, you're like focusing on how you have to power through in this situation, which is then creating more situations where you have to power through.
- 21:08SPEAKER_00: Yes, it yes, 100%.
- 21:11SPEAKER_00: And I I also want to say is all like I'm not sure how in depth of like how much you've talked about reflections, but all the all the like if I have a customer that's coming in, okay.
- 21:24SPEAKER_00: One, I can I don't usually have this, but anytime I do, I'm like, I know exactly what it is, is where I have needy tables.
- 21:32SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 21:33SPEAKER_00: Yeah, where I have a table that it's like, hey, can I grab you anything?
- 21:37SPEAKER_00: Does anybody need a drink?
- 21:38SPEAKER_00: And they're like one person will be like, oh yes, could you get me this?
- 21:42SPEAKER_00: I'm like, yes, anybody else?
- 21:43SPEAKER_00: And they're like, no, no, we're good.
- 21:44SPEAKER_00: And I go get the drink and I come back, and then oh, could you get me ketchup?
- 21:48SPEAKER_00: And I was like, I just asked you guys.
- 21:50SPEAKER_00: I was like, yeah, sure.
- 21:51SPEAKER_00: Is there anybody else?
- 21:52SPEAKER_00: And I go get the ketchup, and they're like, oh, I forgot I need this.
- 21:55SPEAKER_00: Like I've had tables like this, and I was like, What the is going on?
- 22:01SPEAKER_00: And I I've got it down that anytime that I have those tables is because I'm putting so much pressure on myself in a different area of life, and I'm very overwhelmed.
- 22:15SPEAKER_00: But it's yes, putting pressure on yourself.
- 22:19SPEAKER_00: Right, because as soon because when I'm in it's the mirror, right?
- 22:23SPEAKER_00: Of like there, it's not that they're putting pressure, but that I feel pressure because I have, and this always happens when I don't have just one table because I wouldn't mind.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: Of course.
- 22:33SPEAKER_00: When it's when I have seven, eight tables, and I'm like, guys, like I have to go see somebody else.
- 22:40SPEAKER_00: Like, but it's showing me of how much pressure that I I'm putting on myself in other areas of life.
- 22:50SPEAKER_00: Because in the restaurant, that's not the restaurant, is because I focus there and my m and a lot of money comes from there.
- 22:59SPEAKER_00: Like, yes, my business has money coming through it as well, but there's certain goals that I have that I'm using the restaurant money for.
- 23:07SPEAKER_00: And so because I pay attention here, this is how the universe, like my creator field, the universe communicates with me because I pay attention.
- 23:16SPEAKER_00: So, like my dating life, because I avoid it and don't pay attention, I don't get reflections there because I'm not putting my energy there.
- 23:26SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so the the reflection is showing up in an area that is not the actual root of the reflection.
- 23:31SPEAKER_02: So you're getting these tables that are putting pressure on you because there's another area of life where you're putting pressure on yourself.
- 23:37SPEAKER_02: And again, with that's not to blame ourselves, be like, oh God, Holly, there you are, putting pressure on yourself again.
- 23:43SPEAKER_02: Um, you're so annoying, you make life so hard.
- 23:45SPEAKER_02: You're like, oh no, this is an incredible opportunity for me to see where I'm putting pressure on myself and see how and ask myself and figure out a way to not put so much pressure on myself because pressure creates resistance, pressure keeps us from the things we most want.
- 24:01SPEAKER_02: So if I'm putting pressure on myself, I'm likely keeping myself from the results I want in that area.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 24:08SPEAKER_00: And the other thing that just came to mind, it's also not noticing all the things that I am doing.
- 24:15SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, right.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 24:17SPEAKER_02: Rather than like, oh, I brought them ketchup, yeah, I brought them the drink, yeah, I brought them this.
- 24:21SPEAKER_02: You're like, shit, they want more, they want more, they want more.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 24:23SPEAKER_00: And so that's me in my business.
- 24:28SPEAKER_00: Not noticing all the things that I have been doing and thinking I need to do more and I need to do more and I need to do more.
- 24:35SPEAKER_00: That's amazing.
- 24:36SPEAKER_00: So then my table needs more, my table needs more, my table needs more.
- 24:41SPEAKER_00: So, yeah, it's it's I'm doing these things to myself in my business of putting a lot of pressure on like, oh, you need this, you need this, you need to get this, why don't you have this?
- 24:52SPEAKER_00: And then also, I need more, I need more, I need more, I need to do more.
- 24:56SPEAKER_00: And then it's showing up in the restaurant of you have to do more.
- 25:01SPEAKER_02: You have to so if someone was like, oh gosh, this learning about reflections and and having to see my life in this way where I'm creating everything, that sounds exhausting.
- 27:10SPEAKER_02: Um, you know, how could we show someone that the benefits of this of like looking at reflect decoding everything that happens in life?
- 27:19SPEAKER_02: What is the point of this?
- 27:20SPEAKER_02: Why do we want to do this?
- 27:22SPEAKER_00: Because I can't, I will say when I first started learning about reflections, I want to say a good year and a half to two years, it drove me nuts.
- 27:32SPEAKER_00: I'm not going to lie.
- 27:34SPEAKER_00: But then there did come a time, and there's still times where I get frustrated, and then it's only for a second, then I'm like, okay, I can shift this.
- 27:42SPEAKER_00: Like this, I don't know why we're frustrated here.
- 27:45SPEAKER_00: Um I can say, but I do get frustrated because I I had a belief that I wasn't capable.
- 27:54SPEAKER_00: So that's the reason why I was having so many reflections on top of reflections, because I had a belief, and that most people that get overwhelmed, that is the core belief stemming from it is feeling like you're not capable.
- 28:09SPEAKER_00: So, what I would recommend if you're just getting into this, it's like, can you remember when you're a kid learning how to build Lego or you found it fun, you found it interesting, getting yourself back to like, okay, this is really cool because if I stick with this, it might be hard just like learning how to like lift at the gym or learn a new language.
- 28:32SPEAKER_00: It is like learning a new language, to be honest.
- 28:35SPEAKER_00: But if I can just have fun with it, and even if I spent 15 minutes a day of just trying to understand something, it's moving my life in the direction that I want, and it is going, it will pay off.
- 28:50SPEAKER_00: It 100% will pay off as long as you just never give up.
- 28:55SPEAKER_02: And it's kind of like intuition, the point of it being to get where we want to go quicker, and not quicker from like a time scarcity place or needing to hustle, but just what why wouldn't we want to get where we want to go quicker with less obstacle and less, you know, less potholes.
- 29:10SPEAKER_02: Less potholes, exactly.
- 29:12SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
- 29:13SPEAKER_02: Yes, I live on a dirt road, so I'm a well-aware of potholes.
- 29:17SPEAKER_02: Yeah, less potholes.
- 29:19SPEAKER_02: Why think that's beautiful?
- 29:20SPEAKER_02: Yeah, less potholes that ruin the vehicle in a shorter amount of time.
- 29:26SPEAKER_02: Right.
- 29:26SPEAKER_02: And the more these we have these limiting perceptions about ourselves, which cause the reflections, it's just we can get so beat down and suddenly have zero belief or faith in ourselves that we'll be able to create the results we want.
- 29:39SPEAKER_00: 100%.
- 29:40SPEAKER_00: I I do say if you're on this journey, unconditional love and self-love will be the game changer of like just two things talking to yourself like a five-year-old, like, oh my god, I'm so freaking proud of you that you spent 15 minutes.
- 29:58SPEAKER_00: I mean, I feel like I might have not solved it, but I wrote some notes about what I was feeling, or just like the amount of people that don't give themselves like credit probably most people.
- 30:12SPEAKER_02: Yeah, most people in this kind of society we live in.
- 30:14SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
- 30:15SPEAKER_00: I would say um giving yourself credit for just doing the thing, not getting the result, just doing the thing, right?
- 30:25SPEAKER_00: And then the unconditional love for even doing this work, because I would say 99% of people aren't gonna do this work because it's it is easier to blame the outside world, it is easier to blame no, he was just an asshole, or she was just a bitch, like it right, that is easy because then it takes the blame off you, and it is a temporary, it will make you feel good for a couple seconds until you get the next rude client.
- 30:55SPEAKER_00: Right, right.
- 30:56SPEAKER_02: And and sometimes I've I realized lately that I will spend a moment letting myself feel emotional, even if that's thinking, oh, they were a bitch, they were rude, and being a human about it first, and then when I'm ready, whether it's that day, depending on what it is, maybe it's a week later, if it's a really heavy thing, and eventually looking into the reflection because I don't want to keep recreating that or having it get bigger, but just letting ourselves be human because I think a lot of people looking into this spiritual world, this type of work, kind of it it part of it feels like you have to go against your natural human instincts of having emotions.
- 31:32SPEAKER_02: So I like to just honor that I am human and spiritual, let myself be emotional and then do the work to get the reflection to figure out the reflection.
- 31:40SPEAKER_00: 100% because when we are emotional, um, our frontal cortex shuts down, our intuition shuts down.
- 31:47SPEAKER_00: So we can't, we're not even using a logical brain at all.
- 31:51SPEAKER_00: So, like, and it's okay.
- 31:53SPEAKER_00: We're actually we were meant to come here and experience emotion, so that's part of the journey as well.
- 31:59SPEAKER_00: So giving yourself, yes, that and like giving ourselves because I feel like our generation might have been like, hey, suck it up, don't cry.
- 32:07SPEAKER_00: Like rub some dirt on it, is what I heard growing up.
- 32:11SPEAKER_00: Yeah, like uh there's people going through way worse things than this.
- 32:15SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was like, well, that's true, but I still feel like shit right now.
- 32:19SPEAKER_00: Yes, yeah.
- 32:20SPEAKER_02: Let me cry a little bit and then we'll get over this.
- 32:22SPEAKER_00: Yes, and yeah, I remember hearing a mentor say any time that she would be going through it, she goes, I give myself 24 hours to like, she's like, to play victim, to be sorry for myself, and then that's it.
- 32:36SPEAKER_00: That's it.
- 32:37SPEAKER_00: Then I have to shift.
- 32:38SPEAKER_00: But she's like, I give myself that.
- 32:42SPEAKER_00: And sometimes I'm like, okay, it's like I there's been times, not very many, but lately, but like in the past, where I'm like, I'm I'm on the couch and watching movies all day because I've had enough.
- 32:56SPEAKER_02: And then that's going to refuel you, empower you for when you're finished with that, versus just like the other person said, just power through it.
- 33:04SPEAKER_02: If you just power through it, you're gonna get, I mean, it's kind of I just see like a head being pounded into cement, it gets worse and worse and worse.
- 33:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 33:13SPEAKER_00: So I actually talking about reflections, um, had a reflection on my way to work in August.
- 33:20SPEAKER_00: So we're in October now.
- 33:22SPEAKER_00: So um, and it's very funny because reflections kind of pretty much tell you exactly what's happening.
- 33:29SPEAKER_00: But I I got in a car accident on my way to work where a tree, it was a heavy storm here, and a tree broke off and slammed on the road right as I plowed through it.
- 33:41SPEAKER_00: Oh my gosh.
- 33:43SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 33:44SPEAKER_00: And so, like, that's a pretty intense reflection.
- 33:47SPEAKER_00: Holy shit.
- 33:48SPEAKER_00: But as like when I was sitting in the car, like like my bot my whole body was shaking.
- 33:55SPEAKER_00: I don't like it was not like we talk about levels of one to ten reflections.
- 34:00SPEAKER_00: I don't even think it was that.
- 34:02SPEAKER_00: Like I wanna like a say a six or like it wasn't a head because yeah, I don't, yes, it was a heavy reflection, but I don't think it's a level 10 reflection.
- 34:13SPEAKER_00: Anyways, one of the belief one of the the breakdown of what the whole thing was me having a belief that things need to be hard and I'm just going to push through it no matter what.
- 34:32SPEAKER_00: Meaning there was something that was not working out in my life, and I, instead of like sitting down, looking at the energy, seeing where I was supposed to go in life, instead, I'm like, I'm just gonna figure this out and power through.
- 34:46SPEAKER_00: But the only reason I have that belief is because there was an instant a memory, there was a memory still locked there of where that happened, where something hard, instead of redirecting myself into something, I was trying to do something that wasn't aligned with my life.
- 35:02SPEAKER_00: But instead of like using intuition to figure it out, because I didn't have intuition, like I had it, but I didn't, like I didn't know about it back then, because it was years and years ago.
- 35:14SPEAKER_00: I powered through to make it more difficult.
- 35:18SPEAKER_00: And so that's where the belief stemmed from was from way back then.
- 35:21SPEAKER_00: And then it led to a ripple effect of having many events in my life where it was like I'm like, well, I'm just gonna have to power through and do this the hard way.
- 35:34SPEAKER_00: So the reason is because this belief had been showing me multiple different levels of like how this was happening, but I wasn't picking it up.
- 35:43SPEAKER_00: And it wasn't until the car crashed that I'm like, wow, okay, maybe I should check this belief though.
- 35:49SPEAKER_00: What's going on?
- 35:50SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we don't want the level 10.
- 35:51SPEAKER_02: If that's only a level six, we don't want to see Holly at a seven, eight, nine, or ten.
- 35:55SPEAKER_00: Yeah, well, because like there's like I look at it and it was like the way it happened is like everything was perfectly timed of how it when it hit and I drove through it, how my car is totaled, but the airbags didn't go off.
- 36:12SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 36:13SPEAKER_00: And they're like, what do you mean the airbags didn't go off?
- 36:15SPEAKER_00: You ran into like a a tree like a and um which I think was perfect because most people that have the airbags they get like a broken nose, da-da-da.
- 36:32SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 36:33SPEAKER_00: Um, I ended up with uh a mild concussion, but the headaches only last, and when I got the headaches, I'm like, oh, I have been beating myself up.
- 36:41SPEAKER_00: I better work on that reflection.
- 36:43SPEAKER_00: So the the headaches only lasted for a very short amount of time because I I knew how to work through that reflection.
- 36:51SPEAKER_00: So there was multiple different lay layers to this story, but just like how you can have something big like that happen and still work your way through it.
- 37:04SPEAKER_00: Obviously, I did not work through the reflection that night, but it took some time over time, but like something like then I'm like people ask, well, like why would those things happen?
- 37:17SPEAKER_00: It's like because of where I'm going, I do not want that belief.
- 37:22SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for when you can't serve it.
- 37:24SPEAKER_00: Yeah, for the next for my next level of business or and I was I would pay attention, obviously, to like I loved I loved my car, but I was able to get a new, like a newer car to me, but I paid cash for it.
- 37:42SPEAKER_00: And like, as we know, yeah, nice.
- 37:44SPEAKER_00: I know when I told Al, I'm like, Al, Al, I paid cash.
- 37:48SPEAKER_00: He's like, that's a baller move.
- 37:51SPEAKER_00: That's a baller move because most people don't pay cash, and when you can pay cash for well, that goes for your creator field.
- 37:59SPEAKER_02: Oh my goodness.
- 38:00SPEAKER_02: Yes, wow, and so your the tree story, I'm so glad you're okay.
- 38:07SPEAKER_02: And powering through, that's interesting that that was your theme there because that's what we're talking about.
- 38:11SPEAKER_02: Just how that is a huge reflection, right?
- 38:14SPEAKER_02: That powering through can feel show up so loudly in life, and we still ignore it.
- 38:19SPEAKER_02: And then, you know, at a restaurant, I'm at a table and my feel my energies off, that's still powering through.
- 38:24SPEAKER_02: So if I just feel like, oh, I have to power through here, that can't that same reflection can over time get louder and louder and louder.
- 38:32SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 38:33SPEAKER_00: And what I want to add to that is when we don't pay attention and we don't and we power through, the reflection has to happen in multiple different areas of life.
- 38:45SPEAKER_00: So now that you're ignoring it in your career, it's gonna show up in your partner or your family, or it's gonna show up in your finances or social life or physical life, or um, yeah.
- 39:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah, but all eight areas of life.
- 39:03SPEAKER_00: Yes, it's gonna show up somewhere else that you love and you pay attention.
- 39:08SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 39:10SPEAKER_02: So thinking about the types of tables we attract, like you were talking about um attracting the needy tables, showing you how you're putting pressure in your life.
- 39:19SPEAKER_02: What what have you seen um outside of yourself?
- 39:22SPEAKER_02: So think about some co-workers, a coworker multiple that you know who maybe they're always attracting the same kind of table, maybe they're getting stiffed a lot.
- 39:31SPEAKER_02: I worked with a guy at my restaurant, he doesn't work there anymore, but this man got stiffed, I think every day.
- 39:37SPEAKER_02: There were some days, one day he said he got stiffed four times.
- 39:41SPEAKER_02: So what do you see in other people?
- 39:43SPEAKER_02: And then when you're witnessing this experience in them, um, I don't know if you're like me where I'm trying to, I'm not telling them I'm doing this, but like kind of decoding their reflections in my head.
- 39:53SPEAKER_02: Oh, that's so good.
- 39:55SPEAKER_00: De uh decoding other people's reflections.
- 39:57SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 39:58SPEAKER_00: Um, okay, so yes, I have definitely seen that, but also I what else I do is when I it's when I hear about that, I make sure that I'm not a match for receiving that.
- 40:11SPEAKER_02: Oh, oh, because it could be a law of previews.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 40:14SPEAKER_00: Ah, so that's always my go-to, is when I hear somebody else getting stiff, I'm making sure that I'm not a match for it.
- 40:24SPEAKER_02: That's such an important piece because even if say we're not a match to literally getting stiffed, we are seeing they're telling us that because we're still that's still a reflection for us to see someone else get stiff.
- 40:37SPEAKER_02: So then would you say, Holly, that that's an opportunity to say, oh, okay, well, if I'm hearing about this from somebody else, maybe I need to look at where I'm, what would you call that reflection?
- 40:46SPEAKER_02: You know, where I'm where I'm taking where I'm not seeing my own value.
- 40:51SPEAKER_00: Okay, where I'm not seeing my own value in my own life.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 40:54SPEAKER_00: So like I'm gonna say when I first started back serving, I was only getting 10%.
- 40:59SPEAKER_00: And I was like, what the fuck is this?
- 41:00SPEAKER_00: And I was like, okay, I gotta put this creator field to the test of like, why am I continuing to get 10%?
- 41:07SPEAKER_00: The reflection came to back to not seeing my own value.
- 41:11SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 41:12SPEAKER_00: What area of life?
- 41:13SPEAKER_00: Did do you remember?
- 41:14SPEAKER_00: Um, it was business again.
- 41:17SPEAKER_00: Okay.
- 41:18SPEAKER_00: It wasn't, it wasn't just business though.
- 41:20SPEAKER_00: There was two.
- 41:22SPEAKER_00: It was business, and I think it was also because it was happening with my so I had the reflection, but it was happening at work where I was only getting 10%, and it was also happening at home with my daughter where there was things going on there, but it was all showing me the same reflection of me not seeing my own value.
- 41:42SPEAKER_02: So there's your point of this is showing up in all areas, and then some areas it will feel louder, especially if we're making money in that area, like at a restaurant.
- 41:49SPEAKER_02: It's gonna be pretty loud.
- 41:50SPEAKER_02: 10%, that's fucking low.
- 41:53SPEAKER_00: That is, and so once I once I solved the reflection, I was like making a 10 to 25 or sorry, 20 to 25 or even higher.
- 42:05SPEAKER_00: So it was a drastic change when I started to then oh, oh my goodness.
- 42:11SPEAKER_00: Okay, I'll start to see the value that I bring.
- 42:15SPEAKER_00: But it wasn't in serving, it was in my business and at home and stuff.
- 42:22SPEAKER_00: Um, so that's the other thing is I had a girl that I worked with, and she same thing, she she'd come up and be like, oh, I got they didn't tip me.
- 42:32SPEAKER_00: Oh, they didn't tip me.
- 42:33SPEAKER_00: Oh, and I'm just like, oh my goodness, like, and then I'm always because I understood because I dealt with this for like it a little long because I was a little frustrated with it, right?
- 42:43SPEAKER_00: Because I started back to serving to make this extra money so I could do the training and courses that I wanted to do.
- 42:52SPEAKER_00: And so then I was like, this money is for the so it's also so it wasn't just it was my spiritual is showing up in spiritual as well because that was the money to use for for my trainings and my courses.
- 43:05SPEAKER_02: Wow.
- 43:06SPEAKER_02: So you started seeing your value in your business and yourself, and then that affected your tip percentage.
- 43:13SPEAKER_02: Did that also can you explain to us how seeing your value and then maybe a couple other ingredients will help you not only be prioritized by the you know, by your guests, the amount of tips you're making, but what about when it comes to different stations at someone's job or being valued and feeling respected by their team or especially the management team?
- 43:36SPEAKER_00: Oh, 100%.
- 43:39SPEAKER_00: You like it shifts a bunch of different things.
- 43:42SPEAKER_00: Like people, when I started to see my value, not only in my serving job, that the people would comment on things more openly.
- 43:53SPEAKER_00: Um, but also at home, my daughter would say different things, and then also with um my business, I was getting more feedback there, and just like it was a ripple effect of like people that and this might sound crazy, but then the way when I was outside and I'd be at a grocery store and people just say hello and hi, how are you?
- 44:17SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Oh, good, like people would smile and just be like, Hi, open the doors.
- 44:23SPEAKER_00: Like it is a ripple effect of like literally how we treat ourselves and the value we see in ourselves is a ripple effect of the external world.
- 44:35SPEAKER_02: And and you can see this, you know, if we're used to if we've done this work for a while, which we both have, we're kind of used to that.
- 44:42SPEAKER_02: Oh, people opening doors, saying hi, all of these great things.
- 44:44SPEAKER_02: So then we can really see it.
- 44:46SPEAKER_02: If there's a day where we are off, maybe we wake up and we've been beating ourselves up, then like, geez, I'm really not getting that same kind of reception out in my life.
- 44:55SPEAKER_02: And that's another opportunity where you can tune in, you know, instead of powering through, do the cheerleading, look at what's going on in your in your own energy chakra stuff.
- 45:05SPEAKER_02: What other kind of energy work might you do?
- 45:08SPEAKER_00: Um, so ingredients.
- 45:09SPEAKER_00: You talked about ingredients.
- 45:10SPEAKER_00: Yes.
- 45:11SPEAKER_00: I love, I love, love, love ingredients, and it's taken me a while to like understand how they work.
- 45:19SPEAKER_00: Um, but remember how I said it took me a while because um I was a person when I first started learning about ingredients who was like, oh, like I'm gonna check the box.
- 45:30SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I did the ingredient, it should work.
- 45:33unknown: Right.
- 45:33SPEAKER_02: I woke up one day and I wrote it down on my notepad and I thought it should work.
- 45:38SPEAKER_00: And I should yeah, it should work.
- 45:40SPEAKER_00: However, I was I was missing a huge part, which is the connection, the emotional connecting to it.
- 45:47SPEAKER_00: Like there is a deep understanding about how ingredients work.
- 45:52SPEAKER_00: So I'm not sure I'm gonna share like one one ingredient.
- 45:58SPEAKER_00: Um, and it's for making tips specifically.
- 46:04SPEAKER_00: Sure, let's do that one.
- 46:05SPEAKER_00: Okay, okay.
- 46:06SPEAKER_02: Um listening, if you're making tips or commissions, Holly's gonna give you an ingredient and you make sure to emotionally shift, like emotionally feel the truth of this.
- 46:16SPEAKER_02: Ingredient in your body, and you might have to do some work to actually 100% get there, but she's gonna give you an ingredient.
- 46:22SPEAKER_00: So, like it would be to use your name.
- 46:24SPEAKER_00: So it's Holly, you are the best hands-down server that anybody's ever had.
- 46:32SPEAKER_00: So, as soon as I start doing this, so yes, you're gonna write that down, but then you're gonna you have to prove it to yourself.
- 46:40SPEAKER_00: You can't just this is the other part that I missed for a while.
- 46:44SPEAKER_00: Is like, okay, Holly, you are hands down the best server in the world.
- 46:49SPEAKER_00: Well, how?
- 46:50SPEAKER_00: Why?
- 46:51SPEAKER_00: Because I remember that you knew that the person before they told you they wanted sour cream and you gave it to them, and they were so appreciated, and they put it put the smile on their face.
- 47:03SPEAKER_00: Because now you're getting the neuropathways, which are in our brain, connected, and your brain's not gonna fight it.
- 47:12SPEAKER_00: You have to be so specific with the brain, otherwise, it's an affirmation, and that's why affirmations don't work.
- 47:18SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because usually in affirmation, you're trying to combat the opposite, right?
- 47:25SPEAKER_00: But in the combat, the subconscious mind is 95% and the affirmations 5%.
- 47:31SPEAKER_00: Which one do you think is gonna win?
- 47:33SPEAKER_00: Always the subconscious, always, always subconscious.
- 47:36SPEAKER_00: So you have to start proving how you're the best of the best because I am the best of the best of being holly.
- 47:43SPEAKER_00: There's no other holly out there, and nobody can bring the energy that I have, and I'm also the best of the best because I understand energy.
- 47:51SPEAKER_00: So people feel energy.
- 47:53SPEAKER_00: So when they feel me come up, they feel how warm and comforting and how loving I am, and how I want them to have the best time, right?
- 48:03SPEAKER_00: So the like these are the things that I program into my creator field, so I don't have to tell them, hey, I'm fine, I'm the most loving.
- 48:13SPEAKER_00: They feel that.
- 48:15SPEAKER_00: And so then they open up, they laugh.
- 48:17SPEAKER_00: I make jokes all the time.
- 48:20SPEAKER_00: And some people are nervous to make jokes because they don't want to offend people or but I make jokes because that's another thing that's in my creator field, is like how funny I am and how people love it.
- 48:31SPEAKER_00: But I've programmed this to work for me.
- 48:35SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because if you're if you don't actually think you're funny, if someone doesn't think they're funny, but they're like, Oh, I want to be funny, I like my funny coworkers, so I'm gonna go and make a joke.
- 48:43SPEAKER_02: If you still have that belief that you're not funny, it's probably gonna flop and then it's gonna reinforce feeling funny, right?
- 48:51SPEAKER_00: It's gonna backfire because if you have a belief that you're not funny, but you try and program it before you believe before you have the proof, yes, it will come back in your face, and that like something like that customer will like tell your boss you're inappropriate, or like something will happen because you're not there yet.
- 49:13SPEAKER_00: So it will cause a reflection because you still don't believe it yet.
- 49:17SPEAKER_02: And that's why the proof is so important.
- 49:19SPEAKER_02: And you guys, this proof doesn't have to be monumental, it doesn't have to be, you know, I got a microphone and did a stand-up show, now I'm funny.
- 49:25SPEAKER_02: Your proof can be I said one tiny, tiny little thing, and it could start with, oh, and my coworker smirked.
- 49:31SPEAKER_02: Like, okay, that's a smirk is on the way to a laugh.
- 49:33SPEAKER_02: And then just the little things that you do, if I'm the best of the best server, proving to myself, like Holly's example with the sour cream, that's not something outrageous.
- 49:41SPEAKER_02: It's very simple.
- 49:42SPEAKER_02: And the more and more you prove to yourself these little moments, then the more and more you're going to believe it, and the more and more you're going to be a match to those bigger moments.
- 49:51SPEAKER_00: And the funny thing is, is I have, and it you know it's working based on this, is I have tables that be like, How long have you worked here?
- 50:00SPEAKER_00: And I'll tell them, like, oh, because I started, I switched companies, but I worked in the one location, so they recently, like I want to say within a month, switch me to a different location.
- 50:12SPEAKER_00: I'll be like, Oh, I've only been here two weeks, and they're like, I you would never be able to tell, like, you're so amazing, you know your stuff.
- 50:19SPEAKER_00: But these are the things that I'm always programming in.
- 50:25SPEAKER_00: And the one thing is, is I was never funny before.
- 50:29SPEAKER_00: That's something that that's a skill I've learned.
- 50:32SPEAKER_00: You can learn any skill, whatever.
- 50:35SPEAKER_00: But I've learned that with laughter and understanding individuals, you can switch anybody.
- 50:45SPEAKER_00: Like if they're mad, if you they don't understand things.
- 50:48SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 50:49SPEAKER_00: And so like I've taken tables that were mad because like I it was a little busy that I was a little slower behind, be like, sorry, I'm new here, I'm just learning.
- 51:00SPEAKER_00: Thank you for your patience.
- 51:02SPEAKER_00: And then, like, it's almost like they like, oh, their their heaviness drops, but just on like that's another thing about servers is you have to understand how to read people.
- 51:12SPEAKER_00: And like, I believe we have like with all the training we have, it's like works out 100% like yeah, how to read people and then shift their energy as well.
- 51:24SPEAKER_00: Because once I shift my energy, they have to automatically because whoever the other thing you have to remember is whoever's energy is the strongest dictates that whole environment.
- 51:38SPEAKER_00: So oh, go ahead.
- 51:40SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 51:40SPEAKER_00: So if the other individual at the table is 60% rooted in anger because they didn't get their Stella, I understand that I know this work, so my energy can override his because I know I'm more powerful just because I understand the creator field and how emotions work.
- 52:02SPEAKER_00: So if I shift my energy, he naturally has to shift.
- 52:07SPEAKER_02: So if his energy is say at a seven, is his emotions or at a 75% and you're at like a 45%, you know, feeling good, and you you go up to this table and he's at 75%, can you kind of in the moment by reading his energy intentionally build your say we'll just say happiness or good vibes?
- 52:25SPEAKER_02: Can you can you intentionally build that to kind of expand past his 75 and then have him start to match you?
- 52:32SPEAKER_02: Yes, 100%.
- 52:34SPEAKER_02: And how how might you do that in the moment?
- 52:39SPEAKER_00: Okay, so um, I'm trying to okay, so I had a table.
- 52:47SPEAKER_00: This is a different table that came over.
- 52:49SPEAKER_00: They came like I'm in Canada, for anybody that doesn't know.
- 52:53SPEAKER_00: I'm in Canada, but I'm right on the border, so we get a lot of Americans that come over.
- 52:57SPEAKER_00: And I had a table that was like questioning me about the menu, and just like you could see the irritation on their face because I couldn't answer all their questions.
- 53:08SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, hey guys, like I get it.
- 53:11SPEAKER_00: We want answers.
- 53:12SPEAKER_00: I know I want answers.
- 53:14SPEAKER_00: I was like, but this is my second day.
- 53:17SPEAKER_00: I'm like, and you got the new girl.
- 53:20SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I like this sucks.
- 53:23SPEAKER_00: You got the new girl.
- 53:24SPEAKER_01: That's for us both.
- 53:26SPEAKER_00: But I find that if you can make light of the situation, because I knew they were frustrated.
- 53:32SPEAKER_00: They were frustrated because I couldn't answer the question.
- 53:34SPEAKER_00: So, how could I make a joke of myself in the situation by still being funny?
- 53:40SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's great.
- 53:42SPEAKER_00: Yeah, of like, hey, it sucks.
- 53:44SPEAKER_00: You guys are stuck with the new girl.
- 53:47SPEAKER_00: This this is uh because right there, they're gonna like have a little more compassion.
- 53:52SPEAKER_00: It was it was my second day.
- 53:53SPEAKER_02: They had a lot of honesty too.
- 53:56SPEAKER_02: They did.
- 53:57SPEAKER_02: Even if they know that even if they can see, oh, we're super busy.
- 54:00SPEAKER_02: Oh, you know, yesterday I had one table in the room I was in, and then suddenly the entire room was full, so their service started to dwindle a little bit as I got a lot busier.
- 54:08SPEAKER_02: And if I can just be like, oh hey, sorry, you guys kind of saw us fill up, rather than just ignoring the fact that we got slammed all at one time, even though they can see that, they still like when we say it.
- 54:19SPEAKER_00: Yes, they'd like to feel they like to feel appreciated.
- 54:24SPEAKER_00: Everybody does, they like to feel valued, like they matter, right?
- 54:29SPEAKER_02: And and they want to feel kind of validated too.
- 54:31SPEAKER_02: That you know, if you're you can't answer all their questions, you know it and they know it.
- 54:36SPEAKER_02: But then when you speak to it and you're like, oh well, sorry, I'm the new girl, you're stuck with the new girl, they could have assumed that, but without you telling them, maybe they still would have you know would have affected your tips, it would have affected their energy.
- 54:47SPEAKER_02: But because you just brought that honesty that everyone already knew and could feel, that it made the situation a lot lighter, and then you probably got a decent tip from them.
- 54:56SPEAKER_00: I I did, and the other thing is I gave them credit.
- 55:00SPEAKER_00: I said, I'm so grateful because you guys are helping me learn and you're teaching me new things that I didn't know.
- 55:07SPEAKER_00: So I praised that I empowered them to make them feel better.
- 55:11SPEAKER_00: Oh, that's because they felt like they were doing something good.
- 55:14SPEAKER_00: You are a ninja, ninja server Holly over here.
- 55:19SPEAKER_02: That's awesome.
- 55:20SPEAKER_02: Um, so let's see.
- 55:23SPEAKER_02: So you've got we've got the things that we do in the moment.
- 55:26SPEAKER_02: We got the things we kind of do on our own, like when you're making drinks and you're cheerleading yourself while you're making drinks.
- 55:32SPEAKER_02: Um, we've got feeling value, the ingredients aspect.
- 55:36SPEAKER_02: Um, we've talked about a lot of good stuff.
- 55:38SPEAKER_02: We've talked about reflections and the kinds of tables that we attract.
- 55:42SPEAKER_02: What have we missed?
- 55:44SPEAKER_02: Have we missed anything?
- 55:46SPEAKER_00: Something, something that's coming to my mind, just because as servers, yes, there can be people that ask for outrageous things.
- 55:54SPEAKER_00: The mindset that I've always gone in with is these individuals are coming for a service.
- 56:01SPEAKER_00: That is my job to give it to them.
- 56:05SPEAKER_00: So let's it's a key thing that I've seen happen with individuals is like where someone's like, I want this, this, and this, and not so this.
- 56:16SPEAKER_00: When I notice that a person is very like particular of what they want, it's because something's probably happened where they've asked for that in a nice way and they didn't get it.
- 56:30SPEAKER_00: Oh so like say um I'm trying to think of something.
- 56:36SPEAKER_00: Um I I want like where someone would want, like, I want a steak, but I want you to make sure it's medium rare and it it I don't want it to be mild, I want or medium, I want it medium rare.
- 56:54SPEAKER_00: Can you please make sure?
- 56:55SPEAKER_00: And can you please make a note?
- 56:57SPEAKER_00: And it cannot touch any, it cannot touch another surface of this, this, this.
- 57:02SPEAKER_00: Let's say.
- 57:05SPEAKER_00: I have noticed that other individuals be like, oh, they're just so like, why do they just cook at home?
- 57:10SPEAKER_00: You're coming out to a restaurant, dada.
- 57:12SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we hear the allergy.
- 57:15SPEAKER_00: My mindset is like they're coming out to eat.
- 57:18SPEAKER_00: It's my job to make them feel good and make feel because at the heart of it, when we understand what we're there for, is everybody wants to feel heard, seen.
- 57:30SPEAKER_00: And whatever someone's coming in and they kind of seem like they're bitchy or they're demanding, there's a root cause to it.
- 57:38SPEAKER_00: It's not you, it's because something else has happened where it's triggering them to they want to feel heard, they want it, and is if you can do that and make them feel seen, heard all the things, you're you are obviously getting a better tip out of it, but making them feel better.
- 57:58SPEAKER_00: Wow.
- 57:59SPEAKER_02: And they can feel that in your energy.
- 58:02SPEAKER_02: The I mean, a lot of these people sometimes they go out to restaurants and they carry the same energy and it's kind of bitchy, it's kind of rude.
- 58:09SPEAKER_02: And so then they're met with servers who don't like that kind of energy.
- 58:13SPEAKER_02: So you can feel it from the server when they're irritated.
- 58:15SPEAKER_02: But if you're like, well, I'm gonna take this as my challenge, this is my job.
- 58:18SPEAKER_02: I'm rising to the I'm rising to their bitchiness, they feel you.
- 58:23SPEAKER_02: That is what makes you the best of the best server, that you are special to them, and you they yeah, and not that we want them to be like, oh, I want to request Holly every time I come in, because we don't necessarily want all the bitchy, like, we don't want to be the server for all the bitchy guests, but you might actually they might change and be a completely different guest when you show up in that way that you described.
- 58:44SPEAKER_00: So, yes, and I want to point out because you made it is the mistake that most servers have is when individuals come in with that energy, the server will match that energy.
- 58:57SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 58:57SPEAKER_00: And then that's where the ripple effect happens, where it's not a great table.
- 59:02SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
- 59:03SPEAKER_00: But if you can, like you said, oh, I see this as a challenge to like shift their energy, because as long as you stay rooted, they have no other choice but to follow your lead.
- 59:21SPEAKER_02: And if yeah, and when you talked about earlier with the the emotional, you know, if you're at a 65, then then you're going to naturally bring their energy up, and that makes you so fucking valuable as a server, so just so valuable as a human out in the world as well.
- 59:40SPEAKER_00: Yes, 100%.
- 59:42SPEAKER_00: And so, like, why is it important to understand?
- 59:47SPEAKER_00: Like, there's a lot, like I talk about there's a lot of understanding human psychology as well and human behavior, but understanding your creator field has a huge like that's the other thing, is I have a belief that I I've studied the human mind, so I understand human psychology as well.
- 1:00:06SPEAKER_00: And so that helps my creator field know that I can shift people because I understand psychology.
- 1:00:13SPEAKER_00: I understand when someone's coming pissed off, they're not pissed off at me.
- 1:00:17SPEAKER_00: Oh, I'm gonna give you one more example.
- 1:00:20SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:00:21SPEAKER_00: So I was at work and I had the best couple.
- 1:00:26SPEAKER_00: They were at my bar.
- 1:00:28SPEAKER_00: They were sitting at my bar and I served them.
- 1:00:30SPEAKER_00: They're like, we have a table for 6 30.
- 1:00:32SPEAKER_00: Um we have a table for 6 30.
- 1:00:36SPEAKER_00: So we're gonna sit at the bar.
- 1:00:38SPEAKER_00: They were there early.
- 1:00:39SPEAKER_00: So they ordered a bottle of wine and beer.
- 1:00:42SPEAKER_00: And so before going to their table, she goes, I want to pay you because you gave us the best service and gave me a shh, a really great tip.
- 1:00:51SPEAKER_00: Whatever.
- 1:00:52SPEAKER_00: They go back and get seated.
- 1:00:54SPEAKER_00: I'm at the bar, they're out on the patio.
- 1:00:58SPEAKER_00: 45 minutes goes by, and I go back into the kitchen and I hear the manager and the server talking about that's Holly's table.
- 1:01:07SPEAKER_00: And I was like, Whoa, whoa, what's my table?
- 1:01:09SPEAKER_00: I'm up at the bar.
- 1:01:10SPEAKER_00: Like, I'm at I like how do I have someone on the on the patio?
- 1:01:14SPEAKER_00: That's not my table, like they're not my table.
- 1:01:17SPEAKER_00: And something got miscommunicated, anyways.
- 1:01:20SPEAKER_00: They sat out there for 45 minutes.
- 1:01:22SPEAKER_00: She's like, she is pissed.
- 1:01:25SPEAKER_00: And the manager and the server is like, Holly, can you take it?
- 1:01:29SPEAKER_00: I was like, Yeah, please give me the table that's pissed.
- 1:01:35SPEAKER_00: So I go, I go out there and she, you could see the I could read the energy.
- 1:01:40SPEAKER_00: I'm like, Holly, your job is just to give them the best service now.
- 1:01:45SPEAKER_02: And then let's remind remember too that they paid you.
- 1:01:48SPEAKER_02: They knew that you weren't going to be their server, they wouldn't have paid you already.
- 1:01:51SPEAKER_00: Right, right.
- 1:01:53SPEAKER_00: So I come out here and I said, I hear there's been a misunderstanding.
- 1:01:56SPEAKER_00: She's like, Yeah, we've been out here for 45 minutes.
- 1:01:58SPEAKER_00: And I'm like, I am so sorry.
- 1:02:00SPEAKER_00: I have no idea.
- 1:02:01SPEAKER_00: I like I do not know what happened, but if you're okay with it, I'm going to be your server.
- 1:02:06SPEAKER_00: She's like, Well, we're hungry and we want to eat.
- 1:02:09SPEAKER_00: I was like, Okay, you tell me what you want.
- 1:02:11SPEAKER_00: And so, like, I get their orders.
- 1:02:13SPEAKER_00: I was like, give me it all.
- 1:02:14SPEAKER_00: I was like, drink, do we need more drinks?
- 1:02:16SPEAKER_00: What can you?
- 1:02:17SPEAKER_00: And as soon as I went and punched her order in, I just went and said a couple more things.
- 1:02:21SPEAKER_00: And I said, I I understand.
- 1:02:23SPEAKER_00: I'm like, I'd be pissed too.
- 1:02:26SPEAKER_00: She's like, Yeah, I'm like, I'm just hungry.
- 1:02:29SPEAKER_00: And her energy totally shifted.
- 1:02:33SPEAKER_00: But that's the thing of she was very upset with the other two people.
- 1:02:40SPEAKER_00: But when I came back around and I was like, hey, listen, like I would be pissed too.
- 1:02:44SPEAKER_00: Like, I get it.
- 1:02:45SPEAKER_00: Like I and I could resonate, and like I hear you, and all these things.
- 1:02:50SPEAKER_00: Then she called like she calmed down.
- 1:02:52SPEAKER_00: I'm like, is there anything I can get you?
- 1:02:55SPEAKER_00: And we didn't like some people would be like, Oh, we'll give you a dis I didn't give them a discount or nothing.
- 1:03:02SPEAKER_00: Oh, no free.
- 1:03:04SPEAKER_00: I still got an amazing tip out of that whole thing.
- 1:03:08SPEAKER_00: And so just like understanding, like, hey, we can also like, and I use quotations here because I don't think we ever make mistakes.
- 1:03:17SPEAKER_00: Like, obviously, like for that customer, that was a huge reflection for them.
- 1:03:21SPEAKER_00: Right.
- 1:03:22SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 1:03:23SPEAKER_00: But I'm not gonna, even though I know this work, I'm not gonna be like, you should fix your own reflection.
- 1:03:27SPEAKER_00: Yeah, of course.
- 1:03:29SPEAKER_00: That's the way to get fired, probably.
- 1:03:31SPEAKER_00: Yeah, or punched in the face.
- 1:03:32SPEAKER_00: Like yeah, punched and fired.
- 1:03:36SPEAKER_00: But understanding that, even though that's a reflection for her, understanding that I still have the case of capability to shift it, anyways.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_01: Mm-hmm.
- 1:03:44SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I think that sums up everything that we've said is that we are we are servers.
- 1:03:50SPEAKER_02: We are curating a culinary experience for all of our guests, but that experience isn't just about the things that they're drinking or eating or how clean their napkin is or the bathroom, but the energy that you bring to their experience has more, I mean, they will they feel that more than they feel the medium, rare, perfect steak that wasn't touching anything else.
- 1:04:10SPEAKER_02: That it's your energy that leaves the biggest impact not only on their experience and your experience at that shift, but on your tips, which is the whole point of this making more tips.
- 1:04:20SPEAKER_02: So you're creating the whole experience first and foremost from the inside out for you and your guest.
- 1:04:27SPEAKER_00: Yes, and I just want to remind you that like I've been deep heavily into this work for a very long time.
- 1:04:34SPEAKER_00: So, like, depending on how long, like, is this your first time hearing about reflections, or is it I want to tell you to give yourself grace?
- 1:04:42SPEAKER_00: Like, I don't want you to think that energy will start to move, and then all of it think of it like an airplane.
- 1:04:50SPEAKER_00: I would just want you to think about like the takeoff takes the most fuel.
- 1:04:55SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah.
- 1:04:56SPEAKER_00: And then when you're up in the air, you're just it it's natural, it's fly, you're just flying, you're soaring.
- 1:05:03SPEAKER_00: But just remembering that just again, that it as long as you never give up, it it's always shifting and changing for you, as long as you're doing the work and understanding it and all the things, it just the start-off point can feel like a lot until the clicks start clicking and the things start happening.
- 1:05:26SPEAKER_00: And they are they are happening, but the human mind doesn't always pick up the breadcrumbs to see how it's happening.
- 1:05:32SPEAKER_02: So that's the other thing to understand.
- 1:05:35SPEAKER_02: And writing them down is so helpful, writing down every little thing.
- 1:05:39SPEAKER_00: And uh, I just like I just had a a session with my mentor, and even me doing this work for so long, he's like, Holly, there's things you're still missing.
- 1:05:48SPEAKER_00: Like he's like, You're you're on the right path, you're perfect.
- 1:05:51SPEAKER_00: He's like, but you're also not seeing how some things are still connecting and how that is getting you there.
- 1:05:59SPEAKER_00: I was still missing like I still miss things.
- 1:06:01SPEAKER_00: Does that make sense?
- 1:06:02SPEAKER_02: Yeah, even though, like you said, you've been doing this work for so long that we are human, and and I think a lot of times it's things, certain things we have to realize and start working through, and then we see, oh, okay, here's the other layer, here's that missing piece, but we can't see those until we see you know what comes before that.
- 1:06:22SPEAKER_02: Like we have to be you I don't know if that makes any sense.
- 1:06:25SPEAKER_00: Well, I guess here's another example of like we as humans want to see the end result, we want the big prize, but in order to get the big prize, like if you're not seeing like okay, so like like you said, like, oh, I noticed that some people are like treating me nicer, or someone said hi to me today, that your your energy is shifting, or if someone, but everybody like depending on what is the reason they got into the work the work, like so way back when I got into the work so that I could be like this multi-million dollar girl, right?
- 1:07:01SPEAKER_00: And so if I'm always focused on the multi-million dollars, but I'm not seeing all the ripple effects at the start, I can then form a belief that this stuff doesn't work.
- 1:07:12SPEAKER_00: And if I form right a belief that this stuff doesn't work, then I'm not gonna ever be able to see how it is working.
- 1:07:20SPEAKER_02: And we and using that, you know, I want to make a million dollars, your career success, use that as kind of the guiding light, having something to work for to make doing this work worth it, but making sure that you see the breadcrumbs and the ripple effect on the way, or yes, you won't get there.
- 1:07:41SPEAKER_00: Yeah, because Al Al during my session said, Holly, it's like you're running a mile long, or not mile, miles not long.
- 1:07:50SPEAKER_00: Um, like you're running like a marathon, but you're you're running the marathon with no water intakes.
- 1:07:58SPEAKER_02: Wow, girl.
- 1:07:59SPEAKER_00: He's like, yeah, you need to hydrate yeah, he's like, you gotta like there has to be water stations along the way.
- 1:08:05SPEAKER_00: You have to be excited that you're like at the first mile.
- 1:08:09SPEAKER_00: At this, he's like, you're just trying to speed through the whole thing without being excited and then stop.
- 1:08:16SPEAKER_00: For the water.
- 1:08:17SPEAKER_00: And I think nobody's gonna make it.
- 1:08:20SPEAKER_00: He's like, you're not gonna make it, nobody would make it.
- 1:08:22SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've got the ambition, but we we've gotta keep cheering ourselves on rather than just bulldozing through every every win, everything we should be celebrating.
- 1:08:32SPEAKER_02: We're like, oh well, on to the next thing, next thing, next thing.
- 1:08:35SPEAKER_02: But you really do have to stop and smell the roses.
- 1:08:37SPEAKER_02: And that's been one of my huge realizations the past couple of years, building my business.
- 1:08:41SPEAKER_02: I know we start our businesses around the same time, 2020, which is really funny.
- 1:08:45SPEAKER_02: And that's been huge.
- 1:08:46SPEAKER_02: I'm like, oh no, I actually have to celebrate, even if it's just one small thing.
- 1:08:50SPEAKER_02: Because if I'm not celebrating the small things, I'm gonna miss everything else and feel like I'm never gonna be at my goal.
- 1:08:56SPEAKER_02: Probably miss my goals, miss miss even being there.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:09:00SPEAKER_00: And like once you hit the goal, you're gonna want another one.
- 1:09:03SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
- 1:09:04SPEAKER_02: Yeah, because you feel like you haven't accomplished anything.
- 1:09:06SPEAKER_02: I mean, still, we still want to strive.
- 1:09:08SPEAKER_02: Yes.
- 1:09:09SPEAKER_02: Drink the water on the way.
- 1:09:10SPEAKER_00: Yeah, drink a little water on the way and then celebrate along the way.
- 1:09:14SPEAKER_02: Ali, this has been super fun.
- 1:09:16SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much.
- 1:09:17SPEAKER_02: You brought so much.
- 1:09:18SPEAKER_02: I love how you and I talk about reflections and creator fields.
- 1:09:21SPEAKER_02: So I love the different elements that you brought it and the stories that you brought, and how we can tie this into making more tips as a server or commission as you know, commission-based employee as well.
- 1:09:33SPEAKER_02: So you're an energy healer.
- 1:09:35SPEAKER_02: Tell me about, I mean, I know we do very similar things, but how we and subconscious, you work with the subconscious mind.
- 1:09:40SPEAKER_02: So explain a little bit about what you do in your business and what we would call a soul pool, soul path, and then let the let the listeners know where they can find you.
- 1:09:51SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
- 1:09:52SPEAKER_00: So, like you said, I work with energy, love all things energy.
- 1:09:56SPEAKER_00: I actually started um just a brief, like I got into energy after like a very, very hard time in life, and then from energy got into the subconscious mind.
- 1:10:08SPEAKER_00: So I understand the heart and the language of how how language works and how the subconscious mind is like dictating our whole entire life, which then is a great combination of understanding the energy and the creator field because you definitely it's the whole our whole subconscious mind is creating everything, and sometimes we don't pick up the subliminal like um beliefs that we hold against like within us, and it's not that we put it there, it's the way the mind attached meaning to distorted events that have happened out in our lives, anyways.
- 1:10:49SPEAKER_00: That is what I do is rewire the subconscious mind, understanding the neural pathways, but also using energy work as well.
- 1:10:56SPEAKER_00: It just speeds everything up.
- 1:10:59SPEAKER_00: And I also do free events on two um three a month on Tuesday evenings, just about different topics about the creator field, how to understand.
- 1:11:10SPEAKER_00: I think my next one's on obstacles.
- 1:11:13SPEAKER_00: And yeah, you can find me on social media, so Instagram, Facebook.
- 1:11:19SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know if there's any.
- 1:11:20SPEAKER_00: What's your Instagram handle?
- 1:11:22SPEAKER_00: Um, it's at FinucinHolly.
- 1:11:27SPEAKER_02: And that is F-I-N-U-C-A-N, and I will also put that in the show notes as well.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_02: Perfect.
- 1:11:34SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I just had to double check that one.
- 1:11:36SPEAKER_00: Yeah, you're good.
- 1:11:37SPEAKER_00: I wasn't sure if it was my last name, then first name, but yeah, it's uh it's Fanukin, then Holly.
- 1:11:43SPEAKER_02: And then if anyone wants to show up to your webinars, should they message you on Instagram or how would they go about signing up?
- 1:11:50SPEAKER_00: Yeah, they can definitely um send me a message.
- 1:11:53SPEAKER_00: I love chit-chatting.
- 1:11:55SPEAKER_00: Send me a message, and then um I don't or my website.
- 1:12:01SPEAKER_00: My website would be another way to get you can go on my services or on underneath the podcast.
- 1:12:06SPEAKER_00: Somewhere in there, there's like a link where you can sign up.
- 1:12:09SPEAKER_00: Okay, we'll link all of that in the show notes.
- 1:12:12SPEAKER_00: Holly, thank you so much.
- 1:12:13SPEAKER_00: Do you work?
- 1:12:14SPEAKER_00: You don't work today, right?
- 1:12:15SPEAKER_00: You work tomorrow?
- 1:12:16SPEAKER_00: No.
- 1:12:17SPEAKER_00: Um, I I do work tomorrow.
- 1:12:20SPEAKER_00: Yes, but I don't Sundays are my day off.
- 1:12:22SPEAKER_02: Me too.
- 1:12:24SPEAKER_00: Make those tips.
- 1:12:26SPEAKER_00: All right.
